Kurz gesagt: mieser Laden. Ich habe noch nie so langsame, unmovierte Mitarbeiter in einem erlebt. Fast nichts im Laden los gewesen und man wartet teils 20-30 Minuten auf sein Essen. Tempo kennt man hier nicht. In aller Seelenruhe wird vor sich hingetaumelt. Apropo Essen...das war das schlechteste BK Food meines Lebens. Latschig, verfettet, einfach ekelhaft.

Ist momentan wegen Renovierung geschlossen Sobald ihr wieder geöffnet habt und alles gut funktioniert kann ich entsprechend neu bewerten. Vor Ort essen war nicht möglich da es geschlossen ist wegen Bauarbeiten aufgrund von Renovierung.

Über Lieferando bestellt. Nichts angekommen. Angerufen und nachgefragt, wurde mir gesagt, dass die Bestellung unterwegs ist. Seit 2 Stunden warten wir darauf und nach einem erneuten Anruf, 7(!!)x, ging keiner mehr dran. Drecks Laden!!!!!!

Ich hatte noch nie im Leben so viel Spaß in eine herkömmlichen Fast-Food-Kette wie in diesem königlichen Burger. Da die ganze Wirtschaft unter Renovierungsarbeiten leidet, mussten die Bestellungen von Speis und Trank an dem Drive-In-Schalter getätigt werden. Wir waren zu Fuß unterwegs, trafen allerdings auf Gleichgesinnte, die nach einem langen Pilgerweg ebenfalls ihren Hunger und Durst stillen wollten. Aus diesem Grund wurde die Stimmung der Taverne nach draußen verlegt. Es wurde gesungen, gelacht und getanzt als wäre der Wein unsere letzte Hoffnung gewesen, denn das Essen hat lange auf sich warten lassen und schmeckte nur, da unsere Pilger Brüder und Schwestern so hungrig waren. Danke für die unvergessliche Zeit von der ich meinen Enkeln eines Tages noch erzählen werde.

Ich esse höchstens einmal im Jahr "Fast Food", hier ist "fast" jedoch maximal unangebracht, man wartet auf das Essen in etwa genauso lange, wie in jedem gewöhnlichen Restaurant. Vorteil: alles frisch zubereitet. Das Publikum in diesem Bürger King sehr nervös und nervig, alle paar Sekunden ein "Ey Bruda" oder ähnliche Sprüche. - Mein Sohn hatte einfache "Hamburger", diese Dinger sind maximal belustigend (siehe Bilder). Wer einen Job sucht, hier gibt's Arbeit! Auch dazu 2 Bilder beigefügt. Pluspunkt: Erreichbarkeit und Parkplätze. Vor dem Restaurant direkt eine Haltestelle (siehe Foto), dahinter sehr viele Parkplätze.

Auf Lieferando bestellt und 1Stunde Lieferzeit bekommen. Auf Anrufe wird nicht reagiert und nach 2Stunden ist immernoch nichts angekommen. Bodenlose Frechheit.

Ich habe ein Coupon mit Nuggets bestellt und bekam Chili cheese Fries dann sag ich das das falsch war und haben mir chilli cheese balls

Ich war mit einem Freund dort. 2 Tage später haben wir beide böseste Mahen-Darm-Probleme. Ich habe auf irgendwas bitteres in meinem Whopper gebissen und hatte einen sehr üblen Nachgeschmack. Der Eistee hatte einen super ranzigen Geschmack. Die Toiletten waren unglaublich dreckig. Beide verstopft und vollgemacht.

Ich bin begeistert, ein wunderschönes Stück, das sich definitiv gelohnt hat.

Der Hamburger Whopper mit Käse und Bacon war eine Katastrophe, trocken alles trocken trotz einer frischen Bestellung. Von mir keine Empfehlung, das war mein letzter Besuch

Alte, trockene Burger. Einfach nur unglaublich. Nie wieder!

Gerade eben über Lieferando bestellt. Das Essen kam in einer kaputten Tüte die mit Kleberstreifen geklebt war. Meine Rechnung was 16,26€ der Lieferant bekam 52€ und sagte ich zu ihm 17€ und bekam 33€ zurück. Was soll das?! Kann er nich rechnen oder macht er das bei allen anderen Kunden auch?! Das Essen war kalt und Ungenießbar! Nie wieder!!! Ihr kriegt das wirklich nicht hin, so läuft es immer und immer wieder bei Euch. Schämt Euch einfach!

Furchtbar, drinnen sind Obdachlose, kein Wasser in der Toilette und es stinkt überall nach Obdachlosen!!!!

Ein toller Ort, wir wurden freundlich empfangen, das Hähnchen war einen Tick zu durchgebraten, aber die Leute und der Ort hatten eine entspannte Atmosphäre.

Kann mich leider den anderen Bewertungen nur anschließen. Der Laden war fast leer und ich habe 15 Minuten auf meinen Burger gewartet und dann war er noch kalt…

Die 5 Sterne gibt es nur für die 3 Angestellten die diesen Laden am laufen halten. Unglaublich das so etwas seitens Burger King toleriert wird. In der Küche 2 Leute, am Tresen eine einzige nette junge Frau. Ich habe auf 2 Burger 35min gewartet. Ca. 20 Gäste haben gewartet. Die Angestellte am Tresen musste alleine Kassieren, Einpacken, Bestellungen entgegennehmen, und den Drive In bedienen. Das geht gar nicht. Hut ab vor diesen Leuten. Burger King sollte sich für diese Filiale schämen. Das ist nicht mehr normal.

1 Stern Der Service in dieser Burger-King-Filiale an der Mainzer Landstraße ist leider seit längerer Zeit konstant schwach. Lange Wartezeiten waren dort in der Vergangenheit schon keine Überraschung mehr, aber mein heutiger Besuch war wirklich der Tiefpunkt. Ich war am Drive-in und wollte lediglich eine Bestellung aufgeben. Vor mir war kein einziges Auto. Trotzdem wurde mir gesagt, ich solle vorfahren und am vorderen Schalter bestellen. Soweit noch verständlich, wenn viel los ist oder der Ablauf gerade nicht funktioniert. Was danach kam, war allerdings völlig inakzeptabel. Ich stand rund 15 Minuten dort, ohne dass meine Bestellung überhaupt aufgenommen wurde. Es ging also nicht darum, lange auf das Essen zu warten, sondern allein darum, überhaupt bestellen zu dürfen. Der Mitarbeiter lief mehrfach sichtbar hin und her und bediente andere Kunden, was grundsätzlich nachvollziehbar ist. Aber es gab keinerlei klare Information, keine Einschätzung der Wartezeit, keine kurze Rückmeldung, nichts. Man stand einfach wie bestellt und vergessen am Schalter. Wenn der Drive-in faktisch nicht bedient werden kann, sollte man ihn ehrlich schließen oder den Kunden direkt sagen, dass es länger dauert. Aber jemanden mit „gleich“ warten zu lassen und dann 15 Minuten komplett zu ignorieren, ist einfach schlechter Service. Besonders absurd ist das, wenn man der einzige wartende Autofahrer ist. Hinter mir sind ebenfalls Autos wieder weggefahren, weil offensichtlich niemand ernsthaft bedient wurde. Fast Food muss kein Luxus-Erlebnis sein. Niemand erwartet Fünf-Sterne-Service. Aber eine Bestellung innerhalb einer angemessenen Zeit aufzunehmen, sollte bei einer Fast-Food-Kette mit Drive-in nun wirklich keine betriebliche Meisterleistung sein. Andere Ketten bekommen das unter vergleichbarer Belastung auch hin. Am Ende bin ich ohne Bestellung weggefahren, weil ich nicht eingesehen habe, dort noch Geld zu lassen. Der Drive-in wirkt in dieser Filiale eher wie Dekoration als wie ein funktionierender Servicebereich. Fazit: Schlechte Organisation, schwache Kommunikation und Wartezeiten, die für Fast Food schlicht lächerlich sind. Nachtrag: Auf meine Bewertung wurde vom Inhaber geantwortet mit der Bitte, mich beim Kundenservice zu melden. Das werde ich tun. Ich möchte aber klarstellen: Es ging nicht um eine normale Wartezeit oder darum, dass es in der Filiale voll war. Das Problem war, dass der Drive-in faktisch nicht bedient wurde und ich etwa 15 Minuten warten musste, ohne überhaupt eine Bestellung aufgeben zu können. Eine klare Rückmeldung oder Wartezeiteinschätzung gab es ebenfalls nicht. Genau diese fehlende Organisation und Kommunikation ist der eigentliche Kritikpunkt.

Das ist der ekelhafteste Laden, den ich jemals gesehen habe.

Schlechtester BK. Waren über die Jahre öfters da, fast jedes Mal enttäuscht. Getränke werden nicht bis zur Linie aufgefüllt, Pommes oftmals kleinere Portion ausgegeben, und Double Chili Cheese waren schon 2 Mal mit nur einer Scheibe Fleisch. Wartezeiten sind auch unfassbar, desöfteren über 30 Minuten.

Wir kamen an einen Montag 20min vor Ladenschluss und die mitarbeiter haben schon den Laden zu gemacht und abgeschlossen. An Öffnungszeiten sollte man sich schon halten.

extrem lange wartezeit. war letztens auch schon so obwohl kaum was los ist. und ich glaube bei plantbased geben die fleischprodukte. Man sollte diesen Laden meiden wenn man religiös oder vegan ist. essen war kalt. hab es dann weg geschmissen weil ich dem ganzen nicht traueit diesen komischen mitarbeitern.

Leider recht runtergekommen und schmutzig der Laden. Getränkepfütze am Boden. Tische schmutzig, durch die Fenster konnte man vor Schmutz kaum schauen. Schade

Mich 1 Stunde auf die Bestellung warten lassen und nicht rangehen, obwohl mir telefonisch versprochen wurde, es würdeit 25 min klappen ist crasy. Ich wohne 10 min Entfernt, wenn nicht weniger, was meistert man da für ein Kunstwerk 1 Sunde lang? Ich bestelle nicht mehr bei denen. Lügnerrrrr

Sehr langsamer Burgerking. Niemals bestellen, wenn man unter Zeitdruck steht. Restaurants servieren schneller.

Personal ist echt schlecht. Burgerking ist kein Gourmet Tempel..schon klar. Aber jeder Besuch ist katastrophal. Wartezeiten ohne Ende.

On November 30th at 8 pm, I was at the Burger King branch in Gallus. It was extremely dirty. The man, who only wore one glove, handled the money with that glove and then grabbed my fries. Please stop doing that. Otherwise, I won't be coming back!

It's clean, you hardly have to wait, and it tastes good.

A nice, large restaurant was clean and tidy when we were there. The staff was friendly, not like before. It was tasty, too.

It used to be better... I ordered some burgers from this branch, which tasted good at first. Unfortunately, a few hours later I developed severe stomach pains so intense that I had to go to the hospital. I was treated there and felt better afterward. I recommend checking that hygiene standards are being met before visiting this branch. It would also be advisable to consider alternative options, such as the nearby McDonald's or another restaurant. Update: They put very few fries in my box.

The best restaurant tastes too good

The space is spacious and the seats are well spaced, making it comfortable. I had the Christmas menu, and it tasted similar to a Whopper. There's no children's play area, which is common at most other places. There seemed to be space for outdoor tables, but it seemed to have been cleared out for the winter. They provide Christmas truck toys, but the quality isn't that great.

I stood in the drive-thru for 15 minutes and there was only one car in front of me the whole time. I'll just spend my money elsewhere. 👍🏾 Goodbye forever!

The food is very good and tastes delicious, and the staff is very nice.

The food's taste, in my opinion, fluctuated wildly between average and significantly below average for Burger King. The service was consistently abysmal. For example, staff once locked the door and served customers only through the drive-thru without leaving a note or anything.

I felt sick that evening. The chicken didn't taste like meat. It was so unappetizing that I had to throw away half my tortilla. Long wait times and food mixed up. And all for €15. Definitely not recommended.

We were there in the evening after ordering, and it took ages for the food to arrive, even though it wasn't properly heated. The restaurant itself was nicely designed.

The employees here are also no longer motivated. The quality has never been good, and something is always mixed up or forgotten. Once, even the fries were almost raw, and the crispy chicken was simply covered in Big King sauce. But the employees can't be blamed for the stress.

We were passing through yesterday and stopped for a quick bite to eat. It smelled strongly of sewage upon entering the store, and there were small puddles everywhere on the floor (in corners), etc. Unfortunately, the food was only lukewarm, and the restrooms were a disaster: it stank, it was dirty, and there was no toilet paper.

I didn't like the chicken burger at all and it seems very chaotic in this branch.

Unfortunately, takeout and drive-thru orders are usually missing at least one burger. So always check the contents of these orders before leaving!

Ordered ice cream and fries at 11 pm, still nothing after 2 hours, drove there myself to pick up the food, no apology or compensation, never again

Ordered food online, waited three hours, and no delivery. Then I got a notification saying the food was supposedly delivered two hours ago, but it never arrived. I kept my money anyway. After what felt like 100 calls, I couldn't get through to anyone. Never again!

We ate here for the first time in a long time. The food was okay but not very hot. The service was friendly. The restaurant is quite large and high, but it has hardly any tables. It looks really cold and uncomfortable. You only sit here when you have to. I don't understand why so much space is simply empty...

Because the ordering machine wasn't working, I got a fries. I found the salad surprisingly fresh.

Although nice and spacious, the orders for 5 people had 7-8 mistakes in them. Something’s definitely wrong with the organisation around the kitchen 😅

I ordered through Lieferando despite the bad reviews because they weren't open much at 11 p.m. The burger bun was dry. The lettuce in the burger was old and soggy. The fries were dry on the outside and soggy on the inside. What a waste of money. At least we didn't get free food poisoning :)

Very unhygienic hands were greasy and full of everything

No oat milk for the iced coffee, even though that's what we ordered, and then we were lied to, saying it was oat milk. Even though we saw the cow's milk carton.

This was the dirtiest BK I've ever been to. There were trays of the usual trash on almost every table. The outdoor area was a disaster and hidden away, with a lackluster playground. I don't blame the staff; they're probably a lousy employer. Better to use the drive-thru.

The ordering terminal didn't print a receipt, so I couldn't prove I'd paid. And then part of my order was missing. Since it was takeout, I unfortunately didn't notice until I got home. 1* for the friendly employee.

I'm ACTUALLY a Whopper fan. But the quality at many BK branches leaves a lot to be desired. The branch in Frankfurt's Gallus district, however, takes the cake: See yesterday's photo. Find the mistake. That's supposed to be a Whopper. No tomato inside, and not even ketchup on it. And also: The fries were thrown upside down into the carrier bag. The carrier bag itself was crumpled at the top. As far as I know, they have to be folded properly – BK's requirement regarding quality and image. But my impression is that they don't do that. Apparently, they can do without customers. Waiting time +30 minutes. Staff completely overwhelmed and apparently not properly trained. If I hadn't noticed the fake Whopper at home and the fries scattered throughout the carrier bag, I would have complained right away. In total, we ordered 3 Whoppers and 1 Big King, each as a meal – we wanted to have a Whopper party at home with a movie night. But thanks to the absolute incompetence of the BK staff, there was no celebration. Instead, there was a bad mood, discussions about whether or not to go back, and complaining about the staff. At least the film was good. Simply very annoying!

I was just at a drive-thru and the colleague said he's not allowed to take orders because they don't have many employees and you're supposed to order from inside. Where's the logic?

So it's dirty and it took forever

By far the worst Burger King I've ever experienced. Too few staff, and the staff who were there were completely unmotivated. I stood at the drive-thru for 20 minutes, only to be told that the card reader was broken. I had to get back in line, which was too much of a hassle for me, as I would have likely waited another 30 minutes.

Short staffing, drinks were warm, and the food was absolutely disgusting! It took an incredibly long time for the food to be ready, and they kept forgetting things! And it didn't look good! I'd rather give it 0 stars! The machines don't work properly, and you can't redeem coupons! You pay way too much for such poor service and in general!

Just a juice shop, waited 40 minutes for food! And you could see the employees' shoes being resoled while walking.

Service ends at the ordering machine. Unfriendly! Absolute disaster! Update 08/10/2025: I can't believe I'm back here already. Ordered a Coke 15 minutes ago. The drink is very warm. I asked for ice cubes and got some immediately (great). Now I just have to wait 10 minutes until the drink is cold.
