Sehr schönes Ambient ,wunderbare Mitarbeiter Und sehr zuvorkommend Essen war warm und auch schnell fertig ✔️

Als ich hier am Drive-in auf mein Essen gewartet habe, sind mindestens 1 Jahr und 2 Monate auf Millers Planeten vergangen

Im Lokal Essen bestellt!!! Es war kalt Es war nicht so voll das man es nicht hätte besser machen können Für dieses Geld Mega schlecht!

Sie haben mich reingelegt, ich habe zwei Koteletts bestellt und sie haben mir nur eins gebracht, gummiartige Stücke.

Das Schlimmste, was wir gegessen haben: 1. Die Nuggets waren kalt und fühlten sich an wie Plastik. 2. Wir bestellten einen Burger mit zwei Patties, bekamen aber nur einen. 3. Die Soße war widerlich und geschmacklos. Auf dem Foto sieht man, dass wir einen doppelten Whopper bestellt hatten, aber nur einen bekamen. Ein Umtausch wurde abgelehnt.

Bei uns 4 whoppers war eiskalt, haben Double whopper jnr bestelt, und haben eif normales whoper junior bekommen

Bestellt habe ich den „King Float Tropical Mango“ wie auf dem Bild links – bekommen habe ich praktisch nur Zitronenlimonade mit einem kleinen Klecks Softeis oben drauf. Von Mango keine Spur und optisch überhaupt nicht wie in der Werbung dargestellt. Sehr enttäuschend, besonders für den Preis. Wenn ein Produkt beworben wird, sollte es zumindest annähernd so aussehen und schmecken wie auf dem Bild.

Ich habe einen Burger mit Extragurken bestellt, die jedoch vergessen wurden. Auf meine Nachfrage kam keine Entschuldigung, sondern nur die Erklärung, dass der Küchenmonitor defekt sei und das eben passieren könne. Soweit ich verstanden habe, zeigt dieses Gerät die Extrawünsche an. Das würde bedeuten, dass vermutlich niemand seine bezahlten Extras erhalten hat. Das finde ich merkwürdig, da die vollständige Bestellung zusätzlich auch auf dem Papierbeleg steht.

Meine Schwester hat um 22:30 bestellt und es ist gerade 00:41 es kam Nix an sie gehen nicht ans Telefon und wir haben schon bestellt und gezahlt trozdem kommt nichts jetzt müssen wir hungrig ins Bett gehen

Hab grad so lange auf mein Essen gewartet das ich vergessen habe warum ich da bin.

Diese Filiale ist tatsächlich die versiffteste und dreckigste, die mir jemals untergekommen ist. Hier mal schnell en leckeren Burger verspeisen ? - Ha! Weit gefehlt !Zuerst werden Dinge wie Mayo vergessen trotz zusätzlicher Nachfrage, ob es eingepackt ist und dann schmecken sämtliche Burger als hätten sie schon den ganzen Tag auf mich gewartet. Die Tische sind sowas von eklig. Warum wischt man die nicht mal ab und an ab? Der Laden war nicht annähernd voll. Wer jetzt genug hat, sollte dann definitiv nicht die Toiletten besuchen, denn diese Kloaken schießen den Vogel dann komplett ab. Kein Klopapier in den Klopapierspendern, keine Seife und das Wasser funktioniert am einzigen Waschbecken auch nicht. Ganz davon abgesehen, wie die Pissoirs aussehen. PFUI ECHT ! Scheinbar soll man hier extra abgeschreckt werden. Manche Bahnhofsklappe ist sauberer. Geschmack ist hier absolut nicht King ! Die einzigen Gäste, die dieser Laden empfangen sollte, sind die M\W\D `s vom Gesundheitsamt um alles politisch korrekt auszudrücken. Ne bodenlose abgrundtiefe Unverschämtheit für den Krempel auf Biotonnenniveau noch Geld zu verlangen. Update vom 14.5.26 : Immer noch beschissen ! Ich hatte nicht mehr auf dem Schirm, dass ich zuletzt vor 4 Jahren hier war und leider hat der Betreiber scheinbar auch nicht gewechselt. Eine Schande für die Marke Burger King. Hier sollte man das Franchise entziehen ! Erstens ist man hier überfordert eine Bestellung vollständig abzuarbeiten. Ich kann das sehr gut beurteilen, da ich selbst schon in der Systemgastronomie gearbeitet habe (Joey's Pizza heute Dominos). Man bekommt nicht alle Burger und muss dann nochmal nachfragen. Dann wird zugesagt, dass Ersatz gemacht wird aber das dauern würde. Nach 15 Minuten wieder nachgefragt und noch immer war es nicht möglich 2 Burger nachzumachen. Fast Food? Nö, hier wartet man länger als in Nem richtigen Restaurant und dann wird's immer noch vergessen. Der Service total unfreundlich und ist schon bei 3 Gästen im Laden scheinbar total überfordert. Ich war schon in sehr vielen Burger King Filialen und kalte Burger hatte ich noch nie. Man könnte meinen, die wären aus dem Kühlschrank und der Käse nicht mal im Ansatz angelaufen. Ein besonderes Highlight war auch die Hot Cheese Sauce. Da steht extra aufm Becher man solle aufpassen, damit man sich nicht verbrennt und dann ist der Inhalt eher dafür geeignet den Finger abzukühlen. Das ist echt ne Sauerei und dann aber 52€ kassieren! Nie wieder ! Ich kann nur jeden warnen ! Die Toiletten sind übrigens unterhalb Frankfurter Hauptbahnhof Niveau ! - immer noch ! Wenn man mal weiter liest, scheint mein Eindruck auch die Regel zu sein. Mir ist es unbegreiflich, dass hier nicht eingeschritten wird.

Ich habe 20minuten gewartet nur Eis kaufen

Absolut unterirdisch – Gesundheitsgefährdend und eine bodenlose Unverschämtheit! Ich bin fassungslos über den Zustand dieser Filiale. Wenn ich könnte, würde ich null Sterne geben. Das Essen: Alles kam eiskalt am Tisch an. Zu allem Überfluss fehlten mehrere Burger und die Saucen. Hygiene: Der Außenbereich war komplett zugemüllt, man wollte sich dort kaum hinsetzen. !!!Im Kindermenü meines Sohnes war der Saft seit 4 Monaten abgelaufen! Das ist bei Kinder-Lebensmitteln absolut fahrlässig und gefährlich.!!! Der Service (Filialleitung?): An Unfreundlichkeit nicht zu überbieten. Statt einer Entschuldigung drückte mir die Dame (vermutlich die Leiterin) völlig kommentarlos einen zerquetschten „Quetschi“ in die Hand. Als ich sie fassungslos fragte, was das soll, da ich einen Saft bestellt hatte, holte sie mir sichtlich genervt dann doch noch einen Saft – bei dem das MHD allerdings auch in 2 Wochen abläuft. Es ist eine Frechheit, Kunden so abzuspeisen und Fehler nicht einmal einzugestehen. Wer sein Geld nicht verschwenden und seine Gesundheit nicht riskieren will, sollte einen großen Bogen um diesen Laden machen!

Mit Abstand der schlechteste Burger King bei dem ich jemals gewesen bin. Zuerst ist unsere Bestellung 3 mal an dem Bestellterminal ausgefallen, danach durften wir direkt an der Theke bestellen. Kurze Zeit später konnten wir das Essen aus abholen, was wir bekommen haben waren kalte Burger und kalte Pommes. Der Cheeseburger aus dem Junior Menü war wie ein Backstein, Stein hart und da soll ein ein kleines Kind reinbeissen? Also den Cheeseburger reklamiert, einen neuen bekommen. Die anderen Burger waren kalt, also reklamierte ich diese auch, der Schichtleiter oder wer auch immer sagte ich sei der erste Kunde der sich beschwert und wurde richtig unfreundlich, widerwillig bekam ich vermeintlich neue Burger, diese waren sogar warm, Vermutung liegt aber nahe dass es die einfach nur aufgewärmt wurden. Wenn ich kalte Burger will, kann ich die auch einfach aus dem Kühlregal holen, ganz ehrlich, dieses Burger King sollte man unbedingt vermeiden. Und das ist nicht das erste Mal hier, selbst bei einer Bestellung zur Lieferung bekommt man entweder kaltes Essen oder einfach nur matschige Pommes. Dieser Laden ist für mich Geschichte.

Tolle Qualität beim Whopper mit frischem, knackigem Salat.

Ich war diesmal eher enttäuscht. Bestellt habe ich 9 Chicken Nuggets (oder Chicken King, wie sie dort heißen), dazu Zwiebelringe mit süß-sauer und Teriyaki-Sauce. Die Nuggets waren leider nicht so, wie ich sie sonst kenne geschmacklich irgendwie daneben, eher fade und nicht wirklich frisch wirkend. Die Zwiebelringe waren okay, nichts Besonderes, aber essbar. Meine Begleitung hatte einen Doppel-Whopper mit Pommes. Der Whopper war okay. Die Pommes hingegen haben richtig unangenehm gerochen, deutlich nach altem Öl das verdirbt einem direkt den Appetit. Bei den Saucen war es auch durchwachsen: Die „süß-sauere“ Sauce war eigentlich nur sauer und geschmacklich komisch. Teriyaki war dagegen in Ordnung. Was das Ganze noch runtergezogen hat: Die Mitarbeiter wirkten genervt und eher unfreundlich als kundenorientiert. Insgesamt kein kompletter Reinfall, aber deutlich unter dem, was man erwarten würde.

Heute sehr unfreundlich Kaiserin, abgelaufen Sauce , keine Entschuldigung wegen die Sauce , Essen kalt und viel gewartet dabei wenig Kundschaft und Laden nicht aufgeräumt überall Mull

Der Bürger des Monats war fast so kalt wie das Cola die Pommes waren lauter kleine Stücke nie wieder gehe ich hin Bürger King Appelallee.

Also echt... 28 Euro bezahlt war aber das alle letzte. So eine Frechheit für die Qualität. Alles weggeschmissen. 7Also meine Familie schließt mit Burger King und Mc Donalds ab. Nee wieder

Noch nie so einen schlechten service gesehen. Man bestellt 10 Sachen bekommt nur 7. Anrufen dort braucht man nicht die Gehen auch nach 20 Minuten nicht dran.

Man wartet teilweise fast jedesmal eine halbe Std auf sein essen, da das Personal nicht fähig ist die Bestellung richtig zu bearbeiten. Das dritte Mal kaltes essen bekommen und reklamiert, da bekommt man noch die Aussage, wir haben es auf einer warme Ablage. Ändert aber nichts wenn der Bürger schon eine Viertel Std da liegt.

wechseln Sie das Öl. Die Pommes sind ungenießbar. Ich bin mit Ihrem Service überhaupt nicht zufrieden.

Die Pommes wurden mit altem ÖL gemacht. Das konnte man riechen und schmecken, uns wurde danach schlecht, das war jetzt nicht das erste mal gewesen. Nie wieder. Das Gesundheitsamt sollte mal dort überprüfen.

Sehr Schade um den Laden , wir haben heute Burger bestellt die waren kalt ! Und ein Mitarbeiter war zu sehen . Naja ich bin echt enttäuscht :(

Heute 26.03.2026 Die Bestellung kam recht schnell. Jedoch mussten wir feststellen das die Käsesoße am 25.03.2026 abgelaufen war und diese uns verkauft wurde. Darauf wurde uns ein neuer Bescher mit Käsesoße gebracht jedoch leider ohne Etikett sodass wir nicht nachvollziehen konnten von wann diese ist. Ich hoffe ich bekomme jetzt keine Probleme mit meinem Magen. Bei Interesse, wir haben ein Bild vom Etikett machen können. Lg

Burger waren kalt und lieblos zubereitet. Restaurant war nur schwach besucht?!?

Wir warteten über 15 Minuten auf zwei Burger und Pommes, und als wir das Essen endlich bekamen, fehlte ein Artikel, sodass wir noch länger warten mussten. Der Zuckerwatte-Shake war ein gemischter roter Walter mit Unmengen Eis. Unprofessionell, dreckig und überfüllt – genau das Gegenteil von dem, was ein Schnellrestaurant ausmacht. Nie wieder!

Schlechtester Burgerking deutschlands. Ständig fehlt was bei der Bestellung, Aktionsprodukte gibt es so gut wie nie und die Mitarbeiter sprechen allesammt auch kaum Deutsch. Der laden sollte dringend entweder dicht gemacht oder von oben bis unten neu besetzt werden.

Das Essen kam nach 2 Stunden kalt bei uns an. Die Tüten haben sehr unangenehm gestunken und die Burger sowie Pommes waren ungenießbar und hatten den Geruch der Tüten angenommen. Einfach widerlich.

2x Essen reklamiert weil es kalt war . Nach langer Diskussion mit dem Mitarbeiter, der meine Reklamation nicht einsehen wollte ,da die Burger ja frisch gemacht wurden .Ende vom Lied Chef verlangt ,Geld zurück , nie wieder Burger King

Wenn ich null Sterne geben könnte würde ich das machen. Ekelhafteste Essen dass ich je bestellt habe… Kam erstmal das Essen nach fast 2 Stunden und dann war es auch noch ekelhaft kalt und die Pommes schwabbelig. Einfach ekelhaft und habe auch noch 10 mal im Geschäft angerufen und niemand geht ran…. Außerdem kam eine kleine statt große Pommes an und überhaupt kein Honig Senf Dressing… nicht mal eine Ketchup oder Mayo. Sehr ranzig alles. Never again

Leider nichts gekauft da ich 10 Minuten an der Theke bei leeren laden stand und die Mitarbeiterin lieber in der Küche am Handy gerippt hat und auch auf das rufen aus dem Büro das da Kunde steht nicht reagiert hat

Es war ordentlich und sauber, der Service schnell, der knusprige Burger war frisch und knusprig.

Leider muss man bei Drive In immer kontrollieren ob auch wirklich alles drinne ist, fast immer stimmt irgendwas nicht mit meiner Bestellung. Ansonsten ist alles okay

Halt mal kurz an, ist doch kein Ding und 'faste food' bei Burger King! Mit Auto nur ein kleiner Stopper groß dagegen dann der Whopper. Oder nimm' ganz einfach Platz genieß die Burger ohne Hatz. Doch achte auf die and'ren Leute - die Fast-Food-Fress-Maschinen-Meute. Denn es ist ziemlich schnell passiert und Du bist plötzlich integriert.

Na den Drive in hat man so verkompliziert das man es gleich lassen kann. Nun muss man seine Bestellung am EC Automaten abgeben. Wer mit Karte bezahlen will, kann dann aus dem Auto aussteigen, über den Bordstein fallen, und sich vor den EC Automat kniehen um zu bezahlen. Ein selten dämliches Konzept, was mich veranlässt dort nicht mehr hinzufahren!

Die Bürger waren bei uns 4 eiskalt, der franchise geber sollte mal die Filiale unter der Lupe nehmen. Sehr viele schreiben hier,dass die Bürger Eiskalt waren. Diese Filiale am besten Vermeiden..

Absolutely outrageous. The food arrived ice-cold, bone dry, and clearly stale – completely inedible. Serving something like that to customers shows that there are absolutely no standards here. The staff seems either completely overwhelmed or simply incapable of preparing even the simplest fast food properly. Quality, care, or even a minimum level of professionalism is nowhere to be found. For a hefty price, you get garbage served here. Anyone who values ​​hot food or competent service should steer clear of this Burger King. Definitely the last time.

Positive: Excellent burger selection, including vegetarian options; delicious, something for everyone. The service time is reasonable. Negative: The atmosphere is as cozy as a 1970s train station snack bar; it could be cleaner, despite the mopping. We've been to many Burger Kings, but this one made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. The food didn't taste good and was also cold. The staff was very unfriendly.

Absolutely fantastic! The order arrived remarkably quickly. My Whopper was very freshly prepared, which was immediately apparent from the crisp lettuce and firm tomato slices. The patty had that typical, intense, smoky grilled flavor that I love so much about the Whopper and that sets it apart from other burgers. The bun was pleasantly soft and fluffy, and the ratio of meat, toppings, and sauce was perfectly balanced. In short: A perfect, delicious Whopper, and thanks to the fast service, a thoroughly enjoyable experience. I'll definitely be back!

We were at the drive-thru and had to wait almost 15 minutes without anyone responding. At the pickup station, we were looked at, but neither served nor asked what we wanted. Only after we called out did an employee come, who told us we should just go inside instead of standing there. Very unprofessional and disrespectful service.

I ordered a meal deal: a burger, nine onion rings, and a drink. Everything tasted as expected and was good. I had selected the reusable cup option for my drink, which costs an extra €2. Unfortunately, my drink arrived in a disposable cup. I pointed this out to the server, who, after a grumpy comment, offered to give me my money back. He did so, but only €1. Unfortunately, they're often short-staffed, so it takes longer. They also don't have tortillas. There's always something wrong. Yesterday, the fries tasted strange. Then the ice cream machine was broken for weeks. The staff is usually great and tries their best, but with too few employees, they can't manage. I still go there quite often, though.

Unfortunately, the new system makes it impossible to see the products available for selection in the drive-thru. Furthermore, coupons are expected to be scanned at the scanner, but this doesn't work reliably. This means you have to come into the restaurant during your lunch break to have everything scanned there. It's no longer customer-friendly. You used to be one of my favorite restaurants. Now I'd rather go to McDonald's; it's faster. Fast food should mean fast food. Sadly, that's no longer the case here.

I ate there yesterday, November 2nd, 2025, around 10 PM. Although the burgers were freshly prepared, they were cold! My complaint was ignored! No attempt at compensation, nothing! That was the last time I'll be there!

I've rarely experienced such a poorly organized Burger King... with such unfriendly employees! Waited 5 minutes to pay. Waited 20 minutes for the food. The extra bacon I paid for was missing from both Whoppers, and both burgers were ice cold. Waited another 10 minutes for the 20-piece nuggets. Had to chase after the sauces. Ordered 2 Fantas & 1 Coke. Got them -> 2 Cokes & 1 Fanta. Returned the Whopper, supposedly got a fresh one back, including bacon (but you really had to hunt for it). Was yelled at by the employee throughout the entire store, saying he only makes €10 an hour... This Burger King is an absolute disaster!!!

Super friendly and fun employees! I've never experienced such great service at any other Burger King. I've been here three times now, and every time, the man at the counter immediately puts me in a good mood with his friendly and cheerful demeanor. Truly great!

The Lieferando driver was in a bad mood and was still sitting in his car in front of my door. He complained because I asked him why he was sitting in the car and was late. It's a total disgrace. Honestly, I'd rather eat there than deliver again 😒😒

I redeemed my crowns but didn't get anything. I redeemed my crowns at the terminal, and the terminal simply canceled my order. This was noticed at the cashier, and I was told the crowns were gone and nothing could be done!!! The employee barely spoke German, making discussion completely impossible!!! I won't be getting anything from Burger King again for the time being!!!

If you don't like rude service and cold food and stale Coke for way too much money, this is the place for you. I've never eaten so poorly.

Don't order via Uber Eats, the delivery man can't speak proper German and has forgotten half of the things and when you call him and ask he just says "I don't understand anything" no matter how you explain it to him he just says OK bye and hangs up

They removed sets from the menu. It's very inconvenient. The cleaning lady walks around the hall, coughs, laughs for the whole hall to hear. Jokes with the service staff. It's unpleasant to be there, like in some kind of eatery.

I thought I'd go to the drive-thru – I ended up feeling like I was standing in line for a daycare. After what seemed like ages, I asked if they had the promotional wraps. What did I get? Then you gave me two drinks – fine. I had both hands full, so I asked nicely for a cup holder (that's not too much to ask, is it?). Answer? "What car doesn't have cup holders?" – Bro, what are you, the king of bad moods? I have my hands full! And then a passive-aggressive "faster" mumbled afterward, while I tried not to mess up everything in the car. The food? Colder than the look from the lady at the counter. The cheese was so unmelted, it would have needed a resume to be allowed on the burger. I swear, the entire meal came straight from the fridge—it'd probably been sitting there next to the trash can since yesterday. Service? Nonexistent. My dead grandmother would have served me a better meal in a wheelchair, blindfolded—and with more heart. There was no customer service at all, just disinterest and a bad mood deluxe. Bottom line: If you're in the mood for cold food, rude comments, and the feeling that you're the nuisance—treat yourself. Otherwise: Find a chip shop with heart. Or eat pebbles—it fills you up more and probably tastes better.

What a dump... The beverage system has been broken for a while and no longer chills the drinks. This means they can't absorb the carbonation and taste flat. The employees just put ice cubes in everything, even if you ordered without ice. They just keep selling like nothing's wrong... Pathetic. I'm not going there anymore.

Ordered online and not everything was delivered. Ordered a Wopper meal with extra meat and got it delivered without. The curly fries were also forgotten. The tomatoes were forgotten in the chicken burger. None of this is nice, because when you order and pay for something, I expect everything to be included!

Unfortunately, the curly fries tasted like old grease. Some were cooked through, some were hard as rocks, and 30 percent of them were fries. Ordered a Diet Coke without ice cubes, got it with ice cubes. Something has to be done. It wasn't exactly crowded, and there was plenty going on. The Planet Burger was good.

My burger bun was so hard it could stop Titanic

Between 5:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m., I was at the drive-thru and ordered a burger and a voucher for an extra-long and crispy meal. I drove home and saw that one burger was missing, along with a cold pair of fries. On my way back 20 minutes later, I saw the forgotten burger still there. The shift supervisor was very unprofessional and took my bag of cold food and gave me back the same bag with the same cold contents, including the forgotten burger, and said good-bye. After 30 minutes, nobody wants to eat a meal that costs around €17 and wasn't my fault. Absolutely outrageous! Very cheeky, and cleanliness must be highly commended. The shift supervisor should consider the legal regulations.

I've been standing at the drive-in counter for 20 minutes and absolutely nothing is happening

A completely run-down place. I ordered two burgers for just under 15 euros. I got cold, like, refrigerator-cold burgers. The chick behind the counter was babbling really cheekily. I saw how "he" made them... I can heat them up in the microwave! I replied, I don't want microwave burgers... Today was the last time we were there. The wait was endless. Even though it was a quiet Friday, the staff were either overwhelmed or very inexperienced. The burgers and fries were repetitive, only lukewarm, and tasted stale and very dry. The dining room and restrooms were very dirty. Other branches definitely do better.

A cockroach came out of the burger right in front of the cashier. He said, "It didn't come out of the burger, it's fine like this." Then I insisted, but the replacement burger was cold and old, and the fries were also double-fried and disgusting. The cashier was rude and unhygienic. There were even cockroaches on the walls. Absolutely disgusting.

Getting nothing done is the order of the day here.

The food was cold and inedible. The Coke was served without ice, even though I ordered it. I wouldn't visit the store again.

I think the people there are only friendly because the food is so bad. Even the fries weren't tasty: they had a really weird aftertaste, barely salted. The veggie burger and the Whopper were almost burnt. The salad was wilted. The sweet and sour dip was just disgusting.

The restaurant was almost empty, yet the food was cold and the tables and floor were dirty. The staff really could have done a thorough cleaning. The air conditioning makes a lot of noise.

Dear Sir or Madam, I've ordered from Burger King three times now, and each time I forgot something. Once I ordered nuggets, once I ordered a burger. Then I called. The manager said I'd send someone right away. Now it's arrived after four hours. I'm going to say, please don't order again. Don't order from Biebrich in Wiesbaden again.

Two or four monitors weren't working. The cash register wasn't manned at all at 11:10 PM on June 19, 2025. We then briefly went to the drive-thru because, luckily, we were driving there. There, we had to wait 15 minutes for the order to be taken, where we were very rudely asked for our order. When we picked up the food, a coupon apparently didn't go through, and we were charged more than double the usual price for a burger. When we asked, we were confronted with a very aggressive and insulting response. The employee stated that he didn't want to help us and couldn't cancel and re-order the order or give us the price stated on the coupon because he didn't feel like it. I showed him the coupon on my phone, where he immediately snatched the phone out of my hand and started typing on it like crazy. In my opinion, this reflects unacceptable behavior. However, there was no result, and he shouted even louder, either we re-queue (behind four cars), or I told him to cancel the burger because we wouldn't pay more than double the price. He angrily canceled the burger and gave us an illegible receipt with the old amount on it. Then he bragged about how he'd rather leave with a cash register showing -7€ than revise our order. He somehow had to repeat this sentence 10 times in two minutes while we just sat there confused in the car. I like going to BK, but it ruined my experience there for a long time. People like that really shouldn't work there. Especially since he couldn't tell a long chicken from chili cheese nuggets.

Burger King, it's fine. The employees are friendly. I'd still always check to make sure everything's been adjusted.

Unfortunately, things have gotten bad again. The last four times the food arrived 30-60 minutes late, and today it didn't arrive at all. Unfortunately, no one answers the phone either!

I was there again and unfortunately regretted it. The burgers were okay. Fries weren't as good as they used to be. The staff were completely overwhelmed. The floor hadn't been cleaned in a while and was sticky in many areas. Tables weren't wiped down, and the return containers weren't emptied. It looked like a garbage dump.
