Our visit here was absolutely disgusting. I've never experienced anything like it. The staff's reaction to the dirty restroom was, "Not my area." There wasn't a single clean table, chair, or bench. The floor was sticky everywhere.

We only stopped here for a quick break, but unfortunately, it wasn't quick at all. It took quite a while before we could even order, even though the place wasn't particularly busy. The food didn't arrive for what felt like an eternity – unfortunately, it was only lukewarm. Some of the tables were dirty and didn't look freshly wiped. Additionally, some of the "newer" products weren't available at this branch. Overall, it was rather disappointing for a quick burger stop.

Just went after a concert. They served about 70 people in 30 minutes in front of me. I got my food right away after ordering. Was fresh and delicious. Nice work everyone.

What you're doing is abysmal. I ordered at 10:30 PM... the delivery was supposed to arrive 59 minutes late. I got a call at 11:55 PM saying they couldn't deliver because the restaurant was so full because of the concert. Are you serious? You come up with something like that after over an hour has passed between ordering and your call? Absolutely outrageous and incredibly cheeky!! Never again!! Your service isn't even worth a single star!!

Needs to be renovated again. You can only order food in the drive at the checkout. Burgers had 1cm thick cucumber slices in them, I imagine crunchy burgers to be different. Always having to wait at least 10 minutes in the drive is unpleasant for fast food

That was 6 times. Thank you Burger King for fooling people like that. I had coupons but still fell for the shit. When I came in, everyone immediately knew that the double Chessburger was supposed to come out. If I had gotten something using my coupons then I would have eaten better than there. Absolute disaster! Waited forever on the drive, then only got 70% of the things that were ordered, didn't ask for drinks on the menu, just got two cokes. The worst BK I've ever been to. I had the impression that the team there was completely overwhelmed. The King of the Month was a small one, even though I wanted the big one. The drink was warm, the fries were soggy. There were no trays. (Every order was made to go). The tables were not clean. The outside area could handle more tables and chairs, so we sat inside, even though it was totally warm in the BK.

Working really inefficient while being fairly understaffed is a great way of pushing your customers away. Senior mgmt should look for the Lean principles and prepare staff for upcoming big events. Like 120.000 potential customers from a concert nearby

New personel was being trained, but the lady who trained them was really on top of things. The Whopper was good (I've had worse) and you can't be too harsh on new employees. There's inside dining and a terrace. Again kudo's to the lady who trained the new employees. As for all fastfoodchains the prices are out of controll thanks to inflation and the economy.

Good BK with very attentive employees. We were in the Movie Park when we got hungry and on the way to our hotel we visited the Burger King at Willy-Brandt-Allee 54 in Gelsenkirchen. The BK is located near the Schalke Veltins Arena. The staff was very attentive and helpful, everything was prepared as we ordered (long chicken without salad, big king without onions). The food was delicious and freshly prepared. The price-performance ratio is still ok. We would be happy to come back when we are in the area and recommend the BK.

We waited way to long to be served. People there are friendly but not efficient. Food was typical Burger King (i like it).
