Unfortunately, in my opinion the quality is getting worse and worse. Soon the tomato will only be printed on the roll and the lettuce leaf will only be projected into the brain as a photo. Cheeseburgers, Big Mac. The fries are very good as always

So you're treated as a customer in the worst possible way. You won't be listened to until you get louder, you'll answer sloppily and people tend to forget things. When it comes to prices, it's better not to talk like that and be with the customers. No wonder some people freak out. It's not really clean there either

Here I am sitting alone in the store at half past midnight and I'm pleasantly surprised. The competition is already closed, but here I still get my nightly dose of burgers. Quality as usual in terms of taste. Burger carefully layered and warm. Fresh fries. It's really clean here. I don't know what it looks like during the day, but at least on this night shift I was greeted with a warm smile. I'm not normally used to it. The other employee who brought me my food also smiled brightly at me. Top. That was the icing on the cake of a lovely evening. I personally ordered a follow-up here at the checkout. 👍

Acceptance of a €200 note was refused.

Had to wait a very long time for a chicken burger & a cheeseburger. The problem was probably a lack of staff in the kitchen. The service people were still very friendly.

Very rude, I wasn't happy with my order and when I tried to communicate nicely with her, she ignored me at first. So far so good, I asked her if I could have some more caramel on my ice cream (for a fee of course). I then received a very rude no. So that everyone understands correctly, I wanted to order something and pay for it, but she refused without any reasons. I then asked her name to complain. Of course she didn't give it to me. Over time, however, I heard that an employee called her “Andrea”. She just told me that I didn't need to know her name. So extremely rude, she knows she made a mistake, is rude and then doesn't even want to tell me her name so I can complain.

Not exactly clean, the staff stands in front of the shop and smokes, they would do better to clean the shop

I was there 4 minutes ago and 2 ladies served me super super rude. Never experienced anything so rude.

I strongly advise against consuming fast food, especially from companies that use profits to support wars and conflicts among the population.

We used to like coming here since we started a year and a half ago. Lately, it has been questionable. The workers here need to learn how to be more professional. Tonight (Oct 9th; around 8:15pm) the younger girls working the front lacked customer service and rolled their eyes in front of us. The other week we watched workers eat from the fries while we were waiting for our order.

Food: It's McDonald's and therefore equally good everywhere. The tables were not wiped down, even though there was relatively little going on.

Thank you for small portion of pommes when I pay for the big one. Thank you for cold watery disgusting pommes. Thank you for missing items. How is it possible that everytime I go on drive-thru you mess at least one thing?

We ordered 2 menus, each with netted potatoes. A fly stuck to a slice of potato, it was fried, our complaint with evidence was initially dismissed and downplayed, but thanks to our persistence the costs were then reimbursed. Never ever. Disgusting

Ordered two cheeseburgers, received them lukewarm, both smelled bad and didn't taste like what you normally get from McDonald's

One star is already too many... Things are missing from every order and even if you talk to the employees on site there is still discussion. As often as this happens, people believe more that the money is being put into their pockets elsewhere. We have already given up on the fact that German is spoken fluently, that the work is fun and that there is still a certain amount of politeness. The burgers just look more and more disgusting... it's clever that you can't post any more pictures of them ;)

Thanks to the ordering machines, you can pre-order food via the app and don't have to wait so long

We wanted to order food for 7 people from Mc Drive and that obviously took a little longer. The lady who was supposed to be in charge was so RUDE from the start and totally impatient. Was also wearing a white shirt, it was probably really her. I find the whole thing all the worse. She aggressively asked us to move forward. When we tried to give a code at the front that we hadn't used before, she refused to take our order. We then decided not to leave a cent there and canceled our order. She was extremely unfriendly, rude and simply out of place!

You just get meat if you order plantain 👍🏼 (not so good) I asked twice and the lady at the checkout confirmed twice that it was plantain.

I went there and got a hamburger royal cheese with fries and it tasted very good. The hygiene and cleanliness was in good condition and the employees were friendly. Top

My colleague and I wanted to end the evening relaxing at meccs. When I approached the intercom at the drive in, the “nice” employee took a lot of time to answer us even though we had spoken to him very politely. The icing on the cake was that the Mecces man put so much extra salt and pepper on our 4 delicious burgers that they were inedible. Because we were so busy, we devoured them anyway and that was a fatal mistake as it turned out in the end.

The food is standardized as usual, the service was fine during my visit. There is the option to order from the machine, which is a positive aspect. The restaurant seems to be getting very old and it's not really pleasant to spend more time here than necessary. The outside area is also not very inviting, as it is located directly on a main road. As usual, the toilets are not recommended. This is mostly due to the audience.

Rude employees. If you ask a simple question they directly scream at you and are talking aggressively directly.

Burgers were fresh. The nuggets have already lain a bit.

You pay so much for a menu that you can't even manage to pack a bag for each menu (so that they have an overview). Very often something happens that somehow something is missing, if this isn't enough, you end up with cold fries to eat! Why has it become more expensive again?

A restaurant with 24-hour opening hours. The doors are locked at night, so ordering is only possible in the DriveIn. They refused to take our order on foot because we don't have a car. There was an exception for a youth group and the order was accepted. Very bad service! Addendum: After a complaint in the restaurant, the restaurant manager responded as follows: Nobody can remember such a case.

Few people, good and fast service

Typically Mac Donalds Expensive and good quality. In general, I'm not a big fan of fast food chains and that won't change. The ordering process was completely new for me and the food was delivered quite quickly on the tablet. The kids loved it and I was full, at least for a short while. The store was clean and the staff was friendly and tried to make the customer happy. All in all a 3.5 out of five. Which, however, is due to the food. Then you'd rather go to a real burger joint.

Location is not open for breakfast walk-in. At 0720, I see their hours are listed at 6 AM. Also, the store does not clearly post its dine in hours anywhere.

A very busy place and very popular for their 24hrs service the very best in Wiesbaden but always crowded in the night most weekends are very busy. Children loves going there.

Little MC. It seemed to me that the employees there were a little overwhelmed. Every second order was wrong - either something was missing or something was wrong. No leg bruxh, maybe this is a training branch?!

Has some parking. The street it's on has traffic cameras. Drive slowly.

What else can you say about McDonald's? ...... Stop at McDonald's, always have a quick meal on site or on the go. What's great is that there's always something 24 hours 👍 My conclusion 💯% ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We were there to try the breakfast. The muffin burgers and breakfast wraps are quite good, but quite small. I really like the fact that you get your coffee in a cup and it tastes good too. We also tried the mini pancakes. These are also quite small and are probably fried. In any case, they are quite hard - like small bricks. Making them on the grill would be better. I expected a lot more from them. Unfortunately, everything has been changed from the previous breakfast, the scrambled eggs were great back then, but unfortunately we don't have anything like that anymore.

Of course it's cheap, but nice surroundings are different. Otherwise an MC with the usual quality and standard.

Incredibly slow service, even when the number of visitors is low and only the drive-in is open 24 hours a day. There's no entry inside after a certain time, which is something I'm not used to at MC Donald's. Eating and drinking, yes, but not inside and then no toilet either. At least not at 4 or 6 o'clock. But it's nowhere! Very customer-unfriendly!

Here in the McDonald’s we again had very good service. A young lady with a brown headscarf. Totally nice, did everything possible in terms of friendliness and brought the food to the table. Thank you so much keep it up

Since the switch to impersonal ordering via tablet, etc., visiting is simply no longer fun. Everything seems cold, distant and impersonal. The customers are now standing around in the restaurant and we are standing around with forever long receipts, etc. We won't be coming back. A pity. Update: Went there again today to quickly grab something to eat after a concert. It was around 11:30 p.m. The store and parking lot were very messy, there was trash everywhere outside. I wasn't given napkins or a straw. Eating is no fun like that.

Today at 8:45 p.m. I stood at the drive counter and waited 10 minutes until I was allowed to place my order! There was a car at the checkout waiting forever for the order. At the checkout I waited another 12 minutes for a BicMäcMenu!!! The fries were still raw inside - the BicMäc was cold - the mayo wasn't there. Even with little activity, the team is completely overwhelmed and has no plan. A pity.....

I was there at 10 p.m. on a Saturday and actually just wanted to grab two wraps. In total I had to wait 12 minutes. If it's still like that, then every burger should be ready after 90 seconds... However, other things are often preferred. I found that a bit of a shame. The toilets were clean 👍🏻

Unfortunately I only noticed something disgusting in the drink when I got home, but the blonde, older Eastern European woman can dress warmly!!!

Oh dear oh dear. 20 minutes for an order. The manager of the store has nothing under control. 15 minutes everything else set up 20 minutes asked the cashier for Royal TS. Everyone on the team has no plan. If your time is important to you, go somewhere else. I was allowed to eat everything, except TS. The faces of the other people ordering also looked like they were about to attack the team

Very unfriendly, ordered food last night. Since I've often had incomplete orders, I kept checking that they were incomplete. Didn't even say o sorry or sorry. When I got home I realized that everything had been ordered with extra onions and it was a shame

Cappuccino way too hot, barely drinkable. Ordered to drink there, but received paper cups. Much too cold in the restaurant, you probably don't want to stay there.

We went there on new year's Eve 2023, I was really disappointed by the food they served the fries was cold....... And burgers Luke warm.. so over all it was bad experience of have meal at there........

Es nervt einfach nur noch. Aber ich gehe davon aus das es eine masche ist von McD's, Bei fast jeder Bestellung fehlt immer irgendwas in der Tüte. Es ist egal bei welchen McD's man geht. Selbst bei Burger King und KFC ist es nicht so. Und ich bin leider nicht der einzigste dem das passiert. Also ich hab die Nase voll. Bei einer Bestellung für 4 Personen ( 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kindern ) ist das Kontrollieren bzw. beim überflüssig des Inhalts der Tüte einfach stressig und nervig. Bei einer solchen Bestellung bleibt es ja auch leider nicht aus das man denkt das man alles kontrolliert hat und Zuhause feststellen muss das doch ein Burger wieder Zuwenig ist. Und ständig nur bei McD's.

Typisch McDonalds nichts besonderes. Aber auf die Schnelle in Ordnung.

Waren in der Woche Abends dort. Da nicht viel los war.. gab es wohl Burger welche "schon ein bisschen lagen".., daher waren die nur noch lauwarm..

The Owner and Manager especially their underrated Service was really Perfect and good. Finally I found an Establishment with African Owners and Manager.

Leider wird immer etwas vergessen... Die Pizzataschen sind aber lecker!

Ein typischer McDonald's. Nichts außergewöhnliches. Das Personal freundlich. Die Burger und Getränke könnten aber etwas billiger sein.

When the right crew is working, it's smooth. The food is classic McDonald's. I'm so glad it's not the American food standard. The food is not fake here and filled with preservatives. The new chicken burger 🍔 was gut.

Bin selten dort. Und wenn - dann gibt es ne große Pommes. Schmeckt mir stets bestens. Die diensthabenden Servicekräfte waren freundlich. Fix. Mehr gibt es nicht zu sagen. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Was mir hier gefällt, das das Essen frisch zubereitet wird. Aber der Drive in muss sich besser abstimmen! 2 Mal hintereinander wurden mir Geschenke vom Happy Meal nicht eingepackt! Essen wird oft verkehrt, oder gar nicht eingepackt... Bin leider sehr enttäuscht, das passiert immer wieder!... Hand-Trockner in der Herrentoilette funktioniert nicht richtig!

Lange Wartezeiten für ein Eis, unterbesetzt und im Stress. Viel Soße auf meinem Eis das war schön.

Mit Abstand die beste Pommes die ich je im MC gegessen habe. Es war sehr sauber und die Kassierin sehr freundlich.

24-Stunden am Tag geöffnet ansonsten wie immer der übliche Fraß

Das Essen lag wohl schon länger auf der Warmhalteplatte und geschmacklich... naja, früher war das deutlich besser. Ganz abgesehen von den Preisen mittlerweile. Der Laden war (vom Boden) ziemlich schmutzig. Auch bei 24h sollte man für Ordnung sorgen können.

Habe für knapp 18€ bestellt und habe zusätzlich nach einer Pokemonkarte gefragt. Hab keine bekommen. Das finde ich sehr traurig. Aber essen war ganz gut.

Die Burger waren ordentlich belegt. Das Essen war gut.

Kleine, aber sehr saubere Filiale. Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und Essen frisch. Insgesamt sehr gut. Waren morgens zum Frühstück da.

Das Essen, MC Donalds Essen. Immer der gleiche Geschmack. Der Service läßt zu wünschen übrig. Das Ambiente ist teils ungepflegt. Die Tische werden nicht oft abgewischt. Sie kleben und weißen Flecken vom Vorgänger auf. Wenn mal einer mit dem Lappen unterwegs ist, leicht feucht und ein Lappen für alle Tische, mit Flecken und Dreck auf dem Tisch. Hygienisch ist anders. Man weiss ja nicht was dies für klebrige Flecken teils sind.

We went there and made our order inside we played Cash at the Desk. We checked the order but Was told that the order was complete and that we have to leave the store cause it was too full. Arriving at home we saw that one pice Was missing. We called over there to let them know and asked if we could pick up the missing item. The storemanager was very unfriendly and said that the order was ok and that we could not get the missing item or refund.

Gestern habe ich hier mit den Kids zu Abend gegessen. Ich hatte einen Big Mac mit etwas mehr Sauce und Gurken. Geschmacklich war er überragend Ich werde in Zukunft wieder die ganzen Designer Burger Buden mit den vielen Saucen und Brötchenvarianten meiden und wieder das Original essen, wenn ich Lust auf einen geschmacklich hervorragenden, Burger habe.

Die Lage ist super, gut erreichbar, Essen wie gewohnt bei Mc Donalds gut, angenehmes, sehr freundliches Personal.

Okay, ich gebe es zu. Ich bin eigentlich Burger King Gänger. Anläßlich des allseits beworbenen 50jährigen Jubiläums des Big Mac wollten wir aber dieser Hamburger-Ikone unsere Referenz erweisen und sind in der Mainzer Straße eingekehrt. Hätten wir es doch lieber sein lassen, bzw. uns einen anderen McDonald‘s ausgesucht. Unsere Big Mac‘s waren trocken und pappig wie Pappmaché, der Bun unter der Hitzelampe angeröstet, der Pattie trocken wie die Wüste Gobi, der Salat darauf matschig und die berühmte Big Mac Soße irgendwohin difundiert. Einfach mies. Mein Fazit: Wenn schon McDonald‘s, dann nicht hier!

Yo creo que la comida es mejor que un ESTADOS UNIDOS DE McDonalds. El servicio es bueno, y los empleados siempre son amables.

Wir waren dort sehr zufrieden und der kleine Spielplatz ist für die Kinder super! Wenn man es eilig hat oder so wie wir im Hotel daneben wohnt echt praktisch

Recently my husband and I stopped in here in our way to go running other errands. I am always trying to get him to come here, because I enjoy many of the variety hamburgers the chain comes up with, but this particular restaurant was neither one I will return to , not one I would recommend to anybody. There is a better one on many corners.

Clean. Totally renovated since I lived here several years ago. Crowded in the early afternoon, yet seats still available. Bathroom newish, not dirty. In the middle of the pedestrian zone.
