It used to be one of the better ones... the terminal doesn't work either, but a friendly, nice lady at the checkout was able to sort everything out... I have to say, a woman with a headscarf was very nice. In this day and age, that should be mentioned because it's scolded It happens all the time but most of them are nice people and I had one of those at the checkout

Typical BK, it took a relatively long time, but that was probably due to the small number of employees. The vegan chicken nuggets are better than the competition.

It tasted really good. Drive in super fast. The employee was super nice. Gladly again.

Food was ok, but not great either. The two behind the counter were completely overwhelmed. In every order, really every order, something was missing or wrong. Knowledge of German is also rather negative, it's just sad how you can represent yourself like that. In addition, the table and floors were very dirty and greasy.

URGENT MOVE TO CITY! Nobody works at this Burger King because it is so far away from people, please they need to move this restaurant to a closer location for everyone!

It was unbelievable how long we had to wait for our order even though the store wasn't full. Absolute disaster. Drive by and find something else. I've really never experienced anything like that

Very slow service, we waited 15 minutes for our food. The people behind the counter just chat instead of providing good service. Burger King in Biebrich is far better. This one is not recommended

Good burgers and nice staff, always happy!!!!

I would love to not give a star for such a bad restaurant. Whether it's the fault of the employees or the shift manager, I've never experienced such a slow B.K. Even at the last rest stop in Germany they get even faster and better burgers than this one!! And then be offended when you say that the burger was prepared incorrectly and cold. Only one person gets food because my son liked everything. And the service because the waitress with the headscarf was very friendly!!! Was it the cook or manager, k.a. but he doesn't know politeness.

Very good standard compared to other branches. Burgers were edible and looked almost like the pictures. Unfortunately only the onion rings were hot. The burgers were already a bit cold.

A Burger King like many others but unlike some others, this one made a clean impression.

This shop is simply ridiculous. After ordering, it takes 20 minutes until you can pay and there are only 3 people in the shop

Despite there being fewer visitors, we waited almost an hour for our food. The fries were tasteless and soggy, the burger was missing sauce and the vegetable patty was undercooked. The shop was very dirty and there was leftover food on the floor. Overall disappointing.

Extremely cold burgers pommed everything Staff still needs practice

A great BK. The most friendly service I have ever experienced at a BK. In the men's toilet, the water at the sink was very hot even though I turned the tap.

I'm at the drive in for the second night and the same thing again, I ordered 3 burgers and got 2 but paid for 3. Yes, it's my mistake, I didn't check it, but I still don't think it's quite ok. I generally wanted to give a minus to criticism

At Bürger King you can easily go to the toilet first. These are clean and everything you need is at the tap. The soap dispenser is attached to the wall. Recently there are also 4 ordering machines where you can order what you would like to eat. The store is clean and there are enough free seats. Unfortunately there is no possibility to change the child's diaper. There are citizens, chicken nuggets, desserts. There are also promotions that are the best. At the moment you can get 1 cheeseburger, 1 chicken nuggets burger, 0.5l drink and fries for 5.99, but you can also choose whether you want 2 nuggets burgers or 2 cheeseburgers or have a vegetarian option. There is also a drive in there. There is a Burger King on Mainzerstraße and in Biebrich. It would be nice if someone was still in town. There is also a coupon promotion.

Incredibly slow service, a portion of fries and a portion of onion rings ordered via screen, then it actually took an incredible 12 minutes. There were only two other individual customers in the store. Staff preferred talking to each other rather than serving. Apart from that, the ratio of price to portion size is a disgrace. Better leave it alone.

An extremely slow service makes the experience almost painful. And I can ensure that it isn’t something sporadic, it is like that every time you go there.

I have never been to such a poorly organized fast food place. Waited 40 minutes for the order even though there were only a few people in front of me and then forgot half of the order. The “Ready for collection” display is also not used. Absolute chaos. Never again

You can't watch the employees working. You can't beat it when it comes to slowness. One more employee wouldn't hurt. I've been waiting for 20 minutes now. The place doesn't deserve to be called a fast food restaurant. At most, you'll quickly get angry...

We were there with 4 people after a concert and absolutely understood that our order might take longer. After over an hour, when the hustle and bustle had died down, our order number suddenly disappeared on the display... when I asked politely where our order would be, I was put off by saying that it would finally be prepared... then another 20 minutes passed until we received our food I really understand longer waiting times, but I don't understand being lied to. It is almost impossible for a paid order to be thrown out of the system, and instead of giving the customer a sincere apology, other customers are served first, and a 0.5 bottle of water was given as “compensation”. Thanks for that.

Shortly after 11 p.m. in front of the closed door and this has happened several times. The opening times here depend on your mood! I don't think it's okay if Google says it's still open. Then adjust your opening times here too.

Die Mitarbeiter erscheinen als die langsamsten Menschen der Welt. Es fühlt sich an, als ob man ein Video in 0,5-facher Geschwindigkeit betrachtet. Ich habe 2 Chili Cheeseburger zum Mitnehmen bestellt und musste 20 Minuten warten - das lässt bezüglich Fast Food zu wünschen übrig.

Warteschlange gefühlte 100 Meter lang. Eine augenscheinlich unheschulte Kassiererin an der Kasse die weder deutsch noch etwas anderes versteht. Die restlichen 5 oder 6 Mitarbeiter rennen in der Küche umher wie aufgeschreckte Hühner. Ich stehe 15 min in der Schlange obwohl nur 3 Leute vor mir sind. Es ist unglaublich das der Laden noch wirtschaftet und noch unglaublicher ist es das Menschen hier kaufen. Nie wieder

IMMER nur 1 Kasse frei, man wartet ne Viertelstunde obwohl nur eine Person vor einem ist

Angenehm sauber, nicht zu voll, Essen top und das Personal freundlich. Hab mich ganz wohl gefühlt, komme gerne wieder. Gutscheine werden akzeptiert.

Das Essen ist einfach super, die Mitarbeiter und sogar der Filialleiter, die tun richtig harten Job. Ein Gast Zufriedenheit geben, ist ein harte Job. Man müsste halt dafür verstehen. Einfach Daumen hoch. Mach weiter so

Es ist ein Irrglaube, sollt man glauben, dass die Qualität bei Burger King überall gleich ist. Ein fataler Irrtum! Die Qualitätsunterschiede sind eklatant. Also für jene, die überhaupt versuchen in solchen Speiselokalen nach Qualität zu suchen. Der Burger King in Tulln (Österreich) nur als Beispiel ist zum Beispiel unerwarteterweise von hoher Qualität. Erstaunlich! Und zwar die Speisen die Reinlichkeit und die Höflichkeit des Personals betreffend. In diesem Lokal in Wiesbaden fehlt das alles. Kleine Korrektur, unhöflich war die Dame nicht. Aber sonst wird der vergeblich Qualitätssuchende wird in diesem Lokal seine Bestätigung finden

Toiletten unter aller Kanone, keine Behindertentoilette und dann als Mann noch das Treppenhaus hoch! Das Essen habe ich auch schon deutlich abgenehmer empfunden ... irgendwie ist es insgesamt etwas bäh.

Schlechter service, burger haben gefehlt

Warum gibt es hier keine Automaten??? Hätte das bestellen einfacher gemacht und warum ist die Herrentoilette oben ??? Zumindest der Burger war warm und frisch und die Pommes knusprig , ist ja auch schon selten , muss man mal loben !

Waren gestern Abend nach dem Fußball dort und es war eine Zumutung. Der Angestellte hinter der Kasse war völlig überfordert, es wurden ständig Sachen falsch ausgegeben und wir haben fast 45 Minuten gewartet. Anstatt den Drive In zu schließen und eine zweite Kasse zu öffnen hat der Mitarbeiter vom Drive In permanent die Burger abgegraben sodass es noch länger gedauert hat. Die Krönung war dann dass uns dieser Mensch dann pünktlich um Mitternacht rausgeworfen hat und meinte er werfe uns nicht hinaus sondern sage uns nur dass wir gehen sollen was in etwa das gleiche ist. Die letzten fünf Leute in der Schlange, die noch länger als wir gewartet haben überhaupt nichts mehr zu essen bekommen. Wir mussten bei Temperaturen um die 10 Grad draußen essen. Das Personal war also extrem unfreundlich und auch die Toilette war unter aller Kanone. Ein richtiger Saftladen, den ich garantiert nie wieder besuchen werde auch wenn das Essen okay war

Unglaublich langsame Bedienung. 25 Minuten bis zum Erhalt der Bestellung bei einem nicht vollen Restaurant ist schon eine Kunst. Dann noch die falsche Bestellung überreichen und bei Reklamation nur mit den Schulter zucken. Vielen Dank, aber das war der letzte Besuch 😂

Ich verstehe die schlechten Bewertungen nicht. Super liebes freundliches Personal und man bekommt sogar Wünsche erfüllt die es so gar nicht gibt. Ich habe driemal an verschiedenen Tagen Pommes ohne Salz bestellt und diese bekommen. Das war wirklich super für meine einjährige. Heute hatte ich bei einer Bestellung vergessen den Käse abzubestellen. Habe es noch nachträglich gesagt und es wurde gemacht. Ich btw. wir sind absolut zufrieden mit dem Burger King.

Coupon 170 LongChicken+CrispyChicken 2x 5€Burger für 6€ ist ein guter Deal, mag aber CrispyChicken nicht und wollte ChickenNuggetBurger stattdessen, ein 2€ Burger... Geht natürlich nicht. Ich versteh, dass das Abrechnungstechnische Gründe hat, aber sowas sollte doch bei der Couponerstellung bedacht sein. Soll ich nun durch den BK schreien ob jemand ein CrispyChicken für 2€ möchte? Bin dann zu McDonald's gegangen.

Seit neuestem ist die Hygiene vernachlässigt... Leider. Nett ist es und natürlich lecker, müsste aber sauberer werden 🙏🏼

Burger King mit bekannter guter Qualität. Vegetarisch einfach aktuell nicht zu schlagen.

Nach der Renovierung recht schön geworden. Freundliche Mitarbeiter und gute Burger und leckere Pommes. Zweimal im Jahr muss das sein.

Lange Wartezeiten. Allgemeiner Zustand ungepflegt und verschmutzt.

Gute durchschnittlicher BK, mit sehr sorgsamen und freundlichem Personal, welches die Bestellung auch wirklich noch mal prüft bevor sie diese raus gibt. War positiv überrascht. Das essen war auch super!

Es ist schön da und es hat geschmeckt wie immer 🫡

Dank 2 legendären leckeren Big Kings bin ich einfach mächtiger geworden!!!

War ganz in Ordnung. Die vegetarische Menüs waren schmackhaft. Insgesamt war die Preis-Leistung ganz passabel.

Also, man durfte gute 15 min. warten bis man zum bestellen kam. Das Inventar war sehr stark minimalistisch und "modern" gehalten, wobei jegliches "moderne" wie bspw. Bestellterminals oder diese Make-your-own-Coke Automaten nicht da waren also eher stark altmodisch. Das Essen hat nach kürzester Zeit Magenkrämpfe bei mir und meiner Partnerin ausgelöst, frag würdig ob sich die Hygiene Zustände sich echt gebessert haben.

Am Autoschalter wird man sehr zügig abgefertigt

I’d love to give more stars because most of the staff are super friendly and helpful but the restaurant itself is a dump and the toilets are even worse. That’s certainly not helped by the construction 🚧 work going on at the time of my visit.. maybe it’s better to close for the duration of the building works? It’s certainly not a good impression for the customers..
