Were here today...all the coupons that are valid until September 6th, 2024 are not working on the grounds that the prices have risen....?what kind of rip off is this...the Burger King app doesn't work with it either same reason! To top it all off, the final order was not complete!!!! Could it perhaps be because no one there speaks German properly? Not even the manager was able to explain it to me because he only speaks broken German.

We've been here several times and have never been disappointed. I think the taste is very good and the hygiene is also good. I don't know the toilets.

Food was okay, like everywhere else in the BK... it's getting more and more expensive, the two of us paid over 30 euros... we sat on the terrace. Tables were not clean and benches were broken. The highlight were the rats that always ran along the driveway... Info to the staff, they already knew...

This BK has deteriorated considerably in recent years. If I have no idea how to do the ordering machines etc. and then I ask, then I expect someone to help me and not dismiss me. Basically service disaster. Eat lukewarm. If you don't feel like it, then close the shop and that's it.

The work of a system caterer is not always easy. Constantly changing guests, constantly different tastes and constantly breaking equipment. I can no longer grasp it. Last year and today more in the premises of the Burger “King”. Every time the employees have to be annoyed about striking / non-functional devices and pass this on to the guests. Why a shake machine is not replaced is completely beyond my understanding. To put it another way, it gives the impression that the employees have no motivation to clean the machines. Unfortunately, the restaurant is declining in everything. I have always been satisfied over the years. Today the blow hit me. The ambience is just dirty. The floor was so dirty and there was leftover food everywhere. There wasn't a single clean table and I'm not talking about minor dirt. I'm not above doing that and I clean them myself without any problems. But this time they were screwed. Both the seating options. From grease stains to dried up sauce stains on tables and seating. The food is only served cold and the burgers look impossible. You either get brown lettuce or hardly any lettuce at all. You look for the sauces on the burgers and the meat looks anything but appealing. The burger is literally just thrown with ingredients and what's left on it stays on, what goes wrong stays there. This is what the burgers look like and they don't take any effort at all to make. And they just look impossible and like gibberish. Before we left the restaurant just before 9 p.m. (The restaurant closed) an employee went around with just a rag and used it to roughly wipe down the free tables and then put the chairs up. Without the tables being thoroughly wiped down and the cloth washed out. The seating, which was also very dirty, wasn't wiped down at all. I was very lost for words today and was very dissatisfied.

I had to order at the machine, it was too complicated for me, so I left. Ordering at the checkout was not possible. That was the last time!!!

Mistakes can happen, but not with frequency. Otherwise the quality is okay, when you eat in the restaurant everything is hot and fresh. The delivery service is rather underground. Es gab nur Frittiertes Essen und die Bestell-Pointer waren außer Betrieb. Sind dann woanders hingefahren.

Der Burgerking ist sehr ungemütlich eingerichtet. Der Service lässt nach. Als Kunde muss ich nun selber mühevoll und langwierig auf einen Touchscreen zusammensuchen. Ich wollte hier etwas Wartezeit verbringen und einen Kaffee trinken und etwas halbwegs gesundes Essen. Außer Burger gab es aber nix. Das kriegt die Konkurrenz mit dem M im Namen klar besser hin.

Diese Filiale ist einfach schrecklich... Das Essen ist immer alt, und das Öl ist genauso alt wie die Filiale selbst. Man riecht schon, bevor man reinkommt, wie alt das Öl ist. Nachdem man den Burger isst, bekommt man Bauchschmerzen und liegt einen Tag im Bett

Hier ist immer irgendwas. Entweder geht der Sprechfunk nicht , das Personal kann kein Deutsch oder die Shakemaschine ist kaputt.

Hatte leider einen riesigen Hunger und war echt froh etwas zu essen. Jedoch wenn man für Ketchup und Majo bezahlt wäre es schön wenn das dann auch auf dem Tablet ist. War irgendwie schon Mal mehr Belag auf den Burgern, aber beide Burger (King Selection) haben gut geschmeckt. Warum ich mich allerdings über die Sprechanlage anpöbeln lassen muss, weil ich es wage meine Menübestellung zu einer Einzelbestellung zu ändern, nachdem man mir sagt die Milchshakemaschine sei kaputt habe ich nicht verstanden. Laut der Dame hätte ich vorher fragen können ob es Milchshakes gibt. Soll ich nächstes Mal also ne Liste mitbringen und erst Mal abchecken ob alles funktioniert in dem Laden? Selten so unfreundlich behandelt worden. Schade.

Whopper war etwas kalt und die Tische leider dreckig und die Tablettwagen voll. Sonst ein schneller und freundlicher Service.

Das Essen war ok und auch fix zusammengestellt. Aber auf die Wünsche, die wir beim Terminal eingegeben haben, wurde keine Rücksicht genommen, z.B. ohne Röstzwiebeln, Cola mit Eiswürfeln der King- pepper - chicken - Burger sah erbärmlich aus.

Man bekommt nicht immer was man bestellt. Personal ist allerdings sehr freundlich und schnell.

Echt schön geworden nach Umbau Immer die erste Adresse wenn es um Fast Food geht.

Lange Wartezeiten für eine Bestellung. Mitarbeiter spielen am Handy rum, in der Küche, trotz hohen andrang. Die Burger sind kalt und bei den Getränken ist der Sirup raus. Nur auf Nachfrage bekommt man ein Strohhalm... Die Sauberkeit könnte auch besser sein.

Wenn mann Sesam Bürger bei bestellen in im Menü sieht möchte man sie auch haben 🙄

Für einen Burger-King echt schneller und guter Service. War zwar sehr warm im Laden, aber das Essen wurde schnell zubereitet, hat gut geschmeckt und es hat (für einen Burger King überraschenderweise) nichts gefehlt.

Waren hier nach einem Konzert im Waschhaus. Die Mitarbeiter waren schon am aufräumen (Stühle auf die Tische usw.), aber wir haben unsere Sachen frisch bekommen.

Bin ein Fan der Veggiestrategie von BK! Der Laden hier ist klein aber fein. Bei meinem Besuch war alles blitzeblank sauber. Die Bestellung wurde schnell bearbeitet. Die vier Bestellterminals funktionieren allesamt - auch nicht selbstverständlich. Zubereitung genau nach Vorgabe. Alles on point. Die Pommes sehr sehr gut, gar nicht zu vergleichen mit den Macces Fritten. Der vegane Majo Dip ebenfalls. Die Veggie Chili-Cheese-Burger sind ebenfalls ein Gaumenschmauß. Einziger Kritikpunkt sind die unergonomiscjen Fahrradständer. Bei einer stadtgelegenen Filiale sollten diese besser sein. Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung.
