I had food brought for me. 5 minutes away and food already cold. Cold Big King with dried patties. I was very hungry and accepted it for now. When I saw my two cheeseburgers I had enough. Warm, dried cheese and bun. I brought the trash back. They didn't want to give me my money back at first. Only after presenting the receipt. This branch had already been closed once due to hygiene issues. I think the store could have remained closed. You didn't miss anything.

There are now also crowns (reward points) and I can use the smartphone app to choose the food at my leisure and then pay at the machine.

I really liked this Burger King branch. We often get a little something here for in between and every time everything is just right. The food is prepared quickly and you are served quickly. Through the app you always have good, changing offers and can save money. The toilets are clean and you have the option to sit either outside or inside.

Ordered for 2.5 hours and nothing arrived. Now Lieferando, where I ordered before, is suddenly closed. Everywhere else is still open. Update: another 1.5 hours later a supplier arrived who didn't speak a word of German and I had to make it clear to him that I no longer accepted the order. For customers and suppliers it's just the bottom drawer.

BK advertises BIG on TV and then the offers aren't available in the branches!? What's that supposed to mean? Currently the €5 offer with 2xBurger, 2xFrench fries and 2xCoke... "not available with us!".

Visited on February 24, 2024 at approximately 7:50 p.m. 4 terminals available for ordering. 2 of them not functional. Staff at the checkout refuse to accept an order and point out the queue at the two terminals that are still functioning. Overcrowded, dirty... Easy to turn around and walk away... Disappointing!!!

We were there yesterday around 9:30 p.m. Bad service, you have to know how to talk to the customers (say "please, thank you"). The order sits there for 20 minutes until you point out that you're still waiting... Generally a pretty chaotic place...

Nuggets were ice cold and the breading tasted old.... No cash registers are open. I was told after a ten minute wait that you have to order at the terminal.... the entire staff was totally overwhelmed

Burger King in Wiesbaden, today on February 12th, 2023, we had dinner at 9:15 p.m. The cashier number 301 served us very politely. Until then everything was fine. As we sat down we noticed that all the tables in the row were dirty and not clean. I then went to the counter and asked another lady to either give us wet wipes or clean the table. She came with a completely wet rag, didn't feel like cleaning at all and stared at us like she wanted to kill us. She left the table completely wet and went back to the counter. I then went to the counter again and asked if she was serious about leaving the table completely wet. The cashier then dried the table and cleaned almost all of the tables. She apologized for her colleague. This is the second time I have experienced something like this. Hence this review: Burger King should work on its staff.

Wir waren heute mit unseren kleinen Jungs hier. Leider waren sie unterbesetzt. Die Mitarbeiter haben sich aber sehr ins Zeug gelegt. Was ich sehr schade finde das es hier kein Spielbereich für Kinder gibt. Da ist Mc Donald besser aufgestellt.

Die Burger sind o.k aber nichts besonderes. Das Personal ist abends ( hier nach 22 Uhr) kundschaftsmüde und versucht keine persönliche Bestellungen mehr entgegenzunehmen. Für ältere Menschen wie uns unangenehm. Positiv sind die langen Öffnungszeiten bis 1.00 Uhr nachts. Nur sollte man auch am späten Abend auf die Qualität achten, die nachmittags wesentlich besser ist.

Wir haben Online bestellt, Lieferung dauerte ca 2Stunden, obwohl 45min angegeben wurden. Dann wurden wir angerufen und wir sollten das Essen abholen, weil er weiter fahren musste obwohl wir im Erdgeschoss wohnen. Tüten wurden in die Hand gedrückt, kein Hallo oder Tschüss. Das komplette Essen war Eiskalt, Pommes waren schon hart. Ungenießbar. Auf dem Chickenburger haben die Saucen gefehlt und das Brötchen war komplett kaputt und ist schon auseinander gefallen. Getränke und Saucen dazu, die auch extra bestellt und bezahlt wurden haben komplett gefehlt. Als ich angerufen habe um mich zu beschweren und die fehlenden bezahlten Artikel anzusprechen, wurde unfreundlich reagiert ja pech essen sie oder wegwerfen nicht mein problem, ich war sprachlos. Zu den fehlenden Getränken und Saucen die soll ich selbst abholen. Einmal und niewieder !!! SUCHT EUCH ANSTÄNDIGE MITARBEITER!!!!

War ok. Extrems warm gewesen, unmotivierte Angestellte. Das Essen war in Ordnung, die Pommes frisch.

Mittagspause nicht zu entfehlen. Dauert alles zu lange. Bin froh das sie nicht einschlafen.

Im Vergleich zu manch anderer Filiale der Burger-Fastfood-Ketten erschien mir die Filale auffallend gepflegt - sowohl im Innen- als auch WC-Bereich. Auch der Parkplatz war nicht vermüllt .

Angeblich Barrierefreier Eingang. Einfach keine Stufe vor dem Eingang zu haben ist nicht Barrierefrei. Die Tür muss sich auch automatisch oder mit Türöffner öffnen lassen. Man kann im Rollstuhl keine Türen aufziehen oder aufdrücken und auf Krücken oder mit Rollator genausowenig. Dass es nicht immer möglich ist, einen Eingang barrierefrei zu bauen ist mir klar, aber dann gebt es nicht als Merkmal an. Keine vernünftigen Menüs an den Kassen oder am Drive-in. Nicht jeder kennt das gesamte Menü auswendig. Und auf diesen Tafeln, auf denen sich die Anzeigen alle 10 Sekunden ändern kann man gar nicht schnell genug gucken.

Normal kinder Box Mit Nuggets und habe ich nach 10 Minuten warte Zeit Vegan Nuggets, mein Sohn hat das nicht akzeptiert weil richtig alt war,..

Der Service sowie das Essen ist vollkommen in Ordnung.

Meiner Meinung nach ist es der beste BurgerKing zwischen Mainz und Wiesbaden. Der Saal und die Toilette sind immer sauber. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und präzise im Umgang und folgen ihrer Arbeit. Das ist meine Meinung, da ich im gleichen Bereich arbeite. Das Essen macht satt Erwachsene und ist köstlich, und alle Zutaten sind frisch. Ich hoffe, dass es so weitergeht.

War am Drive-In und habe dort meine Bestellung schnell bekommen. Leider wurde der Käse vergessen, aber die Bedienung kam von selbst wieder und korrigiert die Bestellung. Hat mich sehr gefreut das es doch noch fähiges Personal gibt. Ein Grund das ich auf jeden Fall wieder komme

Endlich einmal eine Bestellung aufgeben ohne diesen blöden Touchscreen, super nette Leute da

Zamówienie bardzo długo przygotowywane, w dodatku niekompletne. Brakowało słomek, sztućców oraz jednego sosu. Jakiś młody pracownik nie umiał rozmawiać po angielsku ani nie zrozumiał tłumaczenia na migi - po pokazaniu mu na paragonie czego nie dostałem, wziął paragon, odłożył obok na ladę i niewzruszony pakował dalej zamówienia. Ignorował mnie jak pytałem "halo" czy "excuse me". Dopiero, gdy przechodził pracownik z drive thru, zwróciłem się do niego o pomoc, dzięki czemu dostałem nieotrzymane komponenty zamówienia.

We went around the drive in, we were a bit stuck because of the language, am still learning German, but the ladies who were serving were very friendly and since it was not rush hour , they allowed us to park near the side entrance and order our food inside.

Alle Burger frisch gemacht, Personal war flott drauf und nett. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Wir waren an einem Sonntagabend da gewesen. Alle Getränke waren komplett leer, ein Menü haben die komplett falsch verstanden und haben gemeint es wäre das richtige. Als wir die Tüte bekommen haben meinten sie zu uns gesagt es wäre alles drin aber es haben zwei komplette Menüs gefehlt. Also wir sind echt enttäuscht von der Filiale.

Weil meine Sprite nur Wasser war, beschwerte ich mich, die Dame sagte ich solle eben warten, sie Kartusche wäre leer, ich bekomme eine neue... sie konnte diese nicht wechseln, war viel betrieb, es musste gewartet werden bis jemand die wechselt, ca. 5 Minuten später bekam ich die dann, mein essen war Kalt, wollte neues, dann wurden wir beide, auch meine Begleitung, die am Tisch saß und nichts mit der Sache zu tun hatte, rausgeschmissen und bekamen das Geld zurück... tolle Mittagspause, 30 Minuten rum und hungrig weitergearbeitet... BITTE zeigt Solidarität und bestellt NICHT in diesem Drecksladen

Das ganze Restaurant hat seine besten Tage bereits gehabt. Die Tische, der Boden alles war dreckig. Angestellte kamen von draussen und gingen ohne sich die Hände zu waschen an die Arbeit. Der Burgermacher krammte während der Arbeit sein Handy raus. Auch der junge Mann der uns bediente war unglaublich unfreundlich.

Auf der Durchreise nach Rheinhessen haben wir das Schnellrestaurant besucht. Schon am Eingang hat uns ein extrem klebriger Boden sowie eine viel zu kalt eingestellte Klimaanlage empfangen. Obwohl nicht besonders viel los war, haben wir sehr lange bis zum Aufgeben der Bestellung warten müssen. Ein Großteil des Personals wirkte etwas überfordert. Die Pommes waren ok, die Burger mäßig. Matschige Zwiebelringe, wenig Soße und läppische Patties. Unser Anspruch an das Restaurant wurde leider nicht erfüllt, da gibt es deutliche bessere Burger King Filialen.

Ketchup und Majo kosten extra im Sparmenü! Unverschämt! Außerdem sind die Toiletten sehr schmutzig... alles nicht zu empfehlen!

Das Schnellrestaurant wird seinem Namen gerecht. Bedienung lief schnell, aber etwas gelangweilt. Die Einrichtung ist zeitgemäß ohne großen schnick schnack. Mit Coupons kann man bei den Bestellungen noch Geld sparen. Drive in ist vorhanden. Toiletten und Lokal sind sauber. Alles in Allem, für die schnelle absolut empfehlenswert.

Als Fastfood kann man das nicht mehr bezeichnen. Nicht weil das Essen so Gut ist, sondern weil die Wartezeiten extrem sind. Toiletten sind auch i.d.R. sehr unsauber

Dieses Restaurant gehört zum Eigentümer der von der Burger King Zentrale eine gewisse Zeit nicht beliefert wurde. Danach wurde es in meinen Augen besser.
