Burger King in Eching

Unfortunately, I was disappointed again on my last visit. There wasn't the right patty on my Whopper Junior, but apparently a hamburger patty - see picture attached. During the previous purchase, the small hamburger patty was used twice on a Whopper instead of the original Whopper meat. Unfortunately, you only notice such errors when you get home, which is particularly annoying if you use the drive-thru. In addition, the waiting time at the drive-in was unusually long despite the short line. If the quality of the order is not correct, that is very disappointing. Unfortunately it doesn't work that way. There is competition right nearby where you get consistently good quality - and you don't have the feeling of being taken for a ride. Care and service should be urgently improved here.

The plant-based offering is unbeatable

There is a second floor where you can sit comfortably, the food is better than in Mak, good location.

There are employees in this store who work so slowly and uncoordinatedly that there are enormous waiting times. Then I don't need Fastfoot!!!

A very bad experience for the past two weeks in a row. The same employee with glasses, who doesn't want to work, stands around with a drive-up headset on, can't hear anything, and treats customers with contempt. The food was cold and beyond reproach, absolutely inedible. The baklava shake was only a quarter full. They have no respect for the customers, nor any desire to work.

Very dirty, the floor is sticky!!! It seems like no one ever cleans here!!! The toilet on the highway is cleaner... Broken soap box in the men's toilet. The tables were not wiped, and there were not many people. Very bad, does not meet the standards of this institution in other cities.

Simply the most outrageous Burger King I have ever experienced. Open until midnight but at 11:40 p.m. they refuse to take orders because they want to close on time... I've really never experienced anything like that. Absolutely not recommended and I sincerely hope that the franchisee fails here properly.

The stench near the toilets was unbearable and hit you on the stairs. The floors were sticky. I ordered a small milkshake to take away, which was slammed on the counter by an unfriendly lady. In the car I saw that the small cup was only half full. The milkshake tasted good.

Waited 30 minutes for everything to be wrong. Vanilla shake instead of chocolate, 2 of the 4 burgers completely wrong, although we returned one. The atmosphere is bottomless, there are piles of rubbish on the tables everywhere because they don't think it's important to take out the rubbish.

Unfortunately, today's visit was once again confirmation of why competition is spreading while BKs are becoming fewer and fewer. Respect to the lady at the serving who worked for 3 while several people in the kitchen embody the incompetence. Waited 30 minutes for the food, the additional ingredients (which we were also allowed to pay for) were missing from the burgers. Of the fries, 3 of the fries tasted like old organic waste. It's a shame, the veggie burgers at BK are the best, but such experiences all the time... was probably the last visit to the chain, and this branch in particular.

Slow food After only 1 control terminal was open, it took another 20 minutes after the order was placed.

We probably had the best burgers we have ever eaten at BK. My plant based long chicken looked like an advertising photo when I unpacked it. Nothing squashed, nicely topped and the taste is creamy. My wife had a whopper which looked like a picture when unpacked and was very tasty. Apparently there is a real Spongebob on the grill in the shop who loves grilling burgers.

Food tastes good, like typical Burger King. Service is a little slower but probably depends on the time of day. Nice seating upstairs.

The Burger King is something for quick hunger or a ravenous appetite. The burgers taste as they should, there are no long waiting times but nothing exciting either. Burger King is just Burger King.

Unfortunately the most inefficient way of working I have ever experienced in a fast food restaurant. The staff has private conversations instead of processing orders quickly. Work is not done in parallel, but each order is processed individually - with the result that a long queue formed up to the entrance door. It certainly wasn't fast food. My food ended up being cold because an employee was so irritated by my extra tomato request that he thought my burger had been cooked incorrectly. Only after he had to laboriously check with a colleague did he realize that it was a completely different order - my burger was just lying around. Incredibly slow service, disorganized and unfortunately not a pleasant experience.

Took a little longer but compared to other BKs it was very nicely furnished and clean, including the toilets. Gladly again.

I've been standing in line on the drive for fifteen minutes and nothing is moving forward.

Overall everything was fine, but there was room for improvement. Food was ok, staff tried hard but were often understaffed and unfortunately varied in their level of friendliness. The shop itself could be a bit cleaner, there is often rubbish on the floor when I come. What's great is Burger King's usual self-filling and free refilling of drinks!

90 minutes of free parking – then a €40 fine? This is really outrageous! People come to you to have a nice meal and still end up getting ripped off! Where is the customer service? Instead of creating a relaxed experience for your guests, you cause frustration and annoyance. This is definitely not how you treat paying customers! The parking concept is an imposition and a clear rip-off!

The quality is no longer to our liking

You can park there for free for 90 minutes. A fine of 30 euros must then be paid. Sounds feasible... if the restaurant could manage to prepare the food in this time. It took 70 minutes from the time we ordered this afternoon until we had our food in our hands (order completed at 1:30 p.m., we finally had the food at 2:40 p.m.). Of course, you had to wait in line beforehand to order. Unfortunately, there was no time to eat today and we had to drive back immediately because we weren't allowed to stay in the parking lot any longer. As the driver, I couldn't really eat and the kids weren't allowed to have any sauces in the car (due to the risk of stains). As a result, a lot of things remained uneaten. That was nothing and the money was wasted. Absolutely understaffed branch. Unfortunately, 3 people couldn't handle the orders. A number of people canceled their orders before us, otherwise it would have taken longer than 70 minutes. Shortly after us, orders stopped being accepted. If I had been happy if my order hadn't been accepted, then I would have saved myself the disappointment of waiting forever and then not even being able to eat. You could drive to Nuremberg in that time and still have your meal earlier. This is just crazy! According to reviews, the problem seems to be common. Here you may need to realize that you don't have enough employees on shift.

The food was ok, but the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. An upper leather chair was stuck to the seat (probably from cola or something similar), the toilet was also not clean and the drinks machine smelled quite unpleasant. I ordered two burgers, they were lukewarm, dry, almost without sauce!!! The young woman at the checkout was very friendly and helpful. Everyone is wearing protective gloves, except for one lady in black work clothes, probably the shift worker! She was the only one who pawed at burgers without gloves!! Not entirely hygienic!!! I didn't like it here, and based on my experience here I wouldn't recommend it!!!

Have come for the action of One Piece. When we paid, the sales staff informed us in an attentive, unfunny white manner that there were no more T-shirts available, and to then charge just over €18 for them was very bold. But there was no discount on the normal menu price! Employees sometimes speak incomprehensible German. Disrespectful behavior from employees. Fries partly green - inedible. I would advise against eating here.

I have been visiting Burger King for several years and have always been very satisfied. The food is delicious, the premises are clean, and the staff are friendly. It is one of the main reasons I have chosen this location regularly. But today I was unfortunately disappointed. Both Google and the Burger King app say this location is open until 12:00 a.m. However, when I got there at 11 p.m., I found the doors locked. This is unacceptable and shows that the internal processes are not under control. The manager or owner should urgently ensure that opening times are correctly stated and adhered to. Because of this experience I am deducting two stars. Something like this shouldn't happen, especially not with a brand that otherwise stands for reliability and quality. I hope that this will be better regulated in the future.

Good Burger King with nice employees. The order is usually processed very quickly, but in exceptional cases it can sometimes take longer. The cleanliness is good, although it could be cleaner on particularly busy days. The toilets have always been very well cleaned 👍 Parking options are somewhat limited, but we have always found a free parking space

Decent for a Burger King, lots of options at this location. It can be busy due to the proximity to the airport, but it is also busy when getting back from a late night flight. Due to it being busy, take out is nice or you can try to escape upstairs. Bathrooms were a bit dirty both times I was there. Toilet paper on the floor and none in the stalls. But it's fast food, so it's not worth having high standards.

I ate three Veggy Whoppers and then felt full and had a stomach ache all evening. I think they should put warnings on the packaging that more than two Whoppers can be dangerous for normal eaters. I'm thinking about contacting the consumer advice center!!

The worst Burger King we have ever experienced. The staff (there were enough employees on site, by the way) were overwhelmed, totally headless and simply uncoordinated. We also had missing burgers, fries that weren't seasoned and 80% of the drinks dispensers only came out with water, so the syrups were empty... As was the toilet paper and soap in the toilets. I've never experienced such a failure before, even with standardized system catering. If someone can tell me who I can get my money back from for this service, then bring it on. The employees were not available on site.

This Burger King is located near an EV charging station, which is convenient because you can sit there while charging. Unfortunately, that was the only positive thing. The staff seemed overwhelmed by the rush of airport and Oktoberfest guests, many products, such as salad, were out, tables were dirty and trays were not cleared away. Despite the self-service kiosks, long lines formed both to enter and pick up orders. The toilets were a disaster - soap and paper towels were completely missing. Isn't it ironic that you often end up at Burger King or McDonald's when charging your electric car? The CO2 and fine dust savings seem pointless if you eat in bulk at fast food chains instead. 😆

Regular Burger King. But we have 20!! Waited for our food for minutes. There wasn't much going on. When I asked, I only got a curt answer.

Despite a long wait, the food was cold and almost inedible. The fries were unsalted, there was no sauce on my long chicken, the first cola was warm and non-carbonated and I don't even want to start talking about the friendliness of the drive-in employee.

Actually everything is completely normal. Only the general cleanliness left something to be desired. At the beginning it wasn't noticeable. Instead of sending your standard answer to every bad review, you should do keyword filtering and send things like "Very slow drive-in, annoyed employees" directly to management instead of desperately trying to keep your social media image good with "Sorry, we'll forward this." Nachdem ich mit weiteren 4 Personen fast zwei Stunden bei Burger King verbracht habe und einen entsprechend hohen Umsatz generiert habe, bekam ich eine Rechnung für das Überschreiten der Parkzeit. Burger King Eching zockt seine Kunden ab. Ein entsprechendes Hinweisschild ist leicht zu überschauen. Ein Restaurant, das eigene Kunden für das Verweilen in den eigenen Lokal bestraft stellt ein absolutes NO GO dar. Fazit: NIE WIEDER BURGER KING ECHING!!!!

Good Burger King, friendly staff. The quickest way is to put together your menu in the app and then place the order at the terminal. Saves a lot of time and effort and works really well.
