Food was cold. I ordered a strawberry shake. I got a vanilla shake. Complained but it was remade, it was vanilla again and the cup was completely messed up and my hands stuck when I touched it. The staff was very unfriendly

Waited 15 minutes for two coffees and two apple turnovers even though there was hardly anything going on.

Just a normal McDonald's restaurant or fast food joint. This is also one of the newer ones where there is also a small MC coffee counter inside. There are also seating options in the outdoor area between comfortable and larger tables, e.g. parasols. The children can also play a bit outside, there is a slide tower and inside there is a small game tablet corner. The restaurant is always tidy and well maintained and of course table service is now possible there.

Four of us were eating at McDonald’s and wanted to enjoy a relaxed meal. Unfortunately, we were bothered by loud music and disruptive behavior from some people who hadn't ordered anything. It seemed like they were just there to party. The staff did not respond to the situation at all, even though it was obvious that the other guests were being disturbed. It's a shame that more consideration is not given to the well-being of the guests here.

I don't even know where to start in this siff shop... So you come in and the tables are mostly dirty. After 40 minutes of waiting the food finally arrives, I wonder if the food had to be flown in first, the shop was almost empty. And then you get cold fries and lukewarm burgers, absolute disgrace. After you announced this, you were actually asked if you wanted new fries, no, of course you didn't, that's why you ordered fries... Oh wonder, the tables were cleaned, all with a cloth without washing it out, my partner was brave enough to go to the toilet, but was back quickly. I'd rather not write anything about that. What a disgusting dirty shop. We reserve the right to involve the health department, something like that doesn't work. Given the prices, you should expect more service and cleanliness. But with the rude staff, what do you expect.

Wipe through once, especially the window sills (insects) and everything is okay again

Always drive through the drive...everything is always great! People are nice, the food is warm, the burgers are neatly assembled, and nothing has ever been missing so far

The only drawback I find is these computers, as an older person you stand in front of them and don't know how to do it, so you have to get help, which of course worked very well, but it would be nicer if it was like it used to be.

The waiting times at McDrive are now incredibly long. I know you're trying to trick the system because you're under pressure but it's annoying!! I don't want to wait 15 minutes until someone finally answers the counter. And EVERY time I have to drive up. But just the “thank you very much”, nothing more, could sensors be triggered? But as a customer you feel extremely stupid when other customers have to pull up behind you and you are not in the bay yourself.

I was stuck in the MC Drive for at least 20 minutes before the one customer in front of me was finally able to place his order. Unfortunately, because there was a car behind me, I couldn't back up. When it was my turn. The switch was silent again. Then I had to drive back half an hour late, still hungry... Nice shit. You really can't call the service "fast food" anymore!

When we came in, there was a calm atmosphere. (midday) The machines worked rather poorly but it still worked.👍 The food was a 10/10, I can't complain. The service was friendly and the food came to the table quickly. The toilets seemed clean and I had a pleasant visit to the toilet with musical accompaniment. Unfortunately -20 points because the toilets didn't have a self-closing mechanism and there were no paper towels. But otherwise a clear 10/10. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at McDonalds and would definitely go again.

Like everywhere else, food was ordered at the self-service counter. After paying, we sat down at the table and only received our food after about 30 minutes (partly cold). Because of the crowd of customers and the constantly shouting staff, I couldn't have a proper conversation with my companion. Maybe the staff should change their tone among themselves because this is not a nice place for customers to be. The food was as usual and expected (except as mentioned above, cold)

I just picked up my food at the drive, my car camera measured 25 minutes. There were 2 cars in front of me. I've never heard in my life that I had to wait and wasn't allowed to drive up, even though I ordered nicely. When I finally drove up I noticed that there was no ice cubes in the drink, it would be refilled immediately, Dan received my bag, not a good appetite or thank you. It's just annoying when you wait so long, it would be easy for you if you told Mann Direct at the drive counter that it would be a short moment. I think it's better than waiting so long without saying a word. Everyone expects at least a thank you. The food was perfect Everything was tasty and everything was very hot. Thanks for that.

Absolutely underground. Unfortunately you can't give minus points. Staff/management incompetent and basically blames the kitchen or lack of staff. Waited almost 45 for a 5 piece breakfast. (Franzbrötchen was empty and then re-baked, and then oh wonder, mixed up with Crossaint, it was the kitchen's fault again) So all in all it’s beneath all dignity. Don't thank me again

Preferably no star at all. Again you wait over half an hour for the food. Others who ordered later receive their food and leave. In addition, the unfriendly shift management forbids employees from taking their breaks and goes on breaks themselves! Once a 👏 👏 👏

Everything was nice but one thing just ruined it. I made a mistake in my order when I ordered McPlant nuggets with a dip but I chose the wrong one by accident. I went and asked if I could swap but the worker refused which I thought was very unkind of her since it wasn’t even opened yet. The coffee was delicious and when ordering it has a selection of what you want with your coffee e.g caramel shot, decaffeinated, cream etc.

Unfortunately, I often forgot something. I know that you can and should check your order, but it's not too much to ask to simply receive your order as you ordered it. Especially since it's not the first time. Will not visit the store again

There were hardly any people there and we waited 30 minutes for our food. Under all criticism! The toilets were dirty and there was no soap in the containers or hand sanitizer. Next, more, more.

Simply bad. The waiting time was 30 minutes and the staff couldn't keep up. Never go there again!

At first we had to wait a long time, about 30 minutes is a really long wait for "fast food" (5 burgers and 2x nuggets). I work in the catering industry myself and know that it can be stressful. But then you come to the table and bring us the food, two sauces are missing, that can happen, it's not a bad thing, but then I go to the counter and ask and have to wait another 10 minutes until I get help. Then the lady wants to see my receipt, which I left outside, I get it and then the two sauces are almost thrown in front of me.

Catastrophe. Something is missing every time you order in the drive-thru. If I worked like that, I would be out of my job as quickly as I can see. Toilets always dirty. And tables are no longer cleaned. McDonald's isn't what it used to be. And it's not a fast food restaurant either!

DANGER!! Something is often missing (normal). Unfortunately, it has happened to me several times that meat is missing from the burger. Most recently at the Double BigMac. Real box - only 2x meat on it. 2x meat was missing. Therefore just a normal BigMac. Another time the meat was completely missing from the BigMac...

Unfortunately, the branch has slacked off extremely badly.

Was at MC Drive yesterday afternoon/early evening (6/20/24). The employee (young voice) was so snippy, provocative and challenging, I have never experienced that in my life. I just wanted to have my meal that I was paying for and the young woman seemed completely confrontational from the start for some inexplicable reason, I had no idea what was going on. With such employees it was the last time I visited this branch.

McDonald's app doesn't work, you wait forever in the restaurant, no savings menu offers, the service is rather annoying, McDrive and Liferando are always preferred, so you tend to eat cold in the restaurant.

Unfortunately it was very full, which also affected the tables! It was very dirty!

Staff always friendly and helpful, good selection in the McCafé. Update 06/12/24: Ordered oat chai latte, received cow's milk chai latte. It was offered to remake it, but that would do even less justice to my intentions because animal food would then be pointlessly wasted. Unfortunately, this wasn't the first time something like this had happened. Food was very McDonald. But we did not get straws with our big ice with fanta, so it was pretty hard to drink. When I asked the gentleman (Dennis I think) at the counter for some straws, his lady colleague said no, they’re for shakes only. Dennis clearly disagreed. Dazzled at what I heard, she then told me I could have a coffee cover (lucky me!). I agreed and settled for a cover. When I spilled fanta all over myself, I went back to the counter for a napkin. As if in a James Bond film, Dennis then proceeded to hand me the two straws covered by a napkin I asked for. I walked away happy as I heard his lady colleague say “Dennisss!!” As if talking to a puppy being naughty. We then saw Dennis walking towards the exit with a take away backpack on his shoulder, condemned to do take away orders as punishment for his good deed. Dennis, you legend. You recognize when an order from a superior is morally wrong. Your colleague will work at McDonald’s indefinitely, as you will rise up in the world. Your actions are not forgotten

I ate here with my family on Saturday evening, May 25th, 2024. I advised my wife to complain about her filet o' fish because the fish patty looked old and dry and she said it tasted cold and tough. I had a McChicken classic myself. I didn't even notice the strange taste because I was really hungry and was concentrating on my wife's burger. After about an hour of consuming it, I started vomiting. This lasted for a week. Even water no longer remained in it. My doctor told me it was food poisoning.

The system is the same at all McDonalds.

Were Thursday May 2nd. There Ordered at the terminal at 6 p.m., wanted to pay at the checkout, 20 minutes.... 1 order paid by 11 When I asked everyone to settle the bill one by one because the order that was paid for was cold. No response...15 minutes later the last 10 orders were paid...35 minutes later 2 orders received After 1 hour we wanted our money back, whereupon we were harshly told it wasn't possible, what a joke. You can do something like this everywhere, only McDonald's can do it. Apparently not. Tens of customers have complained who have waited 45 or 1 1/2 for take-out or eating at the table. Then there were 5 orders, which were already understandable, 6 were still missing... I wanted my money back again, because this is ridiculous. All terminals are turned off so that orders can no longer be placed. Then all of a sudden our receipts were gone where our orders were, which had already been 1 1/2 past when we arrived, then a woman came took our receipts, went to the back and looked and didn't find anything, then she took someone from the kitchen who was all 11 Then the receipts from us were ready. Such a commotion there, people who were constantly complaining, then the employees argue loudly in front of the customers, great impression Finally left the store at 8 p.m 8.15 p.m. at home, after more than 2 hours of EATING cold and paying €120 for it, that's a number in itself and doesn't apologize in the slightest, sorry then put people there who have a plan and don't let the shop go under. Very unmotivated employees and also very confusing in the workplace. Our order had to be canceled twice. We were missing 2 drinks and had to pay extra for the drinks👏🏽

Food tasted good. The usual problems are the overfull tray stations and the cleanliness of the tables. The tables are too close to the benches (left row of windows) so it gets quite tight. Other McDonald's restaurants are better.

Katerstrophe branch honestly waited 50 minutes for food where you ordered basic things. Staff overwhelmed. Best never again Still well served with 2 stars.

Very good parking options. The McDonald itself was very clean and tidy. You can order food via a terminal and decide whether you want to pay in cash or with a debit card. The food will be brought to your table upon request. Everything was complete and definitely freshly prepared when we visited. I can't complain, you get what you expect

Been waiting at the drive for 40 minutes, if you can't afford employees put a sign there. The drive is there to quickly get the food and get away.

The food is good as always but what was even better today and yesterday was the black McDonald's employee. He conceded today and yesterday. He is so humorous and positive. He deserves a raise.

We are there more often. The food is typical Mac Donalds, fast food with a high proportion of “bread”. Currently there is a Mac Crispy with coleslaw. The breading is extra crispy, I found the whole thing very tasty 👍

We ordered a chocolate milkshake and got something completely different that didn't even taste good. the mc chicken was mushy and old. The only positive thing is that the fries were fresh and the saleswoman was nice

Customer service is very important here!! We ordered a burger without sauce at the terminal. To do this, we pressed the “minus” button on the sauce. We stood at the terminal with several people who can prove this! When we paid, we noticed that this wasn't on the bill and the burger came with sauce. Ich wurde um mein Essen Betrogen. Ich hatte eine Bestellung mit mehreren Aktions Gutscheinen und als ich das Essen abholen wollte wurde ich als Betrüger bezeichnet. Ich habe kein Essen Bekommen und auch keine Rückerstattung. Meine gesammelten Gutscheine wurden selbstverständlich von dem Sehr höflichen Personal auch nicht zurückerstattet…. Am Liebsten 0 Sterne für diese Abzocke und Zeitverschwendung. NIE WIEDER!!!

Ich habe mein Essen nicht erhalten. Sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Wurde noch als Betrüger bezeichnet, weil ich ein paar Coupons über hatte. Wir mussten ohne essen den Laden verlassen. Machen eine Coupon Aktion und schmeißen einen dann ohne essen raus... Nächste mal rufe ich die Polizei

Wir waren heute mit unseren Kindern dort Frühstücken. Alles kam heiß und frisch zu unserem Tisch. Das Personal war super freundlich. So sollte es überall sein.

MC Donalds halt lecker wie immer

Am Essen kannan hier eigentlich nichts aussetzten außer, dass manchmal ein Burger kalt wurde weil der andere noch nicht fertig war. Allerdings ist es eine Katastrophe seit dem es McDelivery gibt.Man muss teilweise eine halbe Stunde warten wenn man vor Ort bestellt, weil immer Bestellungen zur Auslieferung dazwischen kommen. Am Drive steht man auch ziemlich lange an. Entweder es redet nach 5 Minuten jemand mit einem oder auch nach noch längerer Zeit nicht. Ich bin dann gefahren... Wartet man im Restaurant ist meist der ganze Kassenbereich voll mit Leuten, weil man so lange auf seine Bestellung warten muss. Die vorderen Tische sind abgesperrt für die Mitarbeiter, die Lieferungen ausfahren.

Soweit alles okay wie man es in einer üblich geführten Filiale erwarten darf

Wirklich Mal ein sehr schöner McDonald's. Bestellungen werden zügig abgearbeitet, ständig ist hier einer unterwegs der die Wagen von den Tablets leer räumt und immer wieder wird hier gefegt damit nicht alles matschig getrampelt wird wenn Mal etwas runter fällt. Essen war sogar heiß was ich bis jetzt noch nie bei einem McDonald's hatte. Bin sehr beeindruckt wie gut es hier läuft. Kann sich so manch eine Filiale ne Scheibe von abschneiden!

Mittlerweile hat sich der Service verbessert. Die Automaten funktionieren und ich habe auf meine bestellten 6er Nuggets weniger als eine Minute gewartet. Aber auf die größere Bestellung 20min. Darum nicht die volle Punktzahl. Trotzdem muss ich sagen, dass dies Restaurant deutlich besser abschneidet als das von Burger King, dass Luftlinie weniger als 100m entfernt ist.

Wir waren am Freitag den 13 am späten Abend dort. Normalerweise kaufe ich da nur im Drive in, aber diesmal wollte ich dort essen ind das Zeug nixht mit nach Hause nehmen. Erstmal hat es ewigkeiten gedauert bis das Essen fertig war. Keine Entschuldigung oder sonst was, Anscheinend war Personal wohl Mangelware. Was aber absolut gar nicht geht war Die Sauberkeit, zu 90 Prozent waren die Tische voll mit Müll, gebrauchten Tablets usw, einen Nassen Lappen haben die leider länger nicht gesehen gehabt.

Ein guter Ort, um bei Hunger zu später Stunde noch etwas Essen zu besorgen. Bei McDonald's habe ich bloß immer mein persönliches Problem damit, daß die Burger, Pommes & Co. nie richtig heiß sind zum Verzehr. Sonst ist es solide Fast-Food-Kost, Ziemlich häufig gibt es Aktionbons und Onlineangebote.

Das Essen schmeckt super, doch das Personal ist ab und zu etwas angespannt, welches schlechte Stimmung abgibt.

Langes warten weil der Lieferservice anscheint wichtiger ist als die Kunden vor Ort., unvollständige Bestellung, manchmal sogar rohes Fleisch ( Mc Classic); Personal ist aber trotzdem freundlich.

Absonderlich lange Bestellzeit, selbst für ein McDonalds restaurant!!

Controleer goed je bestelling. Wij hadden 6 meals besteld en kregen er maar 5. Na een hoop gedoe en genaren taal begrepen ze het eindelijk,maar wouden ze het wel eerst zelf zien.

Bei den Burger habe ich häufig das Gefühl, die "Köche" würden nur die Bestandteile der bestellten Burger in die Packung werfen und diese dann nach vorne geben. Die Hygiene lässt zudem zu wünschen übrig. Die Toiletten mit solchen auf einer Autobahn zu vergleichen, würde diese auf der Autobahn beleidigen. Die Tische werden, wenn es hochkommt, einmal die Stunde gereinigt - zu Zeiten kann man auf der Suche nach einem sauberen Tisch gut und gerne durch den ganzen Laden tanzen. Bei den Bestellungen fehlt grundsätzlich mindestens ein Produkt, damit ist immer zu rechnen. An manchen Tagen erkennt man, dass höhergestelltes Personal oder zumindest durchsetzungsfähige Schichtleiter anwesend sind, denn dann sind die Tische wenigstens sauber und das Essen wird halbwegs ordentlich zusammengestellt.

Ist wie jeder andere auch Freundlicher Mitarbeiter der das Essen an den Tisch brachte Kassenpersonal nicht hilfsbereit und teilweise Überfordert Mehrfach erlebt bestelle und zahle immer am Automaten

Bestellung über Automaten, was ich sehr angenehm finde und Bezahlung per Karte, was ich persönlich bevorzuge. Meine Coupons konnte ich auch einlösen. Ein wenig aufgeräumter hätte es sein können und ein Serviettenspender und die Strohhalme waren nicht aufgefüllt. Die Bestellung wurde an den Tisch gebracht. Leider waren da auch keine Strohhalme dabei. Es gab aber reichlich Servietten. Drive-In war sehr gut besucht. Parkplätze waren sehr belegt, vermutlich auch von Besuchern der nahe gelegenen Spielhalle. Ein wenig mehr Ordnung i. S. von Tische abräumen und sauber machen sowie die Kisten des Lieferservice an anderer Stelle verstauen wäre wünschenswert. Das Personal ausgesucht höflich.
