At least 10 people ordered online, came to pick up food, and were notified at “pickup” that the store didn’t even receive the orders. The man at the register and the manager were understandably frustrated, but showed next to no customer service. We manually put my order in (a single large pizza) when I came to pickup, 30 minutes after I put in the order online. It took another 40 minutes for the pizza. No apology, no kindness, nothing. And to top it off, the store was out of crushed red pepper and Parmesan.

Boelckestraße 64Edit (June 19, 2019): The branch has been modernized, but there's been even less of a fast-food presence since then. Extremely long wait times, especially at the drive-through. Since the food tastes the same and costs the same in all branches, and the staff almost always wears the same long faces, I can only describe the branch itself. It's a bit dated and therefore not quite as pretty and trendy as the newer ones. Somehow, this also has a negative impact on the hygiene (at least subjectively).
