McDonald's in Wiesbaden

From now on I will check every order!!! For the third time something was missing, it was 10:55 - there was no breakfast, even though it was until 11 a.m. on Sunday. Well, because of the 5 minutes, I understand that. Then just place an order from the normal menu - there were 2 other people there besides me - so no stress at all!!!! Still order incorrect. Again!! Please pay more attention! There was really nothing going on!

The workers are very rude and not clean. An old man picks his nose and places an order. 🤢🤮

Friendly staff. Received the food quickly. But unfortunately I didn't receive a Monopoly sticker.

Didn't get what we ordered. It's freezing cold in the restaurant, even with a sweater and jacket. Never again!

Ordered today via the app, among other things, there was still a burger free through points, unfortunately this was forgotten with the rest of the order, a quick nice call and we were allowed to pick up the burger at a later date. As compensation, he gave our two kids a Capri Sun and more an additional burger included. Thank you Mr Gashi

It's a shame, it's been decades now at McD in Kastell, childhood memories await a lot... . Burgers and fries only lukewarm, and correspondingly little for today's money, better in the past. The "M" had too much sauce, the bun was anything but crispy, rather mushy from too much sauce. The atmosphere in the commercial area on the main street is not that exciting, but there is rarely a branch in the forest. Then it's better to spend more money with your competitor, which is a shame compared to before!

In my 20 years as a regular customer in your branch, I have never experienced such a nice employee. The young man in the orange T-shirt at McDrive was super accommodating and absolutely helpful. Here’s to another 20 years.

Unfortunately we received warmed up burgers. Fishmac was rock hard. Other branches can do this much better (and fresher)!

Unfriendly shift manager, stood with our daughter in the waiting area behind the drive-in counter after buying a happy meal. There wasn't a car behind us anywhere. Suddenly the shift manager or something similar (recognizable by the McDonald's business shirt) came rushing up to me and asked if I couldn't read and that I should leave immediately. This is not the way to treat customers and it reflects poorly on the branch, the training of the staff and the child-friendliness. It would be better to work as a bouncer in a discotheque again and not in the catering industry.

Food not always fresh. I got the vigbtasty almost cold recently. The nuggets were stuck together and very dark. Probably put it in the deep fryer again to reheat it.

We ate there at 7pm and found that all the tray carts were overcrowded. The floor and tables weren't really clean. Some of the food was old and not fully served. Of course, we were given what was missing when we asked, but that shouldn't be the rule. According to the cleaning protocol, the toilets have not been checked or cleaned for 8 hours. This was also reflected in the cabins: missing toilet paper, urine and feces on the ceramic bowl. Broken soap dispenser and a broken sink, cobwebs everywhere and boogers on the walls. The bottom line is that you might consider a deep cleaning and repair. It's a shame that this branch, which was once one of the best in Mainz, now has such problems. 😔

Paying with the app didn't work, the staff then said that I would get proof that I hadn't received any food, even though Paypal had already authorized McDonald's. Then I didn't get any proof and had to continue driving without eating. Staff was overwhelmed.

Unfortunately, absolutely incompetent staff at the drive-in counter. Sauces are forgotten, drinks are delivered incorrectly and parts of the order are sometimes missing. Unfortunately, this has only occurred more frequently in the last few weeks. Will avoid this branch for now

It used to be good, things have just been going downhill lately. Last visit was the biggest disappointment, cold burger was anything but fresh, McFlurry looked like... and to top it off, the employee actually couldn't find the table where the food was supposed to be brought to, even though she walked past us...

They constantly mess up my order I ask for a meal they give me my sandwich and drink but forget my fries or if I order for multiple people they forget OTHER sandwiches as well the definitely need to work on checking bags to make sure people have what they need before handing out orders

Definitely the freshest food I’ve had from a McDonald’s. The restaurant is very clean, and the fries were hot and crispy. The burger was right off the grill and it was so good, I could taste everything!

Dingy McDonald's where you get the impression that no one cares about keeping the place in good shape. The outside area is messed up and the very few parking spaces are all far too small. Personally, I was a bit annoyed that the glass that came with the menu wasn't available (so there wasn't any left at all) and the employee didn't want to offer anything as a replacement (not even a bad chip), since I could come over next week and pick up the glass (uh no? No time for a stupid gimmick of driving around in world history). One has the general impression that McDonald's (including other branches) no longer attaches any importance to a pleasant fast food experience. You're already ashamed to go there alone, but it's even worse with the children. But maybe it's just up to the franchisees. Either way, it's perhaps a good thing that this already malady anachronism, McDonald's, is in decline. Addendum May 21, 2024: Against my better judgment, I went back and ordered a McSmart menu with a cheeseburger and a chicken burger. Wanted a hamburger instead of a cheeseburger (no problem, they give you a cheeseburger without cheese; no joke). In any case, I ordered an extra hamburger and when I unpacked it at home (it was still correct on the bill), there were two cheeseburgers. One in the cheeseburger packaging and one in the hamburger packaging. So: chapeau. You successfully trolled me and the fact that I went there again is entirely on me. That's why instead of just one star for the service, there are two.

A very, very, very rude staff. I wanted to order a Bill and Tom Kaulitz menu at the terminal and was told we didn't have it, we didn't know what that was supposed to be. There is currently a TV advert running and there was also a poster of these menus next to the terminal. There was a big discussion, evil looks and cheeky statements. Incomprehensible

Very unfriendly employees and employees. They very often ignore the customers, the only thing missing is that they insult the customers.

Drove in with kids to get happy meals and additional chicken nuggets. First happy meal was delivered and we were ready to drive then checking the bag, we understood they didn’t keep the additional chicken nuggets. Then we waited for someone and asked them about it and got it. Checking again, we understood they didn’t keep Ketchup, we decided to move on since there is no point in waiting for someone to come so we could ask. They were not busy but rather the two people who served us had a bad day or were tired and couldn’t concentrate. Unfortunately it was not a nice experience.

The quality of the food seems to vary a lot and so does the hygiene. Sometimes everything is okay and sometimes it's a cold burger at a dirty table.

Today I got the most disgusting fries of my life at the macdrive counter at this address 🤮🤮really outrageous: paying €3.99 for it!, I just threw it in the trash!!, I was already on the motorway and it was too much for me drive 😡😡

Unfortunately, the burger wasn't topped correctly this time either. Both the tomato and the bacon were missing. That's why the parking lot sticks (is the dirty water simply pushed out the back door after the kitchen has been cleaned?)

Relatively modern and clean. Even at night there is no chaos or siff. However, the parking situation is terrible. The already far too few parking spaces are designed in such a way that you can't stand straight without maneuvering properly, which leads to diagonal parking, frustration, door dents and even fewer parking spaces.

I have to admit, this McDonald's surprised me... but not in a good way. The burger was okay, nothing more, but the fries were old. Since I had no desire to complain, the friendly staff had no chance to make amends. But it wouldn't have worked with take-away or mcdrive either. Otherwise it looks like a very old McDonald's from the clown era that has been partially given a new coat of paint. At least the toilets were clean.

We were the only ones who ordered in the restaurant. The car counter was also empty. We ordered three burgers, one fries, one ice cream, nuggets and one coke. Selected and paid at the terminal. So theoretically not that difficult. Unfortunately, an (expensive) burger was missing, all the sauces were missing and the ice cream had the wrong taste. Very unfortunate.

I've been here many times! I feel quite comfortable there. And we often had our girls' meetings there! Are undisturbed, the food is good and hot. Anything missing will be delivered to the table. Always my pleasure!

We came especially on Valentine's Day because of the MC Gamping (or maybe we didn't come). Nobody knew anything about the special event and the lower area (dark room) wasn't open at all. Then we went to Beate and had a lovely evening.

Tables are rarely cleaned, sockets don't work at all! I advise against a bad Mac!

I was traveling with my partner and really, really urgently needed to go to the toilet. (I am currently heavily pregnant) We stopped at this store because we still had a long way to go and the pressure on the bladder was already hurting. So I politely asked the gentleman at the door (he made sure that the 2G rule was adhered to) if I could use the toilet for a moment. He complained to me directly that I should show proof of vaccination. I explained to him that I was heavily pregnant and therefore not yet fully vaccinated. (STIKO only made the recommendation for pregnant women about a month ago) and that I was really in pain and really only needed to go to the toilet for a moment. He got louder and even less friendly, so I guess I was unlucky. After that, I just said sarcastically, "Thank you for understanding" and turned around to leave. He shouted after me that he had no understanding of something so stupid. Enforcing regulations, as was the case here, is exactly the right thing to do. Hopefully the owner reads this review and gives his employees a tact about it, because I'm really appalled.

The employees are always annoyed and dismissive. I still don't know whether you don't know German or whether you don't want to speak. But bad behavior is the same internationally.

Das Essen ist halt MC Donalds, wie bei jeder anderen Filiale dieser Kette. Aber ab und an kann man auch mal die Toiletten putzen, bzw. auch mal die versifften Türgriffe säubern und desinfizieren. Hab mich nicht getraut die Griffe und Klinken anzufassen. Hatte das Personal drauf hingewiesen, hat sie aber nicht wirklich interessiert.

Alles gut 👍 McDonalds eben. Preis Leistung etwas überteuert.

Wollte unbedingt den neuen BicMac probieren. Ist halt Geschmackssache. Mein Ding ist das nicht. Ist zwar "saftiger" durch mehr Soße, aber mir kommt es doch so vor,als würde das am Fleisch wieder fehlen. Irgendwie stimmt das Verhältnis nicht mehr so ganz. Das Bun schmeckt eher süsslich. Aber das muss jeder für sich entscheiden. Der Service dagegen war gut. Über die App ( extra runter geladen), bestellt, Coupon verwendet und direkt bezahlt,konnte ich es direkt abholen. War gerade fertig.

Want managers and supervisors to know that she was completely killing it by herself and we felt she represented McDonald’s extremely well!!! Wonderful customer service and experience.

Bestellung angeblich nicht im System Rechnung in der App und auch Abbuchung vom Konto, angestellte uneinsichtig. Gutscheine und Coupons funktionieren nicht. Personal was das angeht frech ohne Ende.

Einer der schlechtesten McD in Wiesbadener Umkreis. Personal immer komplett lost und häufig unfreundlich. Extrem hohe Fehlerqoute. Gerade eben 2 Maxi Menüs und zusätzliche Chicken Nuggets bestellt. Chicken Nuggets falsch (Spicy). Royal TS mit Zwiebel trotz abgewählt. Beilagen klein statt groß. Vegan TS zusammengebaut wie von nem untalentierten 3 Jährigen. Zu guter letzt Verpackungen ohne die Monopoly Codes. Das ist hier leider keine Ausnahme, tendenziell eher selten das alles zufrieden stellt. Heute war aber der Abschuss.
