I don't recommend it. The staff doesn't know what's going on, wrong orders, waiting time 30 minutes, cold food.

No milkshakes, preparation takes too long.

The place is beautiful and modern... And that's all. The service was very unpleasant, terrible, slow, no organization... we waited 25 minutes for the food and of course it was cold... We do not recommend it... Avoid it at all costs....

Eating sometimes takes forever. Most of the time something is forgotten.

I don't normally leave reviews but this time I do because the service is just subpar, I keep coming here because I work in the area. But I always have the problem that I order an espresso macchiato and I get a normal espresso, I don't think the staff knows the difference, it doesn't matter. Today I ordered a wrap, I opened it and half of it was torn off, you could hardly eat it. And the waiting times are catastrophic, everyone has days where they don't feel like working, but there has to be a little motivation!

Were there on Sunday at around 10:45 p.m. The menu we ordered took 10 minutes to be ready, with the restaurant almost empty. The slice of cheese was then placed on top of the burger. Sauces were forgotten. Yeah, what can you say. Toilets were clean, which was a plus point.

Overwhelmed staff, got lukewarm - almost cold burgers, to take away - unfortunately only noticed when I was driving on, otherwise I would have complained.

It's slowly enough! Once again, various products are not included in the takeaway. It can happen sometimes, but several times it raises the suspicion of fraud.

There is always something missing when ordering. Just ordered another menu at the DriveIn. Male employee was totally unfriendly. Curly Fries were missing from both menus - we can now suck our SourCream out of the box!

This is the worst branch, the cheeseburgers were cold due to the long wait to order, the big dough bbq bacon had no proper sauce and no bacon at all. The potatoes were overcooked, the ice cream we ordered with only caramel was made with chocolate and caramel.

Employees unfriendly. I had to wait forever until I could pay cash at the checkout. Two drinks were missing when they were served and it took forever for me to get them. Stay away.

I don't go there often. The screens are just pleasant. Order, pay, goodbye But the last two times I liked something. Once I understand but twice in a row I don't know if that's necessary and we're not talking about a cheeseburger. The staff is very unfriendly, especially the oriental employee (probably has roots in India) Other employees don't care about the things that happen in the restaurant. Food was forgotten and then had to be picked up yourself and the tables were dirty and not cleaned. Food was solid, please less ice cubes.

Eating is all well and good, but the fact that you get a parking ticket after 2 hours of parking (€30) is a joke. You ate a lot in the 2 hours. That was definitely the last time here. Such a rip off.

Very friendly and helpful staff, very modern atmosphere, food was brought to the table very quickly (despite many customers). Very warm, despite the space at the door. I can highly recommend this McDonalds.

It's McDonald's... Clean etc.... the breakfast (Sausage McMuffin) was laughably small.... SORT OUT YOUR BUSINESS MODEL! It felt a bit like a trick to take my money!

Terrible McDonald's. Guest area and toilets very dirty. Everything was sticky, there were napkins and leftover food everywhere. In addition, the soap and paper dispensers in the toilets were empty and, even when asked, were not refilled within the half hour I spent there. The burger was completely smeared with sauce and the nuggets were deep fried. The food came relatively quickly, but that was the only positive thing.

1. The service is terrible. Loud music is played in the kitchen, folk songs from their own country, from their own speakers, so that all the customers can hear it. 2. Then the girlfriend of one of the employees sits at the cash register and talks to her boyfriend, while there are customers standing there wanting to pay. Then a second employee comes and, instead of taking the cash, talks in their own language to the girlfriend of the first employee, while the first employee works in the kitchen and has to prepare the food. You should take your job a bit more seriously; it doesn't look good to outside customers.

Eating something delicious quickly with the family at McDonald's in Eching can be nice. Unfortunately this wasn't the case tonight!!! We encountered unfriendly staff and the ward management: We had to pick up the food ourselves. TO ORDER: Burnt fries that were hot and loved by Bigtasty were simply thrown into the box, making it impossible to pick it up and eat it. I complained about it and got a new one saying I had ordered it half an hour ago (station management), which doesn't explain the condition of the Bigtasty!!! After I got a new Bigtasty, the entire kitchen staff and the ward management looked at me giggling. Which gave me the impression that there was something wrong with my Bigtasty. I immediately left the store with the family. The staff and the ward management are not professional and very childish!!!!! Next time we'll think twice about going there.

No running water in the toilet, no salt on the fries, no carbonation in the cola and a long wait for food. Probably the worst McDonald's I know.

Interior is a matter of opinion. While I was entering the store someone tried to sell me a vegan burger, so a star deduction, otherwise I eat well, etc. (ps I now weigh 130 kilos)

I've been living in Neufahrn for 14 years and that's why I pass this McDonald's every now and then. However, I will now avoid this branch. After a very very very long renovation, the restaurant is running again. - no parking spaces for bicycles - Toilets, as is often the case, no paper and no air dryer, and of course ice cold water - Ordering at the table with the app is not possible because there are no table numbers - There are no longer any napkins with the menu, nor are there any cardboard straws - Separating waste on a special table with 3 mini openings is also very questionable if there is supposed to be virtually no plastic left - and how should you dispose of the useless paper base without folding it into small pieces first? ...everyone who even tries will embarrass themselves - otherwise the food was as usual ok, nice and soggy and greasy, oh and the fries were really well fried and even hot!

They constantly lie and don't add food to the order

Food like in any McDonalds, Children are looked at strangely because they can't keep quiet when there's no play area or anything else. But the best part was that I was allowed to change my 9 month old baby on the disabled toilet on the floor because there was no changing table anywhere. Very surprising in this day and age.

Regardless of whether there is a lot going on or a dead end, you MUST always check whether you have packed everything. If you don't, you might end up going home with half your order. It's a disgrace that they don't make sure that customers get what they ordered

Since the renovation, I think the service isn't as good anymore and everything takes a lot longer.

Worst McDonald's since it reopened, this is my fourth time here, I keep trying. So far I have let my coffee go back every time, either it was totally watery or the glass was dirty. Often something was missing or wrong in the order. Burgers are often cold and the hygiene leaves a lot to be desired. Considering that the shop hasn't been open for so long, the windows below and the tables are totally dirty. This time it was actually the last time.

Zero stars would be appropriate. Very unfriendly staff. I had an online order, payment via PayPal, McDrive. The lady at the window then told me my order hadn't been paid, PayPal is often crazy. So we paid cash. At the next window we received another order. This was easy to see because we didn't order a cafe. Unfortunately, absolutely no one was interested in that. So I paid cash for someone else's order and paid via PayPal for my actual order. When I arrived at the restaurant they just left me standing there, no time. In the end we were able to clear everything up, but I was just insulted - no apology, nothing. I've worked at McDonalds for 4 years myself, it's impossible. Nobody says anything when mistakes happen, but to be so derogatory and unfriendly - impossible. There's nothing like that in Landshut!

Visually, the MC Donald's is top. Order terminals work perfectly. The men's toilet had no soap in the dispenser and the staff responded somewhat unfriendly. Otherwise OK Fries like in all MC, too weak 😉

The most modern McDonald's restaurant I have visited so far. Everything so clean and with attention to detail. There are even flowers on the table, even if they are made of plastic, so it makes a pleasant impression. Everything happened quickly and it was less than 2 minutes from the motorway. Everything is still quite new and very chic, modern, attractive.

Item is always missing from order. Every time we have to check and today when we had no time, we come home and as you can see in photo 4 thing is not there. Managers perhaps instead of training and controlling their employees sleeps in work.

We were standing at Mc Drive for 20 minutes and no one responded (10:15 p.m. - 10:35 p.m.), people were already honking behind us. We drove up and there was no employee at the counter either. They don't understand German either, great, the reopening will definitely be a success 🙌🏻 we've been there for 45 minutes and still haven't received any food (fast food?) embarrassingly easy 2025: Went to Mc Drive at the weekend and it just doesn't get any better. Wanted 3 double cheeseburgers and 2 chili cheeseburgers, in the bag there was a double cheeseburger and 2 normal cheeseburgers. My partner went in and told the lady that the order was wrong, then we came back to the fact that they didn't speak German. Her answer was always "to take away or eat here", he repeated that the colleague had taken the order incorrectly, she again said "to take away or eat here" and then he asked if anyone here spoke German. Impossible . Maybe pay employees better so that you get better staff

The new MCD is great. Very clean, and very important also the toilets. Food came to the table hot and the wait was absolutely OK. Extremely friendly staff, and now here's the thing: I've never been asked at the table in an MCD if everything is okay. This MCD is GREAT 👍

The staff are extremely unfriendly, rude and incompetent. I heard one lady employee shout rudely at a customer when he asked where his missing item was. The restaurant is at least clean and nice.

Very bad experience with McD. How can you manage to serve the burgers 🍔 cold in the restaurant and then when you complain you only get a cold burger again. The cheese didn't even melt. As a staff, it should actually be possible for you to apologize for the crap. But there isn't even a sorry. Never again.

Horrible! This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to, the staff were extremely rude and barely even spoke German. Don't go here, go to the Burger King 100m further up or for dinner go to the IKEA. if you have allergies, or your lactose intolerant or vegan don't even think about going here because they will get your order wrong and give you something else. The staff are completely incompetent, and one of the employees seemed intimidating by the other(both extremely rude) and would do anything they said even if it was something that she shouldn't do.

So schlecht wurde ich noch nie bedient wie heute. Man steht in der Schlange und wartet bis man dran ist, nur wenn man dann endlich dran wäre kommt kein Mitarbeiter mehr. Und das gleich vier mal hintereinander. Da gehe ich sicher nicht mehr mit meiner Frau und den drei Kindern hin. Mir ist der Appetit dadurch vergangen, bin nur wegen der Kinder trotzdem geblieben.

One of the clean and classy McDonalds I have been to. I have been here 3 times already and it's good. You don't go to McD expecting healthy food for less price, so that's what you get. I really liked that it is open until late. There are shopping options too if you go in the day.

We were here today and we have never seen such unfriendly staff. Today was pretty busy, but literally HALF of our order was forgotten. I then waited at the counter for another 10 minutes until an unfriendly employee finally came. I kindly pointed out to her that we were still missing a few things at the table, but of course I only got a curt, short answer. After 3 attempts we still didn't have everything on the table and then left it. The fries and some burgers were cold and most of the free tables were dirty. An order screen didn't work either. As a customer, especially as a family, you are very unwelcome here. We will definitely not come here again.

When I arrived at McDonalds, I wanted to order food from the self-service machine using the app. Unfortunately the coupons didn't work. When I got to the checkout, I said that the self-service machines wouldn't accept my coupons. Whether she can do that. The cashier tried and it didn't work again. Then she told me that I should delete the voucher and redeem the voucher again in the app. While I was doing this, a gentleman pushed his way forward and the employee took it. It suddenly took the gentleman 10 minutes to place his order, and I stood there with my 2-year-old son and had to wait again. Then another employee came and took over the cash register. When it was finally my turn, this employee wrote in my coupon code and it didn't work again and she said that they had a system problem and it wasn't working right now. Then she asked me what I would want, I said everything that was in the voucher. She typed it in and in the end it was more expensive than the voucher. I asked why it was more expensive now and she answered very rudely that the vouchers don't work and whether I take it at that price or not, if not then I could leave. Then when I said call me her store manager said it was her. Later after a discussion it turned out that she was just a shift manager. She finally told me if you don't take it then leave and never come back. So I prefer McDonald's 1. If your vouchers don't work, you should have an alternative, or at least make it the same price 2. you should train your staff not to be so rude to guests! Because without guests, there is no going on! 3. Your staff should not claim that they are store managers even though they only manage shifts! And last but not least 4. I will definitely not visit your store again. I have never seen such bad, incompetent staff, you are the first, congratulations to you! I hope you can learn from this and hire better staff.

Same experiences as many here. The order was incomplete several times even though everything was recorded on the invoice. Be sure to check before you drive on and half of it is missing when you get home...

Last but not least, I have never experienced anything so unfriendly. After 15 minutes. Waiting time, an employee showed up. I still couldn't pay my bill, I got really stupid when I asked if I could finally pay. I then left it and can keep the food for herself. Never go to the store again. There are other competitors who are friendlier and still value their customers.

We were there at 10 a.m., there wasn't much going on yet. We waited 30 minutes for our food, and during that time it became more and more crowded. Guests were ignored because only 2 women were working and they weren't very friendly. Later the would-be boss came, who is an unreasonable expectation for staff and guests. It's best to replace the boss and have more staff at peak times. Nobody stays long in a working atmosphere like this. I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone, it's just an imposition.

McDonald's , what are you doing ? Everybody complaining ... is that a joke ? Send them ( employee) to learn customer relationship and why not, cooking lessons. It's sad .. taking in consideration the fact that there are not so many options for people in the area to go and visit for a snack or a late dinner, this please should be a "MUST GO" . But the real thing over there contradicts everything. Sad..

This branch is definitely one of the worst branches in and around Munich. No ordering via app possible at the table. Number of tables far too few for the weekend rush and dirty. Toilets with overflowing trash baskets and missing paper towels indicate neglected control. Service staff wander around forever looking for the order numbers... We will avoid this branch.

New restaurant looks uncomfortable. You either sit in the corridor to the entrance, in the corridor to the food counter, in the middle of the order screens, or in the corridor to the toilet. Such behavior is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I noticed the same person in the Freising branch because of their unfriendliness - so the problem doesn't seem to be an isolated case. Apart from that, the entire service in the branch is chaotic and not very customer-oriented. The food is up to the usual standard, but the visit is greatly marred by the poor treatment of customers. Dear Management: Please work on training your employees and place more emphasis on dealing with customers. You can't retain guests this way.

Something is repeatedly forgotten with the McDrive. Sometimes burgers, sometimes sauces, sometimes fries. Seems like a “scam” to me to increase the margin. Check your bags when you pick them up.

Re-opening. We were at the McDrive on the way to my dying grandma, 4 hours drive ahead of us. 1) My husband was rudely cut off after ordering a cappuccino, even though we still wanted to order food. 2) There was no cutlery for the Caesar salad I ordered, which is why I'm now allowed to look at it in the car for 4 hours without dinner. Thanks for nothing…!
