It was so cold in this branch, estimated at most 15 degrees, that we had outside temperatures of 4 degrees would rather have eaten in the car with the engine running (I know you don't normally do that). Food was lukewarm Service slow

I would prefer to give ZERO stars. But this is not possible. The employees were completely overwhelmed with the orders. We waited forever and the food was ice cold. The toilets were so dirty that they hadn't been cleaned for several weeks. That was the first and last time I was there. It's best to send the health department over. Just bad...!!!

Open until 1:00: I'm in the drive-thru at 12:30, no one answers. I get out, knock on the window, guy comes, stares at me, leaves again without saying anything. If you're not up by 1:00, don't write this! What's that supposed to mean???

How can you really forget a part of the order EVERY TIME?

I was there 6 months ago and was disappointed with the poor service. Then last Sunday evening I thought to try it again. I would have preferred to stay at home. Now I ordered a Danish King with a coupon for 2.99. After 15 minutes I carefully asked and I took my burger to the car and realized it was a normal hamburger back in and the employee then gave me another one and apologized. Opened up a chicken burger in the car and I didn't feel like it anymore. The restaurant is only run by staff who hardly speak German. The gentleman at the cash register has to look at the receipt 10 times to give the correct feedback. The people in the kitchen don't know what they're putting on the burgers and are frustrated themselves because everyone has to complain. In short, full for the ar... I paid a coupon for free for something I didn't want. All in all I waited 25 minutes for nothing but that was the last time sry, really bad shop ps the lady in the kitchen carried the raw meat pettis around the kitchen with 2 fingers

We waited a long time for our food, everything came little by little. It was cold and the chicken burgers were burnt. The tables were clean, but it was very cold inside.

Absolutely NO recommendation: A completely overwhelmed employee couldn't keep up with the few orders (with us there were 4) and even touched the food that she threw into the deep fryer with her bare fingers. She initially didn't comply with the request to inform the shift manager, but when we were able to talk to him he showed no understanding and it was only after a while that we got our money back. In this branch, hygiene standards are just as important as efficiency and friendliness.

WiFi was too slow to open BK app. Coupon 170 LongChicken+CrispyChicken 2x 5€burgers for 6€ is a good deal, but I don't like CrispyChicken and wanted ChickenNuggetBurger instead, a 2€ burger... Of course it doesn't work. I understand that there are billing reasons, but something like this should be taken into account when creating the coupon. Should I now shout through the BK if someone wants a CrispyChicken for €2? Then I went to McDonald's.

Probably one of the worst Burger King branches in Germany. The restaurant was very cool (17°), there was hardly any activity and the removal carts were overflowing with garbage, Table dirty and the staff, probably bored, behind the counter... The order for three people was ready for collection after twenty minutes but was not complete. Out of 8 dips, 5 were missing. Instead of 15 wings there were only 14. One burger was cold, another was missing the extra bacon and the strawberry shake only had the tasteless basic substance. The complaints about the items listed were answered with a shrug of the shoulders and the statement “everything was ok”. A chicken wing was found in the frying pan and was delivered later... Without words.

Very bad service, cashier put tray with burgers on the counter 20 minutes they lay there served 5 other customers made a mess and chaos the burgers were ice cold then I said I wouldn't take them she got cheeky and said they could have got their burgers even though they were half I was missing, I said they didn't call my number and all I got was the cheeky answer. This Burger King should first have staff schools and there's a lot of rush more staff have no idea who the person in charge is but today everyone was there Except for the lady at the drive in who was very unfriendly, people waited up to 45 minutes for their food, which was either cold or put together incorrectly. Tray returned so full that nothing worked, tables dirty.

Got cold extra long chilli cheeseburgers and the cheese wasn't even melted and very little sauce. Although freshly prepared. Here we don't work according to the rules.

A mediocre burger shop with average burgers as well as friendly employees. I had a double cheeseburger there and it tasted medium so it didn't really taste good. It was quite dry and wasn't that good. It is also a bit more expensive in terms of price.

They spruced up the ambience. I think the self-service machines are good because you can look and order in peace.

Incredibly slow service but the burgers were fresh. The approach is relatively complicated from the highway and the entrance can easily be confused with the P+R entrance, but there are enough parking spaces there. The terminals were broken, which the staff can't do anything about, but being left standing in front of the counter for 10 minutes and ignored doesn't make this situation any better. If you're not in a hurry and want fresh burgers, this is a good place to go.

NEVER AGAIN!!! My husband, my little son and I have been battling food poisoning for 2 days!!! Since we ate the burger, a few hours later we started having nausea, vomiting and diarrhea that lasted the whole night. I've never felt so bad! I wonder how this can happen! I have to report this!

The food was great. Juicy Burgers and soft bread. That said, besides our waiting time being longer than usual for 3 Burgers, chili cheese fries and a drink, the workers there seemed pretty unmotivated and slow. Ok, it's a job at a fast food restaurant and long hours during summer can hit you hard. No hate here. But I asked to scan my payback card and the lady behind the counter ( who barely spoke German) didn't even know how to operate the scanner? The scanner even hit our face but not the card? You could sense the lack of motivation from all workers as they prepared our food at a painfully slow pace. We were the only people at the drive through and waited something like 12 minutes and the line behind us piled up. Our chili cheese sauce was almost cold too. I'd order at another branch but I wouldn't come back here.

It used to be one of the better ones... the terminal doesn't work either, but a friendly, nice lady at the checkout was able to sort everything out... I have to say, a woman with a headscarf was very nice. At Bürger King you can easily go to the toilet first. These are clean and everything you need is at the tap. The soap dispenser is attached to the wall. Recently there are also 4 ordering machines where you can order what you would like to eat. The store is clean and there are enough free seats. Unfortunately there is no possibility to change the child's diaper. There are citizens, chicken nuggets, desserts. There are also promotions that are the best. At the moment you can get 1 cheeseburger, 1 chicken nuggets burger, 0.5l drink and fries for 5.99, but you can also choose whether you want 2 nuggets burgers or 2 cheeseburgers or have a vegetarian option. There is also a drive in there. There is a Burger King on Mainzerstraße and in Biebrich. It would be nice if someone was still in town. There is also a coupon promotion.

Incredibly slow service, a portion of fries and a portion of onion rings ordered via screen, then it actually took an incredible 12 minutes. There were only two other individual customers in the store. Staff preferred talking to each other rather than serving. Apart from that, the ratio of price to portion size is a disgrace. Better leave it alone.

We were there with 4 people after a concert and absolutely understood that our order might take longer. After over an hour, when the hustle and bustle had died down, our order number suddenly disappeared on the display... when I asked politely where our order would be, I was put off by saying that it would finally be prepared... then another 20 minutes passed until we received our food I really understand longer waiting times, but I don't understand being lied to. It is almost impossible for a paid order to be thrown out of the system, and instead of giving the customer a sincere apology, other customers are served first, and a 0.5 bottle of water was given as “compensation”. Thanks for that.

Die Mitarbeiter erscheinen als die langsamsten Menschen der Welt. Es fühlt sich an, als ob man ein Video in 0,5-facher Geschwindigkeit betrachtet. Ich habe 2 Chili Cheeseburger zum Mitnehmen bestellt und musste 20 Minuten warten - das lässt bezüglich Fast Food zu wünschen übrig.

Warteschlange gefühlte 100 Meter lang. Eine augenscheinlich unheschulte Kassiererin an der Kasse die weder deutsch noch etwas anderes versteht. Die restlichen 5 oder 6 Mitarbeiter rennen in der Küche umher wie aufgeschreckte Hühner. Ich stehe 15 min in der Schlange obwohl nur 3 Leute vor mir sind. Es ist unglaublich das der Laden noch wirtschaftet und noch unglaublicher ist es das Menschen hier kaufen. Nie wieder

Es ist ein Irrglaube, sollt man glauben, dass die Qualität bei Burger King überall gleich ist. Ein fataler Irrtum! Die Qualitätsunterschiede sind eklatant. Also für jene, die überhaupt versuchen in solchen Speiselokalen nach Qualität zu suchen. Der Burger King in Tulln (Österreich) nur als Beispiel ist zum Beispiel unerwarteterweise von hoher Qualität. Erstaunlich! Und zwar die Speisen die Reinlichkeit und die Höflichkeit des Personals betreffend. In diesem Lokal in Wiesbaden fehlt das alles. Kleine Korrektur, unhöflich war die Dame nicht. Aber sonst wird der vergeblich Qualitätssuchende wird in diesem Lokal seine Bestätigung finden

Toiletten unter aller Kanone, keine Behindertentoilette und dann als Mann noch das Treppenhaus hoch! Das Essen habe ich auch schon deutlich abgenehmer empfunden ... irgendwie ist es insgesamt etwas bäh.

Schlechter service, burger haben gefehlt

Warum gibt es hier keine Automaten??? Hätte das bestellen einfacher gemacht und warum ist die Herrentoilette oben ??? Zumindest der Burger war warm und frisch und die Pommes knusprig , ist ja auch schon selten , muss man mal loben !

Unter Kundenfreundlichkeit und Serviceverhalten verstehe ich definitiv was anderes! Gestern (Mittwoch) sind wir gegen 23:30 im Burger King Wiesbaden (Mainzer Straße) aufgeschlagen und wollten uns noch etwas zum Essen holen. Der Laden war bereits gut gefüllt, da einige Zuschauer nach dem Fussballspiel des SV Wehen Wiesbaden (Abendspiel) dort aufgeschlagen sind. Nach circa 20-25 Minuten Wartezeit (um 23:55) wurde den letzten 5 Personen die noch etwas bestellen wollten (uns eingeschlossen) die Bestellung untersagt, mit der Begründung, dass die Mitarbeiter gleich Feierabend haben. Den Feierabend anderer Mitmenschen respektiere ich, jedoch nicht der Umgang, dass man uns so lange warten lässt, um uns dann kurz vor knapp zu sagen, dass wir jetzt nichts mehr bestellen können. Ich denke wir haben alle Verständnis, dass Menschen irgendwann Feierabend machen wollen, aber es hätte uns definitiv ausgereicht, wenn uns zumindestens irgendeine Kleinigkeit angeboten worden wäre, welche keinen Aufwand in Anspruch nimmt. Auch wenn man den Laden bereits um 23:30 abgeschlossen hätte, damit keine neuen Kunden mehr reinkommen, weil es eben schon recht voll war, hätte man akzeptieren können, aber nicht dass man Kunden so lange warten lässt, um diese dann mit leeren Händen und hungrig rausgehen zu lassen. Das zeigt für mich einfach mal wieder warum McDonalds doch die Nr. 1 ist. Dieser Service hat aus meiner Sicht nicht mal einen Stern verdient!
