McDonald's in Wiesbaden

Getting the wrong order and then being rude is not possible!!

This branch is my preferred address; I use it almost every day at lunchtime. The processing takes place regularly via McDrive, and I pick up my medication at the same time. The staff is characterized by politeness and friendliness. I fully recommend this branch and will visit again in the coming days.

Fries are without salt Cola without ice

Went in here to grab something for Breakfast. Never again!! The wrap itself wasn't too bad. But to find the toilets hadn't been cleaned from the previous day: bad!!!

McDrive was very slow, probably 20-25 minutes

I have never received what I ordered here

Instead of taking care of the guests, you see the two men hugging each other deeply and making out. We were there a week ago the children's area was disgusting The most important area for children is a disaster, it's cold dirty and all the tables are stuck. We were there for two hours, it wasn't full where you might have understood it and no one really made an effort to clean the table. Dark children's area, all leftover food flying around. It was really disgusting, my child and I had to eat in our jackets and scarves because otherwise we would have frozen to death. Urgently needs to change. Food was okay in the children's menu, pay attention to what the fries look like. I'm thinking about whether I'll come back. I think less so. Really a shame.

No ice cream, no information, queued for 30 minutes at the drive in for free.

This is intended to be a neutral review It's just a Megges... nothing unusual Eat as usual Service, well wait until it's ready, pick it up and leave Ambiance... it is and remains a Megges It was clean and good for a Saturday evening

McDonalds should offer the option to order drinks without ice, especially in the cold season.

I waited 25 minutes for my order because they couldn't make nuggets. Unfortunately, the rest of the order was ice cold when I got it! It's nice to have had something like that often! Absolute impudence. When asked, I was always told that it would still take time.

The quality of the food should be well known; prices have risen noticeably recently. Unfortunately, the waiting time in the drive-in was an impressive 30 minutes and the employees seemed a bit overwhelmed. It could certainly have been because it was a Saturday evening. However, this no longer has anything to do with “fast food”.

Ordered salad for the umpteenth time and discovered that the best before date sticker had been removed and a new, longer best before date was stuck over it. Simply disgusting!! Lettuce was brown, old and no longer edible!!

I cannot recommend it in any way, honestly I have never seen such insensitivity and disrespect towards customers in my life, starting from the bosses who treat customers like hungry beggars as if we don't pay, they are the most insensitive , Time to wait is between 30 and 60 minutes, under conditions where there is no accumulation, i.e. h. 6 or 8 people maximum, the time is excessive and none of them know anything, they are unprofessional. I definitely don't recommend it

The food is of the standard you would expect from McDonald's. Unfortunately, the staff in this branch isn't the fastest, and at least the men's toilets could be renovated. The company's branches are much better maintained.

You can go to Mac Donalds if you feel like eating fast food. The burgers never look like the pictures anyway. After all, there are still here too *a McCafe * Multiple order machines * A McDrive (but checks whether everything is in the bag)

My food tasted like it had been sitting for a long time before it went out to the customers!

SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY BAD! After I paid at the car counter I wanted some fries. Apparently that's no longer possible because someone ordered behind me and I had to make another round and go back to the car counter. MC DONALDS IS UNABLE TO SELL ANY OTHER PRODUCTS IF YOU WANT TO RE-ORDER AT THE COUNTER!!!! I would say well organized, which is why it only averages 3.4*. Every snack bar has more stars because they like to take more orders at the checkout.

I'm new to Wiesbaden and have eaten here twice now (due to the proximity to the hardware store). Both times I ordered online and went via McDrive. The first time I waited 25 minutes with 5 cars in front of me), the second time 10 minutes and there was only one car in front of me. The McDonald's is so poorly organized!!! Absolutely not recommended if you are in a hurry.

Private conversations during the issue and no desire to work

Here I found a fast food restaurant that was above all clean and bright with very friendly staff.

The last time the burgers were fresh but the tables weren't clean even though there wasn't much going on.

Food is as it should be. Mc Caffee Closed It's unfortunate because there are cuts to staff again. Otherwise you wait hours for your coffee or whatever. Likewise tables and floor sticky. Because the little Spar staff can't keep up with cleaning because of the processing of the food at MC Drive, walk-in customers and on-site eaters. Actually sad for such a restaurant chain. But employees are always friendly and helpful. The MC Donald becomes totally disgustingly sticky as a dirty, floor, table playing guy.

This McDonalds has become very, very bad and unhygienic. Everything is just loveless 6-

Quality as desired. Unfortunately the branch closes far too early. McDonalds pretty much lets you down if you're still hungry in the evening 👎

This store drives you crazy! First you have to order and pay at this stupid terminal and then the payment doesn't work at all. If you don't order via the terminal, you won't get anything! Very hospitable. So you have to wait again at the checkout until it's your turn. Then you finally get your food, which you can eat at a dirty table and, last but not least, you realize that the cheeseburgers have lost a lot of size. For the same price, of course. Nope. So McDonalds is nowhere near what it used to be.

Staff unfriendly, terminals broken again. Cash payment not possible.

Nowadays you have to take a lot of time until the food is served.

You have to explain to the employees what you ordered because they can't do it themselves and then they're rude

Can't issue orders correctly, something is always missing or wrong.

The order was processed very quickly, the food was very warm and well prepared compared to other locations. There was good seating both inside and outside. The staff is also very friendly and helpful.

Totally dirty!!! Floor sticks, leftover food everywhere on the tables, benches and floor! Staff lazy... no one picks up anything or wipes the tables.

In this branch, things are constantly forgotten when ordering in the drive-thru. Today I got 2 x water instead of 2 x Sprite!?

I was with my mother, my wife and my daughter because we ordered normally, which worked more or less well (since the touchscreen on the terminals works so well and always responds so well to "sarcasm") and then the food came Half then after repeatedly mentioning what was missing they still couldn't manage to bring everything then after pointing it out 3 or 4 times they completely ignored us until I went to the counter and still complained I didn't get everything and was left standing again until I just left. I can't understand such outrageous behavior Of course we are all just human but you should admit your mistakes and not just ignore people 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Have no glowing glasses and no coupons

After waiting 20 minutes in the restaurant until the ladies had finished our breakfast food, we discovered that the "Good Morning Farmer" was served without bacon and completely mushy. Unfortunately it was the last time; that we visited this branch.

It is entirely understandable that you want to serve breakfast products as hot and fresh as possible. But you still need to do a little bit of preparation. Even with a standard product you stand at the drive-thru like crazy. It's good to see how instructions are sometimes given in an uncoordinated manner. Conversely, this means that there is no preparation. To my example today. A in words -ONE- McMuffin. I only order with cheese via the app (see pictures). Communication between the supervisor and the employee in the kitchen was a disaster. No clear instructions and then incorrect execution in the kitchen. What did I receive? See image. The bun and the piece of meat. The cheese was apparently one ingredient too complicated. What happens if you have multiple positions? You don't have time to queue forever in the morning because you're in the field, for example. Purpose of the app??? When I have to wait longer than for a pizza and then get the wrong one. Sorry, but every barrel has limits. From now on, the baker Schäfer opposite is happy for me and my colleagues.

This is the McDonald's we visit most often.

The prices are now utopian. Sure, everything is getting more expensive, but this isn't about gourmet burgers, it's about the cheapest fast food. Carelessly prepared burgers. And now there is no longer any drink with the coupon and even the ketshup now costs extra! My promise to myself: Mc Donalds is history for me!!!!

Disaster service at mc Drive do you only have sleeping pills at the counter? The blonde lady at the counter doesn't understand coupons or QR CODES. What is it called mcdrive for if nothing works. I'll never go to this McDonald's again. Better teach your employees. Waited 10 minutes for nothing because the lady couldn't do anything.

I ordered a burger and a large fries. After about 15 minutes of waiting, the burger finally arrived. I thought this was FAST food. I would like to rate the fries but I didn't get them.

I saw a voucher option on the kiosk menu and went for it. €9.99 for a Big Mac, 6 piece McNuggets, large fries, and a drink. Pretty clean compared to the average McDonald’s. The staff kind were kind and courteous. Pop hits playing at a moderate volume. Clean WC.

The less busy there is, the longer processing takes. Annoying, but normal in the catering industry, unfortunately.

Essen war, wie man es kenn und gewohnt ist, da es Recht voll war gingen 2 Sachen vergessen, die aber ohne große Probleme, nach dem Hinweis, erstattet wurden.

Naja wenn die kinder alle vier monate mal dahin wollen hält man es aus. Es ist so super teuer geworden. Erinnert sich noch jemand an den Cheeseburger für 1€?

Man kommt sich vor wie bei einem Marktschreier... Zahlen werden gerufen bis jemand kommt und sein Essen abzuholen...sehr störend für die Leute die gerade am Essen sind. Pommes waren nicht gut. Kam.mir so vor als hätten diese schon seit gestern da gelegen...

Leider achtet niemand darauf, dass auch mal der Boden gewischt werden müsste. Man klebte praktisch mit den Schuhen fest

Habe einen mc Crispy bestellt und einen mcrip bekommen, super schade, eventuell muss die Sprechanlage des McDrive mal gecheckt werden

War ganz okay. Die Bedienung war unfreundlich! Aber das essen war ganz gut. Tische waren dreckig und Fußboden klebrig.... Ganz okay fürs schnelle aber lieber direkt mitnehmen anstatt vor ort zu essen .

Zu teuer, nur wenn Gutscheine sind und alles nur über die App, was total bescheuert ist. Die Pommes meist versalzen, das Essen selten warm.

Lange Wartezeit bei Zahlung am Counter, Store-Managerin oder Betriebsleiterin muss Buchungen korrigieren, drei andere Mitarbeiter halten sich daher vornehm zurück und lassen einen fast zehn Minuten stehen, bevor mal bezahlen darf. Da nützt es auch nichts, sich zu entschuldigen und einfach wegzugehen.

Finde die hygienische Bedingungen an den bestelltafeln nicht OK wo jeder dran lagt und dann mit den Händen essen muss. Tische werden auch wenig abgewischt .

Alles frisch und lecker ,saubere Lokation, Tischservice ,keine lange Wartezeit.

Wir hatten mehrere Menüs bestellt und ich hatte bei einer Bestellung ohne Käse bestellt. Der eine Burger kam ohne Käse und der andere leider mit. Obwohl die Angabe getätigt wurde das es ohne sein soll wurde mit mir diskutiert das es nicht so drauf stand. Wir haben um ein Gespräch mit der Managerin gebeten, aber diese hat sich feiern lassen. Nach langem hin und her und nicht gerade freundlich, gab es dann einen neuen Burger. Die Aussage der Managerin war, sie könne ja ihre Schicht nicht verlassen. Jetzt hab ich aber alles gehört. Freundlich ist nicht jedermanns Ding!!!

Es ist wie überall, kein Qualifiziertes Personal. Geben sich Mühe aber sobald 20 Gäste da sind wird es hektisch und meine Frau wurde 5 Minuten ignoriert am Tresen. Erst als sie sich lautstark beschwert hatte wurde die Bestellung aufgenommen. Pommes heiß, Burger lau.

Sehr überfüllt und auch der Monitor zur Abholung defekt, so dass zum Teil die Zahlen aufgerufen wurden, wenn die Kunden nicht schon da standen und fragten ..

Hab vor Ort gegessen. Leider wurde mein Essen vergessen und ich musste es reklamieren. Nicht so ganz mein Mc Donald

Ich bin völig begeistert am drive ein mitarbeiter mit löckchen haare.Super nett Und höflich gewesen hat nicht lange gedauert hab direkt mein essen bekomme.das essen war frisch und warm ich würde immer gerne Vorbei kommen.🙂

Essen schmeckt halt aber manchmal klatschen die das essen da so hin oder vergessen sachen rein zu tun. Letztens haben die einfach einen ganzen Cheeseburger vergessen

Leider mussten wir die Tische selbst wischen. Das Essen war ok, wurde in der App bestellt und an den Tisch geliefert. Entsprach der Bestellung. Sauberkeit war jetzt aber nicht im Fokus.

Hallo ich bin heute am 15.05 um 17:40 wieder mal begeistert von der Super tolle Bedienung die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und hilfsbereit und das Essen war schnell frisch und sehr lecker.super Manger. Im Gegensatz zum MC Donalds in Mainz Kastel, bei dem ich am Samstag war und die selbe Bestellung aufgegeben habe und bei dem die Bestellung erst nach 50 min nach Aufforderung kam und die Hälfte gefehlt hat, ist dieser MC Donalds einer der besten die ich bisher besucht habe. Nach vielen Jahren haben wir mal wieder einen Versuch beim MacCafé nach dem Flohmarktbesuch gestartet. Es gab zur Begrüßung weder ein "Hallo" noch ein "Guten Tag". Nicht mal ein Lächeln konnte sich die Dame zu unserer Bestellung abringen. Von "Danke" oder "Bitte" ganz zu schweigen. Freundlichkeit geht anders. Der Eiskaffee bestand zu 80% aus Eiswürfeln, Alternativen zu den Plastikstrohhälmen gibt es leider auch immer noch nicht. Das WC war völlig verdreckt und Toilettenpapier gab es sowieso nicht - eine Dame schenkte uns ihre Tempo-Taschentücher... Das Restaurant selbst sah zum Glück sauber aus. Dieser Besuch reicht mal wieder für die nächsten fünf Jahre.:(

Wir wollten schnell inmitten von Besorgungen etwas essen. Die neue Bestellmethode mittels Bildschirm und touchscreen mag ja modern sein und bietet sicherlich auch gewisse Vorteile. Wenn jedoch für die Zubereitung dann ungewöhnlich lange gebraucht wird, obwohl sich laut Display nur eine weitere Bestellung in Bearbeitung befindet (und dies nicht gerade für eine Fußballmannschaft), dann entzieht sich mir der Vorteil der Digitalisierung bei McDonald’s. Und wenn die Pommes dann schmecken wie vom Vortag, der BigMäc wie von vor zwei Stunden, dann verstehe ich das Konzept so überhaupt gar nicht. Und das alles vormittags in einem kaum besuchten Restaurant. Sehr, sehr schade.

La comida es de buena calidad para la comida rápida y el servicio es rápido. Siempre vale la pena una parada cuando en la zona de un flohmarkt.
