Don't bother coming here if you actually want your order to be correct :/ last THREE times we came it's been very VERY wrong.

Just another McDonalds… It tastes strange there and only special people work there...

Nobody cares about opening times at the door. Instead of 7 they don't open until 8?

Compared to locations in the states, this one produces much better quality, food is consistently crispy. My go to location when I'm craving mcdonalds and they come through everytime. Wait times can vary based on how busy they are but I've never waited for longer than was understandable. Out of the 20+ times I've visited, my order has only been wrong once so shout out to the team working here. Only dined in once due to the high volume of customers producing a loud environment inside.

Was there for the second time. Cola warm and stale like the first time. Burger not warm as it should generally be. They'll never see my money or me again. It's a shame on my way to work

Food was fresh and hot. Unfortunately the tables were unclean.

We order from this McDonald's very often and the order is often complete. Some employees are very polite. Others, however, throw the cakes (that were ordered) very heartlessly into the packaging, I assume because they are no longer in good contact or something similar. In addition, on the way back from placing the order to the store, people played with their hair. But otherwise a great shop that has gone down a bit.

Noticed that one of the Burger guys wasn't hygienic, didn't wash his hands after scratching himself. And on other accounts I have ordered Double Cheese Burgers and the employee just took an old Cheese Burger off the rack and added a Patty to make it a double. And last but not least, my orders are often wrong. They also don't adhere to shelf life of the burgers. Be sure to check your orders throughly before leaving!

We ordered from MC's on a relaxed Sunday. The delivery route was 400 meters to us. The entire meal was completely cold and all of the 7 sauces were missing. When I asked McDonald's where I called to waste my time, I was told that there was nothing they could do about it, and now be careful, a new employee has probably handled it. Our entire order was worth €67 and something like that is then processed by a new employee??!!! Cruel handling in the service and complete incompetence from the shift manager, who also spoke very bad German. Quality worse than average McDonalds order often wrong

I've been here at McDonald's quite often and have never had any problems. Now that I was there I had to wait 75 minutes for my food. That's not all. I had to specifically ask where the food was, but I got the answer that we supposedly already got the order but someone else took it with them. But after we got our food, sauces and a burger were missing and instead of a double chocolate bag we got a normal apple bag.

Very well attended and the team tries to process things quickly, which is not always possible as it gets very busy.

Food OK. Hygiene not so much. Tables usually not clean. Waiting time was okay. A bit too long for a fast food restaurant.

The order was delayed and the number shown on the display disappeared after a few minutes, so the order was lost. After being spoken to, people reacted impatiently, so the burgers were prepared without gloves. Friendliness also leaves a lot to be desired.

I ordered food from Mc Drive today. Half were Plant Base products. The conditions in the Mc Drive were very friendly but they didn't point out a menu when I ordered several individual products. Since the meal was taking time, I was supposed to pull into a parking lot. During this time I went to the toilet briefly. Many tables in the restaurant were full of trays and packaging waste. The toilets weren't really clean either. After about 5 minutes the order was ready. I was looking forward to fresh produce. When I arrived home about 4 minutes later, I was proven wrong. The Tomato Plant Base Burger was rock hard. The cheese was already stuck to the packaging and was hard. I had to throw the Plant Base Nuggets in the trash. They were so hard that the breading crumbled when I took them out of the package. The Dobble Chilli Cheese Burger was also old. Not that you can say that the cheese is nicely melted like you sometimes like, NO the rolls were so hard that you couldn't bite into them. The lattice fries were cold and rather tough to bite. The cheese wedges were the only product that was really fresh and still warm. All in all, it was so disappointing that I will probably never visit this branch again. I will continue to avoid McDonald's in the future and try other fast food chains instead. I'm super disappointed.

It's simply unbelievable that we stand there for 15 minutes at the drive, then at the micro where we order we stand for another 10 minutes, then someone annoyed just drives away in front of us. This means they can't cancel the checkout, but they simply add our order to the other one. When we complained we received rude and rude answers from the manager. I have rarely experienced something so outrageous as a customer. Never again this disgusting McDonald's.

It's downright fascinating how a system gastronomic meal, which should actually be the same everywhere, can be so messed up. The quality of the food gets worse over time. Due to inflation, the burgers also seem to be shrinking (see photos). What was once great decades ago is something we want to avoid today if possible. The oil used to be changed more often and the fries were light and tasty.

Orders wrong every time. Reorders will not be accepted. When you order an apple turnover using the points, they simply tear off the piece of paper in front of you that says how long it can still be sold. Apple turnovers are always old and cold. Delivery service takes over 1.5 hours despite the distance being less than one km!! Employees are totally inept, coupons that are still valid are simply not accepted.

After you have ordered and are looking forward to the food, you only receive a cancellation via SMS after 2 hours. So service is apparently only written in small print here. And according to all the reviews, it seems to be a major problem that has not yet been found a solution. We were given completely wrong food and not enough. They didn't want to give us the rest and then paid too much. Next point: wanted a McToast cheese and then got a wrap and then one with bacon (we are vegetarians). Iced tea was sour and not drinkable.

Went there today and ordered the double pack menu with 2 burgers, 1x large fries and a large cola. I only got 1 burger, a small fries & the large cola. The fries were hard and probably left over from the previous day and served just as they tasted. It wasn't worth the money this time.

An employee at risk with a terrorist background who also pretends to be a managing director expelled two customers who had just ordered and overpriced dinner outside while charging their cell phones using threatening, extremist measures for no reason. And thought about the typical tables with benches and chairs. The staff was very polite and helpful. Despite the fact that almost all tables were occupied, it was still quite clean.
