They are just making something that was never a burger

The order tablet offers the "Hello Kitty and Ninja Turtles" selection, but after receiving the order, I received a regular puzzle instead of the selected toy. Why do you specify a toy selection if it doesn't even exist?

It's getting more and more expensive.

Every time I come here, there are some kind of dairy issue. The first time, I ordered a milkshake, and to my surprise, it tasted sour—abhorrent. I was there with friends, and everyone noticed this off-flavor. The second time, the McFlurry was simply half-melted, about 40% of it a liquid that should have been either milk or something else. Coke is never served in its regular form here—it's always diluted with water, and that's truly awful.

My last visit there wasn't very pleasant, due to a woman who felt she had to put her bare feet on a chair while others tried to eat around her. The employees could have said something, and to that woman, please buy some manners. Whether it's McDonald's or not, you don't put your feet on a chair while eating, especially not in public! The service is fast, but I ran out of ketchup a few times, but otherwise it's good 👍🏼

This was our first visit to this McDonald's branch in Milaneo and we were very disappointed. 1. It was extremely busy, resulting in very long wait times. 2. Our order was prepared very slowly. 3. A particularly negative point: An employee at the cashier didn't give us a receipt or order number after paying, and then claimed that no payment had been made. My advice to all guests: Make sure you receive a receipt and order number immediately after paying—otherwise, you risk not receiving your paid order.

1 Star – An absolute disappointment and simply unacceptable I am extremely disappointed with this McDonald's! We placed an order that included three M Burgers and two Shaker Fries – but these five items were simply not included. And this despite the fact that the full price was still charged! It's bad enough that such errors occur with such a simple order, but what makes it even worse: no apology, no restocking, no refund. Follow-up questions were either ignored or only answered evasively and unhelpfully. To me, this is customer fraud – we pay, but don't get the goods we ordered. This simply shouldn't happen with an international chain like McDonald's. I absolutely cannot recommend this location. Anyone ordering here should consider whether they are willing to pay for things they ultimately won't receive. I will definitely never order from here again!

Terrible! Twice there, twice disappointed. I don't usually rate fast food restaurants like this, but today I was so outraged that I just had to. The first time, I ordered a McFlurry with a brownie (it was shown as a normal option, not as sold out or anything), then I got it, and it was one with Oreo. Great, I didn't order that. I find it cheeky that when I asked, they just said, "Yes, it's gone," and then, as if it were the most obvious thing, they put the Oreos on top. And they acted like that was normal. No, it isn't. Another time, I was there and ordered a McSundae and thought nothing could go wrong. What did I get? A hint of ice cream! (See binder). It's not appropriate at all! I doubt that's the specified number of grams that should be in there. I'm very disappointed with McDonald's and expect a response soon.

Mcdonalds is out of chicken wings. Spent €60 on an uber to come here specifically for the wings. If i could give zero stars i would. Do not go here.

The staff was unfriendly. When I asked if I could exchange Minecraft figures from the Happy Meal because we had two duplicate figures, the staff replied unfriendly that it wasn't possible. My daughter was very disappointed.

I stood at the checkout for 20 minutes without anyone even thinking that I wanted to order something. After I paid in cash, the staff simply forgot that I would get €15 in change until I pointed it out to them. In total it took me about 35 minutes to have my MC Smart menu, only to realize that I had gotten the wrong sauce and the wrong burger.

Very bad service. Gives me a Turkish lira instead of a euro as change. Never again

One of the best McDonald's branches, an absolute model McDonald's. The food was freshly prepared and served quickly. Table service worked smoothly and the staff was friendly and accommodating. An order in the app was canceled several times, so I got something to eat somewhere else. After 9 p.m. in the evening, the email came with the invoice for my supposed order from lunch and the invoice amount was also debited. A week later, there has still been no response from the restaurant operator to McDonald's headquarters forwarding the matter. So service actually zero stars.

Every trip to Stuttgart to Mas is stressful, we changed the location. Milaneo. The name of the nuggets is unknown to chicken meat. Rebuilt fries. Cola without gas. The child loves nuggets, one name, fried in stinky old oil. Where is our Mas? Why in Ukraine, Kyiv, wherever you go, everything is delicious and clean.

It's a bit hectic and there's a bit of a lack of staff there, which is noticeable in the tables and return locations that aren't cleared.

Das Restaurant befindet sich im Milaneo in der "Fress-Ecke" mit KFC, Subway etc. Alles ist relativ neu, man kann an der Kasse und am Automaten bestellen. Lieferung war recht schnell, das Restaurant war sauber und es waren genügend Mitarbeiter dort. Ein überdurchschnittlicher McD.

Es ist McDonalds. Aber der Service ist hier außergewöhnlich gut. Es ist oft voll aber hier funktioniert der Service.

Ich habe diesen mcdo genossen, dessen Service perfekt ist. Die Bestellung wurde fast sofort nach der Bestellung am Kiosk fertiggestellt. Ein Tipp: Bestellung am Terminal und Bezahlung an der Kasse, dann hat man eine Staffelei und einen perfekten Service am Tisch. Danke!

Ist halt ein McDonalds. Für ein Snack zwischen dem einkaufsmarathon ist es ok. Ist halt meistens voll und Sitzplätze sind rar. Das Essen war in gewohnter McDonalds Qualität 🙂

Ein doch sehr in die Tage gekommender Laden. Positiv zu erwähnen war das heisse Essen und die sehr freundliche Bedienung. Ja. Mir wurde das essen an den Platz gebracht.
