Kentucky Fried Chicken in Frankfurt am Main

What's wrong with Germany? Everyone always wants more money. A box of three for 14.79 and the items are dry junk. The fries are half-raw. The only bright spot is the salad, but it's factory-made. The staff is worse than in the Bronx, NY. I'm not rating out of whim, but because I just burned through almost 15 euros. Don't they realize it's my money for which I'm asking for something?

Insanely dirty, and it's always like this, not just a snapshot. If it's so dirty where the customer sees it, what does it look like where the customer can't see it?

Not recommended; you'll be harassed by crack/heroin junkies while you're eating. They just come into the store and push their way in. So if you want to enjoy your meal in peace, you might want to head to the Enkheim branch. I hope this helped someone. I won't be coming here again until the problem is resolved.

If you want a quick bite to eat, this place is suitable.

Really sad...it was the only place with great cheese sauce...now they don't have that anymore either... It just doesn't taste good without it... I always ordered the cheese sauce there...and suddenly they don't have it anymore. Just drove there for nothing.

There were three of us there at 11:50 PM, all starving. While they didn't have any burgers or anything else, you can usually get leftovers for cheap at that time of day, so the three of us were full for €30 and still had leftovers. What can I say? Simply a peak KFC experience!

Please, as management, respond here and point out that you are also available when you offer telephone orders!! I have tried calling several times to change something about the order, but no one answers!

I have a lot to say about many criteria, but let's start with the food. My food is prepared without gloves or handwashing, the meat is disgusting and left on the floor or against the wall without any foil or anything else. Who knows what's going on there? It's so disgusting. Then, the service: The so-called boss's snippy replies were so arrogant, I won't tolerate that. Outside the store, you're greeted and barked at by homeless people. I find it disgusting that they don't take care of such things. My so-called "chicken burger" looks moldy. But I'm not sure about that. I also got food poisoning two days after the visit. I don't recommend this store!!!

There was a mouse in the restaurant. When we informed the staff, they didn't care and told us it was normal because the door was open. But we noticed that the restaurant was also really unsanitary.

Takes a very long time, is not clean

I'm not very satisfied with my visit. While the highly advertised "Super Saver Menu" was attractive in terms of price, I didn't eat it, especially because there were black hairs in my food. I have blonde hair. I left the restaurant afterward and don't know if I'll go back.

Five years ago, the food was delicious there. I was in Frankfurt again recently and felt sick; the food doesn't taste good anymore, the prices are exorbitant, and the staff speaks almost no German. So, I'm really disappointed, and that was the last time I ate at this branch.

Update: Regular drinks with sugar are now available again. Now you can drive there again. It's nice when mistakes are corrected. Food-wise, by far the best Kentucky I know. Old review. The food is good, but I don't go there anymore on principle. They only have zero-sugar drinks. I think it should be up to each individual to decide whether they want to drink with or without sugar. That's what I'm doing, and now I'm driving to McDonald's or Burger King.

That was a very nice experience. Food fresh and simply the way it should be. The drive-thru was good, the staff was friendly and there were even napkins in the bag.

The fact that crack junkies have been begging at the front door for years and nothing has been done about it is incomprehensible to me. I mean, even at McDonald's Central Station you don't have this problem. Today I saw with my own eyes how the chicken parts for my Twister Wrap were processed with my bare hand without gloves and without tongs. I will delete this branch, as well as the one in Dreieich, from my KFC selection! By the way: The short, dark-skinned, chubby one is the rudest waitress I've seen in a KFC.

Waited over an hour for the order. The order was canceled shortly before it was supposed to arrive. I then called to ask and was then told by the incompetent employee that I never ordered. A receipt from Lieferando with the address is of course available. This store is simply incompetent. Won't order there again.

Unfortunately, it has now become more expensive - 8 pieces of chicken and 2x fries for €24.99 - is no longer a bargain - it's a shame then I go twice as less = less sales - it's a shame but you have to be able to defend yourself.

Delicious food, unfortunately expensive

Not as good as it used to be, the quality of the food has declined. The price is higher for that. Unfortunately, you will be visited by beggars right in front of the entrance. This is sad, but in my opinion it hurts the store because it makes you think twice about going there with your family. But the staff is very friendly!

I've known the store for many years. It's actually a good business - very nice employees - food is always OK - relatively clean - a bit expensive. Unfortunately, you're regularly harassed by junkies and vagrants here. They often stand right at the entrance, dancing around as if they owned the place. They approach you as soon as they see you. Sometimes you're ambushed at the drive-through or even at the pickup window - sometimes in the parking lot. I was just followed from the entrance area across the parking lot by a notorious, hunchbacked guy. This guy doesn't just beg - he vehemently demands money from you, and you have to raise your voice to get rid of him. He's tried that dozens of times with me. Very pushy and rude. Of course, I've reported this to the store many times. But they can't get rid of these guys. Apparently, they have no way of dealing with it. Even though I like the store, I won't come here anymore. Three out of five times I visit, I'm harassed by these guys (sometimes it's a disgusting woman). I've grown fed up with it and find it uncomfortable. Even sitting in my car, I get harassed. It's especially unpleasant late at night. Women and children should be careful. Sometimes these guys even take cups from the trash can in front of the entrance and use them to dispense drinks inside the store. As I said, today was the last time. I won't be visiting the business anymore. Sorry.

We went through the drive thru here and ordered the menu with the bouquet that was on offer. In total we ordered for just under €40 and were still hungry? How does something like that work, I basically always paid €10 for 4-5 small chicken pieces? I've really never experienced that before. I will definitely never get food from KFC again.

I ordered via the app. Delivery service cannot be controlled in the app or cannot be selected. In Kentucky, this online order must be announced at the counter. Despite the announcement “to take away”, everything was piled on a tray. In the end, half of the food would be forgotten. This service needs to be greatly improved.

Ordered veggie loud and clear and got meat. Unfriendly service. At the order counter I was startled by a tramp who suddenly came into the car from behind. Unsafe area. Fries just greasy. Really an experience to get used to.

Unbelievable, where are we??? There are only drinks contaminated with aspartame, i.e. only Light and Zero Cola without sugar but with a lot of carcinogenic aspartame.

Gourmet is something else, but you don't go to KFC for the excellent food. Quality is good for KFC here. Service has become even worse since switching to self-ordering. Ambiance is worse than in a train station hall.

First visit to KFC, but it won't be more. Food isn't my thing and I think it's overpriced. The store is otherwise clean and very attractively decorated. The order can only be placed digitally at the station, which I personally don't like. Cleanliness is ok.

I ordered a San Pellegrino, 500ml, it was not chilled. €4.04. Then I pressed the button with the image of a drumstick, but got a paltry piece of wing, with not much meat. The corn on the cob with butter was not with butter but rather a piece of cold butter that one had to slather on the corn oneself, rather than it being integrated. The cole slaw was good, but for the additional €11.97, a rip off. The clerk said it was an order of “original chicken”, but why show an image of a drumstick. I know it’s just a fast food place but for about €16??? Don’t go here.

We ordered different burgers and sides for three people. All the burgers arrived ice cold - I complained about this and the friendly employee grabbed the burgers and said no problem. We thought we would get three new ones, but he came back after 2 minutes with a tablet and the burgers. We were surprised that it happened so quickly. He actually heated the burgers in the microwave! With cucumbers, lettuce and whatever else was on it, but it was unbelievable. With an amount of just under €50, that's even more absurd. The burgers were hot and inedible. So I complained again, only then were new burgers brought. Sometimes you wonder what the employees are thinking.

Top quality again and again. The hot chicken wings are simply the best for me. We have been customers here for years and I have to say the staff is very friendly

Food is good. But the toilets… phew, that’s disgusting. The floor was sticky, the smell was really overwhelming and the walls and sink were dirty. You can see and, above all, smell that this place is not cleaned regularly.

Hmm Firstly, very, very long waiting time 43 minutes. On the pickup screen you can see 45 orders but it doesn't show which order is ready to be picked up. The numbers are called out in bad German, like at an auction. As far as the preparation of the order is concerned, absolute chaos. Tables and chairs are dirty and none of the employees clean the seats. I even had to get a rag to clean the place myself. Which is what I noticed too! The female employees do not wear hairnets, nor do the male staff. What I also observed was that employees wiping their runny noses with their hands and putting down the food did an absolute heeeeeeellllllllllllllll NO I've finally entered KFC. But the one in Offenbach is an absolute no go. Something really needs to be changed.

A classic fast restaurant but everything is made from chicken Order only via the tray walls - perfect for today's generation but all older ones just have their problems!
