Kentucky Fried Chicken in Frankfurt am Main

We ordered via Uber Eats. The delivery was half an hour late, so the food was cold. The fries were unsalted and soggy, and you had to hunt for lettuce and tomato on the burgers. The veggie tenders were the only good thing about the order. I won't be ordering from here again.

Wings ordered and out of 10 there is not a single wing. Only drum sticks

A terrible service from start to finish for what is supposed to be fast food. I was 1 of 2 groups. Part of the meal sat on the counter for around 12 minutes. The portion size was appalling for almost 30 euros. When part of the meal was served at 22minutes it was Luke warm. After 24 minutes I took it back. The server wouldn't even talk to me or acknowledged me. I took food back and requested refund. Even this was refused at first. The other party were still waiting over 20 minutes when I finally left. First and last time at that place

I can't recommend the store; the atmosphere was way too loud and I didn't get a straw or napkins.

The service was fairly quick, and the staff was friendly, though the restaurant could’ve been a bit cleaner during my visit. Prices are reasonable for what you get, and the variety on the menu makes it easy to find something satisfying, whether you're in the mood for a bucket meal or a chicken sandwich.

It’s really a disappointing experience. After having classes for a whole day I went to KFC and bought something to eat. While eating I felt very tired and then I fell asleep on the table for a while. Just now, a staff member knocked on my desk with a stick and woke me up and said that I couldn’t sleep with a rude attitude. I'm just tired and want to sleep for a while. I didn't disturb anyone, but I was treated like this. I just want to say that KFC need to improve employment standards.

Please urgently change something about this store. Things cannot continue like this. It is simply impossible to eat here in peace. Beggars come to the table every minute and want something from your order. Not an isolated case but a permanent situation. Plus, rats run across the floor while you try to enjoy your food. The staff seems consistently demotivated. In this environment, that's somewhat understandable, but it still doesn't make the stay any more pleasant. Anyone who bears responsibility here should act urgently. Otherwise it is no longer a restaurant but a place that you consciously avoid.

Staff was horrible, had waited 10-15 mins and they forgot my order. Took other customer orders first. When asked staff rudely comments they are working on it. Don't recommend it.

I find it outrageous that the service staff here at Kfc Hauptwache are not in a position to find a solution or don't even know how they should behave towards customers. You order two Michshakes (€8.38) and the device doesn't work. Instead you get 2×bottles of ice tea. You want the money back, but an employee said they can't do it, they can only exchange it, but only drinks. It's not about the money, but I'm no longer surprised that this KFC only has bad reviews for the most part. You should really train your employees to deal with such situations and not have them be unfriendly and act as if they were right. Sorry to say that but you notice it when you're not an expert... Anyway, that was our last visit here...

I was there today, took away food, the woman who worked there in the afternoon was completely unmotivated, the charisma was zero. DEALING with the customers was a disaster and the strawberry shake tasted nice, I definitely won't go again.

The food is KFC, you can like it or not, but the staff is incompetence incarnate. Forgetting essential parts of the order several times, it doesn't matter whether you order the sugary version of a drink, you get the light version anyway (without asking, by the way) and even if you point out to the staff that you ordered a bottle of water (which is on the counter next to the bag), they try to sell you the Diet Pepsi. You can tell that the shop thrives on its location, otherwise it wouldn't be around for a long time - and I wouldn't be forced to order there every now and then. If you have the choice, go somewhere else.

The menus are also getting smaller and smaller. I was surprised that there were such small pieces on the tray for just under 15 euros. Lots of marinade and hardly any meat. Card payments often don't work.

Unfortunately, you cannot order food and pay directly at the checkout despite your knowledge of English. Even if you have fought your way through the sterile video wall to place your order, the prices suddenly go up when you stand at the checkout and compare the prices on the menu above the checkout. KFC used to be good, but unfortunately it was a long time ago. No more food there for me.

The fries were cold, soft and floury. The chicken in the Colonel Burger was so small that two could fit inside. The drink mixer probably didn't have any 7-Up syrup in it anymore because it was pure sparkling water. However, there must have been a lot of schwip schwapp syrup in it because it tasted like pure sugar and was so strong that it was no longer edible after half of it. Spent €30 for 2 people and over half the order was of hideous quality. Really a shame. If you want to fill up, go to the Pizza Hut next door. You should definitely not visit this KFC for chicken.

Haven't eaten there for years. Was in Frankfurt today at Hauptwache at the KFC. Looks the same as it did 15 years ago, except for the ordering machines. My order was forgotten. The order slip sat there unnoticed the whole time. The delicious, familiar KFC crust was barely present on the chicken pieces and had zero taste. The chicken itself wasn't exactly of good quality either. Overall, in my opinion, everything tasted bad and for a hefty price. That was it again for the next many years at KFC, no matter where.

Considering that the place is underground, the atmosphere is okay. However, the toilets receive little to no cleaning. Everything is brown and broken. 90% of the doors couldn't be locked. The food wasn't too great, but it was tasty.

Kentucky in a train station, you don't have to say much. The toilets are used as public ones so you should avoid them.

Bucket and fries are 25€. Fries were salted for 1/5 intensity. Ps. You can always ask for salt. Atmosphere: place shares the room with Pizza Hut. You can come here with friends who love pizza 🍕. There were gypsies walking around and a drunk person, who eventually went to a woman’s bathroom. Not a pleasant experience to witness. Service: ready chicken wings, legs are waiting for customer’s orders in a warm fridge, and they look like they are from regular kebab place. Waiting time for my order: 3 min. Entrance from the underground floor, just next to Galleria exit, not always easy to find. Space is shared with Pizza Hut, which is very convenient for the round of friends who want both pizza and some chicken snaks. Good atmospere, enough tables evrn in a rush hour. Enough machines to order from. Spicy wings bucket is redommended if you like spacy chicken .

I registered online as recommended by your team at the restaurant. I copied the link provided, entered my address and uploaded all the required documents. I really did everything properly. However, to my great regret and surprise, I was refused the offer of three free wings with one purchase - and in an absolutely rude manner. I would like to emphasize that I was completely denied the three wings. Despite my daily purchase of around 24 euros as a loyal customer, I was treated with unkindness. The service representative looked at me disparagingly and was unwilling to explain the reason for the rejection. She could have at least told me the reason, since I had followed all the instructions. I was also not offered any alternative or solution and was simply told that I should “register online next time”. I am deeply disappointed by this behavior. Eating takes far too long for a fast food restaurant, we waited almost half an hour, it's just a KFC in a subway station in Frankfurt, so you can't expect much from the ambience, but the long waiting times made my stay worse.

I love it! "KFC never fails to deliver a delicious meal! The crispy chicken is always perfectly seasoned, and the sides are just as tasty. Plus, the service is friendly and efficient. It’s the perfect spot for a comfort food craving!" But one thing I'd say is the cashiers are slower and preparation staff should be more friendly. Other than that it was good.

I wait up to 25 minutes for 3 small burgers, that can't be it. My order was on a Saturday evening, 2 employees at the front of the checkout, one in the kitchen and with the least motivation, that takes too long. I assume that if I drive to Ostendstrasse and come back I will have my food quicker. The food is otherwise of the usual quality, but with this time factor, it's currently no longer worth another visit.

We were there at 10 p.m. Waited 20 minutes for 3 menus before we complained. After that we had to wait another 10 minutes. The fries were already soggy and the drinks were no longer carbonated, only the chicken was warm and the rest was quite good

A menu for 10 euros, I get a portion with more bones than meat, when I complained the boss told me that the propaganda was different from the reality and that they don't accept returns, poor customer treatment by telling me, that I'm cheating on him.
