Bis vor einigen Jahren war es noch gut im Geschmack hat böse nachgelassen, die Menüs waren besser der Krautsalat wurde schlechter nach dem Wechsel des erzeugers, die hähnchenteile waren knuspriger und scharf war scharf und nicht mild. Und das schlimmste bei einer Bestellung oder autoschalter man muss immer kontrollieren es fehlt meist ein Teil oder ist falsch

Die qualität des Essen von KFC hat extrem stark nachgelassen! Alles schmeckt höchstens extrem durchschnitlich! Aber ist ultra teuer. Es gibt mittlerweile viel bessere Spots, um gutes Chicken zu kriegen! Der kleine Chicken Burger für 3,50€ ist einfach nur Brot und Ketchup mit ganz ganz ganz wenig Chicken

Heute eine etwas außergewöhnliche Bestellung bei KFC aufgegeben und ich muss wirklich ein großes Lob aussprechen. Besonders an Benjamin und Ahid, die sich trotz einer kleinen Panne (eine Tüte ist gerissen) absolut professionell und lösungsorientiert verhalten haben. Statt Stress oder Ausreden wurde die Situation sofort geklärt und am Ende hat alles einwandfrei funktioniert. Genau so stellt man sich guten Kundenservice vor: freundlich, engagiert und mit einer positiven Einstellung. Das Essen war frisch, lecker und die Bestellung wurde am Ende perfekt umgesetzt. Vielen Dank an Benjamin und Ahid für euren Einsatz und eure sympathische Art. Solche Mitarbeiter machen den Unterschied und sind ein echter Grund, wiederzukommen. hot wings schmeckt gar nicht mehr wie früher.

Die hähnchenteile sind immer noch total lecker aber die pommes schmecken überhaupt nicht mehr, viel zu dicke stücke und total überwürzt...

Wenn man sagt, dass die Toilette die Visitenkarte eines Gastrobetriebes ist, sollte man hier keinen Fuß hineinsetzen. Komplett verschmutzt, keine Seife und kein Papier, um die Hände zu trocknen. Die Bestellautomaten sind eine Frechheit. Bildschirme verschmutzt, Tische – mit viel Glück konnte ich einen finden, der einigermaßen sauber war. Das Personal steht nur herum und quatscht. Gibt es hier eigentlich keinen Verantwortlichen, der weiß, wie es funktionieren sollte? NIE WIEDER!

Sorry, mir hats nicht gefallen. Für mich, also nur für mich persönlich, ist Mc'es ein 4☆ Restaurant gegen Kentucky. Da gibts nicht mal Fisch, die haben nur Pepsi Cola, und das Softeis?? Katastrophe!

Sie haben Monitor zur Bestellung aufgebaut. Sehr unübersichtlich und viele Kunden kommen Damit nicht zurecht. Meine Bestellung kosteten Euro. Die Höhnchenteile waren mir zu scharf. Ich ging mit dem Tablett zur Kasse und sagte das ich es nicht essen kann. Da kam die unverschämte Antwort das sei nicht ihr Problem ich hätte es ja selbst bestellt. Meine Frage hätte ich an der Kasse bestellt wäre es dann anders gewesen.? Ja da hätte ich fragen können wie scharf das sei. Die Toilette total dreckig. Kein Papier für die Hände. Das aller letzte. Kann man nicht empfehlen.

Für so kleine Portionen viel zu teuer 3 Personen 37,97€ bezahlt Das Essen war kalt die Pommes waren nicht durch nicht knusprig und ungesalzen. Mein wrap war klein und kalt im Gegensatz zum mc dolands Das einzige was gut ist sind immer noch die hotwings alles andere ist abzocke

Essen war genüsslich, geht aber besser. Service war Schrott, man muss selbstständig das Essen abholen! Wenn ihr Durchfall bekommen wollt, seid ihr dort genau richtig! (Toilette brennt seit Tagen) (keine Empfehlung)

Ich hab hier für 40€ hönhchejb bestellt die Bestellung war eine Beleidigung ! Die Hühnerbrust war so winzig das wir erst nicht sicher waren was es war. Die anderen Teile waren auch winzig. Das einzig gute waren die stripes die aber auch sehr klein waren. Würde nie mehr hier her kommen einfach eine Frechheit.

Gut Schmekt passt alles.Gute Musik gut zum chillen usw.

Die Mitarbeiter waren wirklich sehr nett, das Essen war wirklich sehr lecker und es gibt auf genügend sitzmöglichkeiten. Ich werde hier aufjedenfall nocheinmal kommen.

Gutes Sortiment und auch sehr sauber zubereitet. Laden macht einen sauberen Eindruck. Ein Stern Abzug weil sie einen Disstrack gegen The Notirous BIG laufen lassen, und der 10x besser als Tupac war. Anscheinend große West Coast Fans hier. New Yorker aufpassen

Ich habe immer gerne die Hähnchen Strips gegessen. Die letzten beiden Male bestanden die nur aus Panade und ganz dünnes trockenenes graues Fleisch. Nie mehr esse ich da! Total nachgelassen die Qualität, das Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist eine Frechheit für diese Qualität!!!

Zinger Dunked Burger und Hot Wings – absoluter Knaller!

Ekelhaft wie die Bedienungen mit einem reden wenn man sie auf ihre Fehler hinweißt oder was fehlt oder man sich beschwert weil die unfreundlich waren. Das Essen schmeckt alt und ranzig. Ekelhaft einfach

Essen ist mittelmäßig. Das Hähnchen war gut. Pommes sind ganz merkwürdig und leider nicht gut. Absolute Frechheit ist der "halbe" Mais mit "Butter". Ganze 6 cm klein, keine Butter und alt sowie trocken. Anbei die Fotos, kann sich jeder ein Bild von machen.

Mir hat das Essen in KFC sehr geschmeckt

Ich gehe manchmal mit meinen Kindern hierher, es gefällt ihnen sehr gut.

Es hat sich über all die Jahre nichts geändert. Immer noch gut. Viel besucht. Hoher Durchsatz.

On the last three out of four visits, we've consistently received dry (old?) chicken and lukewarm, unseasoned fries. The chicken pieces have become very small. The fries and other side dishes are also very small. Add to that the poor quality and the recent price increase. We're done with this place.

I've been eating there since 1998, and the food and atmosphere used to be much better. The drinks were all standard. Now they only offer sugar-free drinks, and the salad comes in plastic wrap instead of porcelain bowls. The tables and chairs are really poor quality. The 90s were great, but I guess they cut corners wherever they can.

Food was good. Unfortunately, the smell from the basement is very strong and should perhaps be improved.

It's so delicious there, the burgers always come piping hot, unlike at other restaurants, I simply love it.

Absolutely terrible experience. The order never arrived, but was simply marked as "delivered." No doorbell ring, no phone call, nothing. Lieferando offered no help whatsoever. In the end, you're left with the bill. Unacceptable and highly unprofessional.

We ordered delivery via Lieferando yesterday. Unfortunately, the wrong item was delivered. No one answered the phone, so we went to the branch. There, the correct order was freshly prepared without any fuss, and the staff were very friendly. Due to the high volume of orders, no one has time to answer the phone, so it's recommended to visit the branch in person if you have any complaints.

Bad experience at Kentucky, Schirsteiner Str., Wiesbaden A week ago, my girlfriend and I went to Kentucky, and it was a very disappointing experience. We were at the counter to order two meals. The employee working there barely spoke German. This is especially problematic considering she was supposed to be working at the order counter. Unfortunately, our entire order was taken incorrectly. Nothing matched what we had ordered! When we tried to correct the order, she turned to her colleagues and we could clearly see her rolling her eyes. Her explanation was that she was from Ukraine. I have nothing against people from other countries, but in a restaurant where you have direct customer contact, language skills are essential. It's frustrating when you're not understood and then confronted with such reactions. I wonder how it's possible for such employees to work at the counter. It would be better if, in such an environment, care were taken to ensure that employees possess the necessary language skills to guarantee a smooth ordering process.

We went through the drive-thru. The woman at the intercom was easy to understand, spoke perfect German, and was able to answer questions (which isn't always a given these days, and not because of the language barrier). The food arrived quickly, was hot, and complete.

The food was extremely spicy, even the dishes advertised as not spicy. There was hardly any chicken in the burgers. We won't be ordering from there again. The only good thing was the mashed potatoes. Very expensive for the quality and quantity of food.

This product definitely doesn't deserve a star rating; it's an absolute outrage considering the contents of the promising offer for around €30, which was nothing like advertised... neither the meager contents nor the appetizing appearance. Really bad.

Today we had lunch at KFC in Wiesbaden. We've been dining there for years – but today we didn't enjoy it so much. There were three of us, including my mother-in-law. All three of us ordered the 4 chicken strips as a set meal with slight variations. The fries were very fresh and good! The chicken strips were lukewarm and significantly smaller (also in weight) than before, but they've become more expensive. If that was the case before (small), we'd get an extra stripe as compensation – not today. My mother-in-law ordered a San Pellegrino mineral water. When I asked if I could get a small cup for the 81-year-old lady, I received the unfriendly, paper-like reply: "It costs 2 euros!" That's not how you win customers, but luckily, KFC has other competitors in Wiesbaden. It was unbearable today.

Well, it's a KFC... so nothing out of the ordinary... but clean, with friendly staff. I'm a regular ;-)

I took food from KFC Schiersteinerstr. Wiesbaden, and when I got home, I found the Zinger burgers weren't enough. Bad, very bad.

Half the terminals aren't working. I had to wait 30 minutes for two burgers?!? What's going wrong here? I've been there three times, and each time it's been an absolute disaster.

Unfortunately, it was very, very bad. I ordered takeout, and when I got home, the fries weren't just cold, they were downright cold. The chicken wings smelled rancid when I opened the package, and they tasted exactly that. They were definitely way past their expiration date, which is where they should have been. Selling people something that's no longer good for the price they're asking for is an absolute disgrace.

RGM Beny and Waled are the best. We had the best food. Everything was delicious. 😋

You have to bring some time. Fast food (quick service) doesn't quite fit the bill. I also think the price/performance ratio for this type of food is no longer appropriate. It's almost like restaurant prices. Hence, a point deduction.

They cheated us out of €2 when we paid in cash. It didn't matter; arguing wouldn't have helped anyway. Then we didn't get the chili cheese fries, but we paid for them anyway. When we tried to explain that we'd get €2 back, the lady didn't understand a word. So we sat down at the table and ate. The Coke and iced tea were as thin as water. You can certainly save a bit by turning down the syrup. The quality of the food has declined considerably over the last few years. The hot wings were hot but tasteless, and the Zwinger burger was exactly the same. The fries were completely soft.

Werden wir nicht wieder besuchen, hähnchenteile waren sowas von trocken………nicht essbar. Drei wirklich miniteile zum Preis von knapp 10.- Euro die komplett im Müll gelandet sind. Kentucky am Hauptbahnhof Wiesbaden, echt eine Katastrophe.

I go to KFC very often, the restaurant is clean every time, they pay a lot of attention to hygiene and the employees are always very friendly. The food is always very fresh, hot and very, very tasty. I have ordered there several times and have never been disappointed. Even when ordered, the food is always fresh and hot. I've really never had a bad experience. I can warmly recommend the KFC on Schiersteiner Straße to everyone.
