The lady at the counter was very unfriendly at first. 9 euros for 4 nuggets and 10 fries that were actually counted was a disgrace. When asked about it, she told us to take it or leave it. The ambience in general is OK, the swimming pool is also OK, but the operator is the owner Very arrogant and unfriendly from the snack bar. We don't buy anything there anymore..!!

Food not good. There are black roasting residues (old fat) on the fries, and the prices are high for the poor quality! Then this woman who wants to bring her food to the man/woman, the unfriendliness in person whether to adults or children! The food is carelessly "placed" on the bowls then mayonnaise/ketchup is slapped on top (open product) no trace of hygiene!! It's really a shame that people like this run a snack bar! Swimming pool is very nice, warm water, children had great fun, sliding etc....all the lifeguards were very friendly, grandson had made seahorses (5€)! Changing rooms clean. We will go there again to swim but we will bring our own food in the future as long as nothing changes there!

Zero stars. Worst currywurst we've ever had and fries probably made in old fat. In addition, the portion was a disgrace in relation to the price. Never again!

Mainzer Landstraße 405We ordered chili cheese fries from the drive-thru earlier (it was completely empty) and paid extra for them. I even asked the nice man if he could add a little more cheese. At home, I opened the package and didn't even see the usual amount, just a tiny blob that somehow wasn't mixed in. Disaster! I want my money back immediately!! Pure rip-off!! Update: Went back a week later. I told them what happened the last time. They added extra sauce. Went home and saw that an entire side dish was missing. My husband went back. All the back and forth made the food cold. Great job, honestly. I have no idea which useless manager works there. But absolutely NOTHING is happening there.

Pfaffenwiese 61ARestaurant calls me and says he couldn't deliver the order because the distance was too far (ordered via Lieferando) wanted 7€ extra so I put it in the hands of the supplier instead of 35.50 he wanted 42.50! I find this dubious criminal tactic absolutely unacceptable! Of course I expect my money back immediately (since I paid online) and it's best that no one orders here to avoid the pointless stress with this strange restaurant!
