I had the currywurst, quite okay. I would have expected a little more from the fries, average... Biggest drawback: Curry fries can't take more than 5 minutes...

I'm pretty disappointed with the store and now it's become too stupid for me. Burgers are okay but the staff is so incompetent that it hurts. I ordered Monday's special menu - on a Monday - and the dear gentleman behind the counter said it wasn't possible because it was only for Monday. Ahh yes... Another time, too much was charged to my card because, I admit, I put it on the device too quickly without looking. When I pointed out the error, they said the order would be canceled afterwards, but I should pay for it again. I did so with a clear conscience and now I have eaten a burger for the price of two. Ahhh yes... A bit annoying... Be smart, go somewhere else :)

We were here on a Friday evening at 8:45 p.m., it's open until 10 p.m. We only got one type of fries and had the choice between 3 types of bratwurst that were already warm. We didn't get any more hamburgers, everything had already been cleaned. The problem with the mice is still not solved.

I've been to the store spontaneously twice, and twice the food wasn't convincing. There's nothing special about the fries and the sauces/toppings available don't really go with them, which is surprising considering the name of the shop. Both burgers I ordered weren't terrible, but were completely dominated by the respective sauce. In addition, the portions are quite small in relation to the price. The staff, on the other hand, was very friendly despite the waiting times and there were no problems with the ambience. The rating is just like my experience: mediocre.

Went there during lunch break and took burgers with us. Instead of vegetarian, get one with meat. No go.

My friends and I wanted to have a relaxed meal at the train station and came across this shop. It was empty at the moment and we took the chance. We were impressed by the images of the card and ordered immediately. To put it briefly, when the food arrived it looked and tasted very tasty. Unfortunately yesterday was very disappointing. The employee took the order incorrectly once and then delivered the fries incorrectly. I recently visited the French fries friends in the train station arcades in Potsdam with a friend. Unfortunately, after we ordered and sat down, we discovered a mouse running across the floor. When we asked the staff about it, they didn't seem surprised. We were told that they know there are mice there but can't do anything about it as setting up mouse traps is illegal. We decided we couldn't continue eating under these circumstances. The staff assured us that the mice couldn't get into the kitchen, but we noticed that there was only a swinging door between the dining room and the kitchen that didn't reach the floor. During the discussion we saw a total of three mice running around on the floor. Ultimately we decided not to continue eating and asked for our money back, which was refunded without any problems. However, there was nothing more than a short “sorry” and a refund. Unfortunately the experience was very disappointing and we will not be coming back!!!!

Today we spontaneously visited the French fries friends in the main station. We decided on 2x fries + currywurst to eat on site. These were also freshly prepared for us. Shortly after we sat down with our food, a mouse darted past us. Shortly afterwards two more. We immediately objected to this and no longer wanted to eat the food. The staff refunded us the price we paid and apologized several times. During the “cancellation process” we were able to continue observing the three mice in the guest room. An unbearable situation, simply disgusting.

The burger was at least quite juicy, which I liked, but nothing special. The fries weren't quite to my taste. I expected more given the name of the chain. The store itself is nicely decorated and the staff works quickly and friendly. The prices do not match the service or products.

The service doesn't even speak English. The food is unclean, cut up and there are full-grown potato eyes with strings in them! The food is really underground. Otherwise there are free sauces but that's about it. For the food and service, the prices are beyond bottomless. Bullshit prices for bad food. Not even half the price would be appropriate. Most disgusting fries I've ever eaten and expensive too!! The fries at the store opposite (McDonalds) are much better. Staff couldn't speak German and tables were greasy. Better go to Mcces

Now I managed to test this shop, I regret that I didn't read the reviews beforehand, the prices are cheeky and communication doesn't work well, well you managed to communicate with your hands and feet at some point...the food was absolutely terrible the price, the quality is better even at McDonald's, never again, among other things, it's a wonder that hygiene hasn't closed the place yet..

Ordered from Friesfreunde via Lieferando, food came 15 minutes later than stated, which wasn't the worst. Order was not complete. Burgers were cold even the patties. Fries below average. Overall not tasty. We were disappointed. The prices quoted cannot be justified by anything! When you call, you immediately get "in English please", which makes it difficult to express your concerns/complaints over the phone.

I wanted to have something to eat with my friends at the main station after school to fill my stomach. We've already tried pretty much everything in the train station arcades, but we still wanted to give the relatively new "French fries" a chance. We didn't want to risk anything and so we just ordered a normal portion of “Fat Friends”. We also wanted a cheese sauce, but since we aren't the biggest fans of the chili cheese sauce listed on the menu, we just wanted to order a normal cheese sauce. This resulted in communication difficulties with the staff, who could speak little or no German. But for us it wasn't a problem because we can speak English. Additionally, the cashier needed assistance from another employee to add an extra order (cheese sauce). It all ended in us having to pay 80 cents for our “cheese sauce”. After waiting for five minutes in the tastefully and modernly furnished “restaurant”, we were very shocked to receive our fries. As a so-called “cheese sauce” we were served two carelessly slapped cold burger cheese slices on our fries. The fries actually tasted delicious and the mayonnaise and Joppie sauce were also tasty, but we won't be coming here again.

Unfortunately, there were communication difficulties here, which were probably due to the staff not speaking much German. She asked us again and we replied “cheese sauce”. So we sat down and waited for our fries, we observed the shop and found that it was quite well decorated. Unfortunately, when we got our fries, we discovered that instead of cheese sauce, we were given two slices of cheese slapped on top. This surprised us at first, even though the cheese was still cold. How can such a misunderstanding occur? Don't the staff know what they're selling? In any case, the mayonnaise was quite good and the Joppie sauce tasted like it came from Ömchen at home. In summary, the whole thing wasn't worth the €6 and I probably won't be back soon. A pity!

Sauces are free and taste good too. Joppie sauce was ok, the rest was rather tasteless. I find loud radio including advertising annoying. Coal steam and aimlessly tested out the french fries friends. I tried the hut menu. The shop including the guest area smelled of frying oil. Schnelle Zubereitung der bestellten Produkte. Freundliche Mitarbeiter. Sehr knusprige Pommes. Sehr zu empfehlen sind die Burger. Etwas klein, aber lecker.

Dicke Pommes bestellt, dünne Pommes erhalten. 4,45 € für eine Miniportion Pommes, was für ein Erlebnis:D Die Auswahl der Saucen war aber ok und interessant…

Kommunikation ist teilweise schwierig Hygiene ist eine Katastrophe! Mit den gleichen Handschuhen, mit denen die Dame abkassiert hat, hat sie auch das Essen angefasst. Da kamm sie sich die Handschuhe auch sparen. In der Zwischenzeit hat ihr Kollege sichtbar mit dem Handy gespielt/geschrieben, macht jetzt auch keinen guten Eindruck. Die Mayo war aus und das scheinbar schon eine Weile, man hat sich dann nach 30 Minuten entschieden, sie doch endlich mal nach zu füllen, da waren wir dann aber auch fertig. Die Sache mit dem Pfand den man bezahlt, auch wenn man im Laden isst und nicht wieder bekommt, beschäftigt mich schon etwas .... wo landet das + an Geld nachher? Ist das legal? Frageb über fragen.... Eine direkte Beschwerdestelle hab ich auf der Homepage nicht gefunden, also habe ich die Pressestelle angeschrieben und eine Mail bekommen, das ich blockiert wurde 😅 hatte ich so auch noch nicht.

wenn es nur ⅓ kosten würde, wär es angemessen. man steht wirklich lange, bekommt dann einen lieblosen bürger, mit zu viel käse und die pommes sind auch sehr mangelhaft.

Schade, habe mehr erwartet. Habe mich für die BBQ Bacon Pommes entschieden und die Pommes waren lauwarm, wenig Fleisch ansonsten Geschmacklich okay. Einzig Positve ist die Auswahl an Saucen. Aber für 6,95€ bekommt man besseres und mehr woanders

Service and place were ok. The burger menu was very overpriced for what you get.

Ambiente und Service sind gut. Essen leider etwas enttäuscht. Für 7 Euro und einem eigentlich recht hochklassigem Ambiente und Aussehen erwartet man mehr. Pommes sind eher auf MC Donalds Niveau (also annehmbar). Die Guacamole Soße leider etwas fad und schmeckt halt nach Masseware. Es schmeckt jetzt nicht grauenhaft aber die meisten erwarten einfach mehr bei einem Laden der so gut aussieht.

Das Essen war sehr lecker und ich habe auch nicht lange gewartet. Die Bedienung der nette junge Mann war sehr freundlich und hatte spaß an seiner Sache. Werde nochmal hingehen.

Da ich in den Bahnhofpassagen war, wollte ich mal die Pommesfreunde testen. Hab mir das BBQ bacon Menü bestellt und bezahlt, man beachte die Staubschicht auf dem Display der Kasse. Nun ja dann etwas gewartet. An einem tisch etwas weiter hinten wurden die Tageseinnahmen gezählt. Bezahlt habe ich 14.10euro. Inkl 15 cent Pfand. Der Geschmack vom Burger war ok…nicht allzugross. . Die Pommes hätten noch etwas gekonnt. Das Geschirr und die Flaschen räumt man dann selbst wieder weg. Getränkekiste. Als ich dann den Bahnhof verlassen habe, ist mir aufgefallen das sie einem ja dann gar nicht das Pfand wiedergeben. 🤷🏻‍♂️ Da macht man dann etwas mehr Gewinn…🤷🏻‍♂️

Pommesfreunde machen super Pommes mit verschiedenen Saucen. Mein Favoriten sind Pommes mit Guacamole und Sour Creme! Die Mitarbeiter sind nett, aber noch nicht leidenschaftlich dabei. Der Laden bietet ausreichend Sitzgelegenheiten und hat in meinen Augen viel Potential ein Hotspot im Bahnhof zu werden. Kartenzahlung ist möglich. Es werden auch vegetarische und Helal Optionen angeboten. Viel Spaß beim Probieren. <3

Mitarbeiter sind meist bemüht dennoch funktioniert das System hinterm Tresen überhaupt nicht in meinen Augen. Es dauert einfach viel zu lange, 10-15 Minuten habe ich jedes Mal im zu dem Zeitpunkt leeren Laden auf einfache Pommes gewartet…

Muffiger Laden, Preise völlig überzogen, an der Kasse versteht die Dame nur die Hälfte, so fehlen viele Dinge auf dem Teller oder sind falsch, Kasse stürzt laufend ab…! Also beim nächsten Kinobesuch dorthin auf keinen Fall!

Pommes, loaded fries und Hotdogs waren eine Enttäuschung. Burger dafür aber gut.

Sehr leckeres Essen. Pommessauce kann man sich kostenlos dazu nehmen. Personal sehr freundlich. Gerne wieder.

Das Essen ist ok, die Sauberkeit eher nicht. Es riecht ein wenig vergammelt obwohl der Laden erst vor wenigen Wochen geöffnet hat, die zurück gebrachten Tabletts stehen ewig im Sammelregal im Raum (daher vielleicht auch der Geruch)... ist wohl eher zum mitnehmen. 😉

The burger was fine, fries were also fine, and the food came on time, but with the wrong souce, when comforted, the girl employee said that only a sandwich souce is a souce, rest are creams and roll her eyes. Please educate your employees.

Ein sehr schöner Laden, super freundliche Mitarbeiter aus verschiedenen Nationen. Das Essen war sehr frisch. Viele Saucen zur Auswahl. Der Cheeseburger war echt lecker. Es gibt sogar Halal und Vegetarisch. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Waren bereits mehrmals vor Ort. Trotz Wartezeit gut. An Christi Himmelfahrt war leider die Hälfte ausverkauft und die Pommes waren kalt, weich und die Currywurst wurde zunächst falsch gemacht. Statt diese neu zu machen, wurden allerdings einfach die anderen Zutaten einfach drauf geworfen. Dann war’s das wohl mit dem Imbiss.

Wir haben heute zweimal Loaded Fries zum Mitnehmen bestellt. Als Pommesliebhaber kann ich nur sagen, dass das die besten Pommes waren, die ich in Potsdam jemals gegessen habe. Die Portionsgröße war sehr gut und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hat gestimmt. Außerdem waren die Pommes sehr lecker und kross und auch die Saucen schmecken sehr gut. Die Toppings waren ausreichend und qualitativ sehr gut. Insgesamt ein sehr gutes Erlebnis und definitiv weiterzuempfehlen. Wir kommen wieder!

Als Pommes Liebhaber hab ich heute mal das Essen probiert und muss sagen das das sehr sehr lecker war. Werde jetzt wohl öfter dort essen gehen, yum yum

Heute das erste mal dort gewesen und was soll ich sagen, die Pommes wirklich lecker aber eine halbe Stunde auf das Essen warten und dann fehlt die Guacamole auf dem guacamole-burger. Etwas schade, leider erst zu Hause bemerkt . Ob ich noch mal hingehe weiß ich nicht
