The portions are generous, and the value for money is absolutely spot on. I would particularly like to emphasize the fast and friendly service – you immediately feel like you're in good hands. The cleanliness and quality are top-notch, which is why I enjoy coming here again and again.

Review of KFC Wiesbaden Central Station: I visited the KFC at Wiesbaden Central Station yesterday and the day before, and my overall impression was very positive. The restaurant was pleasantly empty, so I was served quickly. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive – I felt well looked after. I ordered crispy chicken, fries, Pepsi, and two chicken pieces. The food was fresh, hot, and of high quality. The portions were generous, so I was really full afterward. The drinks were also good, and the menu overall was consistent. The dining area was mostly clean, especially the tables and chairs, which were well-maintained. I would only rate the general cleanliness of the restaurant 7/10. The atmosphere was relaxed, albeit a bit warm, which is a minor drawback. There were enough seats, and the waiting area was okay. Prices at KFC are a bit high compared to other restaurants, but the quality and taste justify it. I would rate the value for money as mediocre, as the portions are large but the price is high. Overall, I was very satisfied (8/10) and would definitely recommend the restaurant. I particularly like to mention the friendly staff and the fresh, delicious quality of the food. One small suggestion for improvement would be to keep the restaurant a bit cooler, especially on warm days.

Unfortunately, my visit to this restaurant was very disappointing. The place is tiny, yet they frequently accept reservations, which severely disrupts the flow of service. Officially, the restaurant closes at 9:00 PM, but I've often seen guests staying much longer. A major problem is the management: The manager doesn't speak German. Complaints are therefore impossible to resolve, making the visit extremely frustrating. The food also left me with an unpleasant feeling – I regularly get stomach aches afterward, unlike at the branch in Kastel, where the food is significantly better. All in all, the restaurant seems disorganized and unprofessional, making the experience very unpleasant.
