Unfortunately here too there are only terminals for ordering. Terminals totally dirty.. You lose interest.. Won't go there again..

Expensive and the breading is really hard

Since they ran out of chicken parts in Extracrispy, the visit has become pointless. The normal breading is limp and the chicken has shrunk, I think that's called shrinkflation. In addition, the price/performance ratio leaves a lot to be desired: 2 parts (equivalent to 1 leg) for 6.40 euros... I get half a chicken for that at the snack bar. The fact that the floor there has been sticking with grease for as long as I can remember - a gift. But the employees are friendly.

In Mainz Kastel I will never eat in this shop again. Tables are sticky - left us standing - fries weren't ready. I didn't want any legs, but what I got for 28 euros was just sickening, 3 pieces almost just bones with mini meat leftovers and the taste was disgusting, the shop should be closed - cheekiness to the power of three

Was very crowded. Because you are asked to order at the terminal, there were problems with many orders. The store was full and things got mixed up. Staff tried their best. I had the wrong burger twice. It was similar at the other tables.

Was in KFC for once, for years. I'm totally disappointed. Burger, formerly sandwich was subpar. Lukewarm and the breading totally soggy. I wanted it without mayonnaise, but with ketchup, I said three times... Outside I noticed there was no ketchup, which I then had to pay extra for when I complained. €7.69 is totally overpriced. It was the last time there for me.

Not recommended.. Had crispies and hot wings, crispies were just barely done, breading was mostly soggy though...

Unfortunately, the waiting time in the restaurant was quite long. But it's definitely worth it. Food always fresh and delicious

Easy, fast, weekday dinner meal. Better tasting than back home. I especially love the deals on Tuesdays for hot wings!

Tasty, friendly, unhealthy :-) Ordering is now possible via self-service via screen. Very effective!

It's a shame, it's a shame like some here who have already commented, the KFC is only a shadow of its former self. Expensive, the chicken pieces were just fatty. The breading is no longer what it was. Luckily KFC at least had super nice employees (the day I was there)... Overpriced coffee and unfortunately nothing left for me...

Hair in food. The funny picture with the hair on it is mine. Found it at KFC today. Went to the checkout and wanted to speak to the shift manager. He says the hair can't be theirs because they all wear a cap. HUH? What's going on with that? Totally ass, the hair can't be mine, firstly black, secondly too long. But it doesn't matter at all there. So there's a nice message to the health department.

Been there for the first time in many years. It was clear to me that these American ice cream sundaes no longer exist. But no more spicy chicken pieces?? And then the normal breaded parts are really small, just like the coleslaw. And there are only half ears of corn left - why? Really disappointed - I think that was my last time at KFC, although the "best" KFC in the area, at least at the time, wasn't convincing. Too bad 🤷‍♂️

Very good atmosphere, always fresh food and nice staff

In contrast to some other branches, it's usually nice and clean, employees are often on the move... top. It always goes very quickly... the only drawback: the air conditioning often blows on you from above... the bottom line is that everything is as you would expect...

There was a lot of chicken dough. The three of us ate the food, but did not enjoy it, as after a while stomach problems arose. Overpriced. You can eat much better for the money

Dirty tables/floors. Staff stand around doing nothing instead of clearing away trash or trays. Food was at most lukewarm. The bottom of the drink dispenser was full of liquid. You don't have to go here.

Sad, sad 😢😢😢 What happened to KFC 😢😢😢 The old days when the name was what it promised are unfortunately over. For that little bit almost 13 € 😪😪😪😪 And soooooo bad!!!!!! Was at KFC last time. In this sense.

I was there again after what felt like 10 years and was very shocked when I ordered an ear of corn and then a 6 cm short ear of corn was sold for 4 euros. Do only millionaires eat there or do they get ripped off? Corn on the cob should be a whole ear of corn. I definitely won't spend my money there anymore.

schlechtester KFC den ich kenne. Essen kalt. Produkte falsch rausgegeben. nicht besonders freundlich meine Meinung nach. ich gehe eigentlich gern zu KFC.

Ist soweit alles gut. Nur man könnte öfter die Tische und den Getränke Automaten reinigen.

it's a fast food chain, you get what you expect. always double check your orders, sometimes when it's busy they forget an item. but other than that - everything alright, food's good.

Leider ist Kentucky sehr teuer geworden. Tolle Coupons gibt's auch nicht mehr. Leider habe ich schon öfters trockene Hähnchenteile bekommen ist aber mittlerweile überall so😕 der Service ist auch gut aber es kann schon passieren das die Servietten fehlen und wir sind alle Menschen und machen Fehler.

So schlecht wie heute war es noch nie. Hähnchen trocken, Pommes kalt und verbrannt. Und es ist nicht wirklich sauber.... im ganzen Toilettenbereich ist der Boden " fettig ".

Essen ist sehr teuer. War geschossen für 4 Classic und 2 Pommes 39€ zu zahlen. Sonst war das Essen sehr gut. Leider ist der Krautsalat nicht mehr so lecker wie früher und ein halben Meiskolben für 3.47€ ist absolut eine Frechheit.

Autoschalter benutzt, deswegen keine Aussage/Bewertung zum Ambiente innen. Leider wie in so viele Fast-Food Restaurants muss man genau hinschauen ob auch alles eingepackt wurde, wäre och einfach weg gefahren hätten die Pommes gefehlt. Essen wie immer lecker, aber leider viel zu teuer => diese Kritik geht direkt nach oben an KFC. 3,50€für einen halben Maiskolben, oder einen Krautsalat, überdenkt doch bitte mal eure Preise... Und was gar nicht geht, dass ihr die scharfen Hähnchen Teile aus dem Programm genommen habt....

Update 23.10.2023 Burger nur lauwarm. Geschmacklich enttäuscht. Pommes immer noch lasch. WC stinkt und ist dreckig. Ebenso der Gastraum. Pepsi schmeckt nach Süßstoff. Keine Musik. Pommes waren lasch. Burger OK. WC ohne Papier. Nur Gebläse. WC-Papier nur 1lagig und extrem dünn. Musik ist Geschmackssache. SWR4.

Beste Essen bei dessen KFC und gute Plätze

Leider wurden die Hähnchenteile mit Hot & Spice-Soße aus dem Angebot genommen, ohne dass der Grund dafür ersichtlich war. Das war eigentlich der Hauptgrund, warum ich dorthin gegangen bin. Stattdessen habe ich mich für eine andere Option entschieden, aber die Preise erschienen mir unverhältnismäßig hoch im Vergleich zur Qualität der Speisen. Außerdem waren die Tische klebrig, was einen unhygienischen Eindruck vermittelte. Insgesamt war mein Besuch daher nicht besonders zufriedenstellend. Sorry aber das war mein letzte besuch bei KFC

Anzeigentafel defekt. Unkoordiniert. Was für ein Chaos. Dann werden die Nummern in Flüsterlautstärke ausgerufen. Am der Theke stapeln sich alle Leute.

Service war gut und der Mitarbeiter war freundlich ,hilfreich, das Essen hat sehr gut geschmeckt und keine lange Wartezeit obwohl ich am Wochenende da gewesen bin, wenn ich wieder in Mainz bin, werde auf jeden Fall gerne hin gehen 👍

Chicken was dry. One awesome KFC exists in the world. Its in Estevan, Saskatchewan, Canada. Nothing comes near that one heavenly experience.

Es ist fastfood ohne frage aber hier eher schlecht umgesetzt das Huhn war nicht knusprig etc… Die Mitarbeiter wirkten bei allen 3 besuchen unmotiviert und lustlos das macht so einfach schlechte Stimmung und nervt

Pommes schienen schon älter zu sein - der Käse hatte mittlerweile eine Haut - Getränke teilweise nicht verfügbar .

Geschmacklich am besten in Wiesbaden und Mainz. Die Bedienung war schon mal besser. Die Lage ist ideal.

Typische amerikanische Kette. Die scharfen Gerichte sind lecker und nicht zu scharf. Das Restaurant wurde gerade frisch umgebaut. Die Maiskolben sind immer sehr lecker.
