Sehr unfreundlich, 2 Bestellungen vor mir falsch, Ausländer Diskriminierung Don't go there. The clerk discriminates against foreigners. No matter you speak English or German, he will pretend not to understand. Then if you make a mistake in your order and you go to him, he will say that you ordered the wrong one.

I ordered a coffee and these new churros for breakfast, when the food arrived the churros were completely cold and the coffee was spilled on me and they didn't even apologize and I was even banned from the house because I was upset about it. I did get a new coffee, but not my normal coffee but a cappuccino, which was also cold! The nastiest Burger King in the Stuttgart district, complete impudence, I'd rather go to McDonald's, I've never been disappointed there!

The employee was completely unfriendly and when he misunderstood something and had to cancel it, he claimed I had to buy it. I don't eat meat and he wanted to force me to buy meat. It's sad that this store still exists. Employees hardly speak German and work without gloves. 2 cheeseburgers cost over €6 and even though there was nothing going on you waited 15 minutes... and of course the burgers were cold 🙄

Only the standard product (Big King) was ordered. It still took far too long, so the train was more important to me and I left. But sorry, it can't be called "fast food" when two people work in slow motion. And for a busy BK at the main station, far too few staff and disorganized.

There is no relationship between price and performance. A crispy chicken burger costs €6.69! Incredible! Pay quickly with a card without asking the price - that was a very expensive lesson!

At a train station you need quick service when changing trains. there isn't. There are two cash registers and there is a huge queue. there isn't either. Deposit returns of deposit bottles purchased there are also not accepted. Clear recommendation: don't buy there.

The older gentleman at the checkout was extremely annoyed and shouted and rushed at the customers. Meanwhile, he banged on the counter with the Coke bottle I had ordered and then gave me the completely shaken Coke. Fries were undercooked and my mayonnaise was forgotten. I understand that it is stressful at a train station, things have to happen quickly and sometimes things can be forgotten. But if there's anything to criticize about, that's very sad. Then next time you should go back to the nice bakery next door.

This Burger King is truly one of the best. Starting with the unfriendly service, it continues with the fact that this Burger King doesn't offer coupons. It continues with burgers that are frozen in the middle and the fact that the customer is just a changing wallet. After the hygienic conditions became known on TV, one could have assumed that measures were taken. This Burger King is proud of its hygienic failings and does not want to strive for improvement. There is only one advantage that can be seen from this location: If you don't want to go to work on Monday, you will be aware of the yellow ticket after your visit. This is what the branch manager stands for with his name.

Can understand the bad reviews. It is surprising that coupons are not possible. However, it's not too slow (as long as you don't want fries) and it doesn't undercut the normal BK quality. However, if you are in a hurry, this BK is the worst choice! As an employee in the kitchen called out to a stressed customer who was just waiting for fries: "If you're in a hurry, you shouldn't rush to the BK" All in all just ok but food is normal

I went to this branch specifically for a coupon and had to wait in line and when I got to the front I was told that no coupons would be accepted because they would take too much time. In my opinion, a coupon takes significantly less time to place an order than if I recited everything. But that's just my subjective opinion. I'm just an *almost* customer

No coupons, which is understandable at such a small kiosk at the main train station, but not even offering the King Deal or the King of the Month, I think is cheeky. You know how to scare away your customers. I'm switching to McDonald's again!!!

Warum steht nirgends wann der BK am Hauptbahnhof in Stuttgart auf macht wenn Feiertage sind. Alles am Hauptbahnhof hat um 9hboffen außer der BK. Schwache Leistung aufjedenfall

Es werden keine Coupons angenommen. Offiziell aus Zeitgründen. In Wirklichkeit geht es hier wohl mehr darum möglichst viel Geld abzugreifen. Die Pommes waren nicht lange genug frittiert und für den King des Monats 6€ zu zahlen ist schon absurd. Ich weiß nicht ob ich hier von der Mitarbeiterin über den Tisch gezogen wurde, oder ob die Preise inzwischen wirklich so hoch sind.

Es bleibt einfach ekelhaft. Hygienevorschriften sind natürlich keine vorhanden.

Lange Wartezeit, kleines Sortiment. Ansonsten typisches BurgerKing Essen. War sehr gut ist, das Getränk (Cola usw) wird in einer PET Flasche ausgegeben was für eine Reise deutlich besser ist als gewöhnliche Becher.

Akzeptieren keine Coupons und die einzige vegetarische, die mir angeboten wurde, war der plant-based Whopper für 7,29€, was den Wert meiner gewünschten Coupons erheblich übersteigt.

Am 28.10.2023 um 20:50 habe ich einen Chicken Burger mit Pommes und einer Cola gekauft. Der Mitarbeiter war unhöflich und hat mir die falsche Bestellung gegeben.

Reicht gerade wenn ein Not-Burger mit Getränk her muss. Bloß sonst nix erwarten. Keine Gutscheine! Wartezeit.

Sammmaaaaaaall. Es kann doch nicht so schwer sein zwischen plant based, die ich bestellt habe, und normalen chicken Nuggets, die ich bekommen habe, zu unterscheiden. Alle um mich herum haben auch mindestens einen falschen Artikel erhalten den sie nicht so bestellt hatten. Ambiente sehr romantisch an den Gleisen.

Das erhaltene Menü war leider nicht das, welches ich bestellt hatte. Das habe ich der Mitarbeiterin gesagt und hatte nur einen Moment später sowohl das falsch, als auch das ursprünglich bestellte Menü in der Hand. So stellt man sich Kundenservice vor.

In meinen Augen der Beste den trotz Stress und Kundenbetreuung super organisiert schnelle Bedingung super Geschmack, ja hab ausversehen pommes statt chillichees bekommen aber für den Service und die Leistung ist das nicht tragisch danke an das Personal ihr seit die besten selbst große Läden haben nicht soviel und so genialen Service wie ihr hab ich vorher noch nie erlebt weiter so 🥳🤩🤩

ist halt ein burger king🤷‍♀️ war aber nicht viel los und essen war schnell fertig. konnte damit wenigstens ein bisschen meiner wartezeit auf nen zug überbrücken, auch wenn der standort dort durch die umgebung wirklich nicht zum essen einlädt, hab meine nuggets deshalb ganz außen an nem gleis gegessen wo nichts los war🤝🏼

Den heutigen Nachmittag in Stuttgart verbracht, da ich meine Deutschland-Ticket ausprobieren wollte. Und sah im Stuttgarter Hbf den wohl kleinsten Burger King in ganz Deutschland oder Baden-Württemberg? Aber die Bestellung ging flott von der Hand und das Essen war wärmer als in den normalen Filialen.

Viel zu langsam. Wenn man Leute auf Stunde bezahlt und dann am Bahnhof arbeiten lässt, ist es logisch, dass die sich nicht beeilen. Für Reisende somit ärgerlich und eigentlich ungeeignet, gäbe es nicht das Gentlemans agreement mit der Bahn immer genug Zeit zu schaffen. Geschmacklich halt Burger King.

Sehr einfacher Burger King, bei dem es nur Essen zum Mitnehmen gibt. Die Mitarbeiter geben sich Mühe und das Essen ist relativ schnell fertig. Leider werden keine Coupons akzeptiert, aber man bekommt das Nötigste.

Der Service war schnell, das kleine Restaurant sieht gepflegt aus und die Mitarbeiter waren nett :). Das Ambiete am Bahnhof ist natürlich nicht optimal aber den Umständen entsprechend okay :) Dich hatte nur das Gefühl das die Preise teurer sind als in anderen Burger king, aber das könnte daran liegen, dass der Stand am HBF liegt.

Es gibt nie plant based Cheeseburger etc. Immer nur den plant based Nugget Burger…. Sehr schade da BK ja damit wirbt das man ganz normal jeden Burger bekommt nur eben mit plant based patty.. sind warscheinlich zu faul ihn frisch zu machen

An sich ja toll das nun ein Burger King direkt im Hauptbahnhof wieder ist allerdings nutzt das wenig wenn diese keine Coupons unterstützen das ist wirklich sehr schade und wird für einige nur in Frage kommen wenn nicht genug Zeit bleibt einfach über Ride Straße zu laufen und da werden app Gutscheine akzeptiert. Fairerweise muss man aber sagen das für die Größe eine sehr geoße Auswahl besteht fast sieben einem normalen BK.

Sehr gute Idee, einen Burger King am Bahnhof aufzumachen. Besonders die Plant Based Optionen mögen wir. Allerdings muss das Servicepersonal besser geschult werden und es ist auch zu wenig Personal vorhanden: wir mussten mehr als 10 Minuten warten und haben dann fast unseren Zug verpasst. Der Mitarbeiter hat uns nicht verstanden und uns dann leider noch einen falschen Burger mitgegeben, einen Burger gar nicht.

Nehmen leider keine App-Coupons. Trotzdem noch besser als die meisten anderen Essensstände direkt am Gleis.
