Burger King in Wiesbaden

Completely dissatisfied. Service was very unsympathetic, after I complained about my food the shift manager didn't want to believe me that the chilli cheese snackers in the wrap were already hours old and were rock hard. The men's toilet was broken; when flushed, the water didn't drain and splashed onto the floor.

Everything fits Burger King is the king

Friendly staff and the food was great.

If you like BurgerKing, you can eat well here. Clean (as far as I can tell) and relatively friendly service.

Not good burger and service mainzer street is better.

Slowest service out here. Management doesn't know how to manage. It's fast food for a reason, and that's to be fast. Employees couldn't care less and the food is always crap. The BK needs new management with new trained employees that care. AAFES needs to stop being so damn careless about their labor and bring in workers that know what they're doing.

Slowest Burger King on the planet. 9 minutes for two kids meals after waiting in line for 19 minutes behind two people. This is the norm, otherwise I wouldn't bother with a review. Staff are very nice. It's not uncommon that only one person is on the clock doing everything.

Update, 17 AUG 25: Seriously, there's one person working here who's SAF. Really slow service, food tasted like old oil. It's also overpriced, but that doesn't help the situation. The food court in Rose Barracks is way better than here. It is hard to understand why Hainerberg or Clay Kaserene is so poor with quality garrison services.

One guy works the cash register and makes food.

Quite ok. There are better ones who devote a little more love to food.

You can't get in there without a US passport

It's on US territory, how are you supposed to go there as a normal citizen...

A Burger King as we know it, slightly modified from the burgers that are available in the USA. Tastes as you know it.
