I've been there for the first time in a long time. Unfortunately, I was more than disappointed. The service is completely lackluster, the restrooms are anything but clean, and you can get better food at other well-known fast-food chains next door. That certainly explains why the place was relatively empty. Definitely my last visit.

Prices are too expensive for the portions, you can't get enough. I paid 52€ for 2 adults and a 4 year old child. I bought a kids menu for my daughter, which included 4 chicken nuggets, but it was 7.99€. It's a shame. The hamburgers were left waiting for a long time, they were hard as rocks. The cola didn't taste like cola, it tasted like water, it's a shame. People are disgraced with their money.

The fries were soggy and greasy, probably from the day before. Cleanliness? None. The floor was sticky, the tables weren't wiped, and even the tray was dirty. I seriously wondered how hygiene standards are maintained here. Conclusion: Never again. This restaurant is neither tasty nor hygienic. Absolutely not recommended.

After a long time, and this was also the last time! We wanted to wash our hands before eating, but you can't even use the restrooms because it's so disgusting! I was visiting Gelsenkirchen and went to Mr. Chicken with some friends to get a warm drink and a snack. The layout of the store intrigued me: the counter for fries and burgers is in a different location than the one for coffee and cake. So I went to the counter where a young woman was serving. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. There was no drinks menu, and instead, you had to read the available options from a slow-moving display on a screen. When I asked the employee what drinks they offered, she just pointed at the screen and the coffee and tea machines without really being helpful. She seemed disinterested and unmotivated. After about 15 seconds of considering which drinks to choose, she approached me and asked if I had decided yet, as she was obviously annoyed that I was still standing there watching. This behavior was unprofessional. A business that offers services should be friendly and attentive to its customers. It's not up to the customer to pay attention to the employees; rather, employees should be attentive and helpful to guests. There's still room to improve this, especially in training staff to improve customer service and create a more welcoming atmosphere.

A truly great place to enjoy and relax! We had a delicious meal there – the food was truly top-notch. Even though it was quite busy (which, as we all know, speaks volumes about the quality), we got our food surprisingly quickly. The prices were also absolutely fair. There are plenty of parking spaces, which makes the visit even more relaxing. You just have to register your license plate number at the front desk – it's easy using a QR code. The restrooms were pleasantly clean and well-maintained. We were also impressed by the interior of the restaurant: stylishly decorated, with plenty of space, and a very welcoming atmosphere. An all-round successful visit – we'll definitely be back!

The prices always feel arbitrary, change is either too little or not given at all – and if you say anything, you'll be looked at as if you just asked for a gold bar. Sorry, but when you take the money, please give it back correctly. That's how it works in the restaurant industry. Bottom line: For that money, you can get not only better food elsewhere, but also respect as a customer. Mr. Chicken? Never again.

I was at Mr Chicken today and didn't like that our drink was forgotten again. I understand that the employees are stressed but it happens several times that they forget something. My little sister ordered a Chicko box and her fries were very small for the price, which I didn't like. The employees weren't friendly and were more annoyed. It's understandable to be annoyed but you notice it as a customer. So this is the last time I'll get food from there.

The food at MrChickenGasKitchen is generally okay – some dishes are perfectly edible, others didn't impress me. Overall, though, I find the prices too high for what's on offer. I honestly can't recommend the burgers. As for the drive-thru: You really have to be very careful there. I've experienced incomplete orders several times – usually due to inattentive or, unfortunately, unfriendly employees. It's annoying when you only realize something's missing when you get home. My tip: check your order when you get there. If you're looking for an alternative, I can definitely recommend Sweet Istanbul.

Nice evening! We were at Mr. Chicken in Gelsenkirchen today on a Saturday evening and were unfortunately treated very unkindly. We wanted to order a warm coffee with vanilla syrup, which was easily prepared for us the day before. However, when we ordered it again today, an employee yelled at us unfriendly and treated us in a very inappropriate tone. Instead of clarifying our concerns politely, we were literally shouted at. Dealing with customers like this is unacceptable. Friendliness and customer service should be a given - unfortunately that wasn't the case here. Very disappointing, we will not be returning again.

We were there today because we have never been here before. Stood at the counter for 10 minutes. No people in front of us. Nobody came to take our order. The employees, two in number, saw us. Nobody felt addressed. There were 4 people in the store waiting for their food. So the employees certainly didn't have any stress to make excuses. We'll never go there again.

The best thing about this place is that they stay late at night (upto 3 a.m.) and that they get the food ready quickly. However, sometimes they have so many customers that you need to wait in line a little time until your turn (5 to 10 minutes). The chicken tastes good, but sometimes it has a weird taste. Drive-thru is available in this restaurant and it is also quick. The restaurant has a drinks and sweets section which is also okay. There is a smoking area outside that is covered and has heaters in winter. There are parking places for customers that can be reserved when entering the restaurand and there are some parking places for bicycles as well. There is a playroom area for kids inside the restaurant, and there is a small playground for children outside the restaurant as well.

I ate couple times here with my wife and kid. Sometimes the chicken is really great and nicely fried/cooked. Other times there is too much fat soaked. Overall l am leaning towards saying its mostly nice

If I could I would give one star. It used to be a good halal alternative. People went for the thick, juicy fries and the delicious, juicy chicken burgers. Nowadays everything is extremely overpriced. The fries were cold and soggy. The kebab meat was dry, cold and still fatty. The chicken burgers are a joke anyway. 2 limp thin slices of bread and between them a small cold piece of chicken. Sauce and salad are missing. If they weren't open so late and people used it as a cafe, they would be bankrupt. PS: I regularly get stomach aches from the cafe because it's so acidic
