Today, as is usually the case when the regular staff is not there, there is no service. You stand there for almost 5 minutes and are ignored and simply left standing during the ordering process AND TALKING IN THE KITCHEN. AN ABSOLUTE INSURANCE. Shake machine worked and you were told: NOT WORKING! Lied without blushing. @ Store manager: take more care of the staff who do the work.

Where should I start, where should I end? The shift manager with the half-bald head - let's call him Gargamel - not only looks evil, he actually just wants a job without customer contact. His unfriendliness is only surpassed by the "quality" of the burgers. I specially ordered two fresh burgers and instead got two bone-dry briquettes, which are more suitable as building material than as a meal. And as if that wasn't enough, the McDonald's at the train station is also more expensive than other branches. Conclusion: If you're smart, you'll give this place a wide berth - unless you're looking for a cheap replacement for bricks. 1 star goes without saying.

Incredibly bad offer even for a train station Mäckes. Why no McPlant on offer? Not contemporary. Hardly any choice for vegetarians.

I was here on April 13th for the first time since I was traveling in Wiesbaden on my own after 14 years. In any case, I have to criticize one thing here: there is no closed restaurant like the KFC at the train station.

It's unbelievable that there are so many customers in line here, only one cashier and the boss in the back area, even though there are enough people there, the boss doesn't open a second cash register. The boss looked at all of us as we waited and expected him to open a second cash register but no just looked hurt and looked like he didn't care. I would understand if it was due to a lack of staff, but at the back there are 3 people without a boss and at the front there is a cashier without a boss. The boss just fills up the fries. What a shame

You wait almost endlessly for your food here. Would you like to enjoy a quick snack before the train leaves? Absolutely not! Never again!

We were standing in line for about five minutes and when we got to the front, the guy yelled at us they were closed. We were literally waiting in line behind a bunch of people should’ve told us from the beginning that they were closed instead of letting us wait there.

Just as dirty as the other branches of this chain. It started with non-barrier-free communication in which I had to use gestures to make it clear what my concern was. After my order was finally placed, the endless waiting began - a complete disaster. After waiting for 20 minutes, I got my order, which didn't contain the meal I ordered, but rather other, cheaper products on the menu. The food still tasted the same as any other McDonald's, so I can't complain about that.

Classic disaster. After an employee knocked over some cardboard packaging in passing so that it fell open sided onto the floor...she put them back. I was surprised and took the liberty of bringing this up. The shift manager then asked me very briefly what my problem was - the packaging had ended up in the trash, as it must have been. I explained that I saw that this was simply not true. I was then grunted at (!) and he actually threw the packaging in the trash and he said goodbye to me. The often criticized dry, old burgers can be used btw. Avoid it by ordering everything without cucumber - don't worry, as a rule, like today, this is simply ignored. But the burger is fresh. However, you can't get fresh fries here. Today's experience has finally cured me; I am now an “ex-heavy user”. At some point it's enough. After a year of regular visits, I can only agree with the rest of the reviews here. Better not to eat at night after work than there and that.

Burgers that are so dry, kept warm for ages and therefore almost hard are only available at the train station and apparently they no longer make the double cheeseburgers fresh but only prepared from the warming thing. was probably the last visit there. Pity

The MC Rösti is widely advertised at the train station. Because there is no such thing 30m away in the building. Narrow-gauge Mackes without eating facilities. A minimum point in the rating is an impudence, Google.

Gutscheine funktioniert komischerweise nie hier. Sehr frech die Chefin. Sollt man schließen.

Nicht mal einen Stern verdient. Essen nicht besonders frisch und Gutscheine werden nie akzeptiert, komischer Weise. Da sollte man nicht essen.

This McDonald's is by far one of the worst one I regularly try to get things from - Often Coupons don't work - Wait times are extremely long - they never have any sauces other than sweet and sour - and they never have any Plantbased options I am genuinely surprised this McDonald's still exists with how many things don't work/exist there And sadly this is also not helped by the staff, which are rather unfriendly and don't even try to help you They just scoff at you that they don't have what you order and then do nothing to help the situation

Laut Öffnungszeiten hat die Filiale bis um 0 Uhr auf um 23:30 nimmt man meine Bestellung nicht mehr an da keine Pommes mehr da sind sowas kann man nicht bringen würde am liebsten 0 Sterne dafür geben Vielen Dank für den nicht vorhandenen Service

Nach dem Konzert hat leider nicht mehr viel offen im Wiesbadener Hbf. Mein Zug hatte Verspätung und ich hatte Hunger. Ich habe also mal wieder nach 2 Jahren was bei McDonalds bestellt. Satt wird man hier nicht mehr. Vor allem der FiletOFish ist sehr geschrumpft, McChicken wahrscheinlich auch. Und das für stolze 9,58 € (jeweils die Burger einzeln) Geschmack war für McD ganz gut, was bestimmt daran lag das es "frisch" zubereitet wurde. Dadurch hat es sich etwas länger gedauert bis die Bestellung fertig war.

Bester McDonald’s in der Nähe. Die Sachen sind immer frisch zubereitet.

Ich finde die Mitarbeiter geben sich Mühe und lieber warte ich am Abend 3 Minuten auf meine Pommes anstatt kalte zu bekommen. Blöd, dass die Eismaschine oftmals nicht geht.

Das Personal war gut and höflich. Aber ich konnte sehen, unter wie hoch Druck McDonalds Angestellter arbeiten. Besonderes der Kassierer muss alles gleichzeitig kontrollieren während er neuen Kunden bedient. Echt schwer. Über 8 Stunden so arbeiten, bist du krank bevor du 40 wirst. Ich wünsche solche Menschen viel Kraft und Gesundheit.

Die Angestellten geben sich wirklich Mühe. Aber zu Stoßzeiten ist die Filiale einfach aufgrund der Größe gar nicht in der Lage die Kunden zeitnah abzufertigen. Man steht sich selbst am späten Abend die Beine in den Bauch wenn man etwas bestellt. Von der Atmosphäre will ich gar nicht reden. Winter, kalt, zügig, Bahnhofshalle. Da darf man nix erwarten.

McDonalds Heilbronn: Gut geführter Laden, der aber aufgrund starkem Schülerandrang und rücksichtslosen Verhalten dieser oft in ein Schlachtfeld verwandelt. Personal kommt oft nicht mit putzen hinterher. Aber nette Mitarbeiter und schnelle Bearbeitung. Weiter so

Wirklich kein schöner MCDonald. Es gibt dreckige Stehtische und teils lange Warteschlangen. Das Sortiment ist hier nur eingeschränkt verfügbar.

Ist völlig unvorbereitet bei Angeboten. Hab jetzt das dritte mal umsonst angestanden um zu hören, dass das was im Angebot ist gerade nicht da ist.

Wie halt ein MC am Bahnhof ist. Voll und auch ziemlich dreckig.

Personal und Ablauf schlecht koordiniert. Der Hammer aber ist das heute eine Mitarbeiterin einen Burger der wohl versehentlich entnommen wurde und bei den Pommes warm gehalten wurde nach 5 Minuten wieder in die normale Ausgabe zurück gelegt hat. Diese Filiale ist absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Da gibt es wesentlich besseres Fastfood am Bahnhof, vor allem mit gut geschultem und kenntnisreichen Personal

Oft sehr langsam und nicht immer alle Kassen besetzt. Service ist freundlich. Viele Burger fehlen und nimmt an zu wenigen Aktionen teil...

es war einmal besser hier. Mittlerweile sind viele hier unfreundlich geworden, und das nervt nur noch. Viele Besucher warten auf Züge aber dennoch kann man freundlicher sein so wie früher.

Konnte keine Gutscheine von der App einlösen. Ausserdem unhöflich.
