The worst restaurant I’ve ever seen

We waited 1 1/2 hours for our food, it looked like it was thrown away. It's not called a "fast food restaurant" for nothing, and if it were an Italian restaurant or something like that, I would understand it. Just not in a “fast food restaurant” Very disappointed. Not recommended!!

I've experienced a lot, but a 10 minute wait in the drive with 3 vehicles is unbelievable. The service staff here are completely overwhelmed. There were times when drinks were free as compensation.

Things are very hectic here and it's already been twice that the book has been forgotten in the Happy Meal.

Super bad!!!! We ordered at the drive-thru and waited 4 minutes for anyone to respond! Afterwards we had to repeat our order 3 times because we couldn't speak German! (apart from that they didn't have any milkshakes) It came to pay... We picked up our order but he gave us the wrong toy twice so my mom got soooo angry (because he dropped my book and didn't even say sry)

When it's a little more crowded, the staff quickly becomes overwhelmed. It took 20 minutes to get my order, even though I had pre-ordered using the app.

Actually one of the cleanest branches I've been to so far. Even the toilets were neat. The food was good too :)

Was just there, catastrophic I have to say. About 20 employees and no one understands my language, and that's nothing against the MA, they can't do anything about it. Unfortunately, it wasn't possible to order via the monitor and there was chaos at the checkout. The food was also better, there were far too few fries for a large portion. Unfortunately it was the last time in Erkner.

Hello McDonald's I was just at the drive-in with you. I'm looking forward to eating at home and I see this. Are you serious? Of course I won't go there again because of 2€. Disrespectful!

The McDonalds is very bad! Every single time I was there, half of the order was forgotten. So I'm paying for something I don't get, great!!! You should definitely check in the store to see if you got everything.

Unfortunately, hardly anyone there understands German, which means that goods worth around €20 were missing when unpacked. People … Double check the goods you receive. Unfortunately I trusted too much.

We've been there a few times and the cleanliness is unbearable. When you go there to have breakfast and there's rubbish lying around everywhere outside, the toilets are dirty, the floor is sticky, there's no toilet paper or hand towels, you wonder what it looks like in the kitchen. The milkshake machine is often broken and food is often mixed up. Unfortunately we avoid going there.

Milkshake is water you get new, the flavor is missing in the milkshake you only get vanilla!! Burgers with so much sauce are not nice to eat!! Fish burger cold!! No, not recommended!!!

It would be nice if there were German staff there or someone who understood my language. I just wanted a coffee, that's all I wanted. But if you don't understand me, it's annoying. There's nothing to do in this shop and it's still dirty - it can't be. We'd rather go to the competition.

Got a Hamburger Royal TS. Wanted it without cheese, they had to correct the order because they put it in wrong (hints bacon on top) and in the end, they gave me this….no meat at all 😡 That pisses me off. We don’t live close. Waste of time to go back. DO 👏🏻BETTER 👏🏻

Received 2x chicken nuggets... both times they looked just terrible I really enjoy eating them, but I've never had anything like this in the box....creepy Money back was no problem

We would have liked to come for breakfast at 8:20 a.m., but if McDonalds is closed, even though (see photo) opening times are from 7:00 a.m., that is of course nice too.

Great little MCD in Erkner. The food is fresh and warm and there are always fresh flowers on the tables. You feel comfortable and welcome here

Rest stop atmosphere, on the outskirts of town. Otherwise very busy, smart/fast service. Gastronomy with a functioning system. Fast food has standard Mc quality.

Waited 10 minutes at MC Drive. 3 ice creams and a happy meal. Everything came every 3 minutes.

Service and food are good, ambience is normal but the sanitary facilities could be better

Unfortunately, it just doesn't work for you to actually get all the food you bought in the bag and then only find out when you get home. This is all the more annoying when you ask the basically nice staff when you receive the goods whether they have also packed the ketchup.

The McDonald's restaurant in Erkner is really great! The place is extremely clean and tidy. The service is excellent, my orders always arrive quickly and complete. Plus, the food is really delicious. Both the friendly service of the staff and the attention to hygiene are the main reasons why I prefer this place. Highly Recommended!

Ordered there at the drive in for the repeated time, but again I didn't get everything. Every time something is “forgotten”. Small fries, nuggets, sauces, something is always missing. Unfortunately, you have to say that the employees speak German very poorly and don't understand everything you order, especially when vouchers or coupons are involved. Checking in the car on site is hardly possible and since you come from the neighboring town it's not worth driving back. Really substandard service.

What was that? Even though it wasn't full, we had to wait a long time for our food. After we ran back again because the sauces were missing, the real disappointment came at home. The Royal TS had the wrong lettuce on it, tomatoes were completely forgotten, instead of Fanta we had Sprite (despite a big F on the lid) and the milkshake was missing chocolate sauce. At €40 a bitter disappointment!

There was an offer to get a glass , buy I was told they don't have it anymore, and the guy at the counter was behaving like I am begging for it when it was in the offer.

McDonald's is no longer what it used to be. Only amateurs behind the counter who keep forgetting something and then not just one thing but half or entire menus! Cleanliness also leaves something to be desired. This store is a disaster. If I didn't have a child, the whole store would have died for me anyway

Store full of staff, stood at McDrive for 20 minutes

It takes hours for the food to be ready. Burger cold, employees slower than a snail. Walk around aimlessly and look at the monitors for hours. Never again.

Problems in the toilet and garbage all overflowing

Wanted to go inside, they were closed only the MC drive. We thought sanitary stop Disappointing, it's not on your site either

Pleasant, nice, helpful and friendly staff - nothing to complain about

Ordering just a simple chicken burger, apple pie, McFlurry and German cinnamon pastry we didn’t expect to wait for it over 10 min, and only after find out that they don’t have pastry anymore. Of course, money was returned. I honestly don’t understand what 9 people can do in the kitchen during 10 min to complete only 4 orders without even accepting new ones - all customers were using the machine. So far, worst experience I even had with this chain while having it in over 10 different countries around the globe. Everyone doing everything and bumping into each other in the process is not how this chain was invented in the first place.

Once again there is no vegan chocolate ice cream. Probably because you don't feel like cleaning two machines. I also don't understand why they don't only offer vegan ice cream, since everyone can eat this ice cream and it's almost no different from normal dairy ice cream. Those of us who are lactose intolerant always lose out. You can't always eat just sorbet because of the high sugar content. By the way, you could also use lactose-free cow's milk, but it's bad for vegans. Maybe MC could be the first fast food chain to address the many lactose intolerant people. Haven't given up hope. As always, ordering at the terminal was very relaxed and the food came to the table quite quickly... Otherwise, everything was good for a fast restaurant.

A lot of things went wrong. Service at the table. Fries were missing. We were not given any cutlery for the salad. How should you eat it? With your fingers? We didn't get a straw for the cola. Because of all the ice cubes you can't drink it without a straw. There was no lid for the large café to go. And last but not least: Burger was lukewarm. It's a shame for almost 25 euros, we would have expected more.

Everything was ok and despite the filling, my burger came in 5 minutes. I was satisfied.

I rarely go to McDonald's. Withered flowers on the tables. Garbage everywhere you looked. Fast service hence 1 star. Staff friendly and very playful.

It's always clean and tidy, the food is tasty. The kitchen staff are always a bit scattered, especially when things are busy, which (unfortunately often) leads to small errors when ordering. But otherwise I can't fault anything here, the food is always fresh and warm.

Crazy the only McDonald's (Erkner) where something is always forgotten when picking up/taking away. This time a Big Mac was missing and after asking, I received a stressful and annoyed answer.... and of course only 1 terminal was active, the other 3 were defective...

I don't know of any other Mces store where the employees celebrate the preparation so much. Even in Berlin you don't wait that long

Typical Mc... the photo has nothing to do with reality... huge cardboard rolls, mini patti, hardly any greens and sauce... dry. It's good to sit there and the toilets are clean.

Today we ordered 4 burgers, 2 shakes and one plant nuggets. Ate in the car. Two burgers were cold and the nuggets were completely missing. Unfortunately we discovered it along the way. It's just annoying and it wasn't the first time that items were missing :( Maybe the employees should work more concentratedly and not just joke and stroll around the kitchen.

Ice cream machine constantly broken

Today was sufficiently warm. Food came super quickly.

Good customer service and very friendly. Unfortunately, the citizens never look like they do in the pictures, so a star deduction. Tastes okay to satisfy hunger.

The restaurant is totally dirty. People are already leaving their trays on the tables because the collection containers are completely overflowing. There are leftover food and paper on the floor. To make matters worse, there is no soap in the toilet and it stinks right outside the door. Better drive a little further. The next McDonalds will definitely be there soon.

Spontaneously ending the children's birthday today. The employees were very nice and they even set up the table. Ordering went smoothly at the counter and the food arrived before the last unwrapped gift. People asked several times if everything was good and repeat orders were processed quickly. Thumbs up. We were very satisfied.

Once again a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!!! Look at the picture, a Lipton iced tea that looks like old mop water and tastes like it 🤮, then you look forward to a delicious McRip and get a dry citizen that almost gets stuck in your throat if you don't have the mop water to rinse it down !

Wartezeit unterirdisch, Personal frech, hatte einen Fußnagel in meinem Essen

Guter Standard. Heute eine nette, gut gelaunt ältere Mitarbeiterin. Klasse Service.

Von vier Bestellterminals funktionierten zwei Terminals. Die Schlangen waren dementsprechend überdimensional lang. Daher wollte ich meine Bestellung an der Kasse aufgeben. Hier wurde ich lediglich abgefertigt mit der Aufforderung am Terminal meine Bestellung aufzugeben. Hätte ich sehr gern gemacht, wenn die Schlangen nicht unverhältnismäßig lang gewesen wären. Die Kasse war leer und es wäre kein Problem gewesen meine Bestellung anzunehmen. Kundenfreundlich ist anders. Wir sind dann ohne Bestellung gegangen und diese Filiale werde ich nie wieder aufsuchen.

Inkompetenz at it's best und noch 100% Unfreundlichkeit dazu. Die komplette Bestellung ging schief, die freundlichste Mitarbeierin auf dem Planeten betonte 5x hintereinander dass sie noch 32€ irgendwas bekäme, obwohl das ganze schon per App bezahlt war, schlussendlich gab's ein Storno und eine Neubestellung, das Ende vom Lied ist, dass das ich 2 Bestellungen bezahlt habe und nun meinem Geld hinterherrenne. MC Deutschland fühlt sich nicht zuständig, weil Franchise und der örtliche Chef verweigert jegliche Kommunikation.

Schade waren heute dort,Personal komplett überfordert teilweise beim Bürgerzubereiter am Telefonieren.Wir haben unsere Bestellung zum Mitnehmen bestellt und uns fehlten Nuggets eine Packung und ein Burger.Dies ist nicht das erste Mal.Waren eine Zeit lang nicht mehr dort wollten dem ganzen eine zweite Chance geben.Burger wurden bevor sie in die Tüte kamen erneut ausgepackt ohne Handschuhe vom Kassenpersonal du Zutaten vom Burgen genommen und entsorgt.Eine Familie davor wollte mit ihrer Bestellung das Restaurant verlassen und ie Hälfte fehlte.Leider kein erneuter Besuch mehr .Schade

Die Location ist ok, MC Standard halt. Der Service ist unfreundlich und geht auch auf Nachfrage nicht auf Wünsche ein. Eine Bestellung konnte angeblich nicht storniert werden, dann wurde sie doch geändert, schlussendlich mussten wir neu bestellen und nun haben wir 2 Abbuchungen von der Kreditkarte und MC reagiert nicht auf Nachfragen wegen einer Rückerstattung. Dieses Restaurant meiden wir jetzt nach Möglichkeit.

Heute um ca 20.15 Uhr für 4 Personen bestellt. Die pommes waren noch halb roh,es wurde erneut etwas vergessen!! Haben es dann noch bekommen. Ohne Kontrolle geht es hier nicht mehr raus. Ständig wechselndes Personal,jedes Mal scheint es überfordert zu sein. Heute war es fast leer!! Der Tablettwagen überfüllt, es wirkt unsauber!!! Es wird anscheinend nich besser dort. Im Gegenteil...Liebe Chefs,handelt endlich !!!!

Eher eine kleinere Filiale. Sauber war diese bei unseren Besuch. Leid wenig einladend, wenn nebenan eine Tankstelle ist, die Terrasse direkt an diese grenzt und es nach Benzin und Diesel riecht. Zudem habe ich am Automaten bestellt, Ein happy meal für die kleine. An Automaten stand bezüglich des Spielzeugs, Spielzeug nach Wahl, was ich gewählt habe. Aussuchen welches, Fehlanzeige. Essen am Tresen abgeholt und wollte das Spielzeug wählen. Der Leiter erklärte mir dann, die Auswahl würde man für uns übernehmen und selbst wohnen ginge nicht. Ausgestellt waren alle Tiere und das gewünschte wäre eh nicht da. Ich hätte an Automaten wählen können, was jedoch so direkt nicht möglich war. Und selbst wenn, nach Wahl bedeutet, dass man für uns wählt und nicht weit selbst. Seltsame und dazu noch unhöfliche Erklärung des Leiters. McDonalds ist leider lange nicht mehr das, was es mal war.

Wie für die Fast Food Kette bekannt, Wartezeit unter 5 Minuten, die Eismaschibe war um 23:30 noch aktiv und ich konnte alles bestellen, ohne Einschränkungen. Die Stimmung war trotz baldigem Feierabend sehr gut.

Ich find wirklich eine Frechheit, ich habe Plant Based Nuggets und Einen McPlant bestellt. Zuhause gesehen das weder die Nuggets noch der Burger Plant Based ist. Wenn nichts davon da ist dann einfach Mund aufmachen und dies sagen und das Geld zurück geben da mir Apple Pay vorab bezahlt wurde. Rausgeschmissenes Geld und einfach Respektlos.

Die Azubine mit dem Piercing ist voll nett. Das Eis hat sie trotzdem nicht vertickert bekommen.

Eigentlich sehr ruhig und nie überfüllt. Geschmeckt hat es auch jedes mal. Gemütlich ist es auch durch die schönen frischen Blumentöpfe auf den Tischen.

Echt unglaublich. Nur weil ich nicht am Terminal bestellen wollte wurde ich Tresen komplett ignoriert. Ganz traurige Nummer. Wenn ich nicht wenigstens einen Stern geben würde, könnte ich das hier nicht hinterlassen. Verdient ist der Stern jedenfalls nicht

Naja, die Personal ist total überfordert obwohl die Bude voll mit Mitarbeitern ist. Lange Wartezeit bis man bedient wird. Die Burger werden zusammengeworfen, so das man die Burger nicht richtig angreifen kann, ohne sich dabei zu einzusauen.

Recht langsam und bei jedem einzelnen Mal Außer-Haus-Bestellung fehlt etwas. Frühstück wird auch nicht mehr angeboten. Ich wundere mich jedes Mal, warum ich da noch hinfahre

Ich habe mir hier heute, unter anderem, einen Latte Macchiato gegönnt. Schlimm das alles nicht immer teurer und dafür auch noch weniger in seiner Menge wird! Warum gibt's noch so große Becher, wenn die nur halb voll sind? Eigentlich habe ich mir immer gerne einen Latte bei McDonalds gegönnt, jetzt nicht mehr, zumindest nicht hier.
