Disgusting, stale food. Definitely cooked the day before and left out. Staff are disorganized and mess up orders, even when the shop is only moderately busy.

McDonald's is getting worse and worse. Coupons don't work, ordering via the app isn't possible anymore, and then you're supposed to show the code to an employee who just puffs at you and tells you to cancel and pay that way. I decided against eating there because of such terrible service.

The branch is clearly showing its age. The interior design looks outdated, and there are no digital menus at the register. It's unclear whether the "Made for You" system is in place, as they're still using the old burger inspection system and the warming storage rack. Personally, I think some burgers, like the cheeseburger, actually taste better because of it. Digital ordering kiosks are available, but the software seems obsolete. My MyM account wasn't recognized, and the interface is different from more modern branches. Comparable McDonald's branches at other major train stations are significantly more modern. The layout is cramped and impractical. The checkout area is slanted in the middle, so you have to navigate through the customer lines with your luggage to get to the dining area. The display at the pickup area wasn't working, and one of my burgers was missing from my order. The branch is very busy, seating is limited and hard to find. Prices are fair, e.g. For example, a Big Mac cost €6.39 in January 2026, which is cheaper than at many franchise locations. Conclusion: A solid experience, but not a relaxed McDonald's experience. Okay for a quick meal, but less suitable for families or for sitting down.

Sorry, the service was absolutely terrible. The staff were rude. We didn't get our Chicken McNuggets, and after asking repeatedly, everything tasted moldy. There was even a hair in the chicken burger—simply disgusting! Never go there again!! I got food poisoning!!!

I would like to leave feedback about my visit to this McDonald’s. I want to sincerely thank Mohmad for his help with the mobile app. He was very polite, patient, and professional, and most importantly, he was the only employee who spoke clear and proper English, which made communication much easier for me. Thanks to him, I was able to solve my problem quickly. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about the two female employees who were nearby. Instead of offering help, they were walking around and laughing, which felt very unprofessional and uncomfortable. I really appreciate Mohmad’s support and attitude toward customers. Employees like him make a big difference and create a positive experience.

The food was cold and the service was very poor. I ordered a meal that arrived completely cold and was therefore inedible. I also watched as the tray was prepared. The employee stood about a meter away and carelessly threw the burgers and sauces onto the tray. This seemed unhygienic and disrespectful to the customers.

Even if this is the last place on earth, don't go there. Don't make the same mistake I made. Food was horrible, service too. French fries, ice cold. Same goes for burger, felt like prepared from hours, soggy. Display to see your order status not working. Big staff but busy within themselves talking (maybe there were in holiday mood, maybe different on normal days, but don't have courage to try again). Only thing which I can say good was Coke.

I ordered five chicken burgers, and unfortunately, they were all very dry and hard. The burger buns seemed stale, probably from the day before or even older. The edges were so hard they were almost inedible. Overall, very disappointing – I wouldn't order from here again.

I just ordered a McRip, a Big Mac, and a small cheeseburger separately, but instead of a McRip, I received a McChicken, which I only noticed at home. These things happen... I was supposed to pay €14.98, which I did, giving €24.90. After some hesitation, the two employees gave me 2 cents in change... only when I insisted on the remaining €10 did they give me the change. The most disgusting McDonald's experience of my life. It can certainly be worse elsewhere, hence the two stars, but the buns that were getting hard, from a burger that had definitely been sitting there way too long, the fries that were warm but definitely not fresh, and the rancid, rancid place all contributed to the fact that I didn't want to finish either my meal or my drink (without a straw because "they don't have them anymore").

So dirty it was off-putting. The tables were littered with trash (which is unfortunately also the fault of the customers), tables hadn't been wiped down, and everything was sticky. There were trash cans on the food counter, and the staff also contributed to the unpleasant atmosphere.

The worst McDonald's I've ever been to. They only accept orders through self-service terminals and only by card. The queue is huge. While I was standing there, homeless women approached me three times and asked for money. To get food, you have to stand in a crowd of people and try to hear your number in the loud noise without confusing it with someone else. Then they gave me soggy food - the tray was all in water, and the dishes were crumpled. I don't recommend it.

The person that served us from the second we walked up to the counter once we realised we were speaking English started to sigh at us loudly and roll his eye at us constantly the whole time we ordered and was waiting for us food. I wish I got his name from his name tag. We pretty much ordered within 10 seconds so its not as if we were taking forever to order which I understand can be frustrating. Just so rude and not needed.

I had Chicken McNuggets, waffle fries, and a Coke Zero. The McNuggets with Sweet and Sour sauce are exactly the same as in the USA McDonald's. The waffle fries are a novelty I decided to try. They were seasoned like curly fries and from under the heat lamp. In the future, I will stick with regular McDonald's fries as they are fresher. Chick-fil-A waffle fries are much better than McDonald's. A quick decent meal.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and ready to assist with any questions. Breakfast was varied and delicious. Its central location is also ideal for exploring the city. We would definitely choose this hotel again. I highly recommend it!

Last Friday, my breakfast order was completely wrong. I had ordered vegetarian items (a wrap, a mcmuffin, a morning burger, mctoast, pancakes, and an iced coffee), and I received one vegetarian wrap, one meat wrap, and the pancakes. So not only did my wrap have meat on it, but half of it was also missing. I recommend checking directly with the restaurant to make sure everything is correct. When we went in, we wanted to order at the counter and were about to pay when security came and simply turned it off, saying we could order up front and not hold people up. When we ordered up front, we got a Coke instead of a Coke Zero, and the second drink was also a Coke, even though it was supposed to be a Fanta. The vanilla shake was missing the caramel sauce, and we got a different size than we ordered. The chicken nuggets were McPlant, not the regular ones. The staff were unfriendly and inattentive.

I ordered something but received something else. Although Google Maps shows the opening time until 03:00 AM, from around 1:30 AM the security staff start telling customers that the place will close in 30 minutes and ask them to leave. Today, when I went there around midnight, the security said they only serve coffee and no food. Such obstructions happen regularly.

The samurai burger I ordered was soaking in sauce, and the small amount of lettuce on it looked like it had been stale for days. Unfortunately, McDonald's isn't of the same quality everywhere.

Ordering is done via touchscreen. McDonald's' website is the same around the world and very easy to navigate, so I recommend checking it out before you go! As of 2024, there were no German-exclusive items. In fact, until recently, there was the Big Rösti and Big Rösti Raclette, which were only available in Germany. My favorite at the time was the Mac Royal. I was planning to buy that, but since it wasn't available in Japan anyway, I decided to get something I wanted. I ordered a double meal around midnight. Two Royal cheese burgers with fries and a Coke. Both burgers tasted so bad. The burgers had been sitting for a while, and the Coke wasn't carbonated. The cheese in the Royal was anything but Royal. The crust of the patty was pretty hard. All in all, it was a terrible investment. But what can you expect from a place like that where the employees can't even speak German?
