The kids complained that the milkshakes tasted weird. I tried them myself, and yes, they were definitely spoiled! Inedible. The employee explained that it was normal for them to taste like that after a few minutes. I explained that he wasn't allowed to sell them like that. He didn't care. I didn't give them a refund. For me, as a single mother, that was a lot of money I spent here today with all those meals. I really wished for better service and not a damn case of food poisoning!

I've been here several times, but now I can't put up with this anymore. The employees were looking at the special offer poster to figure out what kind of salad to put on the burger... People are checked out individually, they wait for each burger until it's ready, and only then do they place the next order. This place isn't doing well. Just avoid it.

A drive-thru at 11 PM on a Friday is a total disaster. It takes 20 minutes because one (!) guy at the window takes your order, collects it, and then reverently gathers everything together. How inefficient is that?

I've been to this McDonald's often. Unfortunately, there's a guy who constantly talks loudly. You can hear him from everywhere, and you can't get enough peace and quiet, even without ice. Drinks are available during the summer. Long wait times, and only one employee can order.

Service was unfriendly, slow, and rude. Everything was dirty. Never again.

Sorry, what was once a fast-food restaurant is a joke. People are given priority because someone else's order is easier to understand. Extremely understaffed.

Thank you, Burger King Hanauer Landstraße, for the perfect Sunday evening disaster package! At 8:30 p.m. in the drive-through, you can be served on the intercom with a tone reminiscent of an offended vacuum cleaner: "Please move to the front!" – sure, gladly, but I'll just push the five people in front of me aside so I can teleport directly to the counter. Saving time isn't important when you're planning on waiting 35 minutes before you can even order. Inside, the fun continues seamlessly. The floor is so sticky that you wonder if they're serving glue instead of ketchup; with every step, you create an acoustic concert of bubble gum. The restrooms, on the other hand, are a wet dream – in the truest sense of the word: disgusting, dark, and with a scent that lies somewhere between "surprise biohazard" and "forgotten cesspool." Conclusion: If you're looking to be humiliated, covered in sticky stuff, and covered in disinfectant on a Sunday evening, this is the place for you. For everyone else, I recommend: Keep driving until the navigation message "You have reached your destination" no longer sounds like pure mockery.

Terrible condition. The toilets were run down and almost all broken. No soap, towels, or toilet paper. Unfriendly and rude service. First and last visit. The food was decent.

The food was OK. The lady at the counter was unfriendly. I had ordered, among other things, a blond brownie and got a dark one. When I pointed out that I had ordered the blondie, she just said cheekily, "You didn't say blondie," and annoyedly swapped it and then forgot the sauce. My companion heard the "blondie." Then the restrooms were terrible. The men's toilet seat was there, but it was loose, and the lid was completely missing. Loose toilet paper was lying on the floor, which must have been the remains of the last roll. There was nothing in the dispenser. Hand soap was empty. The electric hand dryer was broken, and there were no paper towels to replace it. That was the last time we went there. It should have been a cause for concern that the place was pretty empty despite it being lunchtime.

This isn't my first time here. One of the employees is constantly yelling. He's in the back kitchen, and you can hear him throughout the entire restaurant, which is uncomfortable. He seems to only be shouting, but it's extremely unpleasant.

Hi, I was just at the Mac Drive Burger King. After such a sunny day, I treated myself to an iced coffee for €3.99. Three-quarters full with ice cubes, the rest a sip of coffee and a tiny sip of chocolate sauce. After just one drink, it was already gone. A tip for everyone else: order without ice cubes; you'll get ripped off.

Went to the drive in at 10:15 p.m. Waited there 5 minutes for 2 burgers. Apparently only one lady available for the checkout and drive-thru. Not so wild. Unfortunately both burgers were totally cold.

When you enter Burger King's you notice the “slightly” dirty restaurant. The toilets are a complete disaster. Very unclean, the faucet shoots in all directions, the soap dispenser was empty and the device for drying hands was defective. The small children turn the restaurant into an indoor playground. The lady behind the counter seemed very stressed as she was in charge of both the drive-thru and the counter. On top of that, she was very unfriendly and gave me an incomplete order and then had the audacity to argue. Nothing can be said about the food itself. It was freshly prepared and was very tasty. I can strongly advise against a visit.

Preferably no star at all It closed 13 minutes earlier than closing time and there were still guests sitting there. Then you could have written open until 11:30 p.m.!

The staff worked quickly and was friendly to customers. The food was severely lacking in quality. It tasted burnt and the frying oil probably hadn't been replaced in a long time. Only a few hours later I could no longer withstand the nausea and found the food in front of me as vomit. I couldn't eat anything for the rest of the day because of a weak stomach. There was a lack of ordering terminals. The sign and the furnishings of the restaurant have been out of date for at least 5 years and the Frankfurt society in the restaurant contributed all too well to the poor atmosphere.

Friday evening, shortly before 10 p.m., not much going on. You think it's going to be quick. There were only two people in front of me and I had to wait 5 minutes to even get my order. Burgers then took another 10(!!!) minutes. Without words

Weekday, 8:30 p.m. A car in front of me in the drive-thru. Waited 25 minutes before I could even order. A maximum of three guests in the restaurant. The employee was responsible for both the drive-in and the in-house area. With that kind of wait, you might as well go to a normal restaurant and eat something decent. It would be better to close the restaurant straight away.

The place seemed clean but the staff was very unmotivated. There was also no salad so I had to take fries with the menu.

The food tasted as usual, but both I and my companion had... Next day stomach pain, which is due to eating. The ordering process is complicated and one person does both the inside and outside customers including the assembly. It didn't seem hygienic how the work was done. Nobody wears a hat in the kitchen. The furniture is junk. The bench I was sitting on tipped over forward. That wasn't safe. The parking lot is confusing, poorly signposted and not lit. The toilets were old, but not as dirty as one would expect.

The person who served me today was so rude and disgusting that I wanted to turn around and leave. When I asked her why she was acting like that, she just shrugged her shoulders.

Whopper always freshly prepared for me? Unfortunately mine was cold. But the fries and onion rings were fresh and tasty. Not crowded on Sunday at 1:00 p.m. but the tables weren't cleaned.

We were the only customers on Sunday lunchtime. The display boards change so quickly that you can't quickly read what you want to order. My cheeseburger was very good. The last time I was here was 10 years ago and I'm horrified at how dingy the entire store looks. Inside and outside!

Completely crazy staff booked vouchers incorrectly. I didn't feel like complaining in real time because explanatory communication was probably only possible with hand and foot signals.

Dirty, the toilets haven't been cleaned thoroughly for a while, communication between boss and employees doesn't seem to work properly (broken machine). Otherwise everyone is nice and polite.

The Burger King here has drastic problems with the staff. The seller with the cap is very contaminated. He overlooks people and forgets things when ordering. In addition, my water is not carbonated and my long chicken has far too much mayo on it. An increased Talahon spawn rate means that you don't feel comfortable here.

It can't be the case that things are locked here in the evenings when there aren't enough staff. All escape routes are closed and the doors can only be opened from the inside with the key from the staff. This won't end well if the building is evacuated A few days later it's still the same, so it doesn't seem to be an isolated case and my advice to the staff probably didn't have any effect

Woman in her mid-50s at the drive thru is the most incompetent waitress ever. There is also a lack of language skills to take the order correctly. On top of that, she is extremely unfriendly towards customers. I can understand if you have a bad day, but it happens every time. I see it as questionable to bring such a mood.

I was there in the early evening to get something to eat. The whole building needs a renovation, everything is still in its old state. Service, well, could be better. The Chili Chees Burger and Chili Chees Fries were as I expected.

But there was a lack of staff, I was at the checkout and waited and waited until after the car counter, 2 vehicles were served, then in the store and the customers were served. Where I came to eat, rolls from wooper were probably from yesterday, then it felt like I was very disappointed :-(

The buns are always not soft or fresh. Either old bread is used here or it is not heated properly. Unfortunately this is a very bad branch.

Ekelhaft! Nie wieder würde ich in diesem Laden essen! Onionrings waren definitiv vom Vortag oder noch älter. Unser Crispy Chicken Burger war auch alles andere als frisch. Der Salat schon braun und das Fleisch hatte auch nicht mehr den besten Geruch. Würde mich nicht wundern, wenn das Gesundheitsamt den Laden bald dicht macht. Grüße gehen raus, wir sehen uns nie wieder!

A 50+ man was shouting so much and so loud in the kitchen that the kids on the next table got scared and left.

Employees are unfriendly and don't even know how some things should be prepared. For example the hot brownie... it should have a melted chocolate center but here the thing is baked until there is not even a sign of liquid. And when I asked her about it, she didn't want to admit that I was right. You can read it yourself on uber eats but she is the head chef at McDonald's and knows better. Everything else was warm and tasty but the service in the bk is underground. I've ordered the hot brownie there three times now and each time it was wrong. Incompetence and nothing else. One more note... A while ago I ordered there via the bk app and then waited miserably for a few hours for my food... from one day to the next they say we only deliver from 4 p.m.... When I asked what was wrong with my order, I didn't get an answer until 4 p.m. even though I called several times and sent emails. Of course, no one answered the calls and there wasn't anything extra as a gesture of goodwill or anything like that. Simply sad service.

The place is not clean one day a year, employees only speak broken German and don't understand any special requests. Food was prepared incorrectly several times after contacting the BK headquarters, I was supposed to pick up a new menu, it didn't work due to the language barrier and the email from the headquarters was rejected by the employees. Go to Enkheim there is a better BK!

I like to take my daughter to Burger King every now and then. We like the Burger King in Darmstadt on Casinostrasse best. But we also really like this one in Frankfurt am Main on Hanauer Landstrasse. The restaurant is quite empty and we got to it straight away. What's a bit annoying is that the monitors are constantly changing, so you can't see what you want in peace. When we ordered, we were given French fries sauce even though we had ordered ketchup and if we hadn't noticed, the squeeze would have been missing from the junior bag. But the employees are very polite, which makes up for it. Unfortunately there is no drink refill station like in Darmstadt. But there is a huge selection of figures in the junior bag. There is enough parking space behind the house, we would be happy to come back.

Shameless and unfriendly! Customer friendliness is definitely not the top priority here; you will be served unfriendly and in a disrespectful tone. Even if you're not a five-star restaurant, treating customers in a friendly manner probably won't be too much to ask. Then you'd better go to McDonalds :)

Worst burger cunt in the country. Didn’t understand the name “King” and didn’t deserve it. Constant delays in delivery. I currently ordered at 9:32 p.m. and it shows that it is expected to arrive at 11:03 p.m.! Can't even stick to their max. 60 minutes as they state on Lieferando. Terrible

Food tastes like at any BurgerKing, but the people in the service/cash register are totally overwhelmed and work very slowly. Sometimes they simply take action from others and don't respond to complaints. Instead, people speak in a different language and look at them strangely. My last time there!

Food was like everything, ok. Ordered something from Drive True. I was then told that it cost 5 euros, given 20 and got 15 back. When I asked for the receipt, the waitress became unfriendly and then gave me my remaining money in a bad mood. Since it was €4.98, it was only 2 cents, but if you round up for each customer, you end up with a certain amount.

At first it was said that the standard vouchers from the app were not accepted. After it finally worked and we wanted to leave, we noticed that all the doors were locked at 11:30 p.m. The emergency exit door was also locked and no one came outside without asking an employee to open it... Veggie products were sneaked into normal burgers several times, definitely not a mistake but pure intention. It's a shame I didn't take any pictures. Was zur Hölle ist schwer daran eine fertig vorbereitete Bestellung sauber in Tüten zu packen. Jeden Tag den Gott werden lässt und man im Drive In eine Bestellung aufgibt fehlt etwas! Es kann doch nicht sein, dass man die Bestellung permanent kontrollieren muss. Die Menschen dort haben nur einen Job und der ist essen in Tüten zu packen. Was ist daran so schwer?! Es wird nicht nur vergessen das Essen in die Tüten zu legen es wird zudem aber auch berechnet.

Gute Auswahl im Cafe, sehr guter Kaffee aber leider hat diesmal unsere Auswahl der Speisen gar nicht überzeugt. Der bagell war vom Tag zuvor und weich, der Belag, nun ja. Der Himbeer Kuchen war extrem süß... Vielleicht hatten wir einfach Pech bei der Auswahl, aber bei den Preisen haben wir nicht so glücklich das Cafe verlassen

Dieser Burger - King dient meinen Kumpels und mir als Headquarter (HQ). Wir bestellen immer Coupons, setzen uns zusammen und bereden viele Dinge. Qualität ist in Ordnung. Man hat jedenfalls seine Ruhe.

Gute Burger King-Filiale. Die Burger waren lecker, frisch und perfekt zubereitet. Die Tische sind sauber und alles ist ordentlich. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auch der WC war tip top. Empfehlenswert!

Essen war ok. Habe den Drive-Schalter genutzt und von außen wirkt es etwas schmuddelig. Auf den Parkplätzen MÜSSEN einfach mehr Mülleimer installiert werden. Frankfurt hat bessere BKs

Es ist halt ein BK, Drive In etwas lang gezogen und leider keine Selbstbedienungsterminals.

Sehr sauber, zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter und schnelle Zubereitung des Essens. Leider gibt es keine Bestellterminals, aber das ist durch die positiven Mitarbeiter nicht so schlimm.

Nicht schlecht, Sauberkeit ist ok. Das essen also Burger sind in Ordnung Gegensatz zur anderen Burger King.

Die Einfahrt zum " Drive in" ist bei Dunkelheit kaum zu erkennen ! Wer sich nicht auskennt sucht erst mal. Hierzu kam das Fahrzeuge falsch rum an den Autoschalter wollten. Das reinste Chaos! Ganz schlecht gelöst!! Das Essen war solide der Mitarbeiter minimal freundlich
