The food was hot. The cleanliness of the toilets could be better.

Stopped today after a visit to the bicycle dealer in Buer to organize a little snack for the way. Well, it wasn't that great at the DriveIn. The employee spoke unclearly and seemed very listless. The other colleague in the background was doing much better The burgers 🍔 weren't really warm and the cheese seemed like it had just been put on it. Not melted and not at all like it should be. It's a shame actually 😢

If you could give 0 stars that would be my rating, we played Schalke on Saturday evening and there were really only two people in the kitchen, we waited 45 minutes for 2 burgers. After so many years of operation, they still can't manage to work properly as a team on days like this, or maybe hire more people 😂 Next month I'd rather go to Mccs 🫶🏻

Aiming for delivery from Burger King in GE Buer is absolutely not recommended. At first no one came. Delivery status after 45 minutes according to Burger King: Delivered! Without delivery. And for a long time no one could be reached on site. A careless employee with a touch of impertinence coupled with a bit of indifference ended up in nirvana after 12 call attempts. After about 1 hour 40 minutes. Then there was someone else at the door. The food was lukewarm and seemed to have been taken from the very overfilled, soggy paper bag. 1 star is no star.

So we went back and when there was a complaint the old burger was confiscated (thrown away) and a new one was made. Even though I said it was the second time, I didn't get an apology or anything, just a "Happened". This is an absolute no go and the first reviews were simply deleted. The word “sorry” wouldn’t have been too much to ask for the journey!

For 5 euros a bag I can expect it to be freshly made. But like so many times with Burger Kind, it only worked on the second attempt. Just sad!! An apology from the employee, unfortunately no! But the numerous bad reviews here in Buer are part of the overall picture of the branch.

Hardly any services because the food was very tasty and fresh. The sound and TV are broken, which doesn't really bother me, but then you'd better turn it off completely... instead of like an old record and a blue flickering picture.

Unfortunately one of the worse Burger Kings. Depending on the staff, you have to wait forever for food. After 45 minutes I canceled my meal. But the burgers are mostly okay. I still prefer to go to Burger King in Dorsten. However, I emphasize again that it depends on the workforce.

Employees who speak German at the counter wouldn't be a bad thing... every damn time I order something half of it is missing... and when you go back and tell them they say "they didn't order it" so sorry but McDonalds has a thousand times better service !!! Never again...

All you needed was a coffee and the shift manager said, "We don't sell coffee or tea here. Go to the gas station." Small suggestion: you can make coffee more expensive, sell nothing at all or just stay calm instead of turning people away!

If you go to this Burger King, you have to take a lot of time with you. After standing at the drive-thru counter for 10 minutes without being served, I went in. JUST ONE WORD "INCAPABLE"....Short version: Small order of 2 long chicken, 2 fries, a drink....paid No. 585 Time 6:12 p.m. according to receipt. After 30 minutes without it being processed on the display we asked whether we had been forgotten because the numbers were over 600. Answer "Funny, should be ready soon." Now after another few minutes my cell phone went off and I had to ask another customer for the time. The order numbers continued to increase, 57 minutes had been reached...The same young man came to the counter again, I explained that it had been exactly 1 hour, our number didn't appear, we wanted our money back and would like to leave. ...A quick OK from the gentleman and he was gone. Then a lady came and said “You want your money back”? That's right, it's been an hour since we ordered and we're no longer hungry. Money paid out...No apology, super annoyed. Conclusion Customer is king NEVER...At least we weren't called without being asked like other customers. This branch is simply unbelievably bad. One star is still far too many

We love going to Burger King, we always take out and eat at home. Unfortunately, for some time now we have been noticing that things are missing at this branch: fries, cheeseburgers, sauces, or several things. This is a real problem and we can't always take the bags completely apart at the checkout to check everything. It's just a shame that if you report it next time, you won't even get a replacement. We know that from MC D. Otherwise, if something is missing, we can get a replacement afterwards. And all this without any effort and without any proof. I would also like such unbureaucratic service from the Burger King branch.

It's my own fault, I know, but I'm actually an optimist, but here all hope is lost. The fries were overheated once and were burnt and rubbery. I complained and got "new" ones, which only looked slightly different. There was, once again, NO Coke.....just plain old Coke, in a fast food shop.....unbelievable. The employee, very unfriendly, filled my cup with (Chery Coke?). Pee warm...threw it away. And to top it all off, the burger patties were burnt again. Although veggie (it has happened that people tried to sell me meat) but still inedible. As I said, it's my own fault, but it will never happen to me again. Never this branch again. Awful retarded staff! Order goes wrong: you first order a chicken nugget menu, which can be seen on the plates. They then look at you as if they have never heard of a menu before and then ask 'burger menu?' Do you only get nuggets without fries or drinks. You ask for the menu and they say 'that doesn't exist' while behind them is a sign that clearly says 'king nuggets menu' 🤦‍♀️. Then they forget ketchup even though it was clearly requested and instead of a regular whopper menu they give a children's menu. Better eat somewhere else…

We were just at the drive-thru and ordered using coupons. When we unpacked at home we discovered that my two burgers and two fries had been completely forgotten. Of course only in the bag, not on the bill.

Ochsen ordered at 5:06 p.m. The order never arrived and when you called it was just put away or ignored and left stupid comments. I know how something like that can come about. It was discussed that the delivery time suggests up to 90 minutes, which cannot be the case if 40 minutes is shown on the app.!

Absolute rubbish. Didn't receive my order even after over 2 hours. According to Lieferando, the order should arrive within 1 hour. Even if you call them and ask when the food will arrive, you won't get a decent answer. First it says the colleague will be there in 2 minutes, after 10 minutes it says in 15 minutes... Absolutely not recommended. Fairly a rating of 2.8.

Bad service, long waiting times and it wasn't particularly busy, no structure in the shop, food was prepared incorrectly several times. You don't feel like eating anything there because you always get the wrong order.

The staff was completely overwhelmed on the holiday. This was not due to the people on site but to the staffing. Three people on a holiday evening was a bit small. Typical leadership failure.

The staff often seems overwhelmed and things are regularly messed up. Obviously, this is due to poor management: If you don't employ enough staff and/or the processes don't work, system catering cannot work. We are currently looking for staff on a €520 basis. Perhaps that is also an obstacle to good processes. However, I cannot confirm the problem with friendliness: When asked in a friendly (!) manner, all deficiencies have always been corrected in a friendly manner and an apology has been apologized for. – The saying “How to call into the forest…” may apply here. Either way, you should be patient. Once you have the food, the quality is okay. At least outside there is no significant littering to be seen; partly in the parking spaces at the end, opposite the fire department. (And if you're honest, that's due to rude customers who throw their trash into the discounts, and not the operator.)

Largest garbage store in the area. Waited 30 minutes for 3 standard burgers at Mcdrive. There was ONE car in front of me that also waited 30 minutes. Finally, look for capable staff and not those who don't want the job.

Just been there. The cola tastes like rot, it was replaced with an apple spritzer which also tasted like mold or rot. Wartezeiten um 20 bis 30 Minuten sind nicht selten (Freitags gegen 22 Uhr, aber auch Sonntags nachts um 0.30 Uhr). Kein Einzelfall, sondern eher die Regel. Die Qualität der Speisen ist im üblichen Rahmen. Ich wurde immer freundlich bedient.

Absoluter Drecks laden spart euch das Geld und geht lieber wo anders essen man bekommt nur die Hälfte für den vollen preis wenn es möglich wäre würde ich minus Sterne geben geht lieber für das geld wo anders aus selbst wenn man versucht jemanden zu erreichen keine chance

Sehr sehr sehr nette Bedienung. Trotz Stress und das sie alleine da stand. Aber sonst kaum auszuhalten in dem Laden. 1 Person holt sich was und 10 stehen drum rum und bruder und diggern da rum in einer Lautstärke die nicht normal ist.

Leider einer der weniger schönen Burger Kings in Gelsenkirchen. Das Personal wirkt eigentlich immer unmotiviert, genervt und nicht so, als würde sie ihren Job gerne (und gewissenhaft) machen. Der Laden selbst ist immer irgendwie „schmuddelig“, also nicht verdreckt, aber eben auch nicht all zu sauber. Die Burger sind auch gerne mal kalt. Als Vegetarier habe ich hier leider immer die Sorge, dass man mir statt eines Plant-Based Pattys eben doch mal eins aus Fleisch unterjubelt, weil man es halt gerade griffbereit hat. Jedenfalls würde ich das leider den teils echt sehr unmotivierten Service-Kräften dort zutrauen. Highlight sind meiner Meinung nach die Getränkeautomaten.

Am besten ist der Getränkeautomat, da man sich immer kostenlos Getränke nachfüllen kann. Auf meiner Chilli Cheese Pommes war im Vergleich zu anderen Burger Kings viel Käsesauce, jedoch waren etwas wenige Pommes drin.
