McDonald's in Wiesbaden

We waited over two hours for our food. Despite asking the obviously Albanian manager several times, we were promised that the food would be freshly prepared. In the end, it arrived cold and stale. The manager's behavior was very rude and unprofessional. Very disappointing; we will not be eating here again.

I went there at 9 am for breakfast, the girl behind the counter assured me that they were open because I asked twice. When I ordered I was told they had no coffee and a McMuffin was a 15 minute wait. Not sure what part of if you are open we are ready people do not understand, it was after 9 am in the morning, you know not like it was 7 am. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time.

I ate at this branch with my family. Unfortunately, it was a highly unpleasant experience. The food itself was okay. Unfortunately, the restroom visit was anything but pleasant: 1. I had to pay €1 for each family member. What a cheek! We were customers who had already paid for our food. 2. To get change for a €2 coin at the register (so I could use the restroom), the manager had to be called. He then told me to ask the cleaner upstairs... 3. The restroom was filthy and completely unhygienic. Absolutely disgusting. There were no toilet seats in either the women's or men's restroom. Am I supposed to pay extra so we can clean the toilet before we use it?

I was at this restaurant with my family today. I had to pay €1 to use the restroom. The restrooms are incredibly filthy. There are no toilet seats. All the stalls were covered in urine on the floor. The bins were overflowing with sanitary napkins and bloody tampons. I was so disgusted and reported this to the staff. The woman I spoke to just sneered at me. I would love to report this to the authorities, because I'm sure they wouldn't accept this situation.

The food is delicious, the staff are friendly, the waiting times are okay, but the prices don't have to be so expensive.

Do not get the new chicken sandwich. It was extremely dry, like it was old and fried several times. There was not much chicken in the filet, just mostly breading. You're better off just sticking to the beef burgers. The upstairs dining area was closed even though the area in the ground floor was getting full. The employees are nice though.

It's just Mecces, but what's going on here is really crazy. It's almost 'better' to have Mecces delivered these days. lol They get everything 'freshly prepared,' and if you live close to town, the burger arrives piping hot. But if you eat/pick up LOCAL, it's an absolute disaster. You're now paying 2.50 (!!) for a single, ridiculous cheeseburger. Where is the 1x1 from back then? Bring it back! Because only THEN could you overlook this 'disaster'. I've spent 7.50 every time, and every time I get the most disgusting cheeseburgers you can imagine. Dude... crusty, crumbly, hard - are you serious? It may be fast food, but then no one prepares 47 cheeseburgers if no one eats them. They then sit there FOR HOURS. I don't want to know how old the burgers I just got are. 2 out of 3 burgers went straight into the trash. Just a bad joke.

So, I went to mcdonald's during breakfast time and place an order for 4 sausage mcmuffins. The wait was already long.I believe I waited about fifteen minutes. As one of the workers was about to pass me my order, her coworker reached inside of the bag and took one of the mcmuffins out and placed it on the tray of another patron, and told me he did not have the bread for another mcmuffin, and would I like another type of bread. I call B.S. on this because he literally could have asked the other patron that same question. As I know I was there before her! Its not her fault but I do t believe it was right to have such a cavalier attitude towards me as I waited that long to be teased with a completer order then told in the end when my order was complete that I had to pick another type of bread. Had this been asked in the beginning, it would have been more acceptable and I would have complied but, to watch him pull a sandwich out of the bag and shun his coworker for him to correct his mistake. His Co-Worker apologized and I was given back my money as I didnt want an incomplete order. He was even rude about giving me back my refund. To his credit, he did ask if I wanted the remaining mcmuffins, but I declined due to his demeanor and nasty disposition.

Hardly any plant-based options, just wraps and nuggets. No self-ordering either; you have to queue and wait at the checkout. Absolutely terrible for these days. The restrooms were also inaccessible, and the sanitizer was empty!

The upper lobby area was still closed as of 11:00 AM. Cobwebs on the ceiling at the rear left of the entrance. Windows not clean. Dirt/crumbs on the window track at the rear left of the entrance.

A visit to the restroom costs €1, which comes with a voucher for the same amount, valid for three months. Ordering is still done the traditional way at the counter, which takes a bit longer since there are no vending machines. The food itself was good, though.

I don't know if it's like this at all McDonald's in Germany. It's the only one I've been to in Germany, but I think it's wrong that they charge for eating at the restaurant.

“Officially” open till 3:00am on Wednesday. Came at 00:02 and apparently closes at 00:00 everyday

I'm asking the manager to make sure they don't close the lobby area upstairs at 7 p.m. just because they don't want to have to walk upstairs to clean it. You can't go to the bathroom or even sit down if all the seats downstairs are taken. It's just annoying.

Extremely disappointing to have to pay 1 euro when you've already paid for an order for 3 people. In other countries, tickets or codes for the restrooms are offered with orders. Which, by the way, wasn't clean at all.

Sorry I was so grumpy! There was no strawberry milkshake, and I was offered so many alternatives, but I rejected them all very grumpily. In the end, I went for the chocolate orep, but I'm sorry I was so impulsive!

An employee charged me twice for a coupon over the weekend. The payment didn't go through the first time... the bread was extremely dry and hard. After double-charging me, he just grinned at me and said I'd only paid once. I'll never eat here again.

What a store the worst Mc I know

This review goes to the restrooms. I pay €1 for these toilets, and they stink. They don't have a toilet seat, so you have to sit on the piss-covered ceramic. The door lock is broken, and you have to hold the door with your foot to prevent anyone from getting in. It's a disgrace to even charge money for something like this. Otherwise, a normal McDonald's, nothing special.

The service is very polite and the staff always friendly! Sometimes the sauce is forgotten, but if you ask, you get it immediately – and if something isn't right or doesn't taste fresh, it's replaced without any problems. Yes, the toilet costs €1, but you get a voucher that can be redeemed on your next purchase – so the toilet visit is essentially free. Overall, a pleasant experience!

20 minutes ago I got a smart takeaway meal, they asked for the sauce twice and still didn't put it in 😭 give me my money back!

Quiet place and nice atmosphere

A colleague and I grabbed something to eat after work and ate at the store. When I went to eat my Chicken Big Mac, the bun was rock hard. I got a new one. When I then wanted to go to the restroom to wash my hands and do a little pee, I was told I had to pay one euro, even as a paying customer. Since we didn't get a receipt, this wasn't possible.

Firstly, the air conditioning in the interior didn't work at all. The air was stuffy and hot – if it wasn't used on a day like this, when would it be? Secondly, the restroom was dirty, and there was an unpleasant odor throughout, even though it was a paid service. This is unacceptable for a brand like McDonald's. I sincerely hope that management takes these problems seriously and makes improvements quickly.

Everything was better in the past, though.

Awful place, I don't recommend it, they didn't add my burger even though I ordered it, they made the wrong coffee, I asked them to fix it, they made me pay extra, no napkins, bad service, dirty tables and chairs, I don't recommend it, I'll say it again, and yes, there are no sockets, you can't even charge your phone!!!!!!!

Why the hell is the toilet chargeable? Why does your manager never give me a dime of change every time I order something? I don't care about the cent, but he doesn't even seem to want to give it to me - neither this time nor the last time. Last time I even had to ask him to give me my change. That's disrespectful. The fries are cold. And it has now become disproportionately expensive. The employees are slow.

We don't rate the food here, just the toilet policy, because everyone knows what they eat here. If you want to go to the toilet (which were clean by the way) you have to pay €1 per person at a turnstile. We were here with our children on a holiday visit from Wiesbaden - so we came up with 4 vouchers that you can redeem when ordering. It's a good thing we didn't order first. However, when ordering, we were not allowed to redeem all 4 vouchers (as parents for the children) for an order for 4 meals, but we were only allowed to redeem one voucher per order/payment. At first I thought it was a joke! No! The lady at the checkout just shrugged her shoulders. So we paid 4x INDIVIDUALLY. What nonsense and effort. This could definitely be solved differently... So it was annoying and cost a lot of time!

The employee was very nice. The branch is old-fashioned, for example there are no self-service kiosks. It was like traveling back in time.

The employees are often unfriendly. The toilets have to be paid for, including by customers. Toilets are constantly dirty and there are no toilet seats. Disgusting... in addition, it is unfortunately now impossible to eat there on site. All the places are occupied by large foreign families who sit there together for several hours with just a coffee and sunflower seeds at full volume. Coupons don't work. Burgers and staff were good.

Unfortunately there are no terminals and so everyone has to go to the counter. Things could sometimes go faster there, which is not only due to the staff, but also to the indecisive people. But the food is always quite good, but you have to wait a bit, but it's better than the other way around. During rush hour, the handling would have to be a little better, but all in all it's okay. What I find cheeky is that as a customer I pay for food and have to pay an extra €1 for the toilet. If I am a paying customer, I expect to also be able to use the toilet at no extra charge. More than half an hour for them to serve you to take 1 simple 🍺 Then I waited even longer and on top of that the waitress forgets to bring it to me, bravo! And to top it off, I spoke to him in German and he responded in English. This star doesn't apply to the food, everyone knows what they get when they eat here. This one star goes to the toilet policy at this particular McDonalds. A fee of 1 euro is required for use. Unkempt overall impression: the floor was sticky, some of the tables were really dirty. Hardly any staff at the cash registers, long waiting times, food consistently cold, almost no carbon dioxide in the soft drink. Overall, not good for me. And no interest in open and friendly criticism.

I'm sick of Germans/Europeans treating people of color like second class citizens. I was the last person in the line of 2 parties that had only 2 people of each. This McDonalds had many employees working and they weren't crowded. I gave the benefit of the doubt to the cashier that she was trying to help her colleagues. But I stood at the counter for over 5 minutes as the only person in line as her and other colleagues walked back and forth making eye contact and immediately avoiding me too. They served the two parties in front of me and still never acknowledged me or even an attempt to take my order. I WAS THE ONLY PERSON IN LINE after the two parties in front of me got to order. I've noticed in Germany and some other Eastern European countries, some(NOT ALL) try to avoid people of color in fast food or public industry. Especially if they can pick out you aren't European(Europeans tend to wear dark clothing vs everyone else in the world.)

Congratulations on the most awkward entrance door in Wiesbaden. Not only is it extremely heavy, it's also difficult to open. And that has been the case for years. I have to say this was the most outrageous McDonald's I've ever been to! A friend and I went there for dinner today. A woman took our order and I have to say she didn't really understand us! We ordered menus and the woman thought she would only give us individual burgers. That didn't work anymore. My friend and I had to explain it to her several times! I was very angry and still am! After about 10 minutes we were able to get what we ordered. I asked for the receipt and she looked at me really annoyed. She printed out my receipt and slapped the receipt onto our tray1 I don't think it's okay what she did. This is the last one! I didn't find the food tasty either and couldn't even eat it properly because I was so angry. I can't recommend anyone to go there if they think they have to be so rude to customers. I work too and as I have learned, the customer is king! I won't eat at a place like this again and don't recommend it. I would have preferred not to give a single star! So much for my experience and impression!

Totally overpriced, terrible service and unfriendly staff. Once and never again.

Normally I wouldn't rate a fast food restaurant, but due to several bad experiences with the service, I have something to say about this branch. The service staff ignored me on my last visit. I tried to speak to a service person and was rudely asked to wait. The shop was almost empty, the service person I spoke to was whispering to her colleagues instead of taking my order. As on my last visits, the burger shelf is usually empty, so you have to wait a long time. In addition, most of the service staff have extremely poor or no German language skills, which makes ordering complicated. It's best to replace the staff with computers in this branch.

I don't like the atmosphere at all. The upper lobby where the restrooms are is almost always closed, so I usually eat my food with dirty hands. The service is ok but I once got a burger without meat (to take away) 🫠
