he Augustiner in the Bürgerhof is simply great! The sausage salad was really tasty, and overall the food was excellent. But the best: the service! The waiter was just great – friendly, quick and attentive. You feel comfortable here. I'll definitely be back!

Dined like the gods on December 24th. Great food.. traditional and super tasty. The spoon-wielding demigod has outdone himself. The service is super attentive and friendly. For me the absolute number 1 when it comes to German cuisine and service. Have a good new year ☺️🎉

Food were ok, unremarkable. The food were more salty than how we normally eat but we have the same problem with most of the restaurants in Poland and Germany (at least so far) so I guess it’s just us. We had the beef broth, “emperor’s fricassée” and beef goulash. Servers were friendly and helpful. No complaint.

There are several parking spaces on site. Access via Zwilling-Scholl-Straße.

A restaurant with a rustic feel where friends and family are happy to drop by after work. The service was polite and what we love as a relaxed atmosphere was always fun. The food was delicious and the drink selection was just right. All in all, always worth a trip.

Августинер в очередной раз подтвердил высокий уровень и свое гостеприимство. Отдельно, помимо высоких оценок заведению, вкусной еде и отличному пиву, выделю весь персонал ресторана. Официанты услужливые, расторопные, вежливые. В том числе и они сделали прекрасным вечер. Место, с одной стороны, находится в стороне от центра, в тишине и спокойном районе, а с другой стороны ресторан расположен около Сан Суси, около Нового дворца. Рядом ж/д остановка, что удобно, если надо в Берлин, или еще куда. В целом самые позитивные впечатления!

Interior cozy and nice and warm 😊 the cheese spaetzle were really tasty and the knuckle was crispy on the outside and lean on the inside, just as it should be. The service was consistently unfriendly.

Perfekt für die Pause oder den Abschluss bei einem Besuch im Park Sanssouci. Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal, schönes Ambiente. Das Essen (wir hatten Käsespäzle und Obazda) war reichlich und sehr lecker.

Saturday lunchtime, only 2 men on duty, even though there were registered tour groups. Orga just embarrassing. The waiter was obviously untrained, ran around like a frightened chicken and didn't even manage to bring the menu within 10 minutes and 5 passes. So we just had a quick drink and left.

Nice, attached to the Sans Souci park train stop. Great food, great beer, informal, friendly, efficient service. Fair price, considering that we are Berlin and in a tourist area. Recommended for refreshment after a visit to the splendid palace.

Waited quite a long time for the waiter, beer was good and at a good temperature. Salted prices for the food. Schnitzel very dry. 1€ for the 20g packet of mayo? Are you burning?

Quantity fits well. The beer is very tasty. The still water was served with an open bottle. Meat was very dry. A hair was found in the food (it can happen), an alternative was offered. Price-performance not justified.

Stopped there for a bit on our way to a concert in Potsdam, service is great and friendly, we just ordered a couple of beers and a Berlin currywurst with fries. Really good! And very affordable in relation to the quantity you're getting. Such a nice place to chill with a really good Augustiner 👌👌

Beautifully located on the edge of the Sans-Souci Park opposite the Kaiserbahnhof. Tourists probably like it. However, the food was average at best, as was our waiter. Can't recommend this.

Really good meal here, as our server was extremely friendly and cooperative. The pork and potatoes dumplings were both fantastic.

Super nice location, very little selection of dishes, super friendly service, at least my waiter really made an effort. This person would have to run the shop ☺️ Downer: If you are greeted as a new customer at 8.45 p.m. (open until 10 p.m.) with the words "Please order quickly, the kitchen closes at 9 p.m." Currywurst for just under 15 euros, which is really nothing special, can be done, but I'm used to something different from back home. The sauce and sausage didn't convince me.

We absolutely loved the Augustiner beer garden in Potsdam during our visit. As soon as you enter the garden you can feel the cozy atmosphere that makes this place so special. The food was excellent. The menu offered a wide selection of traditional Bavarian dishes, prepared with love. The service was also excellent. The staff was always friendly, attentive and very efficient. Despite the many guests, we never had to wait long and felt like we were in good hands at all times. We, a group of friends from deepest Bavaria, have to acknowledge without envy that the Prussians have perfectly understood the beer garden principle. The Augustiner Beer Garden in Potsdam manages to bring a bit of Bavarian cosiness to the north, and we felt very comfortable here. In summary, we can highly recommend the Augustiner Beer Garden in Potsdam. Everything is just right here: delicious food, excellent service and an atmosphere that invites you to linger. Definitely worth a visit!

It was late in the evening after walking in Park Sanssouci, we were looking for a place to have a dinner. We passed by Augustiner im Bürgerbahnhof and were not disappointed. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, they even had a little chat with us. Our friend group has different food preferences but everyone found something nice to eat. Prices are reasonable and portions are pretty big. We enjoyed our visit a lot, definitely will come back once in Potsdam.

Beer was cold, pork knuckle 22eur super crispy and yet cuttable, so perfect, atmosphere nice and well maintained. Waiter a bit rude, waitress courteous. So definitely a recommendation

This roast pork is unrivaled, the crispy crust and the juicy meat are unrivaled. The entire staff looked after us lovingly. Given the two groups that were with us (approx. 100 people), the first point was the traditional costume, which rounded off the “Augustinian” experience. BRAVO!!

A real functioning beer garden with very fast, friendly service. The interior is very nice and surprising, considering how long the buildings were in danger of becoming ruins. Several rooms of different sizes so that the bus tour group can sit separately from others and not disturb each other.

After a strenuous walk through the adjacent castle park, hunger and thirst drove us to this great beer garden. We were pleasantly surprised. The taste is very good, and many beer gardens in our Bavarian homeland can follow this example. Considering that this beer garden is located just outside Berlin, it is a very good value for money. The waiter was very attentive and friendly. Very good, keep it up!

It's right at the entrance to the park and the train station is nearby. The waiter was in good humor, the food was inexpensive and the amount was so large that as a girl I didn't finish it.

Good location. But I have never encountered such rudeness from the service staff!!! We waited a very long time to be counted out. And when they finally brought the bill, it turned out that we had to pay twice as much as we ordered. When we started to find out, the toothless waitress screamed at us. And when she finally brought another bill, she continued to scream, instead of apologizing, all the while pointing to the door so that they would quickly pay and immediately leave the establishment. Despite the advanced age of my mother and aunt. Such rudeness is rare to encounter. We will never visit this establishment again! We received a lot of negativity!

The Augustiner Bürgergarten is a very sociable place. When the weather is nice you can stay for a long time. The menu goes well with the good beer. Sat for 45 minutes, got two beers for the two of us, and no one was interested in one of them. The suggestion after three quarters of an hour that they could have communicated and said that there were four of them in the full store was not forthcoming. Quite the opposite: we were told that we should have seen THAT. Sorry guys, there's no way it works that way!

Truly German dishes served with local products are an excellent combination to eat and quench your thirst so close to Sans Souci Park. I recommend, bon appetit ;-)

No star for the food because we can't order at all. 20 minutes for a beer in a brewery or Beer garden. Is this exquisite or slow? The beer is here, order food? Nope. Bad. Very bad.

We were here at the end of a wonderfully sunny Sunday and although the beer garden was quite full, we were served quickly, in a very friendly manner and in a good mood.

After a walk through the park at Charlottenhof Palace, you can refresh yourself here. The menu offers very tasty food. You can also sit outside.

Unfortunately, we weren't satisfied at all: the waiters were very taciturn, seemed unmotivated and looked at us as if we were from another planet. We didn't feel particularly welcome the whole time, even though there wasn't much going on. The food came quickly, but was rather averagely cooked and rather carelessly prepared. There were no free side dishes with the schnitzel. Not even a lettuce leaf or any kind of dressing or other accompaniments. If we hadn't ordered fries (at an additional cost), all we would have gotten on our plate for €18.50 was a piece of meat (without anything). Unfortunately that doesn't work at all. We have never experienced anything like this in any other restaurant. The best thing about the visit was that it was over quickly. So we don't recommend it and don't tip the waiters either.

By far the best knuckle. Were there in a large group. The service was quick and attentive. Although there was a lot going on. Big praise especially to Nabil. He looked after us throughout the evening and was quick, attentive without being intrusive and spread a good atmosphere. An added value for every good restaurant. Gladly again very soon!

I can't confirm the stars. Food: Quantity does not make quality. My roast pork was cooked completely dry. The herb was everything but no Bavarian cabbage. The fricassee absolutely unkind to my partner. Had Everything was at the level of GDR company kitchen food. It was far too expensive for that. The pricing structure too The schnitzel dishes border on trickery. The service quite invasive and disorganized. It's actually a shame given this nice atmosphere. Not again.
