It was very dirty, tables were sticky and garbage was on the floor. The service was not good and unfriendly.

Once again a nice McDonalds where the burgers are served warm. Nice staff.

Food wasn't really hot, even though it was eaten on site, the cola was something like that, just not Coca-Cola, the strawberry shake was more vanilla than strawberry, the veggie nuggets were a disaster in terms of taste They were quick but overall the food was worth a ton... after paying by card I didn't even get a receipt...

As always, however, it was very freshly prepared and everything was still hot and tasty. Attentive staff...

Modern interior, cut flowers on the tables, very friendly staff, relatively clean even in the toilets. Absolutely top for a Mäcces!

Meat patties were a bit dark. Toilets could be a little cleaner. Really nice atmosphere for a McDonalds - flowers on the table :)

The McDonald's at the truck stop was really nice and clean. Very clean toilet and washroom and no unpleasant smells. I've had a much different experience. Nicely furnished and a large outdoor area with lots of shade. That's how it has to be.

Well, we rarely go to a "fast-food restaurant", so we didn't have high expectations of the food. The ambience is good, but the cleanliness isn't outstanding. The service and friendliness of the staff are non-existent. We ordered at the terminal at 9:57 a.m. and we received our 4 breakfast items without words and without looking after about 30 minutes. pushed over. The number was not checked and we had the feeling that customers were unwanted. The employees (5) were working so slowly, it was like a slow motion recording. There were only about 10 people in the restaurant. 🤔 What do they do when the store is full? Luckily I'm just passing through. Can't recommend the fast..., oh no, slow motion restaurant.

I love the food, at least two to three times a year, it's just a matter of taste, sometimes the staff is more busy with their own conversations than with the customers, I find that unpleasant, hence "only" four stars

Went out specifically for McCafé to get some good coffee. 4€ for vending machine chatter. The portafilter machine appears to only be used for decoration.

Why rated so poorly? To be honest, I can't understand all the negative reviews... A very clean restaurant, dogs are welcome and quick processing. The only downside is that McD keeps raising the prices slightly while the portions are getting smaller and smaller.

Okay guys. What is this here?!? Definitely one of the worst McDonalds I've ever been to in my life! What an underground service. Waited 50 minutes for 2 burgers and 2 coffees. When we asked, we were emphatically and rather cheekily sent away! No apology! This shed is not recommended!

Really great for a motorway rest stop! The McDonald's here is very nice and welcoming. Ordering via the order terminals is great and you get the food delivered to your place very quickly. The burgers were super fresh and very tasty, it could definitely be worse at Mecces. Unfortunately, the fries were a little cooler but still tasty. The staff was very friendly and processed all orders quickly. The toilets weren't that clean, but they are also used a lot. If you don't mind a bit of paper on the floor, you can go to the toilet here without worry. You can't complain about the fact that it's free to use. There were also a lot of families with children there, so I would classify this branch as child-friendly, but not unusual for a McDonalds. All in all, it's great if you want to eat something inexpensively on a long trip and have to go to the toilet.

First of all... 2 coffees to go… Two customers at the order terminals… At the McCafé counter I wanted to order two coffees to go. After three pairs of eyes from the staff looked at me and I signaled that I would like coffee, another pair of eyes looked around the corner and said “cash register” and showed them too. When I was standing at the regular checkout and interrupted the women's/men's private conversations after 20 seconds and would have liked two coffees, the next lady pointed to the ordering terminal and said that's where the orders are placed. When I was informed that the order could also be taken directly in front of her on the display at the checkout, she directed me back to the ordering terminal. As a note, there were NO current orders, there was NO ONE at the checkout except me. And then the staff isn't able to sell two coffees? A pity ! By the way, there is very tasty coffee and friendly service at the gas station opposite.

The price-performance ratio is no longer there. You can always spend 20-30 euros for 2 people. You can also go to a small restaurant and get more on offer. A pity.

So the quality of the food is getting worse and worse. The fries are totally greasy or limp. The burgers also languished carelessly. I have eaten much better quality in other branches. Cold and not really salted. The drinks from the mc Café came in paper cups even though we ordered to "eat here"... all in all, a bit of wasted points

Guys, if you continue like this the store will go down the drain.... Service is perfectly fine. Crispy chicken was cold and fluffy - not remotely crispy. Fries very dark, almost cold and full of unordered curly fries; the Chicken Classic was way too small and had the wrong sauce on it. This branch simply cannot be recommended in terms of cuisine. Everything else was ok.

Unfriendly, inflexible and totally overwhelmed. Ordered food online that had disappeared on site. Should then be redone. After 20 minutes of waiting it still wasn't ready. Then we drove without anything to eat.

Unfortunately not the best McDonalds. Not really clean, the toilets were a disaster. You could only order from the display here. Ok to keep it short but there really are better ones. The meal was okay. Update: Unfortunately we ended up here again. The cleanliness feels like it has even gotten worse. All the tables were dirty, as were the benches. When ordering a seat, a lot of things were forgotten, and when we pointed out what was missing, there was an unfriendly response. Overall, you should really avoid the restaurant here.

Unfriendly employees. When asked if the boss could be spoken to, five employees answered as "boss" but no one knew what to do. The order was brought to the table completely incorrectly and when we complained we were sent away. Anyone looking for competent employees here will look in vain.

Disrespectful behavior, the employee. As a customer, I parked in the customer parking lot, which is close to the entrance. I ate there, only to return to my car to find that the employee, who was taking his lunch break with his colleague, was leaning against my car and smoking his cigarette. A Mäkkes like everyone else. It should be clear to everyone that the food is inferior garbage. But every now and then it has to be simple and then you eat wonderfully. However, the body can hardly use any of the food.

So I've already let a lot get away with at this store with workers who don't really understand everything, right up to incomplete orders, but after today I'm really at a loss for words. Giving moldy cheese sauce is already cheeky and just disgusting from this McDonald's really take a very close look at it from the health department. AWESOME!!!!!!!!!

Very nice McDonald's right on the highway and at the truck stop. In contrast to all the other McDonald's in the area, this one is open from 7 a.m. - very good for coffee for breakfast. Very nice service and today the sun is shining in the morning, so it's a nice start to the day.

After logging in and out 4 times, it finally worked. Actually, I was already full after the second failure, but I'll give it a chance thanks to hunger. Was there today with 2 small children. At the entrance there were machines where orders could be placed, one of which was broken. Since the others were occupied, we went to the food counter and asked if you could order there too. It didn't work, so we went back and waited at least 10 minutes until it was our turn. Another 10 minutes until the order was ready. Here the term fast food restaurant takes on a completely new meaning!

The visiting experience was not up to MCDONALD'S standards. The fries were still raw in places. The cola was not carbonated. The burgers and sauces we ordered were missing. Unfortunately, the waitress was also in a very bad mood when I went to the counter to point this out. I was also able to take a look into the kitchen area. It looked like the deep fryer had vomited. There were fries everywhere and the oil was sticking to places where I had put it otherwise it is not. There were also 2 large oil bottles in the aisle. I don't know the whole experience of the Golden Seagull restaurant and I suspect/hope that it will remain a unique experience.

Manchmal glaube ich das ganze gleicht einer Hetzkampangne, man liest immer und immer das selbe, unfreundlich es fehlte was etc. Also ich kann mich über McDonalds nicht beschweren egal ob ich am Terminal oder direkt aus dem Auto, per app bestellt habe es war immer alles drin korrekt und freundlich aber da liegt bei manchen das problem denn wie man in den Wald ruft so schallt es auch zurück.

Ich fahre eigentlich nur ab und an wegen den Kindern dort hin. Es wäre nicht meine erste Wahl zum essen gehen.

Schlechter geht es nicht!! Drive In Besuch: Getränk kam direkt, dann vorfahren und warten. Ok, kein Problem..... dann 1. Cola ging zurück - da schwamm was undefinierbares drin und sah komisch aus. Schmeckte auch eigenartig..... Nach kurzer Diskussion gab es eine neue. Sah etwas besser aus- schmeckte dafür aber auch nach NICHTS!! Ich konnte bei der Reklamation in die Küche sehen und da hatte ich eigentlich keinen Hunger mehr. Schmierig und schmutzig!! Absolut ekelhaft!! Die Burger waren nahezu kalt und völlig unansehnlich - ebenfalls ekelig! Die Nuggets schmeckten pampig und waren total weich. Dafür waren auch die Saucen falsch....Pommes waren heiß - dafür ohne Salz.... POSITIV: Draußen stehen überall Mülleimer rum!!! Also ausgestiegen und diesen Frass in die vollen und überlaufenden Mülheimer gestopft!!! Danach rüber zur Tanke und Twix, Snickers und ne Coke aus der Flasche gekauft!!! Das war ne "Bank"!!! Dieser MC wird uns nie wieder sehen, zumal es schon der 2. Reinfall in diesem Laden ist!!!!

Absolut genial. Unser Hund durfte mit rein. Dann kam eine Dame die uns fragte ob sie unserem Hund ein Leckerli geben dürfte. Dann ließ sie eine Mc Donalds Tüte mit Leckerlis bei uns.

Bestellen per Terminal ist unkompliziert und ging abends recht flott. Leider waren die Pommes schon matschig und überhaupt nicht frisch.

Bei MacDonalds kann man ja eigentlich nicht so viel erwarten aber das der bürger matschig ist und die Cola nach spüli schmeckt ist echt einer zu viel 😐

Das Softeis ist nicht zu empfehlen, schmeckt nach allem nur nicht nach sahnigen Softeis.

Na ja, ich hab schon lange keinen McD mehr besucht, bei dem das Team so "verplant" war. Bestellung vom Terminal "verloren", wusste garnicht das dies überhaupt geht. Ist das hier der einzige McD Deutschlands der KEIN W-Lan hat. Kann natürlich sein das ich verwöhnt bin, aber ich hab noch nie einen ohne W-Lan gesehen.
