It was quite busy on a Sunday evening. But the staff, four people in the front area, were overwhelmed. So the orders piled up... by the time I left, there were 17 waiting. I alone waited 20 minutes for a King Meal. Perhaps the staff should be better trained so they can work together more effectively.

Two fries were missing from our drive-thru order. Unfortunately, we only noticed this when we got home and unpacked everything. That's a really bad move.

The worst place I've ever been to. Almost all the tables were covered in trash. The food looked like burnt chicken. Truly disgusting.

We were passing through and wanted a quick bite to eat in the evening. Unfortunately, this restaurant isn't particularly good. From the incredibly unfriendly service, which doesn't bother to ask for the menu and throws half of the food into the vehicle, to the dirty dining area and the people hanging around at the drive-thru. I've never seen such a bad Burger King. We'll never come back here!

The Burger King was truly one of the worst I've ever set foot in. Aside from the fact that the order processing didn't seem to work, all the tray carts were full to the brim and no one even cleared them. Orders were processed chronologically, and we got two Whoppers, a Big King, and a Crispy Chicken. It took almost 40 minutes. Besides, the air conditioning was on full blast in October, and you almost caught a chill waiting. Then the burgers arrived, and they were far from warm or tasty. The fries tasted like they'd been fried three times and had old grease. I wouldn't do it again.

I ordered through Lieferando 3 hours ago. The food was supposed to be delivered in an hour, but it still hasn't arrived. I can't reach anyone on the phone number. The tracker is still in its initial state. I don't think the food will arrive yet, and now I'll have to chase after my money. I've never experienced such abysmal service in my life!

A complete disaster, staff who don't understand you. It happens! But what's absolutely unacceptable is that the place is always dirty. The manager is cutting corners. And the food gets cold faster than you can eat it, and you have to return something every time because it's cold.

Absolute impudence of the citizen's child. Even when asked that it's too old and you want it fresh, they simply put it in the microwave. Disgusting stuff. The toilets and the order resemble a garbage dump. Absolutely disgusting. I'd rather go to a portable toilet.

After waiting for over three hours, there was still no sign of my food. To top it all off, I even had to deal with customer support to get my money back, because this store apparently can't even cancel open orders at the end of its opening hours. Never. Again.

I had a very bad experience with this restaurant. My order was delayed for more than an hour after the expected delivery time. I even tried to contact the restaurant twice, but no one answered the phone. In the end, after waiting almost an extra hour, the restaurant cancelled my order. This is very unprofessional and disappointing.

There were four people ahead of us, 25 minutes have passed, and there are two more ahead of us... First and last time here! We wanted a quick bite to eat, but this is completely the wrong place.

The staff doesn't really look through the whole thing; they just piled the order on top and that's it, no straws or napkins were included. Then you notice that you get a cappuccino instead of a cafe crema, which is obviously really hard to distinguish when you order via the large ordering terminal. On top of that, you get an iced tea instead of a Summernade lemonade, which left me even more speechless because that just doesn't fit. Apparently, they don't pay any attention to what you order; they just pile it on and that's it. The fries were totally cold and soggy and had no flavor. So I was really disappointed and didn't even expect much.

Instead of what I ordered, a double burger with cheese, and the billing was incorrect, I received a regular burger. Furthermore, if the staff doesn't speak German well enough, resulting in the order being incorrectly executed, that's a fault on Burger King management's part. Since I once worked part-time at a Burger King restaurant in Paris when I was younger, I know exactly what I'm writing here!

This is the second time I've ordered from this restaurant, and each time has been a disaster. The first time, my order took two hours to arrive, as Burger King apparently only uses a single driver, and he had to single-handedly deliver all orders in Potsdam by bike. Needless to say, the food was cold upon arrival. Hoping things would go better next time, I made the mistake of ordering from here a second time. The result is that I haven't received any food and haven't received my money back. If you try to call the restaurant, no one ever answers the phone, no matter what time of day or how often you call. I strongly advise everyone not to order from here, as they are clearly being scammed.

The cleanliness of these fast food places in Germany always leaves something to be desired. The food was okay, by BK standards. The prices are favorable for a large family; it's affordable, and you know what you're getting.

There's no question of order and cleanliness here. Everything is dirty, all the tray carts are overflowing, food is lying around on the floor, and the benches are broken and you'll bang your bones on them. The restaurant's condition is catastrophic. And no one seems to care in the slightest. Never, never, ever again from this restaurant!

We waited almost an hour for our food. It was around 11 p.m., but that still wasn't acceptable.

My little girl loves the slide. The service could definitely be friendlier, and then the food would taste better. It's a shame to write this, but if you don't feel like working, then stay home.

We ordered a meal with a cheeseburger, fries, and a Coke. We requested a Coke with ice cubes, but it was served to us without ice cubes. The fries were cold and rancid, and the burger made us sick later. The service was completely rude, and we overheard them talking about us and the way we were dressed. We think that's completely unacceptable! That's why we're giving it only one star. We're disappointed!

DELIVERY SERVICE: Disaster is a nice way to say it. My food arrived an hour late. The toys in the King Jr. Meal were missing. The sauces were missing. The food was cold. How can you be so modest and pack cold drinks and burgers in one bag!?! I order without tomato and get it with tomato. If you want to do yourself a favor, abolish delivery services in this form as soon as possible. The recession is based solely on the delivery service. Everything in the restaurant is excellent.

My order from last night just didn't arrive, but the app says it was delivered. I couldn't get through to anyone last night, so I went to bed hungry, and I couldn't get through to anyone today to get my money back. It couldn't be worse. Now I have to chase after my money because they simply didn't deliver. Damn the nerve. A crap store!!!

Salmonella-infested food. I ordered through Uber Eats because they were offering a discount. What arrived were three fries scraped together from the last corner, the Whopper was long out of date, and the long chicken had completely fallen apart in the packaging. The cheeseburger was, of course, cold, like everything else (except the nuggets), and the packaging was completely crumpled and stapled three times at the top for extra reinforcement. Considering that you generally give away sauces in stores, I would have been happy if you had at least included two to round things out. Then it probably would have given two stars instead of one. I actually wanted to prove with this order that Burger King is pretty good and can easily compete with McDonald's. Great job 🤝 Half of it ended up in the trash after our stomach problems.

A burger was forgotten and the employee goes to smoke even though orders are being given and we waited until he smokes his cigarette and still he forgot a burger

Just bought the so-called "Flame Wings 9-pack." Aside from the fact that there were only 8 mini wings in the bag, this is an absolute price-performance disaster: All 8 mini wings are about 100g of chicken thigh meat... And for €9!!! I can get a whole grilled chicken at the snack bar around the corner... with at least 500g of meat.

We were at the drive-thru at around 6:30 p.m. The staff just greeted us with a "Hello," nothing more... They didn't ask what we wanted or anything else. After what felt like 10 minutes of yelling our order, and the staff repeatedly couldn't understand us and couldn't even ask what sauces or drinks we wanted, we were finally able to place our order. Then we had to wait forever. The Coke was regular with sugar, even though we emphasized five times that it should be zero (due to diabetes!!!!). Then, after a long wait, our order finally arrived, and then two burgers, fries, and the sauces were missing. After correcting the order, they still forgot something. Really bad... The food was okay, but it wasn't really enjoyable after being so annoyed.

Really long waiting times when it's a bit crowded

The food is generally great. The meat is always freshly grilled, and the fries and onion rings are always hot. The milkshake machine just keeps breaking down. And things ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS get forgotten. Sometimes it's "just" ketchup/mayo, sometimes it's the fries, once it was a drink, and once even a burger. No matter what it is, something is ALWAYS missing. Just today: one fries, one curly fries, one nugget, and two mayo were missing. It's annoying and bordering on intentional. That's why we're increasingly going to the Golden Seagull two blocks away; strangely enough, there's never anything missing from the bag.

Fast-food restaurants and chain restaurants only function with a staff that's on-the-go. That's not the case here! If you don't mind waiting 25-35 minutes for your food, this fast-food restaurant is the right place for you!

You want Burger King and you get it

Orders are delivered quickly, and the food is also prepared quickly. It's become expensive (except during special offers).

This Burger King is one of the better ones. The burgers seemed fresh and it was clean too.

I ordered takeaway food as a tourist today. And they completely forgot part of the order. And since it was takeaway, it wasn't noticed until miles later at the campsite. Well, that's what happens when the employees chatter among themselves and two employees add up the same order. Never again. Besides, BK is now far too expensive for the quality offered.

If you like fast food, this is the place for you.

We only go to Burger King, McDonald's, etc., only in exceptional circumstances! What bothers me personally, and is detrimental to the employees, is that the interior hasn't been air-conditioned for a long time! And that even when smokers aren't around, you're still bothered by them and their mess outside! A strict smoking ban on the entire premises would be desirable so that you can eat undisturbed!

I'm not a fast food fan, but I gave in to my family's wishes. My burger was simply too small for the price, but it tasted better than McDonald's. The service was great; there was nothing to complain about.

We ordered takeout and were the only customers there. Everything about the order was wrong. Iced tea instead of Fanta, small fries instead of large, 2 of the 4 burgers were wrong, and the worst part: instead of a plant-based burger, there was just a regular crispy chicken burger, which is great if you don't want to eat meat. It felt like we just got whatever was left, since it was 45 minutes before closing time. That's just unacceptable. I've never experienced so much wrong anywhere else.

So, after neither of my two orders were served correctly (the wrong bun and toppings), and one of the burgers had obviously been sitting there for a while and was simply opened again for the extra cheese, but from sitting there for so long it tasted completely like a pickle... I wouldn't recommend Burger King.

We were at an away game and passed by the Burger King. The bottom line is, we still have a four-hour drive and we all need to take a shit, so something must have been wrong. But the employee was funny and wanted to have a deep conversation.

The food is cold, the curly fries are air-dried and, unfortunately, just plain disgusting. The staff behind the drive-thru counter was only able to place the order properly after six attempts due to a language barrier. If you don't expect much and go there anyway, you'll still be disappointed. The competition, McDonald's, two minutes away, is definitely the better option.

We spontaneously went to Burger King today and were extremely disappointed. Half of our order was missing. When we asked, we were told the rest would be delivered soon. Well, we only got half again... what a disgrace. Please always check your orders!

We came here spontaneously and regretted it. Ordered 3 different burgers, got one without onions but with churros, ordered with chocolate sauce and Smarties, got it without sauce. Ordered a Coke in a reusable cup, got it in a regular cup. On top of that, we waited over 40 minutes for our order. Staff were totally unmotivated and extremely slow. Cleanliness was okay, the dirty trays were already piling up. We probably won't be coming again.

Familiar quality at familiar prices. Nothing stands out as particularly good or bad. You get what you'd expect from a fast-food restaurant. What deserves praise, however, is that even during peak hours, there aren't long waits. I've seen it differently at other chains. Even with special requests, you get your food in no time.

My first time being back to eat at a Burger King in many years. The choice is very varied, the service is friendly and very fast, and the food is overall pretty good. You can sit inside and outside, and the overall restaurant is pretty clean! Will visit again :)

The amount of food was very little when you compare it to the Price .. and the Onions rings tasted frozen and sagy, I had a trouble finding a table because, the tables were not so clean.

Of course, food isn't always really hot and delivery times sometimes take a little longer. I can understand all of that. And I can also understand if you forget something. But what I find really annoying is not answering the phone. I would have liked to say that a burger was missing and that I would like it delivered later.

You can think what you want about Burger Kings. The store lives with its employees. Coupons are accepted at the terminals, including paper ones. Friendly and sometimes with surprise. I like it.

They made me wait an hour for my order (online) and then canceled it for no reason. I'm actually always understanding and don't say anything if it's too stressful, understaffed, etc. ... but making me wait and then canceling for no reason (without a call, message or apology) is honestly cheeky.

Fries tasted burnt, after consulting the store manager and employees, new ones were made and they were also disgustingly covered in black dots and also tasted burnt.

Got worse and worse When I was still working there it was still a bit clean!!! When there wasn't so much going on, all the employees would clean, but now you come into the restaurant and you can see that it's really dirty and the employees are only on their cell phones

I think it's great to be able to download receipts as a qr code if you want or have them printed out as usual. Unfortunately there is only one Burger King in Potsdam.

Apart from the fact that you get 2 wrong burgers and not enough change, it would be great if the employees spoke German and didn't look at you like a confused car. Furthermore, employees should know what is currently on offer. It can't be that you ask about burger X and get information about burger y. German language difficult language

Waiting forever to get cold food. The staff doesn't look through, they switch things from one bag to another. Wiping the table would also be good. Luckily we ate in the car outside the door.

You just wait forever every time! Last time 40 minutes was really too long! And every time something is forgotten.. Everything seems super unorganized, no one seems to be the boss here.. But there always seem to be far too few staff.. The golden seagull is much better organized Addendum: Burger super cold and soggy and there was free bacon on the veggie burger, total crap!

Most of the time everything is fine here. But there are often visits where absolutely nothing works for the staff: very long waiting times, incorrect, cold or incomplete products. I once watched a customer leave the restaurant to place another order, drive his car through the drive-thru and come back into the restaurant with his food. He easily saved 20 minutes.

Every other order, literally every other order, the sauces are forgotten. Even if you order them separately and, of course, pay for them. If you try to call the restaurant and ask, no one answers the phone. I like the burgers, but I can't recommend anyone ordering from here. Unless you want your fries dry.

Unfortunately, I have to subtract one from two... Food as usual (Systemgastro), but really waited over 30 minutes for the food - Systemgastro!!!! Every a la carte restaurant does this better... While you wait, the Drive Inn customers are cheerfully processed "priority"... Without words! When you smugly ask whether it's better to do Drive Inn, waiter 1 wordlessly refers you to waiter 2 (shift management?). She only speaks English. Wonderful... And stammer something about only one cook [I saw two gentlemen, but it doesn't matter]. So if the shortage of skilled workers has now progressed to such an extent that there are no staff left despite the customer taking the order from the machine, it might be better to close the shop!

Always delicious burgers, nice service

What's going on at Burger King? Only frustration for weeks! The burgers are old, hard and taste like they've been sitting around half the day. The nugget burger is particularly a disaster - either half of the ingredients are missing or it is prepared completely incorrectly. You go there specifically, spend your money and then get a loveless, sloppily made burger? You can't be serious! If you don't feel like making your food right, then don't do it. This is how you scare away your customers – and rightly so!

The food wasn't typically Burger King fresh. The chicken patty was totally oily. My little son didn't even want to eat. The branch was also noticeably empty. There were no shakes or ice cream either.

Open until 11pm. Unfortunately the seating area was closed from 10pm today and food was sold outside.

Because of fast food. The waiting times are really limitless. During peak times it is 25 minutes. And no longer uncommon. Waiting in the atmosphere is not exactly pleasant. Better save your time and money. Everyone knows that it is also unhealthy.

Worst Burger King in a long time. Burger lukewarm, iced tea watered down & to top it all off, the ice cream was more like liquid ice cream than creamy ice cream. Unfortunately you have to give one star to rate😡😢🥵🤬

I was recently there again for years. Unfortunately the meat on the Whopper was very tasteless and dry and tasted more like McDonals. The “Flame Grilled” taste was completely missing. The order was processed and prepared quickly.

The shop is a normal Burger King, the service is friendly. However, the menu navigation at the ordering terminals is “subterranean”. Unfortunately, pretty pictures aren't enough; it takes forever to get through to ordering a burger. ☹️ Be careful when ordering away from home, you really have to check the contents on site. This is the second time we've had an annoying surprise at home. Unfortunately it wasn't what we ordered and considering the prices 😱🤮🤮🤮

Non-German speakers who you can't even understand when they speak English. You can't call it food anymore either. Pure waste of money and nerves
