Pizza Hut Express in Wiesbaden

I ordered via Lieferando at 8 PM with a delivery time of up to 45 minutes. My food was prepared at 9:30 PM and the driver was dispatched. I was able to track his route. He got lost for half an hour before turning off the tracking shortly after 10 PM. My order was canceled at 11 PM. I live about 8 minutes away. This is unacceptable! If you can't find the way, call and don't leave your customers hungry.

Good chicken legs. A lot of 🍟. Some ketchup.

The fries were cold, just like the burgers. No napkins. But the view of the Christmas market from the window was beautiful :)

Edit (June 19, 2019): The branch has been modernized, but there's been even less of a fast-food presence since then. Extremely long wait times, especially at the drive-through. Since the food tastes the same and costs the same in all branches, and the staff almost always wears the same long faces, I can only describe the branch itself. It's a bit dated and therefore not quite as pretty and trendy as the newer ones. Somehow, this also has a negative impact on the hygiene (at least subjectively).

Everything is fine there, only the prices are expensive.
