Burger King - Stuttgart Hbf in Stuttgart

Habe 14 Euro für einen der wahrscheinlich ekelhaftesten Burger der Welt gezahlt. Wenn nichts anderes mehr offen hat würde ich beim nächsten mal lieber hungern, als da nochmal hinzugehen.

Unverschämter Service und unvollständige Bestellung – trotz Nachfrage — geht einfach zur Konkurrenz Ich habe an dieser Filiale Nuggets inklusive zweier Saucen gekauft. Da ich meinen Zug erreichen musste, habe ich beim Mitarbeiter an der Kasse extra noch einmal höflich nachgefragt, ob die Saucen eingepackt wurden. Die Antwort folgte in einem extrem unverschämten und herablassenden Tonfall: „Ist alles drin, sonst hätte ich nicht aufgerufen.“ Nun sitze ich im ICE, die Saucen fehlen natürlich komplett und eine Rückkehr ist unmöglich. Trockene Nuggets für die Fahrt. Fehler passieren, aber ein derart dreistes und fehlerhaftes Verhalten gegenüber zahlenden Kunden ist absolut inakzeptabel. An das Management: Bitte schulen Sie Ihr Personal dringend in den Bereichen Kundenfreundlichkeit, Sorgfalt und Kommunikation. Ein solcher Service ist geschäftsschädigend.

Hier kann man keine Coupons einlösen

Ich habe am 26. Mai um 13:15 Uhr Käse-Chili-Nuggets bestellt und sie haben wirklich schlecht geschmeckt. Sie waren so hart, dass man kaum noch beißen konnte, weil sie so oft frittiert worden waren. Frisch zubereitete Nuggets schmecken ganz anders. Diese hier waren durch das viele Frittieren total hart geworden. Solche Mitarbeiter müssen unbedingt entlassen werden. Wir zahlen schließlich keine 10-12 Euro für so etwas.

Hallo liebe Burger King inhaber ich war heute um 23:10 nachdem dfb pokal Finale bei euch und wurde alles andere als freundlich bedient ich wollte ein crispy Burger haben und dann habe ich gefragt ob ich das Menü(mit pommes) dazu bekommen könnte darauf sagte der Mitarbeiter zu mir ob ich ihn verarschen wolle darauf fragte ich ihn ob ich meine Bestellung bekommen könnte dies wurde mir und meinem Kollegen ab den Kopf geworfen Es war der 23.05.2026 und beleidigend uns ich werde euch nicht mehr besuchen LG Moritz und Robin

Kurzer Stopp am Bahnhof Stuttgart und dachte ich gönn mir mal einen Burger. Echt nette Bedienung und der Chef ist auf meine persönlichen Wünsche sofort eingegangen. Hab ich so auch noch nicht erlebt. Top, bin echt zufrieden

Ich war in Begleitung einer Person mit Behinderung. Der Kellner wollte sie nicht durchlassen. Zudem war der Kellner unfreundlich. Das Essen war für den Preis nicht besonders gut. Ich rate dringend davon ab!!!!

Widerlich! Burgerpatty grau! Personal zwar nett und schnell aber essen wirklich grauenhaft, kalt und mir ging es danach garnicht gut!

nicht mal einen stern verdient, der unsympathischste burger king den man sich nur vorstellen kann, nehmen keine coupons an, nichts mit der burger king app und anstatt selbst diese frechheit einfach in einem normalen ton zu erklären wird man dafür unfreundlich angeschnauzt, AUF KEINEN FALL würde ich hier geld ausgeben, sowas kundenunfreundliches sollte man meiner meinung nach nicht unterstützen

12 € für nen Mini Burger mit Zäherm Fleisch und er hat uns nur 6 statt 9 Nuggets gegeben.

Einen plant based Burger bestellt bei Herr Noor, das Essen wurde prompt frisch zubereitet. War dementsprechend auch bei einer angenehmen Temperatur um direkt essen zu können. Die Auswahl an plant based Möglichkeiten ist der Größe des Standortes entsprechend ausreichend Ambiente was will man sagen, ist ein Hbf der seit Jahren eine Baustelle ist mit viel Durchlauf. Um vor Abfahrt noch ein Mal etwas zu essen zu bekommen ein idealer Standort

Den Stern gibt es weil weniger leider nicht geht... Man versteht hier kein Deutsch, die Mitarbeiterinnen sprechen (durch die Scheibe) sehr leise. Selbst die kleinste Bestellung(Burger, Pommes mit Majo, Pommes mit Ketchup, Cola, Cola Zero und Plant Burger) war zuviel und sorgte für Chaos. Coupons oder die Gutscheine aus der App werden dort nicht akzeptiert... Sowohl Pommes als auch Burger waren matschig und pampig, Sorry . Nie wieder hier

Für diesen Standort würde ich sogar 0 Sterne geben. Ich war gerade eben dort und wollte ein Jr. Menü mit einem Cheeseburger und ein extra Nuggetburger. Diese würde mir auch so berechnet, was ich bekommen hab?? Nur die Burger kein JR. Menü, kein Getränk, keine Pommes. Auf meine Nachfrage hieß es ich hätte das so bestellt, hat aber schon allein vom Preis nicht gepasst. Beide Kolleginnen waren der deutschen Sprache nicht mächtig was eine Verständigung erschwert hat sie sagte Kur was von „JR für Kinder nicht für sie“ . Da ich auf meinen Anschluss Zug musste, bin ich leider nur mit der Kälte meines Essens gegangen. Sehr ärgerlich. Das war seit langem das erste Mal das ich mir beim Burger King was geholt habe und definitiv das letzte Mal!

Ich bestellte das Menü für 13 Euro. Da es keinen Burger gab, bestellte ich stattdessen Chicken Nuggets. Ich bekam keine Nuggets und wurde empört angeschaut.

Wollte in Bar zahlen und Kassierer/in hat die Kasse scheinbar zu früh geschlossen was dazu geführt hat , dass ich noch eine Bestellung machen musste um wenigstens nahe an den Betrag zu kommen den ich bezahlt habe. Und dann war die Bestellung noch nicht einmal vollzählig.

I paid for two double cheeseburgers and received two regular ones. By the time you realize the mistake, you're already on the train.

Burger King could really score points here, but instead there are absurd (non-standard) prices, disgusting quality, employees who obviously don't want to be there, and communication in German is almost impossible.

Slowly, the employee is on her phone while people wait.

€3.27 for a cheeseburger is simply impossible on a low income. I can't comment on the quality or service, as it was too expensive to begin with.

The chicken was half-frozen and cold, even after a 15-minute wait. I threw it all away after one bite and still got diarrhea. This place should be closed!

The double whooper burger is garbage, as if it were given away for free, and I paid for it. There's no sauce, no salad, and the bread isn't cooked. It's a complete disgrace. This business has standards. I shouldn't buy from such shabby franchises again. I had to mark off one star. It's not even worth one.

I paid for a large portion of fries, but what I received was at most a small portion! Unfortunately, I only noticed this on the train. Outrageous.

I would give zero stars in every category if I could. The employee, who apparently barely spoke German, was completely overwhelmed by the task of customer service and operation. At the slightest inconvenience, he started yelling at customers and putting on a show behind the counter that was neither professional nor remotely humane. When I simply asked if coupons could be used, the employee completely lost it. He shouted that coupons couldn't be used there (the sign shown several times in the reviews was, incidentally, obscured by various objects) and then just yelled something about the menu while frantically pointing at the screen displaying the menu items. I then tried to order item number 2 from the menu – at which point I was yelled at again, told that you can't order burgers with double patties. Annoyed, I explained to the man in a firm tone that I wanted item number 2 from the menu – without an extra patty. It took a good three minutes before he finally understood. The level of incompetence displayed here is record-breaking and abysmal, even for a fast-food restaurant. The food was catastrophic – barely edible and clearly falls into the category of "hunger makes you eat." The burgers were soggy, bland, and anything but appetizing. The fries were barely seasoned and just warm enough to be considered "warm" with a generous interpretation. Some of the ingredients are stored outside the restaurant – openly, accessible to all sorts of pests. This clearly violates every German hygiene standard and infection control protocol. In short: dirty, rude, and unappetizing. If I ever find myself in Stuttgart again and get hungry before heading home, I'd rather wait until I'm on the train and eat the window putty there – before I ever set foot in this pathetic excuse for a restaurant again.

The salesperson was the rudest person I have ever had to endure in a Burger King. He dodged simple questions and yelled at me. Thanks for nothing.

The receptionist was very unfriendly because I noticed on the screen that a burger order had been entered incorrectly. I apologized, because mistakes happen. It's quite possible I said something wrong. He was unfriendly, even to other customers, and added insult to injury with an unnecessary comment when I picked up the food. That's when I really got angry. A healthy culture of learning from mistakes, both for employees and customers, is desirable. I noticed the error immediately after entering the order—before paying. Whether it's towards other people or even customers, this kind of behavior is unacceptable.

Worst Burger King ever! It takes 10 minutes for a cheeseburger that costs €3.30! A bottle of Coke costs €5?! And they don't even accept coupons. This place is garbage.

By far the worst Burger King experience I've ever had! I waited 20 minutes for my food after ordering. When I asked where my food was, I was just yelled at and told that they couldn't give it out until it arrived. The employee, who was of Turkish or similar origin, was incredibly rude. I couldn't get my money back either, so I had to decide whether I wanted to catch my train or have the food I'd paid for. And that was with a half-hour connection time.

Bad food. Dried-out buns. Soggy salad. They sell you old junk that's been sitting around forever, claiming that fresh burgers will take 10 minutes. Time you don't have when you have to catch a train. The surprise comes when you unpack on the train and can't do anything else. Plus, on average, 25% more expensive than other BK branches. A calculated rip-off, and the employees clearly enjoy ripping people off. I'll be boycotting this place from now on.

I was very satisfied with my visit to the Burger King restaurant. The food was freshly prepared, served hot, and tasted really good. I particularly liked how quickly and friendly my order was taken. The staff was attentive and helpful. The wait was short, and my burger and fries were cooked to perfection. Overall, a truly pleasant experience—I'd be happy to come back!

Very rude employees. The coupons are valid nationally, but they aren't accepted here. When asked about it, one employee started arguing and then ran outside, probably to smoke. He came back and started working without washing his hands.

Dirty place. It's best to walk a few hundred meters out of the station and go to the other one almost directly in front. After paying, you get nothing, no confirmation, and no number. The prices are also disproportionately high for Burger King. Food is called out randomly, and then theoretically anyone can snatch it up. It works well if there are only one or two customers, but not if several orders are being taken at the same time. My order was skipped or given to someone else; I don't want to accuse the other customer of stealing anything. In the end, the staff would yell at me for not responding to an order that wasn't mine, since it was the last one left. And then they'd forget the drink. I reluctantly accepted the other order, otherwise I would have lost almost 30 euros. The food was okay, you know, Burger King.

My girlfriend is vegetarian, and I'm lactose intolerant, so we ordered two Plant Based Big King XXLs. We received the regular ones, though. We only noticed after eating them, as the patties tasted so similar. I now have a really bad stomach ache. Thanks BK, your employees are really out of their depth!

Charging over 16 euros for a meal is outrageous. Never again!

We had to wait a long time to be served. The man kept chatting with customers for too long and the whole line was uncomfortable. We asked for 2 Whoppers and he rudely said that we could only get what was already prepared. I asked him what was ready, but he ignored me while he was making himself a coffee. When I asked again, he very slowly and reluctantly mentioned only 2 options, even though there were about 5 available. I ended up ordering 2 hamburgers (chicken) and 2 Cokes, but he only charged for the hamburgers. When we asked for the Cokes, he gave them with a bad attitude and very slowly on purpose. If we are buying something here, it’s because we don’t have much time. Very bad attitude from the man today at 8:20pm.

I quickly shelled out €16 for two burgers. I was in a hurry and had to catch the train, but unfortunately I didn't look at the bill until I got on the train. It's a shame that someone in a hurry gets ripped off like this!

Overpriced food, but it is worse: this is the only food me and my child ate this day and we both threw up 24h straight 6 hours later. Beware. Update: as BK contacted me re when this happened; this was July 10, 2025 at around noon. We had not been diagnosed and symptoms (that seemed to fit Salmonella infection) gradually went away over the next 3 days

Unfriendly and do not accept coupons

The Burger King located right next to Stuttgart Central Station is probably one of the smallest Burger Kings in all of Germany. Space is extremely limited – there's hardly any seating, and everything feels a bit cramped. What wasn't small, however, were the prices. For standardized fast-food products that you can get in any city with the same quality, the prices here were surprisingly high. Sure, a train station location often means a premium, but in this case, the value for money just wasn't right. In terms of taste, everything was as expected – average and absolutely identical to other branches. If you just want a quick burger on the go, you'll get the usual fare here, but at exorbitant prices.

There were three people ahead of me, and after 10 minutes, I had my King Meal, fresh and hot. Some people are commenting here, saying that their child only had one meal all day, and that was at BK... maybe they should get the child welfare office involved :D

Despite recurring technical issues, the staff were very friendly and did their absolute best. The store manager was very confident in a stressful situation.

Here you can see Germany's downfall. This country is finished 🙃 Despite the minimum wage, there's no improvement in safety conditions... in fact, everything is getting worse. Time to take the train to Frankfurt and leave the country ✈️

This is cheaper than usual and tastes good too

I wanted a chili cheeseburger. They said the coupon wasn't valid. When I pointed out that I just wanted to collect points, they served the next person. I left. Apparently, they didn't want my money.

I quickly grabbed a plant-based burger and plant-based nuggets and continued on the train. There, I noticed that the nuggets contained meat. They still made it into the bag with the "plant-based" logo. Unbelievable!

Seller is simple… he just gives wrong products

I don't understand the reviews at all. For such a small place, the burgers are significantly better than I've had at many other burger joints, and the staff was extremely fast and friendly. No more pickles on each cheeseburger and no more cheese on the patty, just as it should be.

Coupons aren't accepted. Yes, it says so, but it's still garbage.

They don't know how to man a counter. Instead of just giving meal discounts they book each good individually leading to an unreasonable price in the end.
