Incompetence, disgusting customers. Sometimes there is a line for all checkouts, sometimes not. Every employee and customer invents their own rules and the floor throughout the restaurant is sticky, almost making you take your shoes off. Just disgusting! Beggars come in and scrounge at the table, unbearable

1€ toilet fee for non-lockable, completely filthy toilets.

When it is faster to use the drive-thru, something is wrong. Defeats the 'fast' of fast-food.

One of the worst McDonald's branches I've ever seen. Unfriendly people, very dirty and the food was cold and inedible

More than half an hour for them to serve you to take 1 simple 🍺 Then I waited even longer and on top of that the waitress forgets to bring it to me, bravo! And to top it off, I spoke to him in German and he responded in English. The service is despicable and selective, it focuses only on serving men, it didn't even look at me. 2 hours sitting like a fool not to drink anything.

The employee at the checkout is very rude and doesn't really listen. I order hamburgers and ketchup but only get the hamburgers with ketchup. The store is also very unhygienic and uninviting. It would be nice if there were competent employees, but that's not the case!

This star doesn't apply to the food, everyone knows what they get when they eat here. This one star goes to the toilet policy at this particular McDonalds. A fee of 1 euro is required for use. For this purpose, a turnstile was set up in front of the toilets. But now I'm wondering why I pay a euro to use it if the toilet is still dirty. This definitely needs to be improved. You do get a voucher for the euro, which you can also redeem when placing an order, but for someone who is not often in Wiesbaden or is just passing through, the voucher is of no use as it can only be redeemed in this branch. So if you don't get anything there, it's money wasted.

No service and burger was wet and soggy

Unkempt overall impression: the floor was sticky, some of the tables were really dirty. Hardly any staff at the cash registers, long waiting times, food consistently cold, almost no carbon dioxide in the soft drink. Overall, not good for me. And no interest in open and friendly criticism.

A very nice place, located closer to the center, at least considering the time I was there around 9 p.m. on Sunday, a burger like in any McDonald's but a little less well-done than in English restaurants, atmosphere, plenty of places to sit, nice staff who speak English

I'm sick of Germans/Europeans treating people of color like second class citizens. I was the last person in the line of 2 parties that had only 2 people of each. This McDonalds had many employees working and they weren't crowded. I gave the benefit of the doubt to the cashier that she was trying to help her colleagues. But I stood at the counter for over 5 minutes as the only person in line as her and other colleagues walked back and forth making eye contact and immediately avoiding me too. They served the two parties in front of me and still never acknowledged me or even an attempt to take my order. I WAS THE ONLY PERSON IN LINE after the two parties in front of me got to order. I've noticed in Germany and some other Eastern European countries, some(NOT ALL) try to avoid people of color in fast food or public industry. Especially if they can pick out you aren't European(Europeans tend to wear dark clothing vs everyone else in the world.)

Congratulations on the most awkward entrance door in Wiesbaden. Not only is it extremely heavy, it's also difficult to open. And that has been the case for years. The food, on the other hand, is good. You know what you are ordering. And thank you to McDonalds for reintroducing breakfast. If a poached egg isn't enough, an Egg McMuffin will do.

I have to say this was the most outrageous McDonald's I've ever been to! A friend and I went there for dinner today. A woman took our order and I have to say she didn't really understand us! We ordered menus and the woman thought she would only give us individual burgers. That didn't work anymore. My friend and I had to explain it to her several times! I was very angry and still am! After about 10 minutes we were able to get what we ordered. I asked for the receipt and she looked at me really annoyed. She printed out my receipt and slapped the receipt onto our tray1 I don't think it's okay what she did. This is the last one! I didn't find the food tasty either and couldn't even eat it properly because I was so angry. I can't recommend anyone to go there if they think they have to be so rude to customers. I work too and as I have learned, the customer is king! I won't eat at a place like this again and don't recommend it. I would have preferred not to give a single star! So much for my experience and impression!

Normally I wouldn't rate a fast food restaurant, but due to several bad experiences with the service, I have something to say about this branch. The service staff ignored me on my last visit. I tried to speak to a service person and was rudely asked to wait. The shop was almost empty, the service person I spoke to was whispering to her colleagues instead of taking my order. As on my last visits, the burger shelf is usually empty, so you have to wait a long time. In addition, most of the service staff have extremely poor or no German language skills, which makes ordering complicated. It's best to replace the staff with computers in this branch.

I don't like the atmosphere at all. The upper lobby where the restrooms are is almost always closed, so I usually eat my food with dirty hands. The service is ok but I once got a burger without meat (to take away) 🫠

Have to adjust my review: Today I had a moldy tomato on my McCrisp! The mold was so extensive that I think you should have noticed it when you served it. I ordered the mc smart menu. The fries were lukewarm so not fresh at all and the fries were cold so not fresh either. The floor is extremely sticky and it seems to me as if the floor isn't being mopped at all. I found it absolutely not customer-oriented to serve cold fries and cold burgers. McDonald's used to be better. If this remains the new situation, I will definitely not eat there again. Since this McDonald's can only reach the toilets through stairs, it is absolutely not customer-oriented. The food no longer fills you up; you can really tell that it is of inferior quality. Usual McDonald's for us. Nothing out of the ordinary. The guy who served us spoke English and quickly gave us our order. Unfortunately, there are no self-service terminals.

It's advisable to order the burgers 🍔 fresh and warm.

I have a lot of respect for employees in fast food chains. Some people think they look bored/annoyed and sometimes don't sound/look happy, but I don't know what working conditions or atmosphere there is. Sure, you wait longer at McDonald's when it's in town, even on a Saturday afternoon when employees might be absent. Haven't had a problem so far. However, I hope that the employees who have been working there for a long time have more fun and that this is also taken care of and that the temporary employees don't lose their joy due to all the pressure etc. There are good offers on the app and it's totally enough for a snack in between or for a break from work

23:32 Uhr habe ich 3x Cheeseburger bestellt. 1x war noch in der Auslage und 2 sollten nochmal frisch gemacht werden. Küche hat nur einen frisch gemacht. Mir wurde ein normaler Hamburger kurz frisch gemacht und eine käsescheibe einfach draufgeklatscht. Finde ich echt ein Unding den als „frisch“ zu verkaufen.

Viele Service Kräfte , aber ewig lange Wartezeiten , etliche Angestellte laufen gelangweilt durch die Küche und quatschen, und die Leute die vorne bedienen, müssen noch den Kaffee auffüllen oder Capri Sonnen von hinten aus dem Lager holen und im Kühlschrank auffüllen, während andere die Nuggets auf dem Blechwagen hin und her schieben. Einfach nur Ätzend als Kunde da ewigkeiten zu warten, alles zu lahm , unvorbereitet und pures Chaos im Laden.

Habe mir einen MC-Wrap ohne Sauce geholt und habe ungelogen eine halbe Stunde am Tresen. Stellte sich heraus, dass ich vergessen. MC-Donald‘s sollte unbedingt mal in kompetentere Mitarbeiter investieren!

Ist eben ein typischer MC Donalds. Aufgrund des eigentlich fast überall herrschenden Personalmangels gibt es für den Service nur 2sterne auch wenn das stammPersonal bemüht ist freundlich zu bleiben so nerven doch die Berufsanfänger meist der Generation Z mit ihrem Geheule das man zu viel arbeiten muss dadurch kommt es zu Diskrepanzen bei der Bestellungsaufnahme bzw Geschwindigkeit und wenn man demjenigen auch noch Kritik entgegenbring wird man endweder als dumm bzw man wird nicht nur beleidigt sondern man wird auch noch als Lügner denunziert. Das Ambiente macht es auch nicht besser mit einer defekten sanitär Anlage bzw einer Hygiene die Frau Tage später zum Facharzt bringt. Vom Preis Leistungsverhältnis fangen wir garnicht erst an. MC wird zum Luxusgut bei dem man sich auch noch blöde anmachen lassen muss als Kunde. Wer es mag ich brauche es nicht.

Ich habe noch nie so einen hässlichen und lieblosen Burger gesehen. Weder bei Burger King noch bei einem anderen Mc Donalds. Das Fisch Pattie lag nicht mal richtig in der Mitte. Ich hätte dieses zwar auch selber in die Mitte verschoben, aber das hat so am Käse geklebt, dass der Fisch beim verschieben auseinander gefallen wäre. Genau das ist der Grund warum ich lieber zu Burger King gehe!! Vegane und vegetarische Optionen lassen auch stark zu wünschen übrig!! Zudem konnte ich leider meine Mc Donalds App Punkte nicht einlösen….

Essen bestimmt gut, aber Fußboden gottlos rutschig… Toiletten absolutes Highlight, Slidecancel wurde gespammt.

Typical McDonald’s food, but with a German twist. I went in for a late night snack and the service was great and the attendant was nice. Got the Big Mac to try it too see if there was any difference from the States and yes there was…like any other international chain the presentation was clean, the food tasted cleaner and less oily! The spicy nuggets were actually spicy and you can see the spice. First time having the spicy sauce and it was actually spicy. So good!

Essen war normal wie es halt beim McD. ist. Service war Katastrophe. Sehr sehr lange warte Zeit vor dem bestellten und bis die Bestellung da war.

Alles in allem recht enttäuschend. Ist Samstags zwar bis 3 Uhr geöffnet allerdings wird nur noch an einem sog. Mc Go bedient. Sprich eine Art McDrive für Fußgänger. Gut, soweit vielleicht verständlich dass man den Laden nicht voll mit angetrunkenen Kunden haben möchte aber dann muss es auch an so einem Schalter funktionieren. Mit 2 Angestellten Samstag Nacht ist einfach unprofessionell. Sollte doch klar sein dass die meisten Menschen am Wochenende raus gehen, feiern, trinken etc. und danach gern noch schnell was zu Essen haben möchten. Wir haben über 30 Minuten für 1 Cheeseburger und 2 McSundae angestanden. Mindestens 25 Minuten zu lang..... Einziger Bonuspunkt...die Eismaschine funktionierte auch zu später Stunde noch. Die Freude darüber verschwand allerdings gleich wieder beim Biß in den völlig vertrockneten Cheeseburger. Sorry, Konzept nochmal überarbeiten

Personal ist immer schlecht! Hab viel Erfahrung mit den Laden, alles bis auf das Personal und die Sauberkeit ist gut. Hab den Cheff mal getroffen, der war chillig.

Erstens sehr lange Wartezeit. Ein Teil des Essens würde sehr schnell rausgegeben. Als der Rest kam war das erste Essen bereits kalt. Zweitens keine Punktegenerierung möglich in dieser Filiale. Gut ist, dass man draußen bestellen kann.

Leider sehr schmutzig und unaufgräumt.Toiletten waren abgesperrt.Das Essen war aber warm und ok.

Kein besonderes einladender Ort. Laut, hektisch unschön. Da gibt es in nächster Laufdistanz deutlich bessere Möglichkeiten.

Nun...der Schmutz...kommt von den "Gästen" und das "unfreundliche Personal " reagiert nur auf manche dieser Gäste...alles muss man sich auch nicht gefallen lassen. Wir wurden auch nach 24h freundlich bedient und waren zufrieden...es ist Fastfood und keine Sternküche.

Dass vorbestellen per App. Genial. 👍🏻 Trotzdem seine Bestellung sofort kontrollieren. Denn wir sind alle nur Menschen.

El servicio no fue excelente, ya que no hablaba alemán y señalé el número 7 para el McRib Sandwich. Ordenó esto porque Alemania es el único país que sirve este sándwich en particular durante todo el año. Parece una hamburguesa de cerdo con una excelente salsa McRib. Las papas fritas eran iguales, al igual que el coque. Lo único interesante de este lugar es que tienen una ventana peatonal para servirle en lugar de la conducción habitual.
