McDonald's should check its franchise partners more closely! Once again, as always, the filling levels of the McFlurry ice cream fluctuate! Sometimes only half full, sometimes a little more. Dirty and totally overwhelmed staff.

This is probably the slowest McQueen there is. You always wait about 15-25 minutes for your order. How is that possible? No matter what you order, you wait. It also doesn't matter whether you're there during the week or on the weekend, day or night, you always wait a really long time.

45 min waited in the drive thru for 2 happy meals unbelievable

You just want to get a coffee. There are hardly any customers in the store, so it should be quick. I stood at the McCafé and waited for someone to come. I was definitely seen. But no one came. Not even a request for patience. The coffee wasn't that important to me anyway. But at least the restrooms are clean.

This McDonald's has always been my favorite, but yesterday afternoon I was proven wrong. Upon entering, the soles of my shoes stuck to the floor, as if someone had just wiped it with sugar water. There were shoe prints everywhere. The control panel for the electronic order taker was very dirty, and the signs with the delivery numbers were also unappealing. Unfortunately, the search for a clean table was in vain. There were leftovers from previous customers on almost every table and on the seats. A few empty mayo packets were still scattered on the floors under the tables. The service was prompt and very friendly. The food was okay, but not as warm or neatly folded as I was used to on previous visits. When I left, there was no room on the return carts. So the man in front of us and we had to put the tablets on a nearby table. The man was also very surprised by the restaurant's negative development. My conclusion: What a shame, really. I'll definitely come back, but if I don't feel "comfortable" anymore, I'd rather not go.

We only ordered two Flurrys with two Oreos. After looking into the cups and asking why there was so little ice cream in each, we received the following response from the manager who had prepared the ice cream beforehand: "The employees always put too much in. As a courtesy, I'll put a little more in one cup for them. The ice cream cups have a certain limit of grams." No sooner said than done, one cup contained more. When I got home, I had to google how much Flurry should be in one because I was really surprised. Well, what can I say? What I experienced there is unbelievable. After standing in line for 20 minutes at the drive-thru, I was told they were understaffed. I had to get back in line inside (past employees who were smoking outside). So I had to get back in line to see that the drive-thru counter was still serving. In total, I waited 45 minutes for a meal for my daughter, which was also incorrect and only half full. Such outrageous behavior is unbelievable! NEVER AGAIN!

Once again I have been totally disappointed. The last time I ordered, about 10 days ago, I called after 90 minutes and asked where my food was. I was told that there was only one driver and that was why it was taking so long. Today I ordered something again for just under 90 euros for delivery and when I called back after 75 minutes I was told again that there were only two drivers today and I was fourth in line, and that it could take at least another 45 minutes. I was neither offered any kind of compensation nor did I receive an apology for the very long wait. The employee simply told me that there was nothing he could do, that's just the way it is. It's a shame that things are going in this direction again. They have improved a lot in recent years, but my money is good, but the service leaves a lot to be desired. A real shame.

Simply unbelievable! I went to McDonald's today with my daughter and son. We ordered two McSmart meals – a chicken burger, a Coke, and a bag of fries each. We wanted to eat in peace at home, and then I noticed: My daughter got a cheeseburger instead of the chicken burger! Mind you, she's lactose intolerant! She vomited. I went straight back to McDonald's and told them. The employee just said, 'Yes, but it's been a while since you were there.' I was like, 'Of course, I went home first!' Then she said, 'Please show me the receipt.' I said, 'I don't have it anymore; your colleague took it.' So I ended up throwing the money in the trash – really cheeky. I've decided for sure: I'm never going there again.

The atmosphere was great, the uniforms should be ordered in larger sizes; some of them look like liverwurst. The service was friendly and clean, but there were apparently problems with the roster. A lady I didn't see but heard at least five times complained (I swear, I worked so many nights, and I had the early shift, oh my gosh...). It's annoying, but I'm on vacation and found the noise disturbing. We'll be back, though.

I stumbled into this McDonald's by chance today. The atmosphere is top-notch for a fast food restaurant, with fresh flowers on the table! The food was super fresh and hot! The table service was very friendly and polite! All employees were keen to keep the store clean and tidy! One of the cleanest and most efficient McDonald's I've ever been to. Top-notch!

This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to, by far the worst and I am not exaggerating.. there are bugs crawling around in the bag and curly hair was in the burger and my family and I all have straight hair, the chairs are smeared with sauce and who knows what else is going on there, I do not recommend this McDonald's, I don't even want to know what kind of creepy crawlies are lurking in the kitchen... it's simply disgusting, I love McDonald's but this was the last straw for me!

Waited 45 minutes for food that was almost cold at the end. No sorry, no compensation, nothing... Everyone seemed stressed and overwhelmed, no one does that extra, but it's not excusable for a fast food giant. It's now standard, you almost have to be happy that someone is still doing this job. Just a normal McDonald's restaurant or fast food joint. This is also one of the newer ones where there is also a small MC coffee counter inside. There are also seating options in the outdoor area between comfortable and larger tables, e.g. parasols. The children can also play a bit outside, there is a slide tower and inside there is a small game tablet corner. The restaurant is always tidy and well maintained and of course table service is now possible there.

Four of us were eating at McDonald’s and wanted to enjoy a relaxed meal. Unfortunately, we were bothered by loud music and disruptive behavior from some people who hadn't ordered anything. Everything was nice but one thing just ruined it. I made a mistake in my order when I ordered McPlant nuggets with a dip but I chose the wrong one by accident. I went and asked if I could swap but the worker refused which I thought was very unkind of her since it wasn’t even opened yet. Was at MC Drive yesterday afternoon/early evening (6/20/24). The employee (young voice) was so snippy, provocative and challenging, I have never experienced that in my life. I just wanted to have my meal that I was paying for and the young woman seemed completely confrontational from the start for some inexplicable reason, I had no idea what was going on. With such employees it was the last time I visited this branch.

I ate here with my family on Saturday evening, May 25th, 2024. I advised my wife to complain about her filet o' fish because the fish patty looked old and dry and she said it tasted cold and tough. I had a McChicken classic myself. I didn't even notice the strange taste because I was really hungry and was concentrating on my wife's burger. After about an hour of consuming it, I started vomiting. This lasted for a week. Even water no longer remained in it. My doctor told me it was food poisoning.
