Das Essen war absolut Müll ich würdet er in einer Müllhalde essen satt da wieder einen Fuß hinein zu setzen ich muss seit Tag erbrechen und habe auf Durchfall und von der Hygiene will ich gar nicht er reden

Es ist drinnen unerträglich heiß, weil es keine Klimaanlage gibt. Ich wollte dort essen, aber als ich mich hinsetzte, konnte ich mein Essen gar nicht genießen, weil es so heiß war und ich stark geschwitzt habe. Bitte, bitte, installieren Sie endlich eine Klimaanlage! 🙏

KFC Wiesbaden Hauptbahnhof – Das langsamste Fast Food aller Zeiten. Ehrlich gesagt eher Slow Food als Fast Food. Der einzige Moment, in dem dieser Laden Sinn macht, ist, wenn der Zug 40 Minuten Verspätung hat und man plötzlich genau die richtige Zeit hat, auf seine Bestellung zu warten. Auch nicht gerade überfüllt. Kein Wunder. Und die Brötchen! Wie Zwieback, diese trockenen kleinen Zwiebacke aus der Kindheit, die Oma einem immer gegeben hat, wenn man krank war. Als Erinnerung irgendwie schön. Aber als Burgerbrötchen?

Eigentlich müsste man 0 Sterne geben. Schon beim Betreten kam uns ein extrem unangenehmer Geruch nach altem Fett entgegen. Die Tische waren dreckig und insgesamt wirkte alles ungepflegt. Wir haben den Laden sofort wieder verlassen. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen.

Qualitäten die ich eigentlich nicht von KFC gewohnt bin. Das einzige vernünftige war der Coleslaw und die Pepsi Cola. Die 🍟 waren mindestens 3 x in der Friseuse die Hähnchenteile hatten bestimmt schon 3-4 Std warmhalten mitgemacht. Es war fürchterlich.... Nie wieder KFC am Hauptbahnhof Wiesbaden

Ehrlich gesagt, das war das schlimmste KFC-Erlebnis meines Lebens. Ich bestellte ein einfaches Stück Hähnchen und bekam ein winziges Stück, das fast nur aus Knochen bestand. Kaum Fleisch dran. Und obendrein war das Hähnchen total trocken und schmeckte einfach nur schlecht. „11 Kräuter und Gewürze“? Schmeckte, als hätten sie 10 davon vergessen. Ich konnte es nicht mal aufessen, habe es buchstäblich ausgespuckt und in den Müll geworfen. Absolut rausgeschmissenes Geld.

Ich bin wirklich schockiert über das Verhalten des Managers in dieser Filiale von KFC Wiesbaden Hauptbahnhof. (29.03.2026, 17:55 Uhr) Während meines Besuchs hat der Manager einen offensichtlich obdachlosen Mann, der gerade dort gegessen hatte, in einem sehr respektlosen Ton aufgefordert, den Laden zu verlassen. Es gab keinen sachlichen Grund für diese Art der Ansprache. Besonders erschreckend war der Tonfall: herablassend, unhöflich und ohne jedes Mindestmaß an Respekt. Der Mann wurde nicht einmal gesiezt. Unabhängig von der Situation gilt: Jeder Mensch verdient einen respektvollen Umgang. So ein Verhalten von Führungspersonal wirft ein sehr schlechtes Licht auf das gesamte Team und die Marke. Ich hoffe, dass dieses Verhalten intern ernsthaft geprüft wird, denn so sollte niemand behandelt werden, erst recht nicht von einem Manager. Sehr enttäuschend.

Wie kann ein kfc um 21 Uhr, keine zinger mehr haben.So Was hab ich noch nie erlebt, bei anderen .Da wollen bestimmt alle pünktlich heim.

Das Essen in Deutschland war lecker. Es war schön, das Team am Tresen kennenzulernen.

Das Essen ist absolut OK. Man bestellt KFC, man bekommt KFC. ABER: 15 Minuten warten (Donnerstags 18:30 Uhr, Sitzplätze im Laden quasi leer) und von 3 Kunden vor mir kommen 2 wieder rein weil irgendwas fehlt. So auch (mal wieder) bei mir. Sorry aber das geht nicht. Dann zahlt mehr Stundenlohn, dann bekommt ihr vielleicht auch Mitarbeiter die bis drei zählen können. So billig ist das Essen ja nun nicht.

War gerade eben dort . Sämtliche Tische dreckig. Gefragt ob man diese bitte säubern kann. Nichts ist passiert. Nochmal zur Kasse. Die zwei jungen Mädchen rollten die Augen kamen zum Tisch,nahmen von dort eine alte Pommes Packung und säuberten damit die Tische. Ein Bettler kam ständig zu uns an den Tisch und bedrängte uns, dies habe ich gemeldet, die Mädchen an der Kasse sagte ich soll nicht als nerven. Im Menü waren genau 12 pommes. Ich bin schockiert über diesen KFC

The restaurant was pleasantly empty, so I was served quickly. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive – I felt well looked after. I ordered crispy chicken, fries, Pepsi, and two chicken pieces. The food was fresh, hot, and of high quality. The portions were generous, so I was really full afterward. The drinks were also good, and the menu overall was consistent. The dining area was mostly clean, especially the tables and chairs, which were well-maintained. I would only rate the general cleanliness of the restaurant 7/10. The atmosphere was relaxed, albeit a bit warm, which is a minor drawback. There were enough seats, and the waiting area was okay. Prices at KFC are a bit high compared to other restaurants, but the quality and taste justify it. I would rate the value for money as mediocre, as the portions are large but the price is high. Overall, I was very satisfied (8/10) and would definitely recommend the restaurant. I particularly like to mention the friendly staff and the fresh, delicious quality of the food. One small suggestion for improvement would be to keep the restaurant a bit cooler, especially on warm days.

I was there in the evening and ordered something, then I had to go to the bathroom. So I went into the restroom, and the first thing I saw was an old man shoving a hot wing up his asshole. The food was good as always, but quite expensive. Service took a while, but the staff were mostly nice. Well, the old man wasn't the best, and the station smells of urine, so the atmosphere is 2 stars.

While the food meets expectations, the overall experience is significantly diminished by the refusal to offer refills on drinks. At a time when comparable chains have long since established this as a matter of course as an expression of modern service culture, the adherence to restrictive regulations seems anachronistic and not very customer-oriented. This creates the impression of pettiness where generosity and contemporary hospitality are called for.

The restaurant is very clean and the staff is friendly. You can stop by and eat anytime.

Paid over 11 euros for a small burger with tiny fries and a drink. Everything was way too expensive. The chicken on the burger was tasty, but it was way too small for the burger. You could almost only taste the bread. There wasn't enough salad either. The fries were completely cold and very soft, not crispy. The atmosphere was clean and new, but it was way too warm in the place.

The delivery was incomplete and no one was reachable. The food was ice cold after a 5-minute walk.

I was very pleased with my visit to KFC at Wiesbaden Central Station. The food was fresh and delicious, especially the chicken, which was crispy and juicy. The staff was friendly and quick, even though it was busy. The store was clean and well-organized. Perfect for a quick snack on the go – I'd definitely go again!

I was there on June 16th. I said hello to the waitress, but unfortunately, there was no greeting. No goodbye either. I felt like I should just get out of here. I ordered two chicken pieces. One was OK, nothing special, the other was like something from a test tube and really bad: it had been reheated and dried out. Kentucky screams chicken out. The whole place has a charm worse than the railway mission. They should close immediately like Denmark.

Always happy to go to KFC! The chicken is simply unbeatable – crispy on the outside, tender on the inside. The fries were hot and well-seasoned, and the sauce selection was also top-notch. The staff there was cheerful, friendly, and quick. You can tell that everything is well-organized here. Definitely one of my favorite places for fast food!

Incredibly bad service staff! I've rarely seen such demotivated and untrained staff. But that's probably the manager's fault... It's a shame, because the location itself is strategically well-located! Everyone would love to have a KFC at the train station!
