At least 10 people ordered online, came to pick up food, and were notified at “pickup” that the store didn’t even receive the orders. The man at the register and the manager were understandably frustrated, but showed next to no customer service. We manually put my order in (a single large pizza) when I came to pickup, 30 minutes after I put in the order online. It took another 40 minutes for the pizza. No apology, no kindness, nothing. And to top it off, the store was out of crushed red pepper and Parmesan.

Boelckestraße 64Very clean store. I only ever go to McDonald's there and already know a few of the employees. They're very friendly. If you forget something in your take-home order and tell them, you'll get it back even several days later when you visit the store again. You can eat inside and outside, there's a playground, and plenty of parking! I highly recommend it!
