10 minutes of waiting and still no staff, you can only starve

Actually zero stars because the food was cold and old, the staff was underrated and unfriendly, they couldn't keep up with the orders and even if an order was processed, the help was missing, really dissatisfied, not recommended to anyone 😡

It used to be better... I ordered some burgers from this branch and they initially tasted good. Unfortunately, a few hours later I developed severe abdominal pain that was so intense that I had to go to the hospital. I was treated in the hospital and felt better afterwards. I recommend making sure that hygiene standards are adhered to before visiting the branch. It would be wise to also consider alternative options such as the nearby McDonald's or another restaurant.

Everything is too slow, they don't have staff, they make a lot of mistakes when it comes to serving orders, the place is fine but to come eat after a party in the early hours of the morning where nothing is open, it's the perfect place, but what about the rest? Everything is very bad.

A terrible place. The shift manager (Walahasi? Hawali? Something like that was his name) shouts at his customers because they ask for food (waiting time almost 1 hour) and he "can't help it that he has so few employees". The food was very cold. I ordered potatoes with cheese and jalapeños, but they had no cheese at all and the potatoes were completely old. The hamburger had no sauce and the meat was tough. lack of staff and very un-helpful. a friend of mine waited for his order more than 30 mins and then they say that his order was out of stock. he changed his order and waited another 30 mins or more.... many orders were out of stock when the cashier machine took orders. if there was notice/information of out of stock, people would not order and not wait for very long long time... place is mess and does not clean the table, take out garbage and just a mess with no absolute air-conditioning for summer day. Probably the worst Burger King in Frankfurt am Main. I've been there a few times and the waiting time has always been at least 40 minutes. Disastrous, considering it’s “fast food”. The employees are completely untrained and overwhelmed with the cash register/ordering system and, when asked about the remaining waiting time, look at you like a car or ignore you completely. But that is the fault of the person responsible who selects and trains the employees. The client is also something to complain about, but the juice shop can't do anything about that, that's just the Gallusviertel. Otherwise my order was also made incorrectly. 2 times fries were missing and I was given mayonnaise instead of the ketchup I wanted - well, I couldn't use it anyway without the fries. 1 star and absolutely not recommended. There are better alternatives at the main train station and at the Hauptwache.

The branch seems neglected at best and the facilities + restaurant are always very dirty and unkempt. The entrance is opposite the exit and this 1-way regulation is imposed on you. The gallery /2. The service in this restaurant is just awful. The Employees argue in front of customers, are demotivated and extremely needy long to prepare an order. Besides us, there was another guest at the counter and a car was in the drive-thru. So not really much activity. The restaurant itself doesn't offer an inviting sight - there's a lot of peeling on the walls the color is off, it's dirty and doesn't look inviting. Furthermore, they were Burgers were dry and the chili cheese nuggets we ordered were definitely not there either fresh ; They consisted only of breading, no trace of Köse. Location does not accept Discover credit cards and kiosk machines do not print out on receipt your order number so if you don't memory number, be prepared to show receipt and have staff take it away from you and never give back. Restrooms are located upstairs, so keep that in mind. If a guest does not clean up after themselves, it may take staff awhile to realize to clean up after them. Prepare for 15 to 20 min wait time. Generally on par of what you'd expect from Burger King in Germany. Food prepared perfectly and consistently. No refills on soda.

It was loud and cold in the guest room. Toilets on the first floor are closed, toilets for disabled people on the ground floor are dirty and some of the installations are broken.
