It was old-school, and the restrooms were dirty. Maybe they could renovate it? The staff were very nice.

I'd rather not give anything at all. We just moved here from Stuttgart and were just there. I've rarely encountered employees like the wannabe incompetent behind the counter today. I had to beg for a bag, the guy standing right there telling me to tell the busy colleague at the cash register while he did nothing. The burgers tasted of burnt grease, and I don't even want to get started on the fries. And I spent my money on such incompetent staff who take 10 minutes to put four burgers in a bag, and they're cold, too. By far the most disgusting Burger King experience of my life. Starting with the staff.

One employee packed orders and served the drive-thru. He didn't even notice us at the counter. After standing at the counter for seven minutes, the customer behind me asked if someone would take our orders? By then, there were five of us at the counter. The answer was: The employee outside is in charge. He's smoking. If we wanted to complain, we'd have to go to that employee. OUTRAGEOUS!!!! I spontaneously decided that this branch wasn't making any money from me and went to the Meckes across the street.

What you're doing is abysmal. I ordered at 10:30 PM... the delivery was supposed to arrive 59 minutes late. I got a call at 11:55 PM saying they couldn't deliver because the restaurant was so full because of the concert. Are you serious? You come up with something like that after over an hour has passed between ordering and your call? Absolutely outrageous and incredibly cheeky!! Never again!! Your service isn't even worth a single star!!

You can "forget" a portion of fries, but to make a medium portion out of a large one, still be charged the same price, and then act completely unaware of any guilt and be very rude. Needs to be renovated again. You can only order food in the drive at the checkout. Burgers had 1cm thick cucumber slices in them, I imagine crunchy burgers to be different. Always having to wait at least 10 minutes in the drive is unpleasant for fast food

That was 6 times. Thank you Burger King for fooling people like that. I had coupons but still fell for the shit. When I came in, everyone immediately knew that the double Chessburger was supposed to come out. If I had gotten something using my coupons then I would have eaten better than there. Very nice staff every time at the Schalke game it was so full and the cashier was great!! Hardly any staff. One prepares, one jumps between the checkout and drive-in and one delivers. Infinite waiting time, long lines, cooled down food and APP doesn't work. If I could I would give zero stars. The entire store including toilets was dirty and full of garbage. A cash register is open even though the line goes all the way outside. Since when is there no longer any sauce for fries, nuggets, etc.? The young man with black hair who serves the food is also more unfriendly and overwhelmed than anything else! Absolute disaster! Waited forever on the drive, then only got 70% of the things that were ordered, didn't ask for drinks on the menu, just got two cokes. The worst BK I've ever been to. I had the impression that the team there was completely overwhelmed. The King of the Month was a small one, even though I wanted the big one. The drink was warm, the fries were soggy. There were no trays. (Every order was made to go). The tables were not clean. Was here shortly before the Taylor Swift concert. The queue stretched to the wall opposite the checkout and we had to wait around 30 minutes AFTER placing our order.
