McDonald's in Wiesbaden

Ich möchte wirklich ungern die berühmte Keule der konstruktiven Kritik auspacken, aber das heutige Erlebnis verdient aus meiner Sicht eine entsprechende Würdigung. Mein ursprüngliches Ziel war denkbar einfach: einen McCrispy bestellen, bezahlen, essen. Ein klar definiertes Projekt mit überschaubarem Leistungsumfang. Nach erfolgreicher Bestellung wurde mir allerdings mitgeteilt, dass dieser Burger tatsächlich 5 Minuten Zubereitungszeit benötigt. Bei einer führenden Fast-Food-Kette stellt sich hier natürlich die strategische Grundsatzfrage: Wenn ein Burger fünf Minuten braucht, sprechen wir dann überhaupt noch von „Fast Food“ oder bereits von „Slow Food “. Nach Ablauf der fünf Minuten war der McCrispy dann zwar fertiggestellt, allerdings offenbar noch nicht zur Übergabe freigegeben. Ganze fünf Mitarbeitende standen geschätzt weitere zwei Minuten vor meinem Burger und konnten die operative Herausforderung „Burger an Kunden übergeben“ leider nicht abschließend lösen. Als ich ihn schließlich in den Händen hielt, hatte der McCrispy seine ursprüngliche Produktidentität bereits weitgehend hinter sich gelassen. Geschmacklich irgendwo zwischen Burger und McBrikett. Ein echtes Erlebnis im Bereich der nachhaltigen Lebensmittelverarbeitung. Aber gut, alles in allem war es eine Erfahrung, die ich so schnell nicht vergessen werde. Fazit: Bestellung erfolgreich, Wartezeit optimiert, Übergabeprozess ausbaufähig, Produktzustand eher archäologisch. 5/5Erlebnis, 1/5 Wiederholungsbedarf.

Katastrophalster McDonald’s, den ich je erlebt habe. Keine Bestellterminals, extrem unaufmerksames Personal und eine völlig unorganisierte Abwicklung. Bestellen kann man nur an der Kasse, dabei bekommt man weder einen Beleg noch eine Bestellbestätigung. Anschließend weiß man überhaupt nicht, wann die Bestellung fertig ist oder ob sie überhaupt schon bearbeitet wird. Dazu war das gesamte Restaurant schmutzig und wirkte teilweise wirklich unhygienisch. Das Essen selbst hat zwar grundsätzlich geschmeckt, war allerdings bereits kalt. Insgesamt leider eine absolute Katastrophe, vor allem organisatorisch. So einen schlecht organisierten McDonald’s habe ich bisher noch nicht erlebt.

Der McDonald’s ist ok und es gibt einen schönen Ausblick auf den Marktplatz, im oberen Stockwerk.

Top super freundliche Mitarbeiter

Überraschend angenehmer McDonald's mitten in der Wiesbadener Altstadt bzw. Fußgängerzone. Die Lage ist wirklich schön und das Personal war bei meinem Besuch freundlich. Was mir sofort aufgefallen ist: Hier gibt es keine Selbstbedienungs-Terminals. Bestellt wird ganz klassisch an der Theke – das habe ich schon lange nicht mehr gesehen. Irgendwie hat das fast schon Old-School-Vibes. 😊 Die Toiletten kosten 1 €, allerdings erhält man dafür einen Gutschein, den man bei einem weiteren Einkauf bei McDonald's wieder einlösen kann. Insgesamt ein angenehmer Besuch in einer schönen Innenstadtlage.

Was ist hier los. McDonalds ist nicht gleich McDonalds. Hier gibt es keine Bestellterminals und per App kann man auch nicht bestellen, d.h. keine Punkte sammeln oder Coupons einlösen. Leider ist es auch so, dass das Personal teilweise quasi har kein Deutsch kann und somit Fehler in der Bestellung fast unvermeidlich sind. Die Tische sind teils sehr schmutzig, der Boden klebt (vor allem in der Toilette, die auch noch einen Euro extra kostet) und das Essen ist lieblos zusammengesteckt. Die Lager ist super und es könnte innen ein sehr schöner McDonalds sein, wenn da nicht die zerschlissenen Möbel und die Pfützen auf dem Boden wären. Dieser McDonalds ist zwar ein Selbstbräuner, weil er zentral in der Fußgängerzone liegt aber dieses Maß an (nicht) Service ist für die Kette blamabel.

Preislich mittlerweile völlig abgehoben. Wo ist eigentlich die Mwst- Senkung abgeblieben?! Für 13€ bekomme ich woanders ein vernünftiges Essen am Tisch mit Bedienung…

Ich war schon länger nicht mehr bei McDonald's in Deutschland... aber... ein einzelner Big Mac kostet 6,99 Euro... für 3 Euro mehr bekommt man gleich um die Ecke einen Gourmet Smash Burger.

Heute habe ich den schlimmsten McDonald's aller Zeiten erlebt. Ich bin über die Famelije reingegangen, habe 15 Minuten in der Schlange gestanden, um zu bestellen, und dann habe ich mich oben hingesetzt. Man muss für die Toilette bezahlen, das ist eine Schande für die Gäste, die dort sind. Meine Frau ist gerade mit dem Windelwechseln beschäftigt, und es gibt zwar einen Raum dafür, aber es gibt absolut nichts, keinen Platz, wo das Kind liegen kann, kein Papier, nichts Schreckliches.

Es gibt dort keine Station oder Funktion zum Einlösen von Punkten am Bestellschalter.

Der burger war sogar für mcdonald's burger ranzig der kassierer hat mich mehrmals ignoriert und die ganze zeit mädchen vorgelassen obwohl ich dran war und nach 20 minuten durfte ich bestellen wo er mir dann einen burger aus dem letzten regal gegeben hat und die verpackung war komplett feucht!!!

Das Essen braucht hier zwischen 1 und 6 Minuten, bis es kommt, und wenn viel los ist, kann es bis zu 8 Minuten dauern, aber das Essen war heiß, lecker und alles war gut. Ich habe alle Bewertungen gelesen و viele beschweren sich darüber, dass die Toilettennutzung 1 Euro kostet. Meiner Meinung nach ist das jedoch nicht gerechtfertigt. Außerdem können Leute, die dort nicht essen, einfach die Toiletten benutzen, was oft zu Überfüllung führt. Daher ist es richtig, eine Gebühr von 1 Euro für Nicht-Gäste zu verlangen. So wird es nicht zu voll, Personen ohne Verzehrabsicht bleiben fern und gleichzeitig können damit die Reinigungskosten gedeckt werden."

Heute habe ich McDonald’s besucht. Das Essen war lecker, vielen Dank dafür. Es gab jedoch einige unangenehme Punkte: Mir wurde kein Kassenbon ausgehändigt und ein Teil der Bestellung hat gefehlt. Außerdem war es im zweiten Stock schmutzig – Getränke waren verschüttet und die Tische wurden nicht abgeräumt. Ich würde mir wünschen, dass Service und Sauberkeit dem Standard der Kette entsprechen.

Nicht sehr empfehlenswert. Die Gestaltung ist sehr veraltet und es gibt nicht wie in anderen McDonald's Bildschirme zum Bestellen. Es fühlt sich an wie eine Reise ins Jahr 2016 oder früher, wo es das alles noch gar nicht gab. Der Service ist in Ordnung, Speisen sind typisch McDonald's. Aber die 1€-Toilettengebühr ist ungewöhnlich!

Also die Hälfte meines Cheeseburgers klebte an meiner Verpackung und hat nach nix geschmeckt deswegen die 2 Sterne.

Also die Pommes sind unter aller Kanone ich habe sie probiert und musste direkt auf die Toilette ,du Pommes waren kalt und teilweise Hart, Der Koch war verliebt , die Pommes waren voll mit Salz. 3 Sterne durch die Burger gerettet 🤠.Bin zufrieden.

Ich war letztens hier und dass es hier generell nicht besonders sauber ist, kennt man ja das war aber gar nicht das eigentliche Problem. Was wirklich nicht geht 1 Euro Toilettengebühr zu verlangen und dann sind die Toiletten extrem dreckig. Es gab keine Seife und der andere Seifenspender war kaputt. Ganz ehrlich für sowas einen Euro zu verlangen, ist eine Frechheit. Mein Tipp… Geht lieber zu dem McDonald’s in der Dotzheimer Straße der ist 1000-mal besser. Dort zahlt man kein Geld für Toiletten die am Ende trotzdem dreckig sind.

Das Essen war ok man kann nicht viel erwarten von einer Fast Food Filiale da man nicht 100€ zahlt wie in einem Restaurant. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich obwohl Sie kein Trinkgeld bekommen wie Kellner welche nur deswegen freundlich zu einem sind. Bei den Toiletten sollte man lessen lernen da es dick an der Tür steht, dass diese kostenpflichtig sind.

Totale Frechheit! In Deutschland sind Gastronomen verpflichtet zahlenden Gästen den Gang zur Toilette zu ermöglichen. Hier wurde ein Automat angebracht um jedem einen Euro aus der Tasche zu ziehen ob Gast oder nicht. Hab ich noch nie bei einem McDonald’s gesehen. War auch das letzte mal mit meinen Freunden hier in dieser Filiale zu essen!

Ich habe seit langen nicht so schlecht gegessen bei mc Donald als jetzt. Big mac also ehrlich früher war das brötchen weich und die soße schmeckt kake brötchen war hart wie ob man zu lange gebacken hat . Plus Cheeseburger genau das selbe die Mitarbeiter sehr unmotiviert werde nicht mehr da essen

Die Toiletten sind sehr ekelhaft, trotz ein Euro Eintrittskosten sehr schmutzig unhygienisch nie wieder.

5 Kassen, davon nur drei geöffnet. Die Schlange ging bis zur Tür. Der Burger meines Mannes war kalt. Für die Toilettenbenutzung muss man 1€ zahlen und die Toiletten waren unter alles Sau, wirklich ekelhaft! (Schade, dass man mindestens einen Stern vergeben muss)

Der unbequemste McDonald's, in dem ich bisher war. Es gibt keine Bestellautomaten, nur Bestellung an der Kasse, und die Mitarbeiterin arbeitet sehr langsam. Dadurch ist die Wartezeit lang und der Service lässt zu wünschen übrig.

Leider verfügen die Toiletten weder über eine Klobrille noch über eine Möglichkeit zur Desinfektion. Zusätzlich ist eine Bestellung direkt am Tisch per App nicht möglich.

That was the worst burger I've ever had at McDonald's. That can't possibly be McDonald's standard. It was kept warm forever, soggy, and truly awful. The restrooms were terrible too...

The food from this branch felt very processed (even more so than regular processed food I don't know why)

Unfriendly and rude staff, disgusting food, food quality **** McDonald's is definitely not recommended, it's nowhere near as good as McDonald's.

We waited over two hours for our food. Despite asking the obviously Albanian manager several times, we were promised that the food would be freshly prepared. In the end, it arrived cold and stale. The manager's behavior was very rude and unprofessional. Very disappointing; we will not be eating here again.

I went there at 9 am for breakfast, the girl behind the counter assured me that they were open because I asked twice. When I ordered I was told they had no coffee and a McMuffin was a 15 minute wait. Not sure what part of if you are open we are ready people do not understand, it was after 9 am in the morning, you know not like it was 7 am. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time.

I ate at this branch with my family. Unfortunately, it was a highly unpleasant experience. The food itself was okay. Unfortunately, the restroom visit was anything but pleasant: 1. I had to pay €1 for each family member. What a cheek! We were customers who had already paid for our food. 2. To get change for a €2 coin at the register (so I could use the restroom), the manager had to be called. He then told me to ask the cleaner upstairs... 3. The restroom was filthy and completely unhygienic. Absolutely disgusting. There were no toilet seats in either the women's or men's restroom. Am I supposed to pay extra so we can clean the toilet before we use it?

I was at this restaurant with my family today. I had to pay €1 to use the restroom. The restrooms are incredibly filthy. There are no toilet seats. All the stalls were covered in urine on the floor. The bins were overflowing with sanitary napkins and bloody tampons. I was so disgusted and reported this to the staff. The woman I spoke to just sneered at me. I would love to report this to the authorities, because I'm sure they wouldn't accept this situation.

Do not get the new chicken sandwich. It was extremely dry, like it was old and fried several times. There was not much chicken in the filet, just mostly breading. You're better off just sticking to the beef burgers. The upstairs dining area was closed even though the area in the ground floor was getting full. The employees are nice though.

It's just Mecces, but what's going on here is really crazy. It's almost 'better' to have Mecces delivered these days. lol They get everything 'freshly prepared,' and if you live close to town, the burger arrives piping hot. But if you eat/pick up LOCAL, it's an absolute disaster. You're now paying 2.50 (!!) for a single, ridiculous cheeseburger. Where is the 1x1 from back then? Bring it back! Because only THEN could you overlook this 'disaster'. I've spent 7.50 every time, and every time I get the most disgusting cheeseburgers you can imagine. Dude... crusty, crumbly, hard - are you serious? It may be fast food, but then no one prepares 47 cheeseburgers if no one eats them. They then sit there FOR HOURS. I don't want to know how old the burgers I just got are. 2 out of 3 burgers went straight into the trash. Just a bad joke.

So, I went to mcdonald's during breakfast time and place an order for 4 sausage mcmuffins. The wait was already long.I believe I waited about fifteen minutes. As one of the workers was about to pass me my order, her coworker reached inside of the bag and took one of the mcmuffins out and placed it on the tray of another patron, and told me he did not have the bread for another mcmuffin, and would I like another type of bread. I call B.S. on this because he literally could have asked the other patron that same question. As I know I was there before her! Its not her fault but I do t believe it was right to have such a cavalier attitude towards me as I waited that long to be teased with a completer order then told in the end when my order was complete that I had to pick another type of bread. Had this been asked in the beginning, it would have been more acceptable and I would have complied but, to watch him pull a sandwich out of the bag and shun his coworker for him to correct his mistake. His Co-Worker apologized and I was given back my money as I didnt want an incomplete order. He was even rude about giving me back my refund. To his credit, he did ask if I wanted the remaining mcmuffins, but I declined due to his demeanor and nasty disposition.

Hardly any plant-based options, just wraps and nuggets. No self-ordering either; you have to queue and wait at the checkout. Absolutely terrible for these days. The restrooms were also inaccessible, and the sanitizer was empty!

The upper lobby area was still closed as of 11:00 AM. Cobwebs on the ceiling at the rear left of the entrance. Windows not clean. Dirt/crumbs on the window track at the rear left of the entrance.

A visit to the restroom costs €1, which comes with a voucher for the same amount, valid for three months. Ordering is still done the traditional way at the counter, which takes a bit longer since there are no vending machines. The food itself was good, though.

I don't know if it's like this at all McDonald's in Germany. It's the only one I've been to in Germany, but I think it's wrong that they charge for eating at the restaurant.

I'm asking the manager to make sure they don't close the lobby area upstairs at 7 p.m. just because they don't want to have to walk upstairs to clean it. You can't go to the bathroom or even sit down if all the seats downstairs are taken. It's just annoying.

Extremely disappointing to have to pay 1 euro when you've already paid for an order for 3 people. In other countries, tickets or codes for the restrooms are offered with orders. Which, by the way, wasn't clean at all.

Sorry I was so grumpy! There was no strawberry milkshake, and I was offered so many alternatives, but I rejected them all very grumpily. In the end, I went for the chocolate orep, but I'm sorry I was so impulsive!

An employee charged me twice for a coupon over the weekend. The payment didn't go through the first time... the bread was extremely dry and hard. After double-charging me, he just grinned at me and said I'd only paid once. I'll never eat here again.

What a store the worst Mc I know

This review goes to the restrooms. I pay €1 for these toilets, and they stink. They don't have a toilet seat, so you have to sit on the piss-covered ceramic. The door lock is broken, and you have to hold the door with your foot to prevent anyone from getting in. It's a disgrace to even charge money for something like this. Otherwise, a normal McDonald's, nothing special.

The service is very polite and the staff always friendly! Sometimes the sauce is forgotten, but if you ask, you get it immediately – and if something isn't right or doesn't taste fresh, it's replaced without any problems. Yes, the toilet costs €1, but you get a voucher that can be redeemed on your next purchase – so the toilet visit is essentially free. Overall, a pleasant experience!

20 minutes ago I got a smart takeaway meal, they asked for the sauce twice and still didn't put it in 😭 give me my money back!

Quiet place and nice atmosphere

A colleague and I grabbed something to eat after work and ate at the store. When I went to eat my Chicken Big Mac, the bun was rock hard. I got a new one. When I then wanted to go to the restroom to wash my hands and do a little pee, I was told I had to pay one euro, even as a paying customer. Since we didn't get a receipt, this wasn't possible.

Date of visit: June 22, 2025 Outside temperature: 34°C – midsummer Unfortunately, my visit to McDonald's Wiesbaden was very disappointing. Firstly, the air conditioning in the interior didn't work at all. The air was stuffy and hot – if it wasn't used on a day like this, when would it be? Secondly, the restroom was dirty, and there was an unpleasant odor throughout, even though it was a paid service. This is unacceptable for a brand like McDonald's. I sincerely hope that management takes these problems seriously and makes improvements quickly.

Awful place, I don't recommend it, they didn't add my burger even though I ordered it, they made the wrong coffee, I asked them to fix it, they made me pay extra, no napkins, bad service, dirty tables and chairs, I don't recommend it, I'll say it again, and yes, there are no sockets, you can't even charge your phone!!!!!!!

Why the hell is the toilet chargeable? Why does your manager never give me a dime of change every time I order something? I don't care about the cent, but he doesn't even seem to want to give it to me - neither this time nor the last time. Last time I even had to ask him to give me my change. That's disrespectful. The fries are cold. And it has now become disproportionately expensive. The employees are slow.

We don't rate the food here, just the toilet policy, because everyone knows what they eat here. If you want to go to the toilet (which were clean by the way) you have to pay €1 per person at a turnstile. We were here with our children on a holiday visit from Wiesbaden - so we came up with 4 vouchers that you can redeem when ordering. It's a good thing we didn't order first. However, when ordering, we were not allowed to redeem all 4 vouchers (as parents for the children) for an order for 4 meals, but we were only allowed to redeem one voucher per order/payment. At first I thought it was a joke! No! The lady at the checkout just shrugged her shoulders. So we paid 4x INDIVIDUALLY. What nonsense and effort. This could definitely be solved differently... So it was annoying and cost a lot of time!

The employee was very nice. The branch is old-fashioned, for example there are no self-service kiosks. It was like traveling back in time.

The employees are often unfriendly. The toilets have to be paid for, including by customers. Toilets are constantly dirty and there are no toilet seats. Disgusting... in addition, it is unfortunately now impossible to eat there on site. All the places are occupied by large foreign families who sit there together for several hours with just a coffee and sunflower seeds at full volume. Very sad that it has now become a living room for some people.
