Kentucky Fried Chicken in Frankfurt am Main

We went through the drive thru here and ordered the menu with the bouquet that was on offer. In total we ordered for just under €40 and were still hungry? How does something like that work, I basically always paid €10 for 4-5 small chicken pieces? I've really never experienced that before. I will definitely never get food from KFC again.

The restaurant is given with the wrong address when ordering online... The order is then prepared at another KFC The staff sees no need for action and is not interested in providing a solution for the customer, so they simply come away empty-handed

I ordered via the app. Delivery service cannot be controlled in the app or cannot be selected. In Kentucky, this online order must be announced at the counter. Despite the announcement “to take away”, everything was piled on a tray. In the end, half of the food would be forgotten. This service needs to be greatly improved.

Went there for dinner with the family. Waited almost 30 minutes for the food. Service could be improved... only when you asked about the food was there any feedback... there were junkies hanging around the entrance, begging and asking customers for cigarettes...

It simply tastes good... and there are enough parking spaces... but: noticeably more expensive than the burger competition and you can only order internally via the screens... at Mc D. there is at least one remaining counter for direct ordering. Then it's better to stay in the car and use the "personal" drive-thru ordering!

There are often strange people hanging out in front of the restaurant in the evenings. Unfortunately, the food is usually lukewarm at most. Cole slaw is still the best plus chili cheese fries. Clear case of mismanagement. Unfortunately I don't know of a better branch in Frankfurt...

Ordered veggie loud and clear and got meat. Unfriendly service. At the order counter I was startled by a tramp who suddenly came into the car from behind. Unsafe area. Fries just greasy. Really an experience to get used to.

Door is still not repaired, it's cold in winter, warm in summer...

Unbelievable, where are we??? There are only drinks contaminated with aspartame, i.e. only Light and Zero Cola without sugar but with a lot of carcinogenic aspartame.

Gourmet is something else, but you don't go to KFC for the excellent food. Quality is good for KFC here. Service has become even worse since switching to self-ordering. Ambiance is worse than in a train station hall.

First visit to KFC, but it won't be more. Food isn't my thing and I think it's overpriced. The store is otherwise clean and very attractively decorated. The order can only be placed digitally at the station, which I personally don't like. Cleanliness is ok.

I ordered a San Pellegrino, 500ml, it was not chilled. €4.04. Then I pressed the button with the image of a drumstick, but got a paltry piece of wing, with not much meat. The corn on the cob with butter was not with butter but rather a piece of cold butter that one had to slather on the corn oneself, rather than it being integrated. The cole slaw was good, but for the additional €11.97, a rip off. The clerk said it was an order of “original chicken”, but why show an image of a drumstick. I know it’s just a fast food place but for about €16??? Don’t go here.

Way too expensive and the quality is terribly poor, limp chicken dripping with fat, fries cold and limp. Listless, unfriendly service. I've been going to Kentucky since I was a kid, but not anymore.

The food is good but I don't go there anymore on principle. There are only zero drinks without sugar. I think you should decide for yourself whether you want to drink with or without sugar. I do that and now drive up front to McDonald's or Burger King.

New Colonel menus only with 1 side dish and drink...too expensive for €11.89!!! What kind of pricing policy is this? I won't be visiting again, thank you to the head office!

We ordered different burgers and sides for three people. All the burgers arrived ice cold - I complained about this and the friendly employee grabbed the burgers and said no problem. We thought we would get three new ones, but he came back after 2 minutes with a tablet and the burgers. We were surprised that it happened so quickly. He actually heated the burgers in the microwave! With cucumbers, lettuce and whatever else was on it, but it was unbelievable. With an amount of just under €50, that's even more absurd. The burgers were hot and inedible. So I complained again, only then were new burgers brought. Sometimes you wonder what the employees are thinking.

Top quality again and again. The hot chicken wings are simply the best for me. We have been customers here for years and I have to say the staff is very friendly

Food is good. But the toilets… phew, that’s disgusting. The floor was sticky, the smell was really overwhelming and the walls and sink were dirty. You can see and, above all, smell that this place is not cleaned regularly.

Unfortunately, waiting times for fast food were far too long... Food was ok - but I'm not a KFC fan either 🤓

Food OK as usual. At our time around 4 p.m. there were hardly any guests there, so hardly any waiting time. The floor was fine, the toilets were ok.

Hmm Firstly, very, very long waiting time 43 minutes. On the pickup screen you can see 45 orders but it doesn't show which order is ready to be picked up. The numbers are called out in bad German, like at an auction. As far as the preparation of the order is concerned, absolute chaos. Tables and chairs are dirty and none of the employees clean the seats. I even had to get a rag to clean the place myself. Which is what I noticed too! The female employees do not wear hairnets, nor do the male staff. What I also observed was that employees wiping their runny noses with their hands and putting down the food did an absolute heeeeeeellllllllllllllll NO I've finally entered KFC. But the one in Offenbach is an absolute no go. Something really needs to be changed.

A classic fast restaurant but everything is made from chicken Order only via the tray walls - perfect for today's generation but all older ones just have their problems! Preferably 0 stars. Cold fries and the best thing about the crispy cheese burger is not even a sauce, so disgustingly dry and only a small dollop of cheese. Shameless to even sell something like that. 😡

Ordered efficiently via machine and served in a friendly manner, only “diet” lemonades are available on the menu. Chicken has also become milder, no special taste, but good. Everything clean and satisfactory

Not recommended! Normally I don't rate restaurants, but with this KFC it's really going too far for me!!! The quality used to be good, now some of the food is inedible! Something is always forgotten. The chicken pieces are either totally fatty and not cooked through, or they have already been fried three times and are no longer edible! I threw 2 out of 5 chicken pieces straight into the trash... If this "restaurant" were not on this busy main road, where a lot of "random guests" come, it could close its doors in a very short time! Cheeky and overpriced rip-off, I've had enough now: never again!!

I go to KFC maybe three times a year, only when we feel like it, because it has become very expensive. Nevertheless, it is very tasty and will fill you up, which is not the case with other fast food restaurants. Was here on a Monday lunchtime and it was pretty empty. The restaurant is large, the drinks dispenser with 2 stations was sufficient at this time of day and was clean and tidy, the toilets were also clean and the staff was super friendly. I don't think the seats opposite the toilet are particularly appropriate (hence -1* in ambience), but otherwise very good here.

I let myself be persuaded to go to KFC again and regretted it again. The classic bucket is getting worse and worse in terms of taste. You can taste the old oil, some parts were probably from this morning and were very dry. For me it was definitely the last visit to KFC in Frankfurt!

People regularly forget to pack something, for example cheese sauce or burgers. We've been there several times now and never really got it!

After a long time, I went back to the restaurant to see if anything had changed. Unfortunately everything is the same as the old one, the return van is full and no one cleans it. The restaurant wasn't even full, so you can just walk through it with your rag. What is really impossible is that after I ordered I went to the tap with the cup and couldn't find a normal drink. I only saw SUGAR-FREE drinks. I then went to the next gas station, same picture here too. When I asked the cashier, I was told that there really wasn't a normal drink available anymore. Everything sugar-free. At least she was nice enough to give me the tip that apple juice spritzer was still on the menu. That's it... Good Bay KFC. Unfortunately nothing more for me. The restaurant was in Frankfurt on Hanauer Landstrasse.

No clubs were included in the menus, although 1 club is part of the menu. The staff is average. I don't like this store.

Long wait, food to go, then realized at home that the wrong burger had been packed. Ordered and paid for extras such as bacon and cheese were missing. Two years later... cold fries, complained, got cold fries again. Cold burger...after years I can say that I will never come here again.

Well, it's just a fast-food restaurant. You have to lower your expectations a little. The facility is ok. It was also pretty clean that day. The table we chose was near the toilets and I had to close the door first. The smell didn't work at all. What really bothers me in restaurants like this are the ordering panels that you have to use even when there's nothing going on. While the guy at the counter stares into space because nothing is going on, I have to work my way through the order with my family at the touch panel instead of ordering it directly at the counter. We ordered for €26.27 at the kiosk display where the receipt comes out, our number was 389, the lady at the checkout called the whole outing including the receipt. And we didn't get any salad even though we ordered and paid twice. I asked her about it and she said it wasn't on it. She wanted the receipt and threw it in the trash under the cash register. 2 x Capri Sun ordered once received. the tables were dirty there are only 2 children's chairs in the whole restaurant. It was a total disappointment. The chicken wasn't all the way through and was too fatty. You can do everything better if you want to. The toilets are very dirty. Definitely won't come again and don't give the coupon in its entirety - it ends up in the trash under the cash register and won't be given out when requested.

What can you say? If you can get over how these chickens are slaughtered and don't mind fat, you'll get your money's worth. Always take buckets. Mashed potatoes and corn are usually not tasty
