The last Burger King!! You wait here at the drive counter for at least 20 minutes even though there was only one vehicle in front of me. The order is only accepted at the window. Non-German speakers who you can't even understand when they speak English. You can't call it food anymore either. Pure waste of money and nerves

I love Burger King. Especially the vegan offer.

Unfortunately I have to correct my review as the service is getting worse and worse. It has now happened 6 times that parts of the order were missing when an order was placed at Burger King. Nobody can be reached by phone and so I'm left with the financial loss.... That's why I recommend that everyone check their order carefully in the store or go straight to the competition, where this problem almost never occurs, apparently the employee here -Training is going better...

This is just rubbish……. You should actually only enter this fast food restaurant wearing a spacesuit. The garbage is piling up in all the roll containers. Tables are absolutely dirty. The food is not fresh. It tastes old.

Do you want to wait 30 minutes for your food so you only get half of it? Then you've come to the right place, forgot your order? Completely normal and none of the employees care because they understand your German so well. If half is still missing, they still don't care. A dream, once and never again.

I ordered 20 euro worth of items -- 2 burgers, 2 fries, and a box of chicken nuggets. I only got 2 burgers and the chicken nuggets in my package, and when I contacted the store, they refunded me 0.44 euro. This is seriously awful -- since when does 2 fries equal 0.44 euro? This store scams its customers. Awful customer service, awful food. Can't even give you what you ordered.

I was at BK today and was horrified to find that they were completely overwhelmed again. Over 14 open orders, the colleagues are definitely overloaded as the team is clearly understaffed! The 3 trolleys are overflowing and have probably not been emptied for hours. The customers were really annoyed. Mood great. This is really a bad joke! BK management should be ashamed of this shift schedule. 40 min waiting time for a standard menu. That's it for now. I won't come back here any time soon!

Absolute disaster!!!! I've never waited so long for my meal at a fast food restaurant. I am at a loss for words.

It hasn't developed for the better, almost always something is missing or the people there can't count. After each order at the drive-thru, I stand in the parking lot and check whether the right thing has been packed for me. Burgers carelessly put together, fries no longer as crispy as they used to be, I sometimes ask myself why I still go there??? Burger King doesn't seem to need it anymore, it's a shame.

Slowest service ever. Preparation 35 minutes. Anything but fast food. Burgers and fries mediocre and just at the edible cold limit. The store appears to be totally overwhelmed by the delivery business.

The preparation for a standard menu took an incredible 40 minutes. This despite there being 4 people behind the counter. It would have been quicker with any normal restaurant. 6 chilly cheese nuggets became 4 + 2 nuggets 🫣 There wasn't even an apology. 🙄

I ordered from Lieferando at 7 p.m., the store closes at 8 p.m. My order wasn't canceled until 9 p.m., the whole time it was still being prepared. I just want my Big King :(

Since it happens every time that the food ordered is not complete, we always check on site. It seems we're not the only ones. There was a couple in front of us who were visibly angry because they pointed out several times that burgers were missing. The very young lady at the checkout didn't really take the two of them seriously, perhaps it was due to her lack of knowledge of German. The end of the song, the man went behind the cash register and took the burger he had ordered from the display. It was a similar story for us; we had to explain several times that our order was not complete. Another nice colleague asked, who helped us immediately and in a friendly manner. Conclusion: trained staff with knowledge of German are absolutely necessary

The food was good, but with a burger you could see that the salad was definitely old. Cleanliness in this branch has never been good and not this time either. Originally sat was 1:00 a.m. and according to Google it was 2:00 a.m. Our answer to the 10:00 p.m. notice was that there was still half an hour left, there was only a shrug of the shoulders. During the week at lunchtime there are too few staff, there is a backlog with up to 20 outstanding orders, drive-thru always has priority for some reason, bearded kitchen employees without hair or beard nets prepare the orders and the shop is completely filthy. With 3 orders in front of us, we waited a good 15 minutes. During this time there was a queue of around 14 people behind us. I have no idea how long they waited, but it has nothing to do with fast food anymore. Classic mismanagement. But the whole fun was quite expensive and parts of it were slapped together rather carelessly. For example, only 2 jalapenos on a burger, almost completely forgetting the sauce and then charging around €4 is too adventurous for me. On the positive side, it can be emphasized that the parking lot is reasonably large and the furnishings appear to be of quite high quality. The shop is a normal Burger King, the service is friendly. However, the menu navigation at the ordering terminals is “subterranean”. Unfortunately, pretty pictures aren't enough; it takes forever to get through to ordering a burger. ☹️ Be careful when ordering away from home, you really have to check the contents on site. Why can't you train your staff? And learning a little German wouldn't be bad either. I definitely won't place my order in English! The DriveIn staff hasn't understood German for three months. I've gotten used to the fact that a bag of ketchup or mayo is missing from BK or McD when you order out of the house... but the last time I forgot one of the three burgers I ordered and the last time there was no cheese at the Whopper, even though that was the case ordered and paid for. Being able to read doesn't seem to be a recruitment criterion. In other branches, however, sometimes something that was ordered is missing. You usually only get it when you get home. There seems to be a system in place, but there was never too much in it, not even a straw.

First of all, one star is already too many. Today I visited Burger King at 10pm and was extremely shocked by my stay. First I encountered an unfriendly employee (older gentleman with dark hair). At first it started when there was no answer when asked for sugar, but only with hand signals. I then discovered that although the opening times were stated until 11 p.m., the seats were already closed at 10 p.m. When we wanted to sit down with our food, he told us bluntly: “Don’t walk here, it’s clean.” Please keep in mind that it was 10 p.m. and the changed opening hours are until 11 p.m. It was frustrating that I had to finish my meal in a hurry just because the seating closed early. Overall, my visit to Burger King was a disappointing experience that I will not repeat.

The first time in a long time that the food at Burgerking tasted good. Warm burgers and nuggets that tasted better than anywhere else. Service was nice, couldn't help me with the app coupons and a regular fries and 5 nuggets instead of 6 were packed at the drive inn. However, after speaking to them afterwards, everything was resolved. Recommended.
