My friend and I were there today (November 30, 2024). We ordered and it was relatively empty. It took quite a while until we got our food. We stood in line and waited for our order (we've already waited 15 minutes). At that time, two Polish ladies came with a child and you could literally see all the employees coming from behind and talking to them. We've been standing there for 20 minutes now and the food has already piled up in the back of the kitchen. The ladies were then brought forward and received their food before everyone else who had ordered beforehand. After 30 minutes we got our food. Everyone in the store (customers) were in a bad mood and annoyed because they had to wait so long. I find it outrageous that people you know are given priority and everyone else has to wait. In my opinion a completely poorly organized store. We were just happy when we had our food in hand and were able to leave. Definitely not recommended!!!

Worst McDonald's I've ever seen. Nobody speaks German or English. If there is a problem, no one can help. Better go to the nearest McDonalds.

Not lukewarm - cold! In addition, a fries were missing from the huge order. You can't be so hungry to eat on the go.

One of the worst McD experienced. Toilet comes extra 50c per person. Took us a while to find a clean table. The others were garnished with food rests. Served food was partially cold. Fries just soaked with oil. Disgusting branch all in all.

We can only agree with the below-average reviews. This has nothing in common with system catering and the expected McDonald's standards. For us, a restaurant that we will definitely not visit again.

I have never experienced such a poorly run fast food restaurant! Pre-ordered via the app and then went in… unfortunately! The store was not very busy, but it was still dirty everywhere. After 15 minutes the first question asked where the order was. The first lady didn't speak any German, got a second lady who just said "coming soon". After another 15 minutes we started another energetic demand, the food came and the burgers were completely cold. We then asked the branch management to cancel the order and pay out the money. She wanted to offer a new meal, but we had lost our appetite. The restaurant actually deserves zero stars. There is one reason why the amount was at least refunded with an apology.

Ordering machines don't work. Order pickup displays also don't work. Service employees are all overwhelmed. Food or drinks are forgotten when handed out. Just chaos. Long waiting times even though there are hardly any guests there. Everything seems a bit dingy. Maybe McDonald's should think about paying its employees so that competent people can take over the job again and people are no longer disappointed every time they visit.

Food was (as always) typical McDonald's - service was very slow and dreamy. With a mixture of German and English we still received the food.

We were on the way to Warnemünde and just wanted to grab something to eat. There was no proper pick-up counter for food in the restaurant and the tables were all dirty, it's a shame that there are only a few fast food restaurants on the route to the Baltic Sea and the quality is, well, not that special.

The screen for the order number has been out for several months, burgers almost always look like they were thrown in the package and very often parts of the order are forgotten, for example sauces for the chicken nuggest.

Food was lovingly carved into a hydraulic press, it wasn't fast food but rather slow food. We waited forever, table service was only available for the first 5 guests... we won't be back...

OK. Fast food usually means quick food. I waited here for about 20 minutes for an order and it wasn't really busy. Staff also available. Only the route to the edition in the Limuner Bruch seems to involve a circumnavigation of Berlin. The rest stop is luxury level, but only for the prices...everything else is not worth a star. It's a shame because it's in a really good location and has great potential. Apparently the tenant hasn't invested in anything for years...

Can't understand the bad reviews. We were there for dinner. The terminals were free. Our food arrived shortly afterwards. Two things were forgotten. The employee immediately went and got it again and apologized. The food was freshly prepared (fries hot and crispy, burgers and nuggets hot). We really can't say anything bad here.

In addition, it must be noted that the device for issuing the receipts malfunctioned several times and the espresso was only prepared after repeated requests from the staff. Although the condition of the toilets is not taken into account in the evaluation due to the responsibility at Tank and Rest and not at McDonalds, the poor hygiene conditions and the strong smell must be pointed out at this point. The operation of the gaming machine in the entrance area is also poorly explained. The idea of ​​ripping off customers is obvious here.

We always stop here when we travel to Berlin. Neat and the staff is also very nice.
