We have stopped to eat here many times. Takeaway orders are worth checking because they are quite often incomplete.

Very unfriendly employees. All the tables were dirty, I asked the employee if they could clean the table, they answered me rudely and said please sit at another table, I have to say all the tables were dirty, never again. At the end a table was wiped but the water from the wiped table was not wiped dry so I had to eat on a completely wet table. I have never seen such unfriendly staff.

Went there today to eat there. Ordered from the machine and there was a constant error for the codes. After the order finally worked, my number was called and the tray was pushed towards me in a very unfriendly manner. The food was ok, but the drink was full of ice, making it hard to drink properly. I want to drink my drink and not ten ice cubes in one sip? After eating I thought about ordering something again using points — but lo and behold? My points were spent completely for nothing because I was rudely told at the counter that it was unnecessary because they no longer have the product. Couldn't they have given me something else in terms of the value of the points? Honestly a disgrace. Once and never again.

Wir wollten einfach einen Birger essen. Die Mitarbeiter waren mega unhöflich. Das Essen war eckehalft und der Laden war einfach nur dreckig.

Prices like at the airport... Staff was very good. Quality of the goods below average. Really NOT recommended.

Tables dirty, during my stay of over 45 minutes 2 tables were dirty. None of the tables were cleaned during this time. There was enough staff, the restaurant was visited by about 10 people.

The branch forgets/withholds burgers when ordering and claims, when complaining, that they could have "secretly got rid of it". If it weren't for a negligible amount of euros, something like this should actually be reported. Please don't go here.

We waited 40 minutes even though everything was empty. Fries were placed the wrong way down at the bottom so they were soggy. Milk shake was first taken out and of course melted. Went to the drive in.

Restaurant calls me and says he couldn't deliver the order because the distance was too far (ordered via Lieferando) wanted 7€ extra so I put it in the hands of the supplier instead of 35.50 he wanted 42.50! I find this dubious criminal tactic absolutely unacceptable! Of course I expect my money back immediately (since I paid online) and it's best that no one orders here to avoid the pointless stress with this strange restaurant!

I've been going to this McDonald's on the A45 for many years so far everything has been generally good... In the future I will avoid this shop completely. I tried to complain about an order to exchange a burger... (of course I wanted to pay the difference) The manager (young blonde guy with very short hair) explained to me that this wasn't possible because otherwise he would make a loss... I could order an additional burger... and throw away the one you ordered incorrectly when asked… The bill for two people of just under €30 was apparently not enough for him to make a plus… It's not possible... every restaurant can cancel a receipt... and refund money if necessary... In addition, the men's toilet... a urinal covered by two was out of order and the floor was floating... great... MC Donalds as an American corporate concept that puts service and quality above all else....arrived in the service desert of Germany...and the blonde guy represents this global corporation... Mr. Briol the owner apparently no longer needs it and can afford employees who scare away long-time guests... There is also a McDonald's in Freudenberg... which will be my point of contact in the future... maybe for other travelers too... then no customers who want to complain about something will bother you... Good luck with the idiots who put up with this kind of behavior towards customers... For maybe 3.50 euros, you scare away a customer who has already left hundreds of euros there for over 20 years in the past (real arithmetic artist, the guy 🤣) Avoid the store... then the store can close due to wealth….

Made 2 of 3 burgers wrong. This was the third visit in 3 months. And every time the orders weren't correct, either something was missing or the orders were wrong, as in this case the bigmac was only half full. And the royal cheese was missing the extra beef which cost 1.20 extra. This is also how you can make sales.

Very, very bad Burger King. Toilet for guests 1 euro and that in a restaurant. The cola you pour yourself was warmer than the food!! Paid just under 25 euros for garbage.

Unfortunately I couldn't find the entrance at all. Very bad.
