Food is not recommended, the price is far from good and bad. Kids box 8.90 for a handful of fries, 4 nuggets, lollipops, drink packets and toy bracelet which is already broken when unpacked. Only the view of the giraffes is beautiful.

Absolutely overwhelmed staff even with a small audience. The fries were inserted after 10 minutes of waiting, so that the currywurst was already cold again. Excessive prices, but very small portions. Really not recommended!

I recently went to a snack bar at a zoo and all I can say is that the experience was nothing short of frustrating. If I could, I would give zero stars. The first impression was chaotic and disorganized. It was absolutely not clear where to order and where the food would be served. There were people walking around confused everywhere and there were no signs or clues to help you. When I finally asked one of the employees why there was no signage, I was told that "signs are not allowed to be posted here." Honestly, I was speechless. How can you not display even the most basic information in a busy place like a zoo, visited by hundreds of people every day? It is simply unacceptable and I wonder how something like this is even possible in Germany. The waiting time was incredibly long, which was probably due to the chaotic organization. The employees seemed just as overwhelmed and haphazard as the guests. Finally, when I finally received my food, it was cold and of rather poor quality. For the prices charged there, this is absolutely unacceptable. Overall, I can only advise everyone to avoid this snack bar if you are not prepared to wait hours for bad food. For me it is incomprehensible that something like this is even allowed in a zoo.

You're used to zoo snack bars being anything but gourmet food, but this was exceptionally bad. The sausages were dripping with fat and the quality wasn't good either. The rolls were totally sticky. The worst thing was the fries, either the potatoes were bad and/or they were fried in old fat. After two or three bites we threw them away. In addition, we unfortunately only noticed later that we were billed for currywurst twice instead of bratwurst twice. 20€ for 2 x bratwurst, 1x fries and a drink which left us feeling rather sick afterwards. Better bring enough provisions for a nice picnic.

At times it is a bit busy and crowded and unfortunately there are people picnicking at the tables here, so there is a shortage of places for snack guests. The fries, especially the fries special, are super tasty

It took 45 minutes to order the food and another 45 minutes to get the food. The staff couldn't cope at all. The deep fryers were so slow, the rolls still had to be baked, and not enough sausages were finished. Orders were forgotten. Then no more orders were accepted. In the end, at least the food tasted good.

Unfortunately I was disappointed with the quality.
