The double whooper burger is garbage, as if it were given away for free, and I paid for it. There's no sauce, no salad, and the bread isn't cooked. It's a complete disgrace. This business has standards. I shouldn't buy from such shabby franchises again. I had to mark off one star. It's not even worth one.

I would give zero stars in every category if I could. The employee, who apparently barely spoke German, was completely overwhelmed by the task of customer service and operation. At the slightest inconvenience, he started yelling at customers and putting on a show behind the counter that was neither professional nor remotely humane. When I simply asked if coupons could be used, the employee completely lost it. He shouted that coupons couldn't be used there (the sign shown several times in the reviews was, incidentally, obscured by various objects) and then just yelled something about the menu while frantically pointing at the screen displaying the menu items. I then tried to order item number 2 from the menu – at which point I was yelled at again, told that you can't order burgers with double patties. Annoyed, I explained to the man in a firm tone that I wanted item number 2 from the menu – without an extra patty. It took a good three minutes before he finally understood. The level of incompetence displayed here is record-breaking and abysmal, even for a fast-food restaurant. The food was catastrophic – barely edible and clearly falls into the category of "hunger makes you eat." The burgers were soggy, bland, and anything but appetizing. The fries were barely seasoned and just warm enough to be considered "warm" with a generous interpretation. Some of the ingredients are stored outside the restaurant – openly, accessible to all sorts of pests. This clearly violates every German hygiene standard and infection control protocol. In short: dirty, rude, and unappetizing. If I ever find myself in Stuttgart again and get hungry before heading home, I'd rather wait until I'm on the train and eat the window putty there – before I ever set foot in this pathetic excuse for a restaurant again.

The receptionist was very unfriendly because I noticed on the screen that a burger order had been entered incorrectly. I apologized, because mistakes happen. It's quite possible I said something wrong. He was unfriendly, even to other customers, and added insult to injury with an unnecessary comment when I picked up the food. That's when I really got angry. A healthy culture of learning from mistakes, both for employees and customers, is desirable. I noticed the error immediately after entering the order—before paying. Whether it's towards other people or even customers, this kind of behavior is unacceptable.

Worst Burger King ever! It takes 10 minutes for a cheeseburger that costs €3.30! A bottle of Coke costs €5?! And they don't even accept coupons. This place is garbage.

By far the worst Burger King experience I've ever had! I waited 20 minutes for my food after ordering. When I asked where my food was, I was just yelled at and told that they couldn't give it out until it arrived. The employee, who was of Turkish or similar origin, was incredibly rude. I couldn't get my money back either, so I had to decide whether I wanted to catch my train or have the food I'd paid for. And that was with a half-hour connection time.

Bad food. Dried-out buns. Soggy salad. They sell you old junk that's been sitting around forever, claiming that fresh burgers will take 10 minutes. Time you don't have when you have to catch a train. The surprise comes when you unpack on the train and can't do anything else. Plus, on average, 25% more expensive than other BK branches. A calculated rip-off, and the employees clearly enjoy ripping people off. I'll be boycotting this place from now on.

I was very satisfied with my visit to the Burger King restaurant. The food was freshly prepared, served hot, and tasted really good. I particularly liked how quickly and friendly my order was taken. Very rude employees. The coupons are valid nationally, but they aren't accepted here. When asked about it, one employee started arguing and then ran outside, probably to smoke. He came back and started working without washing his hands.

Dirty place. It's best to walk a few hundred meters out of the station and go to the other one almost directly in front. After paying, you get nothing, no confirmation, and no number. The prices are also disproportionately high for Burger King. Food is called out randomly, and then theoretically anyone can snatch it up. It works well if there are only one or two customers, but not if several orders are being taken at the same time. My order was skipped or given to someone else; I don't want to accuse the other customer of stealing anything. In the end, the staff would yell at me for not responding to an order that wasn't mine, since it was the last one left. And then they'd forget the drink. I reluctantly accepted the other order, otherwise I would have lost almost 30 euros. The food was okay, you know, Burger King.

We only noticed after eating them, as the patties tasted so similar. I now have a really bad stomach ache. Thanks BK, your employees are really out of their depth!

We had to wait a long time to be served. The man kept chatting with customers for too long and the whole line was uncomfortable. We asked for 2 Whoppers and he rudely said that we could only get what was already prepared. I asked him what was ready, but he ignored me while he was making himself a coffee. When I asked again, he very slowly and reluctantly mentioned only 2 options, even though there were about 5 available. I ended up ordering 2 hamburgers (chicken) and 2 Cokes, but he only charged for the hamburgers. When we asked for the Cokes, he gave them with a bad attitude and very slowly on purpose. If we are buying something here, it’s because we don’t have much time. Very bad attitude from the man today at 8:20pm.

One star is too many! I waited 10 minutes for two burgers that were way too expensive. That's Swiss! Let's not even talk about the quality! I would be ashamed to spend something like that! A small bottle of Coke costs almost 5 euros. Are you guys sick? A rip-off to the max! After this experience, Burger King is off my list!

Overpriced food, but it is worse: this is the only food me and my child ate this day and we both threw up 24h straight 6 hours later. Beware. Update: as BK contacted me re when this happened; this was July 10, 2025 at around noon. We had not been diagnosed and symptoms (that seemed to fit Salmonella infection) gradually went away over the next 3 days

The Burger King located right next to Stuttgart Central Station is probably one of the smallest Burger Kings in all of Germany. Space is extremely limited – there's hardly any seating, and everything feels a bit cramped. What wasn't small, however, were the prices. For standardized fast-food products that you can get in any city with the same quality, the prices here were surprisingly high. Sure, a train station location often means a premium, but in this case, the value for money just wasn't right. In terms of taste, everything was as expected – average and absolutely identical to other branches. If you just want a quick burger on the go, you'll get the usual fare here, but at exorbitant prices.

Unfriendly and do not accept coupons

There were three people ahead of me, and after 10 minutes, I had my King Meal, fresh and hot. Some people are commenting here, saying that their child only had one meal all day, and that was at BK... maybe they should get the child welfare office involved :D

Despite recurring technical issues, the staff were very friendly and did their absolute best. The store manager was very confident in a stressful situation.

I wanted a chili cheeseburger. They said the coupon wasn't valid. When I pointed out that I just wanted to collect points, they served the next person. I left. Apparently, they didn't want my money.

I quickly grabbed a plant-based burger and plant-based nuggets and continued on the train. There, I noticed that the nuggets contained meat. They still made it into the bag with the "plant-based" logo. Unbelievable!

Seller is simple… he just gives wrong products

I don't understand the reviews at all. For such a small place, the burgers are significantly better than I've had at many other burger joints, and the staff was extremely fast and friendly. No more pickles on each cheeseburger and no more cheese on the patty, just as it should be.

Service was very friendly, but extremely slow and poorly organized. You wonder if the employees are aware that they're working at the main train station. Every single burger is made fresh after ordering, which results in delicious burgers, but long wait times. Ordering here is a bit of an adventure... so better bring your time! All in all: not terrible, but not really good either...

Ok It s a burger king provisiorium and they are really costy. But these guys can t make burgers, it smells like a burned oil accident. The whole area stinks to hell burned oil. What are they doing in the kitchen? Burning oil? I can t eat this waste. Wasted money. Go to one of the BÄCKEREI and buy a Brezel or go to a real BURGER KING

There is a shortage of things. It's nothing to ask for anything. The attitude is bad. They can't even speak English. If there is nothing to sell and there is no enthusiasm for service, should this bad shop be taken away? No one forced you to open a shop here.

Booth on the platform for ordering and taking away, no restaurant. Was busy. Man was smoking a cigarette next to the cage. Throws it away over the rails and goes back to the booth behind the cash register. Does not listen to wishes for the order and shouted "coke!" every time. Even though we kept saying fanta. So didn't order "my way" and missed cheese on the burgers..went back...woman/manager said no problem. The man who helped us ran to the kitchen "no no no" so I'm afraid I have now received a new burger with some extra spit or worse from this gentleman.

They can't do anything about the ambience, they don't give out the right food or give out money if they serve the wrong food. Not even burger king level...

Well, apparently no coupons are accepted because it would be quicker. It's a flimsy reason. You just want to make more money. By the way, not only are coupons not accepted, customer survey receipts that don't say anything on them are also not accepted.

Eating was almost quicker than usual at BK. The reason was that my nuggets weren't in there long enough and were therefore not really cooked through and inedible... Payment was only possible in cash and prices that I'm used to are somehow different.

I always thought a Burger King would deliver the same quality for the same price throughout Germany. But not the one in Stuttgart at the main station. Prices are 40-70% higher than a normal Autobahn Burger King, but the Birgers are dry and the fries are limp. Service is unfriendly, food is cold. But you can do it with rail customers, unfortunately they have been tested. There are no alternatives for travelers due to S21, which is why the business model is a good thing.

Whenever I change trains in Karlsruhe, I always think about getting a burger from you, usually there's nothing going on and then I think - nice, I don't have to wait long - but guys, to be honest... have you ever looked at the reviews on Google Maps... that's underground... I'd really be in the mood for you, but definitely not, that's probably the smallest and worst rated BK branch in all of Germany... maybe a case for the Wallraff team... dear Those responsible for BK, please do something to make this better... really bad advertising for you 🙈

You can watch the “cooks” at work here. Even if there are 6-7 people waiting in line, there is relaxed chatting and exaggerated dawdling in the back. At a train station that doesn't exactly advertise that it has a lot of time to change trains, that's a bad quality.

Staff can neither listen nor understand, orders are made incorrectly, fries are inedible

It's been a while, under all circumstances! The burger came quickly, but the temperature wasn't far from frozen! the cheese showed no signs of becoming even remotely soft (picture available). The complaint, well! I did receive a voucher that I couldn't redeem there, but this was only explained to me in a rude manner after a 15-minute wait. Since I had to catch the train, the voucher expired for the next visit. A small service provider cannot afford to apologize for this incident! The stomach ache after the cold thing came very quickly in the evening! Conclusion: Stay away if you want something quick and want to eat it on the train! Complaints afterwards are difficult and hunger may lead you to take the same step as me, you eat it because you are hungry and regret it afterwards!

The person on the counter was very rude and impolite. The guy was serving today on 9th March 2025 at around 11 am. He proceeded to say something rude in German thinking, I don't even understand that. But I understood every word. Terrible service. Not recommended

The slowest fast food at the main station. I sometimes think about getting something here and then give up after a few minutes in line so as not to miss my train. The last time I got something to eat there, we discovered on the train that there weren't enough nuggets in the box. Expectations are not high, but they can still be disappointed.

Just terrible, they give you what you didn't order and you insist you ordered wrong. What's more, it's brutally expensive, has what I consider to be a terrible taste and the employee at the checkout behaves angrily when you realize that what you've been given isn't what you ordered and you've paid twice as much for it. I don't think he understands a single word of German. Hygiene is then a taboo. I don't recommend it at all, and I'm even more surprised that it's still open.

2 Long Chicken ordered individually with cheese and bacon. Then the good man suddenly wants over 21 euros from me. I actually had to ask several times because I couldn't believe it. In “normal branches” you definitely pay a lot less. I can only advise everyone against this branch.

Yes, it's true they don't take coupons, but that's what it says in bold on a sign next to it, at least on the day I ordered. So if that doesn't suit you, there are plenty of other good things you could eat at the train station. Yes, the food was lukewarm but the taste was okay, it's just Burger King. More expensive than usual at Burgerking but the prices are there too, if it's too expensive you just don't eat there instead of getting upset about it, they won't change it. Service really bad, mass processing when ordering but the kitchen doesn't keep up. You wait forever for your food. 20 minutes before the train leaves you should order if something is going on so that you can still get your food.
