We were totally satisfied. We ordered food and it was there after 30 minutes. It was still hot and the delivery person was super friendly!

Service: One person tried hard to please everyone (checkout/drive in), but was totally understaffed. So the employee*** and the staffing 0 stars. The toilets are absolutely disgusting! Cleanliness needs to be paid attention to urgently here.

Children's menu: No toys to choose from and no quetchies. We were only informed afterwards. Paid full price. Not nice.

The employee behind the counter seemed noticeably sleepy as we waited an inordinate amount of time for our simple burger order. The restaurant was completely unair-conditioned and was stiflingly hot, exceeding the outside temperature. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this branch.

When we ordered, there was a lady at the front of the register and 3 people at the back in the kitchen. Suddenly the three of them disappeared from the kitchen for almost exactly 30 minutes. (I guess I took a break) Unfortunately, no food was made during this time, only new orders were taken. After 35 minutes of waiting we had our order. Unfortunately, there is nothing “almost” about this restaurant. So it's best to plan a lot of time and patience or go somewhere else straight away.

I'm at Burger King right now today August 11th, 2024, 7:35 p.m. the employees are so cheeky... I'll never come back here... they just send people away and here... the checkout employee says that the order takes over 1 hour... it has no desire for work... that can't be right... the employee at the cash register throws everything away and speaks very badly to the customer... at 7:40 p.m. they stop taking orders and the restaurant is empty, that can't be the case...

Dirty location. Partially warmed up food. Staff knows please and thank you only on Netflix. While I was ordering, I was interrupted by the employee because a “colleague” of his also wanted to order something and of course he has priority. Regular failure of the EC function. Drive in rarely works. Orders 50% incomplete. Waiting times of less than 10 minutes are rare but occasionally possible when there are few visitors. As a matter of principle, sauces for the fries are not included with orders. I will avoid stores from now on. I hope they will do the same.

Delivery service absolute disaster!!! After calling twice (approx. 30 attempts failed/constantly busy or unavailable) and an incredible 2.5 hours, it was delivered shortly before 11:00 p.m. Bag torn burger soggy and lukewarm, fries and onion rings inedible. Cold and rubbery. It's unbelievable what kind of disgusting food they deliver for quite a bit of money. Apart from the 2.5 hour delivery time. Absolutely not recommended. What Burger King is doing is outrageous.

I have no idea how often I should complain. I've been waiting for the order for 3 hours, it's only a 10 minute drive, I went shopping in the meantime. Whether via Lieferando or via the BK app itself, it's simply a disaster

Pure disaster! The condition of the store is disgusting! It just smelled like disgusting rancid fat Staff extremely overwhelmed and sometimes unfriendly. A good amount of time had already passed before we were allowed to order. We had a manageable order. Three cheeseburgers, one double cheeseburger, small. Fries and two children's menus each: fries, Fanta, chicken nuggets. Children's menu was incorrect, squeeze bag was missing, instead of chicken nuggets there was a hamburger and CHILLI cheese nuggets. I don't even want to imagine what would have happened if I hadn't checked the order beforehand and my daughter had bitten into the chili nuggets. The only positive thing was the toilets. These were very clean. This branch? Once and never again!!!

Seldom seen such nice employees in a fast food chain. My husband and I really felt very comfortable in this Burger King. :) next time we come back we'll buy ourselves some ice cream too ;)

This time Burger King broke the record for 2 hamburgers and a small fries to take away in 22 minutes. You would think everything was fresh and delicious. Well, something different is delicious and fresh too. The fries were cold and the burgers...bite-sized in terms of temperature, so I only give the food one star. But it wasn't the staff, 3 people can't manage the shop.

Absolute joke when two orders come in and absolutely overwhelmed. The food you get after 15 minutes is all cold. Fries don't even have any salt on them. Service is as unfriendly as anything else and they adapt to their surroundings in terms of friendliness.

A very special atmosphere in this Burger King. Employees on break smoking a cigarette in front of the main entrance for customers. Very few customers, but the only employee on duty takes orders from the drive-thru, the dining room and takes care of the fries. We had to wait 20 minutes to order even though there was nothing to do. Then wait another half hour for the food, great. Several people who were in line after us left without ordering anything. Disastrous service, you should close the shop or hire sensible staff.

The food is just as you know it, typical fast food and it's not always perfect. But the service is great, especially a young lady working there (I think a cashier) who did her job very well. Very nice and super friendly, helpful and other employees there could learn a lesson from that. This is not the case with other employees. As a customer you should always be served with a smile and that was the case with her. At least that's how it is every time I eat there and this young lady serves me -- whoever runs this BK branch should give that person a deserved raise! You can or should take her as an example - she literally radiates joy and fun at work!

We ordered online yesterday. This is the second time that no toys have been delivered for the Kings Junior Meal. The hamburgers were so full of mustard that they were unfortunately inedible for our son (who normally has no problem with mustard on hamburgers). There seems to be a lack of staff, at least there were several somewhat annoyed people waiting in front of me. It wasn't quick, even though there wasn't much going on. Employees didn't seem particularly motivated either. Some information definitely didn't belong at the front of the counter at shift change. Cleanliness also left room for improvement.

He charged about €10 more for my order than it should have cost. When I complained about it at the counter, he denied everything and mentioned items that I had supposedly ordered, 65% of which were not part of my order. The whole conversation goes to a really disgusting level on his part, but somewhere he acknowledges the mistake and refuses to hand over the receipt for it, because he has now put everything right. I also do not receive any receipt regarding the cancellation of my card payment. The order I received in the end had 65% nothing to do with the order I wanted. 2x Fries -Max were not in their own bags but spilled over all the other products in the bag. Ich war heute Mittag bei Burger King und habe mir ein Burger Menü bei einem sehr unfreundlichen Mitarbeiter bestellt. Leider war alles nur lauwarm. Die Pommes lagen wohl auch schon länger im deren Behälter. Andere Bewertungen sind ähnlich schlecht. Keine Weiterempfehlung für diesen Burger King.

Von Burger King kuriert dank diesem Besuch. Service kann man das nicht nennen. Der Mitarbeiter hinter der Theke war nicht in der Lage die Bestellung vernünftig aufzunehmen. Auf die Frage warum wir plötzlich recup Becher haben kam nur ein "keine Ahnung" .bestellt hatten wir diese allerdings nicht. Den bestellten Schoko Milchshake bekam ich allerdings auch nicht. Der wäre ab der Hälfte ausgegangen und er hätte mit Vanille aufgefüllt das wäre schon ok . Schön das der Mitarbeiter für mich mitdenkt... Sauberkeit war an diesem Abend auch nicht der Anspruch von Burger King. Wir waren bin auf eine Gruppe Teenager sie winzigen Besucher. Ein "Mitarbeiter" (wie sind uns nicht sicher da er in Jogging Kleidung vor und hinter der Theke unterwegs war) ging zwar einmal gemütlich mit einem Besen an uns vorbei. Diesen benutzt hat er leider nicht,obwohl es dringend nötig gewesen wäre.. Burger waren in Ordnung im Geschmack nur leider lauwarm ,Pommes kalt und falsche Getränke.. alles in allem einfach ein grauenvoller Besuch

Es besteht EINDEUTIG Schulungsbedarf. Bei der Kundenfrequenz und 3/3 Besetzung sollte man noch das 20 Minuten auf ein Bacon&Cheese Menue warten müssen. Abläufe sind eine Katastrophe. Kenne ich so nicht

Mitarbeiter hören nicht zu oder es wird sich lautstark darüber aufgeregt, keine Pause gehabt zu haben. Auch wird sehr häufig was bei der Bestellung vergessen und es ist mit langen Wartezeiten zu rechnen. Echt schade, dass die Qualität so stark nachgelassen hat.

Zu den Stoßzeiten leider immer zu wenig Personal da. Die Drive in Schlange hat fast kein Ende und drin sieht es nicht anders aus. Geld sparen ist das eine. Aber das auf Kosten der Mitarbeiter ist nicht richtig.

Für 2 Latte Macciato 15 Minuten angestanden drinnen und es war nicht voll. Personal vollkommen überfordert. Kassierer war ok aber der Bestellungspacker bekam Nichts auf die Reihe! Ich beobachtete aus dem PKW das auch am drive in Nichts lief und einige Kunden den Laden unverrichteter Dinge wieder verließen. Bei großem Hunger sollte man sich für die Wartezeit eine Stulle mitbringen. Bestimmt nicht wieder dort!

Haben chilli chees Nuggets bestellt, aber schicken Nuggets bekommen, dann wurde beim reklamieren diskutiert das es dich nicht so schlimm wäre, anschließend 20 Minuten auf das richtige Produkt gewartet

Meine letzte Bewertung entstand vor 3 Jahren, diese findet ihr unverändert unten. Leider hat sich mittlerweile der Wind gedreht, weshalb ich gerne eine aktualisierte Bewertung vornehme: Nach langer Zeit war ich vor 2 Tagen mal wieder hier zu Gast. Der Parkplatz war voll (Sonntag), der Laden leer, die Schlange am Drive-In sehr lang. Also reingegangen, eine Person vor mir, die die Bestellung schon abgeschlossen hatte und nur noch auf sein Getränk wartete. Das ging das Drama los, mehrere Minuten wurde ich von Mitarbeitern ignoriert, die nichts besseres zu tun hatten, als sich gegenseitig laut anzumotzen. So wie ich gesehen habe, waren vier Mitarbeiter insgesamt anwesend, zwei hinten und zwei, die den Drive-In bedienten. Der Gast vor Ort konnte da schon mal warten. Als ich dann endlich dran war, ging die Bestellung recht zügig. Allerdings wurde auch dort bezüglich der von mir bestellten Burger zwischen den Mitarbeitern gestritten. Letztlich macht das den Besuch nicht zur Freude, wenn man ignoriert wird und dann als Bittsteller auftreten muss. Die Ware war okay, teilweise mit steinharten Brötchenunterteilen, aber essbar. Schade um den Laden. Vor 3 Jahren: Soweit alles okay, das Publikum lässt in der Gegend zu wünschen übrig. Da kann das Personal aber nichts zu. Die Burger sind frisch und warm, also alles okay. Mittlerweile nimmt der Laden hier auch wieder an Gutschein Aktionen teil, die waren zwischenzeitlich einmal ausgeschlossen.

Die Burger sind lecker. Das nette Team vor Ort ist leider total unterbesetzt für ein Rushour. So gab es lange Wartezeiten bis man dran kam. Im Herren WC gehen die Wasserhähne nicht gut bzw. garnicht. Das Lokal sollte mit E-KioskService ausgestattet sein. Das würde helfen. Nichts desto trotz, wir lieben Burger King.

Im Drive In wird in der Regel etwas vergessen manchmal bekommt man steinharte Burger in die Tüte. Lieferung ist die reinste Katastrophe. Vor Ort wird man allerdings professionell und meist freundlich bis sehr freundlich bedient. Bestellung des Essen an der Kasse daher empfohlen. Ab 11-12 Uhr Nachts verwandelt sich der Parkplatz zur No Go Area

Sympathische Mitarbeiterin am Wochenende gehabt am Drive. Sowas sollte in jedem Store sein. Steht’s lieb und am lächeln gewesen.

Man muss schon viel Zeit mitbringen, den Leuten dort kann man die Schuhe besohlen.
