Unfortunately, it's still unacceptable. Staff shout at each other in the store in front of all the customers, using extremely rude language. The drive-thru employee can't manage his job properly and is clearly overwhelmed. The store is also very littered.

Despite the bad reviews, I still wanted to give it a try. The food was very tasty and prepared quickly. One of the best Burger Kings around.

The food was okay, maybe. We ordered a strawberry milkshake, but we got a vanilla one, meaning they forgot the strawberry flavor. I wanted winterberry... but I got plum-cinnamon, and I hate cinnamon... everything was takeaway. The trainee was verbally abused in front of us, which is completely unacceptable!

Employees are too busy on their phones and are mixing up orders.

One star because less isn't possible. I can't rate the food because none arrived, otherwise it's tasty, to be fair... The ambiance is standard Burger King... What can you say after a 2.5-hour wait and nobody daring to answer the phone!? 😂🤷‍♂️ Lieferando says to contact the restaurant if there are problems. I requested a PayPal refund after 180 minutes.

Unfriendly, incompetent, a very questionable use of language when operating the service and among themselves - an absolute miscast.

It looks a bit run-down, no ordering terminals, the staff at the till were friendly, the cheeseburger was okay, the fries were mediocre, probably due to the grease from the fryer. The fries smelled and tasted like old, rancid grease.

Three of us were there today. When the place is deserted shortly after 1 p.m. and you have to check if it's even open, that should give you pause. We had, among other things, the kebab-style burger twice. I wouldn't say it's disgusting, but it's very close. Does it really have to be served cold? It must be, because there's a sign at the counter saying it takes a while because it's freshly prepared. I've eaten kebab meat before, so I don't think it should taste like air-dried jerked meat. The whole thing tasted like death by installments. The three of us spent around €45, and for that amount of money, we're used to better. We're definitely cured of Burger King and won't be eating there again...

Ordered via the app and arrived quickly. Very friendly and empathetic.

There are no ordering kiosks or vending machines. The furniture is fine, with padded benches. The food was fresh and even relatively good, especially the fries, which were well-salted and just the right balance between crispy and soft. The staff was OK, and our direct server was quite pleasant. We were here during the week around 8:00 PM, and there were very few customers. There's plenty of parking, although the distribution and positioning of the entrance seems a bit odd.

This is truly unbelievable what just happened here! We ordered from work and unfortunately part of the order was forgotten, so we called and asked what was going on. We were told to wait for the driver to check where the order was. After 20 minutes, no one had called back, so we called again and asked. The tone suddenly became harsher. When I asked the gentleman's name so I knew who I was speaking to, he told me his name wasn't relevant and that we would have to check our order first. So, in short, it's pointless: we're not getting any extras. On top of that, the fries and burgers were cold and everything was soggy. Seriously, this is completely unacceptable! You can keep the rest, never again Burger King!

It's okay to good for fast food

Once and never again You make it clear that you don't want to work. No please or thank you. Just the last word from certain employees. A real shame.

You have to know what you want to eat beforehand. No ordering kiosk, just screens with small letters that change. I chose a familiar Wopper; the rest is a matter of research beforehand.

We come here regularly. 99% of the time, the food is always ready quickly. We've rarely seen the seats dirty.

A visit here is a gamble: sometimes you get super-tasty, fresh 4-star burgers, sometimes you get a crumpled lump of burger garbage - because of this risk, I won't visit this chain again and will only give it 1 star.

I'm not a fan of Bürger, I happened to be drinking coffee... I'm not involved in the evaluation...

What do you do for a living for 2 burgers and a fries for over 2/3 hours? Then you tell them on the phone that you've been out for 30 minutes. 2 burgers and a fries... and you're not even in a position to do that.

So if you want to order there, don't bother. The food arrived 90 minutes late, and half of it was missing.

Bacon King is simply the best and tastiest burger, if you only look at the fast food chains in Germany. But the prices are a bit too high, 5 years ago a burger cost €7.79, now €2 more.

One of the best BK's in Germany, super clean, incredibly nice and friendly service (young man), hot and delicious food, and really nice Christmas decorations. Even the toilets are extremely⁷ clean. Not 10 euros for hot and delicious fries, a large burger and 0.5l of cola. AND BEST OF ALL "THE HOT BROWNIE WITH ICE CREAM"... Was a great tip from the blonde waitress. Thank you

Super nice employee! He was very friendly, joked around with us and sweetened our visit with his own personality. Would love to come by more often if I lived nearby just for this employee. Compliments also to the chef, somehow the food tasted even better than usual :D <3

I've used the drive-in several times recently. Orders were always complete. The food was still warm at home and tasted good. Employees were friendly. However, the order system is getting old and no longer up to date. The voice quality is no longer the best either. You could invest there. A screen where you can see your order would also be helpful. Now standard elsewhere. Edit: The food is still delicious, but please turn on the air conditioning in hot summer temperatures. You couldn't stand it inside. Luckily there was still space outside.

My order today consisted of 2 BigKings, 2 Teriyaki Kings & 1 nuggets. It was a complete disaster, both BigKings were missing a meat patty, the Teriyaki King had the wrong burger ban, the only positive thing was that the nuggets were finally crispy. I won't be ordering again since it's the third time something went wrong.

Kundenfreundlichkeit = 0. Ich habe dort mein Essen gekauft & wollte mein Laptop an das Stromnetzwerk anschließen, um dort für 10 Minuten arbeiten zu können. Es wurde mir aus unerklärlichen Gründen verboten. Unter den sitzen sind Steckdosen, anscheinend nur für die Optik. Mitarbeiter wissen garnicht wo oben unten ist. Alle dort verpeilt bis zum geht nicht mehr. Sitze und Tische dreckig und mit Ketchup verschmiert (jedesmal wenn ich da war). Unfreundlichkeit wird in diesem Burger King sehr gross geschrieben. Der Kommentar vor mir, dass es absolut leer war & die Mitarbeiter ne halbe Stunde für ein Menü gebraucht haben kann ich zu 100% bestätigen. Nie wieder bin ich an diesem Standort bei Burger King. Man fühlt sich dort nicht als Kunde wert geschätzt. Das letzte Mal dort gewesen. Danke für den schlechtesten Service den ich erleben durfte. Dadurch steht jeder Imbisswagen 10x besser dar als dieser Burger King in der Grothusstraße.

Ich bin sehr positiv überrascht es wirkt zwar nicht so aber die Mitarbeiter finde ich da persönlich sehr gut und durch meinen Beruf hatte ich die Gelegenheit die Küche dieses Lokals zu sehen und es war wirklich sauber ist keine Fake Rezession ich bin einfach wirklich nur zufrieden

Mayonnaise wurde vergessen, Cola war bereits ohne Kohlensäure, extrem lange Wartezeit zu einer Humanen Uhrzeit. Burger King halt.

Wurde noch nie so herzlich bedient wie heute. Die Kassiererin an der Kasse ist sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Sie ist auf jeden Wunsch eingegangen. Sie wurd laila genannt. Ich weiß nicht ob es ihr Name oder Spitzname ist. Auf jeden Fall ein Riesen großen Lob von meiner Seite.

Es ist lecker schmecker. Jedoch wünsche ich mir, dass die Soßen nicht vegan sind und die Zwiebelringe sollten wie in der Türkei nicht weich sondern knackig sein.

Essen war heiß 🔥 und lecker . Aber der Service und die Freundlichkeit ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig.

Von hier (Gelsenkirchen Horst/Grenze Essen Karnap) bis nach Oberhausen an der Turbinenhalle ist dies die einzige Filiale in der man wirklich gescheite und frische Produkte bekommt Ich wohne nur 3 Minuten vom BK in Karnap entfernt, fahre aber lieber die Schleife

Bester Burger King, in dem ich je war. Die Whopper waren perfekt zusammengebaut - vielleicht hatte da jemand Zeit, da gerade wenig los war, aber das hab ich so noch nicht gesehen. Bravo!

Lustloses Personal, öffnen teilweise erst 10 bis 20min nach der abgegebenen Öffnungszeit. Teils fehlt etwas beim Menü. Wenn man es reklamiert wird man unhöflich bedient.

wirklich sehr kalt Innen... Burger King spart... und die Toiletten sehr dreckig. Durch die Kälte innerhalb der Räumlichkeit wurde das Essen wirklich in kürzester Zeit wie 2 Minuten kalt.

Waren gestern Abend gegen 20.45 Uhr dort. Es war nix los und wir haben 30 Minuten gewartet. Die Cola war leider warm und ohne Eis . Während der Bestellung wurde ich noch 2 mal gefragt was ich genau bestellt habe . Im Drive sah man in müde lange genervte Gesichter und viele Menschen, die ausgestiegen sind um ihre Bestellung zu reklamieren . Gefühlt waren genug Mitarbeiter*innen da aber die Koordination war einfach miserablen und führte in meinen Augen zu derben langen Wartezeiten . Ich bekam noch mit, wie eine Mitarbeiterin zur Kollegin vorne am Tresen sagte : „ wer sich beschwert, weil er warten muss soll halt weg bleiben“ schade, diese Einstellung.
