Ist bei euch jemand neues im Team, der/die ein Problem mit Hähnchen hat? 😂😅 Alle Bestellungen waren sonst immer top, vielleicht mal Dips vergessen, passiert, aber heute musste ich bisschen lachen: Normale Nuggets bestellt - diese Ersatzprodukt Nuggets bekommen, okay geht schon haha aber halt auch knallhart keinen Chickenburger, sondern nen Double Chili Cheese, bitte wieder mehr drauf achten 😂🙏🏼

Meine Rezension bezieht sich auf den Abholservice (Drive In). Gestern ist es mir schon wieder passiert, dass ich nicht das erhielt was ich bestellt und bezahlt hatte. Diesmal erhielt ich einen Cheeseburger anstatt eines Mc. Rib. Davor waren es mal falsche Getränke und fehlende Pommes.

Essen bestellt über Uber mein Essen ist kalt schmeckt nicht und niemand nimmt das Telefon ab 😡

Pommes leider kalt gewesen, Rest war in Ordnung

Bei vielen Bestellungen überfordert gefühlt nur drei Leute angestellt dauert länger als in einem richtigen Restaurant

Es wäre echt toll wenn man mal darauf achten könnte, dass keine Telefonkonferenzen in voller Lautstärke geführt werden.

Mitarbeiterin telefoniert während der Arbeit! Zwei Kaffee zum mitnehmen 12 Minuten warten obwohl man der einzigste Kunde ist.

Uber 10 Mun auf Essen gewartet und dann noch unfreundlich von der Schichtleitung angenörgelt worden. Es wäre sehr viel los, naja bei 4 Orders auf dem Screen kann man schon arg in Stress kommen. Schickt diese Schläfercrew mal zum Mäckes am Flughafen, damit die Mal sehen was Stress ist. Alles in allem sehr unprofessionell.

1-Stern-Bewertung für McDonald’s: „Mein Sohn war heute bei McDonald’s und wollte einen Coupon einlösen. Der Coupon hat aber nicht funktioniert, trotzdem musste er das Essen bezahlen – sogar von seinem eigenen Geld. Danach wollte er die Bestellung eigentlich gar nicht mehr, weil er dachte, der Coupon würde gelten. Leider wurde ihm dabei nicht wirklich geholfen. Sehr enttäuschender Service und unfair gegenüber Kindern/Jugendlichen. So sollte man mit Kunden nicht umgehen.“

Ziemlich unsaubere Filiale. Bei meiner Bestellung fehlten wieder einmal ein BigMac und 3 Sterne Snackers. Die Nuggets waren außerdem sehr trocken, weil sie zu lange warm gehalten wurden. Leider nicht das erste Mal, daher sehr enttäuschend.

Es werden oft Dinge vergessen oder falsch zum Tisch gebracht. Zudem ist das Personal nicht sehr freundlich und kompetent und trotz sehr wenigen Kunden dauert es unglaublich lange! Der Boden ist klebrig

McDrive ist eine reine Katastrophe! Und das erst seitdem ein gewisser Mitarbeiter da ist. Wartezeit von 35 Minuten, obwohl vor einem ein einziges Auto wartet. Auf Fragen und Bitten wird mit einem ächzenden „Was soll ich machen?“ geantwortet. Das darf so nicht sein

Also ich weiß nicht was mit den Fahrern los ist aber kann doch nicht sein dass der Bruder einfach mal runter an den Fluss fährt dort chillt und dann sich denkt er müsste vielleicht mal wieder an die arbeit machen

Also behinderter Mensch im Rollstuhl oder als gehbehinderter kommt man nicht in den McDonald's rein weil die Türen so was von schwer sind überhaupt aufzukriegen McDonald's sind die Menschen mit Behinderun gegal sind

Ich kann nur jedem raten, bei jeder to-go Bestellung ALLE Artikel auf Vollständigkeit zu prüfen. Das Personal ist völlig überlastet.

Hole hier gerne zur Mittagspause hin und wieder mal was zu essen. Bin hauptsächlich im Drive in. Essen war bis jetzt immer heiß, so wie es eben sein soll. Burger, Nuggets, Pommes, usw. waren bisher immer top. Habe selten lange Wartezeiten, was aber auch Tageszeitabhängig sein kann, sowie was und wie viel die Kunden vor einem bestellen.

Leider gar nicht zu empfehlen. Wenige richtige Tische zum hinsetzten. Vieles aus dem bekannten Standard Portfolio der bekannten Kette ist nicht verfügbar. Toilettenhygiene lässt auch zu wünschen über. Personal überfordert mit Lieferungen an den Tisch und generell dem Bestellsystem.

War etwas schockiert wie eine Mitarbeiterin mit ihren Kollegen umgeht, in welchem Ton und die waren alle fleißig und flott. Der Kunde kann auch mal warten, Mitarbeiter sind schwer zu finden! Seid freundlicher zueinander.

Ich muss leider sagen, dass ich schon mehrfach nicht richtig zufrieden war. Leider war mehrfach der Tisch schmutzig, obwohl augenscheinlich kaum Gäste da waren. Aber natürlich kann ich nicht beurteilen, ob es zuvor vielleicht doch voller war. Allerdings muss ich sagen, das ich schon zweimal einen fast schon kalten Burger bekommen habe. Natürlich nicht richtig kalt, aber weit von heiß oder zumindest gut warm entfernt. Der Umtausch war dann kein Problem, ist aber unnötige Zeit die vergeht. Zum Ambiente muss ich sagen, ich persönlich, finde diese langen, ich nenne sie mal "Bar Tische" sehr unvorteilhaft. Zum einen fühle ich mich dort sehr "präsentiert", zum anderen sind sie sehr eng und unbequem. Natürlich verstehe ich, dass hier versucht wird, auf kleinem Raum so viele Sitzplätze wie möglich zu schaffen, aber schön finde ich das nicht. Zumal die Stühle, wahrscheinlich aus Sicherheitsgründen, fest im Boden verschraubt sind, man sich also nicht mal etwas mehr Platz schaffen kann. Nach all der Kritik, möchte ich aber sagen, dass die Mitarbeiter bisher immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit waren.

Respektlose Füllmenge beim Milkshake

Ich war grad beim mcdrive ich fahr heim denk mir nix dabei fehlt ein Burger ruf die Filiale an keiner geht ran gebe noch trink Geld dann fehlt was mal sehen ob ich da nochmal hingehe

Soweit alles gut; wie inzwischen überall - viel zu lange Wartezeiten. Sowohl am Drive-In, als auch im FastFootGeschäft selbst :-(

Essen leider wiederholt nur mäßig lauwarm. Mir wurde kommuniziert., dass alles die richtige Temperatur hätte. Außerdem ist es im kompletten Gastraum lausig kalt an jedem Tisch. Die Sauberkeit lässt auch zu Wünschen übrig. Haben offenbar zu wenig Personal

Die Qualität des Essens schwankt. Vor Ort ist die Wartezeit an manchen Tagen recht hoch. Zusätzlich habe ich bisher 2x online (Lieferando) bestellt, beide Male eine Katastrophe. Bei einem Mal wurde meine Bestellung nicht bearbeitet und nach fast zwei Stunden warten storniert. Beim anderen Mal kam das Essen lauwarm/kalt an und im HappyMeal war keine Kinderüberraschung, was für Kindertränen gesorgt hat. Online bestellen werde ich dort nicht mehr.

Wir haben online bestellt die Bestellung kam ohne Spielzeug und Burger an zu dem haben wir die falschen Nuggets erhalten. Als ich anrief um nachzufragen sagte man ich bekomme das beim nächsten Mal. Als ich erklärte das alles bezahlt ist und er ja nicht weiß wer ich bin und so Versprechungen (beim nächsten Mal) nicht machen kann. Wurde der auch noch unfreundlich. Irgendwann sagte er das er jemand schickt …. Ich fragte wie sein Name ist damit ich mich darauf berufen kann sagte er. Nein ich sagen Nix mein Name. Ich lass das mal so stehen. Nie wieder!

Es ist, wie man es erwartet. Kann man mögen oder nicht.

Die Mitarbeiter dort sind extrem langsam und haben meine Bestellung erst verpeilt und dann falsch zusammengestellt, obwohl mindestens 8 Mitarbeiter da waren und kaum Gäste. Saftladen.

Miserables Essen, niemals frisch, immer wieder der selbe Mist, sehr schade, das war mal ein guter McDonalds.

Einfach nur Katastrophal? Wer Geld in Müll schmeißen möchte ist hier GENAU RICHTIG!!!! Ein Stern ist sogar zu viel !!

Es dauert hier verglichen mit anderen McDonald's eine Ewigkeit bis die Bestellungen zum Mitnehmen erledigt sind. Die Hälfte der Mitarbeiter irren planlos rum. Ambiente und Essen ist wie zu erwarten aber es ist frustrierend sich derart die Beine in den Bauch stehen zu müssen für Standard Produkte..

Katastrophale Erfahrung. Die Bestellung war unvollständig, ein Teil hat gefehlt, und das ist erst zu spät aufgefallen. Für einen Konzern wie McDonald’s ist das peinlich. Schlechter Service, keine Sorgfalt, keine Empfehlung. Einmal und nie wieder.

Die Mitarbeiter können nicht mal ganze Sätze artikulieren.

Ah jo. Typischer Mcces halt. 70% der Neuheiten waren ausverkauft – deshalb bin ich eigentlich dahin gegangen. War enttäuschend. Curly fries waren eiskalt. Minuspunkt nach Minuspunkt. Sonst schmeckt alles halt wie bei jeder anderen Filiale auch. Wartezeit war viel zu lange für einen Fast food laden. Müsst ihr wissen.

The employees are yelling at people and insulting customers. This happened at 1 a.m. on December 24th. Who hires people like that?

The background music is too loud. Annoying advertisements on the monitors, constantly moving images with harsh cuts that repeat endlessly.

I ordered a vegan wrap to go, and when I got home, I discovered it had chicken in it. Next time, I pointed it out so they could check. I waited 20 minutes at the drive-thru. The wrap arrived, I looked in the car: more meat. I took it back, they made a new one, but then, surprise: more meat. I complained again, and a total of 40 minutes later, I finally got my hastily prepared vegan wrap (vegan nuggets with sauce, nothing else). Everything else in the order was also missing. The curly fries, the sauces, the chicken burger I ordered wasn't even flat... This McDonald's is really not recommended; they're all completely overwhelmed, both at the counter and in the kitchen. Their German skills are also very poor, making it impossible to communicate at the counter.

I just got double chili cheese and unsalted fries, and they were missing a little ketchup, which is always included, or mayonnaise. The manager with the beard and short black hair... We ordered fries today at 2:12 PM using our McDonald's points, and after ordering, he told us we weren't allowed to order fries. Then he responded so rudely, "What are you doing ordering fries 10 times?" Are we not allowed to, or what? I've never seen such a disrespectful employee at McDonald's! Please fire that manager!

An employee called a supervisor because the app's scanning function wasn't working. The supervisor approached from behind, looking annoyed and without a smile. He helped and then disappeared. A more courteous approach to employees and customers would be desirable.

It's actually a nice McDonald's with fast food, a good parking lot, and a drive-thru. Unfortunately, I've repeatedly received the wrong food at the drive-thru after a long wait. Today, instead of 20 chicken nuggets, a third of the order was some kind of cheese hash browns. Last time, I received the wrong burger, which I thankfully noticed while I was there. A shame.

I accidentally ordered here (I actually wanted to order at the train station), and as always, the burgers taste stale and disgusting.

I pre-ordered online and sent my son. I paid for the complete meal, but only received the burger and salad, even though curly fries were also ordered. However, I did receive the sour cream. The server was very rude and completely clueless about the app! We live just a few streets away, and all three meals were completely cold; I could have bought them from the refrigerated section at Penny's. Thumbs down from me. Over 30 euros for such inedible food is unacceptable. If it were possible, we'd give it one star.

Could you please fire the employee who was at the drive-thru window at 4:15 pm today? He barely understood anything being said at the window, took forever to take each car's order, and then forgot to pack half of my daughter's Happy Meal. Thanks for nothing, you lousy company.

It's kind of weird when you order a Happy Meal and can choose two books, and then get the wrong ones, or even dinosaurs instead. And then the staff doesn't even understand you because they don't speak the language! Very strange!

The tables are constantly dirty. When ordering, you never get the right thing you ordered, and then the staff is unfriendly. I wouldn't recommend eating here to anyone.

I've experienced the same problem several times now: When I order a McCafé to drink in-store, I don't expect a drink in a paper cup straight from the vending machine. Why pay extra if the coffee isn't freshly prepared on a portafilter machine and served properly? Vending machine coffee tastes significantly worse, and the "café experience" is completely lost. Additionally, extras like sugar or individual requests are ignored every time. This is disappointing and has nothing to do with the advertised McCafé standard. Conclusion: If you pay for McCafé quality, you should get it – freshly prepared, served correctly, and with attention to your order.

I didn't get all of my order and wanted to return it but they said no and the hygiene is a complete disaster this store disaster don't go there

The wait at the drive-thru has gotten so bad I thought it would be a real embarrassment for McDonald's to be a fast-food chain. Don't come up with the excuse that it was busy, the store was empty. Laughable

I'm very disappointed with my last visit to the drive-thru on Wiesbaden's Dotzheimer Straße. I ordered two Royal TS meals, one McSmart meal with McChicken, and a 9-piece nugget. However, I only received one Royal Hamburger, three fries, one 9-piece nugget without sauce, and a cheeseburger—a completely wrong order. Added to that, I had a long wait at the drive-thru. Since another car was already pushing behind me, I had no chance to check the order. When I got home, I realized the mistake and immediately tried to call. But no one answered the phone—in fact, they immediately hung up. Unfortunately, it happens again and again that something is missing or delivered incorrectly. Even if it's the beginning of the month and lots of people want to eat there, a company like McDonald's should be better prepared and deliver orders reliably and in full. Very bad experience—for me, it was the last time I went there.

So, unfortunately, I have to leave my review here. Everything's fine at breakfast in the morning, and I'm happy with that, but at lunchtime and especially in the evening, it's a complete disaster. You sometimes have to drive for 25 to 30 minutes to get to the food counter, and then, to top it all off, something's missing and you have to complain. Unfortunately, you notice how disorganized everything is. I think that's a real shame.

I was there today and, as so often, I found the wrong thing in there. Either it's wrong or it's not there at all.

By far I ordered my worst cappuccino at McDonald's

The strawberry shake was very runny and not mixed with ice as usual. It tasted like strawberry jam on its own. After politely asking if there was something wrong with the machine, I was told that it was the same with them. The shake was returned, but there was no refund. Unbelievable. Never again on Dotzheimer Straße; luckily there are other branches in Wiesbaden.

The worst McDonald's in the world. Extremely long wait times, incompetent staff. If you order a sandwich without cheese or onions, it arrives unchanged. The fries are disgusting and become rock-hard. This kind of place deserves an inspection and closure.

I waited 35 minutes for my order and unfortunately received no apology or extra food for the long wait. Goodwill looks different.

Nobody had any idea, and even then, it took another 15 minutes for the food to be ready! Then I also got the wrong burger and the fries weren't fresh. Mistakes happen, but so many in a row? How can you be so overwhelmed? Train your staff

We ordered two burgers with modifications, and both were prepared incorrectly. After complaining, both burgers were remade in the kitchen, also incorrectly the second time. By then, the meat had cooled down considerably. It was a Friday evening, and it wasn't busy. How can you do that wrong twice? It was really awful that we didn't get fresh burgers. They also ran out of onions that evening, but the overcharge wasn't refunded. Really disappointing. The website for providing feedback didn't work either. We couldn't get any further than the first "OK."

I'm not rating McDonald's VS. any other restaurant, but rather THIS branch compared to other McDonald's branches. The food is almost always hot and fresh. The order has always been correct so far. Unfortunately, there are often no strawberry milkshakes because the machine is empty or broken.

No, fries were old, large coke had a lot of ice to save coke and TS didn't taste good, the meat was cold and stale and dry

Subterranean * You should ALWAYS, really ALWAYS, check your order. Unfortunately, not a single order has been complete so far. The staff can't understand you...no German, no English...neither at the order counter nor at the window... What a shame... This McDonald's should be avoided in the evening/at night.

Unfortunately, the 'new' lettuce had lots of red-brown spots and the cucumber was air-dry.

A few items were missing from the orders, and after 15 minutes, the delivery was not received. Only after massive complaints were the missing products finally delivered.

The best McDonald's restaurant in Wiesbaden. Super friendly staff who cater to all requests, and everything is very clean.

I've been to this branch several times – unfortunately, always with the same bad experience. I order at the self-service terminal, pay by card, then wait 20-25 minutes, while later orders (e.g., orders 290, 291) are picked up earlier. My order (order number 289) was simply ignored. The staff is disorganized – one is on the phone in the car pickup area, others appear disinterested. The shift manager came back from her break and simply said, "I'm hungry" – but no one responded to my situation. When I politely asked for a refund, I was told, "It's not possible because I paid by card." Only after discussions and involving a second shift manager was it confirmed that it was possible – but it was too late. This isn't the first time. I live nearby, come regularly – and every time it's the same chaos. Other customers complain as well. I'm disappointed – not just for myself, but because there seem to be no consequences. I hope headquarters takes this review seriously. McDonald's stands for fast service and respect – both of which I no longer find in this branch.

McDrive - once again, not everything was in the bag that was ordered. Unfortunately, today they trusted it and didn't check. This happens regularly on Dotzheimer Straße. Why?

Even worse than on TV. Everything cold, everything disgusting, never again!

The ambiance, furnishings, and interior design were top-notch. The rest, unfortunately, is a flop. The staff are nice, but the preparation of the burgers and fries doesn't live up to Megges standards. The curly fries were mush. Really mush. You could have just defrosted them, and the result would be the same. The burgers were so carelessly topped, not even everything that should have been on them was on the burger. The food was unbelievably bad. Please, McDonald's, this branch desperately needs help.

I've been here at McDonald's quite often and have never had any problems. Now that I was there I had to wait 75 minutes for my food. That's not all. I had to specifically ask where the food was, but I got the answer that we supposedly already got the order but someone else took it with them. But after we got our food, sauces and a burger were missing and instead of a double chocolate bag we got a normal apple bag.

The food was lukewarm and we got something that wasn't what we ordered. The Curly Fries were so burnt that you couldn't eat them without cutting your face. And then there was the Coca-Cola glass, I chose the lilac one and got the blue one, because there were no others... and there was a choice when ordering... This change was a total mess!

The food was lukewarm, and we got incomplete and I couldn't come to an agreement with the staff that one burger was missing. When we finally managed to come to an agreement, my food was completely cold. The Curly Fries were so burnt that it was impossible to eat them without cutting your face. Coca-Cola glasses - colors to choose from, but only in theory. In practice, only one was available. This shift was a total mess.

Every star is too many here. The mobile app rarely works here, and at the drive-thru, no one ever understands me. The employees there barely speak German at all!!! Ordered another Big Mac, which was simply 🤮🤮🤮, with nothing on it and completely dry, and the worst comes last. This week we saw several rats in the parking lot, and there were at least 8 of them, large and small, climbing back and forth on the wall to the neighbor. We then spoke to the shift manager, and all he said was: "I know, and I made a video." That was all he said, and nothing more, no apology or anything, no, and he knew. This letter is also being sent to McDonald's Germany and M.D. Europe, so they're also aware. MD. has become so detrimental, and with prices that are already unrealistic, it's a disgrace!! Attached is a picture of the delicious BIC Mac that had nothing on it. You can publish this, there are witnesses.

First of all, the food was okay. The toilets, on the other hand, were a disaster: littered with paper and really dirty. I give the bad rating because I informed the staff about the dirty toilet and still found it just as dirty 40 minutes later.

Very dirty, no one cleans the tables and table runners, the service is slow to work, so you have to wait a long time for your order...

The service was nice but hopelessly overwhelmed and as slow as I have rarely experienced. That was definitely slow food!

The food was freshly prepared and delicious.

The employees were extremely unfriendly and lacked any sense of decency. I haven't encountered such incompetence in a long time. Unfortunately, when I placed my order, they didn't communicate that one of my codes couldn't be honored, and in the end, the employees argued with me and didn't understand German. They were unfriendly and sent us away without completing my order.

Accessible by bus, car or on foot.

Very disappointing... It's human nature to forget something, but half the order? 4 burgers are missing and then you are told to come pick it up yourself..
