No soap or toilet paper in the restroom. Fries, mayo, and packaging waste on the seat were only cleaned after being asked to. Complained several times online and again today by phone. Nobody cares about the customer's complaints. They neither respond nor address them. Happened in Aachen Holzgraben 11 Person in charge: Dietmar Schröder

Average. I was there again after a long season, but I wasn't impressed by this place. Some products were unavailable, the food was OK, but the fries were a bit soggy.

Holzgraben 11You have to pay to use the restroom or wash your hands before eating. What do you have to pay for and why? There's no free Wi-Fi.

Pontstraße 134-136The service was very good, but the food was less so. The bread was more wet than crispy, and the meat was raw inside. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend it.
