McDonald's in Wiesbaden

I ordered via Lieferando at 8 PM with a delivery time of up to 45 minutes. My food was prepared at 9:30 PM and the driver was dispatched. I was able to track his route. He got lost for half an hour before turning off the tracking shortly after 10 PM. My order was canceled at 11 PM. I live about 8 minutes away. This is unacceptable! If you can't find the way, call and don't leave your customers hungry.

No matter how often I eat there, the food is always cold, always completely unappetizing, and it's only gotten worse and worse over the years. The staff is also rude and absolutely unhelpful. They really need to get some order in there.

Visit from January 7, 2026. I was very impressed by the staff, their service, and the kindness they showed towards even the most challenging customers. The food was perfectly presented and served with friendly service.

The food was very good and piping hot! The staff were very friendly and accommodating. However, it's very cold inside, so it's best to bring thick jackets or blankets 😉

I sometimes pick things up at the drive-thru there. Even with a large pickup truck, there's enough room to get in.

You know what you're eating here, but the toilets leave much to be desired; it's also a shame because you have to pay a euro.

The meals at McDonald's on Mainzer Straße are absolutely delicious. The food is second to none and prepared to perfection. The atmosphere is very pleasant and the restaurant is very clean. We received our food within 6-7 minutes and the service was outstanding. The restrooms are always spotless.

It's almost always closed inside at night, even though it's open 24/7. And only cash payments are accepted at the drive-thru.

Breakfast rolls were extremely hard. I complained, and then he came out of the kitchen complaining that everything was great and he refused to redo it. I talked to the manager, and she saw I was right, and it was replaced. Replace the guy in the kitchen. With the way he spoke during the complaint, I won't be surprised if he gets dragged through the window at some point.

The service is terrible and rude. They serve cold food. When I pointed this out, the waitress ate my burger and started laughing. What a tragedy.

The most rude store I've ever entered! I've never experienced such disrespect. Customers are treated not only rudely, but downright condescendingly. I was there on October 3rd at 8:00 PM. An employee (gray T-shirt, dyed blonde hair) had the most outrageous nerve: She asked a customer in front of me if she was "even coming today." The woman was obviously having trouble walking and was desperately needing every minute of patience. Such disrespectful behavior is absolutely unacceptable. Stress in a store never justifies putting customers down like that. Anyone who treats their customers like that should seriously consider whether they're in the right place in the restaurant industry.

Don't go to McDrive, Monday to Friday! I've been to the McDrive in Wiesbaden several times and have been very disappointed each time. The hygiene at the checkout window is a definite no-go for me. The employee who often works at the window during the day has very unkempt hands and fingernails – this looks extremely unhygienic in a restaurant and spoils your appetite. Communication is also difficult, as she barely speaks German or English. I think McDonald's urgently needs to improve this: better hygiene controls and clear training for staff. Under these circumstances, I will no longer visit this location.

Nice clean restaurant and amenities ordering is simple and self explanatory and cashless payment system is good. The food is what you expect of a top service McDonald‘s anywhere in the world and it was very tasty the staff were friendly and the interior was welcoming and clean. A very nice place for a family meal or just by yourself.

If we get McDonald’s we always go here. It’s usually always busy. But our order is always right. And usually prompt.

The fast food industry is not cheap anymore but that's why it's fast food. The inside is clean and outside a small little playground for small kids. They have a drive-through. I was hungry so the food tasted better than it's usual.

The drive-thru staff on August 18th around 4 a.m. were simply fantastic. Not everyone can be so friendly and nice at that time of night! And the food was top-notch, too :-)

The staff are very helpful, but the restrooms definitely need a thorough cleaning! And please allocate more budget to the staff; we waited 20 minutes for our food.

Of the seven employees, our order was packed by the one with a heavy cough. She wasn't wearing a mask, gloves, or a hairnet... and repeatedly and aggressively coughed deeply and convulsively on our food, the serving surface, and her hands. Luckily, we were able to exchange the fries, but we were about to call the health department. Unfortunately, we had paid by card, otherwise we would have canceled the order. The food wasn't good either (cold, tasted okay, etc.). For hygiene reasons, the store would have to close after the incident. If we get sick, at least we know where it came from... -5/10 I'm coming off an 8-hour shift in the restaurant industry and I'm speechless, unfortunately too tired to ask for the manager (because hardly anyone spoke fluent German).

I paid 2.50 eu for this ice cream half ice cream that doesn't have any ice cream in it

So if you are a disabled person in a wheelchair or someone with walking difficulties you cannot get into McDonald's because the doors are so difficult to open. McDonald's doesn't give a damn about people with disabilities.

A rudimentary branch serving burgers and nuggets around the clock, conveniently located on Mainzer Straße. Free (limited) parking is available; other shops are nearby.

It's a McDonald's.... Everything was clean and the burgers were warm.

McDonald's has declined dramatically. The burgers are all much smaller than advertised. The new wraps, however, are the best. In the ad, they're large, bulging, and come with crispy-looking chicken nuggets and fresh salad. There was great joy when, like in the old days, the large cardboard pack was pulled out of the bag instead of a Tempo pack wrapped in paper. But as soon as the pack was torn open in the middle, the bankruptcy was discovered. The old large pack, yes, but that was just a folded wrap with a good 10 cm of space. In total, there were 3 sloppy nuggets, 3 lettuce strips, and if you cut a cucumber into 3 pieces, cut one in half, and pull it through the middle once with an asparagus peeler, with the skin still on the left and right, and stuff it in whole pieces. My only advice: stay away. It didn't look anything like the commercial with the Roller Girls. Even the supposedly crispy chicken burgers are small and not crispy at all. It's all expensive and extremely disappointing 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼⛔

It's 9:15 a.m. and I order breakfast for four people to go via the app (which, in my opinion, is even worse than the service)... 6 burgers and 2 x 12 pancakes. There are three customers in the restaurant, but they already have their food, and I'm the only one waiting. Most of the burgers were in the bag after a minute... the rest arrived 20 minutes later! So you can imagine what the first burgers looked and tasted like! I'm used to a lot of things from the McDonald's in Wallau... but I wouldn't have expected this from Mainzer Straße! A 5-star rating that's lasted for years can change to a 2-star rating so quickly! And that rating will stay that way for a few years! I find it truly shocking how bad the service has become these days! McDonald's is pretty much everything these days... but it's certainly not a good fast food restaurant!

We were unfortunately very disappointed with the service on June 17th at 5:50 a.m. A Black employee took our order and simply disappeared. We had to wait 50 minutes until the manager personally resolved the issue. Huge respect to him for his professional conduct. I also commend the friendly Asian woman, who was very helpful and polite. Overall, however, the situation was very unpleasant, and we would have preferred a more responsible approach to customers.

Worst McNuggets ever. They were fried at least twice, resulting in a firmer coating and a moreish nugget texture. Absolutely unacceptable.

The place is very modern — all orders are placed exclusively through digital self-service terminals. The interface isn’t entirely intuitive, especially when paying with cash: it requires multiple printouts and a receipt, which makes the process a bit complicated. The terminals are mainly designed for card payments. Food is brought directly to the table, which is convenient. The space is very clean, and the staff is friendly and polite. The food quality is average — decent for a quick bite.

My fellow passengers insisted on going to McDonald's at 2:30 a.m. instead of going home... I just wanted to get to bed quickly and get to university early the next morning. It's a shame. If they'd been closed, this wouldn't have happened. I'm so angry.

We wanted to order something around 4:00 a.m. We were disrespectfully asked to leave and told that we could only order by walking in the drive-up. Absolutely ridiculous, as another order was being taken at the front counter right in front of us at the same time. This wasn't an isolated incident; it affected all customers who wanted to enter the store at that time. Saying it's open 24/7 is pretty cheeky when you're treated so disrespectfully and turned away. In the middle of a dark, rainy night, well past midnight, you'll find this fast-food gem in the remarkably beautiful Wiesbaden, providing fresh, hot, crispy, and truly delicious refreshment for those passing through. The only thing is, the coffee could be a little less watery, but it still deserves 5 stars!

McDonald's and its team make the M shine. Anyone who appreciates fine dining will surely return. For 30 years, we have enjoyed being pampered by Michelin-starred restaurants on special occasions. The top chefs never fail to delight our senses. The creativity of these extremely ambitious chefs clearly knows no bounds. Today, McDonald's accompanied us on a menu journey through the American dream. The menu, with its overwhelmingly harmonious variety of flavors and artistic presentation, was more than perfect. Many thanks and great respect for such precision in fine dining. Many thanks also to the entire team for the lavishly attentive service.

Unfortunately, I've been scammed out of an item again. Everyone probably knows that. No receipt, and then when I get home, an item is missing from the bag. Even if you're in a hurry: Always check to make sure everything's inside!

1 star is too much. Terrible bad service. Coupons that are not accepted at the night counter with extremely rude treatment. I was right there at 1 a.m. yesterday and I would never have put the two employees at the drive-thru in that position again. I'm sorry for the store, because being open 24 hours a day would be nice if everything else wasn't bad.

... Table service took a really long time! Wanted to try the mango curry wrap. I got one half filled with honey mustard! The salad box was only half full. The competitor, the one who grills over the flames, has his boxes full! There were no napkins on the tray.. The toilet rooms were super dirty and there was paper everywhere. Now I still don't know what the Mango Curry Wrap tastes like! Not again so soon! Creepy!!

I think McDonald's has serious financial problems. My mcflurry was for almost €5!!! not even half full and the normal mcwrap was reduced even further, to the size of the breakfast wrap. Ridiculous. In the future, it would be better to starve to death than to let yourself go like this

The lady with glasses, Asian looking (just wants you to know exactly who it is) who is currently on shift, LICKED her finger several times to separate the bags of chips!!!!! You don't expect 5-star service from McDonalds, but such a hygiene minimum has to be there! I didn't bring it up on site because my child was with me. Terrible. I don't want their bacteria on my burger and especially not in the middle of the flu wave in Germany!!

Google says it's open 24 hours, but that's not true. Been there twice around 3 a.m. and it was closed, despite the sign saying it was open.

There is parking and a small playground. Among the franchises I've been to in Wiesbaden (in the center and this one on MainzerStraße), this one is the best. The snack is more seasoned. The snack in the center is very weak in flavor.

Not completely clean and you have to check the items almost every time you order.

Kindness: Well! I think I was served by the manager who happened to be at the front. He seemed very annoyed and condescending. Good employees are hard to find! I know it myself. There’s no need to say more.

Still not open at 7:11am. Knocked on the drive window, an employee looked up and ignored me. After knocking repeatedly, someone came and said it would take a while. Unfortunately, this is not the first time that the restaurant does not open at 7:00 a.m. as advertised

There is a playground for kids and you can order food in several languages on the touch screen machine. There is a large shared parking with the pizza hut and bicycle store.

So I just ate a delicious WURM cheeseburger. I thought to myself, “Huh, what’s so hard and like rubber and so disgusting?” I take this out of my mouth and it was a little dead worm. So I didn't know that McDonald's was putting maggots in their burgers as a new recipe :)

So you're treated as a customer in the worst possible way. You won't be listened to until you get louder, you'll answer sloppily and people tend to forget things. When it comes to prices, it's better not to talk like that and be with the customers. No wonder some people freak out. It's not really clean there either

Here I am sitting alone in the store at half past midnight and I'm pleasantly surprised. The competition is already closed, but here I still get my nightly dose of burgers. Quality as usual in terms of taste. Burger carefully layered and warm. Fresh fries. It's really clean here. I don't know what it looks like during the day, but at least on this night shift I was greeted with a warm smile. I'm not normally used to it. The other employee who brought me my food also smiled brightly at me. Top. That was the icing on the cake of a lovely evening. I personally ordered a follow-up here at the checkout. 👍

Had to wait a very long time for a chicken burger & a cheeseburger. The problem was probably a lack of staff in the kitchen. The service people were still very friendly.

Very rude, I wasn't happy with my order and when I tried to communicate nicely with her, she ignored me at first. So far so good, I asked her if I could have some more caramel on my ice cream (for a fee of course). I then received a very rude no. So that everyone understands correctly, I wanted to order something and pay for it, but she refused without any reasons. I then asked her name to complain. Of course she didn't give it to me. Over time, however, I heard that an employee called her “Andrea”. She just told me that I didn't need to know her name. So extremely rude, she knows she made a mistake, is rude and then doesn't even want to tell me her name so I can complain.

I strongly advise against consuming fast food, especially from companies that use profits to support wars and conflicts among the population.

We used to like coming here since we started a year and a half ago. Lately, it has been questionable. The workers here need to learn how to be more professional. Tonight (Oct 9th; around 8:15pm) the younger girls working the front lacked customer service and rolled their eyes in front of us. The other week we watched workers eat from the fries while we were waiting for our order.

Food: It's McDonald's and therefore equally good everywhere. The tables were not wiped down, even though there was relatively little going on.

Thank you for small portion of pommes when I pay for the big one. Thank you for cold watery disgusting pommes. Thank you for missing items. How is it possible that everytime I go on drive-thru you mess at least one thing?

We ordered 2 menus, each with netted potatoes. A fly stuck to a slice of potato, it was fried, our complaint with evidence was initially dismissed and downplayed, but thanks to our persistence the costs were then reimbursed. Never ever. Disgusting

One star is already too many... Things are missing from every order and even if you talk to the employees on site there is still discussion. As often as this happens, people believe more that the money is being put into their pockets elsewhere. We have already given up on the fact that German is spoken fluently, that the work is fun and that there is still a certain amount of politeness. The burgers just look more and more disgusting... it's clever that you can't post any more pictures of them ;)

We wanted to order food for 7 people from Mc Drive and that obviously took a little longer. The lady who was supposed to be in charge was so RUDE from the start and totally impatient. Was also wearing a white shirt, it was probably really her. I find the whole thing all the worse. She aggressively asked us to move forward. When we tried to give a code at the front that we hadn't used before, she refused to take our order. We then decided not to leave a cent there and canceled our order. She was extremely unfriendly, rude and simply out of place!

You just get meat if you order plantain 👍🏼 (not so good) I asked twice and the lady at the checkout confirmed twice that it was plantain.

My colleague and I wanted to end the evening relaxing at meccs. When I approached the intercom at the drive in, the “nice” employee took a lot of time to answer us even though we had spoken to him very politely. The icing on the cake was that the Mecces man put so much extra salt and pepper on our 4 delicious burgers that they were inedible. Because we were so busy, we devoured them anyway and that was a fatal mistake as it turned out in the end.

The food is standardized as usual, the service was fine during my visit. There is the option to order from the machine, which is a positive aspect. The restaurant seems to be getting very old and it's not really pleasant to spend more time here than necessary. The outside area is also not very inviting, as it is located directly on a main road. As usual, the toilets are not recommended. This is mostly due to the audience.

Rude employees. If you ask a simple question they directly scream at you and are talking aggressively directly.
