It was a very quick and responsive service from a young white India lady . All the foods were in good and hot condition. Would love to visit again.

The young, more robust lady should look for another job if this is already too much. No one at the drive-thru for 10 minutes. Then you have to go in yourself, drive home, and things are missing from your bag. No goodbye, no please. Disastrous service, and therefore never again. August 16, 10:45 PM

This was our first time at KFC in Germany, and it was very expensive and the taste was nothing special. The staff didn't seem very motivated, and the cleanliness wasn't the best either. Unfortunately, we were disappointed.

Everything was very good. We'd love to come back! Please keep it that way.

Great experience at KFC Mainz-Kastel! Ordering was quick, the staff was helpful and well-organized. My meal was perfectly prepared – crispy chicken, delicious side dishes, and everything fresh. A visit that was absolutely worth it!

One star is too many. The wait time on a Thursday evening was over 40 minutes for two meals. Horrible!!

The fried chicken was cold and not fried well enough, not as crispy as expected. The service was ok, the space was spacious and airy. There was an outdoor seating area overlooking a large intersection, very chill.

The restaurant isn't particularly clean. Trays of food packaging aren't cleared away immediately, tables aren't wiped, and the floor is dirty. Burgers also have far too little sauce.

For the second time in a row, I only received 2 portions of fries instead of the 4 I ordered. Unfortunately, you have to check every bag here.

Of the three big ones, the better one. We liked the Mainz branch quite a bit. The staff was good. The current Squit Game offering is great. Korean style is finally something completely different. The burger is not only an eye-catcher but also extremely tasty.

Ordering at the terminal is complicated. Orders are issued quickly.

⸻ 1 star – Fast food? More like slow food – and then no food! I went to the drive-thru at the KFC in Mainz-Castell today. First, I waited over 10 minutes before anyone even took my order. After I was finally able to order, another 15 minutes passed without my food being ready. After a total of about 25 minutes of waiting – and nothing happening – I just drove on. Fast food looks different. When I order at the drive-thru, it's for one reason: It has to be quick. Instead, I wasted 40 minutes of my life – and didn't eat anything. That's unacceptable, especially not for a major franchise like KFC. Therefore, only 1 star – and actually, even that's too many.

Exceptionally fresh meat, which is rare

The food was lousy, soggy, and not crispy. I had a bucket, a hamburger, and some croissants there. The drink was okay, but it was self-service. The atmosphere was typical of a fast-food restaurant with a drive-in. Unfortunately, everything seemed to be coated in a thin layer of grease, and it smelled strongly of frying oil. The restrooms were reasonably clean. ...I think, if I had the choice, I wouldn't want to eat there again.

I was at the branch today at 10:15 PM, so I'm intrigued. I ordered my takeaway, but I was in the restroom and at the drinks station; everything was clean (tables/restrooms/drinks station). I walked to the branch 10 minutes from home and got a hot meal by the time I got home, which was also very fresh. So, it really deserves 5/5. As of May 18, 2025, 11:00 PM

What a siff... There is almost no cleaning here at all. You can wipe the table yourself. Not recommended. And as quality declines, it becomes more and more expensive. There are much better alternatives!!

Very nice KFC restaurant, not so cramped. Fresh hot chicken. Tastes very good, no gristle. The Zinger Burger is my personal favorite. Very clean and the staff super friendly.

I really enjoy coming to the KFC in Schierstein Wiesbaden because the cleanliness here is very high and the food tastes very good. There are large seating areas and there is a pleasant atmosphere. The staff are also very friendly.

KFC impresses with its crispy chicken and spicy side dishes. The Original Recipe Chicken, in particular, is always juicy and well-seasoned. The fries could sometimes be a bit crispier, but they taste okay.

I went to KFC again and I have to say: it was absolutely worth it! The chicken was perfect - wonderfully crispy on the outside, nice and juicy on the inside and with this unique seasoning that is simply addictive. I ordered a bucket of hot wings and crispy strips, with fries and coleslaw. Everything was fresh, hot and super tasty. The service was also quick and friendly, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. I like that you always know what you're getting here: good quality and really tasty food. For me, KFC is always a good choice when I'm craving hearty fast food. I'll definitely be back!

In the past, people were fed up with the food. Only poorer today. Paid 26 euros for 2 menus and now 1 hour later I'm seriously wondering what I even ate. I had the three chicken pieces menu. I had to complain when I picked it up at the counter because the nice lady actually wanted to sell me a chicken wing as a piece of chicken. After my complaint I got a new part which was just as puny as the rest. The poor animal must have died of malnutrition, I can't explain it any other way. Even the coleslaw that used to be really tasty is no longer the same today and is just sour. This was our last visit to the shed... Conclusion: KFC is rubbish!

We were just at KFC and ordered food to take away. It was really a great experience with the staff, we laughed a lot and left the restaurant with a smile, thank you for that! ☺️

Been there again after redesign. One of the neatest branches I know. I'm a little sad about the spicy chicken pieces on the bone, so I deducted a point.

The waiting area to pick up your food is poorly done. You stand in the middle of the aisle, blocking the path for other guests and waiting as ordered and not picked up. The waitress at the food counter hardly understands you. You can order different drinks from the machine, which is totally pointless since you have to fill up your drink yourself (you can put whatever you want in it). The drink I ordered wasn't available at the vending machine (great that it isn't on the ordering machine), so I put another one in, but all that came out was water. So I filled the cup on the other (great watery drink). I then waited an eternity for the food (other customers who came much later got their food well before me). While waiting, I noticed how dirty and untidy the tables were (perhaps the customers' fault, but it still leaves a bad impression). I then left with the intention of never coming back. Absolute DISASTER.

A disappointing performance, but at least it's consistently offered until dinner. 1 burger, 1 portion of fries (the taste is somewhere between old hat and old hat) and some stale water for 15€. It's amazing that this business model holds up.

Picked up the family bucket. The customization was a little confusing. Not what I remembered in the past. However, the family still enjoyed it. The portions of sides were pretty laughable for a family: small fries, half of a corn cob, and small mash potatoes. I guess it's for a family with only one child. The food tasted good and the staff was friendly. Overall a good experience.

As usual, good food. Unfortunately, you can smell the fryer grease when you leave the restaurant. Therefore ambience is only one point. It could also be nicer inside.

Service is quick and and the food is fresh and hot. Can't go wrong with the chicken box for 11 euros. Gives you a good mix of everything. Love the skin on the original recipe chicken pieces which is why I frequent KFC . Their hots wings are nice and crunchy too.

Fast food, but better than McDonald's

In the past, refreshing towels were still included. These days there aren't even normal servites at the DriveThru anymore. That's really sad. There was hardly anything going on in the restaurant. “Crispy Thursday” was displayed in the screensaver on the order boards. If you want to order it, you won't find anything in the table, so you have to order it again at the checkout...

Our first visit to kfc. Overall we were satisfied. The food was delicious and freshly prepared. A bit dry for me, but a matter of taste... What I didn't like at all was the drinks... KFC should still work on drinks. The service also needs to be worked on a bit. The saleswoman was completely unmotivated and had no friendly contact with the customers.
