All toilets dirty and without toilet paper. Hygiene bad. The shop looks unclean.

I ate at this Burger King branch, but unfortunately I wasn't satisfied. Unfortunately, the burgers were cold and had hardly any taste, and the fries weren't fresh either. The staff tried hard, but were a bit overwhelmed and communication was difficult as hardly any German was spoken. I hope the service and quality will improve in the future.

I'm so shocked by this store that I'm at a loss for words. I'd rather not do it again.

The best thing that ever happened to me at a burger place. I wanted to eat outside, but the door was stuck. I dropped my drink on the floor and some of it spilled. As I sat outside, an employee came and brought me a new drink (unprompted). Sensationally thoughtful for a fast-food restaurant... 3 thumbs up!!!!!! :-)))

So seriously? It's a disgrace to Burger King's image!!! The people who work there are actually far from being able to demand an hourly wage of €12.82. €10 is probably the maximum! You order at the terminal and pay directly. The guy with Babish hair just has to pack up. But he doesn't get it! Some things were wrong in the bag or even not in there at all. I'm really sorry that a franchise company has to suffer this. Be sure to check your to go orders. Trust is good, control is better!

Very good Burger King branch. Many branches vary greatly in quality. For example, the branch on Äppelallee WI is not good. Too little sauce and it looks unfresh. This is not the case here on Mainzer Straße, everything is fine.

Under no circumstances should you eat there, they are so unhygienic, me and my husband ate there two days ago and yesterday we were in the hospital with food poisoning, under no circumstances should you go there.

So if you like cold burgers and fries, this is the place for you. First we waited forever and then, even though we ordered them with special requests so that we could have warm burgers, they were cold. And some of the extras were still missing. If there had been a huge crowd, one could have understood that, but another table was occupied with us. It doesn't work at all. Conclusion: we won't go there anymore. But the crowning glory came at home. We had ordered chili cheese nuggets to take away and unfortunately we didn't check them on site 😡 instead of chili cheese we received chicken nuggets. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 Absolutely incompetent staff who can't even prepare the order without errors in an almost empty restaurant. I'd rather go to McDonalds again because I have warm burgers, there's not such a margin of error and on top of that it's even cheaper and much tastier. I can only agree with all the bad reviews. Next time I'll read this again before I enter a fast food restaurant.

At a fast-food restaurant, you wait 30-45 minutes for a single burger. Many customers were very annoyed. Some employees stood around like counterfeit money... it's unacceptable! Please change staff or train them properly.

Absolute madness. I still understand that there was still chaos after the carnival parade (all the carts with old tablets were overcrowded and there were also finished tablets lying around on tables), but the fact that you have to wait 35 minutes after ordering for two menus, even though there were only about 10-15 customers there, is really a new dimension that I have experienced in a “fast” food chain. All in all, the two of us spent 65 minutes with two menus... NEVER this shop!!

Burgers cold, no cucumber despite special order, aren't they made fresh? Ordered and paid for cookie dough ice cream with caramel sauce, at the counter it said that they didn't have cookies, I chose Oreos and only got caramel sauce when I asked because it wasn't included with Oreos... We were greeted at the checkout by an employee (with an Arab migration background/approx. 40 years old, unkempt) in such an unfriendly, provocative and disrespectful manner that we felt very uncomfortable and attacked and left the restaurant immediately. How can you really forget a part of the order EVERY TIME?

I was there 6 months ago and was disappointed with the poor service. Then last Sunday evening I thought to try it again. I would have preferred to stay at home. Now I ordered a Danish King with a coupon for 2.99. After 15 minutes I carefully asked and I took my burger to the car and realized it was a normal hamburger back in and the employee then gave me another one and apologized. Opened up a chicken burger in the car and I didn't feel like it anymore. The restaurant is only run by staff who hardly speak German. The gentleman at the cash register has to look at the receipt 10 times to give the correct feedback. The people in the kitchen don't know what they're putting on the burgers and are frustrated themselves because everyone has to complain. In short, full for the ar... I paid a coupon for free for something I didn't want. All in all I waited 25 minutes for nothing but that was the last time sry, really bad shop ps the lady in the kitchen carried the raw meat pettis around the kitchen with 2 fingers

Absolutely NO recommendation: A completely overwhelmed employee couldn't keep up with the few orders (with us there were 4) and even touched the food that she threw into the deep fryer with her bare fingers. She initially didn't comply with the request to inform the shift manager, but when we were able to talk to him he showed no understanding and it was only after a while that we got our money back. In this branch, hygiene standards are just as important as efficiency and friendliness.

WiFi was too slow to open BK app. Coupon 170 LongChicken+CrispyChicken 2x 5€burgers for 6€ is a good deal, but I don't like CrispyChicken and wanted ChickenNuggetBurger instead, a 2€ burger... Of course it doesn't work. I understand that there are billing reasons, but something like this should be taken into account when creating the coupon. Should I now shout through the BK if someone wants a CrispyChicken for €2? Then I went to McDonald's.

The restaurant was very cool (17°), there was hardly any activity and the removal carts were overflowing with garbage, Table dirty and the staff, probably bored, behind the counter... The order for three people was ready for collection after twenty minutes but was not complete. Out of 8 dips, 5 were missing. Instead of 15 wings there were only 14. One burger was cold, another was missing the extra bacon and the strawberry shake only had the tasteless basic substance. The complaints about the items listed were answered with a shrug of the shoulders and the statement “everything was ok”. A chicken wing was found in the frying pan and was delivered later... Without words.

This Burger King should first have staff schools and there's a lot of rush more staff have no idea who the person in charge is but today everyone was there Except for the lady at the drive in who was very unfriendly, people waited up to 45 minutes for their food, which was either cold or put together incorrectly. Tray returned so full that nothing worked, tables dirty.

Got cold extra long chilli cheeseburgers and the cheese wasn't even melted and very little sauce. Although freshly prepared. Here we don't work according to the rules.

A mediocre burger shop with average burgers as well as friendly employees. I had a double cheeseburger there and it tasted medium so it didn't really taste good. It was quite dry and wasn't that good. It is also a bit more expensive in terms of price.

They spruced up the ambience. I think the self-service machines are good because you can look and order in peace.

Incredibly slow service but the burgers were fresh. The approach is relatively complicated from the highway and the entrance can easily be confused with the P+R entrance, but there are enough parking spaces there. The terminals were broken, which the staff can't do anything about, but being left standing in front of the counter for 10 minutes and ignored doesn't make this situation any better. If you're not in a hurry and want fresh burgers, this is a good place to go.

Clean place with the usual delicious burgers. In my opinion, the larger menus with Whopper and fries with chili sauce are recommended.

The food was great. Juicy Burgers and soft bread. That said, besides our waiting time being longer than usual for 3 Burgers, chili cheese fries and a drink, the workers there seemed pretty unmotivated and slow. Ok, it's a job at a fast food restaurant and long hours during summer can hit you hard. No hate here. But I asked to scan my payback card and the lady behind the counter ( who barely spoke German) didn't even know how to operate the scanner? The scanner even hit our face but not the card? You could sense the lack of motivation from all workers as they prepared our food at a painfully slow pace. We were the only people at the drive through and waited something like 12 minutes and the line behind us piled up. Our chili cheese sauce was almost cold too. I'd order at another branch but I wouldn't come back here.

Very good standard compared to other branches. Burgers were edible and looked almost like the pictures. Unfortunately only the onion rings were hot. The burgers were already a bit cold.
