McDonald's in Potsdam

Ja was soll man groß sagen zu einem Mc Donalds am Hauptbahnhof. Ich erwarte hier keine kulinarische Meisterleistung, aber für den schnellen Hunger habe ich hier bekommen, was ich gesucht habe. Ich würde empfehlen die Speisen und Getränke einfach mitzunehmen, da im Inneren wenig Platz ist und die Atmosphäre hier auch nicht so dolle ist.

21:45 bis 22:04 gewartet für die Bestellung Restaurant sehr unhygienisch. Wie auf den Fotos. Cola und Eistee war komplett aus / leer. Essen habe ich sofort in die Hand gedrückt bekommen, denn die lagen in diesem vor wärmer hat dementsprechend auch geschmeckt.

Schlechtester Service den ich je hatte hab 2mal meine Bahn verpasst um zu warten aber bei der Wartezeit musste ich dann nach 20min gehen um die dritte Bahn zu erwischen.Ausserdem stand ich fast ganz vorne

Hey! Gestern (5. April, 17:45 Uhr) habe ich dort pflanzliche Chicken McNuggets bestellt und im Zug bemerkt, dass sie McNuggets aus totem Hühnerfleisch herstellen.

So einen schrecklichen McDonald's habe ich noch nie erlebt! Dreckig, keine Pommes (nur im Happy Meal, und die waren total alt), Cola aus der Flasche, weil der Getränkeautomat kaputt war. Kein Eis. Meiden Sie diesen Laden, wenn möglich.

Das war das schlimmste McDonald’s, in dem ich je war. Sehr beengt, ein veraltetes Bestellsystem ohne Selbstbedienungsbildschirme und Getränke aus Flaschen statt aus einer Postmix-Maschine. Ich bekam einen Doppel-Cheeseburger statt eines Chickenburgers, und als ich um eine Korrektur bat, nahm das Personal den Burger einfach zurück zu den anderen.

Unterirdischer Service.... Keine Pommes mehr auf nen Sonntag. Danke, wir gehen.

Wir waren am Abend zur Bestellung von 3 Cheeseburger,1 MC Chicken und eine 9er Chickennuggets. Beim Zubereiten in der offenen Küche, sah ich wie der ältere Mitarbeiter in seine Hand nieste und sie an seiner Hose abwischte. Er wusch sich nicht die Hande danach und desinfizierte sich auch nicht die Hände. Das geht gar nicht. Und obwohl wir vor seinem Niesen seine Bestellung verpackt bekamen, war uns in der Nacht übel....Nie wieder. Eigentlich müsste das Gesundheitsamt da was machen. Scheinbar kein Einzelfall so wie ich lese. Hätte ich mal vorher die Rezensionen gelesen...

Schlechter Service! Ich stand neben einer Frau mit Kind und war an der Reihe. Leute kamen nach mir und stellten sich an. Die McDonald's-Mitarbeiter weigerten sich, mich zu bedienen und zeigten mir das Ende der Schlange. Ich hatte keine Ahnung, dass ich direkt hinter dieser Frau warten sollte. Das ist nicht in Ordnung, ich sollte zuerst bedient werden. 😞😞😞

Warme Kalgetränke aus Flaschen, Eiswürfel gibt es nicht, Coupons können nicht eingelöst werden. Schmutzig -versifftes Ambiente und so weiter. Ganz trauriger Ort !!!

Trockenes hartes Brot beim Doublecheese. Zwiebel u Gurke fehlten komplett und der Burger war kälter als die Körpertemperatur. Geht zu jedem anderen Geschäft im Bahnhof !

Dieses McDonald's-„Erlebnis“ (man kann es nicht mal Restaurant nennen) ist zweifellos der schlimmste Ort in ganz Deutschland. Mitten in dem, was man nur als das Detroit Berlins bezeichnen kann, befindet sich dieser absonderlichste und tragischste Laden diesseits des Globus. Direkt nach der Bestellung legte mir eine seltsam gekleidete, große „Gothic“-Dame ein merkwürdiges Elektroschockhalsband um. Das Essen war grauenhaft, und ich musste aus einem Hundenapf essen und auf allen Vieren kriechen, sonst hätte ich einen Stromschlag bekommen. Insgesamt: 10 von 10 Punkten, absolut empfehlenswert.

Haben kaltes essen serviert und dann gesagt das ist doch warm, schlechtestes Restaurant von McDonald's in Potsdam, da weiß man gleich wo die herkommen

Ich hatte die schlimmste Lebensmittelvergiftung, die man sich vorstellen kann - ich werde dort nie wieder etwas konsumieren!!!! Service war auch unmöglich - eigentlich wollte man uns um 20:30Uhr nichts mehr machen. Ich habe einmal Plant-Nuggets wovon ich auch nur 2 gegessen habe (da sie sehr komisch geschmeckt haben und ein Royal TS bestellt). Ich hatte schrecklich Nacht und hing von 1:30Uhr bis 6:30 Uhr nur über der Toilettenschüssel.

Es ist eigentlich ein guter laden, aber wir haben 2 Pommes bestellt und es war nur 1 Pommes da, nie wieder!

Ein schlechtes McDonalds. Die Mitarbeiter sind langsam, die Menüs nicht vollständig und bei Barzahlung kann man höchstens mit 50€ bezahlen. Ansonsten hat man Pech. Den Stern gibt es nur, damit man was schreiben kann!

Die Pommes waren warm bis kalt! Die Majo schmeckte sonderlich! Kann sein, dass es eine Sakatmajo war! Das Getränk wurde vergessen! Das ist keine MCD Qualität

Absolut schlecht man bestellt ein Mc Menü bekommt ein Smart Menü es werden ständig sachen vergessen und hauptsächlich spricht da keiner deutsch

Getränkemaschine ist seit Ewigkeiten defekt. Ihr bekommt schön abgestandene Cola aus der Flasche, Personal hat keine Deutschkenntnisse, kontrolliert eure Bestellung SOFORT und kostet auch, Unterschied zwischen Chillicheese und normalem Cheese ist anscheinend unbekannt. In den 9er Nuggets sind regelmäßig nur 8. Jeder der bei McDonald's essen geht weiß eigentlich worauf er sich einlässt, aber dieser Laden ist ein extrem Beispiel in allen Belangen.

Alles gut, nur eine Mohnblume am Bahnhof.

Der schlechteste McDonalds den ich je kennengelernt habe. Egal welchen Burger man sich bestellt, entweder nur noch lauwarm oder kalt. Ausser man hat das große Glück und sie müssen welche neu machen. Leider eher selten. Und das für diese Preise. Nicht zu empfehlen.

Also ich weiß echt nicht was ich sagen soll…. Ich hatte auf Meinem Cheeseburger nur ein Gürkchen und das war auch nur das Ende von der Gurke, und zusätzlich also Nachspeise hatte ich ein Haar mit drinnen.

Bruder die machen deren trinken aus Plastik Flaschen💀. Die Verkäufer können absolut kein Deutsch. Wollte verschiedene Burger bestellen die sie gar nicht da hatten. Wie geht dat überhaupt?

One star for the McSundae. Zero stars for that specific McDonald's and -3 stars for McDonald's overall. There's a Burgermeister just 100 meters away in the train station; your money would be much better spent there.

Late one evening, I waited over 10 minutes for two burgers and missed the train, even though there was nothing going on. Paper was somehow wrapped around the burger. Half of the entire menu is unavailable because it's sold out.

Macces, of course. The guy who brought us the food was really nice. Otherwise, everything was as usual. The restroom was clean.

It's just a train station McDonald's. But the service and quality are top-notch, just like anywhere else. What a problem everyone has here.

There was one chicken nugget missing in my twenty-pack

Hello everyone, Where should I even begin... I was greeted with the "yogi" (hand in thong and a strong sniff). The manager at the cash register cheated me out of my change and refused to correct the "alleged fake fries." In the kitchen, rats were fighting over dropped fries. In the restroom, I found the fruit of a balanced McDonald's diet – the entire flush toilet had been vandalized, and one had deliberately placed on the toilet seat. Disgusting, but the worst is yet to come! Literally, because the prices are astronomical. Roughly estimated, the real stake for my beloved Rojal TS is around €1.42, but it's sold for €5.99. So, when I was extremely angry and about to pay, I discovered that the payment terminal was covered in sweet and sour sauce. I also noticed sauce residue on my junior's pants after sliding down the kids' slide. P.S.: The entire store smelled strongly of sweat! Carpe diem and see you soon!

Worst burger I ever Had in my whole life

The customer service is just awful. I asked for a latte match and got a latte, and I ordered a double cheeseburger and small potatoes and only got one small potato. When I went to change, I was told to eat what I had!

20-square-meter establishment. The saleswoman was looking at a mobile phone, a table, and a floor covered in debris. A Coca-Cola bottle was half-open and warm. I had to ask for a new one from the refrigerator.

It's dirty, the employees are unkempt, the burger tastes awful, I returned it, and they gave me an even more awful burger. I've been to many McDonald's, and this was by far the worst, most unhygienic, and most disgusting.

Yuck, that's not possible with the mcs prices today to give a burger from yesterday, at least that's what the salad looks like, the bun was already hard, it was so old, ugh, that's rather disgusting

This McDonald's is the worst I've ever been to. The employees were nice, but beyond unkempt. All the equipment was broken. Drinks were poured from bottles into cups. The cheeseburgers were absolutely burnt, hard, and dry. They were fried black beyond recognition. The chicken burgers had obviously been sitting there for a while, as the buns were completely dry. The freshly made TS and Big Mac were okay. The fries were cold, dry, and unsalted. Inedible. 👎🏻 Once and never again. How can a chain like McDonald's run a store like this? They absolutely need a food inspection.

Burgers made a while ago, fries aren't the ones they serve at McDonald's, and they didn't have any cold drinks or ice, so they give you one from a warm, open bottle. It's mind-blowing.

I went there Saturday night for two cheeses and a chicken burger. It gave me a stomach bug.

Everything was fine but it was a complete disgrace that I didn't get any smarties with my McFlurry because they only noticed afterwards that there were none left.

You take a voucher for two classics of your choice with several burgers to choose from. I can only choose two: Mc Chicken or Bic Mac. Why does it say "choice of burgers" with different burgers?! I don't think it's okay. We won't eat here anymore.

The food wasn’t tasty, i ordered a big Mac big size and i got the small size smaller than any other franchise in Berlin….and they tell me this what we have. i payed 17€ for nothing …. i regret it.

Worst Macdonalds in the world. The food tastes horrible 😕 The chairs are not comfortable. The tables are annoying. The service is as good as a DIY project. And the waitress was crying for no apparent reason.

McDonald's has never been this bad. The fries are cold, dry, and unsalted. The Big Mac, cheeseburger, and double cheeseburger were cold and tasteless. If I could give this place -5 stars, that's what I would rate it.

One of the smallest McDonald's places in or around Berlin. The choice is as tiny as the place, and they seem to somehow "save" on being nice and polite, unlike many other such places, which I do like and appreciate.

Food is ok. Just cheap McDonald’s. But the staff, wow, that was amazing. One man looks like he doesn't wash and shouts at others. Unacceptable.

Today around 12:30 p.m. my son went to buy a Happymeal with his grandma. To my greatest astonishment, grandma had to pay over €25.00 for it. She also did this despite not knowing the actual price of the Happy Meal. It is incomprehensible to me how the service person came up with this amount since nothing else was ordered. It is a good example of how the ignorance of an elderly lady who wanted to please her grandson was coldly exploited. I recommend that everyone who orders here check their receipt to avoid unpleasant surprises.

Rarely friendly staff when you're already being blamed when you're ordering, how do you address the staff as a customer, but even if you have such a big face and I'm greeted disrespectfully when I'm ordering, I guess I have the right to say what I think of the staff. McDonald's can be closed completely if you don't have customer-friendly staff, so being treated as a customer like nothing goes too far

The drinks machine has been broken for months (they serve bottles, but you can see that nothing is being done), it always feels like 1/4 of the already reduced range is sold out and, just like at McD in the Sterncenter, you get ripped off with the Monopoly promotion (2 instead of the guaranteed one 6 lots because no promotional packaging is used the entire time)

Apparently open until 11 p.m. When I arrive at the train station at 10:45 p.m. it's usually already closed and dark. Last week there was still someone there, but I wasn't served anymore. Then they should honestly write in 10:30 p.m.... Luckily there are other friendlier restaurateurs in the station.

Der schlechteste MC Donalds ever! 2 Hamburger über 4 € , kalt,vertrocknet einfach ungenießbar! Normal hätte ich die zurück gehen lassen, aber wir hatten es eilig und mussten weiter! Wir kommen nicht aus Potsdam, hatten hier Urlaub gemacht.

Cola warm and non-carbonated. After my little complaint and waiting 5 minutes I got a new one. Warm again and non-carbonated. Burgers were below average, didn't have time to complain again...

Absolutely not recommended... I ordered a large chocolate milkshake and got such a strange pörre... It looks like a vanilla shake but it doesn't taste like it at all. The store itself is also absolutely run down and dirty... The McDonald's logo has a really thick layer of dust on it. Even the menu board looked really germy and demolished. Worst McDonald's I've ever been to 👎🏻
