Absolutely terrible and unqualified staff. We've ordered from there three times now via Lieferando, and each time the order is incomplete. You honestly have to wonder what's going wrong.

Way too crowded. There was trash everywhere. Everything was dirty. Orders were brought to the table incorrectly.

Mces, there was nothing going on, but it still took an extremely long time, and the food was lukewarm. The employees were just fooling around.

Restaurant not recommended. Restroom smells like a train station bathroom. Men's restrooms are very small, with feces sticking to the inside and outside of the toilet bowl in both stalls. No accessible restroom. The rest is standard, like any McDonald's.

I ordered online, including 20-piece nuggets. They were definitely refried while still warm, as the coating was incredibly dry and the insides were brown and looked like cardboard. The manager should retrain the employees, and the health department should take another look...

90% of my orders were always missing something. I usually overlook that. Usually, you have to wait a while. This time, I was about to burst. I ordered a pickup order and waited 40 (!!!!) minutes in the parking lot for my food. In the end, something was still missing. I had only ordered two burgers with sides. This can't be true—I'm furious.

Definitely not what it used to be. Such unfriendly staff! I haven't experienced anything like that in a long time. The appearance is okay, but it's more show than substance (broken screens, dirty toilets, generally not very clean).

This store is absolutely miserable. The few times we are here we always have to wait a long time. Today we stood in the drive-thru for 40 minutes before we could even order over the loudspeaker, and there were only 3 cars in front of us. But since the parking lot behind us was completely closed and we couldn't pull out, we were essentially trapped for 40 minutes. Since we still couldn't order after 5 minutes, we drove away without having accomplished anything. It wasn't the first time, but this time it was absolutely extreme. If you can't seem to manage staff planning for a day like this, then perhaps it's better not to open at all. It was my last visit to this branch.

Average McDonald's...nothing special...nothing negative...

Average Mcs branch, quite crowded and very simple. Unfortunately, very often unhygienic seating, where you lose your appetite while eating. Service is okay, but employees sometimes don't take care of the cash registers and cause queues. On the whole, I have definitely visited better Mcs branches than this one. But it is recommended for in between meals.

Everything is perfect as it should be!

Of the 4 terminals, only one is working, there are no numbers for the table, the terminal does not issue a receipt, the monitors for issuing orders do not work, the toilets are dirty, there is no paper, the usual Big Mac menu without queues took almost 15 minutes.

I wanted to order at MC Drive, we should go in and order it wouldn't be possible, ok we did. Then you come in there and see three employees standing around not knowing how the time should pass faster. I ordered a Smart Menu from the machine with 2 chicken burgers, what I got instead was a cheeseburger, unfortunately I only noticed this in the car when it was already late, from now on I'll check everything!!!

It took 25 minutes from ordering to it being on the table. It was cold in the McDonalds as well as the burgers. A burger was soaked in ketchup. The worst branch I have ever visited.

Food was cold. Tables were DIRTY and the rest of the store didn't look particularly clean either! The burgers were apparently smaller than usual... hmm a lot. Has mcd changed anything, austerity measures? The screen for transmitting the ordered goods was broken, so people first spoke quietly and then called the number loudly until the store shouted through it. The waitress we had seemed annoyed, but then said that we could sit down and that food would be brought. The sign with the number was SIFFY and covered in leftover food! Out of love for our child, because he was so excited about it, we stayed. Well, we won't be going to the SHED anymore!

My friend just ordered after work using the app and added an extra wish to her Big Mac. She was then called a “fat cow” at the MC Drive counter and complained that the “fat ones” always make so much extra must.. To the seemingly very overwhelmed employees: if you don't have enough brains for your job and are therefore over-stressed when something changes, then look for something new. That absolutely can't be the case. You order through Lieferando, something is forgotten every time and when you call they say yes, you can pick it up. Hello, are you still doing well? You don't order for free and then get the missing food yourself. And it's not the first time, it's actually the last time that people order there. I hope the salt falls on the floor.

Drive in takes forever, incorrect content and long waiting times

Very unfriendly employees. All the tables were dirty, I asked the employee if they could clean the table, they answered me rudely and said please sit at another table, I have to say all the tables were dirty, never again. At the end a table was wiped but the water from the wiped table was not wiped dry so I had to eat on a completely wet table. I have never seen such unfriendly staff.

Bad hygiene and no customer service! I am shocked at the poor hygiene conditions in this branch. On my last visit I noticed disgusting dirt and an obvious lack of cleaning - that's not possible! What's worse is that I contacted McDonald's twice to report this and was completely ignored. No answer, no interest, no reaction at all! This is just disrespectful to paying customers. If you deal with customer complaints like this, it shows that hygiene is probably not a priority here either. Photos are attached so everyone can see for themselves what I'm talking about. So far okay. Burgers and lattice fries could have been a little hotter. Tables were wiped down and trash was swept up from the floor. The men's toilet went like this: the floor in front of the urinals was pretty dirty. Tile joints partially eaten away by urine. Broken urinal was marked as off-limits by a large gray garbage bag stuffed into it. Paper dispenser was empty. Hand dryer worked. The door seal on the entrance door to the men's room was dangling in the air along its entire length. Too bad!

There you stand at the drive-in 45 minutes after opening on Sunday and want to treat yourself to one or two breakfast products and you don't get served even after waiting five minutes... As you drive away you see that the employees are chatting happily... I'm happy, that they seem to be enjoying their free time! Update: On October 12, 2024, 6:25 p.m., the store was relatively empty. Nevertheless, fries were forgotten once and the absolute disaster, which only became apparent when I came home with the food, there was the wrong book for my daughter. Ordered an extra School of Magical Animals and the little one gets space... Thank you, I had fun at home. The simplest things are too much and the way criticism is handled here shows how much value you place on your customers.

Unfortunately, probably the dirtiest McDonald's I've ever eaten. All tables are sticky and have food residue on them, as does the floor. It's only 11:30 a.m. and the place is already looking exhausted. The food appeared to be freshly prepared, but the burgers were lukewarm and the fries were ice cold. To be honest, the burger also looked like the components were placed individually in the box and an attempt was made to build a burger by shaking them. Unfortunately not recommended.

This branch is now on my list of NoGo McDonald's. Update on July 14, 2024: completely incompetent workforce. The Bumsschuppen should be given another chance. Conclusion: unable to dispense shakes as ordered; too stupid to include fries in the happy meal and the nuggets were also cold. It's a shame that less than one star is not possible. Never again. I always try to be competent and honest in my reviews but the McDonald's restaurant is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Point 1: €39.50 paid out in small change €1 and €2 pieces when I asked if that was necessary because I wasn't in an arcade, I would put it bluntly, but it's also money and I would have to take it. Point 2: It can happen that the wrong food or burger arrives, it's not a big problem, but since I'm allergic to tomatoes and I expressly said without and the burger still arrives with tomatoes and I bring it back to the counter to say that If I don't want to do that, I'm simply told to take it down myself and then I've reached the point where I can't and don't want to be friendly anymore.
