28 minutes waiting time in the restaurant after ordering in the restaurant at the service point. Not the toy promised in the Happy Meal but from campaigns long ago (once again). Once a year and just for the love of the children. Would not recommend eating here.

What really stands out are the employees, who work incredibly quickly and are very friendly. It's now very rare to find something like this at other locations.

We were there this morning - the men's toilet stank, one toilet was leaking water (you were practically standing in there). No towels to dry your hands and quite dirty! No toilet paper in the women's toilet! This evening we were there for the very last time -> no towels to dry our hands in either toilet. No more drinks except for Fanta or water! Overall, the branch is very dingy and apparently very poorly managed.

The store felt cleaner than others we know. The food was all freshly prepared, nothing was missing, the crowd was more pleasant and the service was very friendly. The best Mc D. we have visited so far. Or were we just having a good day?!

It is incomprehensible to me that McDonalds tolerates this kind of behavior in franchises. Long waiting times and then you have to check every bag because something is always missing. The door and drive are often completely closed at night, even though they are marked as 24-hour operation. Especially great if you were stupid enough to pay via the app as you drove into the property - only to find out that it was closed.

Hmm what can I say… the positive he was open. Cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired, especially upstairs, dead insects on the windows and on the floor. Old and dried out cucumber slices on the window, old ketchup packet on the “window sill”. We then cleaned the table ourselves because nothing had happened. So I definitely won't have to eat here again!

Mc Drive is defective, it can happen but the staff is completely overwhelmed and there are no German-speaking staff who can read out the numbers. Oh man.

The chicken nuggets were inedible. The crust was hard and was already peeling away from the contents. Not good at all in taste. As if the nuggets were warmed up twice. I had pre-ordered the order via the McDonalds app with Paypal payment. But when we got there it was said: Pre-orders via the app, despite selected online payment, are only possible on site for cash... What's that supposed to mean? So it's better not to rely on the payment function at this McDonald's. There was also a handwritten note at the entrance - no card payment possible... The franchisee is probably also arguing with the headquarters like the one in Ingolstadt 2022. Oh yes, both McRibs saved on sauce and were very dry. No, really not a recommendation. The review was from 2023 - but was only published a year later.

The food is not browned enough, it seems to be a bit rubbery, sometimes it is good, but the wrap is often not well prepared, it sticks to the paper, which makes it impossible to remove it from the packaging because it tears. I ordered 20 nuggets and received 6

Unfortunately it is not reliably open around the clock. I've been there several times and each time there was a different sign on the front door with a different excuse, even though there were employees in the building. Change the opening hours or be open 24/7!!!

Well, you know the food from McDonald’s. The good thing about the service is the delivery service to the table. What was stupid about the restaurant was that apparently no one felt compelled to empty the dirty dishes cart upstairs.

Food was cold, or had been under a warming lamp for some time. You could throw poffertjes to someone to death, poffertjes sauce was extremely chemical. Windowsills full of flies. There's something about the atmosphere if you can laugh at it.

For some unknown reason it happened to be closed today from 11 p.m.... It's open 24 hours a day.

Very disappointing. Yes, we ate in the evening, but the waiting times were disproportionate. Added to this was the moldy bun underside of the McCrispy. When I complained about this, I was informed that it couldn't be mold... The burger was taken back, but the exchange was forgotten. Of course there was no apology or even compensation. The mountains of garbage are piling up. At least we won't stop here again...

If I could give zero stars I would gladly do so. The Restaurant zur Goldenen Möwe is no longer that cheap! It's all the more annoying when you order two MC chicken and when you're eating at home you realize that the MEAT was missing. I called to let you know and ask for a solution! I was insulted and didn't get a word in edgewise... the explanation was there was a lack of staff! My answer was: we noticed that, the person who is responsible for the meat is definitely missing!!!! The friendly man couldn't handle that and hung up! I called through again and was immediately busy again..... let him talk and calmly asked if we could have a proper conversation, then he seemed to notice how inappropriate this argument on the phone was! The ordering system at the terminal does not ensure that things go any faster. The opposite is the case. And you should always check the order. The burger 🍔 was good, the fries 🍟 a bit too salty. Today, September 10th we were here again. The order was taken by an unfriendly employee. Tables inside were dirty, outside they were even dirtier. A women's restroom was closed. Here too it was dirty and the floor was wet. Update January 2024 It wasn't that crowded, the burgers 🍔 came quickly and were hot. Update May 2024 As always, ordered at the terminal. The food came after a reasonable wait. Some of the tables outside were dirty and rubbish was piled up at the tray stand.

I will refrain from visiting again in the future. McDrive closed, no table service possible. Not enough parking spaces available. Employees completely overwhelmed, 20+ orders waiting forever for your food. Pickup screen not working. This is the worst McDonalds I have ever visited. Of course, sauces were missing when we ordered and the order was packaged for take-away despite being eaten in the restaurant. Cleanliness was also terrible. If you haven't had food poisoning yet, you can feel free to pick one up here.

I wanted to order there because the glow in the dark glass was even available in the order. But then after ordering, an employee came and said the glass was no longer available. Nice to redeem the coupon in the app otherwise. They aren't even able to take something like that out of stock if it's no longer available. So I could have canceled the order and tried my luck somewhere else. And you can also sole the staff's shoes while walking.

What can you say about the food...it's just McDonald's...unfortunately the service was subpar! Of the 8 things we ordered, three were forgotten... when asked if we could still get a straw, the answer was "no, we only have some for milkshakes"... but that's true, they don't work for normal drinks either🤣🙈. ..the toilets were unfortunately very dirty so we decided not to use them...on the way back (approx. 6 hours later) we stopped by again to get a coffee for the way back...you have it In the meantime, I hadn't managed to clean the toilets, they still looked the same as they did about 6 hours before...

Dirty floor, germy chair frames. Cleaning once a month is probably not enough. Slow staff, maybe even understaffed.

Yesterday, around 12:30 a.m., we were there again after a long time to get something quick to eat. Placing an order went well. But it really looked like shit there yesterday. The garbage return station was over full and everything was already on the floor. There was also trash lying around the entire restaurant and it was very dirty. The same thing happened in the women's toilet. There was toilet paper all over the room. The paper towels were empty and the trash can was already overflowing. When another lady mentioned this to an employee, only the answer came. That they had so much to do and didn't have time for it. Toilets very narrow 👎 On April 26th it was 12 degrees here. The heating was probably defective. I had to warm up in the car first.

On the way home we actually wanted to take the chance to get a glowing glass like it was offered in the app. But it wasn't available to choose from in the store. For some strange reason the billing from the last day hadn't been processed yet. That's what we were told by an almost screaming employee.

Sometimes I'm really not sure whether the food is fresh. Maybe there should be an undercover investigation here. Furthermore, the tables are so dirty that I either have to clean them myself every time or ask an employee. Nothing happens by itself. Addendum months later: Last time I thought it couldn't be worse. And yet, it works! I had to revise my rating of 2 stars to 1. It's unbelievable what this McDonald's has become. It's so incredibly dirty! When was the last time this place was cleaned?! The food is underground! My burger was so hard and dry that you have to worry about breaking a piece of your tooth!!! Every time something is forgotten or instead of vegan nuggets you get normal ones. The bags for the vegan nuggets are also the same as the normal ones. So if you don't pay attention yourself, you're out of luck. For us, that was it. We have been boycotting your big, well-known competitor for months. Now it's your turn. It won't interest anyone, but maybe others will follow suit and a rethink will finally happen here. Do yourself and everyone else a favor and close your branch. I am so angry!

He does what he's supposed to. Classic fast food. The drive in is usually quick. The service is mostly friendly.

I've never seen such a dirty McDonald's, and after that you need a shower. Tables weren't wiped down, toilets were disgusting and there were lots of crumbs on the floor.

Disaster. Extremely expensive. Burger (€3.99) was extremely small and cold. Chili sauce tasted like it had expired, chocolate cake was dried out, Sprite was like water only with a bit of lemon flavor. Never ever again

Dirty, germy, tasty. Getting worse and worse. I experienced several times that not a single chair was sittable because they were so glued together. Tables generally dirty. Toilets disgusting, disgusting. With every order (I mean EVERYONE!!!) something is forgotten. Plus extremely slow. Table service is not offered here. You stand forever to get your order. It's nice if you're there with children.

Ordered coffee expressly to drink in the restaurant. Nevertheless, it came in a paper cup. Even when asked, it wasn't poured into a cup even though they were at the back of the shelf. Very annoying.

Picked up two McToast Ham and Cheese yesterday morning and four hours later it all came out again... food poisoning at its finest. Thank God my husband and son didn't eat anything. When I read the other reviews, the health department should really pay a visit here.

Update: 10/2/22 We tried again in this branch today = same result. This time BigTasty Bacon was sold even though there was no bacon in the house. It happens that all the ingredients are there, but then this must at least be noted and not just hope that the guest doesn't notice or avoids reporting it because of communication problems with the employees. Manchmal wartet man hier extrem lange und manchmal ist alles perfekt. Die Leistung schwankt immer wieder.

Große Filiale über zwei Etagen, nettes und freundliches Personal, schnelle Zubereitung, Essen wird an den Tisch gebracht. Filiale ist sauber und aufgeräumt, ausreichend Parkplätze, zum Teil auf dem Gelände eines Kfz.-Händlers.

Ist halt ein McDonald, was soll man da noch groß dazu schreiben? Nicht nachvollziehbar sind die Preise. In der Werbung wird alles so günstig beschrieben, aber in der Realität ist es verhältnismäßig teuer. Wir waren nur deshalb dort, weil es schon 23 Uhr war und alle anderen Gaststätten geschlossen hatten.

McDonald's halt. Bisschen teuer geworden leider.

Ein Signature Burger (handgemacht), der mit echtem Käse auch nach Burger schmeckt und nicht triefend fettig ist. Ein Cappuccino wie vom Barista, nur zum halben Preis.

Waren schon sehr oft hier und haben zur frphstückszeit und auch zur normalen frühtückszeit keine schlechten erfahrungen gemacht, einmal wurde mein essen im drivein vergessen, es wurde aber sofort beim erwähnen nachgeliefert, personal immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, 5/5 sternen ;)

Ein modern eingerichtetes Fast-Foot-Restaurant mit Bestellautomaten und McCafé. Leider war die Bedienung heute völlig überfordert. Donnerstag Abend, also kein großer Andrang, vier Bediener hinter dem Tresen und trotzdem Wartezeiten von knapp 15 Minuten. Das Essen war Standard, die bestellten Riffels zur Hälfte mit Pommes aufgefüllt. Das geht definitiv besser.

Komplette obere Etage mit Müll voll. Alle Tische dreckig. Wir haben dann unten noch einen halbwegs sauberen gefunden. Toilette dreckig, seifenspender war auseinander gebaut, weil Handseife alle. Es fehlte der TS bei unserer Bestellung. Und Stress war da gar nicht...da waren nur sehr wenig Gäste. Wir haben dort schon mal besser gegessen. Und ich bin wirklich nicht pingelig.

Sehr (kinder-)freundliches Personal. Die Möglichkeit für die Kinder hier zu spielen ist gering, dennoch vorhanden.

Kann nicht negatives sagen. War aber erst einmal da

Für Eltern mit Kindern gut geeignet zum Essen.

Mitarbeiter quatschen lieber anstatt deine Bestellung fertig machen. Toiletten auch nicht die Saubersten. Außerdem ist der Seifenspender seit 2 Wochen leer und wird nicht aufgefüllt.
