Very poor service! After our food was already an hour late, we called and were told to call again if the driver wasn't there after 7 minutes. No sooner said than done – only to be constantly hung up or no one answered the phone. After another 30 minutes, the driver arrived with cold food, so we declined the order. Besides receiving rude replies, we then asked to cancel, but the cancellation was denied. So: €41 paid, no food, and very poor service!!! We then ordered from Mecces – the food arrived after 15 minutes, and it was even still warm.

The delivery service needs to be clarified better and people wait far too long so that additional money is demanded

It's incredibly slow with zero customers. The place isn't air-conditioned, and you sometimes have to wait 20 minutes for your food in what feels like 60°C. I feel really sorry for the employees; some of them appear at the counter drenched in sweat, which doesn't exactly look very hygienic.

Hardly any staff, resulting in very long wait times! Please provide a self-ordering machine!!!

This is by far the worst place. Even the employees argue at the counter. It's a real mess. Plus, they can barely keep up with the few orders. After I unpacked everything at home, I saw the rotten lettuce on the burger! Yes, the lettuce was rotten! There's a photo as proof. I'll never buy anything there again.

Never again! We ordered from Burger King via Lieferando and had to wait almost an hour and a half for our food. When the food finally arrived, it wasn't even what we ordered that was embarrassing. Once and never again!

Ordering took a long time, the food was wrong and I had to go down and look for the customer because they couldn't find the exact address.

Unfortunately very often dirty. I've been here so many times and the tables are always full of trash from previous people. I just wanted to eat outside on the terrace because it's hot as hell in the restaurant (no air conditioning??), but it was so disgustingly dirty. It's 28 degrees today. Staff always short. People jump in a triangle, do their best. But in the end, long waiting times are inevitable. Out of 3 citizens I ordered, one was cold and hard. In the end I couldn't eat. Who knows how long it was on the shelf.

It takes a really long time until an order is even accepted! Then completely unfocused, with questions, even though everything had been entered. But it's very disgraceful that the food at the drive counter is cold!!! It's really awesome!!! I only live around the corner, it SHOULD have still been warm. One star too many for this cheek!!!!

Waited 10 minutes to order food because they don't feel like serving anyone 😂😂 Then you get a cola that doesn't taste like cola and fries without sauces. Thanks for the dry meal. 👍

I ordered there at 7 p.m. and food came quite quickly, but something was forgotten. I called there and the driver said 10 minutes and he would be back. After 40 minutes I called again and it kept going to voice mail.

Went there with the family to satisfy our hunger. So we placed a large order and waited until we were called. When we sat at the table with the tray, the shock came. The cups, fries, servings and even the burger wrappers were bloody. It was so disgusting that we will never set foot in this restaurant again. In principle the goal was achieved, we weren't hungry, but unfortunately not because of the food there... But it has to be said that the employees gave us the money back without any ifs and buts and we then drove to McDonalds.

Just normal Burger King everything was ok

The staff is completely overwhelmed even with just a few guests. People type on their cell phones while ordering. After a few minutes, no one even remembers having placed an order. It takes 20 minutes until you get the food... The tray shelf also overflowed...

The employees have to be replaced 100%... They take their breaks at inhumane times, only 2 people are working and one is just lounging around in the back. Only order here if you want to eat when you are already hungry

I have never experienced such poor service. A simple order with two menus took an incredible 20 minutes. And then everything was wrong: wrong drink sizes, wrong fries sizes - as if no one there knew what they were doing. The staff is completely overwhelmed and unqualified. Communication? Hardly possible because you are either not understood or simply ignored. Conclusion: Never again! This restaurant is an imposition and absolutely unsustainable. Save yourself time, money and stress and go somewhere else.

I ordered from this branch today. I wonder why there are these insulated boxes that keep the food nice and warm when not in use. Food arrived completely cold and inedible. Everything for the bin. Branch not reachable by telephone. Tomorrow there will be a rude complaint and I will also cancel the payment. It's a shame to deliver something like that to the customer. Unfortunately you have to click a star here, but even that isn't worth it. And a good hour of waiting time.

I waited two hours for my food, the food was tasty but it still needs to be delivered

I'm incredibly angry. Ordered at 5:38 p.m., supposed to wait over 1 hour for the food and now I'm already waiting 3 hours. And the best part for last, supposedly it was delivered and I'm wondering how great the service was. Incredible cheek. I've been trying to reach someone there for an hour. Even insufficient would still be nice.

I am very satisfied with what this local has to offer and have rarely been disappointed with the delivery service, the employees are very nice and respectful and are willing to do their best. The only thing I have to complain about is that sometimes the menu or dishes are not complete, e.g. For example, the cuross orio often lacks chocolate sauce, which is very annoying. No, we cannot recommend it at all. There were 3 employees there. One who was preparing something, one who was too lazy and preferred to chat with people she knew, and one employee who really worked his ass off to make it work halfway. The hygiene conditions were terrible.

I was just there and was missing a fries, a burger and a drink. In addition, the burgers were all cold. Only plant based burgers were ordered, I got a burger with bacon pork, I will never eat anything here again, absolutely disgusting, you could rather throw your money away.

Hello, if you are hungry I don't recommend you to go to this Burgerking point. I was and am very disappointed with how dirty this place is. The staff does not create an atmosphere to attract customers, especially the checkout staff who show up and place the order in a jacket so dirty that it makes you feel ready to return. Compared to other establishments in this fast restaurant chain, I cannot recommend this place. I don't say hello because I will never visit this place again. and when it comes to results on Google Maps, there are minus points.

I ordered the Danish Burger yesterday.... scary! Mini Patty, I haven't seen that yet.... wafer-thin, dry with just a centimeter of air around it to the edge of the bun....3!!! Crumbs of russet onions... hardly any sauce or cucumber... cold, even though we ordered inside and waited in the empty shop for easily 10 minutes. All we could see from the outside was rolls. I went in to complain... original sound from the lady who prepared them has "they are like that. I can make you a new one that looks exactly the same" deviations from the photo, of course....but that was an outrageous deviation from it!!!!!..to put something like that out there would embarrass me!! !

The toilets were very dirty and there was water on the floor (hope it was water). The consumption area was also very dirty and the seats were locked. The tablet cart was completely full. There weren't many customers and enough employees for that. But they preferred to have fun in the back area instead of fixing the deficiencies. My burger was okay but the fries were soggy when cold and not cooked through

When we ordered, there was a lady at the front of the register and 3 people at the back in the kitchen. Suddenly the three of them disappeared from the kitchen for almost exactly 30 minutes. (I guess I took a break) Unfortunately, no food was made during this time, only new orders were taken. After 35 minutes of waiting we had our order. Unfortunately, there is nothing “almost” about this restaurant. So it's best to plan a lot of time and patience or go somewhere else straight away.

The front staff seems innocent, not enough staff for the number of orders. The managing director seems to be one of those characters who builds his wealth at the expense of customers and staff. Given the history of this branch, I wouldn't be surprised by hygienic deficiencies as a result of understaffing. 2 burgers to go, 25 minutes waiting time in a pack in front of the checkout.

Ordered food and it didn't arrive completely

All the employees who prepare the burgers work without gloves..Hygiene is 0..the fryers serve in the back, tackle everything without gloves and then prepare the food.My daughter has been lying since yesterday with stomach cramps, nausea and chills.. Popular corner, but unfortunately no longer recommended! Service ; There are always employees who really make an effort and try to make the best of it when it comes to waiting. Food is okay! However, the overall picture is very dirty, tables outside are a disaster, just like broken chairs where parts have broken off and very sharp edges are now, very dangerous. Outside the storage room/basket is always full and is not removed so that people simply leave their rubbish on the table after eating. Of course it is not cleared away and tables are cleaned. Absolutely very dirty, floor full of cigarette leftovers, The entire building and the seating area outside are in need of renovation as soon as possible!!! The store does not comply with any security measures! There is no children's area although there are such large areas to make one.

I'm at Burger King right now today August 11th, 2024, 7:35 p.m. the employees are so cheeky... I'll never come back here... they just send people away and here... the checkout employee says that the order takes over 1 hour... it has no desire for work... that can't be right... the employee at the cash register throws everything away and speaks very badly to the customer... at 7:40 p.m. they stop taking orders and the restaurant is empty, that can't be the case...

Dirty location. Partially warmed up food. Staff knows please and thank you only on Netflix. While I was ordering, I was interrupted by the employee because a “colleague” of his also wanted to order something and of course he has priority. Regular failure of the EC function. Drive in rarely works. Orders 50% incomplete. Waiting times of less than 10 minutes are rare but occasionally possible when there are few visitors. As a matter of principle, sauces for the fries are not included with orders. I will avoid stores from now on. I hope they will do the same.

Delivery service absolute disaster!!! After calling twice (approx. 30 attempts failed/constantly busy or unavailable) and an incredible 2.5 hours, it was delivered shortly before 11:00 p.m. Bag torn burger soggy and lukewarm, fries and onion rings inedible. Cold and rubbery. It's unbelievable what kind of disgusting food they deliver for quite a bit of money. Apart from the 2.5 hour delivery time. Absolutely not recommended. What Burger King is doing is outrageous.

Pure disaster! The condition of the store is disgusting! It just smelled like disgusting rancid fat Staff extremely overwhelmed and sometimes unfriendly. A good amount of time had already passed before we were allowed to order. We had a manageable order. Three cheeseburgers, one double cheeseburger, small. Fries and two children's menus each: fries, Fanta, chicken nuggets. Children's menu was incorrect, squeeze bag was missing, instead of chicken nuggets there was a hamburger and CHILLI cheese nuggets. I don't even want to imagine what would have happened if I hadn't checked the order beforehand and my daughter had bitten into the chili nuggets. The only positive thing was the toilets. These were very clean. This branch? Once and never again!!!

This time Burger King broke the record for 2 hamburgers and a small fries to take away in 22 minutes. You would think everything was fresh and delicious. Well, something different is delicious and fresh too. The fries were cold and the burgers...bite-sized in terms of temperature, so I only give the food one star. But it wasn't the staff, 3 people can't manage the shop.
