Security is extremely unfriendly and pushy. He forces something on every guest there. I recommend firing him.

There was a homeless guy trying to grab my food at the door. I didn't give him a hand and he knocked over his plate and coke. I couldn't eat my fries. I didn't know there wasn't even a security guard here. I asked the lady who took the order to change it for me, but she said it wasn't her fault. I should file a complaint. What else can I do? I don't believe this, no one will read it.

Excellent location of Frankfurt train station. Good amount of sitting space with many options. Hot food at decent price. Very friendly staff, who spoke enough English to help us with a vegetarian meal option. Good value for money. Convenient, great location, nice food, very helpful staff.

Very worst experience I ever had . Staff attitude also very bad while we ordered and she gave only tea after waiting long period when we asked for the rest she is questions us like very rude . She just put on the counter like us to take if you want.I don’t what is really happening . It’s the second time . We ordered food and paid then we didn’t get well served . I had a bad experience with the notorious German trains during my trip, and arrived late at the central station. The food was better than I expected. However, while I was waiting for my burger, a man twisted his body and stared at me so blatantly that it felt unsafe, and I wanted to leave quickly.

Very dirty and unpleasant. The staff barely speaks German. The burger is much smaller than at a regular McDonald's and practically tasteless. The fries also tasted like plastic. I had to change my burger because it was rotten. The McDonald's app wasn't accepted.

What I ordered is not what I asked for. Was told that pancakes are chicken nuggets here. 🤔 Staff weren't any help.

I've never been to such a bad McDonald's. My McSmart meal looked like a biological accident, and my boyfriend's nuggets tasted like they were from a week ago. They didn't even provide napkins, which would have been necessary for the greasy nuggets, fries, and burgers. And as if that wasn't enough, the staff couldn't speak any German, except for a few payments. The eating areas were relatively clean. Never again.

They simply forgot three burgers. Annoying when you have to rush to the platform. I should have checked. Absolute rip-off. The staff is also absolutely terrible.

Ate there this afternoon, or rather, threw it away. I've never eaten so badly at a McDonald's. The fries were lukewarm but soaked with oil. The nuggets were watery, soggy, and tasteless. Never again at McDonald's!

On Sunday, September 14th, I ordered a McDouble Chili Cheese (€3.79) at this McDonald's. The burger I received was tiny and completely different from what is advertised: no sauces, no vegetables, just two small pieces of meat inside a bun. Even worse, while I was eating, three different staff members in uniform came to my table, one after the other, telling me to leave and free the table — almost an hour before closing time. As a result, I had to finish a poor-quality, miserable burger standing outside, in the middle of the station. Disgraceful experience: both the food and the service have dropped to an unacceptable level. On Sunday 14 September I come in to order a McDouble Chili Cheese for €3.79. After a while they give me a bag in a hasty way, when I sit down to eat I open it and see a very small sandwich, completely different from the one advertised. The entire top of the sauce and vegetables is missing, and besides two small pieces of meat, there's practically nothing. After I take a bite, three uniformed McDonald's employees come to my table, one after the other, urging me to vacate the table and leave, even though it's almost an hour before closing time. Nothing like this has ever happened, not at McDonald's or anywhere else. To eat the crap they gave me, I have to stand outside, in the middle of the station. The quality (and quantity) of McDonald's food has dropped dramatically, as has the quality of service. Now they give you ridiculous variations of the advertised sandwiches, and they won't even let you sit down to eat them.

Today I was at the McDonald's near Frankfurt Central Station at 2:30 a.m. and ordered a McDonald's Smart Meal with two chicken burgers. The employees initially claimed they were out of chicken burgers and offered cheeseburgers instead, even though the place was barely busy. I insisted on the chicken burger and got one that was halfway decent. The second burger, however, was inedible: a different bun than usual, no lettuce, no sauce, and the chicken was bad. It made me so sick I almost threw up. I had to cut short the trip and will seek medical advice. Very disappointing and a hygiene concern. Unacceptable—I await an explanation!

I've never experienced anything like that before, where you're standing at the cash register and want to order something and the person sees that there are people queuing and then they close the cash register without saying anything, take their money out and leave without a word. When you ask a member of staff you just get a rude answer. That's outrageous and that's why I only gave it 1 star because that's just cheeky as we then had to queue up again 😡

I've never seen such a dirty McDonald's in all of Germany. They also let people sit there who aren't customers, but are just charging their phones or just sitting around staring.

Long wait Times. Understaffed and bad processes. My order took long, was not hot and the bun was partly dry and my order was incomplete. MC Donalds should Check this Franchise Owner.

Pleasantly surprised. It was really quick. But I was there at a quiet time. You could also redeem vouchers. The burgers looked really good, too.

The lady at the counter was so disrespectful. It was unbelievable. I asked her several times if they still had the black sauce, and clearly. She understood me, but after provocation, she kept asking me several times which sauce. McDonald's currently only has black sauce. I understand that it's hard to understand because of the writing, but that wasn't the case. She did it on purpose. She got very upset and called me rude and started judging me for being rude. That's disrespectful.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and ready to assist with any questions. Breakfast was varied and delicious. Its central location is also ideal for exploring the city. We would definitely choose this hotel again. I highly recommend it!

Last Friday, my breakfast order was completely wrong. I had ordered vegetarian items (a wrap, a mcmuffin, a morning burger, mctoast, pancakes, and an iced coffee), and I received one vegetarian wrap, one meat wrap, and the pancakes. So not only did my wrap have meat on it, but half of it was also missing. I recommend checking directly with the restaurant to make sure everything is correct. Unfortunately, I was already at the office when I noticed it. :/

No restroom for customers is unacceptable.

When we went in, we wanted to order at the counter and were about to pay when security came and simply turned it off, saying we could order up front and not hold people up. When we ordered up front, we got a Coke instead of a Coke Zero, and the second drink was also a Coke, even though it was supposed to be a Fanta. The vanilla shake was missing the caramel sauce, and we got a different size than we ordered. The chicken nuggets were McPlant, not the regular ones. The staff were unfriendly and inattentive.

Absolutely terrible experience. The only thing I ordered was a cheeseburger, fries, and a Coke. I was there at an extremely busy time, but I still got cheeseburgers that were made hours ago. The bun on every one was stuck to the wrapper. The fries were unsalted. The Coke was warm. Never again.

I ordered something but received something else. Although Google Maps shows the opening time until 03:00 AM, from around 1:30 AM the security staff start telling customers that the place will close in 30 minutes and ask them to leave. Today, when I went there around midnight, the security said they only serve coffee and no food. Such obstructions happen regularly.

The meat in the chicken burger was soft as flour. Never again. I'd rather go to the Hauptwache.

There's only one bag for takeout. Because of the grease, the bag ripped after just a few minutes on the platform. The pigeons thanked me, and my dinner was gone.

Worst McDonald's ever. Staff yells at customers about where the order machines are. They can't make items on the menu because they don't know how, like a matcha latte. The samurai burger I ordered was soaking in sauce, and the small amount of lettuce on it looked like it had been stale for days. Unfortunately, McDonald's isn't of the same quality everywhere.

I always check out McDonald's when I travel abroad. This store is located inside Frankfurt Central Station, making it convenient for tourists. It's also open from early morning until late at night. Ordering is done via touchscreen. McDonald's' website is the same around the world and very easy to navigate, so I recommend checking it out before you go! As of 2024, there were no German-exclusive items. In fact, until recently, there was the Big Rösti and Big Rösti Raclette, which were only available in Germany. My favorite at the time was the Mac Royal. I was planning to buy that, but since it wasn't available in Japan anyway, I decided to get something I wanted. When I checked the current website, the same item wasn't sold there anymore. ●McDouble® Chili Cheese €3.59 About ¥620. It's like a double cheeseburger with jalapeños. It's a little spicy. Foreigners love jalapeños, don't they? I like them too, but I wonder why they aren't more popular in Japan. ●Chili-Cheese Snackers €3.99 About ¥688. They're more expensive than hamburgers. They're like a cheese version of chicken nuggets with jalapeños. They're also a little spicy. The perfect snack! ●Curly Fries €3.79 About ¥655. You can't find these fries in Japan! You can choose from eight sauces. I chose the sour cream chive. I wish they sold this sauce in Japan too! The spicy chive flavor with the sour cream was delicious! By the way, my current recommendations are: Hamburger Royal Maple BBQ & Bacon Philly Cheese Stack Chicken Samurai (a bit iffy for Japanese people) I'd like to try Der M®, which uses German beef. Since it's Europe, they also have vegan options. There's also the McRib, which I haven't seen recently, and a wrap sandwich, a staple overseas. For breakfast, they also have the Big Morning Farmer, which uses seeded bread. I'll continue to tour McDonald's around the world!

We wanted to order here with our bonus points, as we've done many times in other stores. But here, they suddenly said it was only possible at the self-service checkouts. There was, of course, a long line there, while there was no one at the regular checkouts and the employees were just standing around. Honestly, I wonder what the regular checkouts are even for here if you have to do everything yourself anyway.

I ordered a caramel macchiato and had to pay extra for the caramel. When I asked why it had the word caramel in front of it, I was told it was all matcha. ????

Terrible service, waited a long time for the order, when we asked to make it as needed quickly, it was already time for the train, the security guard came and started threatening that he would throw us out. They also didn't put one burger, didn't put any sauces, and the fries weren't salty at all.

I ordered a double meal around midnight. Two Royal cheese burgers with fries and a Coke. Both burgers tasted so bad. The burgers had been sitting for a while, and the Coke wasn't carbonated. The cheese in the Royal was anything but Royal. The crust of the patty was pretty hard. All in all, it was a terrible investment. But what can you expect from a place like that where the employees can't even speak German?

If I could give 0 stars, I would have. This dump cheated me out of my sweet and sour sauce, and on top of that, I didn't even get any napkins, so now I have to sit around with greasy fingers. On top of that, the fries have never seen a single grain of salt, and the salad has lived through at least the First World War. My Big Mac had practically no sauce on it, making it so dry it went down like sandpaper. The patty and the bun were as hard as Krupp steel and definitely not fit for consumption. Plus, the monitor didn't work. I've honestly never had such a bad McDonald's experience!!! P.S.: I'm going 100 km/h!

Horrible! Worst McDonald's I've ever been to! The service and food are a disaster! I ordered a Big Tasty meal and got a cold, old burger with soggy tomatoes and wilted lettuce. When I complained, they simply said "the burger was fresh" after touching the top of the bun with my finger.

What a hectic place. Customers push their way to the front brazenly and without shame. At least the staff intervenes when this happens. The atmosphere is hectic, with a lot of customers, and of course, some weird characters from the train station district. The hamburgers were edible. They weren't dry and were fresh. Also, because the staff is attentive, I give it four stars. Germany's weirdest place.

so, apparently they don't have hasbrowns, the pictures to view the items weren't working, and the servers are quite unable to call out your number for some reason that strangers that don't work there have to ask you if that's your order there. this is probably the oldest looking mcdonalds i've ever been to, and by far the worst one. probably and hopefully the last time i'm dining here.

The plant-based nuggets and chicken nuggets we ordered were extremely awful, greasy and foul-tasting, as if they'd been thawed and refrozen several times, a gray, meaty mess. We immediately threw everything away. The burgers were okay, greasy and rather tasteless. The atmosphere was very dirty and loud.

all the tables are dirty and the food is awful.. sat down at a table and asked to wipe it, stood for 10 minutes and waited for it to be wiped but it was still dirty.. ordered 3 burgers and all with black cutlets and the fries looked like they had overheated in a solarium. We will not visit this place again

A solid meatball factory with long opening hours, so you can spend quite a while there. Unfortunately, there are no restrooms.

So I was one night at their drive-in and it supposed to be fast and easy. The time was around 23:40, I was the only person in drive in, no people behind me and no in front of me, also I can see through the window inside there were also only few people, but the waiting time for the order was very long. It is fast food restaurant, not any other type, so I guess it supposed to be fast

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Never go there, even if I'm really hungry! I was worried that the burgers might sit around for a while (I was there relatively late at night). For that reason, I ordered my cheeseburger without a pickle, thinking they might make it fresh. There was a sticker on the outer wrapping paper at the end, which I've never seen before. This was probably used to properly seal the wrapping paper after the old burger had been opened to remove the pickle. The burger was truly inedible; the bun was dry and hard. My chicken burger was of the same quality. Despite being extremely hungry, I had to throw both burgers in the trash. Unfortunately, I couldn't return them because I had to catch the train and only noticed it there.

This was by far the most depressing experience I've ever had. The meals were served in a smaller version, even though I paid extra. The meat was inedible and the salad was moldy. Respect!

Frankfurt train station, what can I say

The behavior of the personnel was not friendly and the atmosphere was very loud and dirty.

Placing an order is nearly impossible. German is a foreign language here. Burgers sit around for hours, ice cold and rock hard.

This morning around 12:30, I bought two Mac Smart meals there. Unfortunately, I only got three hamburgers instead of four. I also ordered a chicken nugget meal, even though I had prepared all the sauces. There were no sauces in it, even though I had taken the things I wanted. I asked again if the sauces were in it. She said yes, and it's not about money. It's about politeness and respect, because that's really not acceptable. People can forget, but even though I specifically asked, she said yes, and in the end, there was no sauce in it.

Dinner was perfectly normal. The Coke Zero and Diet Coke had no ice cubes, no fizz; I could almost see the bottom of the cup, and it was lukewarm.

I've been here several times, and often the food tasted significantly worse than at other McDonald's branches, and many normal functions, like printing receipts at the machine and then paying with cash at the checkout, don't work. You also can't use your app points at this branch. This McDonald's reflects badly on the entire chain, and I'm glad others are much better.

Hessen Days! 11:30 p.m. - a line stretched all the way to the door. I ordered at the counter. The fries were cold, a soft lump with no salt. I wasn't even asked for sauce or mayonnaise. The two cheeseburgers came without lettuce, cucumber, or tomato; the meat was hard and completely bland. Large drink. Despite the offer, I paid almost €15 for everything and threw everything in the trash except for the Coke - disgusting!!!!!!!

Cold food made much earlier. They think that by paying at the cash register and giving it out right away it is ok but it affects the quality. I do not recommend.

The employees aren't in a good mood, but they're not bad either—more mediocre. The branch seems smaller than my 60-square-meter apartment. The frying oil isn't filtered as required. It's more black than yellow. I order McNuggets and get McPlant Nuggets. Am I speaking Chinese or something? The employees' sweat is dripping onto my fries, disgusting 🤮! Never again. I'd rather go to the McCes on Mainzer Landstraße, which reopened today after renovations. :(

The McDonald's at Main Station in Frankfurt is Not the best placed and one can See the Type of people Here, this Restaurant does Not Look hygenic but atleast one would expect a moderate meal but the cheesburgers i got Yesterday were probably from the Last day. The Burgers looked ugly and No Taste i Had to eat Something but IT looked Like i was eating from Garbage!

I ordered 3 burgers to take out, but when I got on the train and opened the box, there were only 2 burgers. I couldn't go back because I was already on the train. And the quality of the apples in the Happy Meal was unbelievable - - It's the worst.

Burger feels like made 4hrs before and staff very bad performance. Ordered take in but given take away parcel. Refused to take as expected angry 😤 faces all and poured pomes on tablet. Well as nothing we can change but atleast behave nicely 16th July 20:50 order preparing guys.

Please note: This isn't a "real" McDonald's; you can't find it in the app, and therefore you can't order from it. I then left the store and enjoyed my breakfast at a nearby shop.

Super fast employees. They're a well-coordinated team. What I think is great is that this McDonald's is guarded by security personnel around the clock. So you can eat in peace at the main station, and the security guards keep beggars and junkies from bothering the customers. I think that's fantastic. Thank you, dear McDonald's team.

Update: The deterioration is accelerating. The salad looked almost hazardous to one's health. When it's not just wilted but already glassy and brown, it's simply disgusting. Somehow, you always wait quite a long time here and get burgers with wilted lettuce, and sometimes the fries are already cold. Ice cream (when the machine works) is okay, coffee is up to the usual McD standard. Not known as a gourmet temple anyway, but the wait times alone (after ordering) are a joke for a train station. I've been on the verge of deciding between taking the train and ordering several times. You'd think you could finish what they call food here in 3 to 5 minutes.

Before ordering, asked if they had a stock of a specific gift of Happy Meal and the employee answered yes, however when I ordered a Happy Meal with the Kiosk selection of the board game. We have received a random other gift. Asked why the other gift was given and the answer was that what we have orderedwas out of stock. What a scam.

Absolutely terrible. I ordered a McFlurry with brownie cubes and a strawberry shake at the counter, meaning there was no room for misunderstanding. I received a McFlurry only half full and with an Oreo instead of a brownie and a vanilla shake (only 2/3 to 0.25 full). Unfortunately, I realized it too late, as I ordered takeout. Furthermore, it's chaotic, dirty, and unfriendly. Never again.

Worst MCD ever.. Cold Nuggets, Cold Burgers

I had to call in sick after eating there yesterday...I've had diarrhea like water for over 20 hours...it really wasn't worth a bag of junk. The burgers were cold even though they were only 10³⁰, so they should still be fresh. I have no idea how long they'd been sitting there...NEVER AGAIN McDonald's!!!

It's getting worse and worse! Unfortunately. The security guards should mind their own business and not worry about when I have to insert my debit card. That's none of your damn business! Doesn't participate in any promotions (glasses). You can't collect points in the app here.

It wasn't two spicy McCrispys as ordered, but two regular McCrispys, and for one, there were fries instead of curly fries. The meat from the McCrispy was very good, crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, only the lettuce was soggy. Some of the fries were hot and some were cold, probably a mix of old and new. The employee was very friendly, even though what was ordered was faulty. The atmosphere was better than I expected for a main station.

I personally feel that the location on the map is off, not in this location. In the morning, there are not many people.

After being yelled at by the security staff (just because we preferred to order from the machine rather than at the counter), we left immediately. Unfortunately, this was the second time that we preferred to go to a competitor.

One of the best mai mai I've ever had in my life.

My cappuccino tastes like water. Even though it has a portafilter, I feel like my drink was made by a fully automatic machine. Not a good start to the day :-(
