Baked goods are inedible late in the evening

We've been sitting in front of the store since about 2 a.m. and watched the seller bite into every roll before throwing them away. New goods were then arranged and nasal spray was used behind the counter. Then 2 people were allowed to buy something and sit in, so we sat in too. We were very rudely asked to buy something when we wanted to sit. So there was a pretzel. Sales were super unpleasant (actually nice) and after I paid my colleague was told I had to buy something too - also terrible tone and demeanor from both employees. In general, everyone has a bad day, but such an attitude definitely didn't just happen yesterday.

The service staff is not customer friendly. I asked if the Dijon croissant was what was packed for me (it didn't look like it). Afterwards I would be called out by the local with the excuse that I had to close, even though others were already sitting there before me

Unfortunately it didn't taste good. Cheap tomatoes, almost too unripe and too cold to eat right away. Isn't lovingly and tasty prepared.

becareful when the cashier give you the changes you must take the bill and check the notes they give back to you not recommended at all

The employees are completely rude (her name is Eriola) and the food tastes like it was from the day before yesterday. She refused to accept my money of €50 because she didn't have any money and kept waving all the cash from the cash register around at Dan. The lady should be terminated. I would have to go to the ATM again to have my money changed otherwise I wouldn't have gotten any food from the rude lady. Is not recommended, buy somewhere else where your money is better off.

Extremely unfriendly employee, I'm a bit shocked. If a superior had seen this behavior, the employee could count himself very lucky with a warning.

Weak service, was looked at stupidly because of the Lufthansa voucher. The employee took a lot of time even though I had to catch a train. Sandwich very dry and drinks overpriced

What an unfriendly person (although you can't even call the guy human) we wanted to buy a coffee for someone who asked really nicely and the seller insulted and insulted us...

Every time I look forward to this €6 water comfort, cappuccino that is too hot and overpriced, rubber sandwiches like Caesar chicken for just under 9 bags - NOT! Unfortunately, a result of the absolute ignorance of people who just stuff something into themselves instead of celebrating food, let alone enjoying it. So never go through security to B hungry, 2 branches here, nothing else. You have to be ashamed...

I was sold an old, hard, dry pretzel. impudence.

😂🙈 What a glorious business model, €6.25 for 0.5 liters of Becks, €7.60 for a bite of pretzel with receipts. Incredible. The store is completely wild and the staff probably works for minimum wage. This is usury and needs to be regulated!

Bockwurst in a roll “only” €10.40?!? Seriously? What justifies such prices?

Statt 2,80 musste ich 5,80€ für mein Franzbrötchen zahlen.. Und jetzt keine Chance mehr, das Geld zurückzubekommen. Nicht empfehlenswert

Overpriced coffee, overpriced and stale sandwiches!

Wollte nur ne Dose Bier für den zwischenaufenthalt. Schockpreis 6,24 Euro für 0,5 l. Vor mir wurden 2 nicht deutschsprachige Kunden weitergeschickt und nicht mehr bedient, weil sie sich nicht innerhalb von 3 Sekunden zur Bestellung entschieden. Mögliche Fragen wurden sofort von der überaus arroganten Bedienung geblockt.

Disaster! Mouse!!!! running through the sandwiches, sales person totally not taking care about it. If you don't want to share your meal with mouse don't go there. Nightmare.

Ich sehe zum ersten Mal dass eine Bäckerei der beim Schichtwechsel zumacht... Sowas gibt es nirgendwo... Unzählige Male musste ich mir anhören ,,wir haben zu, Schichtwechsel sorry,,... Dazu kommt auch wie uns rüber gebracht wird, sehr unfreundlich und arrogant... Nie wieder...

Wir waren dankbar für die Stille kleine Oase im lärmigen Flughafen Terminal. Das Sofa war einfach genial für eine entspannte Wartezeit zwischen Flug und Bahn. Der Kaffee/ Kakao waren gut. Der Preis weniger (3,80 für 0,2l) und Porzellan statt Pappbecher wäre auch passender gewesen zum Sofa.

Sehr schmutzig. Sitzeplätze voller Müll . Fragen nach einer Reinigung werden nicht beantwortet. Besser nur Caffee to Go .

Huge jerk at the counter in terminal B11, 18:50 3.1.2024. Short man with little hair. Clearly hating his job. Very angry and aggressive behaviour. Asked him for milk allergy. But that was not something he wanted to tell us about. He got very angry and tossed our order around. Scoop must life of the fact that there are only a few eating places in terminal B and that after 15 hours of flight people put up with anything to get something to eat. I hope Scoom takes action against this employee.

Dose Bier 6,99 €, Kaffee 4,0 €. Kaffee ungenießbar, konnte nicht getrunken werden. In Dutee free nebenan kostet das Bier 2,90 €

Der Herr mit der Glatze ist extrem streitsüchtig, ich komme hier seid geraumer Zeit vorbei und beobachte wie er sich mit Kunden streitet. Er hat heute wild rumgeschrien und uns mit Absperrband aus dem Essbereich vertrieben. Unverschämt!!

Very rude personal. They would not open until 14:00 on Thursday 21st of December. Some costumers were waiting in front of the space (standing/seating). The waiter approached screaming and with bad maners kicked us all even an old very nice German lady that was tired of standing. This happened at 13:50. The space was not very clean and we even found a mouse!

The main guy who works there is super rude. Prices are also high and he didn’t like that I mentioned that and tried to make me feel awkward about it. I honestly wasn’t directly criticizing his prices, but prices in general at the airport. Water does however seem obscenely priced. Based on the awful reviews about his service it appears he’s also not concerned or self-aware because he was rude to me and to others before me. It’s like he knows people will go there no matter what because there aren’t many options at those gates but it will eventually catch up to him. Tables were also all dirty even though it wasn’t that busy.

A no go place! Worst service ever received. Brezel so trocken, ich konnte es kaum kauen. It’s 21:30 at night and I didn’t have dinner, so bought a brezel just to eat something before the next flight take off. The Brezel was so dry I could barely chew it. I went back to nicely say “excuse me, it’s very dry”. He said “it’s not my problem” and continued “how can you think anything is fresh here after 18:00. I then asked if I could have my money back, but no no no. Not one chance in the world. I took one photo, then the service man got aggressive. Auf Wiedersehen Scoom and never again!

Ich trinke hier gerne Kaffee, wenn ich am Frankfurter Flughafen umsteige. Der kleine Laden ist immer gut frequentiert, so dass der Sitzbereich meist belegt ist. Ich wurde bislang immer freundlich bedient. Billig ist scoom nicht, aber ich schätze die Qualität.

The place is very dirty, the tables aren’t clean, there is much dirt on the floor under the tables. There were 2 people working there and not so many customers. When I was sitting at the table having my meal there was a mouse running under my feet. I have said this to the staff working there but they were rude to me, pointing out that it is airport’s fault. I left without finishing my meal.

Freundliche Verkäuferin. Schöne appetitliche Auslage . Gebäck und Kaffee lecker. Leider muss ich 2 Sterne für die Sauberkeit des Sitzbereiches abziehen: versiffte Tische und Bänke welche zwischendurch mal dringend abgewischt werden müssen !!! Zeitlich sollte das bei dem überschaubaren Betrieb und 2 Mitarbeiterinnen möglich sein. Auch Müll von den Vorgängern steht noch auf den Tischen rum.

Good option for sitting down with a coffee in the warmth

Habe im „scoom“ zwei Kaffe to go geholt. Der Mitarbeiter war sehr desinteressiert und unfreundlich. Beim bezahlen mit Karte kam ein freches Kommentar, als ich zuerst den Betrag auf dem Terminal sehen wollte. Offenbar kam es ja hier bereits öfter zu Fehlbeträgen, wie man den anderen Rezensionen entnehmen kann. Der Kaffe war sehr gut zubereitet und genau im der richtigen Temperatur.

This is the only place that I have ever been to that takes a 2 EURO deposit for a drink. They do not say anything and there is mention anywhere apart from a small print on your your receipt. I asked others in the bar and NO ONE NOTICED they had sneakily added a 2 EUR charge for each glass. Absolute scam for the scum that is scoom. Stay away. This had been mentioned before and nothing has been done for years.

Vor einigen Jahren war ich hier immer gerne und war deshalb heute schockiert über das matschige Franzbrötchen und den dünnen, labbrigen Kaffee im Pappbecher (es gibt anscheinend gar kein Porzellan mehr sondern einfach nur Pappe für Kaffee und Tüte für's Gebäck). Service war OK, den zweiten Stern gibt's dafür, dass Hafermilch nicht extra kostet.

If you don't speak german, you better choose another restaurant. The staff speaks very bad english, and anything else but german, they are rude, and they will want to cheat you if you have vouchers to exchange. If you ask for clarifications, you will be insulted.

Meine Zusammenfassung: Personal unfreundlich, wurde nach dem Kauf direkt ignoriert, Preise zu hoch, kann ich nicht empfehlen.

Vastly over-priced, as we have come to be sadly used to when buying food and drinks at airports. Having said that, my pretzel tasted fine and the service was friendly.

Scoom liegt direkt oberhalb des Flughafen-Regionalbahnhofs im Übergangsbereich zum Terminal. Damit eine ideale Lage, um schnell noch eine Kleinigkeit mitzunehmen. Leider höhere Preise (Flughafenpreise), insgesamt aber eine große Auswahl vorhanden. Saubere Verkaufsflächen und nettes Personal.

Ça dépanne en transit. Un peu onéreux tout de même.

The woman who served me on 27.12.2021, in Frankfurt Airport , in Terminal 1, around 14 o'clock, had headphones on her ears and she was on the phone all the time while she was serving. She looked like she has no joy of her work at all and she was almost rude to every customer. The sandwich I got was also not fresh at all. People can have bad days for sure but the customers don't have to deal with that, sorry, it s customer service, so if she can't do it, then she should not be doing it.

If you want to eat something delicious in a cozy place you should choose this place! A cozy place to eat, and a friendly service! I highly recommend!

Today I bought at 08:55 a coffee and the woman, who is there today, is very rude and gave me the worst coffee of my life I have ever had. 👎

Staff are very unhelpful, promice that the sandwiches are fresh, but they are not. Also I have been told that they cannot tost a sandviche but I can see a grell on the back of the counter. Finally the food is overpriced.

Das Gebäck war lecker und die Verkäuferin freundlich. Leider sind die Preise recht teuer. In dem Backshop auf dem Weg zum Fernbahnhof habe ich eine Butterbreze zu einem niedrigeren Preis gesehen.

Warum so schlechte Bewertungen? Mir schmeckt es dort immer und die Verkäufer sind meist nett!!

Netter Service, faire Preise, gute Auswahl. Auch bei mir war die um 6:30 gekaufte Butterbrezel leider vom Vortag.

Das Brötchen war von gestern und leider muss man hier den Tee in Papierbechern trinken.Selbst den Tee umschütten dürfte ich auch nicht, obwohl die Porzellanbecher vor mir standen. Da hilft auch eine nette Einrichtung wenig.

In a hurry between two flights we had a chicken wrap and a hot dog with bread. Both were overpriced and the bread was not fresh.

Kaffee gut, Croissants super. Personal: Heute Morgen im Terminal A war das Personal sehr unprofessionell. Absolut fehlender Kundenorientierung. Unfreundlich und konnten nicht die Prioritäten setzen. Es gab ein Schlange von 20 Kunden und die beiden haben geschlafen. Die beiden haben sich unterhalten wie blöd die Kunden wären. Ich wollte den beiden antworten aber ich hab es sein lassen weil es nicht wert war. Lieber scoom solche Mitarbeiter beschädigen euren GGeschäften. Raus damit...

For an airport, this place was pretty good! I enjoyed the Red Thai Chicken and a pretzel with butter. The service was polite and quick.

I forgot to pick up salad dressing with my meal, which was a mediocre spicy tina salad with the saddest wakame I've ever seen or tasted. So I went back to pick up my salad dressing and then a cashier comes up to me to tell me I have to pay for my dressing while I am eating my tasteless and less than fresh salad. I offered him my credit card, but he refused it and told me I had to walk back to the cashier to pay. If he has the energy to walk away from his position to ask me to pay then surely he can take my card and charge it ans walk back to me an not interrupt my already very unsatisfying meal. Avoid this place and eat before security instead. Food is weak, beer is forgettable and overall just a very poor experience.

Don’t bother a mozzarella baguette and a coffee Euros 8. Suggest you wait until you go through the gates as their are lots of places to eat. I’m returning to Frankfurt next week returning 7th March 19 and will give Scoom a miss

The food is standard you can find in a big aerport but the guys that work behind the desk (especially the mens)are very bad. No friendly, speak bad languages, no clear info about glasses returning, no smiles. Only a sad and hungry face...they looks really not happy to work in this place...not raccomend

Just do not buy from there. Overpriced and old sandwiches. A 4 year old child can make better sandwiches.

This establishment sell beer and you must pay a €2 deposit for the glass WITHOUT telling the customer that. I saw the employee picking up the glass and telling the girls about the extra money they’ll be making from all the refunds they will collect at the end of the day. Unbelievable how greedy people are.

It is a place where you can’t expect high quality and excellent service, but it seems that the priority is just to be fast serving customers despite the overall quality.

Total junkfood , 2 euros to “rent” a glas which was impossible to claim as you would have to spend long time in again waiting . Tables never cleaned.

Very rude and impolite staff at the counter particularly the Turkish female employee. She should not be working where she is dealing with customers. I can't believe how rude she was to me.
