Die Burger sind sehr gut, frisch und lecker.

Ich bin jetzt innerhalb kürzester Zeit 3x dort gewesen und muss ehrlich sagen, dass ist der beste fried chicken Laden, in dem ich jemals war. Das Essen ist Absolut Bombe. Ja es ist teuer, aber absolut wert! Der Kikiri Muh Burger ist unfassbar gut. Die filet Streifen sind die besten, die ich je hatte. Die Hotwings unfassbar gut. Der Kohlsalat und püree einfach nur geil. Selbst die Pommes sind geil. Fleisch habe ich bisher nicht gegessen, daher kann ich nur das chicken empfehlen. Das Ambiente ist wunderbar. Hat etwas vom amerikanischen Diner. Kann ich wirklich nur empfehlen!! Teuer aber beste Qualität!!

Leider haben wir nach unserem Besuch bereits zum zweiten Mal starke Magenschmerzen bekommen. Daher werden wir künftig auf weitere Besuche verzichten. Schade.

Chicken in allen Formen war sehr gut! Ambiente etwas dunkel für meinen Geschmack. Ansonsten alles top!

Als wir gekommen sind und bestellt haben, haben wir uns an einen Tisch gesetzt, der DRECKIG war und nirgendwo war ein Arbeiter der das sauber gemacht hat. Es kamen 5 andere GROSSE FAMILIEN nach uns und haben alle ihr Essen vor uns bekommen. Erst mussten wir zwei mal vorne nachfragen, bis wir unser Essen bekommen haben die Ausrede hieß:„ es sind viele Leute da.“ als wir das Essen hatten waren die Pommes räudig und auf dem Burger haben Beilagen gefehlt!! Ich würde diese Location auf gar KEIN Fall empfehlen!!!!

Ich habe in meinem ganzen Leben noch nie so einen schlechten Service gesehen. Ich musste einfach 2 Stunden auf meine Bestellung warten nur damit ich dann nach Anrufen diesen stornieren kann. Einfach nur traurig, dass es sowas gibt

Ich muss heute leider eine negative Bewertung abgeben ich habe mehrmals bestellt essen Lieferung bei lieferando und war eigentlich immer zufrieden heute habe ich bestellt diereckt auf der seite und bin enttäuscht 😞 der Bürger das Fleisch kleiner als sonst ,File Streifen und Hähnchen trocken wie keine Ahnung was bin sehr enttäuscht und dann ruft mich der fahrer an und sagt mir ich soll mein essen von unten holen 😅aber Lieferung habe ich bezahlt .

Dies ist ein Ort, an dem man mindestens eine Stunde seines Lebens damit verbringen kann, köstliches Essen zu genießen.

Rindfleischburger ok, wäre noch besser wenn das Bun nicht kalt sondern auch erhitzt wäre, denn somit war der Burger im Menü kälter als die guten Pommes.. .

Das beste Brathähnchen in Wiesbaden, ohne Zweifel. So saftig und immer heiß. Ich empfehle das scharfe Hähnchen.

Unser absoluter Lieblings-Burger- & Chicken-Dealer in Wiesbaden! Kikeri Muh ist seit Jahren unser Go-to, wenn wir richtig gute Burger oder Chicken wollen. Besonders schön finden wir, dass hier seit langer Zeit die gleichen Menschen arbeiten – das schafft eine familiäre Atmosphäre und man fühlt sich einfach willkommen. Die Burger werden immer frisch zubereitet, und dass das Essen auf Porzellan serviert wird, finden wir großartig: weniger Müll, sieht viel appetitlicher aus und fühlt sich einfach wertiger an als Einwegverpackungen. Seitdem das neue frische Rindfleisch eingeführt wurde, sind die Burger nochmal eine Liga besser – richtig saftig und geschmacklich top. Super finden wir auch, dass man zwischen verschiedenen Burger Buns wählen kann. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt: Früher wurde das Essen noch an den Tisch gebracht, das mochten wir sehr. Ist kein Drama, aber ein kleines Detail, das den Besuch noch gemütlicher gemacht hat. Unterm Strich: Qualität, Frische und Konstanz auf sehr hohem Niveau – wir kommen immer wieder gern! 🍔🔥

The food is good, but it's fast food (you get your food quickly... but the wait is almost 20 minutes), and the prices are high (especially the drinks. Seriously, a 0.3l apple spritzer costs €3.50!!!). Cleanliness could be greatly improved (especially the restrooms).

A good alternative to KFC. Very tasty and larger portions. Update November 2025: As always, very tasty, but unfortunately, it's become very expensive. €41 for two people is quite steep.

Very nice fast casual place to grab a quick bite. The spicy chicken sandwich was delicious and the fries were just as good. I’ll be trying the mixed fried chicken bucket next time.

The seasoned chicken was outstanding. Ordered and prepared quickly. I deducted one point because one-third of the chicken was dry. However, the other two-thirds were incredibly juicy. The breading and seasoning are uniquely delicious.

I'm always impressed! The atmosphere in the shop is very pleasant and clean; you immediately feel at home. The employees are super friendly and accommodating. Delivery is always very fast, and the food arrives fresh and hot – exactly as you would like it. Highly recommended – I'll be happy to order here again and again!

Nice, well-kept restaurant with good food! I work in Wiesbaden and have eaten there both on-site and taken food to go. Time and time again, despite sometimes having 10 people in front of me at lunchtime, I'm usually served and have my food in under 10 minutes. Very friendly staff!

Prices are a bit expensive, but the food is delicious! It's doable.

Visually quite appealing, but the food really left a lot to be desired. The wraps were cold and soggy, the jalapenos were skimped on, and there was barely any sauce. The marinade for the hot wings was completely unseasoned and lacked any flavor.

I went there for the first time today and ordered a burger to go and a small portion of chicken strips. The burger tasted okay, but nothing special or anything that really stood out from the competition. The fries were soggy and unsalted, but what bothered me most was the portion size: the container was so small, it was completely out of proportion in my opinion. The service wasn't great either: with the drink, they didn't tell me that I had to get it from the fridge myself, but only asked what was wrong with it. I don't think I'll be back.

I ate there for many years, but it's declined significantly, and the prices are WAY too EXPENSIVE for a fast food chain! At those prices, you could order a king's meal at an Italian restaurant. The staff always seems listless; apart from the older gentleman, the younger guys are very listless and unmotivated.

Finally tried this place as we waited for our car to be finished being cleaned next door. I had the special: Hot Honey Buffalo Ranch Chicken Burger with Fries. The sauce was the trifecta of my favorites. The bun is a soft brioche bun. The chicken was freshly fried, crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside and tasty too. Better than KFC. The fries were good too. Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, not dry and nicely salted. My husband had the chicken strips and fries. The chicken strips were juicy with a nice crunchy coating. I wish they had a branch in Wiesbaden city center.

The burgers were extremely small and not worth the price. The chicken pieces still had tiny hairs.

I was there today and had a wrap meal, and I was very satisfied. As some have already mentioned, it reminds me of the good old KFC days, when you could still eat KFC (freshly prepared, on proper dishes, in a clean restaurant).

Very friendly service. I'll be stopping by more often. Reminds me of Tiffany's, which is a good thing for me. I had my first Slush Puppy there. The interior is very modern and beautiful.

It's fast food, after all. But at least they have two vegan options, and the burger isn't bad.

The food quality has declined drastically. Last year it was delicious. Now the Wiesburger tastes like a cheap supermarket product. The fries are unsalted, dry, and simply awful. I even gave them a second chance, but that's it. At that price, it's outrageous to offer such poor quality.

I went there on Randy's recommendation, it really tastes just like KFC used to taste in its heyday. The chicken is absolutely juicy and freshly prepared, the coleslaw tastes great and the fries are super fresh. Price performance is simply top, the employees are super friendly and the store is very clean. Absolute recommendation!

A thousand times better than KFC!!! I was there for the first time yesterday and I was thrilled. Very nice staff. The food reminded me of the quality in the early days of KFC, now KFC is a disaster. The chicken pieces and wings were a dream, very crispy breading and the meat was very juicy. The coleslaw was very tasty. I can recommend it to everyone. Thanks

Today we were at Äppelallee in Wiesbaden - shopping and spending money. That makes you hungry! So, as usual, off to Kikeri Muh. The name says it all, as meat only products from chicken or beef. Today there were again 4 fillet strips with French fries and a cabbage salad. Always good, consistently good quality. Highly recommended if you don't want to go out for a big meal.

The location makes a clean and modern impression, the staff is friendly and accommodating. The hamburgers are okay in size, but the taste was a bit too bland for me, they lacked that certain something. What bothered me personally was that the burger bun wasn't warmed up a bit. Overall the burgers were okay, but there is still a lot of room for improvement. My praise goes to the fries, they were great, nice and big. The price here is in the middle range.

The farmer's burger exceeded my expectations.

I've been eating here regularly (sometimes more, sometimes less) for years and I can highly recommend it. The quality has remained consistently good over the years. I think the dishes look and taste better than those at conventional fast food restaurants. I like the Grünburger Premium best. The citizens are well documented, lavish, hearty, decent. Sometimes I get full just from the burger and eat the side dishes later at home because I can't manage everything. The ambience is good, comfortably lit, and there is also upholstered furniture to sit on. There are enough free parking spaces nearby, for example the parking lot in front of the supermarket next door. No matter what time or time of day, I have always found a parking space. The toilets are small and cramped, but clean. Staff is always friendly. I can't say anything negative about this restaurant.

A burger restaurant with high hygiene and that's a joy. The offer is very rich and good. Was a good way to get there. Is at the gas station and a large shopping center. Recommended.

For me THE better alternative to the generally known ones! The staff has always been very friendly. When the food is handed over (to take away), the contents of the bags are usually listed again 👍🏻

The burger crispys used to be a lot bigger, but now the price has increased a lot and the portions are getting smaller and smaller

I really like this restaurant and have been going here for years. The price-performance ratio is good and I also find the service to be customer-friendly. The couch corner is a highlight of the ambience and the food is fresh and simply good. The mashed potatoes always remind me of my grandma and taste great :)

I come to Kikeri Muh irregularly with colleagues and the results are mixed. Sure it looks like a high-end McDonald's but in fast food categories it's delicious. Especially the burger with a double portion of meat. This has a great taste of its own. But imaginative things are different, especially when it comes to the side dishes. Coleslaw, mashed potatoes and fries are not enough for burger menus that cost around 10 euros. The employees are friendly. Overall, a reasonable alternative for a quick lunch

Absolutely amazing! I’ve ordered from there so many tones and I’ve never been disappointed! The restaurant is so clean, the food arrives in less than 15 mins after ordering and it’s always warm! Best food ever! Customer service is amazing as well. They called me to make sure everything was alright when I was running late, never had that with other restaurants!!

At that time it was a good/cheaper alternative to the original on Schiersteiner Straße. Unfortunately, the “can’t get enough!” attitude has now returned here too. The prices have been revised upwards several times in the last few years, which you should completely understand, as many things have simply become more expensive. But as a guest, you start to think about it when the chicken pieces become smaller at some point due to the increased prices... Maybe this was just a coincidence, but unfortunately we have had to discover this in recent visits. We have really enjoyed eating here over the last few years (also because the spicy chicken pieces are no longer available at the original). Unfortunately we will no longer visit the Kikeri Muh. A fast food “restaurant” that is now more expensive than a lunch at a fancy Italian restaurant with service and white tablecloths…??? A 3-piece menu including coleslaw now costs €16.90!!! For comparison: the ORIGINAL costs just over €14 including the refill cup!!! And yes, unfortunately there are no longer any spicy chicken pieces in the original, which of course plays into the hands of Kikeri Muh and is probably why the operators can set their prices so freely. But since when do you pay more for a copy than the original???

Food is ok, unfortunately the prices are too high. If they were a little cheaper the store would definitely do well, so the prices would be a little lower.

Disaster!!! Overpriced to the point where it's not possible anymore, employees who barely speak German and charge €1-2 for each small side dish, this isn't a 5 star restaurant. Adjust your prices you are a fast food chain. Unbelievable prices for this service. If you can't get enough of a little extra ketchup, they want another €1!! never again!! We definitely won't be coming with a family of 8 anymore. Every time something is missing from the order but when it comes to cashing out they are like world champions.

Definitely a much better alternative to the other well-known fast food chain. It just tastes better!!! And it's even cheaper. What more could you want?

Been there 3 times and had a bad stomach ache twice. Never again. The store is also overpriced. For 2 menus you're just under 30 euros. The fries are good but unfortunately only feel like 10 pieces.

Everything your fast food heart desires: The burgers are great, but the bread could be a little crispier. The chicken strips could have been fried a little longer, but otherwise really tasty. I will gladly come again!

There wasn't much going on at lunchtime during the week. The staff were very friendly and right from the start. The chicken pieces with fries were hot and tasty, the frying fat was fresh. Everything tasted much better than its big competitor from the USA. The only drawback: the cardboard straws. These cardboard pieces are completely unsuitable for putting into the glass bottles. There is a sign there indicating this and there are glasses available if you don't want to drink straight from the bottle. But hey... You don't have to go along with every eco-nonsense. So just get rid of these parts. There is already the much better tasting Cola from the bottle and you mess it up with a disgusting tasting cardboard straw that acts like a Mentos in the bottle. So the place looks good and the food is okay too. Price performance rather poor. A lot of money for food that tastes as if it were simple ready-made meals that were quickly thrown into the oven. If you are very hungry, it's okay.

In terms of taste and quality (considering that it is fast food), the wraps are really very good. In terms of size, the wraps are comparable to those from McDonald's. Priced at around €5 (depending on which wrap you choose), it's completely okay for a snack in between. All the ingredients were fresh, the chicken was still nice and juicy and the flat shape made it very pleasant to eat. I can't say anything about the burgers, menus and other things, but I expect them to be of similar quality.

Wrap was very tasty and just the right size for €5.20. Very fair price. Food would be brought to the table within 2 minutes, but it was also very, very empty.

Well I have to say it was really tasty. We ate the wraps. One classic and one sweet chilli wrap with wholemeal tortilla. Very fresh and deliciously prepared. Free wholemeal or wheat tortilla to choose from. You can see directly on the label what's inside and what extras are included. Simply super organized. Cabbage salad was really tasty and the chicken fillet strips were really crispy and tender. What I also thought was great is that they also deliver outside of your delivery area with a small delivery fee. That's what you call really good service and, above all, customer-oriented and flexible. Great go on. I hope that you open more branches and especially in the city center😊🙏.

The best chicken I've ever eaten. Can only highly recommend the chicken Italiono burger and the chicken breast strips. I just think it takes a while to prepare, but it's definitely worth it! 5 Stars!

The concept is somewhat reminiscent of more upscale fast food. The food is freshly prepared and brought directly to the table. Usually very quickly. The team is very friendly. The fries could be spicier, the coleslaw is super good.

Came across the fast food restaurant by chance. The door was opened very friendly 15 minutes before the store opened so that we weren't left out in the rain. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. Everything was very clean and nicely furnished. We then ordered the Kikeri Burger for the day and were thrilled. The next time we're passing through, we'll plan a stopover here ;)

At first glance, the gas station environment might be intimidating, but as we all know, it's what's on the inside that counts. A friendly waitress takes the order and you pay. The food is freshly prepared and then served at your seat. Everything is clean and tidy, the seats are comfortable.

would never recommend anyone to eat there... me and my friend wanted to order something to eat after a tiring day and didn't think anything of it. for 2 burgers and 1 Belgian fries 30€. Fries with no salt and burgers cold and apparently already old. Immediately after eating we felt sick and had stomach cramps. Both of them threw up and we're still sick to death after 3 days. wouldn't even give one star

Always happy with the food, good service...however, it is slowly becoming unaffordable....unfortunately it has become more expensive again!

Order was recorded incorrectly and not corrected at the house's expense. I find that very unfortunate and absolutely incomprehensible. We still enjoyed going despite the increased prices. We will refrain from doing this due to the negative experience we have now had.

The staff is very friendly, tables are clean. I found the coleslaw very tasty and the classic chicken pieces deliver what they promise. I tried the wrap and was disappointed, the dough was floppy and flat like a flounder, I couldn't find the extra cheese and I didn't find any chili sauce either. A kind of thick mayo flowed out. The meat was good.

I had chicken fillet and it was really tasty, the citizen rolls are a hit. The food is brought to the table. If we go that way again, we'll eat there again.
