100,000 times better than McDonald's. We didn't even wait 5 minutes for our food, the plant-based menu was super delicious, hardly any grease. Super friendly staff. It has such an American diner vibe!! I highly recommend it <3 Prices are totally okay too!!

A nice place in itself. It seemed a bit messy and had a cafeteria feel.

We visited Prinz Eisenherz yesterday for "A Drag Christmas." The food was fantastic, and the show was magical. We had never been there before, so it was a little unclear at first where the entrance was. We found it at the souvenir shop right behind the movie park entrance. The staff was incredibly friendly, both at reception and throughout the entire evening. We never had to wait long for drinks, as the staff was always very attentive. Super friendly and very competent staff. The show was accompanied by a great band, which also announced the next course after every two or three songs. The show itself was beautiful and entertaining. The acrobatic acts were incredibly exciting. Even the youngest guest was thrilled. Thank you for the magical evening! We had both the regular and the vegan menus.

- We had made a reservation, but still had to sit in the large hall of the Wilhelmgalerie. It got very cold and uncomfortable, especially when both exit doors were opened. - The drink prices are now exorbitantly expensive, e.g., a large Coke costs €6.40, a 0.7l water... unbelievable... over €7! - This makes us lose the desire to come back often. - The patties on the burgers we ordered weren't exactly warm and seemed to have been made sometime before. - The only positive aspect of the family outing was the very friendly and attentive waiter.

Nicely done. A pleasant atmosphere, actually. The food was good. Unfortunately, I have to conclude that it wasn't good value for money. A shame.
