Delivery took about 2:30 hours. The food was cold and the order was incomplete: drinks weren't included. You can't contact the store or the delivery person. Fraud. Not recommended.

Ordered online and not everything was delivered. Ordered a Wopper meal with extra meat and got it delivered without. The curly fries were also forgotten. The tomatoes were forgotten in the chicken burger. None of this is nice, because when you order and pay for something, I expect everything to be included!

Unfortunately, the curly fries tasted like old grease. Some were cooked through, some were hard as rocks, and 30 percent of them were fries. Ordered a Diet Coke without ice cubes, got it with ice cubes. Something has to be done. It wasn't exactly crowded, and there was plenty going on. The Planet Burger was good.

Between 5:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m., I was at the drive-thru and ordered a burger and a voucher for an extra-long and crispy meal. I drove home and saw that one burger was missing, along with a cold pair of fries. On my way back 20 minutes later, I saw the forgotten burger still there. The shift supervisor was very unprofessional and took my bag of cold food and gave me back the same bag with the same cold contents, including the forgotten burger, and said good-bye. After 30 minutes, nobody wants to eat a meal that costs around €17 and wasn't my fault. Absolutely outrageous! Very cheeky, and cleanliness must be highly commended. The shift supervisor should consider the legal regulations.

I've been standing at the drive-in counter for 20 minutes and absolutely nothing is happening

A completely run-down place. I ordered two burgers for just under 15 euros. I got cold, like, refrigerator-cold burgers. The chick behind the counter was babbling really cheekily. I saw how "he" made them... I can heat them up in the microwave! I replied, I don't want microwave burgers... A delivery guy then comes in without washing his hands, helps himself to the vending machines, and walks around the kitchen in his dirty clothes, touching everything. Another case for the health department.

Today was the last time we were there. The wait was endless. Even though it was a quiet Friday, the staff were either overwhelmed or very inexperienced. The burgers and fries were repetitive, only lukewarm, and tasted stale and very dry. The dining room and restrooms were very dirty. Other branches definitely do better.

A cockroach came out of the burger right in front of the cashier. He said, "It didn't come out of the burger, it's fine like this." Then I insisted, but the replacement burger was cold and old, and the fries were also double-fried and disgusting. The cashier was rude and unhygienic. There were even cockroaches on the walls. I think the people there are only friendly because the food is so bad. Even the fries weren't tasty: they had a really weird aftertaste, barely salted. The veggie burger and the Whopper were almost burnt. The salad was wilted. The sweet and sour dip was just disgusting.

The restaurant was almost empty, yet the food was cold and the tables and floor were dirty. The staff really could have done a thorough cleaning. The air conditioning makes a lot of noise.

Dear Sir or Madam, I've ordered from Burger King three times now, and each time I forgot something. Once I ordered nuggets, once I ordered a burger. Then I called. Two or four monitors weren't working. The cash register wasn't manned at all at 11:10 PM on June 19, 2025. We then briefly went to the drive-thru because, luckily, we were driving there. There, we had to wait 15 minutes for the order to be taken, where we were very rudely asked for our order. When we picked up the food, a coupon apparently didn't go through, and we were charged more than double the usual price for a burger. When we asked, we were confronted with a very aggressive and insulting response. The employee stated that he didn't want to help us and couldn't cancel and re-order the order or give us the price stated on the coupon because he didn't feel like it. I showed him the coupon on my phone, where he immediately snatched the phone out of my hand and started typing on it like crazy. In my opinion, this reflects unacceptable behavior. However, there was no result, and he shouted even louder, either we re-queue (behind four cars), or I told him to cancel the burger because we wouldn't pay more than double the price. He angrily canceled the burger and gave us an illegible receipt with the old amount on it. Then he bragged about how he'd rather leave with a cash register showing -7€ than revise our order. He somehow had to repeat this sentence 10 times in two minutes while we just sat there confused in the car. I like going to BK, but it ruined my experience there for a long time. People like that really shouldn't work there. Especially since he couldn't tell a long chicken from chili cheese nuggets.

I was pleasantly surprised by how clean it was. The food was great, and the salad on the burgers was super fresh. The only downside was that there were no paper towels for drying hands in the restroom.

This Burger King is the worst I've ever experienced. I ordered food for delivery and received a completely wrong order. When I called, the employee on the phone said he would speak to the driver. When I tried to call again about 20 minutes later, there was no response, and the phone hung up on me. Impossible.

It's best to give the branch a wide berth. We used to go there often and the food was always good. You haven't been able to eat there for about a year now. The food is just disgusting! Burgers are always cold or hard. The employee with long brown hair in particular is really unfriendly and listless. You really don't want to be served by someone like that. Employees like these don't belong at the checkout, let alone at the drive-thru. In addition, if you give away the cold or old burgers, they are only warmed up and not freshly prepared!

We just bought something at the drive in and it was just horrible. The food arrived cold and the cheese wasn't even remotely melted. The employees are super unfriendly. Absolutely not recommended! You definitely can't feel comfortable here and the atmosphere is unbearable.

Unfortunately today was my last visit to this branch. Since the first time something was missing, I check at the counter to make sure everything is there before I take my bag home. 5 out of 5 times something was missing. After a complaint you get the missing parts, but that really can't happen every time. In addition, the burgers today were particularly dry and carelessly thrown together.

Food is always good but staff are very comfortable at work, you wait far too long for your food even if there's nothing going on. It's a shame

Maximum mediocre branch. Fittings in the toilets are broken, the employees are unfriendly and the burgers don't seem fresh even if they were prepared shortly beforehand. For example, the salad and sauce are noticeably fresh, but the meat is almost cold and leaves the impression of cardboard.

I had milkshakes here and they tasted really weird. I didn't expect the taste of vanilla milkshakes to vary from place to place, but here the difference was very noticeable. I drove up to the front and saw the employee leaning far forward and chatting enthusiastically with the occupants (young women)! Then when I received my food? The burger was still cold and disgusting so it ended up straight in the trash can! Angry and no thanks! The money 💰 went into the trash and so did my time!!!

Wow, that was disgusting. The chilli cheese fries were so disgustingly sour that I could barely eat them and they were so drowned in this cheap mush. The King's Bacon & Cheese Beef King has such an oversweet sauce on it that you can't taste anything other than sweet and some cheap acidulant and all that for 13.59 euros - you've really drunk it.

Last night I picked up something from Burger King. The fries were inedible. These tasted like old frying oil. 2 bags of chips had to be completely thrown away at home because you couldn't eat them. 2 Whoppers exactly the same inedible. Bad unfriendly service, after reporting an obvious case of mold on my burger they just said it was a lie. Mold on the bun is bad enough, but the employees' ignorance takes it to the extreme.
