Kentucky Fried Chicken in Wiesbaden

Everything seemed well-organized and clean, and the staff impressed with their patience and friendliness.

We ordered delivery via Lieferando yesterday. Unfortunately, the wrong item was delivered. No one answered the phone, so we went to the branch. There, the correct order was freshly prepared without any fuss, and the staff were very friendly. Due to the high volume of orders, no one has time to answer the phone, so it's recommended to visit the branch in person if you have any complaints.

Bad experience at Kentucky, Schirsteiner Str., Wiesbaden A week ago, my girlfriend and I went to Kentucky, and it was a very disappointing experience. We were at the counter to order two meals. The employee working there barely spoke German. This is especially problematic considering she was supposed to be working at the order counter. Unfortunately, our entire order was taken incorrectly. Nothing matched what we had ordered! When we tried to correct the order, she turned to her colleagues and we could clearly see her rolling her eyes. Her explanation was that she was from Ukraine. I have nothing against people from other countries, but in a restaurant where you have direct customer contact, language skills are essential. It's frustrating when you're not understood and then confronted with such reactions. I wonder how it's possible for such employees to work at the counter. It would be better if, in such an environment, care were taken to ensure that employees possess the necessary language skills to guarantee a smooth ordering process.

We went through the drive-thru. The woman at the intercom was easy to understand, spoke perfect German, and was able to answer questions (which isn't always a given these days, and not because of the language barrier). The food arrived quickly, was hot, and complete.

The food was extremely spicy, even the dishes advertised as not spicy. There was hardly any chicken in the burgers. We won't be ordering from there again. The only good thing was the mashed potatoes. Very expensive for the quality and quantity of food.

This product definitely doesn't deserve a star rating; it's an absolute outrage considering the contents of the promising offer for around €30, which was nothing like advertised... neither the meager contents nor the appetizing appearance. Really bad.

Today we had lunch at KFC in Wiesbaden. We've been dining there for years – but today we didn't enjoy it so much. There were three of us, including my mother-in-law. All three of us ordered the 4 chicken strips as a set meal with slight variations. The fries were very fresh and good! The chicken strips were lukewarm and significantly smaller (also in weight) than before, but they've become more expensive. If that was the case before (small), we'd get an extra stripe as compensation – not today. My mother-in-law ordered a San Pellegrino mineral water. When I asked if I could get a small cup for the 81-year-old lady, I received the unfriendly, paper-like reply: "It costs 2 euros!" That's not how you win customers, but luckily, KFC has other competitors in Wiesbaden. It was unbearable today.

Well, it's a KFC... so nothing out of the ordinary... but clean, with friendly staff. I'm a regular ;-)

I took food from KFC Schiersteinerstr. Wiesbaden, and when I got home, I found the Zinger burgers weren't enough. Bad, very bad.

Unfortunately, it was very, very bad. I ordered takeout, and when I got home, the fries weren't just cold, they were downright cold. The chicken wings smelled rancid when I opened the package, and they tasted exactly that. They were definitely way past their expiration date, which is where they should have been. Selling people something that's no longer good for the price they're asking for is an absolute disgrace.

They cheated us out of €2 when we paid in cash. It didn't matter; arguing wouldn't have helped anyway. Then we didn't get the chili cheese fries, but we paid for them anyway. When we tried to explain that we'd get €2 back, the lady didn't understand a word. So we sat down at the table and ate. The Coke and iced tea were as thin as water. You can certainly save a bit by turning down the syrup. The quality of the food has declined considerably over the last few years. The hot wings were hot but tasteless, and the Zwinger burger was exactly the same. The fries were completely soft.

I go to KFC very often, the restaurant is clean every time, they pay a lot of attention to hygiene and the employees are always very friendly. The food is always very fresh, hot and very, very tasty. I have ordered there several times and have never been disappointed. Even when ordered, the food is always fresh and hot. I've really never had a bad experience. I can warmly recommend the KFC on Schiersteiner Straße to everyone.

I ordered with Uber Eats at 10:30am. My order was confirmed and I still waited until 12:00 because they still said. My order is prepared and every time it is half an hour late until it is at 12:00. I couldn't change the order. No customer service, I just waited until there was finally no delivery so I could get my money back. I don't recommend the restaurant is very dirty and the employees are very unfriendly that's why I always only order online and this time online didn't work either.

We were there today and went to the toilet afterwards. There was a very strong smell of urine and there was feces smeared on the wall in the women's toilet. We drove home and both of my boys were throwing up

Hello, Every now and then I need junk food. If you're in the mood for any kind of chicken, you've come to the right place. I think the coleslaw is still good, but has somehow lost some of the flavor compared to my last visit. The service is extremely polite and friendly. The ambience remains a fast food restaurant... Therefore only 2 stars and in my opinion can no longer keep up with modernized McD's etc., but everything is fine so far.

An ordinary restaurant in the system catering industry. Food is according to KFC standards. No special features. The above-average size of the restaurant should be mentioned positively. However, this is also necessary at this location as it can get crowded at peak times. Recommended for all KFC lovers with a clear conscience. However, I generally prefer healthy food.

Es war offensichtlich, dass das weibliche Personal manipuliert und respektlos behandelt wurde, was für mich absolut inakzeptabel ist. Darüber hinaus war die Qualität des Essens enttäuschend. Die Gerichte waren von minderwertiger Qualität, und es war klar, dass hier nicht auf Frische oder Geschmack geachtet wird. Für die Preise hätte ich etwas völlig anderes erwartet. Ich appelliere dringend an die Geschäftsleitung, ihr Verhalten und ihre Arbeitskultur zu überdenken. Wenn Sie Ihre Mitarbeiter nicht respektieren, wie sollen Gäste sich hier wohlfühlen? Bis grundlegende Änderungen vorgenommen werden, rate ich jedem davon ab, dieses Restaurant zu besuchen.

Ordered at 3:07 p.m. and received my order at 3:35 p.m., but they aren't worse than in a restaurant, so it must be quicker. People come here because we don't have time, but my visit here was for the cat, it took sooooooooooooo long, never come back.

Too bad! Formerly one of the best fast food restaurants in Wiesbaden. Whatever happened to the whole Kentucky philosophy? You are now no better than the competition, you are actually in last place. Previously real cutlery and porcelain plates. The food was plentiful and freshly prepared. Went there with my girlfriend last night (Thursday 9:30 p.m.) and it was absolutely disappointing. About €11 for a mini portion of fries and 6 mini chicken bites plus a drink. Afterwards I was so hungry that I could have easily eaten another portion. And I'm not a big eater. 4 euros for half an ear of corn breaks everything. Everything thrown into a small cardboard bowl. Without cutlery. Kentucky has restaurant prices but swimming pool snack portions and the ambience is just cold and uncomfortable. Hardly any staff as everything is ordered from the machine. It's a shame what your managers made of it. It was definitely the last time I was there.

A long, long time ago, this KFC branch used to be really good. But that was a really long time ago and I mean the time when the Americans were still stationed opposite. After getting food here from time to time and not being convinced by the quality, we were there again at the end of December and were hoping for fresh and crispy food. In fact, the first thing I noticed was that the branch had been remodeled since our last visit. The decor is bright and cheerful and it was clean and not too crowded that afternoon. Order portals have now been set up here too. Among other things, a cheese and bacon burger was ordered, but the hope that the burgers would look like the picture in the advertisement is always disappointed. The two pieces of chicken were small, relatively tasteless and the juicy meat was missing. Bought three Cheese Bites to try. The three little “things” that come in every frozen pack cost an impressive €2.99. It's also a shame that you have to pay extra for ketchup or mayonnaise for the fries. Unfortunately, the food was disappointing, also considering the price. We paid €50 and that's just not value for money. My husband, who is an American himself, always says that the food served in fast food outlets here is a big difference from what is served in his home country, the United States. For us, Kentucky (in Wiesbaden) is over for now.

Employees behave like they are in the Turkish Bazaar. They call back and forth and we are overwhelmed on a Tuesday lunchtime. The smell in the toilet makes you disabled and blind. All tables dirty or greasy from last week. KFC is no longer what it used to be. I can't associate the new design with KFC. I feel like I'm in the wrong store. Too bad Here is an example review that illustrates your point well: Heading: Menu for 2 disappointing and too expensive Evaluation: I ordered the menu for 2 people for just under €30 and was really disappointed. The portion sizes are smaller than a normal menu, which is absolutely not justified. When you pay that much you expect at least enough to fill you up - unfortunately that wasn't the case here. The price-performance ratio is simply not right, especially compared to other fast food providers. It's a shame, I'll think twice about ordering from here again.
