We were just there, and I don't even want to mention the toilets were extremely dirty. I also told the staff that I can't recommend it. I've never had such bad food at a McDonald's. It's a shame.

A normal McDonald's with a nice grounds and playground, but very dirty. The food is okay as always. To the service staff: please wipe down the tables regularly and do something about the littering, especially outside! The trash cans (or the stations) are emptied far too infrequently, and there are fries lying around on the floor. Simply disgusting.

The slowest mcdonalds I’ve ever been it. And it’s not just one time, it’s every time: no matter what time of day or how many customers are there, the wait for an order is always ridiculously long. And they regularly forget smth from the order too

We drove there for an hour by bus, they don't have macflurry and we waited extra because the cash register doesn't work and not only ice cream but also many other things are simply sold out

If McDonald's isn't good, I'll write about it. For example, right now: Waited 50 minutes at the restaurant. Then two more mistakes were made, which were fixed without any problems. But fast food is different.

Unfortunately, the service is poor. Order via app, pay online, confirm the order is ready via app, select McDrive for pickup, give the order code at the counter, and then you stand there waiting and waiting, simply ignored while your order gets cold. It's gotten even worse now. Last time!

I was there today at my daughter's request. I was really surprised. It wasn't busy—the delivery service to our table took less than three minutes. Friendly, smiling staff. The restaurant was very clean (while we were eating, a member of staff came and cleaned all the tables)—especially the tray return area was clean and, above all, empty. Even the restrooms were fine. High praise!

They forgot my sweet and sour sauce and didn't pack any napkins! Fingers are dirty, bad.

Today, a new employee caught my attention for the first time because she refused my daughter's request for the toy in the Happy Metal. I immediately pointed out that we'd always been allowed to choose before, because nobody wants the same thing all the time. The lady explained to me that it was a surprise, and that you're not allowed to choose, since anyone could come along. After a brief discussion, we finally got the toy we wanted. How unnecessary was that!!!

The burger and side order were forgotten. 70% fulfillment rate, 100% paid. That's theft. People, go to another branch.

Everything was prepared properly and served to the table in a friendly manner. The restaurant is clean, and everything was excellent.

We just ordered, and they forgot a six-pack of nuggets, a small fries, a cheeseburger, and the surprise Happy Meal. I'm very disappointed and angry.

The service is a disaster! I've been sitting here for 20 minutes and I haven't had any food. I don't understand "fast food" as it is.

The staff is always super friendly. We were there today and my card didn't work, or the card reader didn't work, but since our food was already made, we got it anyway. Very humane and a great gesture.

25 minutes waiting for two ice creams. Everyone who ordered before, with, and after us is already gone. But after speaking to me, I'm not allowed to be "given priority." It's a total rip-off. Then I just go to REWE or BURGER KING.

Very disappointing! I ordered two cheeseburgers – didn't receive them. Instead of the chili burger, I got a completely dried-out chicken burger. The entire order was cold: fries – even the kids' meal was cold and dry. The sour cream was simply forgotten. And the Big Mac looked like someone had played soccer with it. This shouldn't happen at McDonald's!

It's all ok. Ordered quickly and delivered to the table. Sufficient seating and a large play area for the little ones. The ambience is neat and clean. Ample parking and centrally located.

An absolute disappointment — I will never come back. I'm still shocked and disappointed about my last visit. This McDonald's was my favorite place for years and I have many fond memories of it since I was a child. But after what happened yesterday, I won't set foot there again. My friend and I wanted to order something from McDrive. It was very crowded, so the employee politely asked us to be patient — absolutely fine with us. So we waited patiently. After another request for patience, we continued to remain calm and understanding. But then the car behind us started pushing, telling us to urge the staff to hurry up. We declined and explained that we didn't want to rush the staff — which obviously caused a misunderstanding. The employee at the counter absurdly interpreted this to mean that we had supposedly called her a “witch”. This is completely wrong and has no basis. As a result of this misunderstanding, we were simply no longer served. After 20 minutes of waiting, we had to drive back empty-handed and hungry - absolutely disrespectful and unprofessional. That's not how you treat customers. Especially not with those who have been faithful for years. I am not only disappointed, but downright stunned by the injustice and the way we are treated. Even if misunderstandings can happen, I expect professional handling and a willingness to clarify them - instead of simply leaving the guests standing. Never again.

Unfriendly and chaotic Employees hardly understand you or understand you incorrectly, seem annoyed and rude. At peak times you wait forever - up to 45 minutes - without explanation or apology. Very disappointing, it used to be much better

Anyone who ignores customers at the drive-thru for 15 minutes probably doesn't need it. I drove away again, just like the car behind me. There are plenty of alternatives in the area.

I don't expect much but absolutely substandard McDonald's, employees totally overwhelmed and food not edible. I had to throw half of them away... My curly fries were also simply forgotten... Only noticed when I got home :( Update: Quality has been greatly improved

We have been there several times now and our experience is that whenever it gets a little busier, people often forget something from their order if they want to have it to take away. Or instead of normal nuggets, you can simply add chili chesse nuggets, which of course isn't particularly nice for a small child. When you try to reach someone by phone, no one answers or the phone is simply turned off. Good service looks different.

That was the most disgusting thing I have ever experienced at McDonald's. The man in the kitchen took the finished burgers that were already at the front waiting to be handed out, opened them all up again and rummaged around in them without gloves. He probably didn't know which ones had pickles on them and which didn't. Then came the icing on the cake: the lady got ready-made fries (mine), reached into the display case where the ready-made fries were and put them in her mouth, simply disgusting. My burgers and fries sat on a tray for 5 minutes even though the place was empty and there were 4 people standing around behind the counter. Ergo... of course everything was no longer warm. The fact that my order was for takeaway was only implemented after I pointed it out. I would only advise everyone to stay away from this branch because I don't think the hygiene is right. It's simply sad what McDonald's has become; we will never set foot in a McDonald's again.

I've been there several times and unfortunately every now and then I notice that some things are missing from the orders. Because something is forgotten or something extra can also be missing (e.g. extra cheese with a Filet O Fish). I can't complain about the food itself, it's McDonald's standard.

The ambience was presented on a state-of-the-art level, well above the standard of other branches. The first-class cleanliness suggests a recent renovation. The food, especially the French fries, was of exceptionally high quality and freshness, which unfortunately is not always guaranteed in all branches. The service from your employees was friendly.

After 7 minutes of indignation at the McCafé counter, even though we were only standing a meter away, we were directed to the main cash register. It's incomprehensible that guests are allowed outside to smoke all the others. In this MCD there is even a CHILDREN'S PLAYGROUND - the ashtray is right next to the playground.

Something is constantly forgotten when a larger order is placed and they don't learn from it and no matter whether you eat on site or order it to take away, something is missing every time.. now there is a bad review and 1 less customer ;) If it were possible to give minus stars, you would have full marks for service and that as a minus... Not a nice shop... I'd rather go to another branch ^^

Mc Drive, two people in the car, first we were told we had to drive through twice because there were 2 app orders... very sustainable anyway 🤣 & then we waited 20 minutes for 2 chicken burgers... Never this branch again

The food is very tasty, but when I ordered breakfast there I went there to pick up the food. When I arrived they sent me away because breakfast was already over. Really disappointing

Ordered an M menu to go. Bread was completely dry, the patties were cold and also dry. Exchanged, but the 2nd burger was even worse. The entire order was canceled. Of course they refunded me the money. Over 11 euros and then something like that? But I can get something decently fresh at a real burger joint. If the prices have risen like this, I expect some quality for my money from now on.

Last night (14.08.2024) visited here again. Everytime we visit there there is always a problem and most of the time it is food oriented. Bad fries, warm coke, smashed burgers. And yesterday started with no exception. Air conditioning was not working so inside was like a sauna with fries. We sat outside and since it was about to rain, we sat under an umbrella. And in few second a young -and quite arrogant-.employee came over and started closing the umbrellas. Had a little argument and turned out those are "sun umbrellas", not good for rain. And we.can sit inside in this 40° fries.smell. Me, my wife and my son almost regretting this decision, then the order delivered. The team behind the desk was people I saw first time. Maybe it is because of this, maybe because of the fuss we created or hopefully this is the new standart but everything was delicious. Fresh, crispy, cold, hot, all were great. I personally thanked the young man behind the counter and I wanted to write here as well. Please fix the air conditioning, at least for all the staff working under heavy sweat and PLEASE keep this food standart.

Longer waiting time than normal

Today I was on Horstweg, otherwise always on Fritz-Zubeil Straße. Finally German-speaking staff and nothing from the order was forgotten. The service was great, which we cannot confirm at Fritz-Zubeil Straße.

I want and can only say 2 things. First: Made in my fries. Second: The staff is nice, but VERY slow.

Unfortunately no cool drinks at these temperatures...

Clean basic McDonalds. Fast service. Burgers were ok. Unfortunately the salad in the Cesar salad was not fresh.

At 31 degrees outside, there was no active air conditioning system, not even ventilation. The outside benches wobble so much and are not properly secured. Toilet is disgusting, apparently not cleaned well. Towels all, why don't we check that regularly? I have never experienced such a bad MC Donalds.

Nice quick staff, unfortunately the food seemed only lukewarm when I got it. It could be that it was a one-off, but in any case I only got 3 stars for the food.
