asked for famous “burger” burrgger and received a rebranded chicken royle with TOO MUCH MAYO. if that wasn’t enough i was removed from the premises JUST for voicing my concern in a CALM MANOR. 0. STARS. AVOID!!!! 😡😡😡

Food, prices as usual. But waiting times here are often longer than 20-30 minutes. Today I waited 32 minutes for 2 cheeseburgers.

Since the new operator (Mc Donald's Ehmann) took over the store, the service has improved by 100%. The young team is very friendly and helpful. The food is nice and warm and delicious. The shift leader is very friendly and always has a relaxed saying to say. All in all a very cool store. Keep it up!

Unfriendly, everything combined with a rude speed and it doesn't taste good at all.

Ordered and payed 5 hours ago, no delivery yet. Their phone number jumps into a vodafone answer machine. They should be called Hungry & Angry, at least thats how we feel.

This McDonalds is a disgrace. I order a Sprite and can't even get half the cup full twice. The toilets remind me of the toilets in a rancid secondary school. Staff is okay but still overall a real HS Mcs where I would never go again. Bob the Builder would look at this Mcs and say WE CAN'T DO IT. Feat: Noah and Nico

Disgustingly simple, you don't get a straw if you ask nicely, food tastes rancid, unfriendly conditions, tables full of ketchup and other things

At 11:30 a.m. a stale butter pretzel was sold. After a complaint a new one was “freshly made”. This too was old. I brought them back in the bag. The staff insisted it was fresh. If so, Scomom sells the worst pretzels ever.

Both the service and the quality of the food were disastrous. Card payments aren't accepted, sparkling water is sold instead of still water, and ketchup is packaged instead of mayo. And all at exorbitant prices. This place isn't doing Stuttgart's train station any good.

Been there several times. Rat traps are always visible outside! Food itself is okay, but: in 1 out of 5 orders everything was right. There was always something missing with the other four! Today it was the sauce on the MC Rib!!! Since we always eat at home, we can only check it sporadically on site. So if you have a lot of money and/or like surprises, you are welcome to go there. The employees are internationally diverse and some of them do not understand the issue.

Ordered food, nothing there after 2 hours. Called, woman there only speaks English and screams something incomprehensible. Hung up in shock. 30 minutes later Volt arrives with half (!) of the paid order, the rest inedible. Complained, no response, no refund, no apology. I've never experienced anything so outrageous. This is a really disgusting, disgusting shop. Totally horrified!!

It's gotten worse since moving. Almost inedible now. Frying oil often smells old or like fish.

Great branch, super fresh food, nice staff, new furnishings and clean. I haven't been to such a good BK branch in a long time.

A McDonald's branch at the train station in Wiesbaden. There are no places to sit, only a few tables near the establishment, next to which you can stand. But this is all in the passage of the station, people hurry past and street birds fly. A normal option is to take the order out. The service is quite fast, the staff is late in the day and doesn't seem too friendly.
