As always, understaffed. Long waiting time until you can order. It is impossible to make a selection of products in peace as the advertisements are very short due to the constant image changes. The parking lot was unkempt and unkempt. the guest room uncomfortable and dark. The prices... too expensive.

I took it to go, after 5 minutes when I got to the apartment everything was COLD!!!! Well, I don't recommend it. 😕

Worst Burger King I've ever been to. Although both the restaurant and the drive-thru were open, there were only 2(!) employees there and of course they were overloaded. The restaurant was dirty, the floor was sticky, the air conditioning didn't work (making it hotter inside than outside in the height of summer) and even the toilets were closed. The food was apparently at the normal Burger King level of quality - but I couldn't enjoy it. I definitely won't be coming back.

I ordered two menus and a Cheesy Rösti Lover Double individually via the app. Even though no one else was there, I was asked to drive up and wait. Then the employee came to the car to say that a "Cheesy Rösti Lover Double" was not possible because there were no longer any "Rösti". I wanted the single burger (not exactly cheap at €13.19) from the order then cancel. According to the employee, this wasn't possible because I had already paid. After a long discussion she gave me a "King Burger" with three meat patties. I find such an approach to be cheeky and a rip-off!!! Spent €13 for something I didn't want! In addition (probably due to the long discussion) the fries and burgers from the two menus we ordered were only lukewarm and no longer tasted good. 50€ spent on the bin!!! Never again

Never again! Just been there at the drive in. A menu was ordered without asking what drink you wanted, they just gave you a cola. I also ordered nuggets without any sauce etc. Half of the food was cold and simply inedible. How can you do your job so badly! The branch management should do another training session.

We wanted to grab a quick bite to eat at this Burger King before an event this evening, which we would rather have skipped. The service was overwhelmed and unfriendly. The waiting time was utopian for a fast food restaurant. We waited almost half an hour for our food. We had to exchange a drink because it wasn't the one we ordered. The table we sat at was dirty. We also sat in the semi-darkness because not all the lamps were turned on. Unfortunately very disappointing! That was our first and last visit to this branch today.

Unfortunately, my recent experience at Burger King was extremely disappointing. On October 13th, 2024 I placed an online order that was advertised as having a delivery time of 32 minutes. However, the delivery actually arrived an hour later! The food was lukewarm to cold, even though I live only 700 meters from the branch and the delivery came by car. To my dismay, my order was also missing several items that I had paid for: the Extra Beef Patty, the 9 King Nuggets, and all of the sauces I ordered. I took a photo of the delivered food and submitted it to customer service, but to date, two weeks later, I have not received any response or compensation. I am really disappointed with this service and cannot recommend Burger King in this regard. It is frustrating to pay for a product that is not complete and is delivered in unacceptable condition.

To be honest, I have never experienced a bk as dirty as this. There are few tables in the large interior, it echoes loudly and is very impersonal. The floor, tables and benches are dirty. Service was neutral, food was okay. Parking spaces in front of the bk are also extremely dirty. I will steer clear of this bk in the future.

I like to eat a veggie sometimes 🍔. I think it's pretty good at Burger King. What didn't work at all there was the use of reusable cups. Were calculated but not given to me. Later I remembered that the veggie mayo had also been forgotten

This is the worst fast food restaurant I have seen in my life. The meat is a total disaster, very dry. The bread is also very hard and the employees are unfortunately very unfriendly. You would definitely have to change a lot there and you have to wait a very long time for your order.

One star is still too many! The store is a complete disaster. Ordered two hot brownies with ice cream at the self-service terminal and then the ice cream machine broke. Cheapest Burger King 40 minute wait even though you are the only customer, the food still comes cold and the service doesn't speak German

Service was disastrous. We were pretry much thé onlh people there and half our order was missing + some of it they got wrong when reading our order. Also, it took about twenty minutes to come in which, for a BK IS absurdly long

One of the better BK. Staffed sparsely, but at least the employee tried very hard. The food (9er wings, double Whopper) was really good - because it was freshly fried. I'd be happy to wait a little longer for that. Ambience is ok - not outstanding.

There are originally 2 people working there. A woman who doesn't speak German at the counter and someone who makes the burgers. I waited 25 minutes for my burger and only got it after complaining because the lady was completely overwhelmed. The store has been renovated but the burger tastes even worse than ever.

I haven't visited this branch yet, but I ordered my food via the Bürger King app. As is usual for Citizen King delivery, the fries were cold and part of the order was missing. The phone number is not assigned and therefore you cannot reach anyone. The delivery service is also not helpful, they couldn't help me. It would have been okay if they could have delivered the rest to me later. But if you can't reach one, this is difficult. My last delivery at BK and this branch.

Everything used to be better when ordering curly fries and half and half got them. They taste lukewarm and older. 20 people line up at 8:30 p.m. are hungry and the boss, one waitress and one in the kitchen are there for all the customers. Air conditioning is broken when the outside temperature is 32 degrees, there is no outdoor dining. The burgers are cold and shrunken. The Frankfurt Health Department/Hygiene Team has received the appropriate images; a branch like this should not be managed under such a branch management.

Unbearable heat, they don't speak English or Spanish, the food was burned, it took them a long time to give it to us, they mixed up the orders, a disaster in general.

It used to be better... I ordered some burgers from this branch and they initially tasted good. Unfortunately, a few hours later I developed severe abdominal pain that was so intense that I had to go to the hospital. I was treated in the hospital and felt better afterwards. I recommend making sure that hygiene standards are adhered to before visiting the branch. It would be wise to also consider alternative options such as the nearby McDonald's or another restaurant.

After I got only 2x small fries instead of 2x large fries, only 2x small fries, instead of still water including a deposit, sparkling water without a deposit, instead of KingNuggets, plant-based nuggets and instead of a double burger just a single burger, the relatively unfriendly employee just gave me very willingly given an ice cream.

Everything is too slow, they don't have staff, they make a lot of mistakes when it comes to serving orders, the place is fine but to come eat after a party in the early hours of the morning where nothing is open, it's the perfect place, but what about the rest? Everything is very bad.

A terrible place. The shift manager (Walahasi? Hawali? Something like that was his name) shouts at his customers because they ask for food (waiting time almost 1 hour) and he "can't help it that he has so few employees". The food was very cold. I ordered potatoes with cheese and jalapeños, but they had no cheese at all and the potatoes were completely old. The hamburger had no sauce and the meat was tough. I'm really shocked because the food was really terrible and the money I paid was really wasted. lack of staff and very un-helpful. a friend of mine waited for his order more than 30 mins and then they say that his order was out of stock. he changed his order and waited another 30 mins or more.... many orders were out of stock when the cashier machine took orders. if there was notice/information of out of stock, people would not order and not wait for very long long time... place is mess and does not clean the table, take out garbage and just a mess with no absolute air-conditioning for summer day. I will never go back here

Probably the worst Burger King in Frankfurt am Main. I've been there a few times and the waiting time has always been at least 40 minutes. Disastrous, considering it’s “fast food”. The employees are completely untrained and overwhelmed with the cash register/ordering system and, when asked about the remaining waiting time, look at you like a car or ignore you completely. But that is the fault of the person responsible who selects and trains the employees. The client is also something to complain about, but the juice shop can't do anything about that, that's just the Gallusviertel. Otherwise my order was also made incorrectly. 2 times fries were missing and I was given mayonnaise instead of the ketchup I wanted - well, I couldn't use it anyway without the fries. 1 star and absolutely not recommended. There are better alternatives at the main train station and at the Hauptwache.

The branch seems neglected at best and the facilities + restaurant are always very dirty and unkempt. The entrance is opposite the exit and this 1-way regulation is imposed on you. The gallery /2. Sock (with the toilets!!!) It has been unusable for a long time and barricaded with barrier tape. Access to the disabled toilet to at least wash your hands is also denied by the unfriendly staff and the toilet is even locked. Conclusion: Better to go somewhere else!

This was during the daytime. Seems there were more customers than staff so service was slower than slow. No AC so it was warm inside. One guy taking orders and making up meals for customers. He deserves a 5* rating alone.

I've never experienced that before in a Burger King. I waited over an hour for my food and I wasn't the only one. There were about 10 other people waiting for their food. You don't normally wait that long, even if the store was extremely full, but it wasn't even full but normally occupied. I don't understand how it even works that it takes so long to make 4 burgers? The tables weren't cleared and were dirty. There is one person working at the front and one at the drive counter who also comes to the checkout every now and then. There were 3 people in the kitchen but they still couldn't get the burgers ready in a few minutes. Avoid the store unless you have enough time and clean the table yourself (you have time) or order to take away

The operator has not been able to hire enough staff since 2018. A poor employee has to serve the drive-in and the restaurant at the same time. On average, you can get “fast” food after 30 minutes, and at peak times you can also wait 60 minutes.
