Very unfriendly employees. All the tables were dirty, I asked the employee if they could clean the table, they answered me rudely and said please sit at another table, I have to say all the tables were dirty, never again. At the end a table was wiped but the water from the wiped table was not wiped dry so I had to eat on a completely wet table. I have never seen such unfriendly staff.

Worst McDonald's branch there is in Germany, half is missing and has to be corrected 3 times, toilets smell like one is lying somewhere and is rotting. Staff totally overwhelmed

Bad hygiene and no customer service! I am shocked at the poor hygiene conditions in this branch. On my last visit I noticed disgusting dirt and an obvious lack of cleaning - that's not possible! What's worse is that I contacted McDonald's twice to report this and was completely ignored. No answer, no interest, no reaction at all! This is just disrespectful to paying customers. If you deal with customer complaints like this, it shows that hygiene is probably not a priority here either. Photos are attached so everyone can see for themselves what I'm talking about. Nachdem zwei Mal in Folge das Essen eine Katastrophe war, NIE WIEDER! Gestern kam mir beim Auspacken eine Fliege aus der Verpackung (McWrap) entgegen. Die Bestellung ist Restlos in den Müll gewandert.

So far okay. Burgers and lattice fries could have been a little hotter. Tables were wiped down and trash was swept up from the floor. The men's toilet went like this: the floor in front of the urinals was pretty dirty. Tile joints partially eaten away by urine. Broken urinal was marked as off-limits by a large gray garbage bag stuffed into it. Paper dispenser was empty. Hand dryer worked. The door seal on the entrance door to the men's room was dangling in the air along its entire length. Too bad!

There you stand at the drive-in 45 minutes after opening on Sunday and want to treat yourself to one or two breakfast products and you don't get served even after waiting five minutes... As you drive away you see that the employees are chatting happily... I'm happy, that they seem to be enjoying their free time! Update: On October 12, 2024, 6:25 p.m., the store was relatively empty. Nevertheless, fries were forgotten once and the absolute disaster, which only became apparent when I came home with the food, there was the wrong book for my daughter. Ordered an extra School of Magical Animals and the little one gets space... Thank you, I had fun at home. The simplest things are too much and the way criticism is handled here shows how much value you place on your customers.

Unfortunately, probably the dirtiest McDonald's I've ever eaten. All tables are sticky and have food residue on them, as does the floor. It's only 11:30 a.m. and the place is already looking exhausted. The food appeared to be freshly prepared, but the burgers were lukewarm and the fries were ice cold. To be honest, the burger also looked like the components were placed individually in the box and an attempt was made to build a burger by shaking them. Unfortunately not recommended.

Be careful: ice cream machine is supposedly defective in 10 out of 10 attempts. It seems to be a particularly vulnerable machine that, depending on the temperature, becomes less and less interested in cleaning.

This branch is now on my list of NoGo McDonald's. Update on July 14, 2024: completely incompetent workforce. The Bumsschuppen should be given another chance. Conclusion: unable to dispense shakes as ordered; too stupid to include fries in the happy meal and the nuggets were also cold. It's a shame that less than one star is not possible. Never again. I always try to be competent and honest in my reviews but the McDonald's restaurant is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Point 1: €39.50 paid out in small change €1 and €2 pieces when I asked if that was necessary because I wasn't in an arcade, I would put it bluntly, but it's also money and I would have to take it. Point 2: It can happen that the wrong food or burger arrives, it's not a big problem, but since I'm allergic to tomatoes and I expressly said without and the burger still arrives with tomatoes and I bring it back to the counter to say that If I don't want to do that, I'm simply told to take it down myself and then I've reached the point where I can't and don't want to be friendly anymore. Burger cold, pattie hadn't even been warmed up yet, cheese hadn't even started to melt. Fries nothing crispy to me just plain fluff. The highlight was that the delivery man gave me a cigarette in the restaurant! It doesn't work at all! Toilet, yeah. Flushing is defective. Water is flowing through. My greatest respect to the employees on today's shift! We entered the restaurant at 12:20 a.m. and shortly afterwards the blonde employee was being attacked so antisocially by customers that I briefly considered getting involved. Both the restaurant and the drive-in were packed! It's clear to me that I won't receive my order in 10 minutes! The employees were completely understaffed, which I find very irresponsible on a Saturday evening during a game day in Gelsenkirchen! The roster should have been refined better. The employees had to allow themselves to be treated so badly by customers, sometimes in a very loud tone! Respect to the blonde employee who stayed so calm! I would have left the store without comment and quit because NO ONE should have to be treated like that! The bosses definitely need to say a huge thank you to the team at this point and, above all, a big apology for this working atmosphere today! Such a shift, with so few staff, cannot be paid for with any money because it is inhumane! Of course, we also forgive the team for receiving the wrong order. We were fed up and didn't want to place any further unnecessary strain on our employees. In such stress, mistakes are inevitable and cannot be avoided. What a really great visit to the restaurant this morning, so friendly and attentive. You've rarely seen something like this, especially in fast food. Special requests were addressed in a very open and customer-friendly manner. The food and coffee were prepared quickly. Great ambience with music, clean and tidy. Really great for a little break.

In my opinion an average McDonald's. Didn't feel like it was bad or particularly good. Unfortunately, a charging station for the electric cars does not work.

I left without eating, I've never experienced anything like that. I just went to the counter that says 'Order' in big letters and wanted to order something to eat. I WAS THE ONLY CUSTOMER AND EVERYONE JUST STANDED!!! The employee didn't feel like working and immediately referred me to these order terminals. After about 5 minutes of him smugly watching me try to order something, grinning and crossing his arms, I eventually gave up, went home and ordered a pizza. You couldn't scan coupons and the part didn't accept the code. Since they don't serve you there, I will avoid this store in the future!

Actually I would give 0 stars. I was there today on January 31st, 2023 at 9:55 p.m. and at the MC Drive counter at 10 p.m. to order. I was told it would take a moment after 10 minutes so at 10:10pm I asked if it would take longer and got no answer. In 15 minutes of waiting, this store couldn't even manage to take an order. Then I drove over to KFC without a word and from now on it's easier to make my choice of where to eat, whether it's next door to the KFC or a little further to Burgerking. Thanks for nothing, probably the guy who was behind me is still there waiting to place his order.

Hab hier ja schon viel hier erlebt, von dem verdreckten Laden, bis das kaum eine Bestellung wirklich vollständig ist und über die Dauer einer Lieferung braucht man garnicht erst anfangen. Aber bei einer Bestellung von 2 verschiedenen Burgern (Big Tast Bacon und Big Rösti) den Belag beider untereinander völlig miteinander zu vertauschen, ist schon ne Kunst.

Wirklich WoW! Besser und frischer hätte das Essen selbst ein Werbepartner oder Manager nicht bekommen. Danke! Man hat eure extra XMas Mühe geschmeckt!

Update 27.12.23! 30 min auf ein Happy Meal mit einem zusätzlichen Hamburger 🍔 zu warten ist schon eher schleich, als Schnellrestaurant. Der Standort wirkt nicht unbedingt einladend. Das liegt aber mehr an der Umgebung, als am Restaurant selbst. Dafür hat man drinnen ein sehr einladendes Ambiente und sehr nette und freundliche Bedienungen. Das Essen wurde schnell und lecker zubereitet. Hier können sich einige Filialen noch was abgucken.

Top Mann bekommt fast alles und frisch. Zusätzlich sehr hilfsbereit

Für eine McDonald's Filiale super. Freundliches Personal, sehr sauber (so wie es sein sollte), Essen sehr zügig fertig. Wenn McDonald's, dann dort.

Online bestellt. Über eine Stunde auf das Essen gewartet. Dann ist das Burger Brötchen total dunkel und trocken und die Curly Fries sahen leider auch nicht besser aus. Wenigstens war es noch ein bisschen warm.

Oft lange Wartezeit und kalte Burger. Personal dafür meist sehr freundlich.

Netter Mitarbeiter, essen ist halt Fastfood aber es ging sehr schnell und war vollständig.

Provisorisch nach Feierabend keine andere Alternative mehr gehabt; war jetzt nicht all zu lange im McDrive. Bestellung wie geordert bekommen, auch mit den Personalisierungen der Burger. Essen ansonsten halt übliche McDonalds Qualität, nichts besonderes. Mitarbeiter war freundlich und fix.

30 Minuten für 4 Hamburger! Wollt ihr mich verarschen? Ihr wisst das ihr ein FAST FOOD Laden seit? FAST….ist hier gar nix mehr.

Seit dem letzten Umbau hat diese Filiale erheblich an Qualität gewonnen und sieht auch ansprechend aus. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich. Leider führte die Umstellung auf das neue System des Franchise auch dazu, dass es nun lange Wartezeiten gibt. Das letzte Mal haben wir Restaurant selbst fast 15 Minuten warten müssen, allerdings muss man auch zugeben, dass gerade die Couponaktion läuft und die Mitarbeiter aufgrund der mageren Besetzung nur schlecht hinterher gekommen sind. Würde man das Personal ein bisschen aufstocken, wäre aktuell alles perfekt in dieser Filiale. Leider sind auch immer wieder Bestellautomaten defekt. Und an der Kasse soll man nicht bestellen...

Die Bestellung am Terminal dauerte länger, da nur 3 zur Verfügung standen. Der Tischservice dauerte ebenfalls länger, dafür waren die Pommes heiß, aber die Cheeseburger kalt. Diverse Tische konnten nicht genutzt werden,da sich noch Essensreste darauf/darunter befanden. Die Toiletten konnte und wollte man absolut nicht nutzen. Was allerdings eher den Nutzern anzukreiden ist :( Das Personal, welches die Tische bediente war freundlich - wir haben sogar Mini Burger aus Weingummi für die Kids bekommen.

Rutsche bei einem sonnigen Tag und besucht von vielen Kinder geschlossen. Auf Nachfrage war man sich nicht einig ob der Schlüssel weg ist oder kaputt ist.Meine Antwort, Sie hatten keine Lust sich zu bemühen....mit Kinder braucht ihr dort nicht hinfahren.

Wir haben ungelogen über 40 Minuten für 2 Cheeseburger und 3 Erdbeer chresecake Taschen gewartet und dann haben sie noch apfeltaschen anstatt erdbeere eingepackt. Nette Mitarbeiter aber definitiv unter besetzt

Sehr schlechter Service Wir haben auf unsere vollständige Bestellung 31 Minuten gewartet. Es fehlte der Cappuccino Mayonnaise und die Cheeseburger waren kalt. Auf die Beschwerde hat man mit Schulterzucken reagiert. Ich finde es eine Frechheit das der Schichtleiter nicht reagiert und es ihm egal ist. Nach seiner Meinung geht Mc Drive und Lieferando vor Wenn es Sterne für schlechten Service geben würde, würde ich 5 Sterne geben 😐

Der Cäsar Wrap ist sehr klein geworden. Preisleistung passt einfach nicht mehr. . Echt schade..

Eine reinste Katastrophe! Erst musste ich etlich lange am Drive warten. Danach kam ein Mitarbeiter und fragte, ob ich bestellt habe. Ich antwortete, dass ich bestellt habe, aber auch nicht lange Zeit habe. Als danach nichts kam, ging ich rein und fragte, was denn jetzt mit meiner Bestellung sei. İch wurde gefragt, ob ich denn den Kaffee schon bekommen habe. Nein! Dieser wurde auf die schnelle gemacht und erst dann wurden die Mitarbeiter gebeten, einen Chickenburger vorzubereiten. Als ich dann schließlich aus McDonald's rausfuhr und meinen Burger öffnete, musste ich leider feststellen, dass das Brot vebrannt ist!!! Frechheit!!! Sehr inkompetente Mitarbeiter! Da gehe ich nicht mehr hin und empfehle es keinem weiter!!!
