McDonald's in Fehrbellin

Apart from the fact that we waited 20 minutes for our FAST food, my M Burger was a disappointment. I only had a slice of meat on it and there was no trace of the fried onions. Unfortunately, complaining about the burger was out of the question for us because we were so late due to the long wait that we ate during the journey.

Probably the worst Mc Drive I know. Very long waiting time, always cold food, be it citizens or fries

4 employees take a break at the same time, we stood at the counter for 10 minutes without service. Ordered 2 citizens and got 2 wrong citizens.

Breakfast offer used on site. I had asked for china for the coffee, which I was promised. Of course I then received the coffee in a plastic cup (prepared by the same person). Spoons were not included and only wooden spoons were given upon request. Extremely obvious that the staff have absolutely NO motivation to flush. Croissant almost certainly from the day before, sticky! The coffee was good though. Still not again!

We ordered and paid for a more expensive blueberry muffin but got a chocolate muffin that was even cheaper but of course we also paid for the expensive blueberry muffin.

Wirklich ungenügend. Frechheit das es bei mc Donalds jetzt auch für Toiletten bezahlen soll. Was ansich in Ordnung wäre wenn diese ok wären. Schmutzig und so kaputt das man für sein Geschäft nicht mal die Tür schließen kann. Absolut mangelhaft und nicht zeitgemäß. Alle Daumen unserer Familie nach unten

McDonald's lets its guests use the Sanifair toilet from 2004. However, they do not accept the vouchers. To me, that's a pretty stupid customer service move.

I waited for my order for more than 25 minutes, but without waiting (there was no time) I left. I don’t recommend it. The rating is minus one hundred.

Unfortunately I can't give a review. Unfortunately, from 12:40 a.m. there were only nuggets or chicken burgers, which were not on my menu. Unfortunately it didn't just happen once. If you often travel at night, it's best to get there before 12:30 a.m. It's a shame that the opening times are not adhered to 🤷

Latte Macchiato Grande, €4.29, stay away from it... nothing Grande, a lot of money for nothing and it wasn't hot either. Lukewarm. And then, 6 mini pancakes €1.99...fart dry. My conclusion: a lot of money for nothing. That was SIGNIFICANTLY better 2 years ago. So I won't go there anymore or drive to this MC anymore.

At the bottom drawer! After the order with the coupon didn't work at the self-service terminal, it completely failed with the employee. The monitor froze, another employee then shut down the cash register and opened a new one two cash registers away. And anyone who thinks that the severely disabled person (easily recognized by the two crutches) can now be the first to express their wish is wrong. We should wait at the first checkout. After we got tired of it 10 minutes later, we left the scene. I don't think this is the right way to deal with McD's (severely disabled) customers.

Very slow, dingy, poor quality, unfriendly staff ever! The Mäces has been on my route for several years. So far it's never been enough for me to bother rating the store as "good". Next time I will either go to Burger King beforehand or continue to Neuruppin

Why not change your opening hours online and in the app? You could order in the app before 6:00 a.m. even though the opening hours are 6:00 a.m. - 1:00 a.m. Sad

How long can an order take to still be FAST food? The store is disorganized, the order takes forever to arrive, the display monitors are off, NO recommendation.

Ordered and paid for in McDonald's app, stood at the Mc Drive for 20 minutes, then was told that our order hadn't arrived. I then went to the counter and in the meantime received confirmation that Paypal had sent the money. I stood at the counter for 5 minutes until someone asked what I wanted. Described everything, another 5 minutes passed, I described again. 10 minutes passed, I was told the order isn't there, they can't give me the food, I'll get my money refunded the next day. We then drove to MC in Wittstock, described the incident and got my order there without any problems. The cleanliness in Linum also leaves a lot to be desired, and in the end I was happy that I didn't get any food there

Takes forever and doesn't take Sanifair vouchers

Incredibly bad service and life-threatening food. Waiting time after ordering at the terminal more than half an hour. You could observe a veritable swarm of Eastern Europeans, laughing and joking among themselves and bravely ignoring the customers. When paying, the employee had no idea about the checkout process and was unable to communicate. When I finally had my food after about 45 minutes, I bit into the burger and one of my canines promptly broke off. If you have any complaints... don't understand anything.... Guys, if your teeth are worth something to you and you don't want to lose your nerve, definitely avoid this place.

Very friendly staff especially the man in the yellow vest. And of course delicious food too!

Beware of a nasty trap! Although Sanifair is in the building, this McDonald's branch does not accept Sanifair "value vouchers"... the stupid thing is that before you pay at the checkout, there is no notice anywhere that the Sanifair "value vouchers" cannot be redeemed. Although several monitors with advertising and other things were in operation, the monitor that shows the status of the order numbers was OFF.

Nie wieder. Absolutes Chaos. Burger stapeln sich und keiner ist fürs einpacken zuständig. 30 min gewartet für Essen zum mitnehmen. Leute neben uns sogar 50 min. Kein Mitarbeiter wusste so richtig was zu tun ist und von Schnelligkeit fehlte jede Spur.

Open 24 hours a day... 6am to 1am! And the usual no breakfast again...

We weren't happy with today's visit. Tables dirty, tray return full. Coffee lukewarm, wrap melted into the packaging paper. It wasn't due to stress either. Restaurant was half empty. Was very disappointing today.

It tastes like McDonalds, the place is at a rest stop by the autobahn. Don't expect a culinary experience, and keep an eye on your orders because 65% of the time it will be wrong……. But, you are hungry, and you are here…….. so……..

One of the worst McDonald's branches we've ever been to. Every table was dirty, the tray shelves were overflowing and we waited almost 20 minutes for our food. The fries were old and limp and the burger was anything but fresh and tasty. Unless I absolutely have to, I wouldn't stop here.

The team (mostly Italians) just shouted loudly in Italian. I only ordered nuggets and have never had to wait so long for them. There were fewer guests than employees... and still very bad chaos. The employees were also unfriendly... after calling the number because the screen was still broken, the bag was thrown down because I had already asked how long it would take. All in all, like in every McDonald's, employees hardly speak German or only speak it brokenly... and the nuggets are just mush with a crispy cardboard breading. I can't stand it anymore... this food is really bad... and especially this shop!!!!!

We stopped briefly as a class. I ordered a menu, the burger was still warm and tasted good. Unfortunately there was a long piece of fluff on the burger but I could ignore that. The fries were still warm and I realize that mistakes can happen, but I find it disgusting that there was a long hair in my fries. I was also told that the monitor there hasn't been working for a long time. Unfortunately there are only 2 stars for this.

Unfortunately, the underground category does not exist. Disgusting, the toilet was cleaner. Never again!!!!!

Underground, the people who work there! We were the only guests for miles around. Was treated extremely unkindly. We ordered something to take away. Coke was given to us without a lid or straw, and 1/3 of it was spilled when I picked up the drink (due to that awesome cardboard). I apologize and ask if you can refill it. The little short-haired lady (or was it a teenager?) says "No, we definitely won't do that". WOW. You can say that another way! Will the 150ml be deducted from her wages? For her mistake of not putting a lid on a takeaway drink? The looks and facial expressions were also deadly. Towards the end I was stung by a wasp while I was standing at the napkins. HORROR VISIT. Drive a little further to the nearest Burger King...

I've never experienced such a slow McDonald's. Such a long wait and in transit.

Very bad. Table service almost impossible. When picking up, nothing is displayed on the screen because the system has been broken for a long time. Dirty and the trays with leftovers sometimes whole mountain. Where are McDonald's standards? It's hard to believe but this is often the case in Germany. More bad than in neighboring countries.

No bacon in the burger, despite it being ordered and paid for The world's smallest chicken burger. It was a nugget. All in all pretty miserable.

No staff-operated cash register.. You couldn't order ice cream using the digital ordering option.. So you left the store without ice cream.. Because it's not possible to ask staff due to the heavy rush.

Iced coffee out. Never coming back ;(

45 minutes waiting time. My worst McDonalds experience ever.

As simple students, we set out on a Friday to celebrate a birthday. Unsuspecting, we sat down in the McDonald's on the A24. Our order: a McSmart menu (2 cheeseburgers, a fries (with mayo), a cola and a simple, small coffee) Our already low expectations were even exceeded on June 14th, 2024... First it was five minutes, then 10 , then 15. The display board for the order numbers was of course broken. What else? We looked at our order in horror and were confused. At 19:13 and 22 seconds the order was submitted. Devastated, we looked at our mobile device and saw: it was an impressive 7:47 p.m. One of us plucked up the courage to ask. With severe disappointment, he wasn't even taken seriously. At 7:48 p.m. my friend went to the front and asked again. There was a woman standing next to her who, like us, had been waiting for her order for half an hour and was therefore outraged. After my friend asked politely, we received our order at 7:50 p.m. But this raises a question: Are the employees there hostile to men? Let's think about what could have been done in 37 minutes. You could jog five kilometers, you could maybe even play a game of chess. You could have given birth to a baby in this shop, who knows? A small but nice additional fact is that I am half-Asian, so one might suspect whether this action was not motivated by a different nature... As if this ordeal wasn't enough, we realized with regret that it wasn't a single napkin was included. I would like to know how three people eat a meal without a napkin, as if we were barbarians from Mongolia. However, there was still an apple turnover of shame to condone this disgrace. It's a good birthday present though, no cap. #notsourjustdisappointed

For the most part everything is clean, the food tastes as you would imagine and everything is modern and friendly. Waiting times were normal as we were there at a less busy time. Even with high customer numbers, the staff tries very hard when we were there in the past few months :)

Preferably 0 stars it takes forever for the food to arrive even though there is very little going on. Then with a CHEESEBURGER the cheese is forgotten, you have to do that first. Then the burgers are just thrown into the paper so that everything slips and lies next to it... What else can you say about that? Small addendum after you wanted to eat something, the meat smells sour and tastes totally sour. Employees all say that sour burgers are totally normal in all McDonald's. This store is simply shabby

When I visited this McDonald's today, my nose almost fell off. Everything was fine with my order except that a few things were missing. However, my friend's minced meat products (burgers) smelled really bad. When I asked, an employee smelled the burgers, but he immediately pulled his nose away and wrinkled his face. After smelling, the employee brought new burgers, but they smelled just as horrible. We definitely won't be eating here anymore. 🤮🤮🤮

Toilet for 1€ and not redeemable at the mcdonalds

Modern and clean McDonald's. Our order was ready quickly. Toilets are from sanifair in the building and there are none from the McDonalds itself. The coffee was labeled really cute :)

Poor treatment by service. Food was as usual. It was clean too.

Ok, maybe it was just the time, but everything was great here. Friendly service and, above all, it's open even at 6:00 a.m. Great stop for a small breakfast and, above all, coffee. The MC is quite large with a large outdoor area. There is also room for the kids to play inside and outside.

Oat milk sold out - alternatives to cow's milk could not be offered. Really bad...

Terrible, just don't visit this McDonald's... Overcrowded, fast food becomes very slow food with waiting times like in the star kitchen, employees overwhelmed, trash cans overflowing and everything is already out of place, tray return is not possible at all, food is cold and burgers are forgotten.. ..worst case experience. The store should be closed and only opened with enough employees who pay attention to hygiene in addition to quality.

If you don't offer your own toilets but rely on the Sanifair system, you should also accept the vouchers.

Cooking without gloves; of course, no one washed their hands before cooking. It's better not to buy food from them.

Once again a citizen would be forgotten. They should teach their staff how to chop an order. If you forget, you should think of something. Thanks for nothing, oh well. Instead of 3 times of sweet and sour, I got 1 time of sweet and sour and 2 times of curry, always the same thing in there.

Unfortunately I have to give a bad review. I don't like doing that. However, the McDonalds looked bad. The tablet carts were completely overcrowded. Only 2/6 ordering stations worked and in the end we had to wait 35 minutes for our order. In addition, the vegan nuggets appeared as if they had visited the deep fryer about 3-4 times. However, there was still breading that wasn't actually fried.

If you're lucky there are maybe 4 employees, you have to wait over half an hour to get your food. Only bad. It doesn't get cleaned up, it's just disgusting in there!😤

Fries without salt & cold, unfriendly and employees annoyed when you enter the store + no fun understanding.

The food is what you can expect at MacDo, the serving was friendly. However, I don't understand why as a guest you are only provided with a paid toilet (Sanifair voucher - now at least 1 euro - are not accepted - why?) and when asked with the succinct note: "Read the sign!" breakfast is served. This can be done better!

Floor sticky and dirty, tables partly dirty, garbage truck full, display for collection not working, few customers but long waiting time. The garbage truck was emptied in the dining room

Unfortunately, breakfast can no longer be called breakfast. We had a croissant and a “toast”. Everything tasted very bad. The monopoly position on the A24 is exploited mercilessly. The only positive thing is the coffee. It actually tastes very good.

It was very cramped and the staff barely spoke German. It was always far too crowded and the only thing that was reasonably good was the food. I waited an hour and something was still missing even though we pushed. Never again

Ordering is quick and it took a long time for the food to be delivered. There were times when things went much faster. There were only two customers in the restaurant.

There's not much going on at 1:15 p.m. on Friday, I wanted to treat myself to coffee. with oat milk - not possible. This would probably never happen with cow's milk. Because the torture is subsidized and is so desired. No thanks and Thanks for nothing !

We just waited at the MCDrive for 10 minutes and couldn't even order. The employee said she didn't have time because the dining room was probably full. It was empty! We were the only car. Then we drove again! Very bad service!!!

Preferably 0 stars!! We were just there and had 2 Big Macs, a Hamburger Royal Cheese, an MC Chicken Classic Burger, large fries, a cola and a vanilla milkshake. The employees all seem like they don't want to work and are very bored. Fast food should actually be quick, especially when there is little going on. Once we had our meal, I bit into my Royal cheese and noticed that I didn't have any onions on it. It was just clapped together carelessly anyway. I then went to the counter and explained to the young man that the onions were missing. He took the burger and left without comment. I then stood there looking stupid and didn't know whether I would get a new one or not. Whether it will be brought to my place or not. Then another employee stood there and wanted to know what was wrong. I told her that there were no onions on them and that they should have onions on them. Seriously, do I work there or you. Then I had to tell them what was on it first. Then the young man came wobbling up again and pushed me a “new burger”. No apologies or anything like that. Yes, there were onions on it but the burger was almost cold and the cheese wasn't melted and they also asked for money for the dirt. Then more and more employees gathered behind the counter and gossiped about me and then made fun of me. Very subtle. Strange where they all came from. Then the meal shouldn't have taken that long The MC Chicken Classic Burger also had a little too little in it. Whether it was completely through... The fries were sticky and had been sitting for a while and they didn't really see any salt. Not to mention warm. Food and staff a 6!! Never again.

Since the store was very busy, we ordered online in the car and picked up the food there. Worked great.

It would be appropriate to update opening times. Since July 1st, 2023 only open from 6:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m.

Unfortunately, far too few staff and therefore far too long waiting times for orders. There was also a lot going on here, possibly due to the holidays, but more staff need to be on site for such periods. They couldn't even keep up with emptying the tray returns...

This was definitely the last time we ate at McDonald's. I would like to emphasize that our frustration is not specifically directed at this branch. You used to get your latte at Mc Café in a porcelain cup, wooden cutlery like from a doll's house, scrambled eggs with salt, all at a price that would cost you two hours of brunch elsewhere.

Quick fast food, just enjoy a small snack and then go again. Tables are usually not cleaned, sticky or are full of crumbs, but unfortunately this is common in most fast food chains.

Endlich eine freundliche Bedienung

It's a regular McDonald's. However, our food was prepared very, I would like to say, quickly - I had the feeling that my sauce was stretched with water. Unfortunately the taste wasn't particularly good. I don't actually know this from McDonald's. As it is, the order was -> Nowadays, it is preferred to order cold via the app or a vending machine. I don't think we're aware of what it can do to our social behavior later... but other than that, I didn't think the visit was particularly great, let alone clean. The only really positive thing is that when the employee brought our food, she was very friendly.

The food remained MC style. Quite a bit of chaos, the cleaning staff seemed out of touch with the situation or were not at the scene at all. As usual, the order must be checked, there is a possibility that not all products are included in the order.

Autobahn Mc Donalds, ist ganz okay.

We were absolutely overwhelmed that day. However, that also had a lot to do with the demo. Food as usual but orders sometimes took 45 minutes.

Here, things that fall off the tray are simply picked up from the floor and put back. Hygiene grade 6... Never here again...

Unfortunately not so good, fries are cold and unsalted and the burgers are getting smaller and smaller but the price is getting more and more expensive. 🙄

Irgendwie ist für mich der Drops gelutscht. Essen wird gefühlt immer weniger gut, kleiner und teurer.

Egal ob man versucht die Mitarbeiter anzusprechen leider reagieren sie nicht obwohl man was bei Mc Café bestellen will. Sehr schade !

Ein Bahnhofswartesaal 3. Klasse hatte früher mehr Stil! Die einfachen Hamburger schmecken grässlich und sind für den Preis lächerlich klein. Niemals mehr!
