Ordered ice cream and fries at 11 pm, still nothing after 2 hours, drove there myself to pick up the food, no apology or compensation, never again

Ordered food online, waited three hours, and no delivery. Then I got a notification saying the food was supposedly delivered two hours ago, but it never arrived. I kept my money anyway. After what felt like 100 calls, I couldn't get through to anyone. Never again!

We ate here for the first time in a long time. The food was okay but not very hot. The service was friendly. The restaurant is quite large and high, but it has hardly any tables. It looks really cold and uncomfortable. You only sit here when you have to. I don't understand why so much space is simply empty...

Because the ordering machine wasn't working, I got a fries. I found the salad surprisingly fresh.

Although nice and spacious, the orders for 5 people had 7-8 mistakes in them. Something’s definitely wrong with the organisation around the kitchen 😅

I ordered through Lieferando despite the bad reviews because they weren't open much at 11 p.m. The burger bun was dry. The lettuce in the burger was old and soggy. The fries were dry on the outside and soggy on the inside. What a waste of money. At least we didn't get free food poisoning :)

No oat milk for the iced coffee, even though that's what we ordered, and then we were lied to, saying it was oat milk. Even though we saw the cow's milk carton.

When ordering via Drive-In or take-away, parts of the order are usually(!) missing.

This was the dirtiest BK I've ever been to. There were trays of the usual trash on almost every table. The outdoor area was a disaster and hidden away, with a lackluster playground. I don't blame the staff; they're probably a lousy employer. Better to use the drive-thru.

The employees here are also no longer motivated. The quality has never been good, and something is always mixed up or forgotten. Once, even the fries were almost raw, and the crispy chicken was simply covered in Big King sauce.

The ordering terminal didn't print a receipt, so I couldn't prove I'd paid. And then part of my order was missing. Since it was takeout, I unfortunately didn't notice until I got home. 1* for the friendly employee.

I'm ACTUALLY a Whopper fan. But the quality at many BK branches leaves a lot to be desired. The branch in Frankfurt's Gallus district, however, takes the cake: See yesterday's photo. Find the mistake. That's supposed to be a Whopper. No tomato inside, and not even ketchup on it. And also: The fries were thrown upside down into the carrier bag. The carrier bag itself was crumpled at the top. As far as I know, they have to be folded properly – BK's requirement regarding quality and image. But my impression is that they don't do that. Apparently, they can do without customers. Waiting time +30 minutes. Staff completely overwhelmed and apparently not properly trained. If I hadn't noticed the fake Whopper at home and the fries scattered throughout the carrier bag, I would have complained right away. In total, we ordered 3 Whoppers and 1 Big King, each as a meal – we wanted to have a Whopper party at home with a movie night. But thanks to the absolute incompetence of the BK staff, there was no celebration. Instead, there was a bad mood, discussions about whether or not to go back, and complaining about the staff. At least the film was good. Simply very annoying!

So it's dirty and it took forever

Just a juice shop, waited 40 minutes for food! And you could see the employees' shoes being resoled while walking.

By far the worst Burger King I've ever experienced. Too few staff, and the staff who were there were completely unmotivated. I stood at the drive-thru for 20 minutes, only to be told that the card reader was broken. I was just at a drive-thru and the colleague said he's not allowed to take orders because they don't have many employees and you're supposed to order from inside. Where's the logic?

Delivery was delayed, and when the food finally arrived, it was far below standard. The fries tasted like leftovers, and several items from the order were missing, including cola, sauces for all the sides, and one other item entirely. After waiting so long, it’s frustrating and unfair to not receive what I paid for. A complete waste of time and money.

We were here around 11:30. The service was really nice; he asked if I needed anything. A really delicious Baba Burger. The fries were perfectly salty, the Coke was perfect, and the ice cream was perfectly ice cold. Wow. The atmosphere was perfect, everything was clean, quiet, wow. I can't say anything better. It's just fast food but the staff was very friendly and helpful. Especially Marcel. There was a problem with my brownies and he immediately found a solution that we both agreed on.

The branch is officially open until 3:00 a.m. on Fridays. At 2:20 a.m., employees called us to the cash register because they had closed the kitchen and were therefore no longer allowed to order via kiosks. They only offered us the leftovers that could no longer be sold. Accordingly, both the fries and the burger were cold and soggy. The Coke also had no ice cubes and hardly any flavor. After repeatedly asking, we were told the kitchen had closed and preparing a new burger would take seven minutes, which was too long (and all this at 2:20 a.m.). 2.5 stars is 2.5 stars too many, a shame! I'd rather drive to McDonald's and it takes three minutes longer!

That was the last time I went to this Burger King. I waited over 45 minutes for my order. When I finally got my order, everything was wrong and they had to make me 4 new burgers. I then canceled everything and asked for my money back. They should close down. I'd rather go to McDonald's in Griesheim.

An extremely disgusting, filthy Hebatittis toilet. I took several pictures of it and will now email them to the health department. Disgusting. Das Fleisch war hart und trocken, der Burger insgesamt kaum saftig, und es fehlte deutlich an Soße. Nichts schmeckte frisch, alles wirkte lieblos zubereitet. Für den Preis, den wir gezahlt haben, fühle ich mich ehrlich gesagt abgezockt. So stellt man sich Fast Food nicht vor. Schade – ich war früher gerne bei Burger King, aber nach diesem Besuch sicher nicht mehr in dieser Filiale.

The store is far too large and very noisy. The upstairs area is wasted space because it's the only place for the restrooms. We had ordered and eaten at the self-order terminal just before, but wanted to pick up some more for the drive home and redeem points for it. Atmosphere: There were dead insects all over the windowsills, and there was no toilet paper in the bathroom.

The place is not clean, the floor is sticky everywhere, missing products during the order process are stuck to the ordering terminal on A4 paper that has more spelling mistakes than words. Hello Burger King team, We were with you recently and wanted to give you some honest feedback. The young guy with short hair at the checkout was really quick, friendly and had everything under control. Really good guy! Unfortunately we can't say the same about the colleague in the shirt. She seemed somehow rude and overwhelmed, almost a bit clumsy, as if she was already overloaded with the simplest customer interaction. Maybe she needs a little more training or just a task that suits her better. But hey, the burger was still tasty, and the short hair saved the day! Maybe you can praise him, he deserves it.
