Also wirklich, wir haben nur nach einer anderen Soße für ein McFkurry gefragt. “Geht nicht” Auf unsere Frage “warum?” Die Antwort : “Ja geht nicht” Kein Service wirklich bedauerlich

Ich wollte nicht am Terminal bestellen aus gesundheitlichen Grunde dann werde ich von einen Mitarbeiter Vanessa vor mein Tochter angeschrien und bedroht.

Update: war zum ersten Mal dort zum Frühstück. Zuerst ging keiner beim drive through ran, dann bin rein und die Mitarbeiterin wollte meine Bestellung nicht an der Kasse annehme, weil sie kein Deutsch versteht. War auch etwas verwirrt. Essen ist gut gewesen. Aber ich hab unnötig lang auf die Bestellung gewartet. Sind während der Feiertage, trotz erhötem stress relativ freundlich. Essen ist was es ist: fast food. Tut was es soll.

Essen hat nach nichts geschmeckt und das Service komplett 💩,Ich habe 30 Minuten für drei mc sundays gewartet (der Laden war nicht voll) Schade.

Man sollte auf jeden Fall sein Essen kontrollieren da man in diesem Laden Gefahr läuft entweder viel weniger zu bekommen oder komplett das falsche....

Ich habe einen Big Mac im Doppelmenü bestellt, bekam aber nur einen Burger und eine Soße fehlte. Bestellnummer KS. 19-42. Ich vermisse einen russischsprachigen Manager; dieser McDonald's ist mittlerweile sehr unprofessionell.

Gewohntes Essen bei Mc Donald, Personal unterschiedlich freundlich. Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig

Seit meinem Umzug nach Deutschland bin ich Stammgast, weil es hier immer sauber war und die Mitarbeiter freundlich. Heute war mein Besuch jedoch absolut schrecklich und respektlos. Ich bestellte zwei Gerichte mit je zwei Coca-Cola-Bechern der Saison. Die Mitarbeiter gaben mir wahllos Farben, ohne auch nur meine Quittung anzusehen oder mich zu fragen. Als ich nach den richtigen Farben fragte, weigerte sich die Dame an der Theke, mit mir zu sprechen und wiederholte immer wieder, dass sie kein Englisch spricht. Das verstehe ich vollkommen, also versuchte ich mein Bestes, es auf Deutsch und mit Hilfe meines Übersetzers zu erklären. Aber sie hörte nicht einmal zu, wiederholte nur, dass sie kein Englisch spricht, und weigerte sich einfach, mit mir zu reden. Schließlich kam eine andere Mitarbeiterin und sagte mir, dass sie nur noch drei Farben hätten – und überraschenderweise war eine der Farben, die ich ursprünglich wollte, direkt da. Zu allem Überfluss vergaßen sie auch noch die bestellten Soßen. Ich meine, sowas passiert ja immer mal wieder, oder? Was ja auch völlig in Ordnung war. Als ich zur Rezeption zurückging und ihr erklärte, dass sie meine Soße vergessen hatten, hörte sie mir nicht einmal zu, weigerte sich erneut und behauptete nur, sie spreche kein Englisch. Obwohl ich immer wieder auf den Kassenbon zeigte und sagte: „Eine Mambo-Soße. Eine lila Soße.“ Das Restaurant schien zu dem Zeitpunkt gar nicht voll zu sein. Wenn sie nicht einmal den Kassenbon richtig prüfen, wozu ist er dann überhaupt da? Es ist sehr enttäuschend, einen solchen Mangel an grundlegender Professionalität zu erleben. Selbst wenn das Deutsch eines Kunden nicht perfekt ist, sollte er nicht so respektlos behandelt werden. Seit ich nach Deutschland gezogen bin, habe ich nirgendwo zuvor so eine schlechte Erfahrung gemacht. Ich fühle mich zutiefst missachtet.

Der schlechteste McDonald's meines Lebens! Der Service ist unterirdisch, die Schlangen auf dem Parkplatz sind endlos, man wartet ewig auf die Bestellung und bekommt dann auch noch etwas völlig anderes. Meidet diesen Laden bloß!

War in den letzten zwei monaten 4x da und jedes mal "vergessen" sie fir strohhalme

Ich fande den mcs sehr schön aber beim mc flurry war keine Schokosoße drauf.

Die zwei Damen, die am 7. April um 19:30 Uhr am Drive-in gearbeitet haben, sollten im Kundenservice nachgeschult werden. Ich werde definitiv nicht wiederkommen. Kein „Danke“, kein „Hallo“ oder „Auf Wiedersehen“. Sie haben einfach das Geld genommen und das Fenster zugeschlagen. Falls das Management das liest: Bitte überprüft den Dienstplan und schult beide entsprechend nach.

Wir sind sehr zufrieden, zwar passieren manchmal Fehler bei Bestellungen, aber die werden sofort behoben.

Ziemlich trostloser McDonald's... Parken kann man nur hinten... Mein Frühstück war der trockenste sausage mcmuffin meines Lebens...

Alles kalt, gefühlt werden die Burger jeden Tag teurer, dann lieber gleich Geld in die Hand nehmen und Qualität essen. Das was hier angeboten wird ist Müll..

Das Hähnchen in meinem Wrap war teilweise roh. Deshalb werde ich dieses McDonald's wohl nicht mehr besuchen.

Tischservice wird zu Abholservice…

Ich bin ohne Worte…ein Skandal. Ich war mit den kleinen unterwegs, 3 an der Zahl. Wir bestellten voller Vorfreude, 2 McSmart Menüs und ein 20er Nugget Menü, alles so gut soweit. Dann der erste Schlag, eine Nein zwei, nein 10 Minuten warteten wir auf unser Essen, bedrückt, erniedrigt, während andere mit vollen Tüten an uns vorbeifuhren, wir waren, unteranderem, Im Drive in, der kapitalistischen Schnellstraße zu gutem Essen. Wir bekamen unser Essen, alles gut, Freude, aber nur kurz. Als ich mit Blick auf Beate Uhse meine McDonalds Tüte öffnete, wurde es mir warm ums Herz, die Burger, Pommes und Nugget liebevoll angerichtet, es war perfekt, Genugtuung, die kleinen strahlten, endlich erfüllt. Doch dann, der Schreck, Panik, keine Soßen, weder Ketchup noch Süßsauer, ein Muss, ein Axiom der guten Küche. Meine Augen, feucht, war denn alles um sonst? Nuggets ohne Soße, trockenes Mittel um die knarzigen Pommes runterzuwürgen. Depression, wir waren erschüttert, erschöpft und verzweifelt schleppten wir uns zu KFC, unserem Held und Retter, der uns für 2€ Ketchup und Süßsauer einflößte. Der Abend gerettet, doch nicht ohne Schock, Ich muss eine Pause einlegen und über die Geschenisse nachdenken…

Heute Abend habe ich bestellt und beide Portionen große Pommes fehlten. Eine Frechheit! Ich war bis heute Abend Stammkunde bei Ihnen! Schämen Sie sich und überprüfen Sie Ihre Bestellungen, bevor Sie sie verschicken!

Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden, es gibt zwei Parkmöglichkeiten. Die WCs befinden sich um UG, erreichbar über eine Treppe. Leider nicht behinderten-/rollstuhlgerecht. Pommes waren lauwarm und schmeckten komisch, Burger waren schlecht zusammengestellt sodass ständig etwas rausfiel, ebenso der Wrap. Wir waren zur Mittagszeit vor Ort.

Ich möchte mich herzlich bei dem Team bedanken, das gestern um 22:00 Uhr gearbeitet hat. Ich kaufe oft bei Ihnen ein, aber der Burger gestern war der beste, den ich bisher in Deutschland gegessen habe. Diese Mitarbeiter haben wirklich Talent - vielen Dank!

Akzeptieren nur an bestimmten Tagen Restaurantchecks (Sodexo, pluxee und co). Scheint ziemlich willkürlich zu sein. Hinter dem Restaurant kann man öfters die Ratten laufen sehen. Ansonsten ok, etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Erstmal habe ich essen zum abholen bestellt was mir dann aber alles auf ein Tablett gestellt wurde dann habe ich gesgat ich habe zum abholen bestellt dann war sie genervt aber ihre Kollegin hat auch zu ihr gesagt das sie ein Fehler gemacht hat und nicht auf den Display geguckt hat ey sorry aber wenn du das falsch machst da kann ich ja nix für außerdem hat es 30 Euro gekostet aber sie hat 40€ von mir verlangt dann habe ich ihr das Angebot gezeigt über die App das es nur 30€ kostet und dann hat sie so getan als ob sie es wusste und hat es dann auf 30€ umgestellt und ey sorry aber die milshakes müsst ihr schon voll machen ansonsten ist es ein nicht so gemütlicher mcces weil er auch so komisch geschnitten ist da lohnt es sich lieber zu kfc zu gehen das neben dran ist.

Netter schneller Service, das Haus wirkt nicht attraktiv aber dafür können die Mitarbeiter nichts die Mc Donalds App funktioniert nicht und das zum wiederholten Mal Eine echte Zumutung

Beengte Zufahrt / Parkmöglichkeit aber blitzschneller und freundlicher Service. Essen war ruckzuck da!

Edit (19.06.2019): Filiale wurde modernisiert, von FASTfood ist seit dem jedoch noch weniger zu spüren. Super lange Wartezeiten, vor allem am drive through. Da das Essen in allen Filialen gleich schmeckt und gleich viel kostet und das Personal auch nahezu überall die gleichen, langen Gesichter macht, kann ich nur die Filiale selbst beschreiben. Diese ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und somit nicht ganz so hübsch und hip wie die Neuen. Irgendwie schlägt sich das (zumindest subjektiv) auch negativ auf den Eindruck zur Hygiene nieder.

Die Lieferung dauert anderthalb Stunden, manchmal sogar zwei. Das ist einfach zu viel. Ich erwarte natürlich nicht, dass das Essen sofort geliefert wird, aber anderthalb Stunden auf einen Burger zu warten, ist nicht normal.

Ein sehr guter Service! Das Ambiente ist für einen Mc Donalds ansprechend. Ich komme wieder!

Ich habe in meinem Caramel Macchiato Hafermilch statt Karamell bestellt, aber ich habe einen Hafer-Latte ohne Karamell bekommen. McDonald's hat immer den gleichen Geschmack, deshalb glaube ich nicht, dass es jemandem schmecken wird.

Die schichleiter sind so respektlos gegenüber die jügentliche Mitarbeiter ich war letztens da und es wurde bei mir eine chicken Bürger vergessen und dann hab ich da Bescheid gesagt und der eine schichleiter hat den arme Junge so angeschrien das der das jedesmal irgendwas vergisst also ich bitte euch wegen eine chicken Bürger die vergessen wurde muss man nicht direkt ausrasten und den Mitarbeiter vor alle Kunden anschreien. Der schichleiter war so circa mitte 40-50 Jahre alt braun schwarze Haare circa 1,70-1,75 70,75kg

Bin ja kein Fastfood Fan, aber McDonald's zwischendurch geht. Aber mit diesem Restaurant vergeht mir die Lust. Service war unfreundlich und überfordert. Und das der schlechtests Royal TS den ich bisher hatte. Zwiebeln viel zu dick, Salat mit braunen Rändern. Sorry McD, so komme ich nicht wieder.

At the MC Drive, the lady didn't understand me properly when I asked to pay. Instead of "I didn't hear you," she just said "huh." So I repeated it loudly, and then she told me, "I shouldn't shout like that!" The ordered items weren't handed over, apparently they weren't ordered, and the rest wasn't there. Here, too, the employee became rude and started yelling at me to leave. My little son was completely terrified. If this is the chain's new service philosophy, then this was the last time I went there.

I had redeemed a coupon for my points and another coupon for €2 and canceled the order because my card wasn't working. When I tried to redeem the coupon for my points again, my points were simply gone, and the employees at the counter told me they couldn't hold onto my account. I find that unacceptable.

Zero service (they forgot three things!!!!) and rude.. never again!!!

We went there for breakfast. The food was poorly prepared, and the McMuffins fell apart. They weren't stacked properly either. The order was also incorrect. We ordered coffee with oat milk, but it was served with regular milk. You should know.

The food, especially the fries, ranged from lukewarm to crispy, depending on the time of day. The new Crispy Chicken burger was served in such a tough coating that it felt like small pebbles were being ground in your mouth.

Very clean store. I only ever go to McDonald's there and already know a few of the employees. They're very friendly. If you forget something in your take-home order and tell them, you'll get it back even several days later when you visit the store again. You can eat inside and outside, there's a playground, and plenty of parking! I highly recommend it!

McDonald's is open 24/7. The employees are friendly. What more could you expect?

They forgot my nuggets that I had paid for and my drink! 10€ gone for nothing!

I've been to the drive-thru 5 times, and 4 times something was missing. First, you have to go through your order 3-4 times until the employee understands everything. Then everything is handed to you without even being looked at. To top it all off, items from your order were missing. Once, a burger was missing, once half of your order was missing, once only a toy was missing, and today, a burger and an ice cream cone were missing again. I'm definitely never going back here.

Excellent service. Food cooked and tasted great. Ordered on kiosk and said on kiosk with card. Easy and uneventful.

Unfortunately, it's a bit cramped here if you arrive by car. The service at McDonald's is good as usual, including the food.

We ordered an iced frappé, which somehow tasted like chocolate. The employee immediately explained to us how the iced frappé is made, and the manager immediately checked the ice cream machine to see if there was enough coffee flavor. He even gave us a sample right away :)) A delicious coffee milkshake :) We probably only got the chocolate sauce in the first few sips. Super friendly and helpful service! Thumbs up from the north 🤗 We were at the Whitsun tournament in Wiesbaden!

I went there today to get an ice cream. You know the typical McDonald's flurry: there was a new employee. She started filling the cup and thought it was normal. The cup was half full, and I paid €5. Okay, it's new, but there was another one there too. I'm never going there again; I'd rather go to the Italian restaurant.

Disgusting. Burgers are abysmal. Dirt beyond belief. Customers' drinking cups were soaked in water from what I think was a dishwasher, so wow. Not recommended.

Went there with a children's birthday group (8 children). Lovingly decorated, perfectly organized, so that the food arrived perfectly warm and as ordered. Food was brought to the table. Special requests were happily accommodated, and the service was truly excellent. Due to the weather, we had to stay a little longer (beyond the actual consumption time), but we were welcomed with complete calm and friendliness. Great management, a great team who also seem to get along well internally. People worked with concentration and laughed. A truly positive surprise, thank you very much! (The star deduction for Ambiente is only due to the location, on the main road, on the edge of an industrial area). Everything inside was very clean, including the restrooms.

Ich besuche diese McDonald's-Filiale jetzt zum dritten Mal und wurde jedes Mal falsch abgerechnet. Man verlangt von mir einen höheren Betrag, und die bestellten Produkte werden falsch zusammengestellt. Bei vier Happy Meals für Kinder waren alle vier falsch gepackt – statt eines Burgers wurde ein anderes Produkt hineingelegt. Jedes Mal muss ich mit viel Ärger meine bezahlten Produkte einfordern. Statt Tee wurde Cola gebracht. Ich bin sehr unzufrieden und kann diesen Standort nicht empfehlen! I come to this McDonald's three times, each time they cheat me, they charge me a large amount, and they give me completely different products. Best experience at a McDonald's!!! Customer well-being and customer service are very important here. We got all the things that were forgotten and we were allowed to choose the Minecraft toys and everything was there. The staff was very friendly! Great, I'm thrilled!

What can you say here - it's a McDonald's. With drive-in and seating as you know it. Nothing good – and nothing bad either. So three stars for this McDonald's you can't go wrong.

Went to the Drive Inn yesterday and, as is often the case at McDonalds, the sauces and napkins were forgotten. It's only a small thing if you as a customer are forced to drive through the drive inn again. I then ate my fries without sweet and sour sauce because I didn't want to wait in line again...

Was there for the first time and wasn't greeted very friendly! Order: Curl Fries, Double Chiliese Burger, and Spicy Nuggets! Result: neither very warm nor crispy “normal” fries instead of the curl fries! The Double Chiliese Burger ended up being a cheeseburger! Unfortunately, for the second time, I got a normal patty instead of Mc Plant. Fries are always cold and should have stayed in the bathroom for a while. Luckily I'm not a vegetarian. But that still shouldn't happen.

From now on I will check every order!!! For the third time something was missing, it was 10:55 - there was no breakfast, even though it was until 11 a.m. on Sunday. Well, because of the 5 minutes, I understand that. Then just place an order from the normal menu - there were 2 other people there besides me - so no stress at all!!!! Still order incorrect. Again!! Please pay more attention! There was really nothing going on!

Ordered today via the app, among other things, there was still a burger free through points, unfortunately this was forgotten with the rest of the order, a quick nice call and we were allowed to pick up the burger at a later date. It's a shame, it's been decades now at McD in Kastell, childhood memories await a lot... . Burgers and fries only lukewarm, and correspondingly little for today's money, better in the past. The "M" had too much sauce, the bun was anything but crispy, rather mushy from too much sauce. The atmosphere in the commercial area on the main street is not that exciting, but there is rarely a branch in the forest. Then it's better to spend more money with your competitor, which is a shame compared to before!

My son ate a cheeseburger and now has salmonella poisoning

In my 20 years as a regular customer in your branch, I have never experienced such a nice employee. The young man in the orange T-shirt at McDrive was super accommodating and absolutely helpful. Here’s to another 20 years.

I have no idea why a Mcplant hamburger here costs 5.69 instead of 4.99. Make uniform prices! JUICE STORE!!!!

Unfortunately we received warmed up burgers. Fishmac was rock hard. Other branches can do this much better (and fresher)!

Unfriendly shift manager, stood with our daughter in the waiting area behind the drive-in counter after buying a happy meal. There wasn't a car behind us anywhere. Suddenly the shift manager or something similar (recognizable by the McDonald's business shirt) came rushing up to me and asked if I couldn't read and that I should leave immediately. This is not the way to treat customers and it reflects poorly on the branch, the training of the staff and the child-friendliness. It would be better to work as a bouncer in a discotheque again and not in the catering industry.

Food not always fresh. I got the vigbtasty almost cold recently. The nuggets were stuck together and very dark. Probably put it in the deep fryer again to reheat it.

We ate there at 7pm and found that all the tray carts were overcrowded. The floor and tables weren't really clean. Some of the food was old and not fully served. Of course, we were given what was missing when we asked, but that shouldn't be the rule. According to the cleaning protocol, the toilets have not been checked or cleaned for 8 hours. This was also reflected in the cabins: missing toilet paper, urine and feces on the ceramic bowl. Broken soap dispenser and a broken sink, cobwebs everywhere and boogers on the walls. The bottom line is that you might consider a deep cleaning and repair. It's a shame that this branch, which was once one of the best in Mainz, now has such problems. 😔

Everything as it should be. Always order online. Then choose a table and receive friendly service.

Paying with the app didn't work, the staff then said that I would get proof that I hadn't received any food, even though Paypal had already authorized McDonald's. Then I didn't get any proof and had to continue driving without eating. Staff was overwhelmed.

Unfortunately, absolutely incompetent staff at the drive-in counter. Sauces are forgotten, drinks are delivered incorrectly and parts of the order are sometimes missing. Unfortunately, this has only occurred more frequently in the last few weeks. Will avoid this branch for now

It used to be good, things have just been going downhill lately. Last visit was the biggest disappointment, cold burger was anything but fresh, McFlurry looked like... and to top it off, the employee actually couldn't find the table where the food was supposed to be brought to, even though she walked past us...

They constantly mess up my order I ask for a meal they give me my sandwich and drink but forget my fries or if I order for multiple people they forget OTHER sandwiches as well the definitely need to work on checking bags to make sure people have what they need before handing out orders

Definitely the freshest food I’ve had from a McDonald’s. The restaurant is very clean, and the fries were hot and crispy. The burger was right off the grill and it was so good, I could taste everything!

Dingy McDonald's where you get the impression that no one cares about keeping the place in good shape. The outside area is messed up and the very few parking spaces are all far too small. Personally, I was a bit annoyed that the glass that came with the menu wasn't available (so there wasn't any left at all) and the employee didn't want to offer anything as a replacement (not even a bad chip), since I could come over next week and pick up the glass (uh no? No time for a stupid gimmick of driving around in world history). One has the general impression that McDonald's (including other branches) no longer attaches any importance to a pleasant fast food experience. You're already ashamed to go there alone, but it's even worse with the children. But maybe it's just up to the franchisees. Either way, it's perhaps a good thing that this already malady anachronism, McDonald's, is in decline. Addendum May 21, 2024: Against my better judgment, I went back and ordered a McSmart menu with a cheeseburger and a chicken burger. Wanted a hamburger instead of a cheeseburger (no problem, they give you a cheeseburger without cheese; no joke). In any case, I ordered an extra hamburger and when I unpacked it at home (it was still correct on the bill), there were two cheeseburgers. One in the cheeseburger packaging and one in the hamburger packaging. So: chapeau. You successfully trolled me and the fact that I went there again is entirely on me. That's why instead of just one star for the service, there are two.

A very, very, very rude staff. I wanted to order a Bill and Tom Kaulitz menu at the terminal and was told we didn't have it, we didn't know what that was supposed to be. There is currently a TV advert running and there was also a poster of these menus next to the terminal. There was a big discussion, evil looks and cheeky statements. Incomprehensible

Very unfriendly employees and employees. They very often ignore the customers, the only thing missing is that they insult the customers.
