Yummy. Only the drive is bad in 8 out of 10 cases. Always check! It starts with mayo instead of ketchup and ends with a burger missing. :( unfortunately not much has changed as it did back then.

The worst BK I've ever been to. I had the impression that the team there was completely overwhelmed. The King of the Month was a small one, even though I wanted the big one. The drink was warm, the fries were soggy. There were no trays. (Every order was made to go). The tables were not clean. The outside area could handle more tables and chairs, so we sat inside, even though it was totally warm in the BK.

Working really inefficient while being fairly understaffed is a great way of pushing your customers away. Senior mgmt should look for the Lean principles and prepare staff for upcoming big events. Like 120.000 potential customers from a concert nearby

Kind to me, but bacon was out for today. After me, Poles ordered their food, made a mistake with the order, wanted to change the ordering process, but it was apparently not possible. New personel was being trained, but the lady who trained them was really on top of things. The Whopper was good (I've had worse) and you can't be too harsh on new employees. There's inside dining and a terrace. Again kudo's to the lady who trained the new employees. As for all fastfoodchains the prices are out of controll thanks to inflation and the economy.

I have no expectations when I go to a BK and I was still disappointed. There are only bags that pile up in the restaurant due to the lack of trash cans. Coupons are not counted and the burgers are simply slapped together and drinks are generally non-carbonated.

Ordered via Lieferand and prepayment. The delivery time was about 35 minutes at Lieferando. In the live tracker for the order it said 50 minutes. The food arrived after 1 hour 55 minutes. Good BK with very attentive employees. We were in the Movie Park when we got hungry and on the way to our hotel we visited the Burger King at Willy-Brandt-Allee 54 in Gelsenkirchen. The BK is located near the Schalke Veltins Arena. The staff was very attentive and helpful, everything was prepared as we ordered (long chicken without salad, big king without onions). The food was delicious and freshly prepared. The price-performance ratio is still ok. We would be happy to come back when we are in the area and recommend the BK.

We waited way to long to be served. People there are friendly but not efficient. Food was typical Burger King (i like it).

Tables and floor completely dirty. Leftover food and spilled drinks are clearly visible everywhere, especially behind the counter. The employees happily walk over fries and paper bags lying around without anyone being interested. Hardly anyone will be surprised by the hygiene in the toilets, but what's really worth mentioning was the guy who washed his feet in the men's toilet. Don't know what was more disgusting. That someone washes their feet in the hand basin, or that they actually had the courage to take off their shoes. Otherwise just the typical: clogged toilets, toilet paper everywhere and piss on the floor. And here and there a sausage on the toilet seat. What really pisses me off, however, is the drive-in employee who is adamant that sauces for a meal cost 50 cents. However, the sauces are free directly in the branch. We were at this Burger King on December 28th, 2023. At first we were impressed by the mountain of old bags piled up on the “dishes return” area. Hallo, wir waren am 07.12.2023 bei Burger King in Gelsenkirchen Erle. Als erstes war es gefühlt drinnen kälter als draußen. Also musste man die Jacken anlassen. Das bestellte Essen war gerade mal lauwarm. Nach Reklamation wurde es neu gemacht. Die absolute Frechheit ist aber, das man auf dem Parkplatz als Kunde von Burger King vorgeschrieben bekommt wie lange man sich dort aufzuhalten hat. Heißt also, etwas essen sich unterhalten und noch ein Eis zum Abschluss ist wohl nicht gewünscht. Deswegen das Wort Fast Food. Da wir die Stunde Aufenthalt um ein paar Minuten überzogen hatten, kostete uns der Spaß Burger King satte 48€ zusätzlich. Ich weiß auf jeden Fall, das diese Filiale mich nicht mehr sieht. MfG

Boden dreckig , Milch Shake Maschine ständig kaputt , Tablettwagen voll (Mülltonne wurde daneben gestellt) Bestellter Burger war falsch . Cola hatte keine Kohlensäure 0 Letzte mal da gewesen

Wir waren am 8.12.23 da. Und sowas schlechtes habe ich bei Burger King noch nicht erlebt. Essen war lauwarm, im Ladenlokal so kalt das man die Jacke die ganze Zeit anlassen musste. Toilette wahrscheinlich seit Tagen nicht gereinigt. Sehr unfreundliches Personal. Und zu guter Letzt. Parken darf man dort nur noch eine Stunde sonst wird man richtig abgezockt. Bleibt diesem Laden bloß fern. Jetzt verstehe ich auch das dieser Laden bei der Sendung „Team Wallraff“ immer wieder auffällig wird. 0 Sterne sollte man geben können. Meine Empfehlung. Bitte geht dort nicht hin.

Es wird alles frisch zubereitet, im Gegensatz zu dem Mc Donald's, der schräg gegenüber an der Arena ist. Die Burger sehen auch wesentlich besser aus und haben mehr Ähnlichkeit mit den Werbebildern. Bloß die Pommes haben gewechselt und sind jetzt meiner Meinung nach schlechter, deshalb einen Punkt Abzug.

Für einen Burger King nicht schlecht. Dir Zubereitung war verdammt schnell, die Bedienung war freundlich, die Burger waren warm und die Bestellung komplett richtig. Leider fehlt es hier an einem Self-Order-Terminal für die eigenständige Bestellung und die Karte ist nur sehr unscharf auf den Displays zu erkennen. Aber die prompte Zubereitung hat uns dennoch überzeugt. Es ist für uns somit schneller diesen 10min weiter entfernt Burgerking anzufahren. 😂

Ich wundere mich über die schlechten Bewertungen. Meine heutigen Erfahrungen waren äußerst positiv. Ein bestens aufgelegter Mitarbeiter hat mir zur Begrüßung erstmal die Tür aufgehalten. Auch bei der Bestellung meines Plant-based Whopper-Menüs war er bestens aufgelegt und hilfsbereit. Weil der Whopper frisch zubereitet wurde, hat er mit den auch an den Tisch gebracht. Also: Service und Freundlichkeit TOP👍 Außerdem ist dieses Restaurant sehr sauber: Boden, Tische, Sitzmöglichkeiten👍 Aber auch die Toiletten und der Parkplatz. 👍 Kommen wir zum Menu🍔🍟. Alles frisch, heiß und sehr schmackhaft.👍👍👍 Also ich kann diesen Burger King echt empfehlen und komme gerne wieder. Dankeschön😊

Ich war dort zu zweit !!! Haben zwar 4min.25Sekunden auf den "Big King" gewartet , dafür waren diese frisch zubereitet + bis zum letzten Biss gut warm !!! Sowas sollte weiter empfohlen werden , das Ich gerne getan habe !!!

Die Örtlichkeiten lassen zu wünschen übrig.

Drive-in dauert meist seine Zeit. Burger meist nur lauwarm. Pommes frisch und heiß.

Ich weiß nicht, was dieser BK anders macht, aber die schaffen es, dass die dünnen Pommes außen cross und innen weich sind. Hoffentlich bleibt das für immer so.

Hab schon mal besser bei Burger King gegessen aber auch schon schlechter. Wir hatten einen Zeitpunkt erwischt wo nicht so viel los war. Der Cheeseburger hatten einen bitteren Geschmack der von der Gurke kann. Auch war der Wagen zur Rückgabe der Tabletts rand voll. Also blieb nichts anderes übrig als es irgendwie daneben zu stellen Und das ist halt schade da nun wirklich nicht viel zu tun war Für mich als Fazit kann man machen oder auch nicht. Zu dem man sich nur 1 St.dort aufhalten darf ansonsten wird es richtig teuer da der Parkplatz Video überwacht ist und das Kennzeichen erfast wird.

Man steht eine halbe Ewigkeit an um bestellen zu können. Kein Wunder bei minimaler Personalbesetzung! Essenausgabe ohne System. Die Tabletts stehen einfach auf der Theke, und niemand weiß genau wem sie gehören. Unglaublich.

Lange auf das Essen gewartet und wie immer war das Essen kalt.

Ich hab mir seid lange mal 5 chilly cheese burger gekauft, was soll ich sagen zu trocken kein geschmack kleiner geworden und lagen wahrscheinlich schon 5std.

Einfach mal schreiben, wenn alles Super war. Wartezeit war ok, das Essen lecker und selbst zu Hause noch warm. Die Pommes auch... und gut gesalzen. Daumen Hoch! (Im Vergleich zu Dorstener Strasse in Herne allemal.)

Da ich von jeher lieber bei Burger King esse, da ich den Geschmack der gegrillten Fleischscheiben besser finde, ist diese Filiale halt auch meine Anlaufstelle. Schöne Einrichtung und nettes Personal.

War mit meinem Freund dort zum letzten Mal.Kommen da an als erstes keine Bestellschalter dann noch nichtmal dieser Automat zum nachfüllen der Getränke.Naja hatten Hunger also haben wir trotzdem bestellt.Die Kassiererin konnte kaum Deutsch hat uns kaum Verstanden und die ganze Zeit beobachtet genauso wie die anderen Mitarbeiter.Wie beide und noch eine Jungs Truppe von 4 Jungen waren dort mehr nicht.Meine Burger waren kalt der Käse nicht verlaufen,die Zwiebeln und der Salat in der großen Stücken und das wirklich unverschämteste die Nuggets,die waren hart und kalt.Die Cola hat auch nach purem Wasser geschmeckt.Nie wieder da geh ich lieber rüber zu McDonalds.

Ich war vormittags dort. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt war alles sauber und ordentlich. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und der Burger frisch und lecker, er sah mal aus wie in der Werbung.

Ich kann leider nur 3 Sterne geben. Wir haben bestellt und auf dem Parkplatz gegessen und das Essen war gerade noch lauwarm.
