At least 10 people ordered online, came to pick up food, and were notified at “pickup” that the store didn’t even receive the orders. The man at the register and the manager were understandably frustrated, but showed next to no customer service. We manually put my order in (a single large pizza) when I came to pickup, 30 minutes after I put in the order online. It took another 40 minutes for the pizza. No apology, no kindness, nothing. And to top it off, the store was out of crushed red pepper and Parmesan.

The first thing you do is walk into this restaurant and it was super warm and stuffy, cleanliness was, well. When we wanted to order everything was a bit complicated, we were served by the shift manager. Instead of taking care of us, he thought it was more important to interfere in the matters of other guests and employees and then take care of them. As things continued, he became more and more rude. When he noticed that someone was stuck in the toilet and an available employee wanted to take care of it, he decided to leave us alone at the checkout again and then take care of these guests (he came back without washing his hands ). This shift manager started the order and didn't finish it, so it happened that other colleagues didn't know who got what, after I had to go to the staff to check it with them again, we got our food after 20 minutes.

So you're treated as a customer in the worst possible way. You won't be listened to until you get louder, you'll answer sloppily and people tend to forget things. When it comes to prices, it's better not to talk like that and be with the customers. No wonder some people freak out. It's not really clean there either

Incompetence, disgusting customers. Sometimes there is a line for all checkouts, sometimes not. Every employee and customer invents their own rules and the floor throughout the restaurant is sticky, almost making you take your shoes off. Just disgusting! Beggars come in and scrounge at the table, unbearable

Chiken Taki is the most dubious restaurant, snack bar or whatever there is in Wiesbaden - never rely on ordering food from it!!! There is no answer when you ask on the phone at Chiken Taki - and after waiting 40-50 minutes you can easily cancel your order. It has already happened to me twice that my order was canceled after 50 minutes and I then had to wait another 30 to 40 minutes for food from somewhere else and not even what I wanted to eat! Oh, Chiken Takk is an unreliable restourant to order!!

From now on I will check every order!!! For the third time something was missing, it was 10:55 - there was no breakfast, even though it was until 11 a.m. on Sunday. Well, because of the 5 minutes, I understand that. Then just place an order from the normal menu - there were 2 other people there besides me - so no stress at all!!!! Still order incorrect. Again!! Please pay more attention! There was really nothing going on!
