Yesterday an employee at your McDonald's branch told my mother in a very rude manner that she should stop filming the menu because it was supposedly forbidden. When I told him that this could be done at any other McDonald's in the world, as I have been to many other locations worldwide, he insisted and basically threw my order at me. Disastrous customer service from this branch. Your employees should be better trained to meet the company's international standards.

So, this is not the way to talk to your customers. We also told her that please speak with us politely but instead she replied that "you're not my boss, I'll not listen to you". Then we requested to give our money back then also she told us rudely that call the given number we don't give the refund back. This was the worst staff I've ever seen in Germany. This is not the way you talk to your customers l, you have to be polite with them. Please better behave next time.

The employee at the checkout even asked again at the back of the kitchen because they weren't in green plant-based packaging and the employee in the kitchen said it was plant-based. When I wanted to eat the nuggets on the train, I realized that they were normal ones again. So we would be at this McDonalds on arrival and departure. I've never been in a worse one. Service questionable. But when we left, the crown was put on. We ordered from the machine and got 2 menus and an ice cream. The ice cream and a burger were completely missing and one menu had Cola instead of Fanta. This simply cannot happen. I bought a bunch of items here whilst visiting a friend. They served it on a wet tray and when i checked one of the burgers, the package had already absorbed some of the water of the tray. This prompted me to ask for a replacement, which they didn't want to do. The manager arrived and he pointed out it was steam, but I quickly showed him other trays which likewise weren't properly dried. This is where the manager became antagonistic and it became clear he didn't want to help me. The entire tray of food cost me around 15 euros and seeing as I feel that I'm entitled to get proper service, I just left the entire tray of food, since this experience spoiled my mood and went to Burger King. Guess what? Burger King does manage to dry their trays properly after washing them. Seeing as I lost 15 euros, leaving behind a negative review seems more than appropriate and doesn't even balance out my investment. So here it is.

Then there is a sign on the toilet that says no toilet…. Which isn't possible because there are seats here. They have to have a working toilet... There are 4 people behind the counter and one of them is working. People consistently miss work here. This is the last one here really. Don't ever go to this store!!!

Es gibt im Bahnhof viele Alternativen, die ich zwar nicht kenne, aber behaupte, dass jede davon besser ist! Bleibt hier fern!

Was at McDonald's yesterday after the Germany international match. For the amount of people, we had our food pretty quickly. In terms of quality, I've been to better McDonald's.

I don't expect much from McDonald's, but the Royal TS Burger that was packed for me today was a disgrace. Soft shreds of 'salad', two patties of meat that had either been lying there since lunch or had been fried for far too long (hard), tons of mayonnaise, some tomato. It was also finished within seconds, so I should have been told what was coming next. I know there's a lot going on at the moment, but it's not possible to serve something like that, so I'd rather wait longer.

Three weeks ago we tried to order food through the screens they have in the restaurant, after passing the card through the "kiosk" to pay, the ticket (receipt) did not print. The security guy at the entrance said that there was no paper or it had jammed and there was no problem, because when that happens the payment is not made. Which is a lie, they charged us for what we ordered and they never gave us the food, because we didn't have the ticket and they didn't get the order.

Yesterday while in the dining area, I was so touched when a homeless woman with crutches was treated so humanely by the staff. They made it clear she could not stay, but brought her a Band-Aid for a cut and talked with her gently for almost 5 minutes. The seating area remained for customers only, but we witnessed an act of kindless that almost moved me to tears. The food and service was good as always.
