There's not a lot of selection, but that's fine with me. The food arrived quickly and tasted great. Sure, the prices are a bit higher, but I certainly don't find them unreasonably expensive!

The food is extremely overpriced and of very poor quality. I actually expected better, especially since the entrance fees at Zoom aren't cheap either. But oh well, next time I'll bring something. You learn from your mistakes.

The employee was annoyed because I had special requests. Service is better than that.

The food isn't recommended; the price is way beyond reasonable. The kids' box costs 8.90 for a handful of fries, four nuggets, a lollipop, a drink packet, and a toy bracelet that was already broken when I unpacked it. The only thing nice is the view of the giraffes.

The staff was completely overwhelmed, even with few customers. The fries weren't marinated for 10 minutes, so the currywurst was already cold. Exorbitant prices for very small portions. Definitely not recommended!

It was a very nice visit. We were able to sit outside and watch the giraffes. A visit that is really worth it.

I recently went to a zoo snack bar, and all I can say is that the experience was simply frustrating. If I could, I would give it zero stars. The first impression was chaotic and disorganized. It was completely unclear where to order and where the food was served. People were milling around everywhere, looking confused, and there were no signs or directions to help. When I finally asked one of the employees why there were no signs, I was told that "signs are not allowed to be posted here." Honestly, I was speechless. How is it possible that in a place as busy as a zoo, visited by hundreds of people every day, they don't even display the most basic information? It's simply unacceptable, and I wonder how such a thing is even possible in Germany. The wait time was incredibly long, which was probably also due to the chaotic organization. The employees seemed just as overwhelmed and clueless as the guests. Finally, when I finally received my food, it was cold and of rather poor quality. Considering the prices they charge, this is absolutely unacceptable. Overall, I can only advise anyone to avoid this snack bar if they're not prepared to wait hours for bad food. I find it incomprehensible that something like this is even allowed in a zoo.

You're used to zoo snack bars being anything but gourmet food, but this was exceptionally bad. The sausages were dripping with grease and weren't of great quality. The rolls were absolutely sticky. The worst part was the fries; either the potatoes were bad and/or they were fried in old grease. We threw them away after two or three bites. Furthermore, we unfortunately only realized later that we were charged for two currywursts instead of two bratwursts. €20 for two bratwursts, one fries, and a drink, which we felt rather sick afterward. Bring enough provisions for a nice picnic.

It's a bit crowded and crowded at times, and unfortunately, some people bring their own picnics to the tables, so there's sometimes a shortage of seats for snackers. The fries, especially the special fries, are super delicious.

It took 45 minutes to order the food, and another 45 minutes to get it. The staff were completely uncooperative. The fryers were so slow, the rolls still needed to be reheated, and there weren't enough sausages ready. Orders were forgotten. Then they stopped taking orders. In the end, at least the food was tasty.

Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the quality.
