Ist bei euch jemand neues im Team, der/die ein Problem mit Hähnchen hat? 😂😅 Alle Bestellungen waren sonst immer top, vielleicht mal Dips vergessen, passiert, aber heute musste ich bisschen lachen: Normale Nuggets bestellt - diese Ersatzprodukt Nuggets bekommen, okay geht schon haha aber halt auch knallhart keinen Chickenburger, sondern nen Double Chili Cheese, bitte wieder mehr drauf achten 😂🙏🏼

Uber 10 Mun auf Essen gewartet und dann noch unfreundlich von der Schichtleitung angenörgelt worden. Es wäre sehr viel los, naja bei 4 Orders auf dem Screen kann man schon arg in Stress kommen. Schickt diese Schläfercrew mal zum Mäckes am Flughafen, damit die Mal sehen was Stress ist. Alles in allem sehr unprofessionell.

1-Stern-Bewertung für McDonald’s: „Mein Sohn war heute bei McDonald’s und wollte einen Coupon einlösen. Der Coupon hat aber nicht funktioniert, trotzdem musste er das Essen bezahlen – sogar von seinem eigenen Geld. Danach wollte er die Bestellung eigentlich gar nicht mehr, weil er dachte, der Coupon würde gelten. Leider wurde ihm dabei nicht wirklich geholfen. Sehr enttäuschender Service und unfair gegenüber Kindern/Jugendlichen. So sollte man mit Kunden nicht umgehen.“

Hole hier gerne zur Mittagspause hin und wieder mal was zu essen. Bin hauptsächlich im Drive in. Essen war bis jetzt immer heiß, so wie es eben sein soll. Burger, Nuggets, Pommes, usw. waren bisher immer top. Habe selten lange Wartezeiten, was aber auch Tageszeitabhängig sein kann, sowie was und wie viel die Kunden vor einem bestellen.

Leider gar nicht zu empfehlen. Wenige richtige Tische zum hinsetzten. Vieles aus dem bekannten Standard Portfolio der bekannten Kette ist nicht verfügbar. Toilettenhygiene lässt auch zu wünschen über. Personal überfordert mit Lieferungen an den Tisch und generell dem Bestellsystem.

Ich muss leider sagen, dass ich schon mehrfach nicht richtig zufrieden war. Leider war mehrfach der Tisch schmutzig, obwohl augenscheinlich kaum Gäste da waren. Aber natürlich kann ich nicht beurteilen, ob es zuvor vielleicht doch voller war. Allerdings muss ich sagen, das ich schon zweimal einen fast schon kalten Burger bekommen habe. Natürlich nicht richtig kalt, aber weit von heiß oder zumindest gut warm entfernt. Der Umtausch war dann kein Problem, ist aber unnötige Zeit die vergeht. Zum Ambiente muss ich sagen, ich persönlich, finde diese langen, ich nenne sie mal "Bar Tische" sehr unvorteilhaft. Zum einen fühle ich mich dort sehr "präsentiert", zum anderen sind sie sehr eng und unbequem. Natürlich verstehe ich, dass hier versucht wird, auf kleinem Raum so viele Sitzplätze wie möglich zu schaffen, aber schön finde ich das nicht. Zumal die Stühle, wahrscheinlich aus Sicherheitsgründen, fest im Boden verschraubt sind, man sich also nicht mal etwas mehr Platz schaffen kann. Nach all der Kritik, möchte ich aber sagen, dass die Mitarbeiter bisher immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit waren.

Die Qualität des Essens schwankt. Vor Ort ist die Wartezeit an manchen Tagen recht hoch. Zusätzlich habe ich bisher 2x online (Lieferando) bestellt, beide Male eine Katastrophe. Bei einem Mal wurde meine Bestellung nicht bearbeitet und nach fast zwei Stunden warten storniert. Beim anderen Mal kam das Essen lauwarm/kalt an und im HappyMeal war keine Kinderüberraschung, was für Kindertränen gesorgt hat. Online bestellen werde ich dort nicht mehr.

Wir haben online bestellt die Bestellung kam ohne Spielzeug und Burger an zu dem haben wir die falschen Nuggets erhalten. Als ich anrief um nachzufragen sagte man ich bekomme das beim nächsten Mal. Als ich erklärte das alles bezahlt ist und er ja nicht weiß wer ich bin und so Versprechungen (beim nächsten Mal) nicht machen kann. Wurde der auch noch unfreundlich. Irgendwann sagte er das er jemand schickt …. Ich fragte wie sein Name ist damit ich mich darauf berufen kann sagte er. Nein ich sagen Nix mein Name. Ich lass das mal so stehen. Nie wieder!

I ordered a vegan wrap to go, and when I got home, I discovered it had chicken in it. Next time, I pointed it out so they could check. I waited 20 minutes at the drive-thru. The wrap arrived, I looked in the car: more meat. I took it back, they made a new one, but then, surprise: more meat. I complained again, and a total of 40 minutes later, I finally got my hastily prepared vegan wrap (vegan nuggets with sauce, nothing else). Everything else in the order was also missing. The curly fries, the sauces, the chicken burger I ordered wasn't even flat... This McDonald's is really not recommended; they're all completely overwhelmed, both at the counter and in the kitchen. Their German skills are also very poor, making it impossible to communicate at the counter.

I just got double chili cheese and unsalted fries, and they were missing a little ketchup, which is always included, or mayonnaise. I went back in, and the annoyed dark-haired woman with a ponytail and glasses was in a bad mood and wouldn't listen to any questions. I pre-ordered online and sent my son. I paid for the complete meal, but only received the burger and salad, even though curly fries were also ordered. However, I did receive the sour cream. The server was very rude and completely clueless about the app! We live just a few streets away, and all three meals were completely cold; I could have bought them from the refrigerated section at Penny's. Thumbs down from me. Over 30 euros for such inedible food is unacceptable. If it were possible, we'd give it one star.

I've experienced the same problem several times now: When I order a McCafé to drink in-store, I don't expect a drink in a paper cup straight from the vending machine. Why pay extra if the coffee isn't freshly prepared on a portafilter machine and served properly? Vending machine coffee tastes significantly worse, and the "café experience" is completely lost. Additionally, extras like sugar or individual requests are ignored every time. This is disappointing and has nothing to do with the advertised McCafé standard. Conclusion: If you pay for McCafé quality, you should get it – freshly prepared, served correctly, and with attention to your order.

I'm very disappointed with my last visit to the drive-thru on Wiesbaden's Dotzheimer Straße. I ordered two Royal TS meals, one McSmart meal with McChicken, and a 9-piece nugget. However, I only received one Royal Hamburger, three fries, one 9-piece nugget without sauce, and a cheeseburger—a completely wrong order. Added to that, I had a long wait at the drive-thru. Since another car was already pushing behind me, I had no chance to check the order. When I got home, I realized the mistake and immediately tried to call. But no one answered the phone—in fact, they immediately hung up. Unfortunately, it happens again and again that something is missing or delivered incorrectly. Even if it's the beginning of the month and lots of people want to eat there, a company like McDonald's should be better prepared and deliver orders reliably and in full. Very bad experience—for me, it was the last time I went there.

So, unfortunately, I have to leave my review here. Everything's fine at breakfast in the morning, and I'm happy with that, but at lunchtime and especially in the evening, it's a complete disaster. You sometimes have to drive for 25 to 30 minutes to get to the food counter, and then, to top it all off, something's missing and you have to complain. Unfortunately, you notice how disorganized everything is. I think that's a real shame.

The strawberry shake was very runny and not mixed with ice as usual. It tasted like strawberry jam on its own. After politely asking if there was something wrong with the machine, I was told that it was the same with them. The shake was returned, but there was no refund. Unbelievable. Never again on Dotzheimer Straße; luckily there are other branches in Wiesbaden.

The worst McDonald's in the world. Extremely long wait times, incompetent staff. If you order a sandwich without cheese or onions, it arrives unchanged. The fries are disgusting and become rock-hard. This kind of place deserves an inspection and closure.

We were there today. After my order arrived 20 minutes later, but my partner's didn't, we asked when it would be ready. Nobody had any idea, and even then, it took another 15 minutes for the food to be ready! Then I also got the wrong burger and the fries weren't fresh. Mistakes happen, but so many in a row? How can you be so overwhelmed? Train your staff

We ordered two burgers with modifications, and both were prepared incorrectly. After complaining, both burgers were remade in the kitchen, also incorrectly the second time. By then, the meat had cooled down considerably. It was a Friday evening, and it wasn't busy. How can you do that wrong twice? It was really awful that we didn't get fresh burgers. They also ran out of onions that evening, but the overcharge wasn't refunded. Really disappointing. The website for providing feedback didn't work either. We couldn't get any further than the first "OK."

I'm not rating McDonald's VS. any other restaurant, but rather THIS branch compared to other McDonald's branches. The food is almost always hot and fresh. The order has always been correct so far. Unfortunately, there are often no strawberry milkshakes because the machine is empty or broken.

I've been to this branch several times – unfortunately, always with the same bad experience. I order at the self-service terminal, pay by card, then wait 20-25 minutes, while later orders (e.g., orders 290, 291) are picked up earlier. My order (order number 289) was simply ignored. The staff is disorganized – one is on the phone in the car pickup area, others appear disinterested. The shift manager came back from her break and simply said, "I'm hungry" – but no one responded to my situation. When I politely asked for a refund, I was told, "It's not possible because I paid by card." Only after discussions and involving a second shift manager was it confirmed that it was possible – but it was too late. This isn't the first time. I live nearby, come regularly – and every time it's the same chaos. Other customers complain as well. I'm disappointed – not just for myself, but because there seem to be no consequences. I hope headquarters takes this review seriously. McDonald's stands for fast service and respect – both of which I no longer find in this branch.

The ambiance, furnishings, and interior design were top-notch. The rest, unfortunately, is a flop. The staff are nice, but the preparation of the burgers and fries doesn't live up to Megges standards. The curly fries were mush. Really mush. You could have just defrosted them, and the result would be the same. The burgers were so carelessly topped, not even everything that should have been on them was on the burger. The food was unbelievably bad. Please, McDonald's, this branch desperately needs help.

I've been here at McDonald's quite often and have never had any problems. Now that I was there I had to wait 75 minutes for my food. That's not all. I had to specifically ask where the food was, but I got the answer that we supposedly already got the order but someone else took it with them. But after we got our food, sauces and a burger were missing and instead of a double chocolate bag we got a normal apple bag.

The food was lukewarm and we got something that wasn't what we ordered. The Curly Fries were so burnt that you couldn't eat them without cutting your face. And then there was the Coca-Cola glass, I chose the lilac one and got the blue one, because there were no others... and there was a choice when ordering... This change was a total mess!

The food was lukewarm, and we got incomplete and I couldn't come to an agreement with the staff that one burger was missing. When we finally managed to come to an agreement, my food was completely cold. The Curly Fries were so burnt that it was impossible to eat them without cutting your face. Coca-Cola glasses - colors to choose from, but only in theory. In practice, only one was available. This shift was a total mess.

Every star is too many here. The mobile app rarely works here, and at the drive-thru, no one ever understands me. The employees there barely speak German at all!!! Ordered another Big Mac, which was simply 🤮🤮🤮, with nothing on it and completely dry, and the worst comes last. This week we saw several rats in the parking lot, and there were at least 8 of them, large and small, climbing back and forth on the wall to the neighbor. We then spoke to the shift manager, and all he said was: "I know, and I made a video." That was all he said, and nothing more, no apology or anything, no, and he knew. This letter is also being sent to McDonald's Germany and M.D. Europe, so they're also aware. MD. has become so detrimental, and with prices that are already unrealistic, it's a disgrace!! Attached is a picture of the delicious BIC Mac that had nothing on it. You can publish this, there are witnesses.

The employees were extremely unfriendly and lacked any sense of decency. I haven't encountered such incompetence in a long time. Unfortunately, when I placed my order, they didn't communicate that one of my codes couldn't be honored, and in the end, the employees argued with me and didn't understand German. They were unfriendly and sent us away without completing my order.
