McDonald's in Radolfzell am Bodensee

Had a spicy burger, super good and super tasty, but little small which really matters.

The wait at the drive-in was incredibly long even though the restaurant was empty. Super annoying when the only reason to eat something there is the short waiting time!!

Went to the drive in today, October 17th, 2024, shortly after 9 p.m. I redeemed a coupon with 2 double chili cheeseburgers with lattice potatoes and mayo with Sprite, I got 2 normal cheeseburgers, lattice potatoes, sour cream and Sprite, then I ordered a 9 nuggets, I got a 6, I paid but for what I ordered, I paid more than I received the goods. The employee took the kindness with the toothpick. Terrible and just a rip off.

The toilets are absolute horror. I've seen many Magges all over the world but today was the kill. Both men's toilets are a mess. Danger! Opening times on Google and in the app are incorrect. Closes at 10 p.m., even on Saturdays.

Despite the voucher campaign, the regular price was charged for the Chicken McNuggets. Price difference €5.50!!! When I was made aware of this, I was told that there were no vouchers for the nuggets. Ketchup was also charged, which could not be found anywhere in the bag. Instead of the Coke I ordered, I was offered Fanta. The staff speaks poor German and is unfriendly. Customers are being ripped off here!!! Absolutely not recommended!!! If I could, I would give no stars or minus stars. Never again McDonald's!!!

I ordered ice cream via the app and specified table delivery. Ice didn't come, but the app told me we got it. So go ahead and ask. no apology but just "ice cream is not brought, our fault" had to take the melted ice cream. Nowhere is the ice cream not brought to the table. Customer friendliness is zero. McDonald's should train its employees better.

Bad just bad! McDonald's is no longer what it used to be. Nobody speaks or understands German properly, they always understand something different. Burgers look bad, half a lettuce leaf, half a cheese, hardly any sauce, burnt meat, nothing and that every time! Always get something wrong or forget something. Unfortunately, it's not clean either. Unfortunately, there was a small hair in the fries... That should urgently change, which is a disgrace for the price!!!

Something was forgotten at the counter again and when you asked where the drink you paid for was, you were disrespected in a rude manner. They really should hire better and friendlier staff

From 22 only drive in, employees shit because we were on the line. In my Mcsmart (I ordered cheeseburger and Sprite) there was none of that but 2 chickenburgers and a coke. Ps Fries limp and chicken burger disgusting

At the drive in where you place the orders you are not understood. Employees don't understand German well 5. Things tend to be forgotten when ordering, it takes forever, tables are dirty and staff are unmotivated. Some food is cold or the fries are not cooked through.

I always think there nothing can go wrong in McDonalds, I was wrong. Fries are dry and not crunchy, taste like overnight fries. Same aa bacon. AVOID!

Food is reasonably well prepared, but often carelessly thrown together. The biggest problem at the moment is that the heating doesn't work, even the workers wear jackets and as a guest you can't eat there without a jacket. Therefore the food gets cold quickly. Addendum.. you often wait 30 minutes until you get the food.. or you are completely forgotten.

Drive-in switches often take a long time. So compared to other branches of the chain, this one is really bad. Today they also forgot to put half the order in the bag. Unfortunately I only noticed it when I got home.

Rarely have I had such bad fries... No sauce and no dips, everything sold out and the toilet then fits into the overall picture.

McDonald's a bit difficult to find due to the dead end, not yet completely rebuilt, ordered a cappuccino from the sales desk with oat milk and table service - nothing going on, ran up to pick it up after 8 minutes: cappuccino was just finished, it was there in a paper cup (I wanted a cup) and they don't have any oat milk (but the manager said - GsD no allergy for me) There are better Mc's...coffee but hot

It's a slightly out of the way McDonald's. But it's the only McDonald's far and wide. It has a lot of parking spaces. The employees are somehow a bit listless. Overall, very clean and already furnished.

I have never experienced a branch like this! We are here on vacation. Unfriendly staff, especially to our child (10 years). He handed over the reusable cup and was asked what he wanted now. When he said the deposit, you suddenly remembered that you had to give him €2. They forgot to bring us the Coke, the service was also totally unfriendly and they put it on the counter in annoyance when we asked for it. There were no winning coupons on the cups even though the promotion was still running. Cleanliness is not a priority here. And the prices are more expensive than here in Heilbronn. I thought the prices would be uniform. My husband asked the employee that they could please be a little friendlier. Especially to the children. Nobody was interested in that, not even the managing director. If I had read the reviews earlier, I wouldn't have gone. We will definitely make McDonald's Germany aware that this branch needs to be checked.

I am at a loss for words. I was standing in MC Drive and wasn't noticed. After waiting for 5 minutes without being greeted, I turned left around the bend to counter two where there was an open window. There too, 2 minutes without any interest in the customer. The staff looked very unmotivated and there were only two in sight. But then I don't make a fool of myself and call around the store from the car. I went home hungry at 9 p.m. without ordering. Thanks for nothing!

Food was ok, not cold, not warm and the fries were limp. The worst thing for me personally is that NO ONE really understands or speaks German.

Employees don't give out food even though it says it's ready to be picked up. Unfortunately I don't speak his language. I would be rejected.

Employees at the drive-in are very dissatisfied, take forever and it's not the first time that things have been forgotten and/or mixed up. No hello, no goodbye, no please and no thank you.

McDrive is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you're going to get...or less poetically: The McSurprise Menu.....-.- For a while (or at times) there was a lady in McDrive (tall, slim, dark hair) who really had it under control, there was nothing to complain about...but as soon as she left nothing worked, it's always really exciting Open the bag and see what's inside this time... Otherwise it's just a normal McDonald's

1. Empty the drink over my car at the drive-in. The operator actually wanted to just close the cup properly and give it to me. When I asked for a new drink, the operator refilled it without comment and gave me the completely wet cup. 2. Wrong burger wrapped. When I complained, no apology, nothing. I even had to get out of the car because he wouldn't bring me the real burger to the car 3. Eat cold! Both fries and McNuggets. 4. Fries only half full 5. Definitely the last time there. This store had its chances to get better. But here we work according to the motto “It can always be worse”. As soon as I walked in, I stumbled over garbage around the dish return. The order probably went wrong due to the employee's lack of language skills. I got sauces that I hadn't ordered, Mc Rib wasn't on the tray at all. As always, Chicken Mc Nuggets are only lukewarm on the way from the serving counter to the table. Oh yes, fries are not golden yellow, more like rust brown and quite cross. Table and chair sticky - lots of leftover food on the floor around the table. We're not talking about a crowded location with at least 3 employees at the time. My recommendation to MC Donalds Munich: just walk in unannounced and see for yourself. This branch is CLOSED in the spirit of Mc Donalds. THIS WAS NOT AN ISOLATE CASE!!!

Just picked up from MC Essen. At home I noticed that the menu was missing again... 6 nuggets... it really sucks

Have always given these McDonalds a chance. Tables are always really dirty, you don't know where to sit even though everything is free. The toilets are always dirty and there are piles of rubbish on the floor. Employees are forgetful and sometimes unfriendly

Often half of it is forgotten or the food is cold and simply thrown carelessly in a box. With promotional coupons that you have already redeemed, at the end you are told that they are not there and you are put off with a fries or apple turnover, but the voucher is still gone. Getting worse and worse. And it's not clean there either.

Waited 15 minutes in the waiting area at the drive. There are no promotional glasses for my menus. There was no notice on the advertising boards that the glasses were no longer available (misleading). The fries were cold, the burgers looked like they had been thrown in the packaging. At the Happy Meal the drink and toys were forgotten. Never again McDonald's Radolfzell.

Dirty tables, overfilled garbage trucks. The food was terrible! Dry, tasteless, unsalted fries. Never again.

Food has become very bad. Things used to be much better. Now they're just warming it up, No more love inside. Food is sometimes forgotten, but it has always been that way here.

UPDATE April 2024 In Radolfzell it is still the case that things are often missing when ordering online via McDrive. This is absolutely unacceptable. We cannot currently recommend this restaurant. Currently (May '21) there seems to be a bit of an issue with the quality. Examples: The special code/voucher campaign with the 4-digit letter/number codes regularly fails because the people taking the order do not understand the code, even if it is repeated several times. This happened 3 times in a row with different, sometimes easy-to-understand codes. Ordered sauces were not put in the bag as ordered, even though they were paid for separately. One hamburger had raw cheese on it and wasn't the one we ordered, and some of the burgers seemed to be put together relatively carelessly. It's very annoying that you now have to check the contents of the bag(s) while the other vehicles are waiting behind you. The really difficult thing is that something can go wrong every now and then, but if it repeats itself several times over a period of 3 weeks, it seems to be a more structural problem. What makes it more incomprehensible: In contrast to the past, when there was still a seated audience and a certain amount of stress was understandable, only the McDrive is currently open. Processing the orders sequentially should actually cause a lot fewer problems. Why this isn't working at the moment is unclear.

Just like the food at MC is like. Here at the MC in Radolfzell it is ALWAYS totally cold. Air conditioning runs constantly. When I ask why it is always so cold in the store, the heating is defective. So always come with a winter coat.

So ein Schlimmes Restaurant. Am Selbst- Terminal bestellt, Burger mit "Cranberry" bestellt. Bestellung konnte nicht Gedruckt werden 😏 Komisch, nach Reklamation ist wohl der Fehler bekannt. Sonderwünsche beim Burger wurden berechnet aber nicht erfüllt. Dieses Unternehmen probiert was geht und möglich ist.

Worst mcs in Germany, really bad

Food tastes like everywhere else. It was packed up when 2 volleyball players first served the food. Every now and then something is missing from the bag and I have to go back or they make the wrong order etc. Simply cruel, I don't feel like it anymore.

Biggest rubbish worst Mcdonals in the world should take an example from singing this branch should be closed permanently the waiting times are also a catastrophe biggest rubbish the people there are too stupid to work

No table service and delivery totally overwhelmed. Finished burgers lie around for 10 minutes until they land on the tray and are therefore no longer warm.

McDonald's always works. Without doubt. At the same time, they are probably aware of it too. Sometimes the service efforts could be delivered with a little improvement. Ambiance is always solid and the basis. You get what you order within the familiar framework. Recommended? At least in the case of an empty fridge and no ideas, an absolute YES.

Friendly and very accommodating staff. The dishes are always beautifully garnished and fresh. Thanks also to the boss. I always enjoy going there.

McDonald's. Was soll man sagen. Überall auf der Welt die gleichen Burger und der gleiche Geschmack. Über diesen lässt sich ja bekanntlich nicht streiten. Nicht gesund aber wenn man mal unterwegs oder in unbekanntem Terrain ist, weiss man immer wo man hingehen kann. Wie gesagt schmeckt überall auf der Welt gleich.

Teilweise umständlich, schlecht organisiert.

Heute im DriveIn bestellt. Mussten erst ewig warten bestimmt 20min und andere wurde nebenher bedient. Als wir dann unseres bekommen haben und es Zuhause dann auspacken die nächste Enttäuschung.. Der McFrappe war ohne schokosoße weder oben noch im Frappé. Dann hatten wir statt Nuggets diese Plant Nuggets. Dann noch statt einem Chickenburger bekamen wir eine Doppel Chilliburger. Also momentan gehts der Radolfzeller Mc dem Bach runter. Sehr schlecht und traurig.

Leider recht mager: Bei Onlinebestellung eine falsche Tüte bekommen, Burger und Pommes ohne Soßen, dazu große Verwirrung bei Bezahlung. Essen auch nur okay..leider insgesamt nicht gut organisiert

Wir wurden sehr nett bedient. Das Essen war innerhalb weniger Minuten am Platz. es war sehr lecker und heiß. Der Laden war sauber und es standen frische Blumen auf den Tischen.

McDonald's wie jeder andere. Etwas schwer zum anfahren, aber an sich ist alles in genau der Qualität die man erwartet. Klo ist etwas alt, aber man kann es trz noch benutzen.

Ich war gerade am Drive In und es wurde auf meinen individuellen Wunsch eingangen. Dazu war die Mitarbeiterin super schnell und freundlich.

Gute Burger. Sind sehr genießbar! Der Service ist she schnell. Die Mitarbeiter sind eine Mischung aus freundlich genervt. Die Burger sind. Mittelprächtig. Und die Ambiente grauenvoll. Viel Müll Alkoholiker am Abend, die überall herum liegen. Kein Besuch wert außer man will essen für inzwischen einen nicht mehr angebrachten Preis.

Tidy Mc Donald's. That's great. And finally you can eat animal-free here. The cool thing about it, you hardly notice the difference and the food is not heavy in the stomach. The staff is very friendly and smiling. You don't get that everywhere.

Wurde zügig bedient ,da fast keine Kunden anwesend waren. Leider war der Burger kalt und der Käse war noch Kalt auf dem 🍔....Big Mac Menü ,sehr schade Zeit hatten sie genügend !! :( Boden u Tische waren sauber ! Es standen sogar Blumen auf den Tischen ....man sieht es geht auch anderst !!

Leider war mein Burger 🍔 wie immer lieblos in der Schachtel gelegen… im Sinne von, das dieser Burger 🍔 nie richtig aufeinander liegt!

Einer der schlechtesten Filialen in denen ich je war. Personal unfreundlich und langsam. Tische alle dreckig. Essen schmeckt als wäre es gelagert worden wie bei der Doku über Burger King.

Ich habe 8 Minuten vor der Bar-Kasse auf die Bestellaufgabe gewartet. Bin dann gegangen weil sich das Personal nicht für die Kundschaft ( 3 Personen) interessiert hat. Service Wüste!

Als ich bei dem Mitarbeiter nach einer Krone gefragt hab würde mir ins Gesicht gespuckt und anschließend würde ich am Parkplatz vom Personal verprügelt aber 4 von 5 Sternen weil es mir gefallen hat

MacDonald - man weiß, was man bekommt. Es war nicht voll und es gab auch draußen noch Plätze. Highlight: einer Familie fiel im Eingangsbereich das "leere" Tablett aus dem Ruckgabewagen, das wurde ein ziemliches Chaos- und sie haben selbst angefangen aufzusammeln, bevor ein Mitarbeiter kam und den Rest gemacht hat (auch gewischt). Fand ich gut! Schade, dass es im Mäckie Radolfzell keinen Kuchen gibt - der MacDonald Erdbeerkuchen schmeckt ziemlich lecker!!!

Personal unfreundlich.. tischservice nicht vorhanden .. im Frappé kein Kaffee drin .. schon mehrfach und heute nachgefragt , sie hat ihn nochmal gemacht - und wieder ohne Kaffee .. nur Sirup Eis und Sahne - aber von Kaffee keine Spur .. geht man zum Mc in kn oder singen schmeckt er anders und enthält Kaffee .. ich war das letzte mal da fahre in Zukunft ne Stadt weiter wenn ich zum Mc will

Kann mich den vorangegangen Bewertungen nur anschließen, obwohl wir in Radolfzell wohnen gehen wir nicht mehr in dieses Mc Donalds. Die Burger sind unterirdisch und meist nur noch lauwarm, es gibt kein Frühstück und sie bekommen es nie hin alles einzupacken oder in die richtige Tüte! Im Vergleich zu Singen oder Engen ein echt miese Leistung!

Ständig ist die Shake Maschine kaputt oder man bekommt Cheeseburger statt BigMac eingepackt. Oder es wird einfach etwas vergessen. Ach und das mit dem Cappuccino ist auch nicht erfüllbar.

Jedes mal die Zusammenstellung vom happy meal nicht hinbekommen... qualität des Essens noch schlechter als bei fast food zu erwarten. In 8 Monaten waren wir 3 mal und nun haben sie uns zum letzten Mal gesehen... personal ist überfordert, unhygienisch und unfreundlich. Qualität schlecht, personal unterirdisch, auf Kritik vor Ort wird unverschämt reagiert.... mehr muss nicht gesagt werden.
