This morning after 11 a.m., I was at McDonald's, and the cashier was really rude. I hope something changes.

Dirty kids' area. Sticky floor. Floor covered in fries and nuggets. It probably hasn't been mopped in weeks. Oh well

On this beautiful Monday evening, I decided to ask my favorite fast food provider for the popular, or as the youth would call it, the trendy, "spicy dip challenge." However, I was denied! The fast food provider's internet-connected machine confirmed the "challenge" was available. I was outraged when the lady on duty explained to me that the availability was a bluff! I was offered neither compensation nor a trade! Instead, they pushed me off a cliff and stabbed my corpse! As absurd as it may sound, they seriously gave me a sweet chili sauce and a creamy chipotle sauce and thought I'd accept it. But no! Now I'm left in my house, outraged and mentally damaged, and I have to get over this outrage! The most disgusting thing was... that the floor was covered in someone else's hair! I quickly grabbed something for breakfast this morning. The Bacon & Egg McMuffin® was okay. But the ham and cheese toastie was a blast. Not even 1 cm thick. Squeezed to the max. Molecularly compressed. Inedible.

Actually, it's a nice McDonald's. However, the drive-up window always takes forever. There's only one window open at a time. I canceled my online pre-order and don't bother if there are seven cars in line on a Wednesday evening. Unfortunately, I've had this experience far too often. At other McDonald's, like the one in Wiesbaden Dotzheim or on Mainzer Straße, it's much faster.

Very uncomprehending employee. Immediately after ordering via the app, I went to the counter to say I wanted a cheeseburger without buns. Our daughter has celiac disease, and unfortunately, they still don't offer gluten-free burgers in Germany. The shift manager was very rude and replied that I could customize this in the app. After showing me that this wasn't the case, he complained that I should have let them know beforehand. This was not good service at all. He also wanted to remove the bun from the finished burger. I insisted on a fresh, new patty. He didn't agree with that either. The best thing to do is train the staff in customer service. Impossible.

They tend to misplace the orders and also do not agree to replace the order. Even if the mistake is from their side, they do not accept the mistake. It is like, we have given you food either eat it or leave.

Now we've changed franchisees for the umpteenth time, and today it was a disaster. I ordered a double chicken burger. The packaging was fine, but inside was a double jalapeno cheeseburger. And there were no sauces or ketchup to be found anywhere. Is that how you save money for the same price? All the burgers were bone dry. I'm calling it a day at this place. Bottom line: you don't get what you pay for, which is sad.

⭐ 1 out of 5 stars – Disappointing and disrespectful I ordered two portions of fries for €9 – I received cold, half-filled bowls that in no way justified the price. When I complained about this and also pointed out that, as I have celiac disease in Germany, I'm practically dependent on fries at McDonald's, the employee fobbed me off with the phrase, "You can't have everything in life." As if that weren't rude enough, he then pointed out that there are so many vegan alternatives – which completely misses the point. The fact that the difference between gluten-free and vegan is apparently unknown demonstrates a clear lack of training among the staff. Especially at an international chain like McDonald's, one should expect that intolerances and complaints are handled professionally. What I experienced here was not only culinary disappointing, but also humanly disappointing. For people with celiac disease, McDonald's is often the last halfway safe option - all the more sad when even that doesn't work and all you get for your money is cold fries and cynicism.

Extremely dirty, food scraps and garbage everywhere on the floor, tables and seating.

Ordered online, delivery took over an hour outside of peak hours for a distance of just 3km. The burger was cold and the fries were soggy. A third of the order was also missing, and the store is unreachable by phone to complain about this. Catastrophe!

The morning breakfast was a joke. It looks nothing like what they show you on the advertisement at all. The wrap was the saddest thing I've ever seen in my life, it was terrible, it didn't even taste good. Service and the atmosphere were alright. I just seriously don't recommend those breakfast meals. 👎👎

A fairly standard McDonald's with friendly and polite staff. Overall, the food is okay, but sometimes you get cold dishes or the feeling that they’ve been sitting out for a while. I often find that some items are missing from my orders — which is especially frustrating when you order online, pick it up, and then realize something is missing, even though it was charged on the receipt. Nevertheless, I still visit sometimes — especially for McBreakfast, which offers a great variety. Overall, it’s an average McDonald's: nothing surprising, but nothing particularly bad either. I would just like them to pay more attention to order accuracy — there’s definitely room for improvement in this area.

No croissants, no Coke Zero, no toilet paper, and the toilet is full of shit. Somehow, this branch is always missing something. Worse than other McDonald's. But it's conveniently located on the way to the hardware store. ----- Clean, and you know what you're getting.

Just a regular McDonald's. The food is just fast food, although the "fast" aspect of the service shouldn't be taken too seriously. Some of the tables and chairs were dirty or wet. The location is easily accessible by car.

Yeah, you can't expect a 5-star restaurant from McDonald's, of course, but it's decent for a fast-food restaurant. I went at a time when it wasn't very busy, so I got my order quickly and it was relatively quiet. The quality is decent for McDonald's. The only downside is that it was dirty and sticky in places.

Unfortunately, the staff was very unfriendly, and our food was prepared with absolutely no love or effort. The staff was very grumpy and passive aggressive. When I asked why they were yelling at us, they just gave me a very rude response. Unfortunately, I didn't have a good experience and would absolutely not recommend this place.

Unfortunately, our sauces were forgotten as well as our glasses. The food was cold and the fries were soggy.

It was already late, about 21.30. They didn't bring the entire order that we paid for. The child received the wrong set, and without a toy. I always had to come up and ask for my own!!! In the end, it seemed like a small thing, but we were left without one potato and the child was in a bad mood. This may be an indication that the staff were already tired, although this is not an excuse.

Not a bad little place. Inside was clean, plenty of parking, small indoor play area. The thing that got me was the last at the counter allowing my kids to choose their toy with a Happ meal.

Ordering at the terminal was easy and understandable and I ordered the food for service at the table. 2 Latte Macchiato Grande took a long time to arrive and was almost finished eating then one was also cold.

Rarely go to a McDonald's, but this visit was extremely unpleasant: - no Pokemon cards in the Happy Meal, huge disappointment for the kids (that was one of the reasons why they went to McD for dinner in the first place) - Food (vegetarian) mediocre - Fries cold and soggy - Table and seats partly dirty - relatively long waiting time for food to be brought - loud and unpleasant McD - no Plant Based section during the ordering process - an extremely large amount of packaging waste - why aren't just reusable cups used? Conclusion: We won't be coming here again.

I ordered from Mcdrive today and everything went quickly, but the burgers were so old that the bread was very hard and the meat was simply cold and went straight into the bin. Never again.

A solid McDonald's with friendly service. The food was mostly okay, but there were also moments when it was cold or had been sitting for a long time. What I've noticed more often is that something is often forgotten in my orders - particularly annoying when you order online, pick it up and then find that a product is missing but has still been billed. Nevertheless, I drive by here occasionally, especially because of the McBreakfast, which is really appealing with its large selection. Overall, an average McDonald's - nothing special, but not bad either. There is definitely still potential, especially when it comes to order accuracy. Hence a solid 3 stars.

Worst McDonalds in all of Wiesbaden. Drive-in is cash only. Inside Megges, they all work in slow motion and seem totally scheduled and disinterested. The boss doesn't care if the customers wait and they also get the orders wrong. The job is not demanding and yet they do it poorly.

We went to McDrive but our order wasn't taken at the counter. At some point we moved on because we thought the order would be taken after the curve, but that wasn't the case. At the counter there was a sulky employee who said we should queue at the back of the McDrive again. Never again.

Mit Abstand der schlechteste McDonalds in ganz Wiesbaden. McDrive ging nur Barzahlung. Im McDonald’s selbst sind die Mitarbeiter lahmarschig bis zum geht nicht mehr und dann sind die Bestellungen noch falsch. Mehrere Gäste beschwerten sich bereits über lange Wartezeiten und den chef hat es 0,0 gebockt. Unsympathischer Typ , schlechter McDonalds.

This branch is my preferred address; I use it almost every day at lunchtime. The processing takes place regularly via McDrive, and I pick up my medication at the same time. The staff is characterized by politeness and friendliness. I fully recommend this branch and will visit again in the coming days.

Went in here to grab something for Breakfast. Never again!! The wrap itself wasn't too bad. But to find the toilets hadn't been cleaned from the previous day: bad!!!

Instead of taking care of the guests, you see the two men hugging each other deeply and making out. We were there a week ago the children's area was disgusting The most important area for children is a disaster, it's cold dirty and all the tables are stuck. We were there for two hours, it wasn't full where you might have understood it and no one really made an effort to clean the table. Dark children's area, all leftover food flying around. It was really disgusting, my child and I had to eat in our jackets and scarves because otherwise we would have frozen to death. Urgently needs to change. Food was okay in the children's menu, pay attention to what the fries look like. I'm thinking about whether I'll come back. I think less so. Really a shame.

McDonalds should offer the option to order drinks without ice, especially in the cold season.

I waited 25 minutes for my order because they couldn't make nuggets. Unfortunately, the rest of the order was ice cold when I got it! It's nice to have had something like that often! Absolute impudence. When asked, I was always told that it would still take time.

The quality of the food should be well known; prices have risen noticeably recently. Unfortunately, the waiting time in the drive-in was an impressive 30 minutes and the employees seemed a bit overwhelmed. It could certainly have been because it was a Saturday evening. However, this no longer has anything to do with “fast food”.

Ordered salad for the umpteenth time and discovered that the best before date sticker had been removed and a new, longer best before date was stuck over it. Simply disgusting!! Lettuce was brown, old and no longer edible!!

I cannot recommend it in any way, honestly I have never seen such insensitivity and disrespect towards customers in my life, starting from the bosses who treat customers like hungry beggars as if we don't pay, they are the most insensitive , Time to wait is between 30 and 60 minutes, under conditions where there is no accumulation, i.e. h. 6 or 8 people maximum, the time is excessive and none of them know anything, they are unprofessional. The food is of the standard you would expect from McDonald's. Unfortunately, the staff in this branch isn't the fastest, and at least the men's toilets could be renovated. The company's branches are much better maintained.

SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY BAD! After I paid at the car counter I wanted some fries. Apparently that's no longer possible because someone ordered behind me and I had to make another round and go back to the car counter. MC DONALDS IS UNABLE TO SELL ANY OTHER PRODUCTS IF YOU WANT TO RE-ORDER AT THE COUNTER!!!! I would say well organized, which is why it only averages 3.4*. Every snack bar has more stars because they like to take more orders at the checkout.

I'm new to Wiesbaden and have eaten here twice now (due to the proximity to the hardware store). Both times I ordered online and went via McDrive. The first time I waited 25 minutes with 5 cars in front of me), the second time 10 minutes and there was only one car in front of me. The McDonald's is so poorly organized!!! Absolutely not recommended if you are in a hurry.

The last time the burgers were fresh but the tables weren't clean even though there wasn't much going on.

Food is as it should be. Mc Caffee Closed It's unfortunate because there are cuts to staff again. Otherwise you wait hours for your coffee or whatever. Likewise tables and floor sticky. Because the little Spar staff can't keep up with cleaning because of the processing of the food at MC Drive, walk-in customers and on-site eaters. Actually sad for such a restaurant chain. But employees are always friendly and helpful. The MC Donald becomes totally disgustingly sticky as a dirty, floor, table playing guy.

This store drives you crazy! First you have to order and pay at this stupid terminal and then the payment doesn't work at all. If you don't order via the terminal, you won't get anything! Very hospitable. So you have to wait again at the checkout until it's your turn. Then you finally get your food, which you can eat at a dirty table and, last but not least, you realize that the cheeseburgers have lost a lot of size. For the same price, of course. Nope. So McDonalds is nowhere near what it used to be.

After waiting 20 minutes in the restaurant until the ladies had finished our breakfast food, we discovered that the "Good Morning Farmer" was served without bacon and completely mushy. Unfortunately it was the last time; that we visited this branch.

Even with a standard product you stand at the drive-thru like crazy. It's good to see how instructions are sometimes given in an uncoordinated manner. Conversely, this means that there is no preparation. To my example today. A in words -ONE- McMuffin. I only order with cheese via the app (see pictures). Communication between the supervisor and the employee in the kitchen was a disaster. No clear instructions and then incorrect execution in the kitchen. What did I receive? See image. The bun and the piece of meat. The cheese was apparently one ingredient too complicated. What happens if you have multiple positions? You don't have time to queue forever in the morning because you're in the field, for example. Purpose of the app??? When I have to wait longer than for a pizza and then get the wrong one. Sorry, but every barrel has limits. From now on, the baker Schäfer opposite is happy for me and my colleagues.
