At least 10 people ordered online, came to pick up food, and were notified at “pickup” that the store didn’t even receive the orders. The man at the register and the manager were understandably frustrated, but showed next to no customer service. We manually put my order in (a single large pizza) when I came to pickup, 30 minutes after I put in the order online. It took another 40 minutes for the pizza. No apology, no kindness, nothing. And to top it off, the store was out of crushed red pepper and Parmesan.

Kirchgasse 64A visit to the restroom costs €1, which comes with a voucher for the same amount, valid for three months. Ordering is still done the traditional way at the counter, which takes a bit longer since there are no vending machines. The food itself was good, though.
