McDonald's in Potsdam

Ich habe hier die zahlreichen negativen Kommentare gelesen. Ich bin hier fast täglich vormittags Kunde und werde immer ausgesprochen freundlich bedient. Das Obergeschoss kenne ich nicht. Auch nicht das WC. Das Erdgeschoss ist sauber, hat keine klebrigen Böden und ist oftmals sogar mit Blumen dekoriert. Es stimmt, dass einige Mitarbeiter im Service nicht sehr gut Deutsch sprechen. Aber bei langsamer und deutlicher Ansprache hat es bei mir immer funktioniert. Das ist aber in der Küche leider offenbar nicht so. Ich bestelle bei allen Produkten den Käse weg. Hier kommt es durchaus vor, dass nicht der Käse fehlt, sondern andere gewünschte Zutaten. Das ist ärgerlich. 8.6.26: Letzte Woche und auch heute wieder: ohne Käse bestellt, mit Käse aber ohne Tomate bekommen. Bei Bestellung to go ist das wirklich blöd.

Unterirdisch! Mehr fällt mir zu dem Laden nicht ein. Ezählen mc plant wurde aus dem Programm genommen und die Wartezeit von mindestens 20minuten hat mit Fast Food auch absolut gar nichts mehr zu tun. Personal überfordert und bei Beschwerden wird nichts mehr verstanden.

Was will man eigentlich immer nur meckern? Während mein Auto beim BMW-Service war, habe ich die Zeit bei McDonald’s in Babelsberg überbrückt und mir gegen 11 Uhr einen kleinen Brunch gegönnt. Der Service kam sogar an den Tisch, alle waren freundlich und aufmerksam. Der Kaffee war wirklich gut, und auch der Orangensaft ging völlig in Ordnung. Der Rest ist natürlich typisches McDonald’s-Essen – schnell, einfach, geschmacklich okay, wenn auch etwas künstlich mit dem Käse. Aber für den Preis ist das absolut erwartbar. Die Stühle sind bequem, und der Blick nach draußen – direkt auf meine Automarke – hatte seinen Reiz. Beim nächsten Werkstatttermin probiere ich vielleicht etwas Leichteres. Ich komme aber gerne wieder.

Durch den wahrscheinlich immer kontinuierlichen Wechsel.kommen die essen Bestellungen nicht bis garnicht mehr an. Vielleicht sollte man eine Stamm Besetzung machen und diese gut einarbeiten.

Lasst euch nirgendwo erzählen, dass MC Donalds in Potsdam liefert. Sie liefern nicht! Wir haben immer wieder versucht zu bestellen, egal über welches Portal. Aus 20:00 Uhr wurde 21:00 Uhr, aus 21: Uhr wurde 22:00 Uhr und plötzlich heißt es, es sei kein Fahrer mehr da und die Bestellung muss storniert werden. Das war jetzt immer wieder das selbe Prozedere. Man will anrufen und es klären: keiner erreichbar. Wenn ihr keine Lieferungen vornehmen könnt, dann bietet sie doch nicht an!!! Mehrfach mussten wir uns jetzt kurz vor Ladenschluss was organisieren oder hungrig schlafen gehen, weil es so spät war, dass man nicht mal mehr einkaufen gehen konnte. Das ist einfach unzumutbar!

Immer wieder wird bei unserer Bestellung durchs Drive-In die Apfeltasche vergessen. Telefonisch ist da keiner zu erreichen.

Du mei e Güte was ist das denn? Das dieser Schuppen aufgrund eklatante Hygienemängel noch nicht geschlossen wurde. Ist das widerwärtig und abnormal. Sowas von dreckig und versüfft

Typisches Fastfood wie man es von McDonalds und Co. gewohnt ist, leider werden die Preise auch immer unverschämter, mittlerweile bald teurer als ein normaler Restaurantbesuch mit hochwertigen, frischen Zutaten. Parkmöglichkeiten draußen sind ausreichend, innen gibt es zwei Etagen, wobei wir noch nie in der höheren gewesen sind. Es existieren zwei Selbstbestell-Terminals, bestellt werden kann aber auch noch vorne am Tresen. Wartezeiten sind so, naja, könnte auch wirklich schneller werden aber auch nicht unverhältnismäßig. Draußen steht eine typische Rutsche/Kletterturm, wo ich als kleines Kind schon dringesteckt habe. Hat alles etwas vom Charme eingebüßt, da schon seit 1990 nicht mehr modernisiert oder großartig verändert und direkt dahinter die Schnellstraße. Auch Drive-In gibt es, man muss aber beim Entgegennehmen der Bestellung am zweiten Halt aussteigen und das Essen am Fenster abholen, das nervt ein bisschen, weil man in anderen Ketten und Filialen durchgängig sitzen bleiben kann. Alles in allem okay, das Rausfahren aus der Drive-In-Schleife und auch vom regulären Parkplatz ist etwas umständlich, weil man eine Schleife durch das komplette danebenliegende Autohaus fahren muss um wieder rauszukommen…

Haben kein Wechsel Geld mann muss mit karte zahlen oder bargeld nur passend geben

Wartezeiten jenseits von gut Und böse. Egal ob Mc Drive oder In House Bestellungen. Das bei jeden Besuch. Noch nie unter 30 min Wartezeit hier weg gekommen.

Naja, wie soll man's sagen? Meine Erwartungen genüber eines FAST Food Restaurants wurden nicht erfüllt. Zu Essen konnten wir uns alles bestellen, außer eines Milchshakes selbstverständlich. 😑 Einen Tisch gab es auch direkt. Leider schienen das zweistöckige Ambiente und die für andere Restaurants profitablen überfüllten Tische den Mitarbeitern zuzusetzen: Sie wirkten ganz schön überfordert und vor allem drinnen warteten sehr viele Gäste lange Zeit. Als nach etwas mehr als einer halben Stunde immer noch kein Essen vor uns stand, fragten wir an der Kasse nach. Offensichtlich wurde unsere Bestellung einfach vergessen. 🧐 Der Dame hinter dem Tresen schien das komischerweise keines Wegs leid zu tun. Es wundert mich doch sehr, dass so ein modernes System überhaupt noch solche Lücken aufweisen kann. Ich frage mich, was wir gemacht hätten, wenn mal wieder einfach kein Bon gedruckt worden wäre (siehe andere Filialen). Zum Glück versprach man, sich jetzt sofort ums Essen zu kümmern. Endlich kam der Mitarbeiter dann auch, trug aber (so wie alle anderen Kellner übrigens auch) ganz normale Alltagsklamotten und sah dadurch sehr unseriös aus. Unseren alten Bon reichte er uns nochmal und meinte "Schauen Sie mal, ob wirklich alles da ist. Ich habe meine Brille nicht auf". Hä? Immerhin war das Essen ziemlich gut und hochwertig, die Pommes waren zum Beispiel sogar gesalzen. Beim Verlassen fiel uns noch das Rückgabeschränkchen für die Tabletts auf - völlig mit Müll vollgestopft. Wahrscheinlich ein weiteres Malheur, durch die Überforderung der Mitarbeiter ausgelöst. Es ist ein gutes Restaurant, wenn man Lust auf ein zusätzliches Kaffeekränzchen hat, bei dem das Essen einfach vergessen wird. 😒

14.05.2026 circa 11 Uhr vormittags. Die Himbeere weiße Schokolade Cookies waren so steinhart das ich annehmen muss das diese definitiv nicht heute zubereitet wurden. Alles in allem ist dieser McDonald’s wirklich der schlechteste von allen in Potsdam

Man sollte die Mitarbeiter eine Schulung geben..ständig hat man das falsche Essen bekommen oder sachen sind erst garnicht dabei für was man bezahlt hat. UND man sollte Leute einstellen,die auch besser Deutsch verstehen.

Bitte entlassen Sie die Angestellten, da sie sehr schmutzig sind.

Ich kann es nur immer wieder betonen - mit den Bestell-Terminals hat sich das Restaurant "Zur goldenen Möwe" keinen Gefallen getan. Nach Abschluss des Bestellvorgangs fängt der Rückstand an. Von Schnellrastaurant kann hier keine Rede sein, wenn man 15 Minuten auf 2 Burger und 2 Getränke warten muss.

Waren jetzt das 3te mal da nach einem Fußballspiel Essen sieht immer doll aus. Service war dieses mal noch schlechter. Höfflich aber schlecht Die Aussicht oben ist ok.

Auto war in der Werkstatt, daher sehr gute Überbrückung der Zeit möglich.

Das Essen wie gewohnt.....Leider lässt die Sauberkeit sehr zu wünschen übrig. Die Tische sind nicht abgewischt. Die Geschirrrückgabe qillt über und die Toiletten sind richtig ekelig..... Arbeitet unbedingt daran, die Hygiene zu verbessern....

1 Stern zu viel. Überfordert wie immer

Ich bin relativ häufig hier, aber jedesmal ist diese Filiale verdreckt gewesen und vermüllt. Die Ablagen für die Tabletts werden nur selten gereinigt und die Tische gefühlt nie. Dabei ist in der Filiale nicht dauerhaft viel los. Mitarbeiter >unterhalten sich lieber als aufzuräumen. Eine Schande...

Mc Drive und wieder mal den Fehler gemacht und die Tüte nicht überprüft. Nervt voll, wenn du zu Hause bist und die Pommes fehlen :-(

APP hat nicht funktioniert und ein Getränk für 3,99€ hat in der Bestellung gefehlt.

Der McDonald war unterirdisch! Zum einen waren die Toiletten so dreckig und zum anderen gab es nicht mal ein Happy Meal. Sehr traurig!!!! Dann lieber zu Burger King um die Ecke..

Heute da gewesen Männer Klo einfach nur wiederlich da geht ein in Kopf rum wie es wohl in der Küche aussieht könnte kotzen Hunger ist mir vergangen

Ich habe heute 30 min auf mein Essen gewartet. Nachdem ich zur Kasse bin, wurde es fertig gemacht. Geht gar nicht für ein Schnellrestaurant.....

Mit 4 Personen genau 29 min auf die Bestellung gewartet... "Fast" Food geht anders. Und als es denn da war, war es kalt... Respekt !

Drive In mit sehr freundlicher Bedienung, Frühstück sehr zu empfehlen (Wrap Rührei Cheese). Kaffee gut kräftig aber lecker Geschmack.

Den Tisch haben wir selber sauber gemacht. Auf den Fußboden lagen überall Salatreste rum.Zumindest war ein Burger noch schön warm. Das kommt ja auch nicht mehr so oft vor beim MCDONALDS.

Essen war wohl gut, halt wie ein McDonalds. Ambiente naja ging war laut aber in der Zeiten Etage fanden wir es schon gut.

Kunden Service ist nicht gut habe eine frage gestellt und wurde darauf ihn einfach weg gedrückt kann dieses Restaurant nicht empfehlen

Obwohl es in meinen Augen ziemlich Stressig für die Angestellten war, haben Sie den Ansturm gut gemeistert. Ein Stern Abzug Aufgrund des auseinander gefallenen Burgers. Leider wirkt es immer sehr unaufgeräumt. Es wird immer schlechter, ich werde wohl zu dem am Horstweg wechseln. Völlig Kopflos wird umher geirrt. Die Sauberkeit lässt auch immer mehr nach. 15Uhr wohl bemerkt da möchte ich gar nicht wissen Mittags oder Abends los ist. Schade , schade , schade

Absolut unterirdisch. Wir standen Samstag zu Sonntag gegen 3:00Uhr insgesamt 30 Minuten an, davon allein 10 Minuten komplett ignoriert am McDrive-Schalter, der schlichtweg nicht besetzt war. Es waren insgesamt nur drei Mitarbeiter im gesamten Laden – eine katastrophale Personalplanung für eine Samstag-Nachtschicht. Das Ergebnis: Chaos pur. Die Rückgabestationen quollen über, und fast jeder Tisch war mit altem Müll und dreckigen Tabletts belagert. Hier scheint das Management die Kontrolle komplett verloren zu haben. Wer Hunger hat und keine Lust auf Müllhalden-Atmosphäre und endlose Wartezeiten hat, sollte diesen Bogen weiträumig umfahren. Nie wieder!

Update 12/25 Seit über zwei Wochen ist es nicht mehr möglich den Aktionsburger Big Rösti zu bestellen weil das Rösti fehlt genauso der Big Tasty dort gibt es die Soße nicht. Sehr schwach. Online Bestellungen werden immer zu gewissen Zeitfenstern zugelassen und dann wenn man bestellt wenn es mal offen ist wird die Lieferzeit nach oben gestellt anstatt 45 min sind es dann 75 min. Um dann nach zwei Stunden Kommentarlos eine Stornierung zu bekommen. Wenn keine Fahrer da sind sollte man doch so fair zum Kunden sein und ihn telefonisch, zeitnah zu informieren! Nun habe ich nochmal bestellt und wieder wurde die Bestellung storniert ohne Grund. Leider hat die Qualität an Personal nachgelassen. Im Drive stand ich 25 Minuten an. Als ich meine Bestellung hatte fehlte mal wieder was wo ich es drinnen holen wollte verstand die Frau am Einlass kein Wort und ich musste mit Händen und Füßen erklären bis sie mich dann verzweifelt doch zum Schalter ließ und als ich die Rutsche sah fragte ich mich warum es so lange dauerte diese war randhoch gefüllt mir fertigen Sachen...allgemein ist es immer ein Glücksspiel ob die Bestellung vollständig ist oder mal was anderes drin ist was man nicht bestellt hat. Schade

Abends kurz vor 22 Uhr bestellt, 2 Stunden auf die Bestellung gewartet ohne Update, ohne das die Bestellung überhaupt vorbereitet wurde. Kurz vor 0 Uhr Bestellung storniert worden, ohne Grund. Das für 2 Burger, Unverschämt !

Ein Stern ist bereits zu viel. Der Zustand der Toiletten war äußerst unhygienisch und wirkte stark vernachlässigt. In dieser Form habe ich so etwas bisher noch nie erlebt. Wenn in diesem Bereich so wenig Wert auf Sauberkeit gelegt wird, wirft das leider auch kein gutes Licht auf die allgemeinen Hygienestandards der Filiale. Unter diesen Umständen fällt es schwer, Vertrauen in die Hygiene bei der Zubereitung der Speisen zu haben. Diese Filiale hinterlässt insgesamt einen sehr negativen Eindruck.

Schlechteste McDonalds Filiale die ich bisher gesehen hab. Die Eismaschine ist scheinbar Dauerhaft aus/kaputt. Außerdem wird einem durch das Personal noch extra gesagt ist alles bei der Bestellung dabei, zuhause angekommen fehlt der Burger und es war nicht viel los. Wie ich das finde einfach traurig, nichtmal die Bestellung richtig lesen und einpacken kann das Personal.

Es ist unglaublich egal zu welcher Tages und Nacht Zeit man in diese Filiale kommt es ist Dreckig überall auf den Boden liegen Essensreste rum die Tische Kleben und Verpackungsmüll liegt auf verlassenen Tischen! Ich erinnere mich an Zeiten als regelmäßig die Tische abgewischt wurden und man mit Handfeger und Müllschippe das heruntergefallene aufgefegt wurde! Und selbst nachts wenn keinen Kunden im laden sind wird der Laden nicht gereinigt. Es ist eine Frechheit die Preise steigen ins Unermessliche und der Service sinkt! Sehr traurig.

Bestellen per App funktioniert hier scheinbar nicht, musste die letzten Male Bestellung am Drive nochmal angeben da angeblich Bestellcode mit Buchstaben nicht funktionieren. Da bei App Bewertungen dieses Problem nicht auftaucht liegt es wohl am Laden/Betreiber der hier die Zusammenarbeit boykottiert oder wie soll man das verstehen?

Ordering via the app doesn't seem to work here; the last few times I had to re-enter my order at the drive-thru because apparently order codes with letters don't work. Since this problem isn't mentioned in app reviews, it must be the store/operator boycotting the collaboration, or how else is this supposed to be interpreted?

This is only about online orders. The order isn't processed and you're not notified. Even if there were no drivers, the restaurant would still see the order and could cancel it. Avoid them.

There is a woman eating out of the trash can; despite complaints, nothing is being done.

It's freezing cold downstairs. The ice cream machine is broken. How is that even possible on a Saturday?

The food was okay, but it was very cold (which made it hard to sit there for long). But the worst thing was definitely the restrooms. On top of that, no matter when you're there, the floor and especially the tables always look filthy. You just don't feel comfortable at all.

Unfortunately, this McDonald's is perpetually filthy; food is scattered all over the floor, and the employees don't seem to care at all when preparing the burgers. The floors are sticky, and the stairs are so slippery with dirt and liquids that you almost slip and fall. Sadly, there's no point stopping here.

Unfortunately, the burgers weren't warm again, so they weren't fresh; you always get ripped off at the drive-thru.

The food was lukewarm and the staff barely spoke German. This branch is not recommended, which is a shame.

The toilets are super dirty, and the changing room is absolutely disgusting! I wanted to go to the bathroom with my children before dinner...it was completely unclean! I spoke to the service staff, but unfortunately, they didn't speak German! Uncleanliness is truly the worst!

Very bad and rude staff, everything is late and something is missing. All the tables are disgusting.

The staff is rude and impolite, everything is random, the food takes a long time to prepare and eventually arrives cold, the tables are also dirty, and the bathroom has no tissues – a disaster in this industry.

You often have to wait too long for fast food here, and advance orders are rejected on the grounds that it won't be prepared until you arrive. But that's not the point of advance orders, because it would then take too long to get there.

It takes forever to process the order because the food is cold. The tables upstairs are disgustingly dirty. It looks like they haven't been cleaned for days. With the sun low in the sky, you can barely see outside through the windows. There are greasy, smeared handprints on the inside of the windowpanes. I've never seen such a dirty place anywhere else.

Fries unfortunately cold and soggy

Very long waiting time for me to order a simple standard menu in the evening after 9 p.m. over 15 minutes. Very dirty, we were here for the first time but also for the last time

I have to say, this was the worst visit to any branch ever. Nobody, I mean, nobody, spoke German, and English was practically nonexistent. Half of my order was missing, and it was almost cold, even when a friend got something, so service was a 0/5. The cleanliness was so bad that even Bob the Builder would say we couldn't handle it. The floor was sticky, the tables outside were full of trash from previous customers (not cleared away), the restrooms: the soap was empty, the paper towels were empty, and not just for a short time. There was paper everywhere on the floor in the restrooms, and dried urine on the floor. So, all in all, I'd gladly give it a 0-star rating.

It's a regular McDonald's branch, but it stands out thanks to its really good service. We'd gladly go back.

We were here for breakfast at 7:30. The staff seemed to have had a bit of a sleep. The food was cold. The cleanliness was inappropriate. I don't even know when this place was last cleaned. Now I understand why I can't attach any photos. Flies on the windowsill, fries under the chairs, and spiders also feel at home here. Behind the benches by the window, you'll find a full menu.

Special praise goes to the young man with the Eastern European accent. Even though the ice cream machine was broken, he offered us a chilled alternative drink, which we bought – and enjoyed. If you employ employees and staff with such a pleasant customer approach in McDonald's branches, it will have a positive impact on the brand and make a difference compared to the countless unfriendly kebab shops. Many greetings to Potsdam and to the nice young man.

Two times there, two times the order would be messed up. After contacting support, I was promised a few things that haven't happened yet.

Employees are busy and busy chatting, even though customers are standing at the counter waiting. Restrooms are absolutely filthy.

The food and atmosphere were typical McDonald's, and the store was remarkably clean. But special praise goes to the entire staff on the 6:45 p.m. shift. They were very well organized, quick, and extremely friendly. Other branches could definitely learn a thing or two from their example.

Everything was truly GREAT! The food was warm and absolutely fresh, the salad was crunchy—WOW! The restrooms and rooms were super clean, and the food arrived quickly, but it was still hot and fresh.

Hello everyone, I would like to share my experience from today when we went out to eat in Potsdam. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the value for money. It borders on outrageous that the portions were served so dry and there was barely any sauce on them. Furthermore, I noticed that the facilities, especially the restrooms, were in an extremely unhygienic state. This is especially disappointing given that the air conditioning was also off and the entire dining area appeared very dirty. I generally don't have a problem with prices as long as the quality and cleanliness are good. However, in this case, that wasn't the case. Another point of criticism is that the staff at the checkout didn't even speak German, which is completely unacceptable in this situation. I hope these points will be addressed in the future, because expectations of a pleasant restaurant visit are certainly justified at these prices.

The Albanian brother on the early shift at 5:45 was fantastic; top-notch service at that time of day. Everything was fresh and delicious, and there was a little treat included. Please promote this colleague to shift manager!

I ordered the dragon tongue ice cream and was brought a regular McFlurry. I was really looking forward to the blue ice cream. What a shame!

Drove there at night. Ordered nuggets, small fries, and a chicken burger. Woke up five hours later with stomach pain and nausea, then spent hours hanging over the bowl. There? Never again!

Honestly, McDonald's... what's up with that??? I get my food, pay for everything, get home – NO fries, and TWO wraps are missing??? What did I pay, please? For a bag with a burger and nothing on it, or what?! This isn't the first time – I've really had enough. Look in the bag before you close it!!! Never again from that store. 👎

For a long time, the Maces in the main station was the measure of disgust. But things are going well there now. Here it's even worse. And it's not the staff's fault; there's no structural emphasis on cleanliness at management level. Everything is so fundamentally dirty! Everything is dusty, the children's play area isn't just dirty, it's disgusting! It hasn't been cleaned since it opened. Some of the furnishings are shabby and full of holes. You can see where a milkshake has spilled off some of the stools. We've never been able to sit down at a table without asking for a cloth. Apart from that, we haven't had such poorly made, soggy fries in a long time.

I went to McDonald's today and ordered two plain Egg McMuffins. After waiting 25 minutes (!) – which is completely unacceptable for fast food – I still hadn't received anything. Despite repeated inquiries, I didn't receive a reasonable answer or apology. In the end, we left – without our food! Such poor service is absolutely frustrating. When you're waiting that long, you expect at least clear communication and, least of all, that you get your food at all. Truly disappointing – that's how you lose customers.

1 star – Never again! We ordered and paid for our food as usual – but we didn't get anything. After a long wait, we politely inquired, but instead of a solution or apology, we only received annoyed looks and excuses. In the end, we left without food, but with empty stomachs and great disappointment. Absolutely unacceptable – we definitely won't be back. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Waited 30 minutes, ignored, and didn't get anything!

The burgers looked so bad, I've never seen that at MCD before... as if the burger man had thrown them into the boxes

McDonald's hasn't been this bad in a long time. The McRib had almost no sauce on it, the cheeseburger had no sauce at all. The fries didn't have a single salt. I haven't had such bad food at the Golden Seagull in a long time.

I ordered a burger, specifically without tomato. When I got home, I discovered there were two slices of tomato on it. I have an allergy, and I had to throw it all away. I'm disappointed and angry that customers' health and lives are being played with like this.

It's really, really bad there. It's dirty. There's trash everywhere. Ordering takes an extremely long time. They handed us the bag, but I found it too small. I checked the order, and half of it was missing. The employee was extremely unfriendly and already knew exactly what was missing. Absolutely outrageous. Never again!

I've been standing in the drive-thru for 20 minutes, with a car in front of me the whole time, and NOTHING is happening!!! This hasn't been fast food for a long time, it's the same shit every time.
