Too bad! Formerly one of the best fast food restaurants in Wiesbaden. Whatever happened to the whole Kentucky philosophy? You are now no better than the competition, you are actually in last place. Previously real cutlery and porcelain plates. The food was plentiful and freshly prepared. Went there with my girlfriend last night (Thursday 9:30 p.m.) and it was absolutely disappointing. About €11 for a mini portion of fries and 6 mini chicken bites plus a drink. Afterwards I was so hungry that I could have easily eaten another portion. And I'm not a big eater. 4 euros for half an ear of corn breaks everything. Everything thrown into a small cardboard bowl. Without cutlery. Kentucky has restaurant prices but swimming pool snack portions and the ambience is just cold and uncomfortable. Hardly any staff as everything is ordered from the machine. It's a shame what your managers made of it. It was definitely the last time I was there.

Clean ambience, but with the cool hospitality of a system restaurant. The new cash register system makes service/food delivery slower than before. But the food is still good and of the usual quality.

Please focus more on cleanliness...

A long, long time ago, this KFC branch used to be really good. But that was a really long time ago and I mean the time when the Americans were still stationed opposite. After getting food here from time to time and not being convinced by the quality, we were there again at the end of December and were hoping for fresh and crispy food. In fact, the first thing I noticed was that the branch had been remodeled since our last visit. The decor is bright and cheerful and it was clean and not too crowded that afternoon. Order portals have now been set up here too. Among other things, a cheese and bacon burger was ordered, but the hope that the burgers would look like the picture in the advertisement is always disappointed. The two pieces of chicken were small, relatively tasteless and the juicy meat was missing. Bought three Cheese Bites to try. The three little “things” that come in every frozen pack cost an impressive €2.99. It's also a shame that you have to pay extra for ketchup or mayonnaise for the fries. Unfortunately, the food was disappointing, also considering the price. We paid €50 and that's just not value for money. My husband, who is an American himself, always says that the food served in fast food outlets here is a big difference from what is served in his home country, the United States. For us, Kentucky (in Wiesbaden) is over for now.

For the third time I ordered the largest bucket for several people and for the third time I got a bunch of wings and a few pieces of meat smaller than a bite, which count as a piece of chicken, next time I will fuck it up for them. I left for the last time without checking what I got

Employees behave like they are in the Turkish Bazaar. They call back and forth and we are overwhelmed on a Tuesday lunchtime. The smell in the toilet makes you disabled and blind. All tables dirty or greasy from last week. KFC is no longer what it used to be. I can't associate the new design with KFC. I feel like I'm in the wrong store. Too bad Here is an example review that illustrates your point well: Heading: Menu for 2 disappointing and too expensive Evaluation: I ordered the menu for 2 people for just under €30 and was really disappointed. The portion sizes are smaller than a normal menu, which is absolutely not justified. When you pay that much you expect at least enough to fill you up - unfortunately that wasn't the case here. The price-performance ratio is simply not right, especially compared to other fast food providers. It's a shame, I'll think twice about ordering from here again. In this way you clearly address the price and the unfair portioning.

The food was a big disappointment. The chicken wings had an unpleasant sour taste, which indicates poor storage. The legs were simply inedible - not even a dog wanted to touch them! The coleslaw was also a disgrace in terms of taste, as was the mashed potatoes and the accompanying sauce, which was completely tasteless. The service also left a lot to be desired. The cashier seemed uninterested and unfriendly. Our request to change the side dish from 4x fries to 2x fries and 2x coleslaw was categorically rejected. We have never had a problem with such adjustments in other KFC branches. Here, however, it was said that the boss forbade it. The focus should actually be on the customer – after all, we pay for the service! This attitude was more than disappointing. We paid around €70 in total for two people and in the end we could only drink some Pepsi Max. The rest of the food was so inedible that we left it alone. Even a dog we gave the clubs to refused them. That speaks volumes. Sometimes people who have little experience in an area should stick to their own strengths instead of taking on foreign concepts and disappointing customers' expectations. My advice: avoid this branch. Instead, I recommend the KFC in Mainz-Bretzenheim, which leaves a much better impression. As long as nothing changes at the Wiesbaden branch, I won't eat there anymore. It's sad to see how much the quality has dropped compared to 20 years ago. R.I.P. KFC Wiesbaden – once a legend on Schiersteiner Straße. Maybe it would be better to close the branch completely. Or give it to someone who knows exactly what to do!

The last food, old and cold and expensive. The worst KFC in the area

Since the US barracks across the street have been empty, the portions have become smaller, the prices have become higher, and the quality has declined.

Finally a great KFC in Germany! Food was good and fresh. Staff nice and quick (that’s exactly what a fast food should be!) After renovations there’s automatic kiosks to order making it easier. Location is pretty clean 4 stars only due to the lack of WiFi and early closing times, otherwise would be 5⭐️

Years ago great food of taste and quality! Yesterday I was there again for a long time, but also the last time! Burgers with extras that couldn't save this tasteless meal. Hardly any chicken on the burger, Zinger??? Laughable, just disgusting, little, expensive! Same thing with the wrap (last attempt). The unclean toilets topped it all off! It's a shame what happened to the store! I won't go there anymore!!!!

Online ordering = rip off. Ordered and paid online. Staff on site refuses to hand over the menus, despite written order and payment confirmation. No response from customer service after multiple complaints.

If you like chicken and aren't averse to fast food, you'll get your money's worth here. My favorite has been the young one for years. Cross, spicy, delicious.... However, I would warn you against automatic ordering.. Cheap burgers like the Crispy Cheese or de. Crispy Chili Cheese is only available at the checkout. That's not okay and has a bad aftertaste.

Sehr teure Zwinger Burger mit Pommes groß welche klein war. Pommes lauwarm schlapprig Chicken auf dem Burger war auch nur lauwarm, bisschen Mayo auf dem Brötchen und minimal Salat. Alles in allem trocken und kalt. 11.58 Euro weil ich noch bisschen Käse auf dem Zinger haben wollte. Absolutes nö go zu früher. Was ist da los??? Beim letzten Mal waren die Hot wings nur fettig und fast kalt. Es ist grenzwertig. Da geh ich lieber zu tastys und zu Mr Pizza um die Ecke. Immer frisch heiss und man wird satt für weniger Geld!!

Of all the fast food chains, the most sensible and tasty. At least you can still get real meat here, the chicken wings are a little smaller than they were back then but still taste good overall, you can accept it as emergency food

Ambiance is good, but the order board where it says ready for pickup is somehow wrongly placed (not clearly visible) Why are there now only Zero drinks?

The food is great. Sometimes the stripes are a bit dry. Prices have gone extremely high. With the new terminals it has become more difficult and limited. For 4 people about 70 euros for relatively little. Often something is forgotten. Whether a drink or something else.

It's a shame, the food, the typical taste of KFC has deteriorated extremely, the cabbage salad was no longer as mayo-rich as it used to be, the seasoning on the chicken was so bland, no crispy breading anymore, the zinger was so-so and the fries were ok. In the 1990s, early 2000, it was the best restaurant in the world. Currently the cabbage salad doesn't taste good at all. I don't know what kind of sauce is in there. The chicken pieces have become very small. The last time I got a hot wing was chicken parts, which are more expensive. I just feel ripped off, the prices are high if the quality would at least hold up, that's not even a given. So currently I'm already disappointed with KFC and won't eat there again and can't recommend it to anyone. Thanks.

That was the last time I ate at KFC. There are no more spicy chicken parts. The meat was dried out and the meat in the burger was never that small again.

I was disappointed to discover that Kentucky has almost completely changed the Zinger recipe. Chicken was almost raw, breading wasn't even a millimeter crispy, on the contrary, it was mushy. It looked very unappetizing from the first moment and tasted accordingly. Huge disappointment. That was definitely the last Zinger I ate there. In general, I will think about eating there again, there are now much better alternatives, namely smaller snack-style shops where the food is actually 10x fresher and tastes better. I won't even comment on the fries!

After the renovation it became chic, but it was always delicious at KFC. There are deductions because you are first asked to order at the terminal instead of at the counter from a flesh-and-blood person. Only after I said I didn't want that was I still able to order at the counter. And besides, there were only “light” drinks at the drinks machine, I hope they change that.

We were at the KFC restaurant last night. The service was an absolute disaster, you couldn't expect a complete sentence from the seller and the service was rather poor. The prices are absolutely overpriced. We will not visit this store again.

Today was the last time I ever bought anything from KFC. In less than 3 months 4 or 4 May price increase. The chicken pieces are tiny. For the price of a box of €14.49, you can buy a chicken next to Kaufland. Never again KFC!!! In the photo the fries, drinks and salad are not there. But it doesn't change anything.

Once I ordered Drive Deal 1 at the drive in (15 hot wings + 2 fries), the employee told me they no longer have them. After saying on the app that the deal was valid until 4/3/24, I was just told it was sold out. I mean, how can it be sold out, then they wouldn't have to have any Howings anymore. So you advertise something and don't keep your promise. impudence.

Leider immer teurer und es gibt keine scharfen Hähnchenteile mehr. Irgendwie nicht mehr so geil wie früher. Schade Ohne Gutscheine ist es sowieso vieel zu teuer.

KFC ist leckeres Hähnchen mit freundlicher Bedienung. Und so war es auch.

Leider muss man Glück haben, dass die Bestellung "korrekt" ist. Mehrfach wurden Burger anders gemacht als explizit gewünscht. (Unverträglichkeiten) da ist es ärgerlich wenn man es beanstanden muss oder es gar erst Zuhause bemerkt.

Getting worse... - How unfortunate

Vorweg gesagt: das Essen in diesem Lokal ist für ein Fast-Food-Restaurant in der Tat überdurchschnittlich. Leider trifft dies auf den Service eher nicht zu. Bei einer größeren Bestellung (6 Personen) braucht das Essen recht lange. Auch bekommt man entweder Ketchup oder Mayo serviert - ohne das man entscheiden kann welches von beiden man haben will. Als ich dann versuchte den Ketchup in (im Nachhinein eher mittelmäßige) Mayonnaise umzutauschen wurde dafür 40ct verlangt die ich dann auch bezahlt habe. Das ist bei der Konkurrenz besser gelöst. Leider missfiel mir auch die Hygiene der Toiletten. Eine Toilette war sehr dreckig, der Rest okay. Das geht besser! Dennoch hat der lobenswerte Geschmack des Essens die Probleme größtenteils wett gemacht.

I personally love KFC, especially there fried chicken tenders. But everytime I go to KFC, either its not fresh and cold or it takes up to 1 hour for the food to come. But this time it was different because the food came 10 mins after my order even tho my order was big and they tasted so fresh and new. Place is cute and friendly staff.
