Review of KFC Wiesbaden Central Station: I visited the KFC at Wiesbaden Central Station yesterday and the day before, and my overall impression was very positive. The restaurant was pleasantly empty, so I was served quickly. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive – I felt well looked after. I ordered crispy chicken, fries, Pepsi, and two chicken pieces. The food was fresh, hot, and of high quality. The portions were generous, so I was really full afterward. The drinks were also good, and the menu overall was consistent. The dining area was mostly clean, especially the tables and chairs, which were well-maintained. I would only rate the general cleanliness of the restaurant 7/10. The atmosphere was relaxed, albeit a bit warm, which is a minor drawback. There were enough seats, and the waiting area was okay. Prices at KFC are a bit high compared to other restaurants, but the quality and taste justify it. I would rate the value for money as mediocre, as the portions are large but the price is high. Overall, I was very satisfied (8/10) and would definitely recommend the restaurant. I particularly like to mention the friendly staff and the fresh, delicious quality of the food. One small suggestion for improvement would be to keep the restaurant a bit cooler, especially on warm days.

I was there in the evening and ordered something, then I had to go to the bathroom. So I went into the restroom, and the first thing I saw was an old man shoving a hot wing up his asshole. The food was good as always, but quite expensive. Service took a while, but the staff were mostly nice. Well, the old man wasn't the best, and the station smells of urine, so the atmosphere is 2 stars.

While the food meets expectations, the overall experience is significantly diminished by the refusal to offer refills on drinks. At a time when comparable chains have long since established this as a matter of course as an expression of modern service culture, the adherence to restrictive regulations seems anachronistic and not very customer-oriented. This creates the impression of pettiness where generosity and contemporary hospitality are called for.

The restaurant is very clean and the staff is friendly. You can stop by and eat anytime.

Paid over 11 euros for a small burger with tiny fries and a drink. Everything was way too expensive. The chicken on the burger was tasty, but it was way too small for the burger. You could almost only taste the bread. There wasn't enough salad either. The fries were completely cold and very soft, not crispy. The atmosphere was clean and new, but it was way too warm in the place.

The delivery was incomplete and no one was reachable. The food was ice cold after a 5-minute walk.

I was very pleased with my visit to KFC at Wiesbaden Central Station. The food was fresh and delicious, especially the chicken, which was crispy and juicy. The staff was friendly and quick, even though it was busy. The store was clean and well-organized. Perfect for a quick snack on the go – I'd definitely go again!

I was there on June 16th. I said hello to the waitress, but unfortunately, there was no greeting. No goodbye either. I felt like I should just get out of here. I ordered two chicken pieces. The whole place has a charm worse than the railway mission. They should close immediately like Denmark.

Nevertheless, the corn on the cob was forgotten, which I find very important when ordering from KFC. Of course, they were also charged for. The food I got was also cold. I ordered a Colonel Cheese & Bacon Burger Menu. The first burger came without bacon. The second one was actually inedible - incredibly salty and the meat didn't have the breading like in the picture with flakes. The bun was dented and everything didn't look very loving. The recipe should definitely be adjusted here. Fries served without gloves by the cashier (who touches bills and doesn't wash her hands during the process) are served in a mini bag. In general it was very busy and many guests left because of the waiting times. The clearing carts were also overcrowded and were not emptied. Payment with AMEX not possible.

This shift manager started the order and didn't finish it, so it happened that other colleagues didn't know who got what, after I had to go to the staff to check it with them again, we got our food after 20 minutes.

I hope the man who couldn't speak German will be given a voucher for a German course. I had ordered a chicken mix menu but there were no chicken pieces left, although the extremely nice employee, who didn't really speak German, offered me a crispy chicken instead. In the end it was a good experience and if you have a lot of energy you can go there👍

The portions are becoming ridiculous compared to the prices. €4.50 a portion of chips, calling it large is truly an insult. Absolutely ridiculous. I ordered from KFC via Uber Eats at 3:18 p.m., even paying extra for fast delivery. The delivery person didn't leave on a bike until 4 p.m. and I got my food at 4:15 p.m. My delivery was originally supposed to arrive at 3:45 p.m. at the latest. You don't even have to wait an hour that long in a restaurant, let alone at FAST food. Then the wrong sauce was put in and ketchup was forgotten. I only ordered because I was limited by time. I won't make that mistake a second time.

I really have nothing against fast food, but I will never go to KFC again.
