Food is good. But the toilets… phew, that’s disgusting. The floor was sticky, the smell was really overwhelming and the walls and sink were dirty. You can see and, above all, smell that this place is not cleaned regularly.

Unfortunately, waiting times for fast food were far too long... Food was ok - but I'm not a KFC fan either 🤓

Chicken and fries were okay, only the mayonnaise tasted strange, si! I'm deducting a star for that, but other than that I really enjoyed it! 👍

Food OK as usual. At our time around 4 p.m. there were hardly any guests there, so hardly any waiting time. The floor was fine, the toilets were ok.

Hmm Firstly, very, very long waiting time 43 minutes. On the pickup screen you can see 45 orders but it doesn't show which order is ready to be picked up. The numbers are called out in bad German, like at an auction. As far as the preparation of the order is concerned, absolute chaos. Tables and chairs are dirty and none of the employees clean the seats. I even had to get a rag to clean the place myself. Which is what I noticed too! The female employees do not wear hairnets, nor do the male staff. What I also observed was that employees wiping their runny noses with their hands and putting down the food did an absolute heeeeeeellllllllllllllll NO I've finally entered KFC. But the one in Offenbach is an absolute no go. Something really needs to be changed.

A classic fast restaurant but everything is made from chicken Order only via the tray walls - perfect for today's generation but all older ones just have their problems! Otherwise everything is very fresh and delicious! The restaurant is clean! The toilets are clean depending on the day! Basically okay!

Preferably 0 stars. Cold fries and the best thing about the crispy cheese burger is not even a sauce, so disgustingly dry and only a small dollop of cheese. Shameless to even sell something like that. 😡

Ordered efficiently via machine and served in a friendly manner, only “diet” lemonades are available on the menu. Chicken has also become milder, no special taste, but good. Everything clean and satisfactory

Food was just staff unfriendly and somehow grumpy, no desire to work, no hello, no goodbye, none of it, no smile at all, so you don't get any appetite

Not recommended! Normally I don't rate restaurants, but with this KFC it's really going too far for me!!! The quality used to be good, now some of the food is inedible! Something is always forgotten. The chicken pieces are either totally fatty and not cooked through, or they have already been fried three times and are no longer edible! I threw 2 out of 5 chicken pieces straight into the trash... If this "restaurant" were not on this busy main road, where a lot of "random guests" come, it could close its doors in a very short time! Cheeky and overpriced rip-off, I've had enough now: never again!!

I go to KFC maybe three times a year, only when we feel like it, because it has become very expensive. Nevertheless, it is very tasty and will fill you up, which is not the case with other fast food restaurants. Was here on a Monday lunchtime and it was pretty empty. The restaurant is large, the drinks dispenser with 2 stations was sufficient at this time of day and was clean and tidy, the toilets were also clean and the staff was super friendly. I don't think the seats opposite the toilet are particularly appropriate (hence -1* in ambience), but otherwise very good here.

I let myself be persuaded to go to KFC again and regretted it again. The classic bucket is getting worse and worse in terms of taste. You can taste the old oil, some parts were probably from this morning and were very dry. For me it was definitely the last visit to KFC in Frankfurt!

Food wasn't warm and took a long time to arrive.

The last time, after more than a year of abstinence, wasn't bad at all. You could eat it freshly fried. But it still remains “nasty” fast food.

One of the fastest, most modern and freshest KFC in the area. I always enjoy going there.

People regularly forget to pack something, for example cheese sauce or burgers. We've been there several times now and never really got it!

After a long time, I went back to the restaurant to see if anything had changed. Unfortunately everything is the same as the old one, the return van is full and no one cleans it. The restaurant wasn't even full, so you can just walk through it with your rag. What is really impossible is that after I ordered I went to the tap with the cup and couldn't find a normal drink. I only saw SUGAR-FREE drinks. I then went to the next gas station, same picture here too. When I asked the cashier, I was told that there really wasn't a normal drink available anymore. Everything sugar-free. At least she was nice enough to give me the tip that apple juice spritzer was still on the menu. That's it... Good Bay KFC. Unfortunately nothing more for me. The restaurant was in Frankfurt on Hanauer Landstrasse.

No clubs were included in the menus, although 1 club is part of the menu. The staff is average. I don't like this store.

Had dinner here with my husband. The fries were cold, the burgers were cold! When we complained, we were told that we would get new fries! Unfortunately, it has also been lying there for a longer period of time and is only warmed up!

Long wait, food to go, then realized at home that the wrong burger had been packed. Ordered and paid for extras such as bacon and cheese were missing. Two years later... cold fries, complained, got cold fries again. Cold burger...after years I can say that I will never come here again.

The table we chose was near the toilets and I had to close the door first. The smell didn't work at all. What really bothers me in restaurants like this are the ordering panels that you have to use even when there's nothing going on. While the guy at the counter stares into space because nothing is going on, I have to work my way through the order with my family at the touch panel instead of ordering it directly at the counter. If nothing is going on, you can deactivate these things and allow orders to be placed at the counter again. The service was neutral like a fast food chain. The food was ok, the fries were dry. Was fine for a quick snack on the return journey. But nothing more...

Top service and first-class food. All dishes are freshly prepared when ordered. Customers can now order and pay directly at self-service terminals. This eliminates the waiting time at the checkout. Unfortunately the prices have increased and the portions have become smaller. Therefore 1 star deducted.

The quality has declined in recent years. Wishes such as, I would like some of the chicken pieces to be spicy are no longer fulfilled. The trolley for the leftovers and trays was overfull and when I pointed it out I was told there was another one at the other end. But it could also be due to management no longer taking its job seriously.

There is a man who regularly comes to the table and asks for money. The staff is rather unhygienic and they don't speak German.

Food cold, fries sticky, the different packages not marked. We didn't specifically choose any spicy chicken for the children... unfortunately there were only spicy chicken in all the packages. Ordering went quickly, processing too, parking space available

We ordered for €26.27 at the kiosk display where the receipt comes out, our number was 389, the lady at the checkout called the whole outing including the receipt. And we didn't get any salad even though we ordered and paid twice. I asked her about it and she said it wasn't on it. She wanted the receipt and threw it in the trash under the cash register. 2 x Capri Sun ordered once received. the tables were dirty there are only 2 children's chairs in the whole restaurant. It was a total disappointment. The chicken wasn't all the way through and was too fatty. You can do everything better if you want to. The toilets are very dirty. Definitely won't come again and don't give the coupon in its entirety - it ends up in the trash under the cash register and won't be given out when requested.

What can you say? If you can get over how these chickens are slaughtered and don't mind fat, you'll get your money's worth. Always take buckets. Mashed potatoes and corn are usually not tasty

Never again Kentucky, almost 100 euros for the bin!!! 18 hitwings too few... three of them moldy, which we unfortunately saw too late. 3 hours later we all had to throw up 🤮 🤬

Unfortunately there is no seating, only for direct pickup. Otherwise a classic KFC.

It's just KFC. Crunchy Spicy and unhealthy 😋 but you know that beforehand....

We ordered online from this branch. Unfortunately the order came an hour early and had the wrong contents. We then tried to call there, but the number given was not in use. It's a shame, I really liked the store, but I won't be ordering from this store again.

It used to be better. The forced impersonal ordering at the machine doesn't make it any better. The waitress was bored and listless, but took her time packing up. There was only one customer in front of me and it still took 5 minutes until I had my menu after ordering and paying. However, two of the six chicken wings were not fully cooked yet, but one piece of chicken was in the oven a little longer. I probably saved a few calories thanks to the French fries sauce that I paid for but didn't pack. The water ordered and paid for at the machine was out. It's great if you order drinks in a deposit bottle to take away and then get drinks in a disposable cup as a replacement.

Expensive vs the amount of food received. This place was much better before. Homeless begging from one rable to other. Nobody cares. Probably my last visit here.

The quality of food is getting worse and worse. The price-performance ratio hasn't been right for a long time. It's a shame how KFC has developed negatively in recent years.

Typisch KFC. Essen ist ok und lecker. Personal geht so. Lage und Publikum ist eher grenzwertig.

Das Essen war leider nur lauwarm (Burger). Die Einrichtung des KFC ist abweisend. Man will eigentlich nur schnell Essen und wieder weg.

Ich war vor 10 Minuten dort essen. Ich hatte hotwings. Als ich in einen rein gebissen habe konnte ich meinen Augen nicht glauben! Es war ein WURM drinnen! Ich bin direkt nach vorne und hab es gezeigt. Daraufhin kam nur die Antwort was soll er jetzt machen und ob ich noch ein paar hotwings als Entschädigung haben möchte! Einfach ekelhaft! Nie wieder Kentucky!!!!! Und dann nicht mal aus Kulanz das Geld zurück geben für das Essen, welches wir zur Hälfte liegen lassen mussten!

War alles sauber. Bestellung schnell erledigt

Trotz das wir die einzigen Gäste waren und das Essen "frisch" zubereitet wurde, war es nur lauwarm. Boden im Restaurant so schmierig, daß man sogar mit dem Stuhl weggeschlittert ist. Tablettrückgabe überfüllt. Das Personal sollte noch mal zur Hygieneschulug (Nase geputzt, Taschentuch zerknüllt und anschließend das Essen zusammengestellt)

Geschmacklich sogar für Fast Food keine gute Qualität.… habe den neuen Bucket für 9,99 gekauft, dazu Kartoffelpüree. Von den bites waren fast alle roh von innen. Die crispys waren grad so durch aber total mickrig. Das Püree hat mehr nach Pulver geschmeckt als nach Kartoffeln. Einzig die Pommes und die Wings konnte man essen. Werde den Laden vorerst meiden. War auch total leer obwohl spät nachmittags.

Ab und zu muss mal Fastfood sein und dan gibt es Chicken🤣 In meiner Umgebung gibt es 3 Friedchicken. Auf der Hanauer ist der Service gut, das Hänschen ist lecker und Wünsche werden für die 3Box werden erfüllt. Leider etwas teuer, aber lecker. Empfehlenswert👍

Lange Wartezeit am Drive in, obwohl kaum Betrieb war

İçeride evsiz bir kişi vardı. Herkesin yanına giderek para istiyordu. Çalışanlar müdahale etmedi. Ortam huzursuzluk vericiydi.

Dein Laden braucht dringend eine Renovierung! Von aussen wie von innen. Trotz der Tatsache, dass die Angestellten schwer gestresst aussahen, waren sie sehr freundlich und schnell bei der Arbeit. Das Essen war im Rahmen der Möglichkeiten gut. Dort werde ich sicher wieder hingehen, aber nur Drive-In, das Innere ist zu trostlos.

War sehr voll. Naja war halt genau Essenszeit. Wurden gleich auf dem Parkplatz auf Geld angesprochen. Drinnen ein Tisch frei mit kaputtem Blinklicht drüber und an den Toiletten und Küchentüren. Abholen wäre gemütlicher gewesen. Das Essen war allerdings sehr lecker. Heiß und frisch und echt gut.

Kurz und Schmerzlos. Sehr teuer aber gut.

Ging relativ schnell mit der Besiellunh. Gepflegt und sauber. Hähnchenteile waren zu lang im Ofen... schon trocken reilweise, Schmerzgrenze.

Anfahrt über die Hanauer Landstraße mit ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten. Das Restaurant ist geräumig und sauber und wird gut besucht. Essen war wie erwartet, die Getränke kann man selbst am Spender befüllen. Die Toiletten waren sauber. Insgesamt ein stabiles Geschäft.

Die Eismaschine ist wohl öfter mal kaputt…sehr ärgerlich

Gutes Restaurants, wenn man mal alles etwas schneller gehen muss, aber der Geschmack nicht drunter leidet. Das einzige Manko ist, das ich für die Strecke nach Hause zu lange brauche und dann halt meistens alles nicht mehr ganz so warm ist. Kann natürlich KFC nichts dafür. Alles in allem empfehlenswert.

Leider sehr viele Tische voll mit Müll da die Kunden nicht in der Lage sind ihren Kram weg zu räumen. Das Personal tat was es konnte, kam aber nicht hinterher, da es wirklich die wenigsten Kunden schaffen ihren Kram weg zu räumen. Schade. Ansonsten freundliches Personal, Zubereitung schnell. Abwicklung über Bestellautomaten problemlos.

Ich und meine Familie gehen da schon seit 20 Jahren hin super netter Service geben uns immer was wenn es zu lange dauert SUPER😍

Preis Leistung stimmt meiner Meinung nach nicht mehr, ich überlege es mir zweimal noch mal JFC zu besuchen.

Kentucky Fried Chicken ist das beste Restaurant in ganz Frankfurt

Bester KFC im Rhein Main Gebiet. Die Gäste sollten nur mal ihren Müll wegräumen. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfreich.

Mehrere KF Läden ausprobiert und das ist unserer Liebling. Schmeckt immer lecker.

Ma waren bemüht, allerdings keine Kartenzahlung am Drive thru. Relativ lange Wartezeiten.

Essen war ganz ok . Aber völlig überteuert für ein Schnellrestaurant . Getränke gab es nur Pepsi alles andere war leer . Boden war sehr dreckig und auch die Tische wäre mit Essensreste beschmutzt .

Die kürzliche Modernisierung bei Kentucky Fried Chicken bringt frischen Wind, aber auch eine neue Bestellmethode. Nun erfolgt die Order ausschließlich über elektronische Displays, was ältere Gäste vor eine Herausforderung stellen kann. Dadurch dauert die Bestellung etwas länger. Dennoch bleibt der vertraute Geschmack und das freundliche Personal machen den Besuch lohnenswert.

4 Sterne, weil der Service so gut ist wie eh und je. Das Essensangebot hat seit Ende 2021 / Anfang 2022 so dermaßen nachgelassen, das das seit Januar 22 der erste Besuch in einem KFC war. Keine Hot & Spicy Teile mehr und die Stückelung, also die Hähnchenteile so klein, daß es eine absolute Frechheit ist, sowas den Kunden überhaupt noch anzubieten. Ich bin über 30 Jahre Stammgast gewesen, sei einem Jahr nur noch im äußersten Notfall. Ob KFC sich und seinen Franchisenehmern damit einen Gefallen tut? Ich glaube nicht.

Eines der besseren KFCs in Frankfurt *KFC Hauptwache bodenlos* Die Hot Wings nicht totfrittiert, waren sogar richtig saftig. Kenn ich so fast gar nicht vom KFC in Frankfurt. Zinger auch gut. Personal war super nett und zuvorkommend!

Schlecht hören können die sehr gut. Und schnell ging's auch nicht obwohl nicht viel los war.
