We ordered chili cheese fries from the drive-thru earlier (it was completely empty) and paid extra for them. I even asked the nice man if he could add a little more cheese. At home, I opened the package and didn't even see the usual amount, just a tiny blob that somehow wasn't mixed in. Disaster! I want my money back immediately!! Pure rip-off!! Update: Went back a week later. I told them what happened the last time. They added extra sauce. Went home and saw that an entire side dish was missing. My husband went back. All the back and forth made the food cold. Great job, honestly. I have no idea which useless manager works there. But absolutely NOTHING is happening there.

Probably the most disgusting Burger King in Germany. The restrooms are awful: dirty toilets, no soap, and no towels. Luckily I didn't order anything there, otherwise I probably would have died of food poisoning.

At 12:25 AM, the employee was already yelling that they were closing, even though they were supposed to be open until 1 AM. When we said, "Yes, 2 minutes please," because we were ordering on the computer, he simply shut down the computer before we could complete our order. When we wanted to leave, they even locked the doors. Unbelievable!! I absolutely do NOT recommend this place to ANYONE!!! I'd rather drive 20 minutes to Sossenheim than ever set foot in here again.

The young guy with short hair at the checkout was really quick, friendly and had everything under control. Really good guy! Unfortunately we can't say the same about the colleague in the shirt. She seemed somehow rude and overwhelmed, almost a bit clumsy, as if she was already overloaded with the simplest customer interaction. Maybe she needs a little more training or just a task that suits her better. But hey, the burger was still tasty, and the short hair saved the day! Maybe you can praise him, he deserves it.

Then the employee came to the car to say that a "Cheesy Rösti Lover Double" was not possible because there were no longer any "Rösti". Unfortunately, my recent experience at Burger King was extremely disappointing. On October 13th, 2024 I placed an online order that was advertised as having a delivery time of 32 minutes. However, the delivery actually arrived an hour later! The food was lukewarm to cold, even though I live only 700 meters from the branch and the delivery came by car. To my dismay, my order was also missing several items that I had paid for: the Extra Beef Patty, the 9 King Nuggets, and all of the sauces I ordered. I took a photo of the delivered food and submitted it to customer service, but to date, two weeks later, I have not received any response or compensation. I am really disappointed with this service and cannot recommend Burger King in this regard. It is frustrating to pay for a product that is not complete and is delivered in unacceptable condition.
