It's downright fascinating how a system gastronomic meal, which should actually be the same everywhere, can be so messed up. The Big Tasty Bacon was somewhat cold, but the patty was still burnt and only tasted similar to what it should. Sad burger there. I wouldn't normally give a rating for a fast food franchise, where I only go two or three times a year anyway. But here they just made an effort to convince me to do it.

What have you done with your mayonnaise? Rarely eaten anything worse. The old mayonnaise, with fresh fries, especially warm fries, was really tastier.

Once again only partially delivered. Salad, cola, free cola (promotion), ketchup was there, but not the right meatball. Driver was rude and cursed when he realized he had to climb stairs. When I arrived, I had to remove the goods from the delivery box myself. The driver probably noticed, ah, the customer is one-eyed, he just doesn't see that. That was a delivery from McDoof from Wiesbaden. Despite the bad review, I still ordered there. Attempt completely failed. By the way, it was a Lieferando box.

The quality of the food gets worse over time. Due to inflation, the burgers also seem to be shrinking (see photos). What was once great decades ago is something we want to avoid today if possible. I bought the fish mac and cheeseburger with the coupon, so I only paid half. If you look at them, they're only worth half as much. I generally don’t order fries 🍟 anymore! The oil used to be changed more often and the fries were light and tasty.

Something like this has never happened to me before, the Mc Donalds app doesn't work, customers accounts don't order the vouchers they wanted, several customers noticed, then the employee from the Mc Drive comes over (short blonde hair! Very, very short ) and literally says we can't sell you the product you want, the app doesn't work, try it tomorrow, it's unbelievable that the customer is sent away on the grounds that McDonald's has a problem with processing the desired order

Mc Drive is just rubbish. You wait 15 minutes for what? Outrageous

The worst branch ever!!! I don't even know where to start. The food is always ice cold and dry!!! The ice cream machine supposedly breaks down every day! The employees are a disaster - unfriendly, rude and can't speak a word of German!!!

This is the second time I've gotten meat instead of the vegetarian option at McDonald's. The first time was at the train station and now here too. That was my last time at McDonald’s.

The burgers were wrong the first time! Today we thought we'd try again and order... None of the drinks we ordered were delivered! We then called them and were asked to contact Lieferando. Absolutely unprofessional!

This McDonald's was very good. I had a double cheeseburger and fries there and it was delicious. The staff were friendly and the cleanliness was okay.

The food is as always at Mc D and it was also good as usual. The table service also worked great, but the cleanliness could be much better. Ok, you wait 27 minutes at the MC drive counter because you ordered Mc plant nuggets. Are you kidding us, what's the difference if I throw chicken or mc plants in the deep fryer?????

Orders wrong every time. Reorders will not be accepted. When you order an apple turnover using the points, they simply tear off the piece of paper in front of you that says how long it can still be sold. Apple turnovers are always old and cold. Delivery service takes over 1.5 hours despite the distance being less than one km!! Employees are totally inept, coupons that are still valid are simply not accepted.

How can you ALWAYS forget something in this branch? I always check and 9 times out of 10 something is missing. (Drive-in switch) What's that supposed to mean?! Is this intentional and is it being eaten away?

Very well attended and the team tries to process things quickly, which is not always possible as it gets very busy.

Unfortunately, far too many delivery orders that are always brought forward. If you have ordered locally yourself, you can expect a long waiting time during peak times.

After you have ordered and are looking forward to the food, you only receive a cancellation via SMS after 2 hours. So service is apparently only written in small print here. And according to all the reviews, it seems to be a major problem that has not yet been found a solution. It's funny that the chain is a "fast food" chain, which could be renamed "slow food" in the branch. Have a nice working day and good luck for the future.

To be fair because the service at this restaurant was nice and quick and polite. However, the prices are slowly becoming astronomical and I think paying €10.50 for a savings menu is simply exaggerated. Stood in McDrive for almost 20 minutes even though there was only 1 car in front of me 😡

We were given completely wrong food and not enough. They didn't want to give us the rest and then paid too much. Next point: wanted a McToast cheese and then got a wrap and then one with bacon (we are vegetarians). Iced tea was sour and not drinkable.

Went there today and ordered the double pack menu with 2 burgers, 1x large fries and a large cola. I only got 1 burger, a small fries & the large cola. The fries were hard and probably left over from the previous day and served just as they tasted. It wasn't worth the money this time.

I ordered and paid for everything via the McDonald's app. When I tried to pick up the order the cashier got overwhelmed and called the manager. He then told me that online orders were problematic. I then had to go through the entire order for 8 people again with him in every detail. At the end I would have to pay everything again - I will check whether the payment has been made twice. The manager didn't want to tell me his name. The BigMacs had no sauce and no salad, the fries were cold and the children's drinks were completely forgotten. What was that, please? This McDonalds branch is not recommended at all. An employee at risk with a terrorist background who also pretends to be a managing director expelled two customers who had just ordered and overpriced dinner outside while charging their cell phones using threatening, extremist measures for no reason. He even threatened a severely disabled person in a wheelchair with the opening of the Auschwitz concentration camp for severely disabled Germans. This manager is unacceptable for this McDonald's branch. It was not like I ever received a full order. It seems to me that they don’t specifically include sauces, burgers, or potatoes for delivery and takeaway. When I eat inside there are no problems. Typical McD with current equipment. There is a small area with low tables and "club chairs". Then some bar tables with appropriate stools. And thought about the typical tables with benches and chairs. The staff was very polite and helpful. Despite the fact that almost all tables were occupied, it was still quite clean. Oh yes...of course there is also food. That's what McD has to offer 😀

Bestellung 171 : sehr enttäuscht über die Qualität der 20er Chicken Nuggets, wohne 6 Km entfernt sonst wäre ich hingefahren und hätte es dort abgegeben. Die Nuggets waren so lange frittiert, dass sie innen schon trocken waren, sprich keinerlei Hähnchen Substanz innen vorhanden war. Katastrophe.

Essen war anständig zubereitet, sauber und heiss und komplett!!! Personal am Autoschalter unfreundlich und frech.

Mann an der Kasse sehr sehr unfreundlich. Hatte keine Lust uns zu bedienen. Meine Cousine hat ein Foto von mir gemacht und er war überzeugt davon er wäre auf dem Foto drauf? Er hat sie wie ein Hund zu sich gerufen und uns „ermahnt“. Sein Ton ging garnicht. Außerdem hat das Essen kaum geschmeckt.

Ich habe Essen mitgenommen. Wohne 3 Min vom Geschäft und das Essen war kalt. Personal völlig überfordert. Es habe Kunden über eine halbe Stunde auf ihr Essen gewartet. Viele Bestellungen wurden durcheinander gebracht.

Wieder mal die Hälfte der Beilagen vergessen, werdet ihr nicht geschult so was zu kontrollieren.

Das Essen ist typisch MC Donalds. Den Big Rösti kann ich nicht empfehlen. Der Schmelzkäse darauf schmeckt nicht so gut. Der Service ist schnell und freundlich. Die Einrichtung ist recht neu, es könnte aber etwas sauberer sein.

Ich muss bei einem MC Donalds nur sagen das wir das Essen heiß bekommen haben und nicht wie sonst warm! Also top

Die Bürger waren kalt, nur die Pommes frisch von der Fritteuse. Leider mangelt es im Restaurant an Sauberkeit.

Iced Shake Choc bestellt. 3/4 vom. Becher waren Eiswürfel.

Die Filiale wirkt sehr sauber und aufgeräumt. Die Essensbestellung geht sehr flott und die fertig Bestellung wird schnell ausgegeben. Kann die Filiale nur empfehlen.

Nettes und freundlich Personal immer sauber nur eine Sache stört extrem das immer was fehlt cool das ihr extra Soße ermöglicht nach all den Jahren aber wenn ich extra dafür bezahle!! und jedes Mal das einzige ist was ich extra bekomme der Sticker auf meiner Verpackung ist bekomme ich das kotzen von 10 mal extra Soße sind es 4 mal die ich diese Soße wirklich bekomme gibt die Soße in einer extra schalle raus das ich nicht jedes Mal mein Geld aus dem Fenster werfe nur weil einer gerade zu faul ist

Die mitarbeiter waren super nett. Das essen hat uns zwei Tage stark beschäftigt und war überhaupt nicht lecker aber dafür teuer... Wobei man sagen muss, wer bekommt für 38€ schon eine Darmreinigung inkl.

Habe chicken nuggets bestellt mit curry sauce , mit Tischservice , bekommen hab ich 3x Mayonnaise und 1x ketchup , als ich es umtauschen wollte hiess es es gibt keine Saucen, dann fragt man ob es ok ist und sperrt die Saucen im System, das man die nicht bestellen kann. Schon oft am Autoschalter auch nicht alles bekommen.

Eine moderne MCDonalds Filiale mit integriertem MCCafe und außen Terrasse mit Spielplatz. Die Speisen werden frisch zubereitet (das dauert dementsprechend auch lange) und man schmeckt es auch. Ich glaube in dieser Filiale habe ich das erste mal einen heißen/warmen Cheeseburger gegessen🤔. Ansonsten MCDonalds typische Qualität. Auf jeden Fall mal einen Besuch wert.!!

Waren Nachts nach einem Konzert am Drive-In. Bestellung aufgegeben und Essen kurze Zeit später erhalten. Habe den Plat- Basedow burger probiert und war positiv überrascht.

Burger ist besser der beste Burger auf der Straße Kirchgasse 64. und im Allgemeinen ist die Institution ausgezeichnet

Das einzig gute hier bei denen ist die machen echt alles frisch. Aber was deine Sonderwünsche angeht das können die noch nicht. Und was noch schlimmer ist das happy Neal kostet schon 5,50€ und dann bekommst du eine potino Pommes wo die Hälfte fehlt echt eine bodenlose Frechheit….

Gut und gemühtlich auch wenn mal die Portion Sahne auf dem Kuchen vergessen wurde.

Highspeed McD. Hatten aufgrund des Linienbusses nur 8min Zeit. Das Team hat für 4 Bestellungen mit einigem an Zeug nur 6 Minuten gebraucht und alles war richtig frisch.

Auch noch um 23 Uhr sehr lange (untypische) Wartezeiten. Essen dafür sehr frisch und heiss bekommen. Toilette sowie Sitzplätze müssten öfter gereinigt werden, hier klebt der Boden.

Ab und an muss man mal hin. Alles Standard

Service und Qualität lassen zu wünschen übrig . Mitarbeiter diskutieren rum wenn sie einen Fehler machen anstatt diesen einfach schnell und kommentarlos zu beseitigen . Ws gibt keine Tassen ???? Angeblich alle geklaut (sorry nicht mein Problem dann kauft neue anstatt mir Plastikbecher zu geben ) der Laden ist nicht sauber … Frühstück steht um 12 Uhr noch unabgeräumt da … teilweise nette Mitarbeiter …

jedes Mal, wenn wir dieses Mac besuchen, bekommen wir unsere Bestellung nicht: sie immer ersetzen unsere Bestellung auf etwas anderes. Oder geben nicht alles. Und heute wieder. Bestellung lautete: 2 Pommes Frites und Nuggets, die Nuggets wurden durch einen Big Mac ersetzt. Und das passiert immer!!!
