After our order, we waited about 15 minutes for cash to be collected, and we weren't the only ones. Another 20 minutes later we received our coffee and two chicken burgers upon request. “The first will be the last,” was probably the motto. The burger was lightly covered in sauce, you had to think of a salad. Sorry, but that was an absolute disaster, never again! McDonald's should do some inspections. Oh well, it wasn't a rush, a total of maybe 10 orders in a manageable size.

No visits outside. All the tables here are dirty and the staff just doesn't do anything... Oh no, I asked for a cloth and was finally able to wipe our table myself...

This has nothing to do with hygiene anymore!! So the sockets have never seen a rag and the walls and tables could also use a little water. You can't offer something like that, you can't call it a restaurant.

Ordered from the vending machine at MC Cafe. I chose "to drink here" (not to take away). Nevertheless, I only got the latte in a paper cup and the cookie in a paper bag 😕 Waiting time almost no 😃

The coffee was good, the morning egg was quite good, the toast with cheese was dry and tasteless - it looked as if someone had prepared it twice. The place was quite dirty and needed to be freshened up

OK. Fast food usually means quick food. I waited here for about 20 minutes for an order and it wasn't really busy. Staff also available. Only the route to the edition in the Limuner Bruch seems to involve a circumnavigation of Berlin. The rest stop is luxury level, but only for the prices...everything else is not worth a star. It's a shame because it's in a really good location and has great potential. Apparently the tenant hasn't invested in anything for years...

Can't understand the bad reviews. We were there for dinner. The terminals were free. Our food arrived shortly afterwards. Two things were forgotten. The employee immediately went and got it again and apologized. The food was freshly prepared (fries hot and crispy, burgers and nuggets hot). We really can't say anything bad here.

I advise against it. The fries are probably old because they are soft. Sticky tables 🤢. The windows to the playroom need to be washed. The floor is dirty, especially near the tray trolleys. Disgusting place.

Nothing going on here and still completely overwhelmed. Each of the 3 customers forgot to eat. Never again, if you complain you will be laughed at.

Staff don't see things through at all, they don't work strategically, everyone runs around and slowly works through everything one at a time. No foresight! Catastrophe! At a rest stop everyone wants to eat something quick. Fast food? None!

Worst experience ever had on a McDonald's - 45 min waiting for food for two kids and the worst part was that they didn't care.

You can sole the employees' shoes while they work, that's how motivated they were. Instead of Café Crema we got filter coffee after waiting almost 30 minutes for our food. That is not how it works. The star rating doesn't surprise me.

Minus 10 points for service!!! The last and never experienced at MC. 30 minutes for 3 milkshakes and then I got the money back. Reason was. Technical problems. If I could have given 0 stars, the service would have earned 0 stars. Parts of orders were constantly forgotten, the waiting time was enormous and my ice cream was at the counter for 10 minutes. I ordered a mc flurry(Twix) and i got Oreo. I asked for a new one and they served me a yogurth with dog food on top of it. In general they were taking so long to serve the food. This is the worst McDonald’s i have ever been to.

We placed our order at 11:52 and at 12:20 the food had been sitting on the side for over 10 minutes and everything was getting cold. 2 employees answered very rudely that this was my problem. When I asked if someone from the management was present, I explained my concerns and that what was taking place here did not correspond to McDonald's policy. Then, strangely enough, the same order was processed within 3 minutes. As I said, the store was anything but full. If there were 15 men, that was a lot. A restaurant on my route that I will definitely skip in the future and not recommend to others.

I only ordered a wrap, coffee and donuts and waited for 20 minutes. Plus, I ordered the wrong thing - I wanted a wrap with cheese and got one with bacon. I don't eat meat and I clearly marked: cheese and bacon. This is how you can do the complete opposite. Unfortunately, I was already on tour, so I couldn't return the order.

The employee saw us, walked past several times, repeatedly (just) processed all the orders from the screen, cashed in on other customers at the checkout and ignored us. Schlechtester McDonalds! Hat sehr lange gedauert, weil zu wenige Mitarbeiter vor Ort waren. Auch war es schmutzig und klebrig. Wirklich nicht zu empfehlen!

In addition, it must be noted that the device for issuing the receipts malfunctioned several times and the espresso was only prepared after repeated requests from the staff. Although the condition of the toilets is not taken into account in the evaluation due to the responsibility at Tank and Rest and not at McDonalds, the poor hygiene conditions and the strong smell must be pointed out at this point. The operation of the gaming machine in the entrance area is also poorly explained. The idea of ​​ripping off customers is obvious here.

We always stop here when we travel to Berlin. Neat and the staff is also very nice.

Macdonald's in a building that used to be another restaurant, food like in any other mac. It's nice that there is a children's corner. Minus one star for the atmosphere.

Mitarbeiter verstehen aufgrund von Sprachbarrieren nicht was man möchte. An drei Freitagen vorgekommen.

Burger waren kalt. Man konnte sich mit keinem Mitarbeiter verständigen. Ein Burger kam triefend in Ketchup. Einmal und nie wieder.

Sehr freundlicher Service. Aufgrund ungewöhnlich niedriger Temperaturen im Gastraum ist es leider sehr ungemütlich und lädt nicht zum verweilen ein. Das sollte Mc Donalds dringend ändern.

Toiletten stinken und sind nicht sauber, nur Kaltwasser zum Hände waschen. Zu McDonalds, es ist kalt, gefühlte 10 Grad. Selbst die Bedienung sagt das man es nicht aushält und mit dicken Sachen arbeiten muss. Kaum einer kann fließend deutsch !!!

Wollte nur schnell was essen. Nachdem meine Bestellung auf dem Monitor als abholbereit stand, ging ich vor zum Tresen und fragte wo mein essen ist. Als ich von den zwei Mitarbeiterinnen die sich lachend unterhielten ignoriert wurde, fragte ich ein zweites Mal. Keine Reaktion. Daraufhin hab ich auf den Tisch geklopft und gefragt was das soll. Die Antwort: Der Monitor hat eine Fehlfunktion und zeigt falsche Dinge an. Warum wird der dann nicht einfach ausgemacht? Meine Bestellung kam dann irgendwann und hab sie das gegessen.

Waren bei McDrive, kaltes Essen bekommen, lange Wartezeit, obwohl nur 3 Fahrzeuge vor uns waren. Wir halten da bestimmt nicht mehr an.

Kommt mir eher wie ein Tükisches Restaurant vor, aber mit Fastfood hats auch nix zu tun, kaum Kundschaft, nur 3 Bestellungen und trotzdem gut 15min gewartet und meine Bestellung war die erste auf der Anzeigetafel! und waren jetzt auch nur par nuggets und curly fries keine ahnung was da so lang dauert, normal dauert das keine 5min🤷

Das Personal ist eine Katastrophe... Sind mehr am quatschen wie alles andere und man wartet unnötig lange... Ein anderer Kunde vor mir hat gefragt ob er ein Strohhalm haben könnte, da wurde ihm gesagt nein, für Cola gibt es kein Strohhalm... Hallo? Was ist das bitte schön für ein Service? Geht gar nicht in mein Augen.. das Essen ist sonst McDonald's typisch nichts besonderes

Das Essen kam sehr schnell und es wa auch sehr warm alles super. Einziger Punkt der nicht so schön wa. Die Sauberkeit, da bitte noch besser werden.

Naja, es ging schnell, das war der einzige positive Aspekt. Erst wurde das falsche Eis gebracht und bei dem 20er Paket Veggi Nuggets war ein Fleisch Nugget dabei. Dumm nur, dass man den optischen Unterschied sehr gut erkennt. Die Curly Fries waren auch von vor 2 Tagen. Zudem ist es dort extrem kalt, wir saßen dort in Winterjacken.

Nach 40 Minuten immer noch kein Essen bekommen. Es ist kalt, Riecht nach Toilette. Der Kinderbereich ist nicht beleuchtet.

Ich denke das ist wie jeder laden dieser Footkette. Freundliches Personal. Schnelle Abwicklung. Kein langes Warten auf das Essen.

Es schmeckt hier wie bei McDonalds üblich. Die Bestellung per App hat super geklappt, sodass wir nach weniger als 5 Minuten unsere Burger abholen konnten. Die Toiletten gehören aber nicht direkt zu McDonalds, sondern zur Gesamteinrichtung und kosten 50ct.

Leider Mal wieder verkehrte Milchshakes bekommen, aber das Personal war sofort zur Stelle und hat Irrtum behoben. Bekamen sogar die größere Variante zur Entschädigung und somit waren auch die Kids sehr glücklich.

Ein bisschen schmutzig, sonst typischer Autobahn McDonalds.

nett, freundlich und sauber wir können vor Ort drinnen und draußen essen, super toll, neu mit PayPal bezahlen bei mobiler Vorbestellung, dann Tisch eingeben und es wird gleich geliefert, wir haben das Frühstück genossen, danke und lecker.Wir testeten jetzt die gelben Mehrwegbecher. Das klappt auch, die 2 Euro bekommt man für den Pfand zurück, der neue Crispy ist 😋

Mc Donalds selbst sehr sauber. War sogar zu Halloween 🎃 dekoriert. Leider auch mit diesen Bestellbildschirmen ausgestattet, die immer versuchen das man mehr bestellt. Schön war dafür, das man per Tischservice das Essen 'geliefert' bekommt.

Vieles vom Sortiment nicht verfügbar. Z.B laktosefreie Milch, Halloween Fanta, Fisch Mac um nur einiges zu nennen. Essen war kalt, Kaltgetränke waren warm. Alles in allem = mehr erwartet, nicht unbedingt zu empfehlen

Ein häufig überlaufenes Restaurant. Ansonsten hat es hier alles, was die goldenen Bögen normalerweise bieten.

Lange Wartezeiten, u.a . da Abarbeitung der Bestellungen quer Beet erfolgte. Personal wirkte auch leicht durcheinander. Wartezeit 35 min auf eine Kirschtasche, wo man dann bei Nachfrage erst die Antwort erhielt das keine da sind und ob man dafür eine Apfeltasche nimmt. Haben uns dann das Geld zurückgeben lassen, denn alle Anwesenden waren in dieser Zeit fertig mit dem Essen.....sehr ärgerlich.

Hat für Mc Donald's lange gedauert bis wir unsere Bestellung bekommen haben. Leider war der Kaffee war lauwarm, das Personal irgendwie überfordert. Die Zeit die wir warten mussten sind einige Leute gekommen die bemerkten, dass was gefehlt hatte. Personal war trotzdem freundlich und hatte versucht das Problem zu lösen.
