Kentucky Fried Chicken in Wiesbaden

Overpriced. Sterile atmosphere. Bland food. Cold food. Genuinely have eaten better in a hospital, which is where I'll be going to get my stomach pumped.

Ordered 18 Hotwings Bucket today at 5:50 p.m. It was just wings, not a single leg!! Disgraceful!!

A disappointing performance, but at least it's consistently offered until dinner. 1 burger, 1 portion of fries (the taste is somewhere between old hat and old hat) and some stale water for 15€. It's amazing that this business model holds up.

Picked up the family bucket. The customization was a little confusing. Not what I remembered in the past. However, the family still enjoyed it. The portions of sides were pretty laughable for a family: small fries, half of a corn cob, and small mash potatoes. I guess it's for a family with only one child. The food tasted good and the staff was friendly. Overall a good experience.

Service is quick and and the food is fresh and hot. Can't go wrong with the chicken box for 11 euros. Gives you a good mix of everything. Love the skin on the original recipe chicken pieces which is why I frequent KFC . Their hots wings are nice and crunchy too.

Fast food, but better than McDonald's

In the past, refreshing towels were still included. These days there aren't even normal servites at the DriveThru anymore. That's really sad. There was hardly anything going on in the restaurant. “Crispy Thursday” was displayed in the screensaver on the order boards. Our first visit to kfc. Overall we were satisfied. The food was delicious and freshly prepared. A bit dry for me, but a matter of taste... What I didn't like at all was the drinks... KFC should still work on drinks. The service also needs to be worked on a bit. The saleswoman was completely unmotivated and had no friendly contact with the customers.

I ordered a takeaway menu from the KFC Mainz Kastel drive-thru. The service was quick and efficient, the employee had no difficulty understanding my order. This isn't always the case, but generally things go well depending on how busy it is. As for the food, it was the familiar KFC menus. All the tables weren't cleaned and were really sticky. Because the store was empty. I've given up all the tables. Then I got a serving and water and handed it to me. Of course the stickiness didn't come off. It was so sticky that sometimes pieces of the serving were stuck.

Since they ran out of chicken parts in Extracrispy, the visit has become pointless. The normal breading is limp and the chicken has shrunk, I think that's called shrinkflation. The fact that the floor there has been sticking with grease for as long as I can remember - a gift. But the employees are friendly.

Was very crowded. Because you are asked to order at the terminal, there were problems with many orders. The store was full and things got mixed up. Staff tried their best. I had the wrong burger twice. It was similar at the other tables.

Was in KFC for once, for years. I'm totally disappointed. Burger, formerly sandwich was subpar. Lukewarm and the breading totally soggy. I wanted it without mayonnaise, but with ketchup, I said three times... Outside I noticed there was no ketchup, which I then had to pay extra for when I complained. €7.69 is totally overpriced. It was the last time there for me.

Hair in food. The funny picture with the hair on it is mine. Found it at KFC today. Went to the checkout and wanted to speak to the shift manager. He says the hair can't be theirs because they all wear a cap. HUH? What's going on with that? Totally ass, the hair can't be mine, firstly black, secondly too long. But it doesn't matter at all there. So there's a nice message to the health department.

Been there for the first time in many years. It was clear to me that these American ice cream sundaes no longer exist. But no more spicy chicken pieces?? And then the normal breaded parts are really small, just like the coleslaw. And there are only half ears of corn left - why? Really disappointed - I think that was my last time at KFC, although the "best" KFC in the area, at least at the time, wasn't convincing. Too bad 🤷‍♂️

Leider ist Kentucky sehr teuer geworden. Tolle Coupons gibt's auch nicht mehr. Leider habe ich schon öfters trockene Hähnchenteile bekommen ist aber mittlerweile überall so😕 der Service ist auch gut aber es kann schon passieren das die Servietten fehlen und wir sind alle Menschen und machen Fehler.

So schlecht wie heute war es noch nie. Hähnchen trocken, Pommes kalt und verbrannt. Und es ist nicht wirklich sauber.... im ganzen Toilettenbereich ist der Boden " fettig ".

Essen ist sehr teuer. War geschossen für 4 Classic und 2 Pommes 39€ zu zahlen. Sonst war das Essen sehr gut. Leider ist der Krautsalat nicht mehr so lecker wie früher und ein halben Meiskolben für 3.47€ ist absolut eine Frechheit.

Leider wie in so viele Fast-Food Restaurants muss man genau hinschauen ob auch alles eingepackt wurde, wäre och einfach weg gefahren hätten die Pommes gefehlt. Essen wie immer lecker, aber leider viel zu teuer => diese Kritik geht direkt nach oben an KFC. 3,50€für einen halben Maiskolben, oder einen Krautsalat, überdenkt doch bitte mal eure Preise... Und was gar nicht geht, dass ihr die scharfen Hähnchen Teile aus dem Programm genommen habt....

Update 23.10.2023 Burger nur lauwarm. Geschmacklich enttäuscht. Pommes immer noch lasch. WC stinkt und ist dreckig. Ebenso der Gastraum. Pepsi schmeckt nach Süßstoff. Keine Musik. Pommes waren lasch. Burger OK. WC ohne Papier. Nur Gebläse. WC-Papier nur 1lagig und extrem dünn. Musik ist Geschmackssache. SWR4.
