I've been standing in the drive-thru for 24 minutes now!!!! There are 2 cars in front of me, but at the beginning there were actually only 5, it shouldn't take 10 minutes... the very last one is that. My break will be over in 4 minutes and I haven't even had my food yet. I'm curious whether it will take another 20 minutes for the next 2 cars... 0 stars would be the correct rating!!!! So my break is over now and I'm still in the drive...

The ordering kiosk was malfunctioning, but we were not helped due to crowds. Unfriendly staff. We left immediately.

An absolute disaster!!! If you have a lot of time and want to get played silly, this is the place for you! For example, you are at the drive-in with about 20 minutes to go and then when you want to place your order (waiting time about 15 minutes), everything is suddenly closed. I always thought that the drive in was there to make things go faster? The place itself is dirty and the staff is totally overworked. While you're waiting for your food, you notice that most of the guests are really dissatisfied. I'm actually a real Burger King fan, but in this case I prefer McDonald's.

Everything was fine as always, you just had to wait a little longer than usual.

If I could I wouldn't give a single star. In general, you easily wait 20-30 minutes for your food here. What this has to do with fast food is a mystery to me. When the order comes, 99% of the time half of it is missing or you get the wrong burger. Today we wanted to eat here - but there was no (small) meat - how can something like that happen in a burger restaurant? Then you have to find solutions and not just send people away... The staff there simply doesn't feel like it and you can feel that every time you visit. In any case, we won't be eating here anymore!

Slowest and bad restaurant ever

Slowest Burger King? There wasn't much going on in the restaurant itself. At the drive-in I was 30! Minutes, even though there were exactly 4 cars in front of me... I was able to closely observe the efficiency of the employees while I waited to order. An employee came out to dispose of boxes 3 times within 4 minutes - each time holding a single flat box. Unfortunately, it doesn't surprise me that it takes such an exorbitantly long time to order - let alone receive your food - if this scene reflects the work efficiency of the staff. Unfortunately, the food was only lukewarm when I received it... On a Sunday evening with the best weather, not only one cash register should be occupied!

Staff is always overwhelmed!!! There is no need to go there at peak times.

Sadly one has to feel sorry for the only one employee preparing the order for 10 people at a time.. feel sad for the employees who are working in such a big restaurant. Looking totally understaffed. One has to lose their hunger before get the food in hand.

A horror. Not recommended at the moment! First only 2 out of three order machines worked, then card payment didn't work. But the staff didn't want to collect money at the counter. This is how all the orders from the other machine appeared. I waited 40 minutes for my food.

It was very full, we waited 30 minutes for our food, but the girls and boys there stepped up their game and were well organized.

The burger was cold, the toilet was unhygienic... the first and last time. However, the fries were tasty and, for once, very hot.

It was all about satisfying the hunger after an 8 hour drive. But everything is within the framework... Quality of the food good, service good, no reason to complain about anything!

If I could, I would even give it minus stars

Big sized restaurant with seating both on the ground floor, upstairs and outside. Handicap toilet on the ground floor and regular toilets upstairs. Toilets could definitely be cleaner and one didn't have soap. Service and quality of food was ok, churros are not crispy and taste like donuts. The cola was very good. Located right by a gas station.

A fine experience in Burger King, the food was pretty much as expected. We tried the Churros,as we never tried burger king Churros before. They were a bit soggy. Also the mens bathroom were not so clean and was missing toiletpaper, wich was a bit of a bummer.

The worst BK far and wide. Even if it was “just” made, the food was cold, ice cold, even though there was nothing going on. Lots of salad streaks on the burgers, in short, inedible for the price you can really expect more. First of all, it's the last time I won't spend any money on such rubbish. You should be ashamed to call something like that food

Very bad BK. Overwhelmed staff, cola in pee-warm and non-carbonated and as compensation there is no money back but water. At least with medium carbonation.

Waiting times of over half an hour. Unfortunately it is not possible to turn around in drive. Never go here again

Just Burger King. Nothing special, you can eat there in an emergency.

The food is so-so, you can stop by and eat something quick. Although the prices are not appropriately matched to the quality of the product.

I had to wait a very long time for my order. The employees cannot cope with the workload, and you have to wait until 15 more clients are served before you. The food was also not tasty - the onion rings were empty and overcooked, and the cheese crumbled in your hands

I prefer Burger King over all the other fast food places. Please bring back the brownies. The churros we had yesterday were really bad. They were chewy and overall disappointing. The chocolate sauce provided isn't going well with it either. That sauce goes well with ice creams but with fried stuff it just isn't working. Take churros out and bring back the brownies

Waited 15 minutes for three crispy chickens. Only after I complained did the burgers come. No reaction from the employee, very unfriendly.

Today I had a very bad experience with a woman that was so unfriendly on the drive in at 14.55 I ordered but she gived me less than what I ordered,very very unfriendly,and I asked for another burger she Telled me she can't because other cars was there but I was first If I can put 0 stars I would do it but unfortunately I can't.

Staff had dirty clothes. Tables would have liked a rag, as would the floor.

The drive-through service is extremely slow, and ordering inside takes just as long. The kiosks are often unreliable, and there are times when no staff are available at the counter to take orders.

So far there has ALWAYS been something wrong with our order, be it forgetting the dips or a plain one in the bag instead of a double Whopper that we ordered.. you should check your order carefully directly in the store..

I don't normally rate fast food restaurants, but everything here is really great. Friendly and helpful staff, good food and more than good ambience upstairs for a Burger King.

I've been standing at the drive in for 45 minutes now. I've been standing at the counter for 10 minutes and no one says anything. I can't turn back either. GUYS THAT'S NOT HOW IT WORKS!! If you can't make it then close the drive in!!! I've never experienced anything like that!!

Today, for the third time, we waited at the drive counter for over half an hour, even though there were only 1-2 cars in front of us, and then had to turn around because nothing was moving forward. That was definitely the last time we were there. This branch is absolutely understaffed and incompetent. If you ever get anything to eat there, the order is incorrect or cold.

Basically a good BK with fresh products and friendly staff. Unfortunately one of the slowest drive-inns I know. With two customers in front of you, it can easily take 20 minutes to receive your food. With a lunch break of 30 minutes, it is often difficult for me to quickly grab something from the BK.

Ordered on the automated machine. I was incapable of NOT getting a drink. I just wanted a burger and fries. No drink. The drink added several extra Euros to my order and I did not have a choice. They do these scams to squeeze every single penny out of you. It's very common across Europe.

The drive-in was closed at 12 noon on June 8th (Saturday) because there weren't enough staff, especially since the McDonald's isn't open, it should be foreseeable that there could be more going on...

Since the McDonald's opposite has closed for renovation, everyone in the area now gathers at the Burger King... unfortunately they don't have enough staff to process all customers quickly. The employees do their best but can't keep up with the large number of customers. Personally, I would always take a 20 minute wait. Food is good and complete. Slips happen at every restaurant.

After waiting in line for 20 minutes, I finally place the order, and after another 10 minutes of waiting to get to the window to pay, the employee tells me that it is not possible to pay with a €200 denomination!!!! We waited in line at the drive in for 60 minutes even though there were only 5 cars in front of us. The cola was warm and the food was cold, in the end I had a long chicken instead of a long chili cheese - so my order was also wrong. It's an absolute shame to have to wait so long.

Large Burger King with a terrace and a very cozy upper floor. The toilets and restaurant were clean enough, the food was prepared quickly and everything was fresh and tasty. Feel free to go here.

Ordered many things, including chicken nuggets for takeaway and it was not in the bag..went back asking, and then this guy showed up with attitude and, after a while, gave me a bag of nuggets and funnly replied..lost we have found it! Came back home and realized that the friendly-spidy replaced crispy chicken burger with a normal beef cheese burger....careful before moving out with your Takeaways!! EDIT: I appreciate the gesture of promptly reaching out by the owner to improve the services and thus lower the negative tone in my review!!

Quality is good and the service staff works at full speed so that you get your order quickly.

The atmosphere is very nice and it's great that you can refill your drinks yourself. We are there often but every time the floor always sticks somewhere even though nothing is wet. But what is WORST is that there is never the toy that is advertised. My son really wanted these Garfield things. Went there again yesterday and there were only books. Unfortunately, we haven't had luck getting a Garfield once since the campaign began. It's bad when you want to make the children happy and have to order from the "silent" seller because the cashier finds it easier that way and you never know in advance that the toy you want isn't available. Well, there is a display case, but the figures I wanted were never in there either. It's really a shame, especially given the price of the Kknder menu

Stood in the drive-in for 40 minutes and when I was at the counter the employees laughed at me and said they were closed. There were 5 people behind me who had already been waiting for 20 minutes. Fries are often weak, cola is non-carbonated.

A Burger King because I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Staff very unfriendly and disrespectful. I waited at the drive in for 44.30 minutes until I got my food, which was cold. I think the employee who was at the drive in couldn't find the way out of the toilet. Work ethic or something Motivation is a foreign word here. My recommendation is that you'd rather starve

The dirtiest Burger King I've ever seen. At the same time, they are among the tastiest Whoppers I've ever eaten. Excellent, excellent. I definitely recommend it when traveling from Munich to the north.

What can you say about Burger King? You now do the service yourself, you can hardly call the mere serving of food service. Other fast foods aren't any better either. Food as usual, ambience typical too.

A super clean, barrier-free, beautifully furnished branch. The staff were friendly and the food was on our table very quickly. There is a changing station, and a big plus: the toilets were clean! Unfortunately, it's far too rare to see these days. The burgers themselves were okay, but the meat was a bit dry, but not bad, everything was tasty and fresh.

Apparently they were overwhelmed by the late evening rush due to a concert in the Olympic Stadium. You couldn't keep up with the orders and there were used trays everywhere. The syrup for the cola was apparently empty and at some point they simply locked the door from the inside to stop letting in the customers, who were still coming in large numbers. Since the competition a few meters away is currently being renovated, one could actually have expected a large number of visitors.

The order was completed quickly. Everything is clean and on the upper floor you have a nice panoramic view.

We went to the lady at the counter to ask how long it would take and she then threw our food at us and yelled at us. Actually normal Burger King. But very dirty and littered. Unfortunately, there was also no syrup at the soda station, which I only noticed after I left the store, and I had colored water instead of iced tea :(

That used to be the best Burger King around. Unfortunately it has diminished significantly. No toilet paper in the toilets, no soap in the soap dispenser and the burgers don't contain what they should. We ordered two plant based burgers (as is, nothing modified). There was bacon on both of them. Unfortunately we had to go back. Then the replacement came. The sauce was missing twice and in both cases the tomatoes that were supposed to be there as standard. When asked, the tomatoes were added on top, but unfortunately the sauce was still not there. We don't eat meat for ethical reasons. I find it doubly bad that it then has to be thrown away. Unfortunately, I can't either overcome eating meat. If I have to expect to get meat without special curls when I order something vegan, then I can't go there anymore. And definitely don't recommend it. During the time we ate there, several other guests also had incorrect orders... that's not how you handle food.

I was happy that there was finally a Burger King nearby. The food is quite good so far. At first it was quite clean, but now you get the feeling that cleanliness is a foreign word! I hope something changes otherwise I was a customer in this house for a long time. Been back in the shed after a long time. Conclusion nothing learned....-1 star Food is sold here! Very questionable
