Unfortunately the food wasn't good. We had a double cheeseburger but unfortunately it was very old

The entrance is a standard McDonald's, the upper floor is spacious and cozy but not clean. You can see the previous customer's stains on the tables. The toilets smell bad

Small McDonald’s with a reduced “to-go” offer!

We went to this place with a small group of friends, everyone got food poisoning after this place, the potatoes were hard and cold, the burger was very sour and the nuggets were raw

Unfortunately there is no real vegetarian offer that is not significantly more expensive than what is offered with meat!! Disappointing for 2024!!!

Hamza provided great service. He should be employee of the month. Everything was great, I'll come back because of him, he's someone who knows his job!

Very bad McDonald's. Waited more than 30 minutes for cold 🍔... Complaints are ignored, probably because no one understands anything. "The Manager" 😃 🤡 complete disaster.

Worst hamburger I've ever had. Rolls old and dry, almost no ketchup, NOT a single slice of cucumber. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!! One star is still too many for this store.

This is a tiny reduced menu McDonald's. The food is fairly close to American McDonald's. I ordered a chicken sandwich and got a big Mac so that's pretty consistent with the American experience also.

While we were eating they came and asked us to get up, we said we didn't want to stay, they kicked us out, they called the police, go eat burgers.

McDonalds is fast food and I have different standards here, but it doesn't make sense to me that there are such huge differences to other branches. It starts with the fact that coupons don't work, well then just a normal menu. It's just stupid that half of the menu isn't available. No lattice fries, no special burgers, nothing in general. Then it will just be a normal McChicken. The worst and most artificial I've ever had. Tastes like cardboard, feels like cardboard, it's probably cardboard. The worst McDonalds experience of my life.

Very busy and the food was not that tasty. It was also terribly difficult to find.

Dirty and noisy. Not as usual at McDonald's, but there were an enormous number of foreign youths who thought they should screw around and play loud music. Half of our order was missing and the requested drinks were out of stock. Fun with air hockey at the table

Unfortunately, napkins for greasy fries and nuggets to-go are not available here… When you contact guest service (why does it call itself that...?) you only get a succinct answer that you will train the employees, but compensation that you couldn't eat the to-go food on the train and that's technically it Of course you can't get it that was inedible. After all, that would be customer service… After all, at McDonalds you couldn't know that I wanted to eat the food on the train. So: From now on, always check everything at McDonald's and very important - tell the staff where you want to eat the to-go food so that you can decide competently how many napkins to accompany greasy food🤮🤮🤮

This is a hole-in-the-wall McDonald's. That's why a reduced menu. Food was really bad. Ordered, got my food and went to my hotel, which is about a 1 min walk away. Food was cold and dried out, my softdrink was flat. Prices high as well. Oh, and nobody seemed to care about the passed (drunk/high) out homeless man directly beside the counter. Stay away

You usually can't expect much from McDonald's... But this store tops it all. We ordered two menu items. With nuggets, burgers and fries. Unfortunately, they forgot to fry the fries before selling them, they were so soggy and cold. The nuggets were also cold and soggy. The PlantNuggets were edible. Half of the ingredients were omitted from the burger. Mayo was forgotten on both menus. We ordered a Coke and a Fanta, but received two Cokes. I've never experienced a big disappointment at McDonald's. Avoid this store.

DISGUSTING!!! The fries were cold and still hard. The nuggets were burned. The burgers were pretty good except for the meat and the bun... you can't go wrong with the sauce either. The meat was dry and cold and the roll Steingarten looked like it had been lying around for a week... the cola was very good... This shop is NOT recommended...

I quickly got something before I missed the train and even though I got everything quickly, everything was cold and tasted like cardboard. The strawberry milkshake was no longer a milkshake but just strawberry milk and NOT cold!

Despite the information on a large sign right next to the cash register that you can get deposit cups here and return them to German branches, no deposit cups will be taken back in this branch. I don't understand why this paragraph isn't pasted over.

Ordered 4 cheeseburgers as a menu, 2 of which were actually cheeseburgers. 1 was a hamburger and 1 burger was completely meatless patty. You also had to remind the waiter to give you the fries.

I don't recommend this restaurant at all, it's really very bad. I ordered Mac Combo meals and after we boarded the train I found that the meals were very cold and the burgers were very small. I can't even describe how bad the food was. It seems like they are taking advantage of travelers in an unacceptable way.

The food was way too expensive and not worth it at all. The staff doesn’t speak one bit of english and the food itself wasn’t good at all compared to the U.S. McDonalds.

28 May 2024 I Experienced terrible customer service. I ordered the Doppel Menu, and being fairly new in Deutschland I thought the contents are the same as the picture. The lady on the Kasse just asked me which burger I wanted and I said the big mac, she then asked if I wanted both burgers to be big mac and I of course chose another burger flavour. After I received my order I then noticed there is 2 burgers and chips and no nuggets. I had only just started eating the big mac when I noticed it and went back to try and change. I explained that I wasn't told I could choose between nuggets and a burger... since from the start I was asked which burger flavours I wanted. They then said if I have gone out with the food, they can't change it. Which I would have understood if it was firm company policy, except I noted a Caucasian man earlier who went out with his order, and came back when he noticed he had chips, he wanted a salad instead. They took the chips back and tried to change the order for him, but unfortunately salads were out of stock. I then pointed this out that I witnessed a man earlier who wanted to change his order after he had left the outlet, and they cooperated. Why not with me? The older looking man and the young lady just looked away and said if I have left they can't help. It seems I faced this discrimination because I'm black? Because it makes no sense to oblige to one customer and then deny the other. I was honestly mishandled, and i dont have any other plausible explanation except that the employees are Racist. It's nothing new that the new McDonald's smells like fat, sweat and stinky feet, but that's something special again. Very small for so many people. Wait time is definitely 10 minutes. I'd rather go to Burgerking opposite!!!!

I got 1 chickenburer instead of 3 cheeseburgers. Was in a hurry to catch my train

Service is great but the food is almost raw most of the time. Funnily enough, the best chilly cheese burgers 🤷🏽‍♂️ If the nuggets were edible I would order here but unfortunately it's the same every day I see it in my work colleagues

Seid ihr dofff???İch hab chikenburger gesagt und sie gibt mir was anderes.

Was ist denn mit euch los? Einmal habt ihr mir für 4 Euro kochendes Wasser statt eines Cappuccinos gegeben. Das nächste Mal habt ihr vergessen, die Zutaten in das Happy Meal zu tun. Es ist schon zur Tradition geworden, dass ich mit einem Tablett wieder nach unten komme, um die Bestellung zu korrigieren)) Natürlich legen sie auch keine Servietten hinein. Vielleicht ist das Personal sehr müde, aber das ist wirklich ein Problem mit der Arbeitsorganisation.

Meine Erfahrung hängt mit Essen zum Mitnehmen zusammen, aber es ist möglich, dass es nicht geliefert wird, wenn es regnet, oder dass es nach einer bestimmten Zeit nicht mehr geliefert wird. Es gibt Sandwichläden mit besseren Sandwiches als McDonald's sich selbst und sie liefern immer. Dies ist das klassische Ergebnis großer Ketten.

Keine Sitzplätze... Ein sehr kleine MC am Anfang der Königstr. Manchmal steht man sich die Beine in den Bauch. Vor allem wenn es kalt ist oder regnet ein NO GO. Denn hier gibt es kein WC, und auch nur Sitzplätze im Freien. Aber die gehören zur Öffentlichkeit, im Prinzip ist es nur zum Mitnehmen. D.h. du stehst beim Warten ewig, und beim Essen auch wieder, das macht keinen Spaß. Im Idealfall meiden wir diese Situation. Auch für Kinder ist es hier sehr ungeeignet.

Schlimm! Die Bestellung war unvollständig… 4 Getränke dafür kein Essen ! Personal versteht kein deutsch und auch englisch war schwierig… dann nach einigem hin und her wurde das Essen geliefert… kalt und ungenießbar ! Die Pommes und die Nuggets waren in alten Fett oder mehrmals frittiert! Wir sind hungrig gegangen!

Winzige Ausgabestelle von Fast Food. Keine Sitzgelegenheiten, nicht alle Menüs verfügbar. Eher ein Straßenverkauf als ein Restaurant. Shake Maschine war auch defekt, somit konnte nicht mal ein Shake getrunken werden. Zum mitnehmen ok aber vor Ort essen ist absolut nicht möglich.

Essen gut ist hakt einfach ein MC, aber er ist viel zu klein :(

Der Service ist miserabel. Freundlichkeit wird dort definitiv NICHT großgeschrieben. Genauso sieht es auch mit der Hygiene im Laden aus. Die Tische sind zu 90% dreckig oder einfach noch mit Müll versehen. Das Essen hingegen war für die McDonald’s Verhältnisse gut. Das Personal scheint wie oft, überfordert zu sein, obwohl die vor Ort eine große Belegschaft waren.

Klein und hat nicht alles aus dem normalen McDonalds menu. Keine Sitzgelegenheiten außenrum. Außerdem in St*uttgart, also nochmal dickes Minus. Service war okay.

Hallo liebe Leser Dieser Mc Donald's ist vielleicht nicht ganz so groß wie andere. - Dafür ist aber sehr zentral gelegen, beim Hauptbahnhof. - Er befindet sich auf der Einkaufsstraße Königstraße von Stuttgart gleich am Anfang. - Dafür ist er gut da für ein ausgedehntes Frühstück, eine kräftiges Mittagessen, oder auch entspanntes Abendessen; und alle mal für einen Snack. - Mfg Andreas Neumann

Sehr klein, essen liegt länger herum

Kleiner McDonalds wenn man Nachts oder unterwegs Hunger hat. Es gibt nur Standard Burger und Pommes, keine Besonderen Burger. App und Mobil Bestellen funktioniert ebenso aufgrubd der größe nicht.

Mega gut, wenn man nach/vor dem Club was schnell in sich rein essen muss mega.

Es ist ein ganz normaler McDonald’s wie jeder andere. Nach einem Club-Besuch die beste Wahl in Stadtmitte. Es gibt Toiletten und eine Obere Etage zum hinsetzen.

Sehr kleiner McDonald’s, nur zum mitnehmen. Mitarbeiter sind sehr flexibel und bringen das Essen auch mal auf die Straße (wenn man seinen Kinderwagenbahnen hin und her schiebt, so dass das Kind nicht wach wird).

Geht so, Pommes-frites könnten frischer sein

I haven't been to this specific location but any McDonald's in Germany is just magical compared to any McDonald's here in the US. I had my first ever big Mac burger in a German McDonald's. I'll never forget just how wonderful delicious and magical it was!!
